Without words. Yesterday I picked something up there with a friend. Nuggets were cold, the wrong sauces were packed, the salad was missing from the burger and the fries were also bottomless. Ah yes, we both have had extreme stomach problems since then. It's better to leave the money with the Greeks or something similar.

Ate here a few days ago, highly recommended. Place your order at the digital board, select a spot and then wait for the food to be delivered. At a normal McDonald's this takes a maximum of 10 minutes, but after waiting 30 minutes there is still no food, which takes a very long time. So after waiting 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask where the food was. I was told that after 15 minutes the order will automatically be removed from the system... but they started making it immediately. Shortly afterwards we received part of the order, with the message that the rest would come later. That's fine as long as it doesn't take too long. After waiting another 15 minutes and having already eaten everything, the last part had not yet been delivered... so we walked to the counter again. This time they forgot because the drive was very busy. (We sat next to the drive and saw 2 cars in the time we waited...) But we immediately received the last part of the order. The food tasted good and was hot, but the toilets could use a makeover and cleaning. Trash can broken, so you hang a plastic bag there... that's fine, but then you have to empty it often, that wasn't happening... it smelled terribly... This McDonald's is located in the middle of a residential area, so it is a real youth hangout, that was noticeable. Great food but I won't go there again.

Not very clean there. We ordered at the terminal around 3 p.m. When the order wasn't there at 3:25 p.m., we asked what was wrong. At the counter we were told that the order hadn't even been made yet, but others after us got their food. Complaint written. We then received two ice creams as a voucher. Even though we are three people. In my opinion it would be appropriate to provide a meal. But it doesn't matter. We'd rather eat somewhere else.

The tables are always dirty. Had Big Mag yesterday and it was definitely not fresh. Bun was soggy, salad was brown and wrinkled. The happy meal carrying box had pieces of old lettuce leaves in it, even though there was no lettuce with the meal. The staff also looks very listless.

This store never manages to give out an order the way it was ordered and charged! We were in Mc Drive today at around 10:15 p.m. and stood there and nothing happened. Our predecessors were also visibly annoyed! Then we wanted to place our order using voucher codes. The lady (younger, dark-haired) at Mc Drive apparently couldn't figure out the codes. We then decided to place the order without codes as it made no sense. Today it was generally very, very slow and there was a lot of traffic jams. She acted like we were lying in front of her colleague! Apart from the fact that she didn't seem to listen properly and was also very rude and unfriendly, we thought it was cheeky to portray ourselves as liars and deny her wrongdoing! Then after 14 minutes of waiting in the waiting bay, we got our order. Since a lot of time had already been lost, we wanted to eat it while driving and just looked roughly in the bag to see if everything was there. My son always counts his nuggets and instead of 9 there were only 7 and the 5 pizza pockets I ordered were only a 3 bag. But the calculation was for 9 nuggets and 5 pizza pockets. I don't understand why this store can never manage to fill an order correctly?! Then there is the fact that the branch is very dirty. Something urgently needs to be done! There's a lot going wrong, which is more than obvious! From the unfriendly and partly incompetent employees to the hygiene in the store. That doesn't work at all! For us it was the last time we were there.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant incident at the Zwischenahner McDonalds today. At 6:30 p.m., after waiting forever, the wrong bag was brought to my car. After I politely pointed out their faux pas to the restaurant staff, the bag I had already opened was passed on to other customers. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hygienic point of view. We had dinner there today (02/25/24 around 5 p.m.). This was by far the most pleasant McDonalds visit we have ever had. Mc Drive lässt bei der Vollständigkeit der Orders des öfteren zu wünschen übrig. Mittlerweile ist die Qualität im Laufe der Jahre gesunken. Schade.

Es fehlten mal wieder 2 Große Burger und bei einem anderen fehlte der extra Rösti.. Man wird pampig vom Personal angegangen, weil diese nicht wirklich deutsch verstehen. Der Küchenboden war dreckig, es lagen überall Essensreste auf dem Boden und Verpackungsreste

Eigentlich ist der Laden nicht schlecht, heute hat der gute Mann im Café sichtlich null Bock und lässt uns das spüren. Der erste ist fertig, da bekommt der zweite seinen Kaffee, und beim vierten ist die Bestellung falsch. Wortlos wurde das tablett auf den Tisch gestellt und weggegangen... nicht so geil.

