Restaurant Fischerei Minholz in Bernau a.Chiemsee

Um es in knappen Worten zu sagen: Willkommen im Restaurant ruppig, desinteressiert und keine Begleitung zum Tisch (obwohl Zeit gewesen wäre) Wartezeit auf Standardfischgerichte 45 Minuten! Kein Wort des Bedauerns o.ä. So ist das, wenn ein ehemaliges kleines feines Familienunternehmen am großen Touristenstrom verdienen will, ohne die entsprechende Küchenkapazität zu haben. Essen mittelmäßig, Fisch einige Sekunden zu lange gebraten, schon wird er hart und trocken. Ansonsten eine langweilige Kartoffel und riesige Salatblätter in völlig ungeeigneten Schüsseln und die Kirschtomaten fehlten ganz. Service schnippisch, humorlos und völlig unfähig, auch nur Ansätze berechtigter Kritik anzunehmen oder sich gar zu entschuldigen. Antwort der Servicekraft zu der fehlenden (jedoch bezahlten) Beilage/ Kirschtomaten: „Ich gebe es an die Küche weiter“! Wo bleibt hier die Kundenorientierung? Und, lieber Herr Minholz, bitte schreiben Sie jetzt nicht wieder, wie toll und freundlich Ihre Servicekräfte sind. Das sind sie nämlich nicht, und das war nicht das erste Mal, aber für uns garantiert das letzte Mal.

Essen, Trinken, Service und Lokalität wie immer das Beste was man am Chiemsee finden kann. ALLES MEGA TOP!!!

Wir haben gestern im Minholz zu Mittag gegessen. Bestellt haben wir ganzer saibling und Seafood Platte gegrillt. Es war alles sehr gut zubereitet und angerichtet. Der Service war sehr gut. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Passte prima in unseren Zeitplan,reserviert einen Tag im Voraus,was notwendig ist,und alles war bestens.Guter Service, präsent, aber unaufdringlich, sehr gute, geschmacklich bestens abgestimmzte Gerichte,Speisekarte variantenreich, aber keine lokale Küche sondern leicht italienisch inspiriert, Saucen hervorrragend. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen..

We brought our dog to the restaurant, which wasn't a problem at all. We were given a table a little further away, so our dog could relax in a corner. We didn't disturb anyone and were able to fully enjoy our visit. We originally came across the restaurant while looking for a quick lunch and grabbed a fish sandwich to go. The sandwich was excellent – ​​not overloaded, but pleasantly simple and simply delicious. The quality of the ingredients immediately impressed us. That's why we decided to have a proper meal there a few days later – and we weren't disappointed. The staff is exceptionally attentive and very friendly, creating a welcoming, family atmosphere. The quality of the food is superb: we had smoked fish soup, bouillabaisse, and the Chiemsee whitefish twice – everything was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the house wine, which was equally impressive. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. We'll definitely be back!

The food was 5 stars. However, the older female waitress we had in the summer was unfortunately not friendly at all. In my opinion, she was somewhat arrogant and not attentive. And we were really just very basic guests. Otherwise, the ambiance was really nice, the food was delicious, but the service unfortunately wasn't up to par.

We stumbled upon this place by chance while passing through, and what can we say? It was absolutely delicious! Such good, fresh fish, some even from Lake Chiemsee, freshly hunted game, the finest Wiener Schnitzel, crisp vegetables, all beautifully presented 😊 Plus, such friendly and fun service! I can't understand the bad reviews here; it's definitely worth a visit! We were so enjoying ourselves that we even forgot to take pictures of the food 😱 But no matter, just go and try it for yourself 😉😋

For the price, the food was mediocre. You'd expect more flavor and appearance at this price point. What a shame!

I was just there to buy fries for two kids. The quantity wasn't that impressive, but the price was worth it. To top it all off, I had to watch someone in the kitchen first put their own fingers away and then prepare the food for the others on their plates. The atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, it was a real shock for me. Everyone can judge for themselves. At least the kids like the fries.

