McDonald's in Frankfurt am Main

The friendly employees, I've never been treated as well as at this McDonald's. Keep it up, girls, you're great.

Unfortunately, there were no electric charging stations, even though the McDonald's is right next to the highway. The floor inside was dirty, so we brought our food with us and ate in the car instead. The food was okay, but the coffee wasn't tasty.

Unfortunately, this branch is very dirty. Inside, the floor is already black under the tables, and the furniture is no longer stable. Outside, the tables aren't cleaned; there are stains everywhere, and they attract wasps. It's actually such a nice place to sit, but it's impossible, and that's why no one was sitting there. It gives off a rather neglected and unkempt impression.

The employees here always mark orders as complete before they're ready and then forget to actually complete the order. It's happened to me so many times, and I don't understand what they're trying to achieve.

Rarely or never seen such a tidy and clean MC Donalds you can see that the staff are all nice, courteous and friendly, keep it up

Sausage McMuffin and coffee, very fresh, tasted delicious, good coffee and friendly staff.

One of our favorite McDonald's. Kid-friendly. Nice outdoor seating, unfortunately the scanners don't work. McDonald's needs to come up with something about the scanners, because they don't work at so many McDonald's! Actually, a major disaster for a modern and innovative company. Today we enjoyed the great outdoor seating with a coffee and ice cream again. Despite the wasp invasion. Unfortunately, the scanner is still broken.

McDonald's is the best McDonald's I know, which is why I painted a picture of it. I hung it up and talked to the manager. The burgers are delicious, and everything is freshly prepared.

The tables weren't wiped down, and even though the service was quick, my ice cream was as empty as it had ever been. Even when I asked, they wouldn't fill it up for me.

The order was processed very quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean, both in the seating area and in the restrooms. The tables were even cleaned from underneath. I've rarely experienced such thoroughness. Unfortunately, we were just passing through for a rest stop; otherwise, we would come more often.

Unfriendly with workers and eating takes a long time as always

The staff is busy with themselves or is outside smoking. The order was brought to the table without any motivation. The burgers 🍔 are subjectively getting smaller and smaller. The fries are still 👍

Well, the German McDonald's standards are very low compared to the Polish ones, we ordered shakes, we couldn't drink them, watery, barely cold and extremely sweet, the vanilla one barely went in, the strawberry one went in the trash.... I can't understand why a customer should pay for the toilet in such a place.

No, as always, I forgot to pack my burger. I've been there three times now to get takeaway food and three times I forgot my burger. I won't go there anymore.

Absolutely average McDonald's restaurant. My freshly prepared meal was particularly noteworthy.

Tastes the same everywhere in Germany. Forget the drive-thru; just go in and order yourself.

Because I was sick, I had asked for the package to be left outside, but my request was ignored. He rang the bell, and when I opened the door, he was standing there, smoking a cigarette, on the phone. Only after asking my name did he leave the package outside. The ordered water bottles weren't delivered at first, so he had to come back. Furthermore, the ice cream he ordered wasn't delivered at all.

Either the speaker at the drive-thru is broken or the staff is hard of hearing. Always double-check your order, that's my advice. Otherwise, McDo's is always a MUST.

Annoyed that a simple order is apparently not possible with them and that they forget to pack the item. When you try to call, no one answers, and if they do, you have to come and pick it up!?? Sorry, but you make mistakes that we have to deal with. It's annoying.

The food was good, but the restroom wasn't usable, for both men and women. It would be nice if the machines were operated quickly and the beeping was turned off promptly. Then you could eat in peace.

Delivery was not complete! All the sauces were missing, toys, drinks from the Happy Meal, fruit nonsense too! No one can be reached by phone for a subsequent delivery. "Men's night" ruined for the boys... Thank you!

I have been visiting this McDonald's for years and am always satisfied. The food is always ready quickly, tastes good and is never cold. Can't understand the fuss about the staff as I'm always served with a friendly smile. I can only recommend it.

Today “only” 3 stars for the service. Dessert at the Happy Meal was exchanged without consultation or information. No napkins included, although they may have been thrown away during the actually unnecessary consultation.... Although there weren't any at the next table either

Incompetent staff who also lie. Ordered for over €70 and then a lot is still missing. If you complain, Rotz will cheekily claim that you are lying and that everything has been revealed. It wasn't the first time either.

I can't understand the negative reviews at all. The staff is very nice and attentive. Great attention is paid to cleanliness. The food is prepared quickly and made fresh. Nothing is forgotten. The worst mcdonalds service i have ever seen

Clean McDonalds. The parking spaces are directly at the restaurant and are free of charge. The service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean.

