McDonald's in Bamberg

I was really pleasantly surprised by the McDonald's in Bamberg! The restaurant was very clean and modern, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly, was freshly prepared, and exactly as you'd want it. The fries, in particular, were nice and hot and crispy. 😊

Everything was as expected. Would gladly come again.

Although everything is always quick at this branch, something is always missing from the order. Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes two burgers, sometimes the sauce. It's so annoying. It's not my job to check the order every time! It might happen once or twice that something is missing, but we've had this happen several times now, and it's not just us! Even with small orders, something is always missing! Please finally get this under control.

The food was good and prepared quickly. Very dirty, the floor was sticky, and the restrooms were a disgrace.

Today I wanted to order ice cream again. Surprisingly, there's no ice cream available. Furthermore, this McDonald's is very dirty.

I rarely go to a McDonald's, so I'm very critical of such restaurants and food. But this branch won me over. The staff was very friendly, which I've never experienced before. The food was fresh and truly delicious, even though I ordered it to go. I highly recommend it.

I have to change my good review. Now something was missing from our takeaway food again. It's always the same... Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until later because someone else was checking the order, not me. Annoying!

Our order was brought to our table without prior notice. Our small dog was allowed in.

I wanted to order something to eat 45 minutes before the delivery deadline only to wait 20 minutes for my order to be cancelled for no apparent reason

The manager didn't wash his hands after using the restroom and then prepared my food, and then gave me a dirty look.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, but on Sunday I thought I'd try it again...what can I say, the guys were quick, but the food tasted so horrible and then I got the wrong one...that's it...never again

PLASTIC IN DRINKS!!! I've been eating there for several years now, and almost every time I experience something disgusting: Employees ask for my number, missing food, getting the wrong order, plastic in my food, employees coughing without turning away while they prepare the food. There's also a new employee who served me at the cash register today, and I can only say one thing – this man has no education – he spent about two minutes counting my change. An employee made my drink, but it apparently took too long for the new employee, so he did it herself. The employee got angry and sent him somewhere else. When he wanted to pack my sauces, it took a very long time, but suddenly the employee came over and said to him: "You have to concentrate; you can't do so much at once!" She just yelled at him in front of the whole crowd. I'm fed up with this McDonald's and will never go there again. Not recommended.

I ordered the promotional items from the new menu and received less than I paid for when I picked up my order. I only got a portion of regular fries instead of the McShaker fries, and both my burger and my friend's were missing lettuce. I was also missing a whole burger patty on my burger. We were also missing a drink.

It is getting worse and our visits are less

McDonald's, what's up with this? Breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m. – I order at 10:28 a.m. and was able to pay via PayPal using the app... then I was told at the counter that they had already switched the cash register to the daily specials, and it was still before 10:30 a.m.!! If the clocks are fast where you are, just say so.

The restaurant was very clean... there were even fresh flowers on the tables. Since I was there for a while, using the Wi-Fi on my laptop, I noticed how much fun the really friendly staff were having with each other. It created a truly pleasant atmosphere. You need more of that these days! A sincere thank you for this atmosphere of humanity, joy, and fun.

One particular employee is (often) inappropriately rude. The rest of the staff are top-notch, very nice, friendly, and patient! Still annoying, because it takes away your appetite.

I ordered and paid for a Big Tasty Bacon Meal at the drive-thru. I opened it at home and found a lousy Big Mac inside. Now I'm really pissed off, and they won't be seeing me again anytime soon. And no, nothing was going on.

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common for Happy Meal toys to be unavailable at all. Often, the entire series isn't. Unfortunately, this has happened to us a few times. Instead, you get an old book that was in your Happy Meal several months ago. It's really disappointing for kids, especially when they're looking forward to a particular toy.

Unprofessional, just chaos, no structure, and if you ask why others who ordered later got their food before you, they become unfriendly and rude. It's stressful, and in the end you unpack at home and there's the wrong thing in it! 🤬

Shameful, they forget to process my order (1 Happy meal) they give it to me after 25 minutes (they were the only customer and 4 passed in front of them) and not even an apology. Disgusting.

This is the McDonald's we know. The taste is the same as in Korea. The burgers, fries, and cola are a little bigger than in Korea, and the price is a little more expensive, but it's perfect for a meal with kids. It's great that there's a spacious parking lot. They also have drive-thru.

You can do that but I told them every time that they should pack me a chicken box. They said yes twice and then I got two 20-piece chicken uggets. Disappointing.

