Kochlöffel in Wesel

"Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Die Burger-Größe entspricht nicht den Erwartungen (der große Burger ist so klein wie ein Kinder-Burger in anderen Läden). Zudem waren die Pommes nicht frisch, sondern schmeckten wie vor Stunden zubereitet. Dies war mein letzter Besuch hier."

War gestern da und muß sagen " schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen " 30 € für 3 Bürger, 2 Pommes und 2 Pepsi 👍🏻 Nie wieder.

Seit es den Kochlöffel in Wesel gibt, gehe ich dorthin. Jeder Besuch endet mit Genuss. Sonntag waren wir - mittlerweile Familie - auch da. Ich sah, daß mein Sohn Schmierfett an den Ellbogen bekommen hatte. Wo auch das i.mer passiert ist. Damit er nichts verdreckt, bat ich um etwas Fett auf einer Serviette. Nach der kurzen Erklärung bekam ich ein paar Tropfen Fett mit dem ich das Schmierfett wegbekam . Zudem gab mir die Angestellte, die seit 35 Jahren!! Dort arbeitet, zwei Zitronenfeuchttücher. Soviel Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit findet man selten. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals.

Einfach toll, dass es noch einen Kochlöffel in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 47km) gibt. Freundliche Leute vor Ort und den typischen Stil beim Ambiente und Essen. Immer wieder gerne eine Tour wert.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Personal ist immer nett. Aber etwas zu teuer, meiner Meinung nach. Nachtrag vom 29.01.2026 Also ich muss es nun doch mal erwähnen. Die letzten 3bis 4 Besuche im Kochlöffel Wesel waren ein Reinfall. Die Mitarbeiter schimpfen gegenseitig vor der Kundschaft miteinander. Keine Organisation,dass habe ich nun öfters schon so gesehen. Es läuft immer Top wenn die langjährigen Mitarbeiter dort sind. Das hatte ich der Dame Geschäftsleitung auch schon gesagt. Der Kochlöffel ist doch bekannt durch seine Hähnchen 🐔. Ich habe die letzten mal keines bekommen. Nicht fertig.... Auch eine Bratwurst ließ auf sich warten. Also so wie es die letzten Monate dort läuft ist nicht gut für die Filiale. Zuletzt noch eine Anmerkung Ein Hund (Auch wenn er auf dem Arm getragen wird) hat in der Küche nichts zu suchen. Preis-Leistung nicht mehr so gut.

Ich komme oft zu Kochlöffel und mag diesen Ort wirklich sehr-sowohl das Ambiente als auch das Essen. Das Beste hier sind aber definitiv die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Jedes Mal, wenn ich komme, werde ich von anderen Leuten bedient, aber sie sind immer freundlich☺️ wirklich ohne Ausnahme. Heute habe ich dort lange gesessen, um zu lernen, und ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter hat mir mit seiner freundlichen Art und seinem Lächeln den Tag verschönert. Ich glaube, er heißt Lukas, ich bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher. Auf jeden Fall habe ich mich sehr darüber gefreut und möchte mich hier herzlich für seine Freundlichkeit bedanken. 🙏✨🥹 Ich werde auch in Zukunft sehr gerne wiederkommen und den Laden weiter unterstützen☺️

Ich bin am Vormittag spontan bei Kochlöffel gewesen, weil ich Appetit auf Pommes hatte. Der Laden erschien mir recht ordentlich und während der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter meine Fritten zubereitet hat, bin ich schnell zur Toilette gegangen, die im UG liegt. Dort traf mich fast der Schlag. Es hat so ekelhaft intensiv nach Urin gestunken wie in einer Bahnhofstoilette. Der Fußboden der Damen-Toilette war zwar nicht sichtbar verschmutzt, aber er klebte vor Dreck. Man hat das beim Laufen sogar hören können. Ich war total angewidert. Natürlich habe ich den Mitarbeiter von meinem "Erlebnis" unterrichtet. Er versprach, dass sofort noch einmal gewischt würde. Im übrigen wäre die Toilette vor etwa einer halben Stunde gereinigt worden. Ich möchte nicht unhöflich erscheinen, aber innerhalb 1/2Std.kann eine Toilette nicht derart unangenehm riechen. Ich habe mal irgendwo gelesen, dass man an den WC-Räumen eines Gastro-Betriebes erkennen könne, wie sehr dort auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Aus diesem Grund war ich ziemlich angewidert. Die Mahlzeit, die ich vor Ort zu mir nehmen wollte, habe ich dann lieber mit nach draußen genommen. Die Pommes schmeckten gut, aber ich habe sie mit einem unguten Gefühl verzehrt. Ich werde den Laden nicht mehr aufsuchen und daher kann ich ihn auch leider nicht empfehlen. Ich überlege sogar, meine Sneaker zu entsorgen.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Meine Bestellung kam erst nach 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten an – deutlich zu spät. Das Essen war zudem komplett kalt. Da ich bereits bezahlt hatte und die Qualität nicht akzeptabel war, habe ich die Bestellung beim Lieferanten wieder zurückgegeben. So etwas sollte nicht passieren. Ich erwarte eine bessere Organisation und vor allem warmes Essen bei einer Lieferung.Und mein Geld möchte ich zurück bekommen ! Meine Rufnummer habe ich bei dem Lieferanten durch gegeben ! Habe in Wesel bestellt am 18.03.26 um 19:03 bestellt und kam erst um 20:44 an Özel

