Very miserable! Excessively long waiting time and very expensive....

What can you say is great - it's just Burger King. At least the burgers, if they are fresh, are more decent than at McDonald's. The same goes for the fries, only they're fairly good when fresh, you're hardly chewing on old moving boxes. The store itself leaves a lot to be desired. Boring interior design, absolutely behind the times. All in all, this Burger King serves its purpose. But you forget about it as soon as you're out the door. The staff mostly goes out of their way. There are one or two candidates everywhere who step out of line, but most of them are very friendly and helpful. Even with complaints.

Our order could not be processed. After trying 3 times on 2 different ordering machines we gave up and drove to the competition.

Been here again after a long time, hardly recognizable, the street is cleaner than Burger King Kevelaer. Top staff, manager takes a nap, fast food? Waiting time over 20 minutes, burger already cold, hotblondie about to expire. Burger King lives up to its billing. My respect 🤦🏽‍♂️ PS: It's a shame I can't post any pictures here

I think Burgerking is clean, quick, friendly and tasty

Visited on vacation while passing through. Since the worst weekend of the year was predicted in terms of traffic jams, we were prepared for the worst and were pleasantly surprised! Clean toilets, quick and fresh preparation of the order. It was full but not crowded. Someone here has the store under control even at peak times!

Terribly unfriendly staff, cheeky and brash and absolutely disrespectful towards us. And according to her statement, she doesn't care when we pointed out that she should be treated in a friendly manner. She replied that she should go to the boss and my salary would stay the same anyway. Absolutely impossible

In the past we have enjoyed coming here for dinner... Today we were so put off because the employee (apparently a new employee - and probably the rest too) didn't understand me properly... I ordered Flame wings 6 pieces from her, whereupon she explained to me that they weren't available as "plant" - I didn't want to either, I wanted MEAT!! !.... I repeated my order, to which she replied again that it wasn't available as a "plant"...as if I was STUPID She immediately became stubborn, the supervisor did not respond to our complaint... and I maintain that he was afraid of clarifying it for the guest in a positive way (an apology).... We were there last time too...

The food is ok, but as in every restaurant of this type in Germany, the tables and chairs are dirty, you can say that there is nowhere to eat normally

We were very hungry, so the food was delicious. But it was full and you couldn't order a children's menu from the machines

No toilet paper and no soap in the toilets! Fries in the kids box were old and limp, while 2 normal fries from the menu were fresh. It's a shame that the fries aren't all fresh! The drinks displayed are original Cola and Fanta, but the taste was definitely not original Cola or Fanta. The drinks machine was totally dirty as was the floor under the machine!

Is already disappointing to go and not be able to enjoy the full menu for the drinks since the dispenser is lacking siroup. Also the food kind of lost it's taste, and the vouchers that you had previously on the internet are 10 cents more expensive on the app than in the restaurant.

If one has to wait more than 40 minutes for the order, and half of it is not in order, I cannot possibly give a good review about it!!

We ate two burgers each. The next day we had food poisoning. Next time I will only buy fries, but I will probably choose MacDonald 😉

I had a crispy chicken burger my partner and her friend each had a chilli cheese burger. Both have been lying flat since Monday. Solomonella has been proven (via an appropriate test by a doctor). To be honest, it doesn't surprise me when I think back about how dirty the store is. I can't recommend anyone to eat here.

I'm usually not the one complaining when giving my point of view but here it was too much. We ordered 2 identical menus and we just asked to modify "cheese bacon burgers" both the same way: •no tomato •no raw onions •with extra fried onion for 0.50cts Wich means: 2 drinks 2 identical burgers 2 fries. Really simple. Fortunately we are patient but having to wait so long (30min... indeed is too long in a fastfood restaurant when you know about the targets) in the middle of afternoon with 3 orders pending(ours included) at the desk and 2 cars at the drive left us speechless. The worse is actually seeing 2 customers arriving 10 minutes after us and leaving with their orders before us.... again... speechless... And once we get served, what a surprise we had to get our meals with 1 burger (no cheese no bacon ... wich is supposely the purpose of the burger's name) and the 2nd burger (raw onion + fried onion... why?) We asked for 2 simple cheese bacon burger, both without tomato and onion, and with extra fried onion. How is that possible to get them both so wrong...? There was no queue, restaurant was almost empty in the afternoon. How can you get so distracted that you make your orders wrong? This is my first and last time coming to this Burger King in Kevelaer. But please work on those real issues.

