Rarely have I seen such a clean McDonalds

The environment is nice, but the prices are very high compared to the prices of McDonald's in Italy.

So since McDonald's has revised its products and especially the buns, even I like to eat here again after more than 20 years... The fact that you no longer have to look for the ketchup on the burger is a great solution, keep it up...

MC Donald's is a little more difficult to find if you're not there because of the specifics In the end, child protection was missing and we drove to a large parking lot that didn't belong to McD. Some of the staff seemed annoyed/stressed even though there wasn't much going on. Tables were dirty and were only cleaned upon request (but without any problems). But overall it was okay.

I don't know what's going on with you, but the delivery has been a disaster for a few months now. You don't even live 1km away and nothing can be done in less than 1.5 hours. Calls are completely ignored. Things were completely different before this summer! What happened to the service technically? BDSS was always great before.

Every time something is missing.. the toy at the happy meal.. sauces.. sometimes a burger. But today you went way overboard with a 20 nugget box including sauces and a burger. Of the 9 times I shopped there, 2 times were complete. You should think about who exactly you should hire and who you should fire! At least everything should be complete for the prices... if a lot of things are just kept warm.

Largest criminal organization ever, 5:33 p.m. ordered already paid for online, delivery time 20-35 minutes, now 7:18 p.m., nothing there, no one answers in either the Wesel branch or in Oberhausen (same franchisee). If I could I would give 0 stars, I was harassed and flirted with by 2 employees who were foreign. My food was cold and there was still mayonaise from before on my tray. The burger looked like it had been slapped down, under all the crap. The whole shop was dirty and the toilets looked like they were at the train station in Frankfurt.

You can order food very quickly and get it in a flash, so the meat is just kept warm and not freshly prepared. Afterwards I had problems for 2 days and was constantly allowed to use the pot. Can't recommend the shop, think the meat was rancid.

So,,, Sustainability is the first point that should justify the 3 stars. We have tried returning unused packaged sauces not once, but twice. However, we were rejected and had to simply throw them away!! Unhealthy consumption. Also a very big waste. Second point is the service. Strangely enough, in this Mcs it often happens that orders are inadequately fulfilled, so that you are served a coffee instead of a burger. Otherwise, in the case mentioned above, an employee was not really courteous and only served the burger after intensive inquiries. Otherwise the store is in good condition and fairly clean, just what you would expect from a good Mcs. It would be desirable to deal more sustainably with remains that are hardly touched and are still packaged.

Many young people visit this Mac Donalds. It was clean. Food was brought to the table and was hot. You have to get used to the new order first. We don't go there that often, so it was new for us. There are enough parking spaces available.

Where is the breakfast like it was 5 years ago? I come to McDonald's at 7am for the delicious cheese and ham croissants or the delicious mctoast with cheese and ham, all done away with. Really cheeky something like that instead there are now these unimaginative tasteless upside down burger buns with 1 slice of cheese and 2 bacon strips for which they also want a cheeky 2 euros. Back then I was there almost every morning, but from now on I prefer to have breakfast at home, it's cheaper and definitely tastier.

I can't understand all the negative entries. When we are there with the kids, the store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and warm.

Impossible store, every table was covered in dirt and not wiped down. Everything messed up on the floor too. Employees stand in the back and play on their cell phones. I complained and was rudely insulted by the employee. She had nothing to do with it and should go to the shift manager. I did that and presented everything I had written. I hope something changes. I haven't seen such a dirty shop in a long time. They should be ashamed of themselves, you're sitting there in a pigsty.

Update 03/2024 The food and service were ok, but the toilets were disgusting and unworthy of people, you lose your appetite!!

Hello, I would like to complain about the unfriendly manner of your long-time employee. I find it inappropriate to vent private negative emotions on the customer. Since I actually like eating at McDonalds myself, I find it very sad to be insulted, threatened and verbally attacked, especially BECAUSE we are in the restaurant more often and our faces are not unfamiliar, so apparently "negative" emotions are left out on us and all of this is unjustified , so I would like to have a conversation with this person and the branch manager in order to straighten out this case or put it to rest. Ordered online, picked up at the drive-in counter. Delivery checked immediately. Two cheeseburgers were missing! After a complaint, we received this without a word... 😞 The Zero Coke lacked carbon dioxide. Service desert Germany... Will try it again next year.

Food is the “usual quality”. The cleanliness of the premises and the service orientation of the MAs can be greatly improved. "They've always made an effort" would actually be an aspirational assessment here, but it's still a world away. You don't even expect more from people. In the branch you can be happy that you are understood at all in German. Get in your hair, get off your nose... and then touch your burger. But beware of anyone saying anything. Then you are insulted and attacked. Well, enjoy your meal. We all know what is done with “special customers”. Anyone who complains before they have their food and then eats the food can no longer be helped anyway. Burgers are getting smaller and smaller. I haven't been there for a while but the size of the burger is now a joke. Service itself is great and the store is very clean. But children's burgers aren't for me.

Absolutely not recommended if you take your order home...Always check your order. I didn't do that today and what happens half of it is missing. I was already home. Afterwards I distributed the cold food to my children. And then I had to go back to McDonalds and the cashier was very astonished when I told her that half of it was missing. She apologized and gave me the missing burger and turned away with an innocent look...Great service. And the best thing is I tried to call for 30 minutes and I was answered... the coffee machine was broken... you have to take care of that... it's a shame Saturday started so beautifully.

