BURGER KING in Zwickau

It's been recently renovated, the food is much better than before, and the staff is typical of a fast-food restaurant. Sometimes it takes forever for the food to arrive, but otherwise it's quite okay.

I had an incredibly great burger experience. Only my mom cooks better. Friendly staff, great burgers, everything clean. Much better than the sloppy, cheesy place across the street.

I just always get the double wopper.

It's a fast-food restaurant, so you can't expect the same level of service as you would in a restaurant. But all in all, it was quite good. The service was quite friendly, and you didn't have to wait long for the food.

I had ordered and wasn't on time. I had just arrived and the person threw the things there and took off, honked at me and gave me the middle finger. Very disrespectful!!!!!

I'll get straight to the point. This dump is beyond disrespectful. It starts with the service; they just hung up on me and ends with the food tasting like ass and the sauce, or whatever it might be, tasting sour. There's no other way to describe the soup. And on top of that, I waited an hour and a half. For a meal. No staff on the phone who understands German. The only employees who do speak German are the drivers. Idiot.

I was just there. Unfortunately, I often have to eat at fast food chains. However, this BK was different. I was greeted at the door, was very friendly, and the food was brought to my table. It was also very clean, even the restrooms were really clean. Most of the staff weren't of German descent. But I've rarely seen such friendly service. Thanks, I'll be back!

Before four portions were finished, it had gone cold. The food was getting worse and worse. Cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and everything on the double cheeseburger with bacon for five euros was so thin you had to search for it. Conclusion: never again.

I've been completely satisfied with everything on my previous visits. The staff is friendly and handles orders quickly and efficiently. The restaurant and its restrooms are clean. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. A drive-thru is also available. I use the ordering terminals to place my order, which are super easy to use.

The food was super hot and tasted good. However, on both chili cheese fries, even though I ordered extra sauce and paid extra for it, the jalapeños were either forgotten or simply left out, and no extra sauce was added. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home. It's better to double-check everything at the store.

I was extremely positively surprised by my visit to Burger King in Zwickau. The restaurant was very clean, well organized and the food, as usual, was delicious and freshly prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent customer service and the excellent management of the location by the branch manager Ellen. You can immediately feel that someone is working here with heart and mind. Ellen and her team ensure a smooth process, a friendly atmosphere and fast service - even at peak times. Their commitment and professionalism really make the difference. A big compliment to the entire team and especially to Ellen for the excellent leadership! I would love to come back!

Food was prepared quickly. When I took a bite of the Plant Based Long Chicken, I noticed that the bread at the bottom was moldy! Not nice! The goods should be checked regularly 🤢

We no longer order food from Burger King in Zwickau because the meat pattis are fried in fat and not flame-grilled as advertised and otherwise the food leaves a lot to be desired. We were loyal customers but since we don't want to ruin this meal, we'll be grateful for it in the future... Maybe Burger King Zwickau will change its unappetizing and unreasonable food preparation, then we'll be happy to eat there again, but for now it just.........

It's been a long time since I went to Burger King and I wasn't that impressed. The staff was friendly. The food was only lukewarm. I ordered a large cappuccino and there was only a small one. The tables could also be wiped down from time to time. Not a single one of them was ok

Great after the renovation...which isn't so great, the many glass fronts blind you a lot, especially in winter when the sun is low.

Preparation of the order was a bit slow. Order via terminal only 1 small order in front of it. Process Seems a bit disorganized, perhaps new employees in the team. This will probably still happen 🍀 Despite being "freshly" prepared and immediately consumed on site, the burger bun is "very cold" - the roasting process may have been forgotten - it was left out and used directly from the refrigerator...otherwise training is still needed when "assembling" the products. Tastes perfect! If things work out better on the next visit I will revise the rating.

The online order simply went through, but payment had already been made, everything was correct and traceable, there was no delivery, we were allowed to run after the money and we heard that we don't have time for that now, it was definitely the last order attempt, with previous orders If you ever forget something, please revise the system, thank you

Stopped by BK again for a few months. Well, what can I say. It was definitely the last time. BK app also removed. It was just bad. Fries, nuggets, burgers at the lowest quality. The patty on the Big King is as thin as a shoe sole. The fries were thin and limp (previously forgotten in the menu by the staff). The nuggets taste like wet cardboard. Disgusting. The chili cheese fries are covered with something sticky from which the juice of the canned chilies drips. The burger has fat onion rings (cheap vegetable onions) and a patty that is half as thick as before. The long chicken was also bad. Tasteless and inedible. These are all homemade conditions. The employees can do little to change that. Except for the forgotten fries. Can happen. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The defects I experienced are defects that BK ordered. The quality and quantity of the food is not even worth 1 star. I can't care less. I won't spend any more money at BK.

Since the remodel in October 2024, this has become one of the most beautiful Burger King restaurants. Even with ordering terminals and a great ambience.

Fast food for something quick to eat.

Order - delivery. Food not prepared with love, gossip, wrapping gossip, half of the cheese on the paper, churros were hard and not edible. By the way, zombie delivery driver - disgustingly easy

It has finally been modernized, with the current company appearance inside and out. There are now 4 ordering terminals and everything looks inviting and fresh. Nevertheless, the available space remains rather manageable.

Fries taste like nothing, the wrong milkshake 3 times, bacon wasn't cooked through on a tortilla and completely forgotten on another bacon.

