My experience here was that the milkshake machine was broken. As compensation, however, I was given two ice cream cones worth €1 each - a really great service that significantly increased my satisfaction at this point. Unfortunately, my last order, a McFrappe, was less than enjoyable. The drink did not correspond in any way to the product advertised, but consisted almost entirely of cream. The manager explained to me that the desired result could not be achieved due to the new ice cream machine as it was not able to mix the McFrappe as shown. In my opinion, if a product cannot be prepared to the quality advertised, it should not be offered. It would be desirable for improvements to be made here in order to meet customer expectations.

McDonald's was once a fast food restaurant with a certain standard. They threw this standard overboard with the pandemic. Instead, the focus is on maximizing profits and less on quality. The burgers are about 1/4 smaller, have less filling and are suffocatingly dry. The quality of the meat has also deteriorated significantly. The soft ice cream that used to be popular is now just water and sugar and has lost its typical, creamy taste (because it contains less cream or no cream anymore). The portion was also smaller with the paper cups, the sauce is about half as much. All this at twice the price within just a few years. Unfortunately, people have also stopped using refills for drinks. Napkins are only available on assignment, the tables are dirtier than before. The formerly well-paid, committed and long-standing staff have long since left. Unfortunately, the company is developing on the backs of the guests and the staff (now low-paid foreigners, which makes me feel more pity), while the franchisees are only lining their own pockets. Apparently the system still works quite well until the burgers are no longer visible, but they become increasingly expensive and inferior. In any case, the spirit is gone and has fallen victim to the pure capital of the shareholders. It's a shame what happened here. But luckily my junior wants to go there less and less as he grows up, thanks to good upbringing.

Food and service are mostly good. Every now and then you get a bit of ice cream or a strange looking burger but that's irrelevant compared to the other good points like ambience and the time in which the food is ready.

Unfortunately it was the last time, we ordered to take away and only realized when we got home that something was missing, it wasn't worth driving back. But there was nothing going on, which was a mistake in form Forgotten by Burger justifiably. At a On another visit we see that the employees themselves remove the Monopoly codes from the customers' packaging which is on the return shelf, which is a no go.

Google says I was there two weeks ago, maybe drove past in a wide berth. I would never enter a store like that!!

Very unfriendly staff, burgers were a mess. They looked like they could have been taken out of the trash. Fries weren't crispy, on the contrary, they were really mushy. It was a disaster...

I don't know how bad the employee's day must have been...

We were there at 11 p.m., got 2 cheeseburgers and 2 milkshakes and had to wait over 10 minutes even though there was nothing going on. The two girls behind the counter flirted around with other men and didn't do their jobs and won't be coming back!

Good day, When I wanted to have a tasty Bigmac last Monday, I was badly surprised.

A successful trip for us. My daughter was really looking forward to her happy meal. For her, nuggets with sweet and sour sauce are a must, and fries are eaten with the sauce. There are currently Playmobil surprise figures. My daughter then went to the counter and asked if she could exchange the animal because she already had it. I would give this service 10 stars, she really got it exchanged. It wasn't a given for us and she was really happy. Thanks again to this MC Donalds as it was very well organized. There was really a lot going on and everything still went at a pleasant pace. There was nothing to criticize.

Today it's time again to submit a review in the hope that someone responsible will read it. I just came from McDonalds in Zwickau. There I placed an order for 3 burgers via the McDonalds app at 12:03 a.m. and waited for it at the specified table. After 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked the waiter when he would bring the food. He told me that he couldn't understand me because of the language barrier and that I should go to the counter. Here, too, they didn't understand me well, but they told me that my order was being processed. At the same time, in the relatively full restaurant, some guests also asked about food and drinks that had not yet been brought or complained about incomplete deliveries. At 12:31 a.m. the food was brought to the table. After 28 minutes of ordering. Incredible. By the way, the uncleanliness at the table was also unbelievable. Leftover food, paper and old receipts everywhere. The only positive thing was that the order was put together properly, at least almost, because I would have expected 1-2 napkins on the tray. The food tasted bad. It didn't taste fresh. Other McDonald's restaurants could do better. As we walk, the next oddity occurs. The main entrance door was locked. So we had to leave the restaurant via the terrace. That is not how it works. You can't just close escape and rescue routes. Especially not when it's not even 1:00 a.m. and the restaurant is open until 4:00 a.m. according to the website and Google. So today was really more than disappointing and even the one star is actually too much. I hope that the criticism is taken into account and improvements are made.

