My wife and I wanted to spend a nice evening eating. The ambience is good, the food tasted good, the portions are too small and you can't get full and we are not big eaters! Then there was a special experience with a waitress, I called for a waitress to a gentleman who of course I didn't know the name, he should remove the cranberries because there were a lot of wasps on them, his answer was you can see that I'm just pouring a beer and don't have time, we found that very unfriendly and think that the boss should know that, we won't be entering the restaurant again after this incident

It's just crazy €30 for schnitzel and €19 for cheese spaetzle. It's not worth it

I have been coming here with my family for many years. Beautiful view of the Chiemsee, beautiful ambiance and delicious food and top service!

We have been here many times, but have noticed that the prices have increased significantly each time. Paying €19 for simple Kässpatzen shows (un)healthy self-confidence. A bottle of water for €7.20 is probably not a bargain either. But be that as it may, the really deplorable thing is the quality of the food. Poorly seasoned, even more poorly cooked, the meat was sometimes so tough that it was difficult for the knives to cut it into bite-sized pieces. The €27 for a tagliata di manzo was very poorly spent, the beef was not eaten because it was simply inedibly tough. The service was okay and tried hard. No compensation was offered for the entire beef returned. There was only a brief “shrug of regret.” Conclusion: This restaurant thrives on the ambience, but by no means on the quality of the gastronomy on offer.

Was there yesterday afternoon for dinner and coffee and cake. The food was very good, but there wasn't enough on the plate and it was too expensive! Also suitable for children and wheelchair users!!!

A special highlight was the beautiful glass house, which made our celebration unforgettable with its elegant atmosphere and wonderful view of Lake Chiemsee. The entire planning and support by the team was professional and cordial, which made us feel completely comfortable and in good hands. The food was excellent, the decoration was harmonious and lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. Our guests are still raving about the wonderful celebration and the unique atmosphere. We couldn't imagine a better wedding location and wholeheartedly recommend Sallers Badehaus am Chiemsee!

Were invited to a 70th CELEBRATION. Located directly by the lake, there is no need to mention the wonderful lake panorama. What is definitely worth mentioning, however, is the perfect service and the really recommendable cuisine. Clearly 5 stars without any ifs and buts!!

The food was good, although the salad plate with fish was somehow reduced in size and resembled an appetizer. We arrived at 8:00 p.m. and were prepared for a lovely evening. They said the kitchen was about to close and we weren't allowed to order any more starters. OK... it's a shame... But what was a real shame was that all the tables and chairs next to us were folded up. We wanted to enjoy the sunset and just felt very uncomfortable. There will be a wedding the next day, also ok. But then it would be better to keep two service staff until the end and send the others off work, rather than having to pay 5 or 6 staff and then shutting everything down at 8:30 p.m. even though there are still guests present. It would be better if all guests paid from the lower area. I used to work in the catering industry myself and although the restaurant wasn't in an upscale category, everything was only remodeled when the last guest left. You have such a beautiful location, great employees and a good kitchen - in such cases, please manage it a little differently. Thank you very much and kind regards

There isn't a great deal of choice next to Lake Chiemsee at Bernau, so it's good that this place was able to tick all the boxes. The pulled beef with barbecue sauce in brioche was very good indeed. The restaurant building has a lot of character, although we ate in the beer garden.

A very nice atmosphere. Very nice building and guest garden. However, if you just want to drink something, like many cyclists do, it's time to be friendly. Then you just get a table. If you're alone, like an older woman was, then "actually only comes with 2 people or more". That's very cheeky. But if you can afford to miss out on customers?

We photographed a wedding at the Sallers Badehaus in September 2022 and were thrilled by the flair that this location offers. Through our years of experience as wedding photographers, we have been able to get to know many interesting places and the bathhouse is a very special one. We still remember the service staff as well as the warmth of the owners, the very good catering and the atmosphere that can be felt everywhere. The Sallers Badehaus is the perfect location for all wedding couples who value perfect, unpretentious service, celebrate their love with a grandiose party right by the lake and don't want to miss out on the Bavarian charm.

Right on the lake in front of the paid parking lot (€2.00 for 2 hours), right at the Felden motorway exit. The food tasted very good, the service was very friendly, the ambience was simply great with a view of the lake. Right on the dog beach where four-legged friends can also go into the water and play. Dogs are also allowed on the restaurant terrace.

