I tried to redeem coupons at the McDrive. The "nice" lady couldn't add them and directed me to a second screen to say it still wasn't working and she was blocked from placing orders. For the second time, my paid order at the McDonald's drive-thru was incomplete. Today, both the burger I ordered and the mayo that comes with the meal were missing. There's not much to say. McDonald's restaurants are (almost) all identical, and the food is virtually the same worldwide, with only a few exceptions. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff were friendly. Despite the large crowd, the food arrived at our table relatively quickly.

Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. The food is still good quality, but the service leaves much to be desired 👎. There are no more napkins on the trays, and everything else has become very impersonal. If you want to order at the counter, you feel like an outsider. It feels like there are 15 employees – and nobody seems to care...🙄 So, it's back to the ordering kiosk and ordering with table service 🙄. It's a real shame how a single crew can turn the whole thing so negatively.

I placed an order via the app. Due to a glitch, I didn't receive a pickup code, but the amount was still debited. At the counter, I explained the problem and showed them the invoice I had received by email. Instead of helping me, the employee and the shift supervisor explained how the app works. As a long-time McDonald's customer who regularly orders via the app (the employees could have seen this from the loyalty points in the app), I felt cheated. The icing on the cake was the employee who told me that she herself didn't know the app because she doesn't order from McDonald's, and certainly not via the app. That's what I call a service desert for long-time customers. Unfortunately, there's no option for negative points or zero points.

Unfortunately, our visit was extremely disappointing. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, even though we asked twice. There was no apology. The cashier didn't speak German, which made ordering even more difficult. The ice cream we ordered later also took a very long time, even though the display showed it as "ready for pickup." The employee in charge seemed overwhelmed and very slow. Overall, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've ever had. We definitely do not recommend it.

I must have been there at a bad time. It was packed, and at first I wanted to stand in the drive-thru line. There was no way around it. Then, with some luck, I found a parking space. Inside, it was packed. After I entered my order into the computer, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food. To make matters worse, they forgot to pack my mayonnaise.

So I'm revising my review. It's now the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. Tables apparently aren't cleaned, and you have to deal with the leftovers of the person before you (this applies to all tables inside). If you want to go to the toilet, you have to walk through a puddle of urine. You don't dare touch it. They should think about their cleaning staff. The only positive thing was that the cashier was very nice and friendly, and that I didn't have to piece my burger together this time.

I only went inside to use the restroom. We were in the McDonald's drive-thru. They were out of soap, so I washed my hands in the baby area. The restroom was spotlessly clean, by the way. The restaurant was packed and had a pleasant atmosphere. And finally, the most important thing... the food. The "big tasty" was huge, and the bun was soft and delicious.

We've been to Wesel several times now and visited the McDonald's Wesel branch several times. The food was prepared quickly and was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, on each visit, we noticed that despite a large number of staff, table hygiene was not being maintained. All the tables were dirty from the previous customer and had not been cleaned. Behind the counter, too, it seemed uncoordinated, and the staff didn't seem to work together. The manager/team leader helped and tried to coordinate the staff. Perhaps it was a shift with new employees, but I can't give it more stars. P.S. The access to the branch (industrial park) is very confusing for new customers. Additional signage would be helpful.

What's particularly annoying is that new promotions are constantly being advertised that are then simply not available to customers. I've experienced a lot, but what happened to me at this McDonald's branch was the last straw. An employee there behaved so rudely that, as a customer, you seriously wonder if anyone there is still in control. On my last visit, instead of properly handing me my change as she should, she simply threw it into my car. That wasn't clumsiness; it was purely intentional. You don't do that by accident; you only do it when you want to openly show your customers: 'I don't care about you.' This is no small matter; it's an absolute scandal. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. I've noticed this employee several times before with her extremely rude, disrespectful, and almost insulting tone. Every time, you feel like you're a burden instead of a paying customer. You go to McDonald's because you expect fast service—but here, at most, you get a free dose of bad humor. And the next annoyance: the ice cream machine. Every time you want to order ice cream, they say it's supposedly "broken." Coincidentally, this always happens when this employee is at the counter. Honestly, nobody believes that anymore. It seems like a cheap excuse to get out of work. The whole thing borders on a rip-off and ruins trust in the entire store. For me, this behavior is a disgrace to the McDonald's brand. From a global corporation, I expect employees to be trained and supervised to ensure that customers are treated with respect. What's happening here is the exact opposite: You're laughed at, kept waiting, and treated disrespectfully. My conclusion: This store has managed to make me truly angry and disappointed. Anyone who throws customers' change into their cars clearly demonstrates that they have no business doing this job. I can only hope that consequences will finally be taken, because in this state, this store is seriously damaging McDonald's reputation. As long as nothing changes there, I will avoid this location – and advise everyone else against it.