Das wird nicht mehr lange gut gehen,mit diesem unfreundlichen schmuddeligen aussehen sehr enttäuschend im Gegensatz von früher definitiv nicht mehr empfehlenswert!

Lecker Burger, Preise moderat… Der junge Mitarbeiter mit der Brille war super freundlich und stets bemüt die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen :) Weiter so

Auf Hygiene wird dort nicht so Wert gelegt. Mitarbeiterin schiebt sich zwischendurch mal eben mit Handschuhe ein paar Pommes und den Mund und belegt dann mit die Handschuhe die Bürger.

Nach längerer Wartezeit konnten wir das Essen holen . Und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war kalt, die Nuggets schmeckten wie mehrmals aufgewärmt. Und die Toiletten waren auch schon sauberer .

Leider habe ich das Restaurant ohne Essen verlassen müssen. Das Personal ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Unfähig drei Bestellungen abzuwickeln, gnadenlos überfordert und dazu noch ungepflegt. Die Hähnchen drehen sich, schon verbrannt, immer noch am Spieß. Als Kind wird man wohl übersehen und wenn man sich beschwert wird man ignoriert und einfach nicht mehr bedient ! Diese Leute repräsentieren das Unternehmen….. ein trauriges Bild für Kochlöffel. Für uns war es das jedenfalls. Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!!

The floor was very sticky, obviously it hadn't been mopped properly in a while. Also, the preparation was very slow. Now I remember why I've deliberately avoided coming here for the past few years...

I come here regularly and I really enjoy it, as I've always found it clean and I think it offers good value for money. I also really enjoy the menu with fries and a chicken burger (which has a strong curry flavor). Everything is always freshly prepared and hot, and the fries, although thin, are also very crispy, which I also like. The drinks are cold and not stale. You can sit comfortably outside under the umbrellas or inside, where seating is unfortunately a bit limited due to the structure. But I mustn't forget that I really love how friendly the staff are and I enjoy the cheerful and relaxed atmosphere! Thank you so much!

Simply disgusting! The food was lousy, the staff unfriendly. And the furniture was greasy and dirty. Everything was dirty and rancid. Even for a fast food restaurant, it was abysmally bad and unhygienic!

My review is in no way negative about the staff. With a delivery order that arrived an hour before closing time and was manually confirmed, nothing worked. The first half of the order arrived an hour and a half after the order confirmation, and all the burgers were missing. We only had two small meals. We were offered a replacement burger the next day. Not a good solution, and apparently, I couldn't get a refund. After the employee spoke to her boss, the missing burgers were delivered another hour later. Not only are customers extremely unhappy with this kind of thing, but the employees certainly are too. Having to work three or more hours of overtime even though there's a limit on orders when too many come in. McDonald's can handle it, and they even have cars for deliveries. The poor delivery driver here has to cycle across town.

Great food, great staff I love wooden spoons

The ladies behind the counter were super friendly, and the burgers were freshly made. The crispy chicken burger was excellent with delicious crispy bacon, and the cheeseburger was delicious with freshly chopped onions and excellent quality meat. The only tiny drawback, which the place can't be blamed for, is the hustle and bustle outside the open door, but it's not a huge inconvenience. The prices are more than fair; a clear competitor to the big burger chains. We'd be happy to come back.

Always tastes good, quality never falters. I look forward to every visit. And I have to say the service is very friendly.

I had already left a negative review for Kochlöffel Wesel a few months ago, but wanted to give it another fair chance – also because there aren't many alternatives in the restaurant sector in Wesel. So I tried to get chicken there again. Unfortunately, it was another big disappointment: The chicken was old and smelled strongly of a chemical – it reminded me more of cleaning products than anything edible. I felt nauseous and simply couldn't eat it. Yes, it's a franchise, and yes, they generally only employ salaried staff. But that's precisely why quality should be particularly controlled and assured – this is about food and, ultimately, people's health. It's a real shame that nothing seems to have improved at Kochlöffel Wesel – on the contrary, it seems to have gotten worse. For me, it was simply a waste of money. Cheap prices don't help if the quality isn't right. I'd rather pay a few euros more and get something I can actually eat. I find it disappointing that no one learns from criticism and makes no effort to improve things.

