Extremely poor service – orders don't match deliveries – at least a 20-minute wait, plus cold products upon delivery. Despite checking the contents of the bag on-site (from experience, I do this at this location) and immediately requesting an adjustment to the ordered goods, the request was not complied with. Either incompetence, understaffing, or simply "who cares"; this is a no-go and has happened repeatedly. Therefore, I advise against visiting this rip-off location. As always: the fish stinks from the head, Mr. Sachse.

There was a lot going on and yet there was no sense of hecticness. Everything OK. Small breakdowns would be resolved immediately without any ifs or buts.

The annoying issue of incomplete orders just doesn't stop. It's really sad that something is always missing and you have to go back

It was quick but it was also empty, I don't know what it's like when there's a lot going on. Very clean and also the toilets. Food was warm and quickly at the table. The service lady was very friendly.

Hello everyone, If Hessisch Lichtenau wasn't so far away, I would rather go to HELI to MC Donalds than to Escwege!!️ Saturday MC Donalds Heli Drive got delicious warm burgers and, above all, delicious warm and well-salted fries. Slowly, i.e. it's possible to wait 30 minutes or longer for the food, despite the almost empty shop. Service mostly unfriendly and communication problems on the part of the employees. Food is usually cold. Fries are dry and taste like old fat, and so are the citizens. Hardly edible!!! Significantly worse than other McDonald's.

I ordered a mc smart menu and ordered mayonnaise on the fancy burger but I got Asian sauce which was outrageous and the tables were very dirty and the cola had no coland sauce

Something so unfriendly, then you are told in drive that you should move forward, which you do, then the hooded crow comes out and complains that you are too far ahead. That's it, I won't go there again. Impossible staff.

Catastrophe... Staff completely overwhelmed and their unfriendliness caused a commotion before the food was served, so that some wanted their money back... I pointed out to the lady behind the counter that there are five numbers displayed that are supposedly ready for pickup but none of the numbers are ready and only table customers in the restaurant are being served. The employee laughs at me, answers cheekily and suddenly all the numbers on the display disappear. You then ignore everyone waiting until it escalates. So much so that customers are demanding their money back and everyone is complaining loudly. And the staff still only responds with rudeness instead of finally taking the customers, some of whom have been waiting for 20 minutes, seriously. This is an imposition. I won't be going there again anytime soon. It should also be mentioned that the food was cold and the burgers looked as if they had been thrown across the kitchen. impertinence

Ordered vegetarian and got meat. For me personally, it's not a problem because I eat it because of the taste, but if someone doesn't eat meat out of conviction, something like this shouldn't happen.

It's a McDoof. The quality of the food is as good as any other McDonald's. It is therefore only suitable for sheltering in bad weather. Friendly staff can't change that.

I would be happy to answer the question. There's just shit happening lately. Cucumbers are simply taken down by hand if you order without them. Order ot wrong. Staff talks about customers, the slide for the children is covered in vomit and leftover food. It would be nice if it were different again.

They achieved absolutely nothing. As many people as work there, they messed everything up. Fries were way too soft and the order wasn't complete. Had to go in twice. Some employees are very unfriendly. Soap in the toilet was also completely empty. Was the last time I was there.

Unfortunately there was rubbish everywhere on the tables and the tables were not cleaned properly

Hello, It's been 2 hours and 10 minutes, I couldn't get through on the phone the whole time, it's the 7th time and now someone has answered. I was promised that the delivery was on the way. Puppy cake. After another 40 minutes it still doesn't come. Further telephone attempts failed. After 3 hours and around 15 minutes I finally reached someone and asked. The order should still be on the way. The driver has 4 deliveries. After about 3 hours and 40 minutes I gave up. And then the food came. Unfortunately cold. The driver apologized. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for me either. Conclusion: I will no longer use the delivery service. Too bad

Your typical McDonald's. Was there twice and both times a part of my order was missing. Both times i got the missing part after asking. Would recommend checking what you got against your order after pickup.

I ordered a chocolate muffin and instead received the disappointment of my life. It was a blueberry muffin. Never again... (until next week)

When it's full, the staff weakens. Orders are not complete, if you point this out you will be looked at with poison and if you add them you will be treated like a troublemaker. My wife ordered through the app and accidentally chose to eat here. I mentioned this to the employee at the checkout twice. Your comment: it was chosen to eat here. At the end everything was handed to me on two tablets. I asked for a bag and it was too small. So I stood there and packed everything into this bag that was way too small. In addition, the manner was anything but friendly or customer-oriented.

