The only place where they serve quickly, apparently the guys understand what McDonald's is, the rest of McDonald's in Germany and in particular NRW just suck: they are lazy and don't want to move. I AM McDonald's ADMINISTRATION, pay attention to your service!!!!!!

Went there again yesterday and ordered large fries with mayo. Then came the price: 5.19 euros! I think that's far too expensive for the product (contains no meat, doesn't need to be prepared in a laborious manner).

A quick snack and then off to Burger King. Unfortunately, we felt very out of place there. Despite the small number of customers, the friendliness when ordering was lacking. We had ordered, among other things, a medium fries 🍟, which we received in a bag. It was very small and contained only a small portion, like a very small portion. When I asked about it, I was succinctly told that it was a medium one. Sorry, for €3.50, I expect the amount I ordered!

I cannot recommend this place. The employees only speak broken German and half of the order is missing. In addition, the food is almost always cold. I complained by phone and will check tomorrow whether I get compensation or not. Got a menu as compensation. Top

Also mich schockt jeden Besuch beim Mc donalds. - Tische werden nicht gesäubert, wenn einer Vor dem neuen Besucher an dem Tisch sitzen will / möchte Auch bei Bestellung bei ab Abholung, die Burger werden kleiner - Belag sieht aus wie drauf geschmissen. Wenn man Soße bestellt ist nie eine dabei . Und ist schnell Alles Kalt .

And once again I forgot something... Unfortunately, because of the crowd, you hardly have the chance to take a look straight away and to be honest, I don't feel like doing it before I go to the car. Of course something was forgotten about the JR meal again. It's always fun to see the children's disappointed faces. My conclusion: I was there for the last time today!

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, which is why McDonald's Germany is responsible, but the prices are getting steeper. The store itself was very clean and paper towels were readily available. Not like that everywhere.

That was a truly lovely restaurant visit. Very clean and well-kept ambiance, very polite staff. A great Sunday breakfast. We'll be back.

Great restaurant - the children's area inside is very nice but the outdoor area for children needs to be renovated.

Food slapped together very carelessly. The staff is noticeably unmotivated and expresses this clearly for everyone to hear. The worst thing, however, is the lack of hygiene. All tables were dirty and greasy. The toilets are filthy and, judging by their appearance, have not been cleaned for a long time. There was also pubic hair in the sink of the men's toilet.

Unfortunately, once again not everything that was ordered and paid for was packed. I've heard this so many times and experienced it myself that I believe it's intentional and not an accident. That was definitely the last attempt at Burger King in Langen today.