The food is good and inexpensive. Anyone eating there has to contend with the open door, and all the teenagers from the pedestrian zone seem to be just using the restroom, making a lot of noise and commotion. Better order and takeaway!

Hello, I was only there briefly to pick up something. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere was very clean at first glance, unfortunately I can't say anything more about it.. The parking spaces in front of the door are a disaster so that's not an option... But there are surrounding parking garages because it is located directly in a pedestrian zone. So just picking something up is unfortunately very difficult. I think the fries could be in a different box because they sweat from the heat during transport and are no longer crispy. The chicken is delicious, the currywurst is great... Just try it out, enjoy your meal 😉

We can't recommend it. The fries are way too salty and unfortunately not that tasty either. In terms of price, I think it's quite expensive. In my opinion, there are better fast food dishes that taste better and the price is justified.

Employees are unfriendly + the young employees are always used as an excuse for all mistakes. I also had to wait half an hour for my food because I was forgotten. Last but not least, I couldn't wash my hands because the water stays on for 1 second and the soap dispenser was empty. However, food was good.

So please, the waiting time is catastrophic. I ordered a veggie box twice and waited over 40 minutes. I saw the shop by chance and it seemed very friendly to me. The food was really good, maybe a little low for the price but otherwise really recommended. The staff was very friendly and even brought our food outside for us. The shop itself also seems very friendly, not too big, enough seating, so all in all very pleasant. I can only recommend.

Very tasty plant-based burgers and also very tasty churros, usually prepared quite quickly. The shop is located near the city center at the Mathenakreuz stop, so there is also a connection by bus, which runs regularly to different places but in one direction all to the train station. Employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, but rather sterile. Toilets can be used free of charge and, in my experience, are always clean. Generally very clean shop. Super Burger, Nuggets und Pommes. Sehr netter Service ...alles bestens. Eine richtig gute Alternative zu den anderen Burgern,die man sonst so überall bekommt.

War heute dort Hähnchen richtig lecker die Haut schön knusprig und die Pommes waren sehr gut und der chicken burger war ein Gedicht fünf Sterne plus 👍👍ich habe es wieder getan und es war einfach nur ein Gedicht 😊wenn ich in der Nähe wohnen würde würde ich viel öfter kommen einfach nur perfekt 👍👍💪würde auch mehr wie fünf Sterne geben 👍😊war wieder mal da die Pommes und der Best schicken burger sind hier im Umkreis die besten 👍👍👍

The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL. Once they packed our order and we wanted to go they IMMEDIATLEY stopped us, and told us that they noticed that one of our orders was missing. Very nice of them to actually warn us. The staff themselves are very nice aswell, you can easily chat with them and they joke around with you. The decor is very nice to the eyes with the blue. The food was wonderful aswell, very stuffing and scrumptious. My Partner recommended me that place and i will recommend it to other people aswell!

Unfreundlichen Personal Portionen sehr klein und wenig Preise aber extrem hoch , früher Hänchen Menü 6,79 Euro jetzt 9,99 mit wesentlich kleinen Portion Cheeseburger 1,20 jetzt 1,60 extrem übertrieben die Preise einmal nie wieder

Das Essen war nicht sehr schlecht, aber der Service war schlecht, wer auch immer mich bedient hat, war sehr, arrogant, sie hat mir nicht einmal Zeit gegeben, mich zu entscheiden.

Gehe ich immer wieder gerne hin die Hamburger und oder Cheeseburger sind wirklich lecker gute Alternative zu Burgerking und McDonald's. Frische Hähnchen vom Grill sind auch nicht von schlechten Eltern. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit es hat auch preislich alles gepasst.

Das Essen war wie immer Klasse . Die halben Hänchen sind gut und knusprig gegrillt 👍. Die Temperatur im Imbiss waren so kalt das man die Jacken Anlassen musste . Bitte trotz hohen Energiekosten etwas Heizen wäre angebracht 🙂 .

Wirklich leckere burger , immer frische burger . Nur die churros und die pommes waren nicht gut . Schmeckten zu sehr nach altem Fett.

Personal sehr freundlich, die Burger sind echt lecker und stehen dem großem B oder M nicht nach. Der Laden ist schön sauber. Einzig das Hähnchen könnte knuspriger. Kann man gut hingehen. Preise sind auch so großem M oder B ähnlich.

Das Essen ist am sich ganz gut, Bedienung ist recht freundlich und sitzt sich ganz gemütlich, ist eine angenehme Stimmung, das einzige was ein wenig stört, ist dass die ganze Zeit random Leute auf die Toilette gehen da, die nichtmal was bestellen Aber sonst ganz gut

Sauberer Laden, das Essen ist, so wie in einer systemgastronomie eben, schnell zubereitet und schmeckt wirklich gut. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Personal ist immer freundlich und kompetent. ❤️