Leider nun noch ein Stern 🌟 abzug weil seit der Integration des neuen Personal die qualität extrem nachgelassen hat... Nachtrag hätte ich am drive in nicht extra Servietten verlangt wären keine bei gewesen...

The burger with fries was very tasty and freshly prepared. The tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned thoroughly. A lot of foreign workers put in a lot of effort. It tasted delicious again, it wasn't too busy and it was easy to sit outside.

This has little to do with a fast food restaurant. Sometimes you wait shorter for your food in the restaurant, like here. We have waited around 30 minutes for each order so far, sometimes even longer during the drive-thru. For the long waiting time, you will receive warmed side dishes as a “thank you”. If you are in a hurry, please go around.

I have to say one thing, the food is really great, I can't say anything else about it, but the competence of some of the "professionals" leaves a lot to be desired. I had ordered 2 chicken nuggets burgers, there was only one in there, I had ordered a barbecue dip, which was completely missing, and the Fanta wasn't closed properly, which meant that, since I was in a hurry, I wet myself on the way to the car , something like that simply can't be the case, despite the huge crowd and stress I observed here today! Next time it would be very desirable if the thoughts were put together.

Went to the drive inn for a very long time. The service barely understood us. Paid 23.75 and in the end half was forgotten. We basically paid 10 euros for nothing.

Two stars from us because it was really hot inside. We only ate ice cream and that was okay. The service was also friendly. So either open the doors and windows or turn on the air conditioning at these temperatures.

Just wanted to order a King Jr menu at the drive through. There were only 3 cars in front of me, after 20 minutes I was finally able to order. After 30 minutes we were out of the drive in with the Jr menu. Simply underground!!!

Normal BK, mostly with friendly staff and good cleanliness. Unfortunately, an absolute desert of service compared to only the competition directly opposite. Here you have to wait in line for ages to place your order, only to then have to stand in front of the counter again until your order is ready. With the competition you can usually order at the terminal without waiting and then have the food delivered to your seat. When it comes to service, BK is 0 competitive.

Well... well there are better burgers elsewhere... above all it's expensive... Fast food chains have generally become bad and are continually getting worse... Grilled burgers are better elsewhere... I don't mean MC...they're even worse.

07/07/2024. Order placed at 1030am. One person in front of us, 3 people behind us. The employee at the counter tried to coordinate everything while the (presumably) shift manager was busy with her child. The preparation person came along to distribute the ordered goods on the 4 trays. Result: the only thing that was hot was the coffee. Citizens cold, fries cold or from the day before. Was very disappointed, I'm used to better things from there.

Very long waiting time at the Drive Inn.

Horrifying!!!!! Communication with the staff was linguistically difficult. The food was okay. BUT the seating was totally broken and dirty, there were lots of chips and other rubbish on the floor. The return stations were overcrowded. You can't expect that from your customers!!! That's an absolute disgrace.

Never seen such a dirty, run-down "restaurant".. all the tables were dirty, there was rubbish everywhere on the floor, the chairs/benches were broken, there were dead flies on the windows and not to mention the food... A My daughters got a few raw fries in their bag to find the nuggets were like rubber... Never going to this Burger King again!!! We were there on June 30th. around 5 p.m. there, maybe someone can be held accountable... Because the staff was also a disaster...

Apparently nothing has happened in the restaurant for years. The signs are faded, the parasols are already dilapidated and torn. Our order for a drink took 28 minutes. There were 3 people in front of us, everyone only had a maximum of a burger with fries and a drink, so no large orders. The staff runs back and forth in an unstructured manner. No order without a complaint. The tablet then first searches for what actually belongs on it and then compares it with the receipt for minutes. You can't work like that. I'm not asking for any hassle, but quick, structured work should be effortlessly possible after 14 days of activity at the latest. One wonders how to make money with the staffing and low productivity.

First time in this branch. Incredibly friendly gentleman at the counter. The colleague next to him was also very friendly. Some Germans should take this kind of friendliness as an example when it comes to service. There were toys for my child. Everyone happy. The ambience and cleanliness was also good. My order was forgotten and it took ages for me to receive it. In total I waited a good 35 minutes, which can't be the case at a fast food restaurant. The Jr. Whoppers had hardly any toppings and were very dry. The employees took each other's burgers and everything was generally very unstructured.

First we stood in front of the checkout for half an hour, it felt like no one was cashing in on us for ages, the employees were just doing other things the whole time... everything was unstructured and mixed up, complete chaos, employees barely understand German and are extremely slow... well At a fast food restaurant everything should go a little quicker, especially when there are so many people jumping around... everyone has something to do, but nothing happens... it's a shame, but it was tasty

I would like to give more stars, but one evening we drove to Zwickau because we wanted to enjoy a delicious burger late in the evening. According to the website, this Burger King is open until midnight, i.e. midnight. However, when we were there at 11:35 p.m., the door was already locked. The lady inside was cleaning the floor. When we knocked, she looked at us, but then quickly disappeared and never came back. An absolute impudence and a clear no-go.

Fast food restaurant with friendly staff. Unfortunately, at 9 p.m. on Saturday, not all dishes could be served. The closing time for a Saturday is also way too early.

I can make the sales of a lifetime because MCS is closed and then the ice cream machine doesn't work.
