What's the point of drive through if I wait 15 minutes for 2 chicken burgers?

As an alternative to the traffic jam, it was better to have a 30-minute McDonald's milkshake that was okay I think these paper straws are really bad

It takes a long time but with only 2 people on duty it's no wonder. The fact that you only get one napkin per order is a joke! We were 2 adults and 2 small children. Really poor and McDonald's will be avoided from now on.

The restaurant is clean, the food is warm and tasty, the friendly waitress with dark hair, a beard and thick glasses really enjoys his job - that's definitely how it impressed us. We were first in Merzig, but then we moved on because it was just terrible. A difference like night and day.

It takes forever at the Drive Inn counter!!!!

The employees are already overwhelmed with even the simplest orders. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. But there was still time for jokes at the bar and private conversations. There's almost nothing here. Nothing at all. Absolutely not recommended by the service staff

Organization is a complete disaster. You wait forever for your food. The “boss” in the white top talks to her employees in an absolutely unfriendly and loud manner. Nobody knows what to do. Some of the employees are also very friendly.

1 star 🌟 is actually way too much... Incompetence is guaranteed here... Completely incompetent employees... who don't even distinguish between bacon 🥓 and sausage... and in the end are insulted because you wanted to eat what you ordered and not what they served you....

One star is already too many... Unmotivated, unfriendly, incompetent... I didn't order anything else, I had lost my appetite. But my friend ordered something for herself and then the wrong thing was brought to the table. Brought food to the counter, asked for money back and left this branch. In my opinion, there is an urgent need for action on this layer.

Unfortunately the staff was slightly overwhelmed and childish. Two employees behind the counter hit each other in the neck while others look out of their laundry and the customers can wait. But the food was ok as always 👌 even if it took a long time. Waiting time approx. 25 minutes

Our visit today was good. The children had fun in the play area, there was a lot going on. Nevertheless, we sat there well. Food is good, parking right in front of the door. Definitely recommended to go every now and then :)

How often the wrong order was taken home…. Frustrating....The trip back is really not worth it for me given the distance...yes, I also got the wrong order in the store! For the repeated time, we received burgers with onions, even though they were ordered without them and the burgers even had a note saying 'without onions'. New burger only received after repeated requests because it was forgotten after the complaint... I received a cold burger because it had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes... I ordered at the drive-thru so I can't say anything about the ambience. Ordering at the drive-in counter without any problems. It was only when the goods were handed out that they said that there were no more straws. You could have said it earlier. Otherwise I was absolutely happy with my order and you don't necessarily need straws. Even though the milkshake would definitely have tasted better with it 😅

Waiting 30 minutes for your meal is too long

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Since the service person on the outside didn't understand m8ch properly, I was asked twice by the employees at the car what I had ordered. I waited over 20 minutes for the two burgers even though it wasn't busy. And after I was on the road, I realized I paid too much. Always negative experiences.

Food was prepared quickly, everything was clean and 5* for the team leader, who was very conscientious about keeping things tidy. I ordered something wrong when I ordered and this was resolved immediately and in a friendly manner!

The food is ok! But sometimes the waiting times are "bottomless" and you just throw your food on the table!!!!

Don't understand the bad reviews. I was there yesterday and the service was really nice, I think the new guy at the counter is called Felix, a great big guy. Did a great job and tasted great too!

Good example of the personnel crisis. Ice cold in restaurants. Eating took forever. We also got cold for that. Almost as bad as in the USA.

A typical McDonald's. With one exception. The staff was in a good mood and you could tell that the team got along well. And you could see that in the food too. Not just mushy, but fresh and attractive.

The food was of the usual quality. The wait was short and the table service met expectations. The only negative point was that the tables were slightly dirty, which affected the ambience.

The rooms are beautifully done However, the employees are already hopelessly overwhelmed with just six orders The food was hot, and, for my taste, too much lettuce on the burger, the fries had no salt The toilets were a water nightmare! Completely smeared with feces, there were towels and toilet paper everywhere, and there was no soap or towel paper in the men's toilet. The hand dryer didn't work either.

Not clean and staff not friendly, food is not nice as it used to be

Classic McDonald's - the staff is not on their toes...even though there was very little going on. Food and cafe were fresh and hot. There is an indoor playground for children here - so you can hardly eat without being disturbed.

The waiting time when ordering locally is a kind of abstraction. The team is only interested in operating the cars at short notice. Bury license plates on the ordering machines so the team doesn't have to carry the food to the tables. Even the stupid monitor on which you should see the status of the orders is turned off. As a result the food was served out practically cold and there were only 4 items including 2 of the same burgers. The prices themselves are getting higher every year and the portions are not bigger, but look smaller and smaller. The last time I was there. If you could, I would give half a star or none at all. The only plus is that the room and tables are clean, which is not always the norm in this chain.

