It's fascinating what all these days can call themselves burgers. I just had an extra-slushy chili cheese and a cheeseburger without cheese. Now, after four years, I finally remember why I reject fast food. Never again that filthy mess.

This branch is an absolute disaster. I ordered the Three Investigators burger. I got a really tough, simple burger that normally costs less than two euros. I complained straight away without any discussion, but they still advertised a completely different burger. It was much worse: I ordered churros, a nugget burger, and a Three Investigators special. The wait was 23 minutes. That's called fast food. I sat in the parking lot while I waited, but the employee chased me away even though the entire parking lot was practically empty. Unfortunately, it's a disaster; I cannot recommend this branch at all. How long would I have had to wait for a complete family order with four meals and maybe special changes.

No, sorry. Been there almost every day for a month now. The wait is really a disaster. Waiting in the drive in 25 minutes and in the store always longer than 10 minutes. And then I noticed that one guy was scratching his face and then continuing to prepare the burgers...that was the last time I was there today.

Why do you always have to wait for what feels like an eternity, then get gasped in your ear by the drive-in employees and then not even get what you want? Latte Macchiato is sold out on Sundays at 5 p.m.?!

The concept of “fast” food was not understood here. 30 minutes for 3 burgers and fries. There were 5 people in the store waiting for food.

Super nice team and really good burgers that are made with love. I have to say this is the best Burger King in the entire Lower Rhine. You won't find tasteless or strangely thrown together burgers here. The burgers always come hot and don't fall apart or everything slips out. After the last renovation, the store looks really good, and the children also have a great play area. I can only recommend the store.

When I visited this restaurant for the first time, I didn't know what true enjoyment meant, but every bite of the delicacies on offer catapulted my awareness of taste to new heights. I recommend a visit at all costs, even if eating outside of this establishment will never feel truly fulfilling again afterward. If I ever have children, they will be called "Whopper" and "big King" and they will rule countries. A life without these foods is no longer worth living, I sold my house and car to move here and it was the best decision of my life. God bless Burger King!

We are here now (BK for the first time for me). The place is clean, the staff is friendly (they also have fun with each other), nicely decorated with different seats. This BK has made me a fan now. Unfortunately, there is no BK in my area, just a well-known competitor that we have not been to for years.

On Monday evening, I ordered a Whopper + Cheesy Rosti combo for takeout. The restaurant and the bathroom were clean, the food arrived relatively quickly, it was hot and prepared as it should be. The service was also nice. Perhaps there were problems in the restaurant earlier, judging by previous comments, but my impressions were positive. We can see changes in the right direction.

Probably the worst BK we have ever entered! The lady at the order counter was completely annoyed and gave us the feeling that we were disturbing her while she was doing something important. The food was not warm but lukewarm to almost cold and the citizens were completely limp! To top it off, we both got diarrhea and nausea a few hours after eating it! We will never go to this BK again!!! 😡

On July 25th Unfortunately, the location only opens at 1 p.m. due to maintenance work, okay, that can happen, but the time is already unfavorable. So my little son and I waited in front of the door for 15 minutes until it opened. Once I had ordered everything, it took almost an hour to prepare it because the employee was there alone and none of his colleagues had come, as he reported. Then the toaster for the burger buns was also broken. He then basically had to send the following customers back home. When I asked him to at least get the King Sundae ready for my son, he just put down the milkshakes I had ordered. The ice cream didn't come until the end of the order. The milkshakes in question were now more milk than shake and the disappointment was great. When I asked to at least remake this one, this was also rejected. So, put 6. Completely failed this time. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time I've been so disappointed there. Even when I asked about a small amount of compensation, I was just told off that he couldn't do anything about it. But neither do I as a customer. And customer loyalty looks different.

Good Burger King, nicer than the one in Wesel. Burgers were of the usual good quality. Everything was clean, it's easy to park there, and you could put an awning over the seating outside. One point is deducted because the order took a little longer.

When there was a complaint there wasn't even an apology. In the future we would rather drive to Wesel Feldmark. The staff is friendly and the order is always complete!