That was the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The food was so good. I can only recommend the chicken blake mack. The service was very, very good and so friendly. We had a problem and a man took care of it straight away. At the end of the order we even got a toy. Simply the best. The tables were cleaned and the toilets also looked well tidied. Absolutely not recommended. The restaurant is filthy. We ordered 20 nuggets and sauce. The nuggets were soaked with grease, so the whole table was covered in grease. They also had no flavor and were wobbly. If it hadn't been so busy, I would have complained. That's enough for another year.

Fobbed off. Today at 4 p.m., I decided I was in the mood for McDonald's. I greeted everyone at the checkout counter at the McDonald's in Wesel (the only checkout) and started my order. The shift manager (judging by her clothing) waved me off, very directly, unfriendly, and completely listless, and pointed me to the "kiosk" with a "not here" (I think she was referring to the self-service terminals). So I said goodbye with the words, "Then I'll just go again." I don't know what else was called after me, but I don't care. Somehow, I can't imagine that this kind of employee behavior is in the interests of the parent company; I certainly won't be seeing such a fobbling and unfriendly branch again.

When we asked an employee about it, he just said: Yes, I don't care. Hygiene is very important here. The restaurant itself is very dirty and greasy. The food was okay, we sat down at a table that had just been cleaned, but was still wet, I went and wanted to get napkins, so I didn't find any straight away, so I took some that were probably on my tray, which was just being prepared, then an employee came and spoke to me in such a nasty tone that I shouldn't do it again, I was shocked and extremely angry that I just wanted to wipe our table, I apologized, he asked me again and in a really inappropriate tone. It was a mistake to send you to Wesel after Dinslanken wasn't great. It's not much better here. Coke has been spilled on the floor for 10 minutes. Nobody cares. You'd better go to McDonald's in Herne. I promise, it's better there.

Employees can be friendly even on Saturday nights. Absolutely bad-tempered, shouting at each other. Fries were cold. All the sauces were forgotten. It was pretty cheeky. I wonder if the boss himself would still go there as a customer.

Am Drive-in bestellte ich ein 9er-King Nuggets-Menu. Ein kurzer Blick in die Tüte zeigte, dass alles drin zu sein schien. Zuhause stellte ich fest, dass gerade einmal 4(!!!) Nuggets in der Nuggets-Tüte waren. Die Pommes waren mehr als versalzen. Muss man zukünftig auch nich in die Verpackungen schauen?!

I'm from Heidelberg and was in Wesel for the Wesel Marathon. After the marathon, before my four-hour drive home, I stopped here to refuel. I have to say, not only is the doner kebab (especially the sauces) excellent, but the staff is also incredibly friendly. My charging cable broke, and when I asked if I could charge my phone, they not only charged it but also gave me a new cable! That's not something you can take for granted and, along with the outstanding doner kebab, speaks volumes about their exceptional service! If you're in Wesel or the surrounding area, Feldmark Grill is definitely a must-visit!

Unfortunately, I had to leave the restaurant without eating. The staff is an absolute disaster. Incapable of handling three orders, hopelessly overwhelmed, and on top of that, unkempt. The chickens, already burnt, were still turning on the spit. As a child, you're apparently overlooked, and if you complain, you're ignored and simply refused service! These people represent the company... a sad state of affairs for Kochlöffel. At least, that's how it was for us. Absolutely NOT recommended!!
