I would prefer to give 0 stars! Unfriendly employees, I've never seen anything like that! There is no trace of goodwill when something is forgotten every time. Burgers are often very mangy & inedible! The one with the long hair on Burger King Drive….never seen anything so unfriendly!!!!

It's ok, you can do it if necessary. Employees very unmotivated and you should always check your order. Some soft drink bars are also non-carbonated

We were passing through Langen last night. I have to say, the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly and tried hard to get our order out to our satisfaction. The burger was hot and the fries were freshly made. That's how we like it best! I would definitely recommend this branch 👍

Juice shop prefers to go to MC 1 location. Machines don't work properly, staff are rude and unfortunately have little interest in the customer. Actually 0/5 stars.

Catastrophic. Incorrect mixing ratio (drive in) for drinks. Ordered Cola Zero, got water with a little taste. When I pointed this out, I was told that it was Cola Zero and not Cola. I didn't even know it tasted so watery. At least there was a replacement from the drinks machine...hand warm...mixing ratio a little better...but then it was diluted again with ice. Statement from the employee that it's normal because the guests always take ice cream at the vending machine...NO...that's a lie. In other branches the drinks from the vending machine are cold. Just not in Langen. Unless someone consciously changed the mixing ratios of the system to get more drinks out of the syrup.

Waited an unbeaten 30 minutes for my food, burgers were cold, fries lukewarm, no ice cubes came out of either drinks machine and the cola came out lukewarm. Absolutely not recommended

Several times now we haven't received a complete order at the drive through. The food is already too expensive and then a burger and fries are missing. That's really outrageous. If that had happened once, it wouldn't be an issue, but I'm starting to feel like that's the rule. I won't go there anymore. A pity.

The last time the food was only lukewarm and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. There was no Diet Coke available at either machine, as were other light drinks. Staff was loud and somewhat disorganized. It's ok outside, but nothing special. I will leave my money somewhere else in the future. So it's better to add 5 euros and eat decent food.

Hello, The food was okay and fresh. Unfortunately, the self-service drinks machines didn't convince me this time. If it's summer (and always), drinks should be cold to very cold. My cola was 'almost' lukewarm even though I had thrown in ice cubes. Therefore only 3 stars.

Lately I've been a little disappointed that I can't see the order I placed on the display at the drive-thru and I don't get a receipt because I can never understand what the employees are typing in or what they may have forgotten. Burger King - is a fast food restaurant. The buns are flaky, some of the tables are very dirty and I don't want to say anything more about the toilet - disgusting! The positives are parking, drive-in and long opening times when it gets late.

The most disgusting Burger King I've ever been to. We had 1:50 on a Saturday but the place was empty! 5 employees for 6 guests. Nevertheless, everything was sticky and dirty: the counter, tables, floor. But above all: the drinks machines!!! The touchscreen was disgusting, it looked like it had been messed up. Also overflowing with spilled drinks. And out came a cola that was no longer carbonated and warm. The fries had no salt at all and the king nuggets tasted like nothing. The mayo was sour (was it already bad, too warm?!). We threw away mayonnaise, fries and cola. Unfortunately we were already home by then. Then it's better to drive a few meters further if you still feel hungry on Saturday evening. Update 2024: was there with my daughter. Oh man. Had I forgotten it? Ordered burger with extra ingredient and still cold. Nuggets would have had to come out of the deep fryer half an hour earlier and were still cold. Even with the curly fries, they somehow managed to make them tasteless. And yes... These were cold too. I felt sorry for my daughter - whenever we eat fast food, she wanted to go to McDoof. And then even the toys were just plastic waste; but the owner can't do anything about it (by the way, it was cold too. But I think in this case it has to be that way. After all...)

Burgers were fresh and the employees were friendly. Unfortunately, the drinks machines were empty of standard drinks such as Cola and Fanta. The dining room could have used some attention, as at first glance there were a lot of leftover food on the tables and on the floor.

