I find it kind of disgusting when the manager himself is involved in the preparation, wears blue latex gloves, prepares cola and then cashes in at the drive counter with the same gloves and counts money. Here he should serve as a role model for his employees and adhere to the applicable hygiene rules! You can expect that, right?

Zero stars would be too much for this Burger King. Unfriendly, staff doesn't speak German (or didn't they want to?) s I wouldn't say there's much cleaning there. The staff talk to each other in a foreign language, laugh around and you stand by and feel like you're being taken for a fool. Eating cold, just cruel.

You stand in the drive forever for about 20 minutes, no one answers etc. terrible

Have been there several times now and each time it takes ages to get food. Person at drive through can only work on one person per time - cars stand in line super long. Sometimes their german is not good so they don’t understand what you want to order. Waiting for food to be prepared takes another 5 - 10 minutes once your at the window to get your food. People inside seem very unorganised and overwhelmed with their tasks. Will go to McDonald’s now in Prien - by the time I’m there I’d probably still stay in line in bernau :).

Always happy when I'm nearby or driving past on the highway. Ordering is easy, service is quick and with the new interior renovation it is more comfortable and the toilets are now free.

Burgers tasty, reasonably priced

We were just there for a quick meal with the children and the young gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating. Always happy.

A really good BK near the autobahn. Free drink refills, order screens, 150kwh ev chargers in the parking lot, and super clean. They were a bit slow getting out order out, but that's the only negative. There's even a very cute and clean pretend play area for children.

Everything was fine, the Whopper was a revelation!

Worst visit I've ever had at a fast food restaurant!! I ordered 9 chilli cheese nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers with fried onions and bacon to take away. When I wanted to eat it at home, I realized that I got 6 nuggets and 2 other burgers. Of the 3 things I ordered, I didn't get a single piece right, you have to do it first! It wasn't the first time something like this had happened here either... Respect!!

Here I got meat instead of plant-based, and I'm glad that Burger King makes the patties visually recognizable. Nevertheless, it makes me all the sadder that the employees don't care because they see what they are preparing.

Dirty shop! Ordered via app yesterday and used 3200 crowns as a bonus - employees were too stupid to enter the order correctly; App reported the order was successful; Apparently nothing arrived at the checkout; bonus crowns were deducted and I was turned away without receiving a meal. I would only have gotten something if I ordered new and paid for it. Simply fraud at the highest level coupled with incompetence! Never this shop again, even though I stopped here regularly.

All components were well prepared despite few people the moment I attended the restaurant. Service effective.

Superbly remodeled. Great design. Food was nicely prepared according to BK standards. Complaints were addressed quickly.

Went to the drive in. Food was good, tasted like any other good Burger King.

Don't listen or don't understand German well. Constantly forgetting the sauces. Not an isolated case, but most of the time.

Food was ok. When ordered at the terminal we suddenly had to pay 1.20 euros more. Nobody could explain to us why; threadbare interpretations of the receipt were attempted.

Clean location with friendly staff. They missed some items from our order, but were quick and friendly to correct their mistake. Food was tasty and burgers had a nice smokey flavour.

There were problems with digital ordering. The problem was solved unconventionally by a dedicated employee. It's no longer a given today!

Got the globe of food and waited eagerly for 40 minutes to get what I had ordered

This was one of our charging stops on the way home from Slovenia. The pillars were free, things went smoothly and the children could play. Especially on the busy A8, it's worth driving a few meters away from the train.

Pretty new Burger King. Everything was pleasantly clean, including the toilet. It is a bit out of the way and was therefore not very busy despite the holiday season. What is weak, however, is that there were 4 people behind the counter with nothing to do, yet no one was willing to take an order. Ordering was only possible at the terminal. The preparation then went quickly.

This was the best Burger King I've been to!! Extremely clean and also fast service even though all 5 made special orders. Good's hamburgers, both those with meat and chicken but above all the vegetarian ones. Good stop. Pity not quite from the motorway so it's quieter than normal Autobahn places.

The new renovated Burger King has a nice ambience. The food is very good and the fries are freshly made. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Newly renovated and attractive. Unfortunately, the old problems remain and it is not cleaned frequently. In particular, the basically overcrowded tray trolleys and unclean tables are not tasty if you want to eat!

The worst experience, the only fast food where you wait more than 20 mi ut, and that in an empty restaurant. The lady putting the food on the tray absolutely needs help as she is not in control of the situation.

Unfortunately, the “Home of the whopper” on Lake Chiemsee in Bernau is very, very dirty. Garbage everywhere, spilled drinks, etc...that of course attracts the wasps. If it looks like that in the kitchen... The local employees should take a look at the M* Dona*** in Prien for cleanliness. Flame-grilled burgers aren't everything. A PITY!!!

