McDonald's in Altenkirchen (Westerwald)

Food slapped together very carelessly. The staff is noticeably unmotivated and expresses this clearly for everyone to hear. The worst thing, however, is the lack of hygiene. All tables were dirty and greasy. The toilets are filthy and, judging by their appearance, have not been cleaned for a long time. There was also pubic hair in the sink of the men's toilet.

I keep noticing how unmotivated the employees there are and I have the feeling that it's getting worse and worse. Not only does it take longer and longer for the order to be processed, especially since an order system has already been created to make work easier. Everything seems very disorganized and partly without a plan. The reviews show that something should be done.

I stood in MC Drive for 20 minutes without being served. At the beginning a male voice told me please, just a moment. I made a few voice messages and a lady continued to put me off. In the meantime my car was having problems and I called the repair shop and repaired my car. Still no sign of taking my order. When I finished the repair, I said to my passenger whether they were actually kidding me. Then suddenly she was able to speak and replied bluntly that she didn't want to make fun of me but she was alone. Oh yes ? So she changes her gender every 10 minutes. Interesting. Then they were finally able to take my order, which I politely declined due to what had happened and they confirmed to me that they were grateful to me that I wouldn't order anything (very happy was the expression they used). Local time: Between 10:45 and 11:00 Thursday 12/12/19 Your staff planning is NOT the guest's problem. I would have understood if you took the order and then said it would take 15 minutes. No problem. But not in this way and certainly not in this tone.

Disastrous behavior from an employee who complained loudly about other employees in front of customers and sometimes treated them very, very unkindly. Ordered something to take away today. Be careful to check everything you order before you go out, otherwise a part will be missing like mine. But the rest wasn't much better, the fries were cold, the chilled nuggets and the chicken was luke warm. Since they only have young staff, the quality has completely deteriorated.

Rarely seen a cleaner McDonalds, but not perfectly clean either. Food tastes better than most other McDonald's I've been to. Always fresh. Service is nice and friendly. Depending on the rush, a little stressed, but that's normal. They do good work.

Been waiting for my food for a full 30 minutes

There was a lot going on, to begin with. I ordered nuggets and a McFlurry. The McFlurry was made straight away and then sat on the counter for a solid 15 minutes, melting while 8 out of 9 of my nuggets were made. One probably got lost on the way from the fryer to the box. I had it to take with me and didn't really expect to count my nuggets while I was still there. I can understand that there was a lot going on, but that was really a shame..

Very unfriendly employee. Forgot something in the restaurant and it was answered with a rude comment: "I wouldn't even forget that if I was drunk!" returned! :) Absolutely not possible! I hope the lady feels addressed.

Greatly improved over the last few years. Friendly, attentive staff (and enough of them!!); Food i. O.; very clean sanitary facilities, perfectly equipped: automatic tap, filled soap dispenser, hand dryer and even paper towels!!

Our daughter celebrated her 7th birthday today. We were warmly welcomed, the entertainment was great, the food was delicious as always, the Smartie cake with singing (happy birthday) from the entertainment was really nice. The highlight at the end was that every child was allowed to use the ice cream machine. The staff was also very friendly and gave the kids and of course me the feeling that we were very welcome. I can recommend the restaurant to celebrate a child's birthday.

The food was extremely disgusting, I had a bigmac which had bubbles on the patty. Unfortunately there was a person behind the counter who could hardly speak any German and this led to misunderstandings. Staff is attentive and quick. The food is fresh and waiting times are respected. The store itself is clean. Toilets are also clean and cleaning schedule is maintained properly. Everything is ok outside too. I've been watching what's going on in the store for quite a while and I have to say that the work here is absolutely correct and everything is done according to MC standards. Keep it up !

The girls and boys always do their best and their fastest. Sometimes you have to be patient and sometimes you sit down and the food is brought out. Food was loveless. We had 2 Mc Rips that were dripping with sauce. The meat slipped off the bun and messed up my fingers because the sauce was already spread everywhere in the cardboard box.

Personal vergisst erstmal die Hälfte der Bestellung und ist dann noch super unhöflich. Wenn man den Tischservice benutzt wird man von den Mitarbeitern darauf hingewiesen das man das so nicht darf und das Essen am Schalter selber hohlen müsse und das auch noch in einem unmöglichen Ton. Tischservice mit Schild, das man am Schalter mitgegeben bekommen hat… Drive in sowie katastrophal, die Dame kann man kaum verstehen weil sie kaum deutsch spricht und wenn man bestellt hat und wieder die Hälfte fehlt und man sie darauf hinweist wird sie auch noch unhöflich und laut… Zumutung 🤦🏼‍♀️
