I had a fantastic experience at Burger King in Langen! The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. My order was freshly prepared, and the food tasted amazing – especially the Whopper, which was grilled to perfection and topped exactly how I like it. Even during peak hours, the service was fast, and everything arrived hot and neatly packaged. You can tell this location prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! Highly recommended!

We visited your restaurant for the first time yesterday, ☺️ the food was absolutely delicious 👍👍👍👍👍, the salad was super fresh, the fries were crispy and hot 😋 the burger was amazing 😋😋😋 and we even had some ice cream for dessert 😋 We were thrilled 👍 and will be back soon. We usually go to McDonald's, but they can't even compare to yours!!!!!

My visit to this Burger King was an absolute disaster. The burgers were extremely bad, but one of them was truly disgusting: it was covered in lint and dirt, and a piece of the bun was missing, as if it had been ripped off or gnawed on, even though I hadn't even opened the packaging. This simply shouldn't happen in a food establishment. It seems to me that this burger ended up somewhere it definitely shouldn't have been before it was packed for me. Whether it fell on the floor or was simply handled carelessly, the impression of massive negligence or hygiene problems is unmistakable. I've rarely been so disgusted. Even one star feels too generous, but unfortunately, I can't give it less. I will certainly never go to this branch again.

We went to Burger King today, everything was freshly prepared and piping hot, just as it should be. The onion rings took a little longer and were brought fresh to our table. Great service and really delicious food.

I stopped at Burger King for the first time in ages, and it will be a long time before I (only in an emergency) go back to this franchise. The burger tasted stale, soggy, and greasy, with finger-thick slices of onion. The service was unmotivated and listless when preparing and serving the food. The atmosphere was... well... thankfully there was a drive-thru, because at that late hour, I would have thought twice about getting out of the car in that environment. The soft drink was the best part...

The most disgusting Burger King I've ever been to. We had 1:50 on a Saturday but the place was empty! 5 employees for 6 guests. Nevertheless, everything was sticky and dirty: the counter, tables, floor. But above all: the drinks machines!!! The touchscreen was disgusting, it looked like it had been messed up. Also overflowing with spilled drinks. And out came a cola that was no longer carbonated and warm. The fries had no salt at all and the king nuggets tasted like nothing. The mayo was sour (was it already bad, too warm?!). We threw away mayonnaise, fries and cola. Unfortunately we were already home by then. Then it's better to drive a few meters further if you still feel hungry on Saturday evening. Update 2024: was there with my daughter. Oh man. Had I forgotten it? Ordered burger with extra ingredient and still cold. Nuggets would have had to come out of the deep fryer half an hour earlier and were still cold. Even with the curly fries, they somehow managed to make them tasteless. And yes... These were cold too. I felt sorry for my daughter - whenever we eat fast food, she wanted to go to McDoof. And then even the toys were just plastic waste; but the owner can't do anything about it (by the way, it was cold too. But I think in this case it has to be that way. After all...)

I don't even know where to begin. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The employees I've met were unfriendly. The greetings and the farewells, if they even say goodbye, are so demotivating. What can the customers do if some of them are in a bad mood? The parking lot: It's very unkempt, there's trash everywhere and overgrowth in the parking spaces, terrible. That stuff soon grows from the parking lot to the storage area, from there to the kitchen, and there you have it, your new veggie kraut burger. You never have to wait in line at the drive-thru, sometimes you wonder why. Sometimes you're alone in front of the loudspeaker and wait two minutes until someone finally says hello. Be careful when leaving the drive-thru, the bricks are loose. The food tastes good, but it has nothing to do with the branch. It's just the recipe that's the same everywhere.

I've been to Burger King again after years, and it's gotten significantly worse. Soon they'll be able to just put salami slices on the burgers; the meat is so thin, it also has more flavor. The Coke also tastes more like water. I'm really disappointed.

I got a quick bite from the Mac Drive, but there was no greeting at the counter, and they didn't even make eye contact. The main thing was to have a conversation with the employee, and in the background, someone was picking their nose. That made me want more. Then, without any comment, they just shoved the food in my face, like, "There you go, you can go." I had to ask for the receipt and was dismissed with ignorance. Never again.

The BK has been around for a while now, and it used to be much better. These days, you're lucky if at least half of your order is correctly placed on the tray or bag at the drive-thru. It's just so annoying. I don't even feel like arguing anymore – after repeating what you want several times before, because that becomes a bit of a challenge every time. The burgers are usually slapped together carelessly (or do they sit there for longer?!), and the vending machine where you could get more drinks is also gone. All in all, there's a lot of room for improvement!

Having visited this establishment several times, I can say that the quality varies greatly. A personal low point was the plant-based Honey Long Chicken; it started off weak and then declined significantly. I've eaten at least 50 Long Chickens in my life. But this Long Chicken had nothing to do with a Long Chicken. The cheese had already melted onto the packaging, meaning it had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes.

Dirty. Employees can't count to 4. Profit goes up, order quantity goes down. Not recommended. 4 turns into 3.

It's a typical fast food chain. The food meets your expectations and is priced accordingly, but of course, it can't be compared to a good burger.

I didn't feel at all comfortable or welcome at the checkout during my visit to this Burger King. The employees were speaking Arabic loudly and clearly to each other, causing other customers to turn around and look to see who was speaking so loudly. The store's design seems a bit dated and a bit dark. When the vending machine was there, we sometimes visited the store several times a week. But since April 2025, the vending machine has been gone, and we've stopped visiting. Instead, we visit another branch in the area that fortunately still has the vending machine.

The Burgers are juicy with cheese, filled with fresh veggies 🥗 and crunchy chicken and mozzarella fillings. One of the best burgers I have had. Their burgers are super large and have used fresh vegetables for the fillings as well as the chicken burger crust and the mozzarella cheese crust is done really well. The staff and really nice and quick in serving the meals also friendly. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

A good cafe with very tasty burgers, we really liked it here. Friendly staff, polite and welcoming, the order was brought quite quickly. The worst BK visit of my life!!!! The guy was so annoyed that I even dared to ask how much chili cheese nuggets cost! No more recommendation! This used to be our favorite branch. The drinks machines for refilling and mixing yourself have now been dismantled (and according to the employees they won't be coming back), every order is missing something or is packed incorrectly. Ordering without a terminal is hardly possible because the ordering staff do not have sufficient knowledge of German. The ordering terminal is also partially inoperable, as, for example, a portion of churros cannot be ordered without an “extra”. We'd rather drive 15 minutes longer to Groß-Gerau.

Here you quickly realize why you go to McDonalds instead of Burger King because in my opinion Burger King doesn't do anything PERMANENTLY right apart from the fries. The staff is terribly unprofessional and rude. This is by far the biggest problem. The reason is not only that we generally have too few staff in Germany, because it has never been different at Burger King in the last 20 years and also that the employees often cannot speak German, because a hello or a thank you or even a please can be expected in any case. You just notice that on average the staff at Burger King is not trained or is very poorly trained and mistakes are not corrected. If one of my employees greeted customers on the speakerphone in such a disrespectful manner, I would fire them immediately. Apart from that, certain machines often don't work to sell products like soft ice cream 🍦 or milkshakes, so I won't go to Burger King in the future if I have a craving for one, because the probability is too high that it won't be available, as it is again here in Langen today. This is really the first Burger King where the employees are too lazy to provide normal service. These ordering machines do most of the work for them - but when the food isn't brought despite "table service" and you hear "We don't have table service". Then that's really pathetic.
