If you like eating at Burger King, this branch is the right place for you. Very friendly, fast and the food is still hot when you get it! In my case full marks!

Fine for lovers of “slow” food. Always trying.

There was nothing to complain about with the food. Everything, as expected. We were particularly impressed by the staff: we were served by a super nice and competent employee who really went out of his way to look after us. We'd love to come back!

I often stop here on the way home or during a break. The service is always reliable and friendly, my order is always complete and it goes quickly. The food is delicious and all burgers are also available plant based if you don't want to eat meat.

On Monday evening, I ordered a Whopper + Cheesy Rosti combo for takeout. The restaurant and the bathroom were clean, the food arrived relatively quickly, it was hot and prepared as it should be. The service was also nice. Perhaps there were problems in the restaurant earlier, judging by previous comments, but my impressions were positive. We can see changes in the right direction.

The tables, chairs and ground are Dirty. No good cleaning

I was there on November 16th with a friend and we were really impressed. The staff is really very friendly. I have never eaten such well-filled and delicious long chicken & the fries are much better than at McDonalds. The ice cream also tastes very good hehe :) We will definitely come back again

The store was empty, and after just 5 minutes we were able to order... after a quarter of an hour our cheeseburgers were finally brought to the tray and handed to us... but the cheeseburgers had already been there for 10 minutes... that's how they tasted... Explanation of the Service: the drive-in comes first... Ahaaaaa... tables greasy, as is the floor... Never again!!! Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars, one is far too many. Addendum: After a long time I dared to try and drove to this BK again. Order two cheeseburgers… After waiting 14 minutes in the drive in, I drove. Unfortunately you can't give negative points. Put the golden seagull on the roof, maybe something will happen...

Probably the worst BK we have ever entered! The lady at the order counter was completely annoyed and gave us the feeling that we were disturbing her while she was doing something important. The food was not warm but lukewarm to almost cold and the citizens were completely limp! To top it off, we both got diarrhea and nausea a few hours after eating it! We will never go to this BK again!!! 😡

On July 25th Unfortunately, the location only opens at 1 p.m. due to maintenance work, okay, that can happen, but the time is already unfavorable. So my little son and I waited in front of the door for 15 minutes until it opened. Once I had ordered everything, it took almost an hour to prepare it because the employee was there alone and none of his colleagues had come, as he reported. Then the toaster for the burger buns was also broken. He then basically had to send the following customers back home. When I asked him to at least get the King Sundae ready for my son, he just put down the milkshakes I had ordered. The ice cream didn't come until the end of the order. The milkshakes in question were now more milk than shake and the disappointment was great. When I asked to at least remake this one, this was also rejected. So, put 6. Completely failed this time. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time I've been so disappointed there. Even when I asked about a small amount of compensation, I was just told off that he couldn't do anything about it. But neither do I as a customer. And customer loyalty looks different.

I bought a menu last Thursday and two people were working there. It was so dirty where the burgers were prepared and I had a bad feeling. After eating about 2-3 hours later I had stomach problems and today I'm in the hospital because of germs on my stomach. Never again Burger King

You have lost a customer here. If I had more time, I would have asked for new food or gotten my money back. Never again Citizen King in Wesel Büderich. New order terminals are catastrophic.

Good Burger King, nicer than the one in Wesel. Burgers were of the usual good quality. Everything was clean, it's easy to park there, and you could put an awning over the seating outside. One point is deducted because the order took a little longer.

If you're hungry for a disgusting, sweaty burger, you can expect it to be served in a reasonable amount of time. The fun is gone when you get a cold sandwich and soggy fries after more than an hour. The store is absolutely understaffed and the people there work as fast as civil servants. Then it's better to leave the shop closed.

17 minutes waiting time to order for 2 is too long for a fast food restaurant. Poor quality fries & wobbly The same applies to the nuggets. Not a good performance for a Burger King branch.

The staff is incompetent. Long waiting times and the citizens are only lukewarm when you finally get them. It's better to go to Wesel. It's now too expensive. The competition gives you more for your money and tastes better too

The order wasn't even complete there. You have to check every time. Yesterday evening again. Although I even asked if everything was really there. Then noticed the error at home. When there was a complaint there wasn't even an apology. In the future we would rather drive to Wesel Feldmark. The staff is friendly and the order is always complete!

Actually everything as usual. For me, the meatless alternatives at BK are the best in the fast food world. Service quick, food great. Drink was non-carbonated and didn't come with ice as ordered. It's a shame that something almost always goes wrong.

