Service top, Frau J.Poyraz hat uns auch super lieb bedient, ist auch direkt auf den extra Wunsch der am Terminal nicht auszuwählen war eingegangen, jedes Mal zu empfehlen!

Der Burger King ist der beste in ganz Kreis Gütersloh. Das Essen ist mit Liebe zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr lieb. Man isst hier sehr gerne :)

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr hilfreich und nett. Konnte auf unsere Wünsche eingehen und hat uns mit Hinweisen und Beratung tatsächlich weiter geholfen. Als Dankeschön gibt's dann auch eine Bewertung. Nachtrag. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Bestellung komplett verhunzt war. Bestellt wurde: Steakhouse Double: Ohne BBQ Soße, aber mit King Soße Geliefert wurde ein Cheese Melt Bei dem Chicken Melt den wir bestellt haben, wurde einfach BBQ Soße drauf gemacht, obwohl keine bestellt wurde. Hätte der "Koch" oder die Kassieren sich nicht von anderen gleichsprachigen Gästen nicht so ablenken lassen, wäre das unter Umständen nicht passiert. So wurde also so einiges in den Sand gesetzt und wir haben einen billigere Produkt erhalten, als wir bezahlt haben.

Die Dame am Empfang war nett und freundlich. Der Ort ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Direkt davor gibt es eine Ladestation für Elektroautos!

Wirklich mit Abstand einer der besten Burger King 🙌🏻 meiden es inzwischen eigentlich nach Burger King zu gehen, aber diesen hier kann man sehr gut machen. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. 😊

Ich gehe selten zu einem Schnellrestaurant, und wenn, dann notgedrungen zu dem mit den goldenen Bögen. Warum? Weil die Kinder das dort so mögen. Und DAS ist der Grund, warum ich Burger King liebe! Hier kann ich in Ruhe essen. Außerdem ist diese Filiale nicht so groß. Für Franchise-Systemgastro beinahe schon familiär. Also, schick die Luschen zu Mäcces, wir treffen uns dann am Flamegrill!

Wir waren das erste mal hier und sind direkt mehr von Burger King überzeugt als von Mc’s. Burger King wird ist unser neuer lieblings fast food laden. Besonders hier in Rheda ist der burger king richtig angenehm👍🏼 Das essen ist gut und mit liebe gemacht😍

A pretty good Burger King. For some reason, I don't like most of their burgers, but the service is always very friendly and fast, and everything else is delicious too! The atmosphere isn't all that great; when you go in at night, they always play music like a party. Lots of teenagers come in in large groups, and the Burger King is a bit too small for that.

The food is just Burger King. You can like it; I personally think it's the best-tasting fast food place, but it's still fast food. The service was rather leisurely, so it was only "almost" fast food. The fact that the Burger King was built inside a gas station's car wash is funny, but also not particularly inviting, because the drive-thru smells a bit like exhaust fumes and gasoline.

The team was very friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't recommended, as it gave me severe stomach pains.

For a fast-food restaurant, this is really solid – and that's almost a compliment! The burgers always seem freshly prepared, taste good, and the vegetables are perfectly fine. A particularly positive aspect: no long wait times, so you can move on quickly. Parking isn't plentiful, but luckily you can always find one. Compared to other fast-food chains, the burgers here are definitely better – that's why I stop by every now and then. All in all: Good, fast, and reliable – sometimes that's all you need 🍔🍟

So, I've actually been enjoying eating at Burger King and MC lately, but yesterday this Burger King was a complete disaster! We were there at 3 p.m. with five people and it was barely busy. We waited 30 minutes for the food! It was at least 35 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, and when we asked if there was air conditioning, we got a simple, unfriendly "no." There are no outside seats. The men's restroom smelled strongly of urine! You can ruin a name that quickly. So, after yesterday, I'll consider going to Burger King again. I can't understand how restaurants like this can survive these days.

I'm not really a fan of burgers... But the place is clean and seems to fit the franchise concept. Unfortunately, there are some strange characters hanging around there later in the evening. But that's just how it is in LP...

A relatively small Burger King with ample parking and a drive-thru right next to the gas station. The Whopper was good, the fries were hot and crispy—nothing to complain about. However, the staff seems completely unmotivated and even bored. Similar to the competition, the prices are now completely exorbitant. Therefore, visits like this remain an exception.

Everyone's falling asleep here, having to wait 25 minutes for an order while 30 people who ordered after me were served. A sad state of affairs.

Clean tables, tasty food and quiet atmosphere, despite it being a fast food restaurant. Burgers are 2-3 euros overpriced, but the taste and friendly staff make it all worth it. I also really like that there is always an experienced cook at the grill with a knowledge of basic hygiene. This place has a very bright future❤️

Bought 2x large fries today....portion far too small for the price of €4.20 per portion!!! In my opinion this is usury...never Burgerking again 😠

Absolute catastrophe, overwhelmed every time and waiting far too long even though there's nothing going on and then the absolute cherry on top is that there are ALWAYS missing burgers! It's better to drive a few meters further to the competition

So it's okay to good here after what you ordered. There were only 2 people behind the counter. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. The employee was apparently in the training phase. The tables were dirty and the floor as well. Some competitors do it better.

I waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and a side of fries. They should hire more staff. One of the employees is very bored and serves you as if he were the actual boss.

Unfortunately, it's always understaffed, you can see that when you order something, they're polite and everything, but by the time you get to it the fries are already cold, which the employees can't handle. I think Burger King wants to save money, that's a shame.

It was quite ok in terms of food. There isn't much more to evaluate. No contact with employees, no hello, no ciao.

It couldn't get any worse. Waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers and then not even being able to make a strawberry shake. Instead I get vanilla...not recommended store. Unless you have a lot of patience.

We were in the Burger King and ordered chilli cheeseburgers which came out cold, which we took to the checkout and they refused to exchange them. The team leader was totally unfriendly and disrespectful.

Unfortunately understaffed. 3 employees for checkout, kitchen and drive. The three of them seemed professional and did their best, but they also seemed completely overwhelmed. I recommend at least one note: e.g. that the waiting time is unusually long but everything is still freshly prepared. Question: Can orders placed at the vending machines be canceled?

Waiting time is a disaster. Totally understaffed, no matter what time. During peak times there are only 3 employees who can't even clean the tables because they have to take care of the orders. These often take 30 minutes... Smaller orders are preferred and you're happy to sit there longer. If something is spilled on the seats, it won't be cleaned. If some sauce is no longer available, you simply improvise. We probably waited for three quarters of an hour and people kept coming ahead of us and ordering after us. If you're hungry, it's definitely a mess! Won't go here again. Unless something changes.

I wanted to get an ice cream with caramel. Instead I got salty caramel as a sauce. When I NICELY pointed out that this wasn't the sauce I wanted, nothing was done and then ignored + the employees were incredibly unfriendly (I also checked to see if it was my mistake, it wasn't!) The order TV doesn't even say that Burger King offers salty caramel.