Terrible!! First I had to wait 20 minutes for my food then it was the wrong burger then I had to wait another 15 minutes for the second burger then it was the wrong one! Then the operating instructions for my burger were missing because it looked like I had to assemble it myself on the spot There was absolute chaos there. Waited over 26 minutes for breakfast even though there were only 5 guests sitting in the restaurant, the food looked very bland. The last time McDonald’s in Zwickau!

Wrong opening times in the own app and in Google Maps. I have often stood in front of a closed door. The staff sits in the guest room and smokes. Delicious.

We wanted to grab something quick to eat at 3:05, but unfortunately it wasn't possible because there don't seem to be any correct opening times listed here. Maybe it should be changed, thanks in advance. :)

Been to Mc Drive four times today, each time totally unfriendly, then stuff is packed up that you didn't even order A little tip: get your employees under control and take part in a course on how to deal properly with customers. It can't be that you are treated completely unfriendly every time

Ordered 2 McRibs at the drive in via the app. The waiting time at the intercom felt like forever, then someone tried to take the order for the vehicle before us. Waiting time at the issuing counter took forever. Change also seems to be a problem. We didn't receive any receipts, but the McRibs were only lukewarm. There were no napkins in the bag, and there are no more fresh towels either. We patiently accept that the McRib probably no longer tastes good due to a change in the recipe. Are you serious? For the pharmacy prices you can expect a reasonably reasonable performance. TSE signature is also usually missing if you manage to get a tape. What's going on here? Tired of it? What kind of app is this, do you want to torture your customers?

The restaurant was already closed 20 minutes before opening time. The vehicles were backed up in the drive-in because it was not obvious that the employees had already finished work. Simply state the actual opening times, then you will save yourself unnecessary trips and go somewhere else.

On March 15th ordered via app. No collection possible at the branch because the system didn't work. Unfortunately, the statement that no money would be debited was wrong. Unless this fast-food restaurant is dirty, you won't understand the foreign staff. What you have to appreciate, however, is that you are always nice and hard-working. Otherwise, we rarely eat fresh and even more rarely eat well. Can only be eaten or visited by us in the greatest emergency.

You can order delicious food at the Mc Donalds in Zwickau and it tastes really good there too. You can also order drinks. They have really good service there. That's why they get full star points from me. 😊

Repeatedly poor or no service. Not a flagship for McDonald's! The last breakfast was soggy in the cardboard box - so it had been there for some time... hopefully just as expected. I almost had to look for the scrambled eggs. Yesterday there was no service at all at the cafe stand, even though the restaurant was empty. One star is already too many

The food is becoming more and more expensive and less, everything has deteriorated a lot, as well as service and cleanliness and foreign staff who don't understand you. The waiting time is forever and almost every time there is a lack of food. Mc Donalds, it used to be nice🤷‍♀️

I've eaten around 50 big tastys in my life, they were always warm and tasty, but today I had the first big tasty that had nothing to do with a big tasty other than the outside of the thing had been lying there for 20 minutes and the cheese was already sticking to the back on the edge

I just got 2 McRib's about 10 minutes ago and for the outrageous price 11.18€ and they were dry as hell. There's a lot of savings on the sauce that you can't eat anymore, the quality is just bad. I look at the McRib about 2 years ago, the thing was swimming in sauce and now there's nothing left. I'll never eat one again, I'd rather go to BürgerKing because at least the citizens taste good and have enough sauce on them.

The only thing I really like to eat is the Mac RIP but with almost no sauce as it is sold now it is no longer edible. Dry and poorly topped, almost no onions, just bad. It was the last time I went to Burger King, the burger was still juicy.

