I ordered a small coffee and had to wait 20 minutes. In the end, I didn't even get the coffee; the order number simply disappeared from the screen. I just gave up because communicating with anyone was impossible. I'll give you the €1.50.

An absolute disaster. The term "fast food restaurant" takes on a whole new meaning here. We've been waiting 30 minutes for our order of just one meal. Ridiculous. There are at least 10 orders ahead of us. Not even worth one star. How can I, as the business owner, ignore these constantly bad reviews? Oh, and the money seems to be good. Plenty of people still come, after all.

Dear McDonald's Team, It's outrageous that despite waiting half an hour, during which you think "at least my order will be prepared properly," I initially received the wrong order. After exchanging it, I was shocked to discover at home that my 6-piece nuggets were missing. On top of that, everything was carelessly thrown into the cardboard bag, and I can't even tell if there's a burger in it. It's one thing to take half an hour to place an order. But when you still can't manage to get the order in the bag correctly and properly in that time, I'm speechless! I'm really disappointed because I was really looking forward to my 6-piece nuggets. The employees speak very quietly and their German is unintelligible. You order a Rösti meal and don't receive the advertised 9 Monopoly winning codes, but only 3. Six are generally withheld – this isn't an isolated incident! I wouldn't be surprised if only McDonald's employees or their families win.

I can't really describe how the food tastes at the moment, as my family and I have already had to wait 30 minutes for our food 😔 This is definitely not fast food, a disgrace to the industry. It's really busy, but nothing is moving along at all. I can only advise against visiting this place. After about 45 minutes, the food arrived. Of course, the happy meals were forgotten, as were the drinks and other small items 😅 Anyway, the server rushed off and took care of it. After another 10 minutes, everything was complete. It must be said, though, that the burgers were well-prepared and the staff was very relaxed and friendly. It was a new experience 😅

Absolute anarchy and chaos This company doesn't even know whether it's open or closed. On October 27, 2025, at 12:04 AM, the app's order view showed it was already closed. Mobile ordering with the app was therefore not possible. Elsewhere in the app, the store is open until 12:59 AM. According to the sign next to the entrance door, which looks more like a post office, the store is open until 2:00 AM on Sundays, just as it is shown on Google Maps. It would be great if you could at least get a few basic things under control at your company. Addendum: 1:15 AM You can't select a cheeseburger in the app because it's not available during breakfast. How gaga can you be?

An absolute disappointment! This shop is the last of my life. When I contacted the owner, I received a ridiculous, standardized email—then no response at all. But there are enough people who run there and support such concentrated incompetence and exploitation. 45 minutes for two burgers on a Saturday morning at the peak of breakfast time. Just two employees, who make the burgers in a completely unhygienic manner, spend money, and sweat it off their brows. Even after 45 minutes, items are missing. But it's not that bad; as an owner, you don't have to react. It makes you wish for the coronavirus to return, when people were being screwed over to make money off their performance! Klink doesn't need it.

I've rarely been served so unfriendly. The atmosphere was already tense at breakfast. It wasn't busy. We watched everyone else get their food before us. At some point I got to the counter. Our food was there. They couldn't find the table on their tablet. Excuse me? No words. Then the waitress came to the table in a snarky manner and rudely took our number. 25 minutes for two McDonald's is quite a feat... 3-4 employees just stand around doing nothing, and people regularly disappear into the next room. Everything seems very uncontrolled, and orders are constantly missing. My order was simply dismissed, and I had to ask again to get my ice cream... several other people experienced this. Absolutely abysmal, and I'll make the long journey and go to the McDonald's in Wildenfels in the future. At least you can get fast food there.

We went to McDonald's today because my child was so excited about the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles/Sanrio Happy Meal toy. The screens even showed this toy line, and we ordered everything correctly. But unfortunately, those exact toys were no longer available. Instead, we were only offered other toys that my child didn't want at all. It was really disappointing, as the anticipation was so great, and my child had to go home sad. It's especially unfortunate that they advertise certain toys online and in the restaurant that then end up not being available.

After the redesign, the interior feels like one large train station concourse. Due to the lack of partitions, the noise level is very high, making it almost impossible to have a conversation. In nice weather, you can at least find some peace outside. Large exhaust fans have been installed at the McDrive, blowing warm air into your car while you wait. So, better close the windows!

