McDonald's in Wesel

My husband ordered a MC Crispy Small Meal, the MC Crispy without mustard sauce, and I got it with mustard sauce. The fries were half-raw. And the burger looked like crap. You could tell it was made in a hurry, with lettuce in the wrapper but barely anything on the burger. It's outrageous. I'm not going back to this place!!!

Disrespectful they are served rudely in front of the old woman with the blond hair disrespectful so never again there

We were there today on a Friday afternoon. One burger was missing a salad, the tables and carts weren't cleared, and the tables were dirty, as were the benches. We won't be going there again.

I often get takeout from here; it's pretty quick. 👍🏼

We ordered food through Lieferando. It's been over an hour and a half. The food still hasn't been delivered, and no one is available by phone. Very poor service.

They always intentionally forget something. Whether it's pickles on their burgers, extra ingredients, or the toy for their happy meal. The latter has been forgotten five times. I've worked in chain restaurants and Michelin-starred kitchens myself; it can't be that difficult to pack five things into a happy meal bag!

Guys, either you get Lieferando sorted or you don't. But not this fuss. During the ordering process, you decide that you won't accept any orders. Ridiculous. Not cool at all.

One of the best branches I know. The employees are really fast and super courteous.

I ordered a mc chicken menu and they forgot my chicken burger. Also they forgot all the mayonaise and put all the bbq sauce in the happy meals...

Once again you find yourself there in the evening and they tell you that the ice cream machine is being cleaned and the shop doesn't close for another four hours. Unfortunately, that's what I call zero customer service!!!

That was the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The food was so good. I can only recommend the chicken blake mack. The service was very, very good and so friendly. We had a problem and a man took care of it straight away. At the end of the order we even got a toy. Simply the best. The tables were cleaned and the toilets also looked well tidied. The curly fries had the crunch they should have and the sauce left a taste explosion in my mouth. I can only recommend McDonald's.

Absolutely not recommended. The restaurant is filthy. We ordered 20 nuggets and sauce. The nuggets were soaked with grease, so the whole table was covered in grease. They also had no flavor and were wobbly. If it hadn't been so busy, I would have complained. That's enough for another year.

Fobbed off. Today at 4 p.m., I decided I was in the mood for McDonald's. I greeted everyone at the checkout counter at the McDonald's in Wesel (the only checkout) and started my order. The shift manager (judging by her clothing) waved me off, very directly, unfriendly, and completely listless, and pointed me to the "kiosk" with a "not here" (I think she was referring to the self-service terminals). So I said goodbye with the words, "Then I'll just go again." I don't know what else was called after me, but I don't care. Somehow, I can't imagine that this kind of employee behavior is in the interests of the parent company; I certainly won't be seeing such a fobbling and unfriendly branch again.

We ordered three meals, and they forgot the drink for one meal and the toy for the other. It was very quiet, yet the employees were clearly overwhelmed. Please check everything carefully at the drive-thru to make sure you have everything.

Delivery is getting worse and worse, now even with Paypal fees (transaction costs) that the customer (WE) can pay. In addition, every dish, every item, when delivered, is more expensive than in a store and on top of that there are delivery fees... ...this means that the order can easily cost 12 EURO more...just because you order and it should be delivered....WoWWW please take over from McDonals Munich. On a Saturday afternoon it was busy, but not too busy. Unfortunately, the tray carts weren't cleared away and the tables weren't cleaned, so you had to look for a clean place and then somehow stack the trays on the cart. I suspect there is a temporary staff shortage. Otherwise the food was good.

Once again there is no milkshake at McDonald's Wesel in the evening - either the ice cream machine is broken or you just don't want to clean it anymore. Particularly annoying since the store was still open for a full 3 hours. Unfortunately, it happens far too often that you find yourself standing in front of closed doors in the evening when it comes to ice cream or milkshakes. Very disappointing!

After renovation it looks good. Fries 90% cold. Nuggets 60% cold. It's getting worse and worse.

Employees can be friendly even on Saturday nights. Absolutely bad-tempered, shouting at each other. Fries were cold. All the sauces were forgotten. It was pretty cheeky. I wonder if the boss himself would still go there as a customer.

