Frühstück? Na, ja. Burger mit Ei ist doch kein Frühstück...

Als ich meine Cola ausgetrunken habe, sind mir festgetrocknete Flecken von Cola, Sprite und Fanta sowohl Außen als auch Innen aufgefallen. Ich habe also den Abtropfbecher bekommen, der normalerweise unter der Anlage stehen bleibt. War wohl ein blöder Fauxpas, aber darf halt nicht passieren.

War abends dort essen und nächsten Tag übelste den Flotten Otto gehabt und noch übergeben. 😑

Essen war frisch zubereitet alles noch schön heiß. Service war nett und freundlich. Ambiente naja ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Haben heute in den Lampen Ketchupflecken entdeckt. War schon etwas ekelhaft.

King des Monats - Cheeseburger Melt Beef... Hat nichts mit King des Monats zu tun. Eher ein Hofnarr des Monats. Selbst ein Cheeseburger hat mehr Belag und die Größe vom Patty ist eher die eines Einkaufqagenchips. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Absolut schlechtes Essen für dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man wirklich nur ein Stern geben

Burger King als #2 bester... die Burger schmecken gut was leider mit den Preis wieder Negativ Bereich geht...

Langsam kotzt es einen einfach nur noch an. Permanent fehlt was. Heute wieder ein Cheeseburger alle Soßen und das Eis im Getränk. Leute reißt euch doch mal zusammen. Das kann doch nicht so schwer sein!!!

Mein Freund und ich wollten die neuen baby burger probieren, als wir erfahren haben, dass es die jetzt als plantbased gibt. Wir sind durch den drivein und haben laut und deutlich plant bestellt. Dies hat die Servicekraft auch nochmal wiederholt. Wir haben dann auf dem Parkplatz gegessen und beim letzten burger ist uns dann aufgefallen dass die mit echtem Fleisch waren. Wir sind wieder rein und haben uns beschwert. 0 Verständnis, halbherzige Entschuldigung und die Angestellte wollte den Rest noch wegwerfen. Ihr war es vollkommen egal und sie hat nicht einmal etwas als Entschädigung angeboten. Ich bin echt enttäuscht. Ich lebe seit vielen Jahren vegetarisch und so etwas hätte ich von bk nicht erwartet.

Ich habe diese Burgerking Filiale mit 4 Sternen bewertet, denn man muss sagen, sie ist nicht wirklich schlecht, aber man sollte dennoch auch nicht zu viel erwarten. Es gehört immerhin zu Burgerking, also einem FastFood Restaurant. Daher hat das Essen keine so gute Qualität wie in richtigen Restaurants. Aber wenn man es mit anderen Fastfoodketten vergleicht würde ich es dennoch als gut einstufen. Der Geschmack ist nicht überwältigend gut, aber für das, was man von einem FastFood Restaurant erwarten kann schon besser als man vermuten würde. Der Service war auch okay. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten etwas genervt und waren nicht unbedingt super freundlich, aber eben auch nicht unfreundlich. Das Ambiente war wie man es von Burgerking erwarten würde und auch die Wartezeiten waren ganz gut. Als ich da war konnte man fast sofort bestellen und das Essen war auch nach 5 Minuten schon fertig. Ich denke aber, es könnte an geschäftigeren Tagen länger dauern. Wenn man nur von dem ausgeht, was ich erlebt habe, ist es perfekt. Die Auswahl ist groß und die Preise sind annehmbar bis günstig, vor allem bei Menüs. Allgemein ist es also keine große Überraschung, wenn man schon mal in einer Burgerking-Filiale war, was meiner Erfahrung nach auf viele Leute zutrifft. Wenn nicht, dann würde ich es insgesamt als solide bezeichnen.

Leider meistens zu voll nur abends kann man in Ruhe etwas verzehren ohne sinnlose Gaffer

Die Filiale ist nun etwas modernisiert, es gibt die Bestellterminals und Wartesitze. Zuvor war die Bestellung am Tresen immer etwas altertümliche, hatte aber auch funktioniert. Unangenehm fand ich die vom Lappen auf den Tischen hinterlassen Streifen. Also die Tische wurden abgewischt, aber nicht mit richtig sauberen Lappen.

