I just wanted to order a hamburger at Theesen at 9:30 p.m. The seller said they would be closing in half an hour and wouldn't be making any more hamburgers!!! What kind of service is that????????

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Because the cheeseburger pictured didn't match the picture, tasted terrible, and was cold.

The ordering kiosks are convenient, but very close together. Not recommended, especially with smaller or disabled children during rush hour, as no one looks or shows consideration in the crush. Totally stressful. Unfortunately, once again, there were no toys, even though we had chosen them. The food was hot, and we don't go there that often... Okay as a last resort...

Wir waren da, Kassiererin war freundlich aber der junge Mann bei der Essensausgabe hat die Hälfte vergessen und als er angesprochen wurde hat er uns wieder vergessen obwohl er meinte er bringt uns das gleich zum Tisch und als mein Mann sagte er hat die Chips vergessen wurde er noch frech zu meinen Mann. Wir haben uns zwei wooper Menü s bestellt und dazu gab es jeweils eine gratis Tüte Chips. Er wollte uns nur eine geben wir hätten aber zwei bekommen und dann wirst noch frech behandelt als ihn drauf hingewiesen haben. Das war jetzt der zweite Besuch da und beim letzten Mal war Essen kalt das war das letzte Mal!!

I was at the drive-thru, and hearing the employee wasn't so good. My chicken burger wasn't particularly good; it wasn't cooked very well; it wasn't golden, but it was quite a bit darker and the slice was really thin.

I am deeply disappointed with the service here in Adendorf! The website says that the drive-thru is open until 11 p.m. At 10:20 p.m. we stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for our order. When we then thought we would drive up to the food counter, the man just shrugged his shoulders and indicated to us with facial expressions and gestures that the place was already closed. They didn't think it necessary to tell us this over the speakerphone, or to open the window at the food counter to tell us!!! You should either adjust your opening hours on your website to the actual opening hours and/or you urgently need to hire friendlier and more customer-oriented staff! No wonder the McDonald's in Goseburg is always crowded and Burger King in Adendorf is never busy.

Received the wrong order for the umpteenth time... It's abysmal what's going on with this store. Either you get the wrong orders, or orders are missing.

Eat as usual, but please don't go to the toilet, it smells awful and the toilet seats are completely full of piss. The tables could also be wiped down.

Once again something was forgotten when ordering. Two menus and a single burger were ordered and paid for, but only the two menus were received. Unfortunately, this only became apparent at home.

Extremely disappointing experience at Burger King! We were unlucky enough to want to eat here today. After entering our order on the display, the power went out and we had to start over. This happened not once, not twice, but three times in a row! When we finally got our order we were beyond disappointed. The food tasted absolutely crap! The fries had obviously not even been in the deep fryer and were raw. An absolute no-go! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Burger King at this point. One star is really too much for this experience.

99% of the time I'm "only" at the drive in. But I can say that the people who work there are always absolutely nice! The food is always ok (as usual for BK).

We were eating with 3 people, unfortunately the citizens were cold! If the citizens complained, they would be taken into the hands of the guest! If citizens complained, they would be taken over the counter and heated up in the microwave! I pointed out that it is very hygienic! Citizens were like rubber, no one cared! Very very hygienic!!!!!!!!!!! All tables dirty, no one was interested in complaining!!!!!

Service is not that important in this store. I wanted to pay in cash and went to the employee at the counter, who told me to order from the machine. I told him that I wanted to pay in cash, then I would have to wait. Was his answer. After a while I got tired of waiting and left. As I was on my way out I heard an employee say, well, one less customer. I definitely won't try to order anything here again. Not worth a star.

I went to Burger King hungry today and 2 of 4 order terminals were broken. You can order at the counter, but you have to know exactly what you want, which is no longer shown on the TV, but only at the terminal. I just say Germany is a service desert, but at least it costs a lot of money. Everything feels like it's getting worse and worse. I left disappointed!

Actually very satisfied in general, but all the sauces that were paid for to go are always forgotten to be given. Sometimes there were even several portions of fries missing. Toilet cleanliness needs some improvement. But customers are clearly the cause here...

