The staff is completely overwhelmed. The monitor notification isn't working. Half of the order was missing.

Well, I have to be honest, it took an incredibly long time to order, the food was just thrown together and the fries were way overcooked; they broke just by touching them. I've eaten better back then, honestly, I could just go to Burger King, but I go in with no expectations and come out with a full, good stomach!

I always wait 20 minutes for a meal here, so it has nothing to do with being fast

You often have to wait far too long for your food. I personally think it's a shame that it takes so long; Burger King is quicker.

After the redesign, the interior feels like one large train station concourse. Due to the lack of partitions, the noise level is very high, making it almost impossible to have a conversation. In nice weather, you can at least find some peace outside. Large exhaust fans have been installed at the McDrive, blowing warm air into your car while you wait. So, better close the windows!

The food was average, the crew was reasonably friendly. The place wasn't particularly clean. And charging extra for the toilets, especially the changing table, was a disgrace. This place isn't worth a second visit.

It was very nice here. The food was super delicious. We sat outside...the music was a bit too loud for me personally, but that's a matter of opinion 🙂

After the renovation, it's the worst McDonald's around. You can't hear your own voice anymore, and I don't mean the acoustics. You can sometimes wait forever for a simple takeout order, even when it's not very busy. There are no longer any waiting areas. When it's busy, you just get in each other's way with the staff. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. And when you get your order, it's better to check it right there. Either something is missing or there are incorrect orders. Inquiries about it are practically pointless because the staff are unfriendly, and it doesn't matter, since they hardly understand anything anyway. It was better before the renovation with better staff. I'd rather go to a decent restaurant. It costs a bit more depending on the restaurant, but you get better food, stay fuller for longer, and the staff treats you better. And you don't really wait any longer for your food there either.

I ordered food from the MC Drive-In yesterday. Then I received my order and realized when I got home that a burger was missing. This has happened a few times now. After paying, you have to remind the employee that you're getting a toy with your Happy Meal, a glass with your meal, or something as simple as a receipt. Nothing works automatically. In short, in my opinion, the staff are incompetent. It would be better to check your order at the MC Drive-In, but who wants to empty a large order all the time? You just expect the service you're paying for.

Very disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and seemed like they'd been reheated several times. The burgers weren't fresh either, just lukewarm. The behavior of the employee with the platinum blonde hair and the black-and-white striped long-sleeved T-shirt was particularly negative: The three of us had each ordered using the app on our own phones and thus automatically received three separate receipts. We were then accused of doing this intentionally to get multiple receipts and use them to redeem 50-cent vouchers through the feedback program. Afterwards, we were even loudly insulted at McDonald's. The other employees were actually fine – but such unfriendly and disrespectful behavior from this one person is truly unprofessional. Once and never again – we certainly won't be coming back. We can only advise against going here.

The only McEsher with fresh flowers on the table. Probably no one will notice, but it's clean as always, and the staff are really friendly. We'll be back. As previously reviewed. Dynamic greetings.

Chicken Samurai, bought for the first time today, people, for so much money, this unsightly pile of nutrients! McDonald's and the like should start to be ashamed! Every kebab looks better, and it fills you up! I've been sick of their food for a long time, but on long trips, it's definitely a change! Unfortunately, these "restaurants" don't learn! Finally realize, you bosses, some people have to work hard for hours for your unloving food!

New update: I don't know if this can be the goal, as it will be expensive for the store in the long run. You point out a defect in the new product, "chips" (totally sticky), and you get new ones. I was there with my friends, and they each ordered two apple turnovers and received pineapple turnovers instead. When they tried to exchange the apple turnover, they received another pineapple turnover, and they had to exchange it four times before the order was correct. There were also ants in the customer dining area, and you couldn't really enjoy your food.

New employees arrive every day, and everyone works in their own way. You can tell they're inexperienced, but we as guests expect more attention and more professional service. Five out of ten of my orders are always missing something. I would ask the owners of McDonald's to pay attention to their stores, how the employees work, and what kind of food they serve. The only thing this McDonald's has going for it is that people have nowhere else to eat but McDonald's. If they had competition, their visits would be halved. Absolutely disappointed! I wanted to try the McShaker Fries, and now I have unsalted fries and an empty bag. If I were from Zwickau, I would have returned them immediately, as my burger was also squashed together without much care. Besides, McDonald's has really taken a step backwards in terms of ambiance.