Es müsste mehr auf die Toiletten geachtet werden , sonst ganz ok

Behindertenparkplatz nicht deutlich gekennzeichnet... abgesenkter Bordstein nicht vorhanden oder unter Schneehaufen verborgen... Wickeltisch defekt... Essen typisch Burger King... entweder man mag es oder nicht

Essen war Kalt und teilweise nicht ganz durch. Meine Schwangere Freundin muss sich seid gestern Abend nurnoch übergeben, mir ist seit gestern Abend übelst schlecht. Burger King kann ich wirklich keinem jemals empfehlen. Finger weg!

Das Essen war total kalt auch die Pommes, die Fleischpatty müssen schon sehr lange gelegen haben und wieder auf den Grill gelegt worden sein, die waren trotzdem kalt und angebrannt, wie kann das sein wenn man den Burger ändert , dann müsste er heiss sein. Hoffentlich hab ich mir nix schlechtes eingefangen.

Burger King has declined considerably in recent years. Ordered food today. There were exactly four lattice potatoes. Nuggets were completely squashed. There was a napkin hanging off the fries. Everything was squashed 😞 Too bad for Burger King. But I won't be using this delivery service again.

It's been recently renovated, the food is much better than before, and the staff is typical of a fast-food restaurant. Sometimes it takes forever for the food to arrive, but otherwise it's quite okay.

I had an incredibly great burger experience. Only my mom cooks better. Friendly staff, great burgers, everything clean. Much better than the sloppy, cheesy place across the street.

It's a fast-food restaurant, so you can't expect the same level of service as you would in a restaurant. But all in all, it was quite good. The service was quite friendly, and you didn't have to wait long for the food.

I had ordered and wasn't on time. I had just arrived and the person threw the things there and took off, honked at me and gave me the middle finger. Very disrespectful!!!!!

I'll get straight to the point. This dump is beyond disrespectful. It starts with the service; they just hung up on me and ends with the food tasting like ass and the sauce, or whatever it might be, tasting sour. There's no other way to describe the soup. And on top of that, I waited an hour and a half. For a meal. No staff on the phone who understands German. The only employees who do speak German are the drivers. Idiot.

I was just there. Unfortunately, I often have to eat at fast food chains. However, this BK was different. I was greeted at the door, was very friendly, and the food was brought to my table. It was also very clean, even the restrooms were really clean. Most of the staff weren't of German descent. But I've rarely seen such friendly service. Thanks, I'll be back!

Before four portions were finished, it had gone cold. The food was getting worse and worse. Cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and everything on the double cheeseburger with bacon for five euros was so thin you had to search for it. Conclusion: never again.

I've been completely satisfied with everything on my previous visits. The staff is friendly and handles orders quickly and efficiently. The restaurant and its restrooms are clean. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. A drive-thru is also available. I use the ordering terminals to place my order, which are super easy to use.

The food was super hot and tasted good. However, on both chili cheese fries, even though I ordered extra sauce and paid extra for it, the jalapeños were either forgotten or simply left out, and no extra sauce was added. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home. It's better to double-check everything at the store.

I would particularly like to highlight the excellent customer service and the excellent management of the location by the branch manager Ellen. You can immediately feel that someone is working here with heart and mind. Ellen and her team ensure a smooth process, a friendly atmosphere and fast service - even at peak times. Their commitment and professionalism really make the difference. A big compliment to the entire team and especially to Ellen for the excellent leadership! I would love to come back!

After the Umau, it's much more comfortable and it's quicker to get your food.

Food was prepared quickly. When I took a bite of the Plant Based Long Chicken, I noticed that the bread at the bottom was moldy! Not nice! The goods should be checked regularly 🤢

We no longer order food from Burger King in Zwickau because the meat pattis are fried in fat and not flame-grilled as advertised and otherwise the food leaves a lot to be desired. We were loyal customers but since we don't want to ruin this meal, we'll be grateful for it in the future... Maybe Burger King Zwickau will change its unappetizing and unreasonable food preparation, then we'll be happy to eat there again, but for now it just.........