The Sallers Badehaus is located right in the first row on the Chiemsee beach - the view from the terrace is fantastically beautiful. The menu offers a wide, seasonal variety. The onion roast and the linguine with burrata were very tasty. But what impressed us most was the very, very friendly and attentive service. We really had a great evening and can only recommend the restaurant.

The perfect place on Lake Chiemsee. The cuisine is excellently coordinated - wonderfully prepared plates, everything tastes great, the portions are not too big. We always receive excellent service, and the view from the winter garden or terrace is simply brilliant.

The restaurant is located a few meters away from the Chiemsee shore, you have a great view of the lake! For dinner I ordered the onion roast with spaetzle and bacon beans for €32! The meat was fried to perfection, the spaetzle and beans were first class. My companion was also enthusiastic about her food... There is a good selection of dishes, from hearty to sweet and vegan. There are plenty of paid parking spaces (until 6 p.m., free afterwards)! The Sallers Badehaus restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Sallera Badehaus - Delicious snacks should be ordered to be worth the sugar you consume. - The meat at this restaurant isn't very good, but it's normal for European meat. - Pork Dee should order both menus. They are delicious and satisfying. - Good, fresh fish, no fishy smell. - If you come during white asparagus season, you should order it. It is another menu that is considered to be the highlight of the restaurant. - The shop's service is considered to be in good condition. You have to reserve well in advance if you want to have a direct view of the lake. The dessert was super tasty (chocolate cappuccino). You have to be patient. Otherwise I would like to come back. Keep it up.

We were invited to an event with lunch and were thrilled. If you're here for the first time: take the steps up to the roof because the view of Lake Chiemsee is worth it! Even in bad weather.

A short-term online reservation was possible without any problems. The staff welcomed us nicely. I had loup de mer and mussels on leek potatoes. The fish was fantastic, but the potatoes were unfortunately old. When I asked the staff about it, she asked in the kitchen and they assured her that the potatoes had been freshly cooked the day before. Unfortunately, fresh and day-old don't go together at all, especially since potatoes always have that stale taste. Even given the price, I expect that the potatoes were freshly cooked on the same day. This can happen early in the preparation. That really spoiled my experience there, because the atmosphere promises something other than old potatoes. There was nothing to complain about about my partner's roast pork, it was great.

Great location, great ambience, open on Mondays - but EXPENSIVE❗️The pancake soup (7.50) came after 20-30 minutes with the main course (funny idea!) and was totally spicy. The Kaiserschmarren is highly recommended ❕

Wir waren gestern mit unserer Team dort Essen und haben einen wunderbaren Abend verlebt . Meine Frau und ich haben sowohl den Kulinarischen Genuss als auch das Ambiente sehr genossen. Das Essen war wunderbar und die Portionen waren größer als Erwartet. Wir hatten den Badehaussalat und ein Bruscetta als Vorspeise , zum Hauptgang gab es ein Zwiebelrostbraten und Schweinrückenfilet und zu guter letzt Tiramisu. Es hat alles wunderbar geschmeckt. der Service war sehr gut und freundlich und hat und stets mit Getränken versorgt. Obwohl das Restaurant im etwas höheren Preisegment liegt wird dies durch das Ambiente und Essen wieder ausgeglichen. Das Restaurant ist leider etwas Unscheinbar von außen und relativ "schwer" zu finden wenn es draußen dunkel ist das es spärlich Beleuchtet ist . Vielen Dank an alle die Mitgewirkt haben das wir einen schönen Abend verleben konnten. Es hat alles gepasst.

Sehr schönes Ambiente! Wir waren nur zum Nachmittags-Kaffee mit unserem kleinen Hund dort, da im Medical Park ( wo ich z.Zt.eine Reha mache) keine Hunde zugelassen sind. Der Mohnstrudel war ausgezeichnet und der Cappuccino ebenfalls. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und unserem Vierbeiner wurde gleich ein Schälchen Wasser gebracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sicherlich auch mal zum Mittagessen!

Habe heute ein Saiblingfilet mit verschiedenen Espumas, leckerem Gemüse und Zitronen-Kartoffel-Pürree gegessen. Habe selten ein besseres Fischgericht gegessen. Der Fisch total zart, aber das bekommt auch in anderen guten Restaurants. Aber die Zutaten waren der Hammer. Auf jeden Fall aus meiner Sicht ein Essen auf Sterneniveau. Service ohnehin sehr professionell.