The food used to be better. We took food home today, and the wraps were only half full... and they charged €6 each... what a shame.

The staff doesn't care about their job - a kiosk doesn't work at the entrance, another one doesn't issue a receipt, but the staff doesn't care, and if something is missing from the order, too bad, the most important question is whether I paid, and who cares about the rest... I used to eat at this McDonald's often, but now? It's better to go to the competition, every visit is worse...

Order directly at your table via the app. Food is brought promptly, and payment is also made immediately. Better than a "regular" restaurant.

Contrary to the sign on the outside of the building, there is no McCafe...

You can have a McDonald's every now and then, but it's way too expensive.

Great restaurant - the children's area inside is very nice but the outdoor area for children needs to be renovated.

Yes, I would recommend it. Although they have the wrong burgers on one menu. But they prepared the right one for free when I pointed out that I had ordered another one.

I went with my family for food for breakfast, we paid €23.00 and got very very very little for it. We drank a coffee and the children had cocoa, half of it was with foam and the other half was with coffee and the children had cocoa. I wouldn't recommend it

A nice place where you can eat quickly. Friendly staff and a huge territory of the institution. There will definitely be enough space for everyone.

Tonight (October 28th, 2024) I went back to this branch for the second time and I liked two cheeseburgers from my order (to take away). Unfortunately I checked it at home. As I said, it wasn't the first time. Absolute disappointment!

It's just a joke. It's perfect if you want to eat something drunk in the evening or if you simply have a craving for 20 chicky nuggies. It's just a shame that the current opening times are open, I know a lot of people who would like to treat themselves to something at 2 o'clock at night. At least on Thursday, Friday and Saturday it would be worth considering changing the opening times.

I'm an occasional offender when the opportunity arises. Only the last few times I didn't really enjoy it anymore 😕, but about taste..... The staff is also becoming more and more slack. I checked my order again shortly before setting off and noticed that fries and chicken nuggets were missing, which was almost half of the order. I got a replacement right away, but does that always have to be the case? ... you can't get too much either 🤣

A few stars but MC is just not a restaurant to enjoy

The restaurant itself is getting a little old. We've been here many times and usually the food is okay. Unfortunately we were unlucky today, the cola lacks carbon dioxide and the salad has probably not been in the fridge for too long. Therefore on average only three stars out of five.

Fast food, and then takes 25min for MC Smart Menu Cheeseburger. And then just pack me 2x old cheeseburgers instead of 1x fresh double cheeseburger as ordered 😏

As almost always, something was mixed up in our order today! When ordering at the machine, and therefore also proof on the bill, we ordered "McShaker Fries" - once again we only got "normal" fries! This MC is absolutely not recommended!!!!

The food we ordered was brought to our table with a friendly smile and we stopped to clear it away as I was in a wheelchair. Thumbs up for this service staff, please keep it that way.

We ordered a Big Mac double pack menu here on August 21st, 2024 at 10:40 p.m. via the app. It was brought to the table at 10:59 p.m. - it has absolutely nothing to do with fast food. There wasn't much going on in the restaurant at the time. Unfortunately there were no napkins included. The Big Macs were OK. - as we know them, but only “lukewarm”. Fries were good - we had McShaker Fries. However, the spice was missing here - you had to complain at the counter. What's also annoying is that there are no cardboard lids for the cups. But one of the employees was so attentive and gave us a lid of her own free will - normally you have to go to the counter for that. The 3 stars are for the long duration of the service. During the day, this is much quicker in this MCD when there is more activity. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend this store.

I wanted to eat there with my grandson, we were there at 10 in the morning. When, after waiting for a long time, I asked the lady behind the counter whether I would be served here or whether I had to order at the terminals, she hissed at me that I just had to wait, she was alone! Oh, of course I said, and waited obediently. You can understand the staff shortage! When it was my turn, I ordered for myself, asked what kind of drinks were available for breakfast, and again the answer was very unfriendly: well, what's there? Then I asked for the junior bag, she barked at me again, it's only available from 11 a.m.!!! turned away from me and served the drive in customers! So now I was standing there, without food, without knowing anything. Now I didn't remain so friendly either, said you can be highly recommended, and left! I know it differently too! A friendly word from the employee, "just a moment please" or "I'll be there for you immediately" and all is right with the world!

Ordered McFrappé and vanilla milkshake with chocolate sauce, but received a vanilla shake without sauce and a normal café (without ice cubes or anything else).