Räumlichkeiten nicht beheizt, essen nur in Winterjacke. Mit kleinkind nicht zumutbar.

Sehr nettes Personal und Sauberer Laden.. nur die Preise bei McDonald's die sind extrem überteuert mittlerweile aber da kann das Personal ja nichts dafür... Über McDonald's Essen schweigt man lieber, ist ansichtssache.. Aber das Softeis 🍦 und der Cappuccino ☕ sind unschlagbar gut. 👍😋

Das Essen schmeckt war geil aber ihre Bestellung gefühlt ist halt irgendwie irgendwas was ganz nicht gewollt ist

So ziemlich das schlechteste McDonald's das ich je besucht habe. Burger so unsauber garniert das alles bereits in der Verpackung rumliegt. Die Angestellten sind total überfordert obwohl nicht viel Betrieb ist. Ich habe min 10 Minuten an der Kasse gestanden an der eine Angestellte die Menüs gepackt hat, sie war nicht in der Lage mich anzusprechen. Als sie es dann mal geregelt bekommen hat kam eine blumpe Anmachen "wollen sie bezahlen oder was" Wahnsinn, sobald man in Deutschland Imigant ist darf man sich anscheinend alles erlauben. Unser Tisch an dem wir gesessen haben war nicht sauber, kein Wunder die Angestellte die den Reinigungswagen während unseres Aufenthaltes sinnlose durch das Restaurant geschoben hat lief komplett high auf Amphitamin und knirechendem Kiefer Rum. Sorry Aber warum sollte ich Geld für so einen Aufenthalt und liebloses Essen Bezahlen, richtig, gibt keinen Grund. Also nie wieder dieses Filiale 🫡

Wartezeiten Katastrophe und dann noch das falsche Essen bzw. Fehlendes essen

Von 2022: "Die" könnten sich mal wenigstens ein bißchen Mühe geben die Burger halbwegs ordentlich zusammen zu basteln.. Ansonsten super nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Überarbeitet 2023: Mittlerweile sind selbst die Mitarbeiter nicht mehr kompetent.. Mein Doppel Royal "Käse" war suuuper hatte eh kein bock auf Käse.... So dieses Mal war definitiv das letzte mal Mc Donalds!!! War jetzt ein knappes jahr nicht dort.. Und nach der erfahrung heute wars das komplett. Nur noch ekelhaft.. Eure alten pommes und Ranzigen burger könnt ihr selber essen !!

Personal ist so dermaßen unfreundlich das es einem die Sprache verschlägt der MC Rib war so furz trocken da fehlte jede liebe zum Detail und zu aller letzt waren die Toiletten ziemlich dreckig...das geht definitiv besser 😡

Bestellung unvollständig und nur die halbe Portion McFluery bekommen. Burger waren fast kalt,und die Mtarbeiter überfordert.

Dieser Laden ist so unfassbar schlecht, dass ich gerne 0 Sterne geben würde. Irgendwas haben sie da verwechselt, ein Schnellrestaurant ist es jedenfalls nicht, man steht für 2 Cheeseburger teilweise über 20 min im Mc. Drive und bekommt schon gleich gesagt, dass es dauern wird. In den Bestellungen fehlt oft die Hälfte, dass man gleich wieder rein kann und nachfordern muss. Spielzeug im Happy Meal wird auch oft vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett, aber nicht sonderlich sauber, manche haben Fingernägel, als hätten sie grade im Garten gegraben. Ich würde da nicht essen, es sei denn, man hat 30 min Zeit und einen festen Magen.

Obwohl das Restaurant nicht besonders gefüllt war, machten die Mitarbeiter einen überforderten Eindruck. Neben der Tatsache, dass wir 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten mussten, war sie noch unvollständig, obwohl sie nur aus einem HappyMeal und einem McMenü bestand. Das HappyMeal wurde vergessen (ok, das Getränk wurde gebracht) und das McMenü hatte den falschen Burger... Dass die Pommes mit Salz waren statt wie bestellt ohne , lass ich kommentarlos stehen... Fehler können passieren. Schade eigentlich... Der daraufhin korrekte Burger sah aus, als wäre er Achterbahn gefahren vor der Auslieferung. Einziger Lichtblick war, daß die Servicekraft stets nett und freundlich war.

Preis-Leistung absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr lecker auch.

Beim Drive In wird die meiste Zeit etwas vergessen. Geht mein rein sitzt man zwar schön und auch die Tische sind sauber, aber manche Angestellt haben die Unlust im Gesicht stehen.

Super schöner McDonalds besser als bei uns

Alles gut, sauber und mit Handybestellung auch schnelle Bedienung.

