Burger King in Adendorf

Unfortunately, our order took half an hour; this is not fast food.

Ate inside and was frozen solid. Cold as a sausage stand outside the supermarket. I've never had to put on a thick jacket while eating at any fast-food restaurant before. Food was OK as always.

Unfortunately, Burger King has gone downhill. The staff is unfriendly. They're very loud. When you're at the register, they ignore you and finish your conversation (private chats). The staff definitely needs better treatment.

It's more expensive than before, but it still tastes good.

A half-hour wait is not fast food

Either the mayo/ketchup is forgotten, or even the fries are forgotten altogether, but hey, at least you might end up with two servings of mayo/ketchup, like in my case, so you can just wolf them down without any fries.

Fast service, good quality and above all cleanliness – all in all 5 stars and the food has always been good so far, never been disappointed.

The burgers were cold. The lattice potatoes were hot. My burger was missing bacon, which I complained about. I was then brought a new, cold burger with raw bacon. Never again. I completely understand and agree with these reviews. There are better Burger King restaurants.

I ate at Burger King for the first time in ages. The Whopper now costs twice as much and tastes only half as good as it did a few years ago! On the other hand, my cheeseburger came with a quarter of a bottle of ketchup (maybe young people like that). The restroom smelled worse than a train station toilet... no, not because someone had just used it, but like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was no soap either. Meanwhile, four employees behind the counter were bored out of their minds because there was hardly anyone else there. Sorry... but I'm used to a lot at busy highway rest stops, including McDonald's and Burger King... but this shouldn't happen in such a quiet area!

I was very surprised... The place was very clean and the food I ordered was delicious... The terminal automatically selected "Menu" - even though I didn't want it... but it was okay.

A very, very strange Burger King. The kebab products were unfortunately a flop, which (perhaps) wasn't the shop's fault. But if you politely point out that it could have been better because the chicken patty was so burnt and dry, and the only reaction from the entire team is to make fun of it, then the company should reconsider its workforce. I know Burger King's standards because I worked at a very good one and even did an apprenticeship there, and the way things are done here is far from a good Burger King.

After politely and respectfully informing the staff that the burger and fries were cold and had poor toppings, I was practically laughed at. That's not how you imagine a company that's open to criticism. I won't be eating there again. That's not something you'd expect from Burger King.

Super friendly to the children and extremely clean

Never again. I was there on Monday, September 8th, at around 9:30 p.m., just so you know which staff members are involved. Which brings us to the first point. I can understand that motivation drops when you have to serve right before the end, but I have never experienced such incompetent staff. They take 10 minutes for a simple order, don't say anything in between minutes, and leave things out of the order, which means I end up paying a lot more for what I ordered. In the end, I ask about it, and he ignores me and speaks to his colleague in Arabic about something else. I would like to give it 0 stars.

At the drive-in, I wanted to redeem my coupon and gave the code. Unfortunately, the employee didn't understand the numbers and asked me to go directly to the counter. There, he typed in the numbers. There weren't even a few friendly words. The money was taken without a word, and the change was returned without comment. Just like the food. That, too, was served without a word, without a bon appetit or anything like that. Simply unkind. But it's always very quiet there. In contrast to another, large burger restaurant, with a yellow M, just a few kilometers away, which is always very busy. That alone should give me something to think about.

Once and never again. The cheeseburgers were already quite cold, soggy, and dry. It just kept getting worse in the mouth. The pickle was way too sour, as was the ketchup. The fries were also only slightly warm and also soggy. Next time, I'll go to McDonald's!!!

Unfortunately, it's a business center without much love. The staff is mostly lackluster, and we've often had problems with things being missing from the drive.

I've been to this branch several times now, and each time there have been problems with my order. Either burgers are missing, the wrong thing is packed, or side dishes are completely forgotten. When I politely complained this time that two burgers were missing, I wasn't even apologized for or given the missing items – instead, I was confronted and accused of having already received them. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers! Mistakes can happen, but how they're handled says a lot about the store – and this one, unfortunately, completely failed. I really can't recommend this location – if you value correct orders and respectful treatment, you should eat elsewhere.

For me, the best BuKi ever! The staff is friendly and completely customer-focused. The burgers are always as you would expect! Everything is always very clean! Thank you, thank you.

If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have gone somewhere else. The fries were so small they could have fit in one hand, and the price of the Coke was outrageous.

Employees gossip and laugh because you ordered a little more (for a large family). It's impossible. I wouldn't even give it a star. That's how you lose customers.

I waited 15 minutes as the only customer at the drive-thru, and there was absolutely no response. There was no one in the restaurant either. This wasn't the first time this has happened to me. I don't recommend it...

So zero stars would be okay too!!!!! Almost all of the tables were dirty. When we pointed it out, only two tables were more or less wiped down. He just wasn't in the mood, I'd say. If you're going to make that statement, let's just let it go, it shows the lack of enthusiasm!!!! It's a shame.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Because the cheeseburger pictured didn't match the picture, tasted terrible, and was cold.