We recently went to another McDonald’s restaurant on the way to Hamburg. There was a clear difference in quality and taste. In Eschwege, the burgers are often carelessly topped and, above all, the patties taste dry and bland. In my opinion the food has been left out for too long. McDrive is therefore not recommended as the food is cold even after a short journey. I used to enjoy McDonald’s more in my hometown 🙁

There were no more toys! The Oreo ice cream that was ordered wasn't there, so they brought in a shock ice cream with shocko sauce...and much more. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location... Conclusion... not again

Ordered menu twice today, cold fries, mayo and forgot an M, so I called and they came over and picked it up, so I drove back 8 km and waited inside. After what felt like 15 minutes, my M was handed over to me without a word of apology. Thank you for sacrificing my time and fuel. But also something positive, the lady on the phone was very nice and friendly, my highlight of the day.

Are there any new 1/2 Mc Flurry's? The cup was only half full - when asked, it was explained... otherwise the cup couldn't be closed... a joke!! It wasn't the first time I've eaten a Mc Flurry... €3.99 I would like to add photos, unfortunately that's not possible.

Apparently the work in the kitchen is so sloppy that it gives you food poisoning. In contrast to other McDonald's branches, the ice cream sundae here is only filled half full so that you don't gain weight so quickly 😶‍🌫️

It always tastes good and is easy to reach with friends

The food tastes sometimes more, sometimes less. The service was always rude whenever I was there and didn't understand what I was saying. Unfortunately the store stinks a lot but it's actually quite nice and colorful.

Toilets very dirty and no soap, tables not wiped, children's area dirty, drinks and leftover food on the floor, ordering terminals could also be cleaned. Since the staff has less to do with orders since you can make the order yourself, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, I hope the kitchen area isn't in such a condition.

My lattice potatoes were ugly, the burger was thrown together, the Oreo biscuit was forgotten in Mc Flurry. The first thing that was forgotten after an eternity of waiting was two ice creams. Everything is full of wasps everywhere but McDonald's can't really do anything about that. In general it was quite a mess with the order numbers. There was a lot going on on Sunday afternoon and certainly not easy to keep track of. Still, it's a shame... At least the ice cream was given to us without any problems.

I actually like McDonalds, but today I have to bring my food to my table myself after 30 minutes, even though I selected table service on the order board. Very overwhelmed staff even though the store was almost empty. I would sit down with the women on the morning shift and think about how they work. Otherwise, big praise for the kitchen, the food tasted as always, everything was warm and tasty, only the latte macchiato from the ladies at the front of the service were already cold.

Absolutely one of the worst branches I know. Burgers are not made the way they should be, staff are overwhelmed and the wrong products are given several times. Really annoying.

It was absolutely chaotic... Ordered via app, at first you couldn't find the order on site, then it said the online payment was stuck. When everything was ready, there were two trays in front of me, even though I had ordered takeaway. So everything was quickly packed up. When I got home I discovered that a 6-pack of nuggets was missing and the burgers were just lukewarm. Really disappointing! Especially for the prices quoted.

If 0 stars would work then 0 stars would be better, I waited 20 minutes because no one felt responsible for taking orders. I had to get loud and then it worked. but staff has no plan on how to take orders. The ordering process was canceled 3 times because staff were unable to order. Ordering only takes 15 minutes. and another 20 minutes until the food was ready. So I spent 55 minutes in the juice shop before I had anything to eat people stay away!!! Better go somewhere else and eat something better! no, McDonald! It's no excuse that St. John's Day was in Eschwege and you had cancellations! You have to plan it better, you call yourself fastfoot, you were far away from that! I was passing through while I was driving home. If I had cooked something there I would have eaten it earlier! POINT!!!

The employee is unfriendly, fries are eaten at the deep fryer in front of the customers and then just continue to be filled. It doesn't work at all!!!!

Waiting in line for 20 minutes before an employee takes pity on taking the order, but can't manage that either and finally manages to place an order after 3 attempts with the help of a colleague ... After another 39 minutes it is finally ready for collection... When ordering via the terminal, the order was quick but collection was possible after 20 minutes... Conclusion... if you're in the mood for fast food, this is definitely the wrong place for you

Catastrophe. It took 45 minutes until the cash register was finally manned. Another 40 minutes until our order was taken and another hour or so until we received the order. To top it all off: the food was cold. Never again!

