We went to the McDonald's drive-thru on Sunday. It took a while to get served, even though we only had one car. When we finally got to place our order, they asked us twice more, as if they hadn't understood us, which seemed a bit odd. Then we paid and were told to move two meters further along the line, even though there was no one behind us. As if gas wasn't expensive enough already! So we started the car again for those two meters and then turned it off again. Then the woman with the makeup came and brought us the drinks. I asked her if she could give us some peppercorns, as we wanted to spice things up a bit. She said okay. Then the food arrived, and we stood in the circular area to eat. We didn't get pepper, of course, but chili 🤔 Then we unpacked the burger and were very disappointed because we had ordered it without pickles. While that worked, the burger was only lukewarm and the sauce was too thick, with hardly any onions – it just didn't taste like it should. The fries were at least hot, but way too salty. And for almost €30, it was very annoying. We will NEVER go there again. We are very disappointed.

The staff here are super friendly; I'll gladly come back for another meal. I have no complaints about the atmosphere – it's very cozy.

I visited this Burger King today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The restaurant was clean, the order arrived quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious – the fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was perfectly assembled. I'd especially like to commend the employee, Setayeśh. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, and her smile immediately created a wonderful atmosphere. You don't find that kind of customer service everywhere. Thank you for the great experience – I'll definitely be back!

Disaster... On Sunday, I stood in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for a burger and fries along with 12 other vehicles...!! They kept sending us back to the parking lot to wait for more orders... ON THEY TAKEN ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TO PROCESS MY ONLY ORDER...!!! But there was no information about whether there were any problems or anything like that... Instead, when I asked, they just looked at me stupidly and told me to keep waiting...!! If we hadn't already paid, all of the 20+ vehicles waiting would have surely left...!! Next time, I'd rather stop next door at the Shell and buy myself a Snickers...!!

I was very surprised today after reading some of the reviews here. It was very busy, but we were still served well. It's very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. A young man named John, in particular, always had a smile on his face and remained relaxed despite the stressful situation. Great team. Keep it up.

The waiting time is really long; you stand in the drive-thru or in the store for a long time without anything happening.

I ate there yesterday with my family (my husband and my 4 1/2-year-old daughter). The shop itself was very inviting and clean. My daughter was able to pass the time by playing games, and the employees were very nice to us, so there's nothing to complain about. However, considering there was so little going on (apart from us, another family with children, and a couple), the food was completely cold and I think it had been sitting there for quite some time. I've also been having terrible stomach problems since last night. I've been sitting on the toilet, feeling sick, and incredibly weak. My husband is starting to get it too, so I hope my daughter is spared. I think I really upset my stomach there because I didn't eat anything except breakfast yesterday. So, despite the friendly service, I definitely don't recommend this shop!!

If I go to BK, it's only this one. The burgers and fries are always fresh and taste absolutely amazing. The employees are always very friendly. The only thing I have to complain about is that it's often very cold in the place; even in winter, it feels like the air conditioning is running. Otherwise, everything's great.

I visited the Burger King branch in Wesel and was very satisfied with my experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were friendly. I would especially like to mention the manager, Aylin Gökcek, who stood out for her professionalism and experience in the restaurant industry. The quality of the food was consistently good, and everything was freshly prepared. Overall, a highly recommended branch.

Even if you're the only customer, a "hello" or any other kind of greeting is unfortunately nonexistent. The ordering modules sometimes work, sometimes they don't. But what absolutely doesn't work is if you only have bad, rotten lettuce - just leave it out!!!!! It's disgusting to find something like that on your burger at home.

Somehow, BK has become very expensive. The store is okay and easily accessible by bike. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean.

Got a cheeseburger without cheese and pickle. Salad without dressing, no salad cutlery. Curly fries were too salty.

Today I ordered the King of the Month with 6 nuggets. The only thing I could enjoy was the Coke. The fries were salty and very soggy, the burger had jalapenos that weren't any good, and the nuggets tasted very artificial. And the worst part was, there were only three guests in the house.

My order was taken quickly and served promptly. I particularly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff – you feel welcome as a guest. Also, the cleanliness of the restaurant. Parking is available directly on-site, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience – I'll be happy to come back!

It's gotten better than it started. But it's still the worst and slowest I've ever been to. There are never any specials. Today I waited 15 minutes for 20 nuggets. Better to drive to Feldmark and order things there. It's faster. Today was amazing. No mayo there. 😂😂😂

Unfortunately, our experience wasn't good. We had stomach aches several times after eating – something to think about. The tables are often sticky, and the restrooms are usually not clean. The children's area is nicely designed, but unfortunately, no one cares if it gets very loud or chaotic. Screaming and restless children are simply tolerated, which makes the stay unpleasant – especially for other guests. Overall, unfortunately, disappointing. Much more could be achieved with better hygiene and a bit more attentive service.

Shortly before my departure, I was looking for a quick snack and, despite the rather mixed reviews, spontaneously ended up at this Burger King, but with rather low expectations. I was all the more surprised by how satisfied I ended up! I had a burger meal, a hot brownie, and a King Espresso Shake – everything was fresh and tasted really good. The wait time was also perfectly acceptable, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.