The ordering kiosks are convenient, but very close together. Not recommended, especially with smaller or disabled children during rush hour, as no one looks or shows consideration in the crush. Totally stressful. Unfortunately, once again, there were no toys, even though we had chosen them. The food was hot, and we don't go there that often... Okay as a last resort...

Wir waren da, Kassiererin war freundlich aber der junge Mann bei der Essensausgabe hat die Hälfte vergessen und als er angesprochen wurde hat er uns wieder vergessen obwohl er meinte er bringt uns das gleich zum Tisch und als mein Mann sagte er hat die Chips vergessen wurde er noch frech zu meinen Mann. Wir haben uns zwei wooper Menü s bestellt und dazu gab es jeweils eine gratis Tüte Chips. Er wollte uns nur eine geben wir hätten aber zwei bekommen und dann wirst noch frech behandelt als ihn drauf hingewiesen haben. Das war jetzt der zweite Besuch da und beim letzten Mal war Essen kalt das war das letzte Mal!!

I was at the drive-thru, and hearing the employee wasn't so good. My chicken burger wasn't particularly good; it wasn't cooked very well; it wasn't golden, but it was quite a bit darker and the slice was really thin.

I am deeply disappointed with the service here in Adendorf! The website says that the drive-thru is open until 11 p.m. At 10:20 p.m. we stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for our order. When we then thought we would drive up to the food counter, the man just shrugged his shoulders and indicated to us with facial expressions and gestures that the place was already closed. They didn't think it necessary to tell us this over the speakerphone, or to open the window at the food counter to tell us!!! You should either adjust your opening hours on your website to the actual opening hours and/or you urgently need to hire friendlier and more customer-oriented staff! No wonder the McDonald's in Goseburg is always crowded and Burger King in Adendorf is never busy.

Eat as usual, but please don't go to the toilet, it smells awful and the toilet seats are completely full of piss. The tables could also be wiped down.

Once again something was forgotten when ordering. Two menus and a single burger were ordered and paid for, but only the two menus were received. Unfortunately, this only became apparent at home.

Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King! We were unlucky enough to want to eat here today. After entering our order on the display, the power went out and we had to start over. This happened not once, not twice, but three times in a row! When we finally got our order we were beyond disappointed. The food tasted absolutely crap! The fries had obviously not even been in the deep fryer and were raw. An absolute no-go! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Burger King at this point. One star is really too much for this experience.

99% of the time I'm "only" at the drive in. But I can say that the people who work there are always absolutely nice! The food is always ok (as usual for BK).

We were eating with 3 people, unfortunately the citizens were cold! If the citizens complained, they would be taken into the hands of the guest! If citizens complained, they would be taken over the counter and heated up in the microwave! I pointed out that it is very hygienic! Citizens were like rubber, no one cared! Very very hygienic!!!!!!!!!!! All tables dirty, no one was interested in complaining!!!!!

Service is not that important in this store. I wanted to pay in cash and went to the employee at the counter, who told me to order from the machine. I told him that I wanted to pay in cash, then I would have to wait. Was his answer. After a while I got tired of waiting and left. As I was on my way out I heard an employee say, well, one less customer. I definitely won't try to order anything here again. Not worth a star.

I went to Burger King hungry today and 2 of 4 order terminals were broken. You can order at the counter, but you have to know exactly what you want, which is no longer shown on the TV, but only at the terminal. I just say Germany is a service desert, but at least it costs a lot of money. Everything feels like it's getting worse and worse. I left disappointed!

I don't think the machines for the app at the front are bad because you can take your time and the food is particularly tasty, especially the tortillas burgers

Citizens for 16€ wasn't really hot, the rest was okay. There wasn't much going on, it was clean too. But I won't come back again.

3 orders are being processed at the same time and I think to myself, I didn't have to check. Hopefully one of you eats the 3.99 Whopper you forgot to put in! It's a shame, otherwise everything is actually good. I'll unpack everything again in the future and check it.

How poorly organized can a system catering establishment be? Nobody has a plan, it's unstructured, chaotic. The result is far too long waiting times. I just wanted a milkshake. First of all, all food orders were processed. But hardly any food was ready, so it was better to wait and do nothing. Without words. All other guests were also “served”.

You can do something wrong, Long Chicken cheese. 1 day with burgerpatti, 2 days no cheese Customer service informed.....no response. OK.... Then Lüneburg MC Donalds again.

Went to another BK before and weren't served for 20 minutes. We then decided to continue driving and were rewarded. Mega friendly staff. We had vegan burgers and they passed our test. We will just order. The shop was very welcoming and the children had a nice little corner. If there was also a kids corner outdoors, it would be perfect. But that's complaining at a high level. Would love to come back.

Typically BK... the same everywhere... Unfortunately the toilet wasn't exactly clean. The offer has now also reached the upper price range. For a small burger with fries almost €9 as a menu. The food in general is a matter of taste... I'm not a big fan of flabby foods... especially not grilled foods.
