Please stay well away from this place. The bread tastes old and musty. The burgers are poor quality. Complaints to Burger King's customer service are dismissed with standard platitudes. If you want your money back, you're turned away. This is definitely something they should investigate.

Very incompetent restaurant manager. He doesn't respond to customer requests or complaints.

I now remember why I have avoided fast food for the past few years.

I ordered delivery from Burger King a few days ago, and overall, it wasn't a good experience. The food was completely cold, even though I live just two streets away, so it was a one-minute delivery journey. It also arrived very early, even though I had specified a specific delivery time. It's not a big deal, but just a side note. I would appreciate a refund.

Our Whoppers were dry and barely seasoned, the fries weren't crispy, rather chewy. Disappointing! At least the Whoppers were freshly made; it took forever, even though we were the only customers in the store.

Best Burger King within a 50km radius, the only one where I've never had any problems ordering. I tried the Kebab Style Lover today, September 30th, and unfortunately, I have to say it's nothing special. It's just a Whopper with garlic sauce (which is very tasty) and a few pieces of frozen chicken kebab, like you'd find in any supermarket. From a marketing perspective, I think the promotion is really good, but the product was unfortunately disappointing.

We ordered food, but unfortunately it took about an hour and a half to arrive. Everything was cold and not tasty at all; some of the burgers were very dry. We were very disappointed, especially since we paid a fair amount of money and then to get our food in such a state is outrageous. The driver was very friendly, but that was it. I wouldn't recommend it for delivery at all.

Absolutely outrageous. I ordered a burger with bacon and cheese on top. The burger was cold on top. When I asked about it, the waiter took the burger with a grumble, brought it to the back, and claimed that the chef was making a new burger. A minute later, the same burger came back. The bacon and cheese were still cold, and the bun had been warmed up. Upon further questioning, they simply said that the bacon here comes from the refrigerator and is cold. Truly ridiculous. Above all, a burger that had already been unwrapped and served at the table was taken back and sent to the back to be warmed up.

Well, there's no point in discussing the quality of the food; it's fast food, after all. However, once again, something was "forgotten" in our takeout order. Please pay more attention to this in the future.

Apparently, plastic is regularly burned on the premises. The smell of plastic smoke can be felt on the wind for 100 meters, and the store doesn't have a handle on the disposal of paper and packaging waste. Sometimes the entire intersection, traffic lights, is filled with garbage from this restaurant, I find it impossible.

We visited the restaurant a few days ago with several people. After some difficulties at the ordering terminal, we were helped quickly, and our special requests were also accommodated. All the staff were very friendly. The burgers were all freshly made, and the fries were also hot. The wait for our rather large order was perfectly acceptable. The dining room was clean, and the tables were wiped down regularly. The restrooms were also tidy. We would be happy to come back.

I can recommend this place. It's always clean, even the restrooms are clean. The staff are very friendly and polite, and accommodating. I like one employee who, in my opinion, is similar to Bausa. The fries were a bit overcooked, but otherwise, I think everything there is pretty good.

Employees often forget things that were ordered.

The last time I was there (about 3-4 months ago), I ordered a crispy chicken burger and felt nauseous all night until I finally threw up the next morning. My stomach burned for about three days afterward, and I couldn't eat anything except fruit during that time because I would immediately feel nauseous from the burning. I've never had such a reaction to food before! I don't even want to know what I ate that triggered such an unbearable reaction in my body. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there.

Extremely unfriendly waitress. It's like everywhere else – the service is almost nonexistent. She didn't allow ordering at the counter, and she wasn't happy about the child playing at the table either. "I don't want it to get broken," she said. I'm more concerned about who built it, and they're afraid a 3-year-old might break it. All in all, a very unpleasant visit.

It's a pity that you can't order at the cash register. That's not for me.

Never been to such a well-kept Burger King branch

My Oreo ice cream was less than half full. When I asked about it, I was told that this was normal and that all other Burger King restaurants overfilled.

You didn't really want to visit the company anymore, but you let your friends persuade you and want to bring something delicious for Sunday lunch! Suddenly, you arrive at the restaurant and realize that everything is closed. BK hasn't been advertising itself for months.

Once or twice a year, I treat myself to a trip to the land of fast food. Besides, I was hungry; it was late. As the saying goes: hunger drives you in. Learning from Rosin means: more sugar all the way to the edge of the airy bun. Fries were soggy, veggie burger was okay with too little sugar. Treated myself to ice cream with chocolate sauce: Ouch, how sweet; my dentist and my reflux are happy 😁

This branch is an absolute disaster. I was repeatedly treated disrespectfully. The employee was rude, impertinent, and completely unprofessional. That's not how you treat paying customers. Never again.