The food was ok, but you still need to work on your speed a bit, waiting 5 minutes after paying in the drive-thru is not okay if there is nothing going on in the evening!

So I would give -5 stars for the service in the drive in. The employees in the drive in don't understand what you want, and if they do understand you only get half of what you actually wanted. Very poor service management from Burgerking Adendorf. I won't be going there again in the future.

I've always loved eating out and the Long Chicken is my favorite burger BUT a bone in the chicken patty isn't that tasty

The service doesn't even say, good evening 👎 I forgot to give another burger, didn't get the fries I ordered but mixed them, I have the feeling they just gave the leftovers 🙈 it's a shame.

If you like the Whopper and its brothers, this is the place for you. The ambience has become really good since the renovation.

I don't think the machines for the app at the front are bad because you can take your time and the food is particularly tasty, especially the tortillas burgers

I just got a small cappuccino...well that's probably a joke for €2.99 it's not even full and the cup is as small as an espresso cup...so don't be surprised

Citizens for 16€ wasn't really hot, the rest was okay. There wasn't much going on, it was clean too. But I won't come back again.

3 orders are being processed at the same time and I think to myself, I didn't have to check. Hopefully one of you eats the 3.99 Whopper you forgot to put in! It's a shame, otherwise everything is actually good. I'll unpack everything again in the future and check it.

How poorly organized can a system catering establishment be? Nobody has a plan, it's unstructured, chaotic. The result is far too long waiting times. I just wanted a milkshake. First of all, all food orders were processed. But hardly any food was ready, so it was better to wait and do nothing. Without words. All other guests were also “served”.

You can do something wrong, Long Chicken cheese. 1 day with burgerpatti, 2 days no cheese Customer service informed.....no response. OK.... Then Lüneburg MC Donalds again.

Went to another BK before and weren't served for 20 minutes. We then decided to continue driving and were rewarded. Mega friendly staff. We had vegan burgers and they passed our test. We will just order. The shop was very welcoming and the children had a nice little corner. If there was also a kids corner outdoors, it would be perfect. But that's complaining at a high level. Would love to come back.

Typically BK... the same everywhere... Unfortunately the toilet wasn't exactly clean. The offer has now also reached the upper price range. For a small burger with fries almost €9 as a menu. The food in general is a matter of taste... I'm not a big fan of flabby foods... especially not grilled foods.

You don't have to write much about the food here. Everyone probably knows that. The food was warm and ok. The restaurant itself was a disaster. The tables were dirty, the shelf for the old dishes was completely overfilled. The staff doesn't seem to feel responsible for this even though there were no customers to serve. Particularly worthy of mention is the extremely friendly staff, especially the young man who served us on Holy Saturday evening. Nice, quiet atmosphere there and no hustle and bustle, like at the competitor with the capital M. Food fresh and tasty. Hot Blondie is always unique with ice cream.

Hey, what comes to mind? The workforce was completely overwhelmed. The orders took forever. Orders were sent out that were incomplete or incorrect. There were no more numbers on the receipts and then an attempt was made to bill the amount twice... Eating here again? No thanks.

I had dinner here today, February 4, 2024, around 3 p.m. I ordered a coupon for €4.99. A plant-based big king without cheese and with vegan mayo. Since I rarely go to BurgerKing, I expected what I ordered. Especially because it was marked on the paper of the burger that it was without cheese and with vegan mayo. After that wasn't enough for me, I ordered the same thing again. Only then did I notice that the packaging looked different than the one before. The plant based patty also tasted different. When I asked the seller about it, the first response I got was that it was the same burger, just the packaging was wrong. When I pointed out that the meat looked different, they checked and according to what they said, I ordered coupon number 851 instead of coupon 852 and was given a Whopper Jr without cheese and with vegan mayo. As a non-meat eater I wouldn't order this. I received no apology from the gentleman. The employee also gave me the impression that he didn't care. Only a young woman came to me on her own initiative and apologized for her colleague's behavior. I don't understand how such a large company can hire employees who come across as so lackluster. Especially if the main activity is constant customer contact. Even if you have a bad day as an employee, it doesn't mean that you don't take customers' issues seriously and even contradict them. The employee's listless and negative demeanor leads to your meal being spoiled.

