Burger King Restaurant in Wesel

Unfortunately I missed out on ordering. When we asked employee 1, it was no problem to change it to eating on site. When employee 2 noticed this, she angrily ran after the table and rudely told me to be careful where I clicked next time. I have never experienced anything as unfriendly and rude as employee 2! Nevertheless, there are 3 stars because employee 1 was very friendly.

Normal Burger King. Clean, friendly staff.

The food itself was delicious, but when I asked in a friendly manner whether there was always so little sauce on the chilli cheese fries but there were a ton of jalapenos, one employee was rude and another laughed (provocatively). I know that you have certain instructions that you have to follow But you shouldn't be unfriendly if the customer who pays for the meal doesn't just want to eat jalapenos with fries

The portion of fries isn't exactly large, even though you order a large portion.

Ordered online and after 2 hours the message came that the order had been canceled and then I called Burger King and asked why and why it had been canceled, reason: we had already had fake orders and canceled this order because we thought it was Fake (of course with an order value of over €130... well then not!!!)...then the good man shouldn't have thought, that was probably the mistake... Was there again today after a long time. I am appalled at the prices. Maybe it would still be okay, but the burgers have really poor toppings and hardly any sauce! And that at a price of €5.50 for ONE Chrispy Chicken. Chilli cheese burgers. Fart dry. I'm not coming back!!!

I ordered 2 coffees with 2 churrus (order number 784). In the beginning, a young lady only gave me one. Politely told her I ordered 2. She looked at the receipt quietly, as if she were forced to work and I was begging her, then she called the slightly older lady, probably the team leader, she said yes quietly, then the first one gave me another one. What bothered me was that no one apologized or at least smiled or said it was a mistake. I didn't want to write this but I just wanted to enjoy my coffee. MFG

Very hectic and processed quickly Milkshake 0.5 l is 2 cm below the measuring range so Burger King can save a lot...I see it as cheating...if you ask...machine is set like that...even worse! No go

For me the last time I was there. Three out of four Extra Long Chili Cheese were ice cold and the fourth was lukewarm. Already the third time in a row. Employees at the checkout seem very polite. The ambience isn't my thing, but that's not why I'm there.

Unfriendly. Never go there. There was hair in my burger and I was accused of dirtying the table even though it was a previous one. I was allowed to clean there in the entefekt instead of eating

These employees are really incredibly incompetent, how you can forget 🍔 EVERY time and put the wrong ones in EVERY time, so that you have to turn around and run back to the counter every time is a mystery to me. I'm even thinking about retraining, because as relaxed as it is to work there, it would apparently be a dream to work there. Unfortunately I'm so stupid and I really work for my money... Ps: when you bring this up, they always say that you said it wrong yourself, or that you can't do it at all. But maybe I'm wrong and I and all my friends and acquaintances just always promise each other :/

So when I first entered the store I thought I was standing at the bazaar in Türkiye. The waitress could barely speak any German, so you weren't even really asked what you wanted and you just got something as if I was reaching into a magic box. When we finally had our food, Aische apparently had an argument with Ali in the kitchen and if I hear Valla Billa from the kitchen one more time while I'm eating I'll go crazy. Conclusion: you can leave it alone

Spotlessly clean burger king, both the restaurant and the toilets. Friendly efficient staff and food was fresh and tasty. A pleasant surprise all around.

There's a sign in the drive saying 2 Whoppers for the price of one on Tuesdays only! What did I pay: Of course 2 Whoppers. Called directly, no one has any idea and no one knows anything. I call that an absolute rip-off.

Poor from start to finish. It's been a while since I was in a Burger King, but they are not doing well if this restaurant is anything to go by. The self-service tills didn't work properly and ended up with the wrong food, which was very difficult to resolve. They ran out of mayo!!! Tables dirty and the bins all full/overflowing. On the plus side the toilets were clean!

Very bad service, they forgot the drink in my takeaway order and when I called on the phone they told me it was my fault for not looking.....

It used to be really good. If you want to pay in cash at the checkout you are turned away and have to place your order at the machine.

There were tablets and garbage everywhere on the tables, which was a real shame. The cashier with black hair was very, very unfriendly, so I've never experienced anything like that before. Not even a hello or anything... really big rubbish here. NEVER come back

Was at the drive in today. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that people aren't really listening there. I wanted a chocolate milkshake with my menu. I got the food and asked when it was served whether it was really a chocolate shake, which they said yes. When I checked I noticed that it wasn't a chocolate shake. 4 years later. Unfortunately still the same problem with listening. In the drive you asked if you wanted ice cream on your brownie, which I said no. The question again on the drive window. The whole soup of ice just ran towards me. So much for customer service

Ordering machines don't work. When you wanted to order at the counter, you were told that they only accept orders via the automatic machines. Because they don't work, it's not possible to order in this restaurant Then we could see where we could get something else

I personally find the “new” interior very “sterile”. But since I always go through the drive-in anyway, that doesn't interest me :D I personally find the food very tasty in contrast to other fast food chains. Most of the staff are pretty decent, and everyone there really does their best. I am happy ;)

Our waitress was very friendly, he does everything right in his job.