This is our second time here. We booked in advance by phone and got a lovely spot on the garden terrace. We received friendly and quick service. We were very pleased with the starter, surf and turf. We were very pleased with the whitefish dish. A delight! Prices range from €25-30. The house lemonade is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended; there's plenty of choice even for non-fish eaters. The kitchen works hard to prepare meals for guests; it's that fast. We visited twice and were served by different staff. Each time, the food was excellent and extremely pleasant.

The restaurant is located directly on the bike path around Lake Chiemsee and offers a beautiful view of the lake through the trees. The service is very friendly, sometimes a little over the top in a good way. We've eaten there twice now, in different years, and the food is very good and varied. The prices are, I'd say, typical for the area. We would eat there again anytime we're passing through.

Gerne gingen wir an besonderen Tagen zu Minholz. Gestern jedoch kam alles sehr negativ! Um 17 Uhr wurde uns ein kleines Tischchen mit sehr unbequemen Stühlen direkt am Fahrradweg zugeteilt. Ständig preschten Ebikes vorbei. Wir bestellten Zander mit Steinpilzrisotto + gebratenen Steinpilzen. Wir bekamen Renke mit gefüllten Nudeln und einen Hauch von Pilzen, die so klein und dünn geschnitten waren, das man weder Steinpilze erkennen noch davon einen Geschmack davon vermittelten. Beide waren wir sehr irritiert, denn wir waren bisher eine andere Qualität gewohnt. Als wir zahlten, versuchte ich der Bedienung es zu erklären, keine Chance! Weder hörte sie zu noch verstand sie dies. Zudem sagte sie keck, sie könne dies jetzt sowieso in der Küche es nicht weitergeben, da ist die Hölle los dafür haben die kein Ohr jetzt. Und das für 130 Euro 2 Personen.

While cycling around Lake Chiemsee, we stopped for lunch in the early afternoon. No problem. Very friendly, attentive service. All the ingredients in our dishes were freshly caught, excellently prepared, superbly seasoned, and deliciously presented! High praise! The restaurant is perfectly located between the lake's cycling and walking paths along the shore, 150 meters from the RV parking area. Very comfortable seating both inside and outside, with a delicious fish counter inside.

Simply stunningly beautiful. The food is good, and so is the service. Great fish dishes. The beer garden is top-notch. The restrooms are clean... nothing negative to say. Along with the Fischerstüberl in Attl, this is probably the best fish restaurant in the Rosenheim and Traunstein area.

We drove here spontaneously and were lucky to get a seat. The visit was absolutely worth it. The food was wonderful, the service very friendly, and the outdoor seating is also very nice.

We went there with friends and our young children without a reservation and were more than satisfied. The service was excellent, the food delicious and beautifully presented. Even the children's dishes were delicious. There's a children's playground and the seating is lovely near the lake. The value for money is excellent. We highly recommend it.

Insgesamt würde ich dieses Restaurant als rustikal bezeichnen: So ist der Umgang mit den Gästen, die Möblierung im Garten (wir durften nicht ins Restaurant, weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten), das Servieren, das Essen. Auch die anderen Gäste waren zum Teil etwas rustikal (laute Gespräche, lautes Lachen). Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Essen, aber der gebratene Fisch verschwand unter der Sosse, Schade drum. Dass man Parkgebühren zahlen muss……., naja. Das positivste war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das war in Ordnung. Wir werden wieder hingehen, weil wir wissen, was uns erwartet.

We ate wonderfully. The atmosphere was delightful. We ordered: a generous fish salad, a braised beef dish with breadcrumbs, and a fish dish with mixed vegetables and lemon cream, three glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, and three coffee affogatos. Everything was delicious. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and extremely kind.

Excellent food (e.g., the trout and char fillets were perfectly fried and delicious), friendly service, and fine wines and beers make the stay a pleasure. There's no lake view, but there is a lovely, cozy garden where you can also enjoy coffee and cake in the afternoon. As everywhere, the prices are significantly higher than they were a few years ago, but the overall experience is excellent. Thank you very much.

Fabulous food! The zander fresh from Lake Chiemsee was a dream 😍 The ambiance is lovely, and the waiters are very attentive, even when the crowds are high. The prices are commensurate, though. But if you want to treat yourself, it's worth a visit!