Very poor quality. The salad was more rotten than fresh. The chicken tasted like cardboard.

Things haven't gotten any better since the place was set on fire. The new furniture is impractical. There are no quiet zones anymore. The app doesn't work. Orders aren't arriving. Bonus points disappear into oblivion. Even the worst dive is more trustworthy. Close the place down; you'll save humanity a lot of suffering.

The toilets were terrible. They were so dirty and smeared. We waited forever for the food.

My burger was served to me in such a careless manner. I also had to exchange my order twice because the staff couldn't quite put three items together correctly. The staff were also very unmotivated and had only a mediocre command of the German language.

As a tourist, all I can say is, disaster!!! Both orders had to be returned because the "special requests" indicated at the terminal were not honored. When our food arrived, an employee immediately approached us very aggressively, asking us both to please IMMEDIATELY leave a positive review using the code on the bill. My companion agreed, and the employee promptly took over the review and gave 5 stars everywhere. This game went on for a good five minutes, during which we were completely prevented from eating. We couldn't even give our own opinion, as the employee just did it, without asking questions or anything like that. Afterwards, we were offered an ice cream or a small drink as a thank you, which, when we asked, seems to be completely normal, since, as the employee told us, management expects such feedback from about 80% of customers. Ultimately, all I can say is: The manner in which it was handled was very inappropriate, and even in retrospect, the anger about what happened hasn't gone away. It's a pity that this one McDonalds visit remains so memorable

We ordered two Hawaiian burgers to go ages ago. Both burgers were missing meat. Awful! You always have to check to make sure you've received everything, especially if you order a larger portion to go, as things tend to get forgotten!

Since the reopening, the wait times after ordering have been very long. They're stubbornly processing one order after another. That actually sounds fair. But if I only order an ice cream and have to wait about 10 minutes for it because a lot of orders have been placed before me, and then employees are standing there waiting (for whatever), I expect them to differentiate between large and small orders and be somewhat flexible. That wasn't an isolated incident; it was always like this.

We were there earlier and ordered two MC Flurry via terminal, paying at the cash register. We stood there for at least fifteen minutes and were not paid for, even though the older, very unfriendly blonde employee in a blue shirt noticed us. Five people who ordered after us using a card payment at the terminal were served, albeit very disrespectfully, and were all served one after the other. Only I stood there with my older daughter like two idiots and no one was approachable. We threw away our note and left. I would be pleased to hear your opinion on this. How is that possible? Or is payment in cash not permitted? The shortage of skilled workers is more than noticeable there. I come from the catering industry myself and have absolutely no understanding of this. Nobody seemed to feel responsible, orders were mixed up... This was our first and last time in this branch. No comparison to, for example, Meerane... Even one star is too much for this rude behavior, but unfortunately you can't rate without one.

Got fresh fries to take away, ate them straight away in the car. They weren't even crispy, they were soggy and flabby. Disgraceful

I've been going to this McDonald's for years, and almost every time I order something, it arrives wrong or something's missing. I can't believe it. And now that it's summer, the air conditioning isn't working or isn't even scheduled, and it's very hot inside.

Every chicken burger is in pieces in its packaging, and for the last three orders, the nuggets or sauce have been missing every time. Overall, it was okay. But the staff were very confused. I ordered a glass menu. According to the app, it was sold out, but that's understandable. So I asked the nice gentleman at the counter if they had any more glasses. His answer was: "No, none at all." As I was about to leave after my meal, I saw two trays with two glasses each. I thought they were new stock, so I asked again, this time to a young lady, if they had any more. The answer was exactly the same...

McDonalds...there's not much you can say.

Yesterday I was at McDonald's in Zwickau (Oskar-Arnold Str) and to be honest I was pretty disappointed. I had a 20 nugget menu - the nuggets were completely dry and didn't even seem to be cooked properly. There was also an iced coffee with a caramel flavor that consisted almost entirely of ice cubes. Taste? None. When I pointed out to one of the employees that the receipt roll at the ordering terminal was empty, I only heard an indifferent "I don't care" from an unfriendly, rather fuller employee - and he just kept walking. No service, no interest. Unfortunately for me, this McDonald's is the epitome of a juice shop. It's a shame, I was hoping for a quick and uncomplicated snack - instead there was pure frustration.