2 Mc Chicken ordered meat was lukewarm and the bread was soggy whether warmed in the microwave, the food to go is often inedible in the restaurant, but it is fresher because you can renew it on site

Dieser MCDonalds hebt sich deutlich von den anderen ab. Er ist sauber, gepflegt und hat sehr schönes Personal. Zum Anbeißen schön. Das Bestellen geht einfach, da der bärtige Mann an der Kasse einen gut versteht. Auch lustig ist es meistens. Es gibt tatsächlich Kunden, die Mehl mit Schimmel verwechseln. Muss ich wissen

Hat sich deutlich verbessert. Salat ist perfekt. Super Service. Essen super. Personal super nett. Lieblingsfiliale.

War dieses mal alles drin. Und mit der app ist das bestellen schön einfach.

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Der Service war super. Besonders der Bursche mit den langen blonden Haaren verziert mit einer Blume macht einen guten Job. Selten so aufpolierte Tabletts gesehen. Am Drive werden wünsche bereits von den Augen abgelesen. Lediglich der Bereich für Kinder könnte aufgebessert werden. Am besten mit einem Bällebad. Warum fünf Sterne ? Weil meine Erwartungen in Sachen DriveThrough übertroffen wurden. Es hat bei unzähligen MC Filiale die absolut nervige Unsitte überhand genommen, dass wartende Kunden außerhalb des neu eingeführten Kamerasystems zu parken haben. Damit umgeht man wohl die Ketteninternen Serviceparameter und verbirgt, dass man Understaffed ist zu Lasten der Nachbargrundstücke die frecherweise mit eingeplant werden und auf Kosten höhere Wartezeiten der Kunden. Mit geradezu komödiantischen Einlagen der Mitarbeiter, die mit Tüten beladen von Autu zu Auto stolpern, gerne auch im strömenden Regen, und abfragen wer was hatte. Eine Unsitte, die auch dazu geführt hat, dass ich dann lieber auf einen Besuch verzichte. Also Wesel, top. Über das Essen diskutiere ich nicht. Wer zu MC weiss was er bekommt.

Leider Essen kalt und das schon mehrfach und beim daraufhinweisen bekommt man patzige Antworten. Leider, der McDonald's in Wesel war immer toll, sauber und Kundenfreundlich.

Fahren jedes mal von Dinslaken nach wesel weil hier das mecdonals besser ist Personal immer freundlich egal welche Uhrzeit macht weiter so das essen egal welches total lecker liegt nicht schwer im Bauch und ist immer schön heiß der eiscafe coc auch immer erhältlich ich lieb es das die mehr schoko Soße oben drauf machen ich komme immer wieder gerne

Sorry aber die Burger werden gefühlt immer kleiner ! Der Mc chicken Classic ist ja schon fast nur noch die Hälfte !!! Für den Preis ? Alles wird teurer , okay , aber dann nicht noch knapp die Hälfte zum erhöhten Preis ! Beim Mc rib ist so gut wie gar keine Soße drauf ! Und auf Zwiebeln wurde direkt komplett verzichtet ! Waren sonst ab und an gern mal dort was holen ! Beim nächsten mal fahre ich lieber zum bk oder KFC !

Bisher immer gut geführte Filiale. Was aber neuerdings sehr auffällig ist, ist der raue Umgangston der Schichtleitung mit dem Personal, daß trotz alledem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Da wird im Beisein und Augenkontakt mit mir als Kundin um eine Portion Pommes gestritten und aus der Hand gerissen mit den Worten er hätte keine Kunden. Anscheinend hab ich wohl die Fähigkeit des Unsichtbarmachens. Es ist auch nicht der erste Besuch in der letzten Zeit, wo mir dieser Umgangston übel auffiel, daher hab ich meinem Ärger darüber erst einmal gut sein lassen, um den Mitarbeiter noch mehr Anpfiffe zu ersparen, da bei besagter Dame anscheinend alle außer ihr selber das Problem sind. Vielleicht mal einen Blick in den Spiegel wagen und da für Änderung sorgen😉 Wenn ständig jemand dazwischen funkt und alles umschmeisst kann der beste Mitarbeiter nicht für reibungslosen Ablauf sorgen.

Parkplätze sind etwas blöd angelegt. Wenn der DriveIn gut besucht ist,kommt man aus der ersten Reihe zum parken nicht raus.

Das Essen ist Meckes-Standard. Allerdings hat McDonalds es offenbar nicht mehr nötig einen Mitarbeiter an die Theke zu stellen, der meine Bestellung aufnimmt. Dann werde ich dort auch nix mehr bestellen.

Unsauber, unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit (15Min für 2 Burger), Personal total überfordert und patzig, kein "Guten Tag" sondern ein "WAS?! " Nie, nie wieder.

Der schönste McDonald's in dem ich bisher war, das Essen war lecker und wir hatten uns gerade erst hingesetzt da kam es schon. War aber trotzdem warm und frisch!

Sehr guter McDonald's, wenn nicht sogar der Beste bei dem ich bisher war! Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wird einem direkt und sehr nett geholfen! Die Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Essen wie gewohnt, hat aber durch die schöne Atmosphäre besser geschmeckt :) Das einzige was man negativ sehen könnte ist der etwas umständliche Zugang zum Restaurant. Wenn man allerdings mit Auto kommt ist das kein großes Problem.

Hallo, bin kein Freund der Matsch Küche. Aber bis zu 1x im Jahr kann es dann doch mal passieren. Heute war es dann soweit. Ein riesen Bestell Computer stand da. Habe solange benötigt, da hätte ich mich auch im Restaurant bedienen lassen können. Nichts für mich. Ansonsten war es ein normaler Mac Donald halt. Brauch ich nicht.
