BURGER KING in Zwickau

Absolutely great after the renovation! The effort was worth it. Now the furnishings are contemporary and attractive! Would love to come back.

Since the remodel in October 2024, this has become one of the most beautiful Burger King restaurants. Even with ordering terminals and a great ambience.

The 2 African Americans gave me good advice because I wanted a menu with 2 burgers and were friendly and in a good mood. I can really only say it’s good 👌

Fast food for something quick to eat.

Order - delivery. Food not prepared with love, gossip, wrapping gossip, half of the cheese on the paper, churros were hard and not edible. By the way, zombie delivery driver - disgustingly easy

It has finally been modernized, with the current company appearance inside and out. There are now 4 ordering terminals and everything looks inviting and fresh. Nevertheless, the available space remains rather manageable.

Much fresher and delicious food since the renovation absolutely!

It was finally remodeled and now looks contemporary.

Fries taste like nothing, the wrong milkshake 3 times, bacon wasn't cooked through on a tortilla and completely forgotten on another bacon.

Wie immer frisch zubereitet kurze Wartezeiten und lecker... ein 💥 abzug weil hin und wieder mal die Servietten vergessen werden.... Leider nun noch ein Stern 🌟 abzug weil seit der Integration des neuen Personal die qualität extrem nachgelassen hat... Nachtrag hätte ich am drive in nicht extra Servietten verlangt wären keine bei gewesen...

The burger with fries was very tasty and freshly prepared. The tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned thoroughly. A lot of foreign workers put in a lot of effort. It tasted delicious again, it wasn't too busy and it was easy to sit outside.

This has little to do with a fast food restaurant. Sometimes you wait shorter for your food in the restaurant, like here. We have waited around 30 minutes for each order so far, sometimes even longer during the drive-thru. For the long waiting time, you will receive warmed side dishes as a “thank you”. If you are in a hurry, please go around.

I have to say one thing, the food is really great, I can't say anything else about it, but the competence of some of the "professionals" leaves a lot to be desired. I had ordered 2 chicken nuggets burgers, there was only one in there, I had ordered a barbecue dip, which was completely missing, and the Fanta wasn't closed properly, which meant that, since I was in a hurry, I wet myself on the way to the car , something like that simply can't be the case, despite the huge crowd and stress I observed here today! Next time it would be very desirable if the thoughts were put together.

Went to the drive inn for a very long time. The service barely understood us. Paid 23.75 and in the end half was forgotten. We basically paid 10 euros for nothing.

No air conditioning, old fashioned, you wait a really long time for your food.

Service hopelessly overwhelmed. Poor communication

Two stars from us because it was really hot inside. We only ate ice cream and that was okay. The service was also friendly. So either open the doors and windows or turn on the air conditioning at these temperatures.

Just wanted to order a King Jr menu at the drive through. There were only 3 cars in front of me, after 20 minutes I was finally able to order. After 30 minutes we were out of the drive in with the Jr menu. Simply underground!!!

32 degrees and the air conditioning doesn't work? Not nice!

Normal BK, mostly with friendly staff and good cleanliness. Unfortunately, an absolute desert of service compared to only the competition directly opposite. Here you have to wait in line for ages to place your order, only to then have to stand in front of the counter again until your order is ready. With the competition you can usually order at the terminal without waiting and then have the food delivered to your seat. When it comes to service, BK is 0 competitive.

Well... well there are better burgers elsewhere... above all it's expensive... Fast food chains have generally become bad and are continually getting worse... Grilled burgers are better elsewhere... I don't mean MC...they're even worse.

The preparation of the meat clearly left something to be desired. I don't see any blame on the part of the local employees, and I also find the provision of low-quality ingredients despicable given the company's financial capacity.

The waitress doesn't even understand you when you order something. The quality of the food is the last thing, not to mention the ambience. The recommendation here would be a self-service system. Would solve the communication problem

07/07/2024. Order placed at 1030am. One person in front of us, 3 people behind us. The employee at the counter tried to coordinate everything while the (presumably) shift manager was busy with her child. The preparation person came along to distribute the ordered goods on the 4 trays. Result: the only thing that was hot was the coffee. Citizens cold, fries cold or from the day before. Was very disappointed, I'm used to better things from there.