Visited the store while passing through, I wouldn't do it again. - McFlurry with chocolate beans and caramel sauce ✅ -McCrispy didn't order spicy.... It was still extremely spicy ❌ - Fries with sauce ✅ - Milkshake strawberry ❌ nope just a vanilla milkshake 2/4 things right, plus a bit unfriendly and listless staff Can't give more than 1 star overall.

The lady at the drive-in counter seemed pretty annoyed. The food was okay. Always look carefully into the box or packaging. Instead of the spicy nuggets (pack of 20), I was given the normal nuggets.

Can't understand some of the bad reviews! If McDonalds...then only here in the restaurant. Citizens, fries etc. are always served very warm or hot. The taste is very good and always fresh. The staff is well-coordinated and always very friendly. The service is really good and the tables are clean.

The burgers were all completely flat, all mixed up in the bag, cold and really not edible!! More than annoying for the order value! Never again, that was the last time.

Quite well you can't complain, nothing was missing.

Whenever you order something to take away here you get robbed! We only got home (11/21/24 12:40 p.m.) and we noticed that a Big Rösti for €7.49 was missing!

Very nice staff and clean, I can only recommend it. The terrace is pleasant even on good days. Children also have fun in the children's playground. 10 out of 10 👌

Today on Saturday November 9th, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. a very unfriendly, cheeky and incompetent woman served us at the MC Drive stand. She called us names and said things like "you can just say that" in a cheeky tone as regular customers in the store, it hurt us a lot, even when we asked her if she had included the receipt she said "no" in a very inappropriate tone in our face and when we asked her what her name was she said it again "I won't tell you my name" because we didn't want to have a discussion with her and it all got too much for us, so we just drove away in the end. This inappropriate behavior left us very disappointed and shocked and we will never go to this McDonald's again.

It's sad what this McDonald's has become. Of course, in the evenings you will only find the usual loud and selfish shisha bar clientele. We've never seen cheeseburgers and fries so bad, it's probably been there for several hours since it felt like it was yesterday. Quality has deteriorated massively and you really can't afford that anymore. Under no circumstances go there in the evening after 10 p.m. and if you do, insist on FRESH FOOD. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Excellent Fast Food place, typical American burger joint, the most famous burger chain in the world and its typical products. The best fries you can ever try.

This is the first McDonald's where the burgers look like they do in the advertising and, for once, they taste good too. Big compliments to the staff!

The restaurant is open until 2 a.m., but this only applies to the drive-in. The sit-down restaurant is only open until midnight.

Absolutely incredible! I always have a special dietary request that cannot be ordered via the terminal. The rude man behind the counter didn't want to take my order even though he was standing at the checkout!!! I have never experienced anything like this in a location. It's absolutely unbelievable that employees are so uninterested in sales.

Today I'm taking a leisurely drive to McDonald's and coming in at 10:44 a.m. to buy a Sausage Egg McMuffin. The employees tell me there is no breakfast after 10:30 a.m. I really wonder what kind of logic that is supposed to be. Who goes out to eat hamburgers at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday in Germany?

Because of the “clans” who now have to loudly resolve their family disputes there almost every day, I avoid this location. Especially since something is simply forgotten with every order.

The food was warm, but some of it was quite small compared to before, especially the Royal TS. Staff always very busy but friendly. Tables often stick, I would like to find a clean table. Child was happy, that's what counts.

Special requests are not always honored (without tomatoes, etc.) and the sauces have often been forgotten.

Ordered through Lieferando and canceled repeatedly because there was no driver. Never order after 9:30 p.m. 99% of the time the food doesn't arrive and you have to wait for the credit.

You cannot order alternatively at the checkout. Double Mc Rib Pack menu not found at the machine. Had to order extra. This is how McDonalds earns even more.

It's outrageous that no one answers

McDonald's is always a reliable choice for me when I'm looking for a quick meal. The food is prepared quickly and always tastes good. I am particularly impressed by the variety in the menu, which offers something for every taste. The drive-through service is also efficient and convenient. Greetings go out to the leader :)

Opening times are incorrect. Supposedly open until 1 a.m., but if you arrive after 12, all the doors are locked and the drive-in is not occupied.

I can't say much about the restaurant itself as it was closed when we arrived. Apparently the McDonalds was open until 2 a.m., but when we arrived at 12:10 a.m. the doors were locked and the drive was also closed. Unfortunately the opening times don't seem to be quite right :(

Somebody just ordered a party menu or something. Of these, 2 cheeseburgers without onions or cucumbers, 3 chicken burgers without sauce, no one paid any attention. Just throw it in the bag and deliver. Fries were cold, you couldn't eat them at all. Am very disappointed Only the delivery was quick and the young man was very friendly.