Very good, missing parts were promptly delivered when ordered from outside the company. Plus, the compensation was top-notch service and a big compliment.

MC Donald's is a little more difficult to find if you're not there because of the specifics In the end, child protection was missing and we drove to a large parking lot that didn't belong to McD. Some of the staff seemed annoyed/stressed even though there wasn't much going on. Tables were dirty and were only cleaned upon request (but without any problems). But overall it was okay.

If I could I would give 0 stars, I was harassed and flirted with by 2 employees who were foreign. My food was cold and there was still mayonaise from before on my tray. The burger looked like it had been slapped down, under all the crap. The whole shop was dirty and the toilets looked like they were at the train station in Frankfurt.

You can order food very quickly and get it in a flash, so the meat is just kept warm and not freshly prepared. Afterwards I had problems for 2 days and was constantly allowed to use the pot. Can't recommend the shop, think the meat was rancid.

So,,, Sustainability is the first point that should justify the 3 stars. We have tried returning unused packaged sauces not once, but twice. However, we were rejected and had to simply throw them away!! Unhealthy consumption. Also a very big waste. Second point is the service. Strangely enough, in this Mcs it often happens that orders are inadequately fulfilled, so that you are served a coffee instead of a burger. Otherwise, in the case mentioned above, an employee was not really courteous and only served the burger after intensive inquiries. Otherwise the store is in good condition and fairly clean, just what you would expect from a good Mcs. It would be desirable to deal more sustainably with remains that are hardly touched and are still packaged.

Many young people visit this Mac Donalds. It was clean. Food was brought to the table and was hot. You have to get used to the new order first. We don't go there that often, so it was new for us. There are enough parking spaces available.

Where is the breakfast like it was 5 years ago? I come to McDonald's at 7am for the delicious cheese and ham croissants or the delicious mctoast with cheese and ham, all done away with. Really cheeky something like that instead there are now these unimaginative tasteless upside down burger buns with 1 slice of cheese and 2 bacon strips for which they also want a cheeky 2 euros. Back then I was there almost every morning, but from now on I prefer to have breakfast at home, it's cheaper and definitely tastier.

Impossible store, every table was covered in dirt and not wiped down. Everything messed up on the floor too. Employees stand in the back and play on their cell phones. I complained and was rudely insulted by the employee. She had nothing to do with it and should go to the shift manager. I did that and presented everything I had written. I hope something changes. I haven't seen such a dirty shop in a long time. They should be ashamed of themselves, you're sitting there in a pigsty.

Hello, I would like to complain about the unfriendly manner of your long-time employee. I find it inappropriate to vent private negative emotions on the customer. Since I actually like eating at McDonalds myself, I find it very sad to be insulted, threatened and verbally attacked, especially BECAUSE we are in the restaurant more often and our faces are not unfamiliar, so apparently "negative" emotions are left out on us and all of this is unjustified , so I would like to have a conversation with this person and the branch manager in order to straighten out this case or put it to rest. Ordered online, picked up at the drive-in counter. Delivery checked immediately. Two cheeseburgers were missing! After a complaint, we received this without a word... 😞 The Zero Coke lacked carbon dioxide. Service desert Germany... Will try it again next year.

"They've always made an effort" would actually be an aspirational assessment here, but it's still a world away. You don't even expect more from people. In the branch you can be happy that you are understood at all in German. Get in your hair, get off your nose... and then touch your burger. But beware of anyone saying anything. Burgers are getting smaller and smaller. I haven't been there for a while but the size of the burger is now a joke. Service itself is great and the store is very clean. But children's burgers aren't for me.

Absolutely not recommended if you take your order home...Always check your order. I didn't do that today and what happens half of it is missing. I was already home. Afterwards I distributed the cold food to my children. And then I had to go back to McDonalds and the cashier was very astonished when I told her that half of it was missing. She apologized and gave me the missing burger and turned away with an innocent look...Great service. And the best thing is I tried to call for 30 minutes and I was answered... the coffee machine was broken... you have to take care of that... it's a shame Saturday started so beautifully.
