You can't be serious... You're a fast-food restaurant. Waiting 20 minutes for a salad. And there are other ways to get crisp and fresh.

I was there at 9:15 p.m. and we wanted to eat in the restaurant, but the ladies at the cash register said that only pick-up orders were accepted because they do cleaning beforehand and finish work even though they finish work at 10 p.m., completely unnecessary and disrespectful

We were already at KFC at 9:15 p.m. and the employee told us that we could only order but not to eat in but only to take away and we could not sit there and enjoy our food in peace because the employee said we close at 10:00 p.m. but we only start at 9:30 p.m. to clean and tidy up, so he sent us outside and it annoyed us very much and we are really disappointed with such employees

It's a shame you're not allowed to eat there at 9 p.m. because the employees wanted to get home faster than they had to stay in the store. They were completely disrespectful and said they only offered takeaways because they clean an hour beforehand, and you're not allowed to eat there instead. Customers are very welcome to eat outside in the cold weather. Well done, KFC team.

We had the Squid Game menu, and unfortunately, it was all just marketing. The taste wasn't our cup of tea at all. The fries were soggy and old. The tables and walls were dirty. Once, never again.

Long wait times to pay at the checkout due to insufficient staff. I go to the Nordwestzentrum quite often, and I actually like KFC. But every time I'm in the center and I get a little hungry, I have to weigh up whether I want to wait the extra time to eat a good chicken burger or go to the McDonald's one floor up, where things are a bit quicker, even if there are more customers there at the same time than at KFC. The placement of the ordering kiosks in this KFC is also inconvenient. Today I saw a woman in a wheelchair having to wait for several minutes with her to-go order until the people at the kiosks finally made room for her so she could leave. As I said, I do like KFC, and the staff at this branch are always very friendly and accommodating.

The service is very slow, there are almost no free seats, I had a hard time finding one. The food tastes very bright in a bad way, there is too much of everything. If you want to take the squid game menu, it is better to go to McDonald's. Everything is incredibly vinegary, and it was also very difficult to find a seat. There is no toilet inside, the establishment itself is in a shopping center.

I'm telling you like it is, please don't eat there!!! I got food poisoning!!! I ordered food there with my girlfriend after school. A few hours later I noticed my stomach hurt so much and I felt nauseated. Around 9 p.m. I got a stomach ache, I can't describe how painful it was. I lay on the floor holding my stomach and was almost powerless because of the pain. I'll never eat there again!!! The employees are also rude, I was standing at the checkout, the woman is talking to a man in the kitchen, sees me and continues to drink her drink and makes me wait!

Good KFC - the owner with glasses is very friendly and helpful. The tables could sometimes be wiped down more often, but if you point this out to the staff they will comply. I like KFC food better than McDonald's and Burger King.

I ask how much longer – ‘15 more minutes.’ In total I had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up because of the chicken pieces. Very disappointing for a FAST food restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't give any recommendations here. The fries weren't really cooked through, the burgers were really sparsely topped (1 small piece) and the 3 fillet pieces were actually only one and two small chunks.. I'm not used to this from other KFC stores.. My 2 children ate there today and both also have stomach pains..
