You had to wait a long time and there was something toy and then they wanted to give us a toy even though I said that a toy was missing. In the end, when the ice cream was missing, they ignored us and continued until our mother came. I would have liked to give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

Instead of a normal McDonald's Cola, I got a Cola from the Coca Cola bottle and paid €3.60 for it. The cola was without ice cubes and the cup wasn't really full. The reason for this was probably that the drinks machine was broken.

As with the others, I repeatedly forgot all the sauces. The other day a voucher had the wrong burger in it. I'm now collecting vouchers from the boss herself for countless normal burgers, drinks and soft ice cream... At least that works after complaining. It's a shame that it only works over the line and nobody at the checkout really understands or wants to understand that something is missing or was wrong... The lack of BIG MAC quickly turns into a wrap or large fries/ice cream as compensation... ... Update 8.2022 I tried it again via the app with “pre-order” this time. When you're in the store, nobody knows anything about your order. Of course, the points will not be counted. I tried to call several times because I couldn't get it myself. Nobody answers the phone there either. Update 7.24 Now there is no receipt printer and table service is probably not possible either and the screens do not show orders ready for pickup.

Hello everyone, I'm a regular customer and I order from MC twice a week. I'm sitting at my table and I order on my cell phone and the order comes from the waitress who works here as normal. Today I ordered this order at exactly 10:43 p.m., table number five screams, and he doesn't want to bring the order to the table because he said there is no service, please comment from MC LG

Everything was dirty. Conditions were very unfriendly, even in front of children. Citizens tasted totally dry and bland, my child dipped his citizen in the ketchup to get it down

We stood for about 10 minutes until our order was taken, even though we were the only ones waiting. Unfortunately, the food wasn't any better than the service (the coffee was actually very solid).

I ordered 2 Happy Meals and 2 Big Mac... Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the burgers were missing...

If you have limited mobility, please avoid! The store doesn't work at all 1. Disabled toilet is used by staff and left dirty. The toilet seat was covered in urine, the flush button was wet, probably with hands covered in urine. Before our eyes the person disappeared behind the counter into the "cooking area" 2. There is no table where you can drive the wheelchair without getting in the way. Chairs all screwed tight. All that remains is the McCafe. Everything is screwed together very tightly. 3. There is a wheelchair parking space in the driveway opposite the entrance. But no lowered curb. This is 10 meters back, but the path to the entrance is then blocked by a garbage can. Or you can take the other one at the end of the building. But the parking space in front is of no use. See photos. A pity. Food was OK as standard.

Food OK. The surroundings were unacceptable. The return shelves were full and there were no napkins or straws. The toilet was dirty.

The dining area near the children's corner is very small. Our children had fun in the corner. We went here for ice cream and coffee.

How can you be so incompetent? And make fake ice cream twice! Did it wrong last night and then again today! Never seen anyone do such a bad job.

Все отлично, мену стандартное достаточно столов, есть бесплатный вайфай с ограничением 3 часа, чисто, убрано, но не работает туалет (имею ввиду с унитазом, дверь закрыта), в связи с этим 4 звезды.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Burger wird falsch gemacht, wenn man Ersatz will, wird man noch angemacht. Unglaublich. So nicht👎👎👎

Noch nie hat es mir bei McDonalds so schlecht geschmeckt und ich habe mich so unwohl defühlt, wie an diesem Abend in Frankenberg. Mein Big Tasty war so "lieblos" zusammen gebaut, Salat und Sosse fielen schon beim Auspacken umher, etwas ist normal aber diesmal war es extrem. Alles quoll vor Sosse über, viel zu viel. Kalt war er auch, sowie die Pommes , die noch nicht mal gesalzen waren. Mein Sohn hatte zwei Hamburger, da war soviel Ketchup drauf, das man sie überhaupt nicht wusste anzupacken. Beschmiert von oben bis unten. Das habe so noch nicht erlebt. Ich hatte überlegt mich direkt zu beschweren, aber ich habe es des lieben Frieden Willen gelassen. Die noch freien Tische ( im MC Cafe), waren, so dreckig und mit Ketchup eingesaut, das wir uns erstmal nen Platz selbst säubern mussten. Das war absolut gar nichts und nicht zu empfehlen.

Service hat sich stark verbessert. Essen ist richtig gut!