Keuken was een chaos, minimale wachttijd 35 minuten. Deze McDonalds laat de "fast" wel weg in "fastfood". Na 35 minuten, bleek er ook een verkeerde burger in te zitten. Ik stond ruim 5 minuten voor de balie te wachten met bon en burger in de hand, uiteindelijk zelf maar eens iemand aangesproken. Al met al hebben we na 50 minuten ons eten gekregen.

Grad mit der App bestellt, per PayPal bezahlt, Tischnummer geholt, genial einfach.

Ich gehe ja öfter zu McDonald's und bin dadurch eigentlich hart im Nehmen, aber das einzig gute an diesem McDonald's sind die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen, die auch wirklich dort arbeiten und nicht nur dumm rumstehen. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, hier würde ich noch nicht mal mehr auf Toilette gehen. Burger eingetrocknet, Nuggets tot frittiert, Pommes ebenso und am Salz wurde gespart. Bei den Preisen mittlerweile darf das so nicht sein.

Sind zimlich gemütlich in Sachen zubereitung. Spielzeug für Kinder wird öfters vergessen

Habe eine Ewigkeit auf meine Bestellung gewartet, der Wagen um die Tabletts abzustellen war voll und wurde nicht gelehrt.

Ein Essen am terminal bestellt zudem ein Milchshake nach 15 min Wartezeit für im Restaurant zu Essen nach vorne gegangen das sie die Bestellung to go machen möchten, da war meine Bestellung immer noch nicht in Arbeit. Mitarbeiter kommt kurz darauf auf mich zu Milchshake wären nicht verfügbar wo ich bestellt hätte Antwort am terminal wie jeder andere auch. Ich solle doch ein Eis nehmen stattdessen Antwort ich möchte kein Eis da dies zu schnell schmilzt im auto. Eine Rückerstattung kann nur die Chefin machen dies dauerte wieder 5min. Diese erneut nehmen sie ein eis erneute antwort wie zuvor von mir passte ihr nicht ein storno zu machen was sie dann doch tat In der Zwischenzeit war meine Bestellung dann fertig geworden ein Getränk ohne Eiswürfel ist extrem schwer herzustellen immer wieder das gleiche bei jeder Bestellung dort im Restaurant wurde dann aber nach dem darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde neu gemacht. Allerdings wurde dieser neue Deckel aus Pappe nicht richtig auf dem Becher fixiert dieser flog noch bevor das Restaurant verlassen werden konnte auf den Boden da der Becher ohne Deckel kein richtig gripp hat um ihn festzuhalten. Tische waren fast alle ziemlich dreckig.

Na, ein McDonald's eben. Aber nett, das Essen frisch und heiß.

Sorry aber vielleicht weil ich kontinuierlich Unglück gehabt habe, Essen köbnen bis 40min dauern bis du es kriegt.auf unsere letzte Besuch, Gott sei Dank haben wir nach 30min nachgefragt und leider,die Mitarbeiter hat jemand anders unsere Bestellung gegeben. Schade ,so viel los und Wartezeit ist schlimmer geworden . Hoffenlich können die es verbessern.

Mittlerweile viel zu teuer geworden

Tische sind sehr schmutzig. Display für Abholung funktioniert nicht. Tischservice nicht möglich, da keine Tischaufsteller am Bestellterminal vorhanden sind. Bestellung wurde vertauscht. Irgendwie läuft es nicht organisiert genug.

Sehr sauberes MC Donalds um diese Uhrzeit und sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich habe einen Grand Bacon XXL Burger bekommen wo der Käse im Burger total kalt war. Die Beiden 20 er Nuggets die auch noch dazu hatte waren leider nur lauwarm obwohl sie sofort im Auto verzehrt wurden. Die Qualität lässt leider seit einiger Zeit nach. Eigentlich ist es eine Frechheit so erwas abzuliefern.

Die Eismaschine ist gefühlt schon seit Wochen defekt. Die bestellten Menüs waren sowas von unvollständig: man hat bei den Kids Menüs sogar die Caprisonne und den Fruchtquatsch vergessen. Im Winter wird die Außentür aufgelassen, sodass es im Restaurant eiskalt war und alle in Jacken gegessen haben.

Immer schön für die ganze Familie

Super Es schmeckt wirklich wie es im McDonald's schmecken soll. Fleissige Angestellte, die wie für McDonald's bekannt, sehr flink und gutes Essen zusammenpacken. Es ist sauber und übersichtlich. Freundliche Bedienungen !! Hier habe ich schon duzende Male gegessen, oder mitgekommen. Es wird wohl noch viele mehr werden !

Im McDrive hat man tatsächlich alles in der Tüte, was man bestellt hat. Darüber hinaus waren die Burger ganz frisch und äußerst ansehnlich.