It's been a long time since I went to Burger King and I wasn't that impressed. The staff was friendly. The food was only lukewarm. I ordered a large cappuccino and there was only a small one. The tables could also be wiped down from time to time. Not a single one of them was ok

Great after the renovation...which isn't so great, the many glass fronts blind you a lot, especially in winter when the sun is low.

Preparation of the order was a bit slow. Order via terminal only 1 small order in front of it. Process Seems a bit disorganized, perhaps new employees in the team. This will probably still happen 🍀 Despite being "freshly" prepared and immediately consumed on site, the burger bun is "very cold" - the roasting process may have been forgotten - it was left out and used directly from the refrigerator...otherwise training is still needed when "assembling" the products. Tastes perfect! If things work out better on the next visit I will revise the rating.

Stopped by BK again for a few months. Well, what can I say. It was definitely the last time. BK app also removed. It was just bad. Fries, nuggets, burgers at the lowest quality. The patty on the Big King is as thin as a shoe sole. The fries were thin and limp (previously forgotten in the menu by the staff). The nuggets taste like wet cardboard. Disgusting. The chili cheese fries are covered with something sticky from which the juice of the canned chilies drips. The burger has fat onion rings (cheap vegetable onions) and a patty that is half as thick as before. The long chicken was also bad. Tasteless and inedible. These are all homemade conditions. The employees can do little to change that. Except for the forgotten fries. Can happen. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The defects I experienced are defects that BK ordered. The quality and quantity of the food is not even worth 1 star. I can't care less. I won't spend any more money at BK.

Since the remodel in October 2024, this has become one of the most beautiful Burger King restaurants. Even with ordering terminals and a great ambience.

The 2 African Americans gave me good advice because I wanted a menu with 2 burgers and were friendly and in a good mood. I can really only say it’s good 👌

Fast food for something quick to eat.

Order - delivery. Food not prepared with love, gossip, wrapping gossip, half of the cheese on the paper, churros were hard and not edible. By the way, zombie delivery driver - disgustingly easy

It has finally been modernized, with the current company appearance inside and out. There are now 4 ordering terminals and everything looks inviting and fresh. Nevertheless, the available space remains rather manageable.

Fries taste like nothing, the wrong milkshake 3 times, bacon wasn't cooked through on a tortilla and completely forgotten on another bacon.

It was finally remodeled and now looks contemporary.

Leider nun noch ein Stern 🌟 abzug weil seit der Integration des neuen Personal die qualität extrem nachgelassen hat... Nachtrag hätte ich am drive in nicht extra Servietten verlangt wären keine bei gewesen...

The burger with fries was very tasty and freshly prepared. The tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned thoroughly. A lot of foreign workers put in a lot of effort. It tasted delicious again, it wasn't too busy and it was easy to sit outside.

I have to say one thing, the food is really great, I can't say anything else about it, but the competence of some of the "professionals" leaves a lot to be desired. I had ordered 2 chicken nuggets burgers, there was only one in there, I had ordered a barbecue dip, which was completely missing, and the Fanta wasn't closed properly, which meant that, since I was in a hurry, I wet myself on the way to the car , something like that simply can't be the case, despite the huge crowd and stress I observed here today! Next time it would be very desirable if the thoughts were put together.

This has little to do with a fast food restaurant. Sometimes you wait shorter for your food in the restaurant, like here. We have waited around 30 minutes for each order so far, sometimes even longer during the drive-thru. For the long waiting time, you will receive warmed side dishes as a “thank you”. If you are in a hurry, please go around.

Went to the drive inn for a very long time. The service barely understood us. Paid 23.75 and in the end half was forgotten. We basically paid 10 euros for nothing.

No air conditioning, old fashioned, you wait a really long time for your food.

Two stars from us because it was really hot inside. We only ate ice cream and that was okay. The service was also friendly. So either open the doors and windows or turn on the air conditioning at these temperatures.