Sind Ende Oktober und am letzten Tag vor der 14 tägigen Sommerpause beim Badehaus, am Nachmittag mit unseren Rädern eingetroffen. Obwohl kurz for dem Saisonzusperren und vollstress wohlgemerkt,total freundlich bedient, toll gegessen, Portionen mehr als ausreichend, super Ambiente, nur zu empfehlen👍

Direkt am Chiemsee gelegen. Wir saßen bei tollem Herbstwetter draußen und hatten die Käseplatte mit Käse eines Lokalbauernhofs. Kann man nur empfehlen. 👍🤤 Das Badehaus wirkt von Außen nicht so groß, wie es in Wirklichkeit ist, da gerne auch drinnen die Speisen genießen. Parken kann man auch recht bequem, aber die Gebühren nehmen die auch von den Lebenden....😵‍💫

Ganz tolle Lage am überraschend ruhigen und fast beschaulichen Chiemsee. Weniger Münchner Schickeria, als befürchtet. Eine urplötzlich sich anstauende Gästemenge im Außenbereich bewältigte der sympathisch-verpeilt wirkende Kellner (erinnerte ein bisschen an Harold Lloyd)mit Bravour. Und die sich teilweise unschön aufführende Kundenhorde mit Gleichmut und Entspannung, er war weder lahm, noch hektisch. Kleines Zwischengericht entpuppte sich als Hochgenuss. Innenausstattung wunderschön, eher eine Art Deco/Jugendstil/Hundertwasser-Ausstellung, als ein Restaurant. Klasse, hätte ich in Bayern gar nicht erwartet.

Einfach der Wahnsinn!! Wir kommen schon eine gewisse Zeit immer wieder als Gäste und sind TOP zufrieden! Essen unfassbar gut! Location wirklich super edel renoviert. Und jetzt kommt das beste! Wir stehen extrem auf guten Service, dieser wird hier ganz groß geschrieben! Selten so einen unfassbar tollen Kellner gehabt. Gerade heutzutage kann man das gar nicht mehr mit Geld aufwiegen. Macht genau so weiter und schaut das ihr euer Personal zusammen haltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen euch auch unseren Freunden weiter!!! Ganz klare 10/10

Vier Personen waren wir, zweimal Kaffee einmal Tee und ein Bier. Drei hatten Desserts. Freundliches Personal. Der Mohnstrudel hat mich geschmacklich nicht begeistert. Das Tiramisu war unten am Boden flüssig bei beiden bestellten. Kein schönes Bild am Boden und nicht vertrauenserweckend, dafür 8,50 Euro ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Insgesamt war die Rechnung schon ordentlich hoch für drei Süßspeisen und Kaffee mit 46 Euro. Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch am Fenster mit Seeblick für 4 Personen reserviert, da wir mit guten Freunden aus dem Norden einen schönen Abend mit gutem Essen am Chiemsee verbringen wollten. Unsere Tischreservierung wurde jedoch verbummelt und so bekamen wir nur noch einen Notplatz am Eingang. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass für mind. einem weiteren Gast die Tischreservierung nicht funktionierte und dieser wieder ging. Der Service war nicht gut. Bestellungen wurden von der Kellnerin vergessen. Personal wirkte überfordert. Für Essen und Getränke haben wir zu viert 260 Euro bezahlt. Leistungs-Preisverhöltnis ist hier definitiv zu teuer für mittelmäßige Leistung. Der Hammer war dann noch, dass die Kellner um 21.45 angefangen haben die Stühle auf die Tische zu stellen. So was geht gar nicht und da haben wir uns als Chiemgauer vor unseren Gästen wirklich geschämt.

Wunderschöner Platz am Chiemsee mit sehr gutem, geschmackvollen Essen. Sehr nettes Personal und engagierte Chefin runden ein positives Erlebnis ab!

Das Restaurant liegt traumhaft am Chiemsee, allerdings wären gerade im Außenbereich ein paar Sanierungen fällig. Das Essen ist zwar hochpreisig (liegt auch an der Lage) aber war sehr schmackhaft! Gerne wieder!