I was there several times now because everything else was closed. But I avoid it now. Each time I stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes or longer (there is no FAST food here). Things are constantly forgotten, even for the simplest orders. Often cold burgers. The first two times I was able to ignore it, but guys: you'd better go to Thai Rin Ruam next door or to Chi or somewhere else. Every restaurant is faster than the store and certainly better quality.

The burger I ordered, with very good, crispy bacon and cheese, was really outstanding and surprisingly tasty for me as a “not necessarily burger” fan.

A Burger King, as there are countless of them, doesn't particularly stand out from the crowd, except that everything here seems to take a little longer, and if you come at the wrong time, it looks pretty messy or unclean, but that's it a general problem with this type of gastronomy.

Everything always takes a long time here and the staff is not particularly friendly. In addition, it is often not clean here. Edit: today we were here again after over a year. The floor was sticky and the tablet carts were packed. And €3.79 for a medium (looked more like a small) fries with mayonnaise... Is it still possible? To be fair, I have to say that the burger tasted good.

Beef burger had rat teeth and tasted disgusting and the taste tasted like poop. Plus the service wasn't okay they yelled at me for no reason and the whole floor was sticky and my shoe broke too. The drinks tasted rotten and had no carbonation at all. IT'S SIMPLY NEVER AGAIN!!

Apparently the restaurant is closing! Today there were no normal burger buns so you could only order everything with *long*, the ordering machines were all off but at least one drinks machine worked reasonably well (very slowly)... the dirt in the restaurant doesn't bother me because I eat at home.

The food was actually good except for the bun, which tasted like I was biting into cardboard. You can also pay for drinks once and drink as long and as much as you want.

The burgers were very bland and served almost cold. The employees don't know cleanliness either. There is no need to say more.

Today I ordered 2 long chicken, 2 big king XXL and a large strawberry milkshake for an incredible almost 34 euros. The lettuce on all the burgers was already brown at the edges and the taste was just bad! This was probably my last time that I was here. It's a real shame because I usually preferred eating my burgers here rather than anywhere else. Unfortunately the order was meant to be taken away and eaten at home. I didn't want to drive from Nieukerk to Kevelaer again and then be annoyed the whole journey. Definitely wouldn't have gone well at the counter. 😡🤬

Still the best Burger King around. Nice staff, burgers with lots of sauce, great drinks machines with many different types, and it's clean. Always happy to come to you.

2 Autos vor mir und ich habe für meine 2 kalten Burger sage und schreibe 45 min gebraucht. Schnell restaurant hat damit nichts mehr zu tun. Burger King Kevelaer war mal besser und schneller.

Vegane Burger sind sehr gut! Kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Leider waren wir nach den ganzen Skandalen nicht mehr hier. Wahrscheinlich kommen wir auch nicht mehr wieder, denn da sind nun Bilder im Kopf, die sich nicht löschen lassen.

Sehr nettes und vor allem deutschsprachiges Personal, essen war gut gefertigt, alles war frisch, riesige Softdrink-Auswahl. Das wichtigste dazu, es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder in einem burger King gegessen und rundum zufrieden gewesen. In diesem burger King gibt es Selbstbedienungsgetränkeautomaten von Coca Cola bei denen man sogar Coca Cola Raspberry, sowie Coca Cola cherry und Coca Cola cherry-Vanille bekommt!

En natuurlijk als ik ergens anders ben moet er ook een Burger King bezocht worden. Deze keer was het zowaar een Duitse Burger King met gratis parkeren voor de deur of de mogelijkheid om door de drive thru te gaan. Zoals gebruikelijk ligt ook deze BK niet op de meest uitnodigende plek, maar het was wel redelijk druk met gezinnen met kinderen. Waarschijnlijk omdat de meeste mensen, net als ik, naar Irrland waren geweest wat hier maar 8 auto minuten vandaan ligt. Maar er is een redelijk formaat terras met een speelding voor de kinderen, dus iedereen blij. Hier koop je een formaat frisdrank welke je zelf mag tappen en dus ook nog eens kan bijvullen. In Duitsland hebben ze soms iets andere benamingen, maar de bestelling was correct. Twisterfriet doen ze hier niet aan. Desalniettemin was m'n dubbele whopper heerlijk
