My wife ordered something at the drive-thru today, and the hamburger was forgotten. And I just had something delivered, and the fries were forgotten with both meals, and the MC Freezies were forgotten with the Happy Meals. It's just annoying. In the end, this review doesn't accomplish anything other than vent your frustration.

We were there for breakfast. Although there was a nougat spread available at the terminal, it wasn't available. Apparently, because the demand was too low, they were out of stock. The strawberry jam (as advertised at the terminal) wasn't available either. The waitress didn't speak German, which bothered me a lot! Normal communication was impossible, as she only understood half of the English. The shift manager tried to help, but couldn't change the lack of options. The egg and bacon wrap, which we ordered in desperation because the scrambled eggs were missing, was also a disaster. A spoonful of egg, no bacon, and lots of cheese. This was immediately rectified, and we were given a new one. From now on, McDonald's is generally out of the question for breakfast. Unnaturally sweet croissant, no scrambled eggs, no sweet spreads. The wraps certainly don't make it any better for us.

Attention! I had to give one star, otherwise this review wouldn't work... This place isn't even worth half a star! The manager is searching for order receipts in the trash can and, with his trash-soiled gloves, is reaching into the hygiene and food area (countertop) to hand out food, or rather, to sort it. I confronted him and demanded my money back. He got rude. This incident just happened. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at this restaurant; avoid it. I will report this incident to the Frankfurt Health Department.

Burger King delivers to 63486, it's a pity you don't do it

It's a disgrace to cancel the order after an hour and twenty minutes. Why do they make people wait so long? The last straw.

Due to the frequency of order errors, the following is now documented here: March 20, 2025 - Ordered a Filet o Fish with double fish; one patty was old, greasy, and inedible. Medium fries were not received. January 29, 2025 - Ordered 3 Happy Meals, all received without the sauce for the fries as requested. January 25, 2025 - Ordered a Big Tasty with double sauce and, unbelievably, received no sauce at all. January 23, 2025 - Cheeseburger was not received. November 25, 2024 - Ordered a Filet o Fish with double fish and received none. September 26, 2024 - Ordered 2 Filet o Fish with double fish and received both without. July 17, 2025 - Ordered new products just in time for the new "World Tour" theme - nuggets with the new sauces. Again, no sauces received.

This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. The endless wait. And then the prices... unbearable. A 0.5 liter apple spritzer for 3.99 is club price. For two people, you won't get less than 30 euros, plus you'll have plenty of time... where has my old McDonald's gone from when I was younger, when the Big Mac was still a Big Mac? Now you order that, and it ends up being a Small Mac. Just like the short chicken.

Absolutely not! Absolutely a pigsty! When ordering at the checkout, I had to repeat what I wanted three times because the lady didn't speak German. I got my food and then saw the mess inside and outside. After 40 minutes, not a single thing had been cleaned up. I'd recommend going to JFK across the street and training the staff there, or better yet, replacing them.

Long waiting times even at the drive-in

The food was quite tasty. My plush Joey Jordison was happy. Also the prices are lower than the competitors.

A solid McDonald's, one of the better ones. Compared to the one on Hanauer Straße, this one is far superior. You do have to be lucky and be there at the right time to get a decent burger, but this McDonald's is definitely one of the better ones in Frankfurt am Main. Points deducted: the tables were dirty, the fries were almost cold last time, and the Chicken Big Macs took forever to arrive, which was unfortunately very bad!

They're ripping off their customers, only serving MC Flurry with sour tongues, all other ice cream products are supposedly sold out. No McSundae without sauce available because they're sold out... I can fool myself.

I like going to Mäckes every now and then, but the feeling of fullness doesn't last long... but it tastes pretty good, the burgers should sometimes be a bit warmer, sometimes you get the feeling they've been sitting there for a while.

It took a while for our order to be brought. Unfortunately, the fries and crinkle were no longer warm. Is this concept really better than before, when you could get your stuff directly at the counter?