I ordered at the machine and after I paid the note came out with the information: "Unfortunately, there was a problem transmitting your order to the kitchen. Your card has been charged. Please take this receipt to the counter and request your food. We apologize for the inconvenience." I then went to the counter where an older lady took care of my request after a long wait, but she was very unfriendly!!! She didn't even read the note and told me there was no order, to which I said yes, please read the note!!! After a long discussion I read it to her and her answer was, it wasn't her problem, it was missing from the billing that evening!! To which I laughed because I couldn't believe it. The lady then told me not to laugh so much, it's no laughing matter!!! I asked her for the boss/shift manager and she told me it was her. She then took the note and gave it to the employee telling him to get the order ready! After a few minutes I got it too. Conclusion to the whole thing. Employees or "managers" are unfriendly to the guests because they assume they are people I will never see again, but I live in the area and have gone there often and have always overlooked the fact that the employees are rude, but that went too far today I will never visit the store again and don't recommend it to anyone!

Nothing unexpected from a restaurant from this chain. It was one of the few options to dinner close to 10pm. The place was almost empty, nevertheless we got the expected service and food. The atmosphere at that time was too quiet.

Unfortunately that was nothing! Unfortunately, all of the burgers we ordered were cold. Freshly prepared is different! The response to our complaint was extremely unfriendly. Without saying anything, they took our four burgers back and then put three new ones (?) on the counter. It took a lot of effort to explain, despite the order receipt, that firstly one burger was wrong and then another was missing. Very, very bad complaint management! Apparently out of spite they made us two additional new burgers. And they were even warm. Furthermore, the bacon was unfortunately very hard. That wasn't a win!

Unfortunately it often closes at 10 p.m. Overcrowded on weekends with a lot of holidaymakers, which leads to a long waiting time.

5 Plant-based Burger bestellt und nicht einer davon war wirklich plant-based. Ein Nugget-Burger wurde zum Hamburger und vegane Mayo wurde zu normaler Mayo. Zusätzlich lassen die Toiletten auch zu wünschen übrig.

As if it wasn't bad enough that half the order was wrong, every single plant-based burger was not plant-based, but simply the meat version. Even the vegan mayo became regular mayo. The toilets were broken and the soap was empty. The service was slow and the food wasn't warm either. I would prefer to give minus stars for the cheekiness with the plant-based burgers.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten zu wünschen übrig. Essen wahr aber top.

Nach der Bestellung leider sehr lange Wartezeiten obwohl kein großer Andrang. Die junge Angestellte war sichtlich überfordert und tauschte die Gerichte auf unserem Tablett mehrmals aus; dadurch war leider ein Teil des Essens, wir waren 5 Personen, nur noch lauwarm. Die Burger, Beilagen und Salate hatten, bei nahezu gleichem Preis, auch nicht die Qualität und Quantität wie bei MC.

Nur Kaffee zum Mitnehmen gekauft. War stark und heiß. Bedienung ohne lächeln. Parkplatz teilweise etwas eng

Der erste Burger King am Weg von Salzburg nach Zürich und so sind wir hier alle zwei Wochen zu Gast... Burger King - Ohne Überraschungen, alles wie gewohnt, aber sauber, immer guter Umsatz, also frische Ware und recht fixes Personal.

Der Mitarbeiter hat mich falsch gehört und hat mir ein Kids Meal gegeben 😂. Vielleicht spreche ich nicht perfekt Deutsch aber „whopper with cheese“ kann man sich nicht verhören.

Der junge Mann am Tresen wirkte sich sehr überfordert mit der Situation, Hilfe von den Kollegen war jedoch nicht zu sehen, eher genervte Gesichter, Essen war Standard Qualität und das Restaurant war von der Sauberkeit in Ordnung... Filiale Bernau am Chiemsee

Toiletten sind nicht sauber, fehlen Seife und Handtücher.

Leider ein Burger King in dem es kein deutschsprechendes Personal gibt. Wir haben uns bei der Bestellung von einem Salat mit vegetarischen Chicken leider sehr schwer getan. Sicherlich liegt dies auch der schlechten Anbindung der DriveIn Gegensprechanlage. Dennoch war es sehr umständlich, die richtige Bestellung auszuführen und auch zu bekommen. Als wir den Salat dann aufmachten, war dieser leider schon etwas drüber und das Gemüse nicht ganz frisch. Gerade die Tomate war nur noch labbrig.

Essen OK. Am Drive in versteht einen das Personal sehr selten und seit über einer Woche keine Kartenzahlung mehr möglich. Lieber wo anders hin

Das Essen ist nicht besser oder schlechter als in anderen Burger King-Restaurants. Die Sanitäre Anlage und das Restaurant sind sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Öffnungszeiten sind nicht so gut, vor allem am Wochenende könnte man länger aufhaben Die vegane Auswahl ist toll und lecker, ich bin bloß immer ein wenig angeekelt davon, wenn man die BTS-Skandal Videos gesehen habe. Mit den veganen Produkten hatte ich aber noch nie Probleme.

Optimal,wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte.

Bester Burger-King Deutschlands .Bestellungen Super schnell, Missverständnis unser seits, nach bereitstellung Burger retur genommen, statt gemaule ein Freundliches Lächeln plus Auszahlung. Alles sauber , alle freundlich, alle Sonderwünsche, besser geht es nicht .Wir fahren diese Strecke alle 14 Tage hin und retour und hier halten wir ab jetzt jedes Mal.

Meist genug Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Toilette vorhanden und sehr sauber.
