I have been vacationing in Bernau for more than 15 years, sometimes twice a year. The Pizzeria Palazzo has always been the last place to go to get something to eat - as a rule, when all the restaurants are fully booked, you can still find a place here... which actually doesn't speak for the locality. The food is borderline edible and completely sufficient for people who have few demands and want to be reasonably full - just a pizzeria. Unfortunately, what makes matters worse is that the service is substandard. As a “foreigner” you are not perceived at all. People known to the staff who are part of the inventory are practically besieged, while the tourist has to go to the counter out of sheer desperation to order something, which is then commented on with stupid answers. Unfortunately, there is no longer any culinary alternative for me, even in times of greatest need.

The food was very tasty, especially the pizza. The bruschetta starter was also very tasty. The staff was very nice and always on their toes. The ambience was good. I would definitely recommend it.

You've hardly been there for a year... you won't be recognized anymore 😭! BUT: you will be served just as nicely and courteously as if you were an old regular guest!! 🍾 (OK 'old' is true 😸) Great food (try the fish soup!) ... and very nice service!

A nice little pizzeria right on the street. You can easily reach it on foot🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ from the motorhome harbor. Also ideal for cyclists 🚴‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ The service is fast, we didn't have to wait long. The only point deducted: it's difficult to see the food very late in the evening because there is no lighting under the umbrella. However, if you like it very romantic, lighting is more of a disadvantage 😉

A real letdown… The internet said the restaurant had warm food until 10:30 p.m. We arrived and wanted to order something to take away. The waitress replied that the kitchen was closed. We asked why the kitchen is closed when the internet says the kitchen is open until 10:30 p.m. She then replies no, the kitchen is only open until 10 p.m. We looked at the clock and it was only 9:45 p.m. She then replies that we don't have anything left.

For the first time (and unfortunately the last time) we ordered something to pick up. On the Pizza Parma (13€) there were 3 (!!!) small slices of Parma ham and almost no rocket. At first I thought I got the wrong pizza... We also ordered two Rigatoni al forno, which were also just a very small pile in the aluminum bowl. The portion will definitely be larger in a restaurant, but pasta is definitely not recommended for picking up or taking away (unless you order two portions per person).

Since we had to wait a bit to pick up the pizza we ordered, we sat at the bar and had another drink. The atmosphere of the pizzaria is very pleasant and it is clean. The service is friendly and, despite being a bit hectic, is still up for a little joke. The pizzas were very tasty and had plenty of toppings for the price. We have a clear recommendation 👍

We were passing through and made a quick stop. All good for that. Classic pizzeria with real Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, the terrace is right on the street, but it is not very busy. The saltimbocca was excellent.

Very friendly staff and very tasty food! We ate here twice during our one week vacation. Both the pasta with seafood, the pizza and the side salad were very, very tasty! Definitely worth a visit!

Delivers to the RV port to the RV door. Pizza and pasta top 👌 Salad, on the other hand, is not that great, careless preparation, mozzarella ball halved and cucumber prepared too thick and not good in taste, too much vinegar, hence one star deducted. Fast delivery and friendly driver. Recommended 👍

It's a pity we got here so late. The restaurant was located 400 meters from our apartment, but unfortunately we avoided it until we came there for the first time ;) the next day we visited this place for the second time. The pizza and pasta we ordered were very tasty. We received the dishes about 10 minutes after ordering. The restaurant is always full of guests, sometimes it's hard to get a table, but the waitress tries her best to squeeze us in somewhere. Of course, we could wait for a large table or, at our discretion, sit at a smaller one with chairs provided. The service lady was very friendly and always approached our table with a smile. I recommend this place. A restaurant worth visiting, you leave full, for little money.

Great food, great atmosphere 👍🏼

Located near the Bernau Outlet, this was our 2nd choice after the other pizzeria closed until the beginning of the year. Ambience quite good, selection of food and prices too. The service wasn't particularly motivated, and the pizza wasn't anything special either, as is often the case with pizza cheese and not mozzarella. It's a shame, more could be done with it.

Ambiente besteht aus zusammengesuchten Schrott... Stammkundschaft nie gesehen, wohne hier ein leben lang. Service versemmelt bestellungen oder nimmt sie falsch auf. Keine Ahnung was man bekommt ist Lotto. Bedienungen stehts gestresst und kurz vor dem Burn out. Dementsprechend die Reaktion auf Reklamationen, was einer Atomexplosion gleichkommt. Die Küche vermutl. Total überlastet

Kleiner Italiener für die leckere Lieblingspizza oder andere frisch zubereitete italienische Gerichte. Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude oder nebendran der öffentliche Parkplatz. Gut auch vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Keine Schwelle im Eingangsbereich, aber anhand der Breite nur bedingt für Rollifahrer geeignet. Sehr freundlicher Service, saubere WC Anlagen mit außergewöhnlichem Glas-Waschbecken. Essen auch to go mgl./Lieferdienst

Essen wurden verwechselt und teilweise vergessen. Service wirkte genervt. Wahrscheinlich weil das Restaurant voll war. Abholpizza dauerte über eine halbe Stunde. Und das obwohl vorher telefonisch bestellt wurde.