It takes far too long and customers are ignored

When I ordered BigTasty (bacon) from the menu, they brought BigTasty scattered all over the box. I brought it to the checkout, they offered to exchange it quickly. But they brought a new one upside down. He no longer complains that he did not go because he wanted to eat.

Good old MCD since 1997. Could be a little cleaner. Tables and floor greasy.

No condition in drive in after 10 minutes. Customers are completely ignored. Half of the products are “Sold Out”.

Good food as usual... Unfortunately, the pickles were missing from the burgers and the fries were left out entirely...

It’s the 3rd time only in the past 2 weeks when they deliver grossly incomplete orders. I paid for multiple menus and they forgot to add any fries, for any of them. There’s nothing worse than driving 10+km only to arrive home and discover your guests are all missing essential parts of their menus. I do not recommend this place and I will certainly stay away from McDonalds from now on.

McCrispy Bacon: massive and extremely hard breading, bacon not properly fried, fries hard. Person who looked to be in a managerial position put his hand in the chip drainer and then put something in his mouth. Seemed like a new workforce overall. One thing is certain: never again!

The floor was super sticky, right at the checkout and in the waiting area. They made it easy for themselves and simply put up a yellow display with a 'risk of slipping' instead of cleaning the floor. During the time I was there there were only four guests eating, so there would have been enough time. The food was, well, just like it tastes at McDonald’s.

The last time the Big Mäc was probably on the warming plate for too long. The bun at the bottom had hardened and the salad topping on it was already wilting. But I noticed it too late otherwise I would have blamed the seller. Went there again today. The food was better but the service was very unfriendly. That was definitely the last time there.

So I was there at lunchtime today and ordered something from the front of the device and then I unpacked the cheeseburger and found black or brown hair in the cheeseburger. Please pay attention next time

If you order takeaway, always check the contents of the bag. They tend to “forget” to pack parts of the order or give you the wrong Happymeal toy.

Employees always nice but Talahon headquarters

Very small, unhygienic branch. Fries were cold, but new ones were brought, very dirty tables and floors. I can't recommend it

We waited for more than half an hour and the employees were rude. I don't recommend it to anyone!!! I've never experienced anything like this!!!😡😡

As always, absolutely disappointed that the fries are cold and the burgers are dry as standard. It's always annoying when something is missing from sauces, but today I have a complete burger.

I went to mcd last Monday. Usually i am going mcd every week. But my visiting i got surprised my France fries not good even it was colour which clearly show in photo. I had stomach aches and i took medicine for recovery. Who is responsible for this ??? It is brand it is not good for image for mcd

You'll get insulted if you order at the table and can't tell where you're sitting. Food quite bad. Quite cold and not what you ordered. For me it's more of a no go.

Unfortunately it's closed, even though the posted opening times say it should be open.

Ok I'm all the way to Germany to get the best service that I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. The McDonald's in the States terrible disgusting I would never go to another McDonald's in the States California but here in Germany their services top notch food is way better

Early in the morning you often don't manage to have a proper breakfast. I stopped at McDonald's and ate the wrap scrambled egg menu. Everything was very good - I especially liked the offer of a cafe with oat milk, very, very tasty!!!!!! THANK YOU now the day can begin. LG Sabri

The food was hot and Mc D. usual taste. Service friendly, but a maximum parking time (90 minutes), which I think makes sense. I still wanted to work because I had to wait. But in 90 minutes it achieves next to nothing. The outside area was littered with beer bottles and rats and empty bags. Instead of clearing something away, the management just checked something on the computer or checked balance sheets, as far as I can tell from this distance. Otherwise the interior was very “crumbly” and sticky. The employees were hardworking and friendly. If you consider that I visited the branch shortly before eight in the morning, it is a tragedy. Well, luckily I avoid these restaurants, but the picture reflects my past experience.

I went to the toilet with my daughter for two minutes and when we returned the food had been put away. When I asked, I was simply given back the discarded burger and fries and that's what we were supposed to eat. I was also criticized for not letting them know that I was going to the toilet.