Unfortunately, there are always incorrect and incomplete orders. Today, after the drive-in, unfortunately it was only at home that I realized that a complete menu was missing. Very annoying since you paid for it - I'm still hoping for a positive response from customer service. Most things were still sold out - well, you can't change that. I'll avoid this branch in the future and prefer to go to Meerane or something similar.

It used to be a great store, but today it's by far the worst store in the area. I can't remember when the entire menu was last in stock, not to mention the collectible glasses. The employees don't necessarily seem to know what they're doing either. From incomplete orders, to food that looks like it was packaged by a three-year-old child, to complete ignorance of the German language, everything is there. With complaints that now arise with every order, you almost have to go to the kitchen yourself to get what you ordered. Then let's move on to the new great renovation... It looks modern and attractive at first, but it has nothing to do with a practical structure inside. Once you have ordered you have 3 options: - standing back to back with people who are eating, - stick to the counter or garbage stations - or stand in the way of everyone else in the middle of the aisle... In addition, the order numbers on the monitor simply disappear after a while and when the food is ready, no employee says that order "xy" is ready for pickup. Do yourself a favor and go to Meerane or Wildenfels if you want to stay loyal to McDonalds and keep your nerve.

Setup, waiting time and also the article itself is bad... sometimes something is missing, sometimes something is wrong. Add-ons like the Coca Cola glasses are simply no longer available. No, I can't recommend it. Maybe you should hire staff who can read the orders, be it extra cheese slices or orders without onions, the order never fits, and to make matters worse, CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM is confused with VANILLA ICE CREAM! The whole thing happened several times; when I approached them, the exchange was refused and I was sent away. I will definitely NEVER set foot in here again! The only positive? We waited almost 3/4 hour for our food. Although we pointed out in the meantime that we didn't have our food yet. In the meantime we noticed that our food was brought to other guests and they ate it without saying anything (with the words, we noticed but ate it anyway...) As a thank you, they received their correct order. We asked again...Although the mistake was noticed, there was no compensation of any kind as an apology, NO the people who had our food got it. In my opinion, completely overwhelmed and an apology in the wrong place.

Went there twice this week to get ice cream. The staff didn't get the order right both times and always did something wrong. Wanted the chocolate ice cream and got the regular one. Maybe you should really hire people who understand what you're ordering.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and unfortunately the errors in our orders increased. Last time the nuggets we ordered were missing, and this time an ingredient we ordered was still put on our burger. It's best to replace the entire staff with monkeys. The monkeys would do better than the current, actually incompetent staff. I don't like using the word, but incompetent really applies here. The shop was closed for a long time, there was hope that things would get better: none. It was my last visit to this McDonald's and all of the franchisee's others.

So breakfast was delicious at McDonalds. But especially in a newly opened store you assume that everything will work. Nothing worked. Ordered dark chocolate drink with extra whipped cream. What was delivered. Of course without whipped cream. The complaint only casually mentioned “also cream on the side”. Second drink Latte Macchiato with an extra two sugars. What was delivered. Of course without extra sugar. Two sauces were provided with the panacakes. As ordered, BUT who makes the sauce in such large cups. How are you supposed to get there?

The last cough. You have to wait for every coffee or ice cream because something isn't working. (Technical problems) Home delivery not possible even though we only live 4 km away.

But certainly a very good service, friendly and small errors are corrected immediately

So when it comes to a Happy Meal, you should be able to distinguish between Fanta and Cola, money and brown. I'm not asking much of your underpaid employees, but trying to force a child to drink a Coke isn't all that great. :)

Guys, please train your employees properly.. we had 3 mistakes in our order... first they want to give us cake with a complete corner broken out, then you forget a sprite and the top hammer, we order the new vegetarian wrap and then at home you notice the chicken that's wrapped in it.. What the fuck is that....

Great, newly remodeled and you find yourself in front of a locked door because of incorrect opening times! Maybe a general communication problem because of the hardly any German-speaking staff...even on the MC Drive it's a complete disgrace every time because you either stand there forever because nothing is understood or you get the wrong things

If you can't deliver, then don't offer the delivery service! Tried to order several times, either the service is not offered for that time, or it is canceled in the middle of the ordering process and the service is not offered...