Man scheint am Ketchup auf dem Hamburger Cheeseburger zu sparen. Er schmeckt jedenfalls trocken und fade, kaum Fleisch-Geschmack oder Grill Aroma vorhanden. Es ist mir ein Rätsel wie man die Qualität so vernachlässigen kann. "Der" Hamburger Geschmack den man so von früher kennt, Fleisch, Ketchup, Gurken - ist irgendwo auf der Strecke geblieben. Die langsamkeit liegt nicht nicht an der Anfertigung in der Küche. Die Warenausgabe ist total überfordert und nicht motiviert. Hier wird langsam gearbeitet. Angefertigte Burger liegen hier haufenweise unter der Lampe und werden nicht an den Kunden gegeben. Ich beobachtete das 8:30 und die Bürger lagen da wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Alles durch trödelei an der Ausgabe.

Das Essen war an sich in Ordnung, Service ist leider gar nichts... bei jeder Bestellung wurde was vergessen, die Tische total schmutzig und müll nicht weggeräumt 😔 das ist traurig

Als Geschäftsreisender habe ich schon viele McDonald's Filialen kennenlernen dürfen. Aber ich bin noch nie so schnell und freundlich bedient worden wie hier. Der Burger war heiß, nicht warm sondern heiß, die Pommes nicht versalzen und auch heiß. Das war seit langer Zeit meine beste Erfahrung bei McDonald's. Weiter so, gerne wieder.

Immer wieder stylish mit meinen Brabos da zu sitzen und einen rein zu snacken. Ab und zu vielleicht Mal genervt es Personal aber sonst alles auf lock Hamburger Royal Käse OHNE GURKENSCHEIBEN kommt gaaaaaanz gefährlich, vertraut mir.

Ein kleinen snack Abends geholt. MC drive war eine lange Schlange somit am Schalter bestellt. Ging nicht so schnell wie erwartet aber essen war top.

Haben sehr guten Kaffee getrunken und ein Eis dazugegessen, sehr Lecker Service sehr höflich und freundlich.

Mit fastfood hat das nichts tu tun und dann wie immer was vergessen.

Öfteres Abwischen von den Tischen wäre angebracht. Und vielleicht mal die Öffnungszeiten an der Tür und bei Google ändern. Wir sind schon des öfteren vor geschlossener Tür vor 22 Uhr gestanden, obwohl laut Aushang bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ist. Schade

Ich wollte den "neuen" Big Mäc probieren und was soll ich sagen es war echt nicht der Hit. Die Sauce war deutlich essighalter und der Geschmack war nicht so überzeugend. Zudem habe ich ein big mäc double bestellt aber es fehlte ein Patty. Umtauschen wollte ich deswegen auch nicht, da wir eh schon länger gewartet hatten, obwohl es nicht voll war. Man sollte manche Dinge so lassen wie sie mal waren. ;) Die Müllwagen sind auch oft überfüllt, da sollte auf jeden fall dran gearbeitet werden.

Es ist gut, Mitarbeiter auch aber manche Sachen waren nicht in Ordnung. Klar man vergisst etwas wenn es voll ist aber eine ganze Bestellung zu vergessen oder weg zu klicken und dann auch noch zu sagen war dann wahrscheinlich Tisch Service geht nicht. Dazu wollten wir milkshakes holen was war Maschine kaputt Ok passiert aber dann zu sehen wie ein Mitarbeiter einem kleinen Teenager Eis kostenlos gibt ein NO GO!!! Dazu bekommt man noch die alten Pommes auf der Ablage in die Tüte. Bestellung war fertig und wie sahen die Tüten aus? Alle Pommes waren in der Tüte verteilt und die ganzen Burger die in den Schachteln waren auf den verpackten Burgern, alles zerquetscht. Der einzige der seinen Job ordentlich gemacht hat war der dunkel häutige an der Pommes Station.

Alles zu teuer,und die Portion wird immer kleiner.

Ist halt ein MC essen ok aber nicht das beste ! Räumlichkeiten sauber ! Toiletten mehr oder weniger sauber ! Mann kann dort essen muss mann aber nicht !