Cruel employees. You stand in front of the checkout for 5 minutes and the employees inside say that the checkout guy is coming - he's just outside talking to his friends... When I ordered, the orange sign (plastic bottle) was dropped and the lady with the child still tried to sell it. The lady hadn't seen it, I told the guy to change the bottle... We ordered coffee and tea, they said there was no tea and paid for two portions of coffee, then they brought tea and refused to give change, terrible attitude towards customers, two men, this is terrible, I will never come here again

During our visit today we ordered and paid for Meherweg cups. The listless employee gave us disposables anyway. After I pointed this out, she obviously exchanged them without any practice. When we returned, we dutifully stood where there were 2 signs indicating that the return was there. 10 minutes later and after 3 hints - we were completely ignored - we were also insulted that we were standing in the wrong place and that we weren't the only guests. Which in fact we almost were. Finally the boss (?) was called because no one knew how to take the cups back. Man, people, it is urgently time for such little things to become part of everyday life! What poor service!

Ordered: 1x BigKing menu 1x BaconKing menu 1x PlantBasedLongChicken - The BigKing was also marked on the wrapping paper - but there was a Double Cheeseburger inside! - The fries were consistently limp and lukewarm - French fries sauce was missing Unfortunately, this isn't the first (or even the second) time that we've been tricked like this here. The Payback card has not been accepted at the ATMs since the beginning - simply not getting 128 points. The hygiene in the restaurant is mediocre and at the drinks machine it is underground. Everything sticks and is wet. For me, this definitely has a system - easy money for the operator. We ate here today and ordered a burger, the beef was pink (medium). When we complained, the cheeky answer was that it wasn't his fault. After a long discussion, the burger was thrown into the bin with force and people complained loudly. A new burger was made which was okay. Conclusion: only foreigners who speak German poorly and are very unfriendly to their customers will never come back to this shop.

Essen aufgewärmt, nicht frisch gemacht. Pfui. Zwiebel Ringe matschig und kalt. Für das Geld so ein Essen geht gar nicht.

Ich und meine Kollegen haben jetzt eine Woche lang, täglich, Mittags und Abends hier essen müssen weil nach getaner Arbeit nichts anderes mehr auf hatte. Die Getränke-Automaten und Bestell-Screens funktionieren nur sehr sporadisch bis garnicht. Das Personal ist teils sehr unfreundlich und verpeilt. Sprachbariere ist eigentlich kein Problem für uns aber die Bestellung richtig lesen und ausführen wäre mal gut. Das hat bei KEINER Bestellung 100%ig funktioniert! Die müssten nur ablesen.... Die Hygiene wird EXTREM vernachlässigt. Getränkeautomaten ähneln der Toilette. Die Decke überm Tresen ist kaputt! Putz-Listen der Toiletten werden nicht richtig geführt und sind garantiert gelogen. Auf den Männertoiletten, über Kopf, kleben seit Tagen Aufkleber auf einer öligen Wand mit Wochen alten Flusen. Das Gesundheitsamt hätte hier richtig Spaß. Ich komme viel rum aber sowas hab ich bei BurgerKing noch nie erlebt! Ich würde mir mal wünschen das ein Vertreter vom BK-Franchise-Geber vorbei kommt und sich das mal selber anschaut. Das ist echt einmalig, unter aller Sau hier!

Pommes kalt und alt, Getränkeautomat kaputt (warme Getränke, fast keine Kohlensäure), Burger tells kalt, teils ok. Und dafür über 10€ pro Kopf, puh. Nächstes Mal lieber ein anderer Burger King.

