In my opinion, this McDonald's in the tranquil Westerwald is one of the best when it comes to cleanliness and friendliness. I always enjoy taking a break here.

Were in Rennerod...the best thing there was the girl in service. She emptied the scales in no time. Tables wiped, tidied up

Anyone who likes MC will also find it good here.

MC's just, I can't do without it, the kids can't, so we just go there. The bottom line is that it's way too expensive to go out to eat with a family. It's just about okay for a snack.

Last week we were here again for a long time and took food with us. Everything was actually ok except the new one (the M) something went wrong. Wanted it without cucumbers. I ate 1/4 of it and there was a strange taste of cucumber. I looked and there was no cucumber on it but the taste was there. I then called the branch and had the manager on the line straight away. He explained the situation. He apologized and offered me a new Der M. I got it today. There was no cucumber flavor to it. Thanks for the courtesy.

Surprisingly good burgers for Mc’s standards. We're not from here and have never had such a juicy burger. The employees are also very friendly and you get your food with a nice smile 😊. I had a good experience. We found a car park. Instead of driving through I went in to order my meals. As a non German speaking lad, the digital kiosk helped me tomorrow what I wanted. I paid through paywave and waited about 5 minutes for my order. I got my order and I was on my way. Oh, my french fries was warm.

Das Personal kann kein Wort deutsch, ich bekomme NIE die Soßen die ich will, auch wenn die zur Verfügung stehen. Seit dieser Monopoly-Code Aktion war ich 3 mal da und jedes Mal war der Code schon angerissen. 2 Bestellungen am Drive-In sind schon zu viel für das Personal und man bekommt net was man will. Das Essen is viel zu teuer für diese eklige Qualität!

Essen war frisch, lecker und heiss. Leider hat der Tischservice sehr lange gedauert. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurden Tische gereinigt und die Rückgabestation mehrmals geleert. Die Raumtemperatur war sehr kalt. Es schien, als ob keine Heizung angeschaltet war. Wir saßen während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit Jacken am Tisch und waren nach verlassen des Restaurant komplett durchgefroren.

Sehr schneller Service, auch während hohem Gästeaufkommen.

Bei Bestellungen am Drive fehlen immer die Servietten. Stets fehlt etwas oder es ist der falsche Burger drin. Pommes sind meistens kalt.

Dieser McDonald ist sauber. Wenn man das Essen als Service zum an den Tisch wählt geht das sehr zügig. Ansonsten habe ich ja sehr wenig mit dem Personal zu tun, da ich über den Terminal mein Essen bestelle.

Mal ein etwas anderer McDonalds. Dirndl, nettes Ambiente, passt

durchschnittlicher Service wie überall. Überprüfen Sie, wie bei anderen McDonald's auch, Ihre mcdrive-Bestellungen, da etwas fehlen wird. Seit Corona-Zeiten will man hier nicht mehr an der Kasse bedienen, sondern nur noch an den Kiosken. Rentner haben es daher schwer, hier etwas zu bekommen. Auf die Frage, warum es nicht möglich ist, an der Kasse zu bestellen, bekam ich die Antwort: Einfach so. Drei Sterne und ich bin großzügig.

Eigentlich ganz gut, nur kann man nur am Terminal bestellen

Holen dort nur über Vorbestellung und Drive Inn. Es hat schon öfter mal was gefehlt - sei es Pommes, Spielzeug vom Happy Meal oder Nuggets... Noch eine Verbesserung: Milchshake sollte erst rausgeben werden, wenn alles aus der Bestellung verfügbar ist, damit das nicht komplett flüssig ist, bis alles zusammen da ist. Ansonsten klappt bei Personalisierung vom Burger immer alles gut und das Essen ist auch warm.

Pommes oft nicht frisch, burger oft lieblos zusammen gesetzt, gesamte Hygiene könnte besser sein.
