i ordered yesterday from mr snack food and the guy was unfriendly and the 2nd thing is he called me 5 times without pushing bell of my house , and the food was litterly not warm , here is more tasty and good services restaurant near my home ,

They brought the wrong order and didn't even correct it afterwards. It's a shame we paid 11-12 euros for a burger that had 4 chicken strips in it.

I ordered from Mr. Snackfood for home delivery and was really impressed. The food arrived hot and fresh, tasted amazing, and the delivery was quick. Perfect spot for tasty takeaway or delivery in Langen. Highly recommend :)

Of course it can always be better but you have to be realistic and look at the price/performance ratio and the service.. so price/performance ratio is top, hence 5 stars and the most important thing is that the ingredients are fresh and the food definitely doesn't arrive too late and it's warm, there is also a large selection of pizzas, burgers, wraps, pasta and other diverse choices.. for a small town like Langen definitely 5 stars.. hope it stays as good and fair as always 😎

I liked the food but the atmosphere is wery negative there ,they should really really do something with the place ,the light was really dim and I can’t explain it but it had kinda of negative energy but ,I wish them good business anyway :)

Delivered quickly but the pizzas were not that good

After waiting for hours in the hospital, we decided to order food from Mister Snack food. We ordered the food to go and didn't order on site so I can't get the ambience. The food was great, the staff was friendly and we were given dessert as a small gift. Highly recommended.

I think it's a real shame because the pizza itself was really tasty, but... 40€ for 2 pizzas with a cheese crust, whereby the cheese crust costs 5€ extra and makes up almost 50% of the pizza, 2 pieces of my pizza were simply not topped and, counting, 8 pieces of broccoli were lost on the entire pizza.

Price-performance is great and the owner is super friendly!

Before the change of ownership everything was always great! The food was super good, the driver was super nice and accommodating, and so on. Now the quality of the food has become much worse. The comments on the orders are simply ignored. The drivers don't speak German, which makes it impossible to communicate when questions arise. There is no change either, so it cannot be changed properly or at all. Receipts are never handed out but put directly in your pocket. The new version of the app is terrible. You get kicked out of the app every few seconds and the order now takes 3 times as long as before. All in all, Mr. Snackfood started very well and then slowed down incredibly sharply. Karim comes back.

For me, without exception, the tastiest pizza. The floor and covering are simply perfect. I'm always happy and I've never been disappointed!!

Delivery takes ages. It’s the second time I’ve ordered food. And I pre-ordered the food for a certain time. They still don’t manage to deliver at the exact time. And it’s the second time in the row where I’ve been waiting 40 minutes after the pre-order time for my food. I’m sorry but that deserves zero stars in delivery.

We really enjoyed ordering here as the pizzas were always very tasty. Now there has been a change of ownership and the pizzas are terrible. Rock hard, analogue cheese and gratinated. It's like a Tk pizza. It's a shame that Karim is gone.

Lieferando says delivery, if you want to order you can only pick it up. It is also not possible to order via the website because the minimum order value of 23 euros was apparently not reached, even though it is over 29 euros. Very unprofessional, then we won't order.

When ordering, a delivery time of 35-55 minutes was stated. After 70 minutes I called and asked. I was told that the driver was on the way and it would take a maximum of 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the food was finally there. Then you can actually save yourself a statement if you don't know how long it really takes anyway. It wasn't a huge order either. The food was ok. The onion rings were crispy again after 5-10 minutes in the oven. But all in all we were not satisfied.

Today I ordered Jägerschnitzel for my wife and I and two pizza rolls. After the first forkful we didn't want to eat any more; it felt like we were swimming in salt. There was so much salt in it that you couldn't eat it at all. The pizza rolls just like that! I could have bought something somewhere else for that money.

The first picture shows a €4 “pizza roll”. (raw inside, burnt outside) The next picture shows my evening bowel movement, which the store then sold as schnitzel. I would give 0 stars. The pizza was actually quite okay (3 stars), but the rest was basically trash can-worthy.

Super leckeres Essen und extrem schnelle Lieferung

Wir haben schon öfter über Lieferando bei Mr. Snackfood bestellt. Eigentlich war das Essen auch immer lecker und die Portion in Ordnung. Gestern jedoch fanden wir es preislich schon dreist. 5 kleine Zwiebelringe für fünf Euro, die leider auch noch ziemlich verbrannt waren? Das find ich absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Ziemlich schade..

