So, I've actually been enjoying eating at Burger King and MC lately, but yesterday this Burger King was a complete disaster! We were there at 3 p.m. with five people and it was barely busy. We waited 30 minutes for the food! It was at least 35 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, and when we asked if there was air conditioning, we got a simple, unfriendly "no." There are no outside seats. The men's restroom smelled strongly of urine! You can ruin a name that quickly. So, after yesterday, I'll consider going to Burger King again. I can't understand how restaurants like this can survive these days.

Terrible employees. I ordered plant-based nuggets, and what was in them? A regular one. Since the others were plant-based, I naturally bit into one, as you can hardly tell from the outside. I then went back and explained the problem. I was laughed at and immediately denied it without even looking inside. Apparently, one of them was also the boss/manager, who didn't take me seriously at all (I've been a vegetarian for 15 years, and having a regular nugget in plant-based packaging is completely unacceptable for me). The whole thing happened on October 16, 2025, at 10:45 PM. I was back around 11 PM. Absolute uncompromising.