Mehrfach dort gegessen. Teilweise nicht fertig gegart Lebensmittel oder wieder erkalt. Eine Anekdote : Meine Bestellung war mal 1 Menü und 1 Eis.. Nach 1 Min stand das Eis mit warmem Karamell auf dem Tresen.. Kommentar los. Das Menü hat noch 10 min gebraucht.... ( echtzeit) Nun ja da muss der Kunde Flexiebel sein und mit dem Eis anfangen.

Ich habe vor Ort in der App mit Tischservice bestellt. Das Essen kam schnell und super-heiß, der Kaffee in der Tasse an den Tisch! Ich bin positiv überrascht! Das WC war übrigens sehr sauber! Vielen Dank!

Wir sind mit vier Personen am 27.08.23 nach 80km Motorradfahrt bei strömendem Regen am späten Vormittag in der McDonalds-Filiale in Frankenberg angekommen, wollten uns ein wenig aufwärmen und vor allem etwas trockenlegen, nachdem uns das Wasser in die Stiefel und die Buchse gelaufen war ;). Wir wurden von zwei Damen begrüßt und eine der beiden ergänzte: "Kommen Sie rein, ziehen Sie sich erstmal die nassen Klamotten aus. Ich habe auch gleich eine Idee: ich mache Ihnen im Baby-Wickelraum die Höhensonne an. Dann können Sie dort die nassen Klamotten aufhängen und zumindest ein klein wenig trocknen". Wie geil ist das denn, bitteschön??? Jeder kennt McDonalds, von daher kann man zum Essen weder Positives noch Negatives sagen. Das Ambiente kennt man auch, jedoch habe ich selten eine Filiale gesehen, die so sauber war! Der Hammer aber ist dort der Service am Kunden, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Vielen Dank an die beiden Damen :)

Die Sauberkeit der Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Essen lieber mitnehmen.

War nur im Drive Inn, deswegen kann ich nicht allzuviel sagen. Essen war heiß und es war alles drin.

Essen und Personal sind super, aber sehr schmutzig und ein Bestell-Display ist defekt.

Lange nicht mehr so einen verschmutzten McDonald's gesehen. Lustlose „Fachkräfte“ und im Außenbereich keine Abstellmöglichkeit für benutztes „Geschirr“. Kein Wunder, dass alles auf dem Boden landet ! Muss mir echt überlegen, da nochmals hinzugehen.

MC Donalds halt. Ich denke jeder weiß wie es dort schmeckt. 😂

Sauberer MC Donalds. Mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen war in Ordnung und war schnell fertig. Es gibt eine Spielecke und einen Spielplatz draußen.

Wir hatten jetzt schon mehrfach den Fall das ein Burger oder Eis nicht mehr vorhanden war. Vielleicht sollte mal an der Bestellmenge gearbeitet werden. Vorallem bei Aktionsburgern. Ansonsten ist alles okay, gibt halt ein paar vom Personal die schon zu lange im Unternehmen sind und ihnen man ihre Unlust ansieht. Was sehr schade ist. Schönes Ambiente, immer sauber.

Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt auch entsprechend gut. Das Personal ist meist freundlich, mit kleinen Ausreißer. Stern Abzug, weil hin und wieder bei der Bestellung etwas fehlt. Ansonsten ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen.

Also beim Mäckes schmeckt halt der Big Mac immer wie ein Big Mac und weil das so ist geht man da hin. Das ist soweit alles gut - nur wenn ich draussen im Fast Food Rest- Müll sitze und die Servicekraft kommt durch Zuruf vorbei und wischt über den Tisch und sagt - sie hätte zu viel zu tun - so dass ich weiter im Burgerrestmuell verweile und nur eine Bank benutzen kann - weil ringsum alles schmutzig ist - dann bedanke ich mich herzlich bei den Frankenberger Wespen und Hornissen für ihre Nachsicht und Friedfertigkeit. Meine Bitte- achtet mal mehr auf Sauberkeit oder stellt noch eine Person zusätzlich ein.

Essen sehr heiß und frisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, ist nicht in allen Filialen Gang und Gäbe! 👌👌

Ich habe da schon mal Praktikum gemacht, super freundlich und sauber und obwohl so viele Leute da waren bin ich in meiner Arbeit gut mitgekommen

Bei unserem heutigen Besuch, Freitag Abend,war das Restaurant gut besucht und sogar auch gut besetzt durch die Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war sehr zeitnah am Tisch und sogar komplett.Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und sogar noch recht heiss.Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und stets bemüht ihrer Arbeit nachzugehen. Der junge Schichtführer sehr,sehr nett und hatte sogar paar Minuten gefunden paar Worte zu wechseln. Meine Kinder und ich waren heute mit allem sehr zufrieden.