Food is OK. However, things that are ordered very often are forgotten, especially in the drive-thru... If things are no longer available, they should either be made aware of it or may no longer be offered.

The first time I didn't think anything of it and thought, you didn't tolerate something so well. But now we ate there again on Sunday and since then I've been struggling with my stomach and intestines again! And I only had a wrap, milkshake and Mc Flurry.

Paid for a toy and wasn't in the happy times and not just one no in two there wasn't a toy my kids are pissed I also paid and didn't get anything highly recommended

Ladies and Gentlemen We are almost regular customers in your branch but the service at the checkout is almost disrespectful and anti-social in my opinion and some people have no respect at all and today I was standing at the checkout to order something. From 1:00 p.m. to 1:07 p.m. I asked if the lady (Elena) could take our order. We faced 3 different customers. She answered coldly, "I don't have time," even though other employees were free at Dressen. Thank you for your understanding but such A... I think social behavior doesn't need a business. The food tastes really delicious but I ordered an MC Smart menu and what do they bring me? They bring me a Coke and a Fant and two MC Sundays. The staff can barely speak German and that's why I'll never go there again.

On April 4th, 2024 around 10:00 p.m. we were at McDonalds Zwickau again after a long time and today there was a super friendly and really competent male waiter at the drive counter. Unfortunately, the vegetarian offering was very limited, but I think this service deserves high praise!

Unfortunately we discovered again that something was missing. This time it was 'just' the sauces that were ordered with it. Still, it's very annoying, after all, you're paying for it! On the last visit, two double cheeseburgers were missing, which of course isn't possible.

Since it was new it has looked so bare and desolate. You can wait forever for your food, half of the employees don't understand you and the only thing that has deteriorated is the juice shop and once it's there the help is wrong. I'd rather go to the McDonald's in Meerane next time

Just McDonald's. Clean and friendly run

McDonald’s impresses me every time! The food is always fresh and delicious, ordering is quick, and the service is reliable. I come here up to three times a day – simply because it tastes good. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but the quality and experience are worth it. Absolute recommendation!

Also with us, ordered 2x MC Drive for the third time since opening today and today directly at the terminal. I would say that if a burger was forgotten, I can still ignore it (but actually not) but today I find it a disgrace to forget a 20-piece nugget for €10.98. (I made a large order and only found out when I got home, but the sauces were there). The next thing is that the staff usually seems helpless or overwhelmed. (There are 8 orders and suddenly there are no more but no one has eaten). Numbers were then determined by calling. For the next order we will think about ordering there again and then going to the company canteen instead.

If we go to Mac Donalds again we will probably go to Wildenfels. The Zwickau branch will no longer be open after it reopens. Constantly changing, unmotivated, unfriendly staff. Something is missing from every order. The crowning glory was that after the last visit the entire family had gastrointestinal problems.

The McDonald's is simply embarrassing for such a relatively large city like Zwickau! Too little space and no logistics when preparing the orders. There is no system between pickup and table service and it is constantly messed up. You wait for ice cream until it melts. There are always the same toys in the Happy Meal and there are no Curley fries. Some orders are simply forgotten or parts of them are left lying around on the counter somewhere. We were very disappointed after two visits!

Absolutely unfriendly for families, no more play options for children... not even a small play cube or anything like that... if children want to go to the toilet alone, that's an absurdity, because the toilet flushes itself, that's very scary... Staff totally demotivated, I ordered at the machine and actually had to wait 15 minutes until I could pay at the cash register... Instead of iced coffee there was this disgusting milkshake, I wasn't a fan of this fast food chain before, but now no one will definitely see me there anymore... This store is not possible

I have ordered from this restaurant three times now since it reopened and twice the order was incomplete. Since my orders are always a little larger, it's not immediately noticeable if something is missing. Once a hamburger was missing and yesterday there were only 19 chicken nuggets in the box instead of 20. Can't count the employees or what's going on? In any case, 2 errors in 3 orders is not possible for me.

Catastrophe on Sunday evening. Completely unchallenged employees, every to-go order was missing at least one thing And it went haywire. When people asked, they just said it took a while.