I would love to give no star at all but that's not possible!! I've ordered mayonnaise and ketchup a few times and there was only one of the two options in my meal. I paid for both. Ordered again today for mayonnaise and ketchup, paid for it but didn't have anything in it. So guys, that doesn't work at all if you do that to a few customers. You put something aside pretty quickly during the day.

McDonald's on the A66, good quality, but unfortunately slightly longer waiting times in the drive (as the only car) 10 minutes +..... something went wrong that day but the food was extremely hot :-)

Super crowded on the holiday, loud, food still cold and fries soggy. But quite quickly with terminal ordering and card payment. Lots of groups of teenagers in the parking lot. Ordered to take away, everything was there, but as I said, the food was already cold. Cheeseburger was already hard on the edge. Fries have surprisingly little salt on them.

Avoid the McDonalds because their parking lot is a complete rip off. I sat here with friends and over a long period of time we kept getting something to eat. In the next few weeks we received a bill of €50 and a fine because we stood there for over 90 (120) minutes. I presented the receipt to the company and showed that we constantly got something to eat, but the amounts were too low, even though we spent over €40 there. You should be ashamed of treating your customers like this. Everyone involved in the whole rip-off process, including the Parkdepot company, is stealing from hard-working people.

Waren schon mehrfach dort. Wenn man die Burger nicht mit einem Sonderwunsch bestellt kann der Burger schon mal kalt sein, grade wenn man es zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt oftmals zu wünschen übrig. Die Meldung bei MC Donald Deutschland hätte man sich schenken können. (Der zuständige Restaurantbetreiber würde würde sich melden. 🙄/3 Monate her) lnzwischen kontrolliert man halt alles vor Ort, dann geht es. Bilder sind vom 22.11. 22 Heute Essen mitgebracht bekommen, Royal Käse, der Käse war nicht mal angeschmolzen, Pommes kalt (5min Fahrzeit)

Ich habe über die App bestellt, mit Paypal bezahlt und mein Essen nach 20 Minuten immer noch nicht bekommen. Dann gehe ich an die Kasse, meine Bestellung wurde nicht mal angezeigt… Nach langem hin und her diskutieren, habe ich mein Essen mehr oder weniger freiwillig doch bekommen. Also bezahlt am besten nicht über die App, klappt nicht ganz so…

Essen wie überall. Nichts das zur Bewertung steht. Man kriegt was man überall kriegt. Die Sauberkeit allerdings ist unterirdisch. Im Außenbereich Bier und Weinflaschen auf dem Boden bei den Sitzecken. Schmutzige Tische, Müll überall . Und als Höhepunkt eine defekte Damentoilette. Wobei, wer weißt vielleicht gut so, wenn sie so aussieht wie der Rest des Restaurants.

Sehr nettes Ambiente. Ich war da das erste mal dort gewesen. Einfach schnell am Terminal bestellt, und schon war das bestellte Essen da. Burger und Chicken McNuggets waren ganz gut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren mit 11 Jugendlichen dort und jeder hatte eine Bestellung die auf eine Rechnung ging. Das Serviceteam, hat sehr souverän agiert und für jeden Jugendlichen dessen Bestellung separat auf ein Tablett gepackt. Ohne Stress, immer ein Lächeln, und dass obwohl viel los war. Top Job Service Team 💪

Speisen waren ok,bis auf die Nuggets.Die schmeckten nach altem Fett.Essen wurde zu Tisch gebracht,aber man fühlte sich als würde man stören .Aber es war sehr sauber .

Besuch mit meine Kinder heute von 21:45 bis 22:30 Die Mitarbeiter Mannschaft heute um 21:45 sind richtig außergewöhnlich gut ,sehr hilfsbereit und höflich .Die haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben . Hoffe es wäre immer und überall so !

Essen wie immer, Mann am Svhalter leider schwer zu verstehen durch seinen ausländischen Akzent, aber trotzdem sehr höflich.