Update Nov'22: Mitarbeiter freundlich aber etwas unorganisiert und chaotisch. War gegen 17Uhr vor der Rushhour da und eine Großbestellung vor mir hat alle Beteiligten komplett überfordert. Dafür, dass so viel vor mir über die Theke ging, war mein BigKing unfassbar kalt!!! Als hätte er noch irgemdwo gelegen und wäre schnell dazugepackt worden. Ich werde das Thema BurgerKing in Langen nun entgültig lassen. Sie werden den Laden nie richtig ins Laufen bringen. Dafür ist mir mein Geld in diesen Zeit zu schade. Dann doch lieber den McDonalds bei mir daheim. Ist zwar nicht ganz so lecker, aber warm und der Service funktioniert! Update Feb'23 Habe mich doch noch einmal überreden lassen dorthin zu fahren. Fazit: Coupon aus der App ging nicht zu aktivieren, Double Chili Cheese Burger schmeckte, als wären die Chilis eine Woche am feuchten Boden gelegen. Das Brötchen eisekalt und das Fleisch lau, als wäre es zum Auftauen des Brötchens verwendet worden. Der BigKing ein trauriges Abbild seiner selbst. Ich weiß nicht genau was anders war. Geschmacklich kam mir der King fremd vor! Ich schätze, dass die Hälfte der Soße gefehlt hat. Dass hier BurgerKing nicht mal eine Qualitätskontrolle macht?!?! Ich bin nach wie vor Fan von BurgerKing. Aber die Langener Filiale schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus, qualitativ. Unfassbar schlecht!! Und ich wunderte mich noch, dass zur besten Mittagszeit so schön wenig los war. 🤦 Wann gibt es eine neue Leitung???

Hat alles sehr lange gedauert. Dabei hatten wir nur ein Getränk und 2 Eis. Die Toiletten waren leider nicht sauber.

Burger kaum lauwarm, die Kasse verrechnet höhere Preise als auf den Monitoren angezeigt, und man muss sich richtig mit dem Manager streiten, um sein Geld zurückzubekommen. Enttäuschend.

Ich glaube generell, die klassischen Fast Food Restaurants sind nicht mehr UptoDate.....Da gibts mittlerweile Modernere und Gesündere Alternativen...

Essen war warm der Service nett u es ging super schnell. Kostenloser refill gibts auch nicht mehr so oft. Ein Stern Abzug weil die Sanitäranlagen überholt werden müssen. Der Toilettendeckel bei den Frauen war locker der Wasserhahn ebenfalls der Händetrockner genau neben dem Waschbecken u etwas quer angebracht. Sonst super

Ich habe am Vormittag besucht. Der Innenbereich war ziemlich sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Ich hoffe es bleibt so!

Am Samstag hier einen Chilli Cheese und Chickenburger mit Pommes gegessen. DiePommes schmeckte irgendwie nach altem Fett. Leider habe ich mir scheinbar damit den Magen verdorben. Ich lag den Rest des Wochenendes mit Magenkrämpfen und Erbrechen im Bett.

der Burger King in langen war ich sehr enttäuscht Parkplatz nicht sauber Unkraut rundherum Toilette war sehr dreckig und hat gestunken Personal hat mich fast 4 Minuten stehen lassen und es war kein Hochbetrieb die schnellste sind auch nicht ich habe meinen Tisch selber abgeputzt mit Desinfektionsmittel dann habe ich mich so gesetzt dass es sie beobachten konnte viel privatsprecher viel Handyspiele der Niederlassungsleiter ist nicht viel besser weiter empfehle kann ich sowas nicht

Undurchsichtig welches Menü oder Burger zu welchem Preis Was ist im Angebot, in welcher Kombination ist nicht ersichtlich. Essen ist für Fast Food Kette entsprechend.

Wie schafft Ihr es eigentlich, dass bei jeder Bestellung EIN Artikel fehlt?! Wir hatten heute vier Menüs zum Mitnehmen, und die King Nuggets haben gefehlt. Müssen wir beim nächsten Mal wirklich alles noch einmal auspacken und kontrollieren? Hoffentlich habt Ihr dann genug Platz auf der Verkaufstheke!

I tend to agree with some people here ... here you can get food for survive and do not expect customer care ... staff feels always like in tension ... on positive side ... there are some sofas for eating like starrbucks style ...