Mit Abendrot noch schöner. Sehr schönes Lokal direkt am See. Nette Bedienung und sehr gutes Essen.

Herrliche Lage direkt am Chiemseeufer,sehr gepflegte Gerichte,freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service,ein Ort zum Genießen.

Erstmals hier und total begeistert. Es beginnt mit dem Service. Du hast den Eindruck, hier bist Du angekommen. Sehr freundlich, höflich, fix und ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Karte ist reichhaltig. Tolle Tagesgerichte und eine vielfältige Karte. Das Backhändl und der Chiemseereker ist zu empfehlen. Als Nachspeise dann den Zwetschgenkuchen. TipTop. Der Service bleibt in Erinnerung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und Empfehlungen aussprechen. Macht weiter so.

Eine verdient gute Bewertung, aber auch etwas konstruktive Kritik: Wir waren Freitag Abend in Sallers Badehaus, im Vorfeld am selben Tag reserviert. Das hat super geklappt und wir hatten einen tollen Tisch. Das Ambiente draußen ist traumhaft. Der Kinderspielbereich (im Außenbereich, es gibt wohl auch einen drinnen, diesen habe ich aber nicht gesehen) ist leider etwas lieblos und ungepflegt. Die Preise sind gehoben, zu Recht, denn das Essen war sehr gut. Wir waren zu sechst dort, es hat allen gut geschmeckt, ABER: ich hatte mir "Tagliata di Manzo" bestellt. Insgesamt sehr lecker, doch es war viel Fett am Fleisch, was für mich okay ist, damit es saftig bleibt. Der Teller war recht anstrengend zu essen. Große Ruccolablätter, große Kirschtomaten, sehr große Stücke Käse, große Croutons, alles zusammen sehr rustikal. Leider ist der Geschmack der Pinienkerne untergegangen und dadurch, dass es eher Ruccolasalat mit Fleischtopping war, welches man zudem recht mühsam nur essen konnte, weil man viel klein schneiden musste, war es schnell kalt. Hier könnte man verbessern. Aber es war gut, keine Frage. Der Service war aufmerksam, zunächst schnell und freundlich. Später allerdings, als wir nach ziemlich langer Zeit vorsichtig nachgefragt haben, wann denn unser Nachtisch käme, hat man dem Herren, der uns bedient hat, seine Anspannung und den Stress deutlich angemerkt. Das fand ich etwas schade und unprofessionell, für ein solch gehobenes Restaurant sollte sich der Service besser im Griff haben. Ich habe selber in der Gastronomie gelernt. Zu guter Letzt: bitte habt ein Auge auf die Toiletten. Es war okay, aber es hätte ordentlicher sein können. Wir haben hier an einem Dienstag abends ausgezeichnet gegessen und einen nahezu perfekten Service genossen. Unser Tisch war in dem gemütlichen Wintergarten mit romantischen Seeblick. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiter. Abwechslungsreiche Gerichte, auch vegan und vegetarisch, regionale Gerichte aber auch internationale Speisen sind wählbar. Gute Auswahl an Weine. Sehr netter Service, aufmerksam, umsichtig und freundlich. Danke dem gesamten Team in Küche und Service für einen schönen Abend. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Eine kurze Rast sollte es werden, fast wären wir noch zum Abendessen geblieben. Der Empfang war bereits eine Wohltat, nach einer langen Autofahrt wurden wir freundlichst ins Restaurant gebeten. Unsere mitreisenden Hunde waren kein Problem, der uns angebotene Tisch lies auch Raum für diese. Die von uns gewählten Speisen waren saisonal passend, frisch und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Wollten heute Mittag einen Kaffee und Eis auf der Terrasse trinken.Die Bedienung wollte uns Polster für die Loungeecke bringen als wir uns so hinsetzen mussten wir dort aufstehen,mit der Begründung der Weg ist zu weit. Als ich sagte wir wollen nur einen Kaffee in der Loungeecke und nicht auf den Stühlen trinken,sagte der Ober zu mir wörtlich,Sie müssen machen was ich sage. Das war unverschämt und wir sind gegangen. Essen kann man dort eh nicht mehr gut seit dem Besitzerwechsel vor ein paar Jahren,weil das Preis Leistungsverhältnis schlechter geworden ist.Hier wird halt die tolle Location am Chiemsee ausgenutzt