After the renovation, it's the worst McDonald's around. You can't hear your own voice anymore, and I don't mean the acoustics. You can sometimes wait forever for a simple takeout order, even when it's not very busy. There are no longer any waiting areas. When it's busy, you just get in each other's way with the staff. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. And when you get your order, it's better to check it right there. Either something is missing or there are incorrect orders. Inquiries about it are practically pointless because the staff are unfriendly, and it doesn't matter, since they hardly understand anything anyway. It was better before the renovation with better staff. I'd rather go to a decent restaurant. It costs a bit more depending on the restaurant, but you get better food, stay fuller for longer, and the staff treats you better. And you don't really wait any longer for your food there either.

Very disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and seemed like they'd been reheated several times. The burgers weren't fresh either, just lukewarm. The behavior of the employee with the platinum blonde hair and the black-and-white striped long-sleeved T-shirt was particularly negative: The three of us had each ordered using the app on our own phones and thus automatically received three separate receipts. We were then accused of doing this intentionally to get multiple receipts and use them to redeem 50-cent vouchers through the feedback program. Afterwards, we were even loudly insulted at McDonald's. The other employees were actually fine – but such unfriendly and disrespectful behavior from this one person is truly unprofessional. Once and never again – we certainly won't be coming back. We can only advise against going here.

I ordered food from the MC Drive-In yesterday. Then I received my order and realized when I got home that a burger was missing. This has happened a few times now. After paying, you have to remind the employee that you're getting a toy with your Happy Meal, a glass with your meal, or something as simple as a receipt. Nothing works automatically. In short, in my opinion, the staff are incompetent. It would be better to check your order at the MC Drive-In, but who wants to empty a large order all the time? You just expect the service you're paying for.

New employees arrive every day, and everyone works in their own way. You can tell they're inexperienced, but we as guests expect more attention and more professional service. Five out of ten of my orders are always missing something. I would ask the owners of McDonald's to pay attention to their stores, how the employees work, and what kind of food they serve. The only thing this McDonald's has going for it is that people have nowhere else to eat but McDonald's. If they had competition, their visits would be halved. As a tourist, all I can say is, disaster!!! Both orders had to be returned because the "special requests" indicated at the terminal were not honored. When our food arrived, an employee immediately approached us very aggressively, asking us both to please IMMEDIATELY leave a positive review using the code on the bill. My companion agreed, and the employee promptly took over the review and gave 5 stars everywhere. This game went on for a good five minutes, during which we were completely prevented from eating. We couldn't even give our own opinion, as the employee just did it, without asking questions or anything like that. Afterwards, we were offered an ice cream or a small drink as a thank you, which, when we asked, seems to be completely normal, since, as the employee told us, management expects such feedback from about 80% of customers. Ultimately, all I can say is: The manner in which it was handled was very inappropriate, and even in retrospect, the anger about what happened hasn't gone away. It's a pity that this one McDonalds visit remains so memorable

Since the reopening, the wait times after ordering have been very long. They're stubbornly processing one order after another. That actually sounds fair. But if I only order an ice cream and have to wait about 10 minutes for it because a lot of orders have been placed before me, and then employees are standing there waiting (for whatever), I expect them to differentiate between large and small orders and be somewhat flexible. That wasn't an isolated incident; it was always like this.

We were there earlier and ordered two MC Flurry via terminal, paying at the cash register. We stood there for at least fifteen minutes and were not paid for, even though the older, very unfriendly blonde employee in a blue shirt noticed us. Five people who ordered after us using a card payment at the terminal were served, albeit very disrespectfully, and were all served one after the other. Only I stood there with my older daughter like two idiots and no one was approachable. We threw away our note and left. I would be pleased to hear your opinion on this. How is that possible? Or is payment in cash not permitted? The shortage of skilled workers is more than noticeable there. I come from the catering industry myself and have absolutely no understanding of this. Nobody seemed to feel responsible, orders were mixed up... This was our first and last time in this branch. No comparison to, for example, Meerane... Even one star is too much for this rude behavior, but unfortunately you can't rate without one.

