I just met a very helpful woman with short red hair at the McDonald's drive-thru. She was very helpful and explained everything because we couldn't figure out the QR code. There are still some really wonderful, kind people out there, thank you! 😇

This review is for a specific employee! A huge shout-out to Tim Siebel, always super friendly and with a smile on his face! Top employee! I'm always happy when he serves me at the drive-thru! My friends and I recognize him by his pleasant voice! I recommend a raise for this nice guy!

Unfortunately, the only vegetarian/vegan burger has been discontinued, and only veggie nuggets and wraps are offered as alternatives. According to the company, this is due to cost reasons, as it wasn't being sold enough. Well, that means we'll be avoiding McDonald's for the time being, in the hope that we'll find a veggie burger again in the future.

The food was McDonald's-like...we, as a group of over 30 people, wanted to celebrate our tournament victory with some music...no one was bothered by it...only the lady on shift was against fun for everyone...oh well...we left relatively quickly and celebrated at Burger King...and thus spent a lot of money there...

The only MC so far who reacts extremely sensitively to after-show dinners after a guard tournament. Other MCs make the business of their lives, but here it's not welcome, even "forbidden." So all the clubs who want to eat something after the tournament in Rennerod and enjoy their success... find another MC.

Very unfriendly. We're a dance group and regularly go to various MCs after tournaments. So far, we've not only generated a decent amount of business, but also always created a great atmosphere. But here we were just perceived as a nuisance. We're back!

I've gotten a Happy Meal for the second time now, and for the second time, they didn't put a toy in it and forgot to drink. So, it's not that difficult to put a toy in a Happy Meal.

On the above date, around 7 p.m., a few colleagues and I were customers at McDonald's in Rennerod. We paid €25 because we split our order. It cost €19 plus a few small items. She then only wanted to give us the remaining amount, up to the full €20. After a lengthy discussion, we were given €5 instead of €5.52. The employees were also very rude, uncommunicative, and didn't speak German or math well for their "job." The reason for giving it one star is because the food arrived very quickly, but was also a bit colder and hard.

I don't quite understand the negative reviews from some guests...if you're expecting a 5-star restaurant, you're obviously in the wrong place. Otherwise, this branch is one of the better ones in Germany. It's super clean, both inside and out, the food was freshly prepared and delicious, and the service from the ladies was super friendly and accommodating.

I can't understand why there's a dog ban here. Thankfully, that's not the case in Thuringia. That means McDonald's is out of the question for me. 😡

This is a classic McDonald's branch I visit every month. The team is notorious for missing an item in every order. Although I always think I'll get a complete order this time, the branch team proves me wrong again. It’s become a fun little game between us. In the end, I checked every item and thought I had everything, but I lost again when I found only one burger instead of the double burger I ordered. Place your order, but check it carefully several times. Don’t worry, something will likely still be missing. Good luck, and enjoy your (hopefully complete) meal!

Actually, 4 stars because McDonald's is really cool, and I'm from the hood (Rennerod). BUT I was just there because I was in the mood for a McDonald's, so I ordered a double chicken burger. You little goofies just gave me a regular chicken burger. It's a disgrace. I really enjoyed the food otherwise and would definitely give it a higher rating, but you little goofies just stuffed a regular chicken burger into a double chicken burger package. Next time, put the burgers in my bag better.

We spent a lot of money and only got half of what we ordered. You should always check after receiving the goods 🤬. The MC Rip was so dry, with barely any sauce. Inedible. Plus, we had the same order number as the customers who had received their orders before us. All in all, not even worth a single star.

I think it's really bad that you can choose the color of the glasses when you order at the machine and then when you pick up your order you're told that the color is not available. When asked about this, the employees react very unfriendly. It's not the first time that McDonald's has done such a campaign with glasses. It should know which colors or colors don't work well and deliver the quantity of each color to the restaurants accordingly. It's simple statistics and mathematics, but it would imply that the needs of customers have to be taken into account.

DO NOT buy McFlurry here! You're getting ripped off with this ice cream. The prices for McFlurry's are already very high at €4.50, but the branch here can't do anything about that. The current McFlurry Edition costs even more (€5!) and is still regularly filled to the center line with economical toppings. If you want ice cream, it's better to go to Heiligenroth, for example. It's cheaper there and is often full to capacity! Otherwise the food is okay, but the staff is often noticeably disappointing. Several times my food was left on the counter before it was served, so I had to ask. It can happen, but it is noticeable.

Sauladen, After our ice cream order, all 3 of us had dinner for the night. Stomach problems the day after. Hygiene is probably not very important there.

We ordered 3 orders, 2 of which came to the table quickly and one was delayed for a long time. The boss was very nice and solved our problem.

We were there in the evening around 9:15 p.m. and it was mediocre. The lady who cleared trays and cleaned them seemed a little annoyed. I deducted two stars for the service because the toilets were an absolute no-go, the toilet seats were peed on and there was no toilet paper in one or the other toilet. Hygiene should also be observed and controlled in the sanitary area!!!

He explained the situation. He apologized and offered me a new Der M. I got it today. There was no cucumber flavor to it. Thanks for the courtesy.

The employee who was supposed to explain to us how to use it could not properly explain how the terminal should be operated. Das Personal kann kein Wort deutsch, ich bekomme NIE die Soßen die ich will, auch wenn die zur Verfügung stehen. Seit dieser Monopoly-Code Aktion war ich 3 mal da und jedes Mal war der Code schon angerissen. 2 Bestellungen am Drive-In sind schon zu viel für das Personal und man bekommt net was man will. Das Essen is viel zu teuer für diese eklige Qualität!