The food was a complete disappointment, the staff was completely overwhelmed by 3 customers, they shouted at each other in an unknown language and special requests were rudely accepted but not implemented. I waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers. The bad thing is that the manager watches the game and doesn't do anything, instead he hides in his office. To top it all off, we spoiled our stomachs and will never come back again. On this third visit where it was always the same, I had to give my review here, but apparently I'm not the only one here 👋

I never thought I would rate a BurgerKing so positively. But this is probably - no lie - the best BK I've ever visited. It took a few minutes until I received my order, despite the low number of visitors, and the food was rather better average, but: - The lady at the checkout was able to take my order without any errors and without unnecessary questions, spoke standard German and seemed very friendly and motivated. This is no longer a given at fast food chains. - All employees made a very well-groomed impression. Nobody had loose and/or greasy hair, dirty clothes, played with their bare fingers in the food or picked their noses. - The store was very clean. It has become rare that you don't have to walk halfway across the store to find a halfway clean table. - The other guests sat at their tables, talked normally and didn't act like the first people. Therefore: I would stop and dine here again at any time.

Service was great, although the situation in the kitchen area was difficult. A strange woman attacked an employee. On-site manager, Mr. Hudolik, who I spoke to in the parking lot, was great 👍 Saved our short trip in NRW.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviews. There was no one there when we were there, but we still waited almost 30 minutes for the food, that's not possible! Msn also had the impression of being a bother. The employees seemed overwhelmed and were constantly cursing. Unfortunately I also had to go to the toilet, which I shouldn't have done. All in all, the worst BK I've ever been a guest at.

The worst BK I have visited so far. Not everything is available, the burgers were all burnt and the sauce was left out on 2 burgers. A similar experience last visit, so it's obviously not an isolated incident. Next time I'd rather go to the other Weseler branch on Schermbecker Landstr. ! I've always had better quality there!

The most antisocial store in the chain that I know Complaints are not accepted, you get insulted stupidly when you say the food is cold, the employee with the piercings in her cheeks uses her tone violently, 20 minutes of waiting time for 1 burger and then it comes still cold... As a customer you are portrayed as a liar, even though other employees had confirmed that it was an older burger... Just load the last one of these

Also am liebsten kein Stern! Burger war matschig. Die Mitarbeiter streiten sich vor versammelter Mannschaft. Unmöglich einfach nur! Die Mitarbeiter total überfordert obwohl nichts los war! Unfassbar. Dort war ich zum ersten und letzten Mal gewesen.

Die schlechteste Burger King Filiale,wo ich war. Eigentlich versuche ich immer was positives zu finden. War leider nicht möglich. Drive In war leer, aber ich musste trotzdem einige Minuten warten. Ich war schon kurz davor, wieder zu fahren. Total unfreundlich wurde ich gefragt, was ich denn bestellen möchte. Am Schalter angekommen hat der Herr erstmal mit seinem privaten Handy telefoniert oder eine Sprachnachricht abgehört. Ich kam mir völlig unerwünscht vor. Burger King immer wieder gerne, aber sicherlich da nie wieder.

Leider der schlechteste Service den ich je in einem Burger King erlebt habe.

War gegen Mittag da und der einzige Kunde. Krass, qualitative minderwertiges Essen okay ... aber ich hatte ca.1,5Std. später extreme Magenschmerzen ( krampfartig ) Übelkeit, Rennerei. Gegessen habe ich einen Long Chicken. Krass... sowas. Ich hatte heute morgen 07:00 Uhr Frühstück... und mir ging es blendend.

Nettes Personal, besonders Frau Nadine Arts. Hab noch nie Probleme gehabt

Achtung, auch hier nur noch bestellen an den super hygienischen XXL Tablets möglich... Unter aller sau wie der Kunde Dienstleistungen für sich selbst übernehmen muss und die meisten Kunden es ohne murren auch noch annehmen....

An einem Freitagabend sind hier ungelogen nur drei komplett überforderte Mitarbeiter vorzufinden. Anstatt diese sich koordinieren und die Kunden schnellstmöglich bedienen, muss dem Kassenmitarbeiter erst noch das Bedienfeld erklärt werden. Noch bevor es ansatzweise dazu kam, dass wir unsere Burger bekamen wäre ich fast eingeschlafen. Slow motion wäre noch zu schnell beschrieben. Das hat nichts mit Fastfood zutun und ist eine Schande für BurgerKing.

Sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit, da ich nicht über die App bestellen konnte! Top!! Essen natürlich lecker wie immer, vielen Dank! 😊

Pommes pappig und alt. Schmecken furchtbar! Wer verkauft bitte schön stundenlang liegende Pommes? Die schmecken wie Pommes von zu gestern, kurz im Airfryer erwärmt. Das war das erste und letzte Mal.... Edit 24.01.24: war es doch nicht. War heute Mittag dort. Hatte Hunger und wenig Zeit, Restaurant lag auf dem Weg. Und was soll ich sagen: Pommes waren frisch zubereitet und der Burger war auch okay. Es scheint sich zu bessern. Dafür war nichts los. Ich war bis auf eine weitere Person der einzige Gast. Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Ich habe meine Bewertung entsprechend angepasst.

Der Mitarbeiter namens Hussein war sehr freundlich und hat unsere Wünsche übertroffen

Also ich muss sagen einen neuen Mitarbeiter kennengelernt hüseyin der Name super Service lustig freundlich würde gerne bei jeder Bestellung von ihm bedient werden wirklich super und schnell