Every chicken burger is in pieces in its packaging, and for the last three orders, the nuggets or sauce have been missing every time. The facility was better organized before the fire, but now there's less space, and the kitchen seems too small. I've waited up to 30 minutes for two burgers and a drink.

Overall, it was okay. But the staff were very confused. I ordered a glass menu. According to the app, it was sold out, but that's understandable. So I asked the nice gentleman at the counter if they had any more glasses. His answer was: "No, none at all." As I was about to leave after my meal, I saw two trays with two glasses each. Yesterday I was at McDonald's in Zwickau (Oskar-Arnold Str) and to be honest I was pretty disappointed. I had a 20 nugget menu - the nuggets were completely dry and didn't even seem to be cooked properly. There was also an iced coffee with a caramel flavor that consisted almost entirely of ice cubes. Taste? None. When I pointed out to one of the employees that the receipt roll at the ordering terminal was empty, I only heard an indifferent "I don't care" from an unfriendly, rather fuller employee - and he just kept walking. No service, no interest. Unfortunately for me, this McDonald's is the epitome of a juice shop. It's a shame, I was hoping for a quick and uncomplicated snack - instead there was pure frustration.

Unfortunately, there are always incorrect and incomplete orders. Today, after the drive-in, unfortunately it was only at home that I realized that a complete menu was missing. Very annoying since you paid for it - I'm still hoping for a positive response from customer service. Most things were still sold out - well, you can't change that. I'll avoid this branch in the future and prefer to go to Meerane or something similar.

It used to be a great store, but today it's by far the worst store in the area. I can't remember when the entire menu was last in stock, not to mention the collectible glasses. The employees don't necessarily seem to know what they're doing either. From incomplete orders, to food that looks like it was packaged by a three-year-old child, to complete ignorance of the German language, everything is there. With complaints that now arise with every order, you almost have to go to the kitchen yourself to get what you ordered. Then let's move on to the new great renovation... It looks modern and attractive at first, but it has nothing to do with a practical structure inside. Once you have ordered you have 3 options: - standing back to back with people who are eating, - stick to the counter or garbage stations - or stand in the way of everyone else in the middle of the aisle... In addition, the order numbers on the monitor simply disappear after a while and when the food is ready, no employee says that order "xy" is ready for pickup. Do yourself a favor and go to Meerane or Wildenfels if you want to stay loyal to McDonalds and keep your nerve.

Since the renovation, I have consistently avoided this store and prefer to drive the extra way to Meerane. Setup, waiting time and also the article itself is bad... sometimes something is missing, sometimes something is wrong. Add-ons like the Coca Cola glasses are simply no longer available. It's really catastrophic what has become of McDonald's. I can only agree with the negative reviews.

No, I can't recommend it. Maybe you should hire staff who can read the orders, be it extra cheese slices or orders without onions, the order never fits, and to make matters worse, CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM is confused with VANILLA ICE CREAM! The whole thing happened several times; when I approached them, the exchange was refused and I was sent away. I will definitely NEVER set foot in here again! The only positive? A super modern branch!

We waited almost 3/4 hour for our food. Although we pointed out in the meantime that we didn't have our food yet. In the meantime we noticed that our food was brought to other guests and they ate it without saying anything (with the words, we noticed but ate it anyway...) As a thank you, they received their correct order. We asked again...Although the mistake was noticed, there was no compensation of any kind as an apology, NO the people who had our food got it. In my opinion, completely overwhelmed and an apology in the wrong place.

Leute, bitte schult eure Mitarbeiter ordentlich..Und zu den Preisen braucht man auch nichts sagen.... wir hatten 3 Fehler in unserer Bestellung...man bestellt ein Hamburger TS Doppelpack Menü und bekommt nur einen burger und ne Packung 6 er Nuggets dann vergisst man ein wasser und der oberhammer im Happy Meal fehlte das Spielzeug....Und das war nicht das erste oder zweite mal.... Was soll die schei*e...Dies war unsere letzte Bestellung in dieser Filiale...

The food here is great, if you can find something to your liking. Unfortunately, special requests are rarely considered. I've ordered delivery three times now, and I specifically requested hollandaise sauce on my pizza (which is also on the menu). Sadly, this request was ignored each time, strongly suggesting that the staff isn't focused on customer satisfaction. For me, this is a reason not to shop or order from them again.