Very long waiting time at the Drive Inn.

Horrifying!!!!! Communication with the staff was linguistically difficult. The food was okay. BUT the seating was totally broken and dirty, there were lots of chips and other rubbish on the floor. The return stations were overcrowded. You can't expect that from your customers!!! That's an absolute disgrace.

Never seen such a dirty, run-down "restaurant".. all the tables were dirty, there was rubbish everywhere on the floor, the chairs/benches were broken, there were dead flies on the windows and not to mention the food... A My daughters got a few raw fries in their bag to find the nuggets were like rubber... Never going to this Burger King again!!! We were there on June 30th. around 5 p.m. there, maybe someone can be held accountable... Because the staff was also a disaster...

Apparently nothing has happened in the restaurant for years. The signs are faded, the parasols are already dilapidated and torn. Our order for a drink took 28 minutes. There were 3 people in front of us, everyone only had a maximum of a burger with fries and a drink, so no large orders. The staff runs back and forth in an unstructured manner. No order without a complaint. The tablet then first searches for what actually belongs on it and then compares it with the receipt for minutes. You can't work like that. I'm not asking for any hassle, but quick, structured work should be effortlessly possible after 14 days of activity at the latest. One wonders how to make money with the staffing and low productivity.

First time in this branch. Incredibly friendly gentleman at the counter. The colleague next to him was also very friendly. Some Germans should take this kind of friendliness as an example when it comes to service. There were toys for my child. Everyone happy. The ambience and cleanliness was also good. I'd love to come by again. Great praise.

Nothing special. You can quickly grab some food, wash your hands and you're on the road again. I only stop there because it's clean and quick.

We were very disappointed. Everything was very tight. The fries were disgusting, like they were fried in old fat. For the reasonable prices you can really expect better.

I really only go out for a burger every now and then but that seems to be part of the program: A completely overloaded because understaffed team. Chaos at the checkout, I and other guests were forgotten in the order of delivery. The food is carelessly thrown together and what was noticed again is that there is no one left to clean up and wipe the tables in the meantime. Dirt everywhere.

We waited 24 minutes for our turn and there were only 3 people in front of us. When it was our turn, the employee with the headset went to the car Dtive and the other took her coffee and went behind. Wrong orders were prepared several times, sauces were forgotten and so on...toilets not cleaned and unclean. Employees not motivated at all. A good manager is missing here because there is no organizational process. Since no one here is interested in the review anyway, I sent it again to you management by email. Kind regards

My order was forgotten and it took ages for me to receive it. In total I waited a good 35 minutes, which can't be the case at a fast food restaurant. The Jr. Whoppers had hardly any toppings and were very dry. The employees took each other's burgers and everything was generally very unstructured.

First we stood in front of the checkout for half an hour, it felt like no one was cashing in on us for ages, the employees were just doing other things the whole time... everything was unstructured and mixed up, complete chaos, employees barely understand German and are extremely slow... well At a fast food restaurant everything should go a little quicker, especially when there are so many people jumping around... everyone has something to do, but nothing happens... it's a shame, but it was tasty

It was a horror, we were thrown out of there at 9:45 p.m. with 8 men and the door was locked. She said she had been working for 10 hours and now wanted to get off work, it wasn't possible what was going on! It's a shame that zero stars aren't possible

I would like to give more stars, but one evening we drove to Zwickau because we wanted to enjoy a delicious burger late in the evening. According to the website, this Burger King is open until midnight, i.e. midnight. However, when we were there at 11:35 p.m., the door was already locked. The lady inside was cleaning the floor. When we knocked, she looked at us, but then quickly disappeared and never came back. An absolute impudence and a clear no-go.

I can make the sales of a lifetime because MCS is closed and then the ice cream machine doesn't work.

Unfortunately a minimum star, staff overwhelmed, but at least friendly. Chairs put up at 11 p.m., door locked, opening time until midnight (and McD is closed). This needs to be reworked again.