Very, very unfriendly staff. I only ordered a chili cheese fries, and I wanted them with extra jalapeños and extra cheese sauce. I got a dollop of sauce and 3-4 jalapeños. You could say the fries weren't very large. There wasn't much on them. My conclusion: never again.

Clean environment, clean toilets, good communication

We were there on Friday, May 23rd. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The place was running well, so even though it was busy, we got our orders pretty quickly. Unfortunately, one of my burgers was just a bit hard and difficult to chew. It shouldn't have been served like that. Strangely, we could only order some things at the cash register and not from the vending machines, such as the plant-based long nugget burger. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Worst Burger King experience since Wallraf. Chili cheese fries with a tiny drop of sauce and plant-based patties that were rock hard. The lady in the white shirt said there was a new rule that they weren't allowed to use more sauce. The patties were supposedly freshly made, to which I pointed out they'd been kept warm for at least two hours. The answer was, she's been doing it for 10 years and knows better. If you've worked somewhere for 10 years and don't realize this, maybe you should change jobs. Never again Wesel, arrogant and uncomprehending, and nothing will change.

Absolute waste of money, burgers with far too little sauce. Meat quality is just terrible, comparable to prison food. Tables and chairs dirty, tray return cart overflowing. After 25 years of Burger King, I'm just fed up and would rather pay a tenner more and go to a restaurant.

Ambiance is 0, service non-existent and the food - well if you like it - it makes your stomach feel worse than good!

You certainly don't need to say anything more about eating in the big burger chains. Hunger drives it in. At this Burger King you can somehow sit outside and the car traffic doesn't really bother you.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller at Burger King and the prices are abnormally high. €3.69 for a medium fries, but medium is more reminiscent of x-small.

I had to wait far too long for my food, since I was in a hurry I simply didn't have time to wait over 15 minutes for my food. It wasn't even really full.

You want to order something through Lieferando, and it's canceled. The reason given is "it's not in our delivery area." So why is it even shown on Lieferando with a location?

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time. The food ordering terminals take on a lot of personal atmosphere. The Drive in has a more personal touch. The Whopper is quite slimmed down and no longer has the same quality as it used to. Here quantity comes before quality. Too bad

I ordered through Lieferando and there were problems so the order took 2 hours. After a long phone conversation with the manager, I still got a cold meal. Burger King what kind of bad staff do you have????

The employees in the drive-in probably overhear the conversations of the people in the car. (For whatever reason) then ask if you know something about the conversation that doesn't concern you about what you said. The quality of the burger was beyond sticky and only luke warm. Thank God I (as the only customer) waited a good 10 minutes for this quality disaster.

The dishes are familiar but also easy to read from the menu. The shop is bright and spacious and there is also a Drive Inn. So everything is ready for small or large hunger.

Unfortunately I missed out on ordering. When we asked employee 1, it was no problem to change it to eating on site. When employee 2 noticed this, she angrily ran after the table and rudely told me to be careful where I clicked next time. I have never experienced anything as unfriendly and rude as employee 2! Nevertheless, there are 3 stars because employee 1 was very friendly.

Was there again today after a long time. I am appalled at the prices. Maybe it would still be okay, but the burgers have really poor toppings and hardly any sauce! And that at a price of €5.50 for ONE Chrispy Chicken. Chilli cheese burgers. Fart dry. I'm not coming back!!!

I ordered 2 coffees with 2 churrus (order number 784). In the beginning, a young lady only gave me one. Politely told her I ordered 2. She looked at the receipt quietly, as if she were forced to work and I was begging her, then she called the slightly older lady, probably the team leader, she said yes quietly, then the first one gave me another one. For me the last time I was there. Three out of four Extra Long Chili Cheese were ice cold and the fourth was lukewarm. Already the third time in a row. Employees at the checkout seem very polite. The ambience isn't my thing, but that's not why I'm there.

The waitress could barely speak any German, so you weren't even really asked what you wanted and you just got something as if I was reaching into a magic box. Poor from start to finish. It's been a while since I was in a Burger King, but they are not doing well if this restaurant is anything to go by. The self-service tills didn't work properly and ended up with the wrong food, which was very difficult to resolve. They ran out of mayo!!! Tables dirty and the bins all full/overflowing. On the plus side the toilets were clean!