The new mcdrive system is the last snot! They are processed one by one and the queue forms in the parking lot and not in the drive. In addition, you should always be one meter ahead so that you can get out of the time recording! It's also just annoying for the employees to have to go out the door every time. I think that's not what the inventor intended. And if you are then cheekily attacked from the side, if you don't come forward with the words, then let it wait until it turns black, no one has to be surprised if the cheeseburger flies back again!

Unfortunately I noticed it too late so I had to take it with me. A burger and sauces for fries and nuggets were missing. The upper part of the BigMac was not occupied. The staff wasn't unfriendly but also not friendly like you'd expect from other stores in the chain.

Welcome to Germany's slowest MC Donald's. Old hamburger that was probably 2 hours old, rolls hard, ketchup dried on... Nobody cares if you talk about it. You stand at the checkout, you want to pay and you only get a questioning and punishing look. "I really have to go to the checkout and collect now" I'd rather eat my nuggets, the customer will come back in 15 minutes. What a chaotic bunch of employees who were certainly role models for the sloths in Zootopia when it came to speed.

It was the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. Only the outdoor area and the toilets leave something to be desired. The toilet was broken and the yard was full of napkins and receipts. The food is typical McDonalds.

We waited almost 2.5 hours for our order and when it finally came, the food was ice cold! We drove to the restaurant ourselves and returned the food! The supervisor remade the order and we got several specials for free! Ice cream and cookies were free! There was also an apology, so everything was good and very good service and reaction!!

20 minutes wait for 3 citizens & fries. Food cold and fake citizens forget mayo. Complaining is not possible because you are not understood or do not want to be understood. Never again MC Doof in esw, I'd rather drive to the helicopter

Food was cold, fries weren't salted, nuggets didn't taste like they used to. Fries tasted like water. Mayonnaise instead of ketchup and not for the first time. Bits on the nuggets. Give us back a bank note that was smeared with a ballpoint pen.

Completely weird place. Female employees shout at each other in front of guests, half of the food is missing. Some lady behind the counter is throwing a mop around the store and screaming like she's in an insane asylum. The only positive thing about the restaurant visit were the two friendly men who helped me with my incorrect order (a dark-skinned man with short black hair and a slightly taller man with brown, slightly longer hair - his German was a bit broken but was okay). No recommendation.

Our visit yesterday was okay, but the older, dark-haired lady with glasses should be considered because she is not very customer-oriented and friendly. It's really a shame, because the young man named Florian (I asked him his name) was very friendly, always had a smile on his face and ran non-stop to the guests while the rest of the team discussed loudly behind the counter. Unfortunately, with so many "bad" staff, many people probably wouldn't even notice that there are such nice and customer-oriented employees.... Florian, keep it up!!!!

This is a true restaurant experience, something you certainly don't experience every day. You wait 1 hour for food that is produced and ready for further processing and 3 employees at the front just can't get it together. The food was then more than cold and to top it off, the order numbers on the display disappeared - they were simply deleted. If you then ask, you will be greeted with the words what you want... well, that's quite an experience... food ice cold and inedible!

I live in Eschwege and occasionally every 2-3 months I feel like going to McDonalds. I then order via Lieferando. So honestly, when the desire kicks in, the service is blocked for my area for DAYS from a certain time. In the long run, this makes you aggressive and does not show sufficient service capacity. If it works, I'll be very happy.

A little more friendliness would be good for the employees. If the citizens were still hot then, I would be happy. Just not like that.

You stand in front of the counter and want to place an order. 2 employees are busy packing. No eye contact was made. When we spoke to us, it was explained that only English was spoken. That was enough for me. Mac will never see me as a customer in Eschwege again.

Just MC Donalds, always an experience without any restrictions. Be it for meetings or with grandchildren, always easy to find

Burger without lettuce and very little sauce, tasted like cardboard and wasn't even hot, almost cold. Fries were just warm and totally disgusting. Mc Rib had way too much sauce so you could still serve the other burgers. Bif Tasty was only very limited and the taste has changed significantly since its first appearance. I'm really thinking about ever going to McDonald's again. Maybe the bosses themselves should try the great food that their employees make.

I wouldn't recommend! I ordered two Mc Flurry and got the wrong ones twice. In addition, my burger meat was completely burnt and employees there just did mischief (e.g. insulted each other or hit each other with objects) instead of preparing the food.