I visited this "great" restaurant three times with my family within a week. The first time I was informed by the friendliest cashier ever, in a very friendly tone and in a very friendly manner, that the new vouchers were only valid a day later and the old ones were still valid (when I asked for old vouchers, I was just asked politely rejected). The second visit was on Monday and the last one today, it's stupid when the ice cream and shake machine doesn't work for 4 days. I find it very annoying. If the friendliness of the staff and the functionality of the devices do not change, I will probably avoid this restaurant and advise others to do the same. Lg

It tastes like any BK. However, it is now closed at 10⁰⁰ p.m. I was looking forward to a burger especially after the late shift. But that doesn't work anymore. Wonder who came up with this idea!

A €44 order is simply missing 2 large burgers. Very disappointing, only noticed it when we got home and so we're stuck with it.

Ordering was quick and easy, and the service was friendly. The facility has seen its best years and needs to be renovated. Unfortunately I have to write this review from the toilet because the frying fat was rancid and I've been struggling with abnormal stomach cramps and diarrhea for 3 hours.

Nothing special, typical fast food of this chain. I liked the decor inside, somewhat similar to the American style, sofas, tables, like something out of a gas station in America. And everything else is the same as everywhere else. A toilet, if you don’t have anything to buy, costs 1 euro.

The service was extremely friendly and the food was fine as usual. The continuous price increase recently and the specially advertised but quite ridiculous price reduction for plant-based products is a bit of a shame.

As a few cars ordered at the drive in, 2 menus and 3 individual burgers. We still waited in the car for almost 15 minutes.

Very friendly service and what was best.... I had my little dog with me and was even offered a water bowl for him.

I've always enjoyed eating there, but today, when I was really hungry, the food was lukewarm and a burger was missing. It was annoying, but oh well. Then the fries were totally over salted, what did they do with them? Nh popped the whole pack of salt on it? So that's what it tasted like. I was disappointed 🙈 too bad

Nunja es ist der Zweite Weihnachtsfeiertag und ich kann verstehen, dass man auch lieber auf der anderen Seite der Theke steht. Aber man hat sich ja selbst seinen Job ausgesucht. Der Laden ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. (Siehe Bilder) Vielleicht setzt man da mal etwas an und macht alles wieder schön ;) Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Fast Food Restaurant eben. Passt schon.

Essen war ok nur leider kalt. Sehr lange Wartezeit obwohl nichts los war Toiletten leider nicht sehr sauber.

Es ging schnell - erwartungsgemäß war das Essen kalt bzw. Lauwarm. Für 8,70 hätte ich auch ne Pizza bekommen, die wäre wenigstens heiß gewesen. Update: 14.12.23 Hat sich nix geändert obwohl ich der einzige Gast war. Schade.

Essen schmeckt immer noch besser als bei M. Immer wieder gerne gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Freundlich aber nicht sehr kompetent

wir werden immer freundlich bedient. Anzumerken ist das es heute extrem kalt im Restaurant war. Alle saßen mit Jacke da. Sehr ungemütlich. Wir werden wohl erstmal nicht wiederkommen. Ich war immer Verfechter von BK, aber leider haben sie nachgelassen. Es dauert jetzt noch länger und da hatten wir weder Extrawünsche noch einen speziellen Burger, die Qualität ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, leider kalt und trocken., der Burger und die Pommes.

Toiletten könnten hygienisch sein?

Kein Behinderten WC 15 cm Bordstein ohne Absenkung Leider keine Barrierefreiheit vorhanden.

Es hat gut geschmeckt, die Kassierer waren auch nett und es war eine gute Stimmung

Es war viel los. Aber trotz des Wartens war die Angestellte mega lieb und freundlich.

Tische alle verschmutzt und nicht abgewischt, Tablet Rückgabe voll, Tablet stehen schon auf dem Tische daneben. Service ziemlich langsam und nicht kundenorientiert. Das geht bei anderen Standorten viel besser.

Naja, ziemlich alt die komplette Einrichtung. Auch im Außenbereich sind die Tische und Stühle abgewetzt und nicht sehr ansehnlich. Der Boden war schmutzig. Das Spielgerät lud auch nicht gerade zum Erkunden ein, Farbe blättert ab, das Sicherheitsschild an der Rutsche war verblichen. Essen ist wie in jeder Niederlassung gleich.