Ich schließe mich den anderen Bewertungen an. Noch nie habe ich so unfreundliches Personal erlebt. Es fehlte eine Portion Pommes. Als Antwort kam das es nicht sein könne, sie habe die Bestellung selber gepackt. Nach einem Hin und her bekamen wir die Pommes mit den Worten: " Ich mache für so ein paar Pommes nicht so einen aufstand". Die Kinderecke sollte am besten auch wieder abgebaut werden, denn die Kinder sind nämlich zulaut beim spielen und stören die empfindlichen Headsets. Also Leute: Meiner Meinung nach solltet ihr lieber die paar Kilometer nach Büderrich auf euch nehmen. Servies um Welten besser und Kinderfreundlicher. 👍🏻

Man hat das Gefühl das bei Burger King aus den Ekelberichten die das Team Wallraff aufgedeckt hat nicht gelernt worden ist. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde abfällig reagiert, sowas geht überhaupt nicht. Unverschämt

Unfreundliches Personal, das Burgerfleisch war grausam. Schade war mal großer Fan, aber mittlerweile nur noch enttäuscht.

Nach der Renovierung ist das Ambiente ganz gut geworden.

4 Elektronik Counter zum bestellen. Im ganzen Laden nur Barzahlung möglich. Die Kunden stehen vergebens an der E-Säule war keine Kartenzahlung funktioniert. Als Restaurantbetreiber könnte man doch ein Schild an die Tür hängen, mit dem Hinweis nur Barzahlung. Getränke wurden mit Eiswürfel bestellt. Waren aber keine drin. Das einzige was ich nicht kontrolliert wurde durch uns. Die Counterkräfte wirken gestresst und unfreundlich. Die Renovierung passt nicht zu dem Burger King. Entschuldigung das wir heute bei Ihnen Essen waren. Kommt nicht wieder vor.

Essen sehr kalt. Essen schmeckte komisch. Wartezeit war ewig.

Gehe gelegentlich dort hin und kann nicht meckern. Aber Bestellung wirklich nachkontrollieren. Die haben viel zu tun und manchmal fehlt Majo oder Ketchup . Ist aber nichts wildes .

Ich gehe max alle 2-3 Monate mal nach BK und Co. Die Menüs sind in Ordnung und man wird satt. Die Preise hingegen sind bei BK meiner Meinung nach zum abgewöhnen. Das Ambiente bei BK Wesel gefiel mir vor der Renovierung tatsächlich besser. Ist aber auch Geschmackssache.

An sich finde ich es gut, dass dieser burger King endlich mal renoviert wurde. Jedoch sind mir bei meinem letzten Besuch einige leichte Mängel aufgefallen. Das Essen wurde kalt serviert, Beilagen haben gefehlt, anderes was nicht bestellt wurde(sauce für hot Blondie zb) wurde einfach aufs essen gepackt. Wenn man das in den Griff bekommt steht aber einer besseren Bewertung nichts im Wege.

War schon lange nicht mehr bei einem BK und der Big King XXL war echt mal wieder lecker. Die Chicken Nuggets sind leider trotz "verbesserter" Rezeptur noch immer nicht wirklich gut. Das Restaurant scheint noch recht neu zu sein oder wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert - sieht auf jeden Fall recht schick und gepflegt aus. Mit den Angestellten hinter der Theke hat man ja wegen der Bestell-Terminals nicht mehr viel zu tun, aber der kurze Kontakt bei der Übergabe des Essens war freundlich.

Haben 2 Eis bestellt, in dem einem total wenig, sind hingegangen haben uns beschwert, als Antwort kam, manchmal geben wir bei manchen mehr und bei manchen weniger, total unfreundlich!! Was soll das?

War heute in dem neu eingerichteten Bürger King gefällt mir sehr gut alles ein bisschen geräumiger und nicht so voll gestellt.Eine Kinder-Ecke gibt es auch.

Das Essen war wie erwartet. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Bedienung war schnell und vollständig, so wie ein Besuch in einem Schnellrestaurant sein sollte.

Veel veranderd, maar park is schoon, personeel zeer vriendelijk. Echter wel een beetje een doolhof geworden. Zeker meerdere dagen nodig om alles te zien en of te beleven. Rolstoel routes vereisen wel veel energie.

Wir waren 2x hier vor Ort essen und ein paar mal haben wir den drive in genutzt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sind komisch. Man begegnet ihnen mit einem Lächeln und es kommt wenn überhaupt nur ein zögerliches mundzucken zurück. Einer war sogar mal richtig frech geworden. Naja... Das Essen war bisher immer ganz auch wenn es anscheinend recht lieblos zubereitet wird weil ich schon mehrmals ziemlich runterrutschende Matsche in der Hand hatte. Positiv: es war sauber dort! Tische, Böden, versteckte Ecken - es war sauber. Im grossen und ganzen geht es definitiv besser, das durften wir in Stuttgart und den Niederlanden bei BK schon erfahren mit positiven Erinnerungen.

Eine schnelle und ein langsamer Bedienung. Ich hatte den langsamen erwischt und musste zusehen wie ein nach dem anderen Gast nebenan bedient wurde.

Sehr sauber Portionen üppig. Preise super gerne wieder. Spargel Schnitzel mit Hollandaise und Bratkartoffeln sehr lecker.
