Very unfriendly staff. Food was ok.

It's actually a shame... I'm usually always satisfied, but unfortunately it often happens that items ordered are missing or the wrong thing is packed. It wasn't the first time... This time I specifically checked to see if everything was there, but when I got home I noticed that instead of the eight chili cheese nuggets I had ordered, there were unfortunately only five in there. In my opinion, it should be checked again in the drive to make sure everything is correct and the order is complete and correct... Upgrade: unfortunately something wrong again... unpacked the burger and got a checkenburger instead of a chili-cheese burger... unfortunately I don't like the chicken burger... it's a shame...

Rarely seen a cleaner McDonalds, but not perfectly clean either. Food tastes better than most other McDonald's I've been to. Always fresh. Service is nice and friendly. Depending on the rush, a little stressed, but that's normal. They do good work.

After I had a hair in the McWrap here I didn't go back for a few months. It's bad enough that sooner or later you end up going back... Was here recently and wanted to pay in cash for my order from the app. Was yelled at by the older lady at the checkout... unfortunately it was difficult to understand, but as far as I understood, there was a problem with the transfer of the orders from the app to their system. The way I was talked to, I should have known that!??? Ok... I then dared to ask whether the coupon from the app could be scanned there. Before I had finished the sentence, the woman had already turned around and simply left me there. I really don't have the words for such impossible behavior. I am friendly and respectful (despite the incomprehensible mumbling) and expect to be treated the same way, not only as a customer but also as a person. I'll definitely avoid the branch now and I'm just glad that I didn't pay in the app like I usually do, otherwise I certainly wouldn't have received my order or my money back.

Been waiting for my food for a full 30 minutes

There was a lot going on, to begin with. I ordered nuggets and a McFlurry. The McFlurry was made straight away and then sat on the counter for a solid 15 minutes, melting while 8 out of 9 of my nuggets were made. One probably got lost on the way from the fryer to the box. I had it to take with me and didn't really expect to count my nuggets while I was still there. I can understand that there was a lot going on, but that was really a shame..

Very unfriendly employee. Forgot something in the restaurant and it was answered with a rude comment: "I wouldn't even forget that if I was drunk!" returned! :) Absolutely not possible! I hope the lady feels addressed.

Greatly improved over the last few years. Friendly, attentive staff (and enough of them!!); Food i. O.; very clean sanitary facilities, perfectly equipped: automatic tap, filled soap dispenser, hand dryer and even paper towels!!

Essen bestellt und sollte raus gebracht werden mit nummer zum tisch gegangen Nach 20 Minuten noch kein essen am tisch . Rein um zu fragen was los ist stannd es auf der Theke und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich. Und das war kein Einzelfall ... Sauberkeit und freundlichkeit sucht man hier vergebens !!!!

Our daughter celebrated her 7th birthday today. We were warmly welcomed, the entertainment was great, the food was delicious as always, the Smartie cake with singing (happy birthday) from the entertainment was really nice. The highlight at the end was that every child was allowed to use the ice cream machine. The staff was also very friendly and gave the kids and of course me the feeling that we were very welcome. I can recommend the restaurant to celebrate a child's birthday.

Small blonde employee with glasses very unfriendly. Just complains the whole time even though you asked normally. Forgets orders and treats customers very badly. I suggest a pay cut.

The food was extremely disgusting, I had a bigmac which had bubbles on the patty. On top of that, the employee at the checkout forgot to give me a Coke even though I wanted a Fanta, as I said several times. So I expect a lot from the McDonalds, but everyone would have to be able to tell the difference between Cola and Fanta

Unfortunately there was a person behind the counter who could hardly speak any German and this led to misunderstandings. Staff is attentive and quick. The food is fresh and waiting times are respected. The store itself is clean. Toilets are also clean and cleaning schedule is maintained properly. Everything is ok outside too. I've been watching what's going on in the store for quite a while and I have to say that the work here is absolutely correct and everything is done according to MC standards. Keep it up !

The girls and boys always do their best and their fastest. Sometimes you have to be patient and sometimes you sit down and the food is brought out. It just depends on the number of guests and employees. When you see it's full and there's already a line, it's clear that it's taking a long time. But always nice, friendly, please thank you as you should. Just as you call in, it calls back.

Food was loveless. We had 2 Mc Rips that were dripping with sauce. The meat slipped off the bun and messed up my fingers because the sauce was already spread everywhere in the cardboard box.

Personal vergisst erstmal die Hälfte der Bestellung und ist dann noch super unhöflich. Wenn man den Tischservice benutzt wird man von den Mitarbeitern darauf hingewiesen das man das so nicht darf und das Essen am Schalter selber hohlen müsse und das auch noch in einem unmöglichen Ton. Tischservice mit Schild, das man am Schalter mitgegeben bekommen hat… Drive in sowie katastrophal, die Dame kann man kaum verstehen weil sie kaum deutsch spricht und wenn man bestellt hat und wieder die Hälfte fehlt und man sie darauf hinweist wird sie auch noch unhöflich und laut… Zumutung 🤦🏼‍♀️

Dann zahlt man schon extra 50ct für eine Tüte Ketchup und die Leute sind nicht mal in der Lage diese mit dazu zulegen? Vergessen, verwechseln, kann ich alles verstehen, aber wenn ich da montags abends, wenn nichts mehr los ist, aufkreuze und für Ketchup extra zahle, kann ich doch wohl erwarten diesen auch zu bekommen, oder ist es wirklich zu viel verlangt???????

Ein McDonalds wo es lecker ist.

Ich bin die letzte 3 Jahre nicht mehr bei McD gewesen und dieser Laden hat mir die Bestätigung gegeben, dass die Entscheidung richtig war. Selten einen so schmutzigen Laden mit dermaßen unmotivierten Personal gesehen. Wenn man es sogar schafft labberige Fritzen zu produzieren und die Burger gerade mal lauwarm waren, dann braucht man sich auch nicht zu wundern, wenn die gesamte ( probierte ) Bestellung im Müll landet. Eines ist ganz sicher: Die nächsten Jahre nicht mehr !

Bestellung am Drive-in war falsch. Mitarbeiterin hat diese vor Abgabe selbst kontrolliert und dann ausgegeben. Am Ende fehlten Speisen für ungefähr 8€.

Drive In, Cola war einfach Wasser mit Farbe und bitte wenn ich 3 Menüs bestelle gebt mir doch einfach diesen Eierkarton wie sonst auch immer. Nach Ewigkeiten wieder da gewesen, alles ist kleiner geworden und die Preise wurden erhöht. Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich, rechtfertigt aber kein Schwarzes Wasser was mir halb durchs Auto fliegt nachdem ichs angenommen hab und ich weiterfahren muss.

Musste leider sehr sehr lange warten auf 2 Getränke