Very decent Burger King and not as crowded as other fast food chains.

Burgers taste better than McDonalds. There was a mistake in the order last time, but I've been there several times before so I know that's not the norm. For a fast food restaurant it was also pleasantly quiet on site.

Heizung ausgefallen. Kein Ersatz Lüfter etc. Essen kalt. Wurde neu gemacht, aber falsch belegt. Zusatz doppelt Käse ist hier wohl kompliziert.

Der Mensch, der die Bestellungen entgegen nimmt, hat mich leider NICHT AUSREICHEND verstanden. Und dann hat er mich auch noch geduzt. Ich verstehe es sehr gut dass jeder der in unser Land kommt, auch Arbeit finden muss, aber wenn man im Service in Deutschland arbeitet, sollte man doch über genügend Sprachkenntnisse verfügen.

Wir waren zu zweit dort essen. Der Burger meiner Frau war echt kalt. Daraufhin das Personal freundlich angesprochen, wurde mit mir diskutiert, dass das nicht sein könne. Nur weil ich hartnäckig blieb, kam der Burger wenigstens noch einmal in die Mikrowelle. Kundenfreundlich geht definitiv anders! Das Restaurant war auch zu wenig beheizt. Dort zu verweilen ist im Winter wenig einladend. Daher insgesamt beim Thema Service viel Luft nach oben.

Nettes Personal, fast nie Wartezeit. Pommes sind immer frisch und das Essen immer heiß und frisch zubereitet. Bin bisher immer zufrieden gewesen.

An sich alles ok. Essen war lecker. Das Personal wirkte nicht so motiviert.

Die nette, freundliche, hübsche DriveIn-Schalter-Lady hat mich heute spontan am Indoor-Kassen-Schalter 2go bedient. Meine zwei KingDeals CrispyChicken Burger, beide ohne Tomate, erhielt ich in super kurzer Zeit mit einem netten Lächeln, wie bestellt, überreicht. So schmeckt's noch einmal so gut! Ich komme wieder! Hoffentlich ist die nette Lady dann wieder da! 😉

War Klasse, nettes Personal Sauberkeit des Ladens top und Bürger sowie Pommes heiß und frisch.

Man kann am Tresen bestellen und bezahlen. So wie früher, und nicht wie jetzt üblich an den unpersönlichen Bestelltafeln. Das Essen kann direkt in Empfang genommen werden und hat super geschmeckt. Alles pike sauber - hat mir alles gefallen - nur zu empfehlen!

Ganz schlechter Service. Erst bekommen wir nicht das was wir bestellt haben und dann ist der Laden verschlossen. Somit mussten wir uns noch einmal im Drive In anstellen um im Anschluss unsere Burger kalt zu essen. Vielen Dank, nur wieder.

Eigentlich wie jeder BK Store, es steht und fällt mit dem Personal - mal mehr oder weniger motiviert und wenn die Schichtleitung nicht als Führungskraft vorangeht und sagt wo es langgeht , ist der erste Eindruck oft nicht überzeugend Ein weiterer Besuch zeigt das gleiche Bild, trotz der Tatsache, dass ich gerade fast der einzige Gadt bin , quatschen wir Mitarbeiter an der Kasse , einer sitzt bei anderen Gästen....und der Laden könnte in einigen Bereichen eine deutliche Reinigung vertragen 🙈

Normal gäbe es komplett 5 Sterne,an zwei Dinge ist es gescheitert. Im Internet steht für Adendorf 10 Uhr Öffnungszeit am Sonntag. Ist falsch,11 Uhr ist korrekt. Chilliecheeseburger ohne jalapeno bestellt. War leider doch mit. Naja,kann passieren 😅. Gibt schlimmeres. Aber sonst alles gut. 👍🏼Bitte lasst die Eingangstüren etwas in stand setzen,das ist auch ein kleines Manko 🤔

Im Internet steht bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, an der Tür bis 00:00 Uhr und im Drive in steht bis 21:00 Uhr. Stimmt alles vorne und hinten nicht, wollten dem Burger King eine Chance geben da der andere ein totaler Reinfall war. Aber das ist wohl bei den alles normal.