Der Geschäftsführer dieses Restaurants nimmt jede Anmerkung sehr ernst. Auch wenn mal etwas nicht 100%ig ist, wurde direkt darauf eingegangen und eine Einigung getroffen. Solche Restaurants sollten unterstützt werden & diesen eine Chance gegeben werden. Werde ich ab heute meistens bei die bestellen!

Das beste Salat was ich in mein Leben gegessen habe. Meine Freundin hat auch eine Pizza Salami bestellt und das war auch sehr sehr lecker, ich würde es so empfehlen

Pizza mit Knoblauchwurst und Peperoni bestellt dazu noch eine Pommes. Das Essen war Zungenorgasmus. Preis Leistung Top in Langen. Gerne werde ich wieder hier bestellen.

Mit Abstand der beste Laden seit langem, wo ich Essen durfte! Top Qualität Essen, nettes Personal und Preise einfach nur ein Traum. Für den Preis den man zahlen tut, macht man nix falsch! Einer der leckersten Pizzen durfte ich danke euch Essen. Ich wünsche mir eig. sur, dass Sie mehr ins Sortiment aufnehmen, denn wer so leckeres Herzaubern kann, der sollte weit aus mehr machen! Also ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, alle meine Kollegen und Freunde, Bestellen bei euch, denn wer so kundenorientiert ist, der verdient sogar mehr!

Erstes Mal bestellt - wohlmöglich das letzte mal. 3 Burger, einmal die „Aktion 6“ und Pommes (verschieden) bestellt. Die Burger sahen sehr appetitlich aus und die Süsskartoffel-/Pommes ebenfalls. Leider habe ich das Aktion 6 Menü bestellt und musste lachen, als ich sah, was ich bestellt habe. Drei traurige Hähnchengerichte, welche ich ungelogen für 5,99€ (höchstens) vom Aldi hätte mehr und besser machen können. Ich habe bekommen 3 Chicken Nuggets, welche labbrig und kalt waren und geschmeckt haben als wären diese aus McDonald‘s Restbestand, 3 Hähnchenkeulen in der Größe meines kleinen Fingers und 3 Buffalo Wings die geschmeckt haben als wären es riesige Mozzarella. Der Lieferant hat sich für die 5 Minuten Verspätung entschuldigt, was ich ihm im Leben nicht böse nahm. Aber mein Essen war leider sehr sehr enttäuschend, dafür gibt es von mir 2 Sterne. Der Rest sah sehr gut aus und ich war neidisch auf meine Familie. Schade.

Die leckerste „American Pizza“ im Raum Langen gibt es hier! Gute Portionen und faire Preise. Insbesondere die Pizza mit Käserand ist sehr lecker.

Würde sogar 6 Sterne geben wenn es möglich wäre.

Portionen sind immer in Ordnung gewesen, groß genug, lecker und heiß, kein Schnickschnack. Hat leider erneut deutlich im Preis angezogen, dadurch nicht mehr so attraktiv für mich, zuvor konkurrenzlos. Bestellsystem auch sehr undurchsichtig geworden (mehrere Homepages, App, Lieferando). Mein kleiner Burger, der nichts besonderes war, kostet jetzt 5,20€ statt 4,20€ und meine Nudeln sind auch 1€ teurer geworden. Da bin ich bei 10-12€ rausgekommen, jetzt sind es 12-14€.

Schon öfter bestellt, geschmacklich nie enttäuscht worden. 1a Pizza! Heute wurden bei der Lieferung 6 Frühlingsrollen vergessen, haben wir leider zu spät geschaltet. Aber nach einem kurzen, außerordentlich freundlichem Telefonat wurden 5 Minuten später die Frühlingsrollen nachgeliefert. Plus 4 extra, alle noch heiß :) Mr Snackfood ist die Kundenzufriedenheit sehr wichtig, man fühlt sich sehr geschätzt! Danke

Super Lecker zu Humanen Preisen.

Lieferzeit betrug 1:30 Stunden, ein Salat und ein Getränk wurden vergessen. Die Nudeln waren lauwarm, aber lecker.