Normally I was always satisfied but that didn't work at all! As usual, I was there with friends and ordered from the machine, went to the checkout to pay as usual, the employee entered the wrong orders and once gave us the wrong one. When we complained they said it was our fault. Paid more than actually. Additionally, the food was still cold.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars because that's exactly what you deserve. The order does not resemble the picture in any way, something is always missing! Very well attended. A bit small when there is a lot going on. Otherwise the typical McDonald design. Then we were at Mc Drive, it was very quiet to hear, there was no one at the first counter, then we moved on. There are still many vehicles behind us. There was someone at the second counter and they served us right away. Until someone came from the first counter and said we should go back. No thanks, it was already full. If I order an MC rib without onions, then I want one without onions!!! Unfortunately there was way too much sauce on it, unfortunately my grandson can't eat it without getting everything all over it. We waited over 10 minutes between ordering and receiving the goods. There was nothing going on in the restaurant or on MC Drive. The atmosphere is getting old. The toilet area in particular leaves a lot to be desired. The doors are almost impossible for children to open.

Geht gar nicht man, erst geht die Maschine nicht und zieht mir meine Coupons ab und dann gehe ich nach Nachfrage an die Klasse, das wirdgeklärt und ich dachte alles wäre gut. Wurde ectra gesagt big Rösti Raclette und ich bekomme dann aber den Cranberry... Viel schlechter geht gar nicht.

Leider immer sehr lange Wartezeiten. Ansonsten Essen schmeckt so wie es soll, Ordentlich ist es in der Regel auch

Nettes Personal, gute Auswahl, gut gestaltet. Per App kann man auch vorbestellen und bezahlen was längere Wartezeiten meist verhindert.

Sehr laut, mein Filet-o-Fish war pappig und nur lauwarm.

Es ist immer wieder schade, dass das bestellte Essen nicht in der Tüte landet und immer ausgerechnet dann wenn man keinen Kassenzettel mitgenommen hat.

Ein normales gutes McDonald's. Hatte bis jetzt keinem vergessenen Burger oder ähnliches.

Ich war am 27.09 um 20:30 im Drive in, bestellt war ein mcRib und 2 Cheeseburger. Naja der mcRib war voll daneben im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, sah aus als ob der einfach in die Packung reingeschmissen wurde, die ganzen Beilagen lagen fast alle daneben und nicht drauf. Die Cheeseburger waren ok. Natürlich darf man auch nicht die charmante braunhaarige junge Bedienung an der Ausgabe vergessen, die anscheinend mal ein Grundkurs mit Kundenumgang gebrauchen könnte. Kein guten Tag, kein auf Wiedersehen und mein Essen kam auch mit gut Schwung fast alleine ins Auto.

Alles gut essen gut‼️ natürlich kein nobel Restaurant. Ein Stern Abzug, Sprite hat nach nichts geschmeckt, es ging Richtung stilles Wasser. Aber ansonsten alles gut.

Also wenn man das richtige essen bekommt kann man schon gut Speisen. Das Problem aktuell ist nur leider das 4von5 Bestellungen fehlerhaft sind... könnte vlt daran liegen das mittlerweile über die Hälfte des Personals Probleme damit hat Bestellungen zu lesen.. ich mein die kommen ja leider nicht auf arabisch rein. Immerwieder sind meine burger mit Zwiebel... ständig falsche Soßen auch beim Eis... das sowieso immer kleiner wird... sogar Muffins werden mit Donuts verwechselt aber hey sehen halt auch einfach gleich aus die Dinger. In dem Sinne geht lieber zum mcs in Wildenfels da ist der mcFlurry bis zum Rand gefüllt. Die Brötchen sind auch immer mies voller Fett.. keine ahnung was die damit machen.

Essen war kalt. was ich auch bodenlos finde das die Mitarbeiter die Stühle schon halb 10 zusammen räumen und sich keiner mehr raus setzten kann und zu den Leute die sich raus setzten wollen unhöflich sind

Gutes Restaurant für schnelles Essen

Früher war ich öfter mal dort, aber seit dem das neue System eingeführt wurde ist mir das bissel zu blöd. Man bekommt nun eine Nummer wie bei irgend welchen Ämtern, und wartet dann meist sehr lange auf seine Bestellung. Das ist meines erachtens nach echt nervig
