They sell the pre-cooked chicken and fries from lunch that evening! The food wasn't good!

KFC Nordwezentrum was very well maintained and tidy.

Kfc is a fastfood restaurant! They are sooooo slow in this store!!! They should hire young staff which are faster! "Smile"!!!! It also lessens stress to hungry customers. 😬

Nice and tasty, but unfortunately not such a nice atmosphere. The staff are very nice, but it's still not that nicely decorated. The food is excellent, but sometimes it takes forever to be ready. I don't expect that from a fast food restaurant! However, it tasted really unique.

The purchase process is a bit unclear. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay, food is only prepared after payment, which therefore took even longer.

The location of the restaurant is not bad at all, located on the ground floor it allows for a quick connection to the metro. The food is cooked properly and not too oily, this is not the case with all chain establishments. Service is fine, communication with staff was easy.

The organization leaves a lot to be desired. There were extremely long waiting times because only one employee served the food, put the orders together and even prepared the ice cream at a time. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready - and that's without counting the time I waited at the terminal. This should urgently be improved.

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars! I just waited 15 minutes for my food. Ordered at the terminal with cash payment. When I stood at the checkout to pay, the employee ignored me. After 15 minutes he said that I wouldn't get any food because I hadn't paid yet. As I said, it took 15 minutes to pay at the checkout. It's not the first time either! I will advise everyone in my area not to eat there and I think this is the worst KFC in the area!

Rip-off people cheated me for over €10 in remaining money (mental arithmetic didn't work). After I spoke to the employee, she started speaking to me in English, which previously worked with German. After the “managing director” came, he didn’t really care what I wanted. He then said I should come at 10 p.m. after the checkout or the next day, to which I said it wasn't possible, I lived 80 km away. He turned around and left. Ordering took over 30 minutes and the tables in the store were dirty.

I went many times KFC Nordwest zentrum with my family and it was very nice experience for me and my family their service and food was also very nice I will suggest the place for my family and friends, finally I appreciate the entire team for their dedication.

Was at KFC again. The shop is small but OK. The food is now a real tragedy and absolutely overpriced. The Zinger I ate was a thin slice of breading with a little meat in between.

Disgusting, ordered fries with cheese sauce, sauce was taken out with a ladle that came from a container with other used cutlery. The broth must have been in the container because the ladle dripped endlessly.

This is by far the most unhygienic restaurant I have ever seen. The tables are all dirty, as is the floor and the sink. So that I was disgusted about ordering my food afterwards. And the food didn't taste good at all, whether it was because of the disgust?🤷🏻‍♀️

Employees behave badly and behave disrespectfully

Was there on Friday, didn't look around before because it was so full, waited 45 minutes for my food then didn't get any sauces and just put 2 portions in a bucket. When I went to the table the shop was almost empty, the employees were just standing behind the cash register and talking, the shop was drowning in dirt, the people were cleaning the tables themselves, unbelievable I would close the thing 🤮

Do not get me wrong. When the KFC concept came to Germany, I ate delicious food in many restaurants. But today in this restaurant everything was just anti-social and disgusting. Unfortunately I can't briefly explain everything that went wrong in this restaurant, but I found it crazy that not even the staff were able to understand German. My complaint was only slightly understood in English. I can only advise everyone not to eat there.

Ordered a box of 3 and got the answer that it didn't exist. Ordered chicken parts and got the answer that there were no chicken parts. Do you have to call KFC in advance to find out what's being prepared that day? After 2 years, my son persuaded me to eat here again. Disappointed again. Paid over €9 for 3 pieces of chicken and then had 2 back pieces with hardly anything edible on them. Plus an absolutely dry wing. It will probably be years before my son convinces me to go here again.

This store is the very last place. Tables are dirty, storage carts are totally overcrowded. One seller was totally rude and no help with the order terminals. I will also inform their headquarters!

The restaurant is in the Hauptwache subway station. As usual, unqualified staff. Impersonal, unfriendly, no “good day”, no “please”, no “thank you”, no “goodbye”. Customer eat or leave. 3 pieces of chicken €8.91, fries were 3 degrees above lukewarm! Incredibly expensive. Dirty impression - untidy.