Waren heute mittag dort essen. Muss sagen, das Essen ist sein Geld wert im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Restaurants. Meine Frau hatte Pasta offen. War sehr reichlich mit Meeresfrüchten und Garnelen bestückt.Ich hatte eine Pizza Diavolo. War sehr lecker und vor allem sehr saftig im gegensatz zu anderen Pizzerien wo diese sehr oft zu trocken sind. Gemeinsam hatten wir noch einen gemischten Salat und der war auch sehr reichlich und umfangreich. Kann diese Pizzeria wirklich nur empfehlen.

Schönes kleines Restaurant. Leckere Pizza, Bruschetta und Lasagne . Die Preise waren in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder hier her.

Trotz Aushang und Lieferversprechen wird nicht geliefert. Am Telefon wird man unfreundlichst abgewimmelt.

Eines vorweg. Service freundlich und Lokal ganz nett (an der Hauptstraße). Würde gerne besser bewerten aber kann nur das kommentieren was kam. Völlig überladene, halbrohe Pizza mit Billigzutaten bestenfalls vom Discounter. So was kann in einem professionellen Restaurant nicht raus. Machen viele Döner bessere Pizza.

Essen und Trinken hat etwas gedauert. Grundsätzlich war es ganz okay, die Nudeln etwas scharf, die Zucchini auf der Pizza schmeckte komisch. Das Restaurant von einer Familie geführt, die stets bemüht ist.

Haben dieses Restaurant im Vorbeifahren entdeckt. Freundlicher Empfang, freundlicher Service und die besten Spagetti "Frutti del mare" seit langem. Dauerte allerdings etwas.Gut Ding braucht halt Zeit. Zu empfehlen.

Spaghetti aglio olio ebenso gut abgeschmeckt und gewürzt wie die sehr pikante Pizza diavola, netter Service und faire Preise, da konnten wir den Abend genießen!

Nette Bedienung, draußen etwas laut, da direkt an der Straße. Vom Essen waren wir leider etwas enttäuscht: Saltimboca mit Weisweinsoße, jedoch ohne Weisweissoße und Bandnudeln mit Spinat in Gorgonzolasoße, jedoch ohne Gorgonzola. Das Bruchetta hatte, wenn man es positiv ausdrückt, kräftige Röstaromen. Kommentar aus der Küche: das Saltimboca brauchten wir nicht zahlen, der Gogonzola wäre besonders mild gewesen... so mild das er gar keinen Geschmack hatte, tja wer’s glauben möchte.. wie gesagt an der Bedienung lags nicht.

Wir haben uns schnell und kurtzfristig zu einer Pizza bzw. Pasta entschlossen. Wir wohnen in Bernau und ich versuche immer regional einzukaufen, da haben wir bei Pizzeria Plazza bestellt. Jetzt zu Corona Zeit kostet die Lieferung im Bereich Bernau nicht mehr als im Geschäft. Wir hatten Pizza und Pasta und alles war noch sehr heiß und wurde sehr pünktlich geliefert. Die Pizza und die Pasta hat super geschneckt wie in Italien, wir sind begeistert.

Zugegeben das Palazzo ist nicht groß aber, was da aus der Küche rauskommt ist wirklich toll. Da achten die Besitzer wirklich drauf das alles passt und schmeckt! Ich persönlich gehe gerne zu Luciano und lasse mich gerne immer wieder aufs neue Beraten und mich kulinarisch verführen.

Als Ortsansässiger hole ich hier regelmäßig Pizzen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind gut und im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien in der Gegend muss diese hier sich nicht verstecken. Mit den seltenen wirklich hervorragenden Pizzerien kann sie zwar nicht mithalten, aber insgesamt ist sie doch schon recht gut und preislich ist es auch ok. Der Service beim holen war bisher auch immer in Ordnung. Wer also nicht auf der Suche nach dem ultimativen Geschmackserlebnis ist, dennoch gut essen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Goed eten, no nonsense. Vriendelijke bediening. Terras wat dicht aan drukke straat. Niet duur voor het gebodene.