The Big Mac recipe has obviously been changed. I rarely go to McDonald's and the burgers 🍔 tasted different, had different sauces and were unusually heavy in my stomach... my partner felt the same way. Conclusion: it used to be better!

Bad Service and unfriendly. Forgot to mention I needed my coffee in a to-go cup, when I asked nicely to just put it in a cup, the employee just gave me the cup to do it my self with a rude look without a word. They also forgot to put a toy for my kid's, when I asked for it, she left me and asked her colleague if he forgot the toy or if Im "just saying that"!!!!

Actually, this McDonalds is like any other branch. However, food and drinks are more expensive there than, for example, B. in Nuremberg or Fürth. There is a bus stop nearby, but it only serves every hour. Walking is often faster than taking the bus.

The smell of sweaty clothes coming out of the McDrive window is simply disgusting.

I'll never go to this McDonald's again, two days ago they didn't scan my 500 points and when I asked them about it.... Unfortunately they can't do anything... I've been to many McDonald's, but I've never had such great service. The food and design is the same everywhere. Service is the most important thing here and the staff was absolutely friendly, attentive and quick. Thank you very much for the great service!

Beim Besuch gerade war der Boden so schmierig, dass man kaum laufen konnte.. Auch wenn niemand vom Boden essen soll, kanns wohl kaum hygienisch sein und vorallem nicht sicher! Einmal Ausrutschen und das Gejammer ist groß!!

Wir waren da und hatten eine echt riesige Bestellung! Es wurden zwar 2 Dinge vergessen aber wenn man zur Kasse geht und bescheid sagt geben sie einem sofort was fehlt und sind echt freundlich!

Haben hier unser Kindergeburstag für unseren kleinen gefeiert. Platz wurde dekoriert hatten einen Raum für uns. Gerne wieder

Sie machen vieles gut. Sie sind schnell. Speisen sind auch gut. Aber das Zimmer für die Kinder ist viel zu kühl mit Luftzug. Wir haben es bereits mehrmals angesprochen, da kam aber ein abweisendes Feedback. Ein Spielzimmer ist löblich. Es könnte aber auch noch etwas mehr eingerichtet werden. Auch im Essbereich für alle ist meines Erachtens ein zu starker Luftzug.

Nette Mitarbeiterin, mussten nicht am Computer bestellen Bestellten 2x Menü für 5,99 war sehr gut,wurde uns sogar am Platz gebracht,waren mit allem sehr zufrieden,werden diesen McDonald's weiterempfehlen und werden auch wieder hingehen wenn wir in Bamberg sind.

Diese Filiale bemüht sich den geregelten Ablauf standzuhalten, sauberkeit an den Tischen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Schnelligkeit bei der Essensausgabe bzw abholung ist echt verhältnismäßig zu anderen Filialen in der Umgebung gut. Persönliches Fazit zum Schluss komme dennoch gerne wieder👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5

Wie so ein McDonald's halt ist so ziemlich alle sehen gleich aus Hunde wahren früher mit erlaubt unser Hund sitzte mit auf der Bank und hatte eine Jacke drunter der Service hatte nichts dagegen bis auf eine ältere Dame vom Service die sich meinte bisschen groß kotzig zu tun wenn es nicht erwünscht ist sollten Hunde verboten werden und das sage ich als Hunde Besitzer noch Mal gehe ich da nicht hin nach der Aktion da gibt es andere Filialen die freundlicher sind

Ich mag ab und zu mc donald aber hauptsächlich wenn wir unterwegs sind geh ich wegen meinem Sohn.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und der Kaffee sehr lecker. Das Mc Donald jetzt viel Wert auf Pappe legt finde ich geschmacklos aber wenn die Experten in Berlin der Welt gegenüber vor allem Europa vorbildlich erscheinen möchten?! Naja

Drinnen an vielen Stellen bläst kalte Luft, draußen wegen Verkehrslage eher laut. Tische sind in den meisten Fällen nicht ordentlich gereinigt.

MC Donalds was soll man sagen .

Esst lieber nicht im Außenbereich. Hier kleben die Tische und Stühle. Man fragt sich, in welchem Rhythmus hier geputzt wird und vor allem wann zuletzt. Man kann nur hoffen, dass es in der Küche sauberer zugeht. Wir haben uns richtig unwohl gefühlt. Das wirft kein gutes Licht auf diesen Mc Donalds

Habe mir Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Leider hab ich zuhause feststellen müssen, dass 2 Burger gefehlt haben. So ärgerlich.

Die app ist teilweise nicht brauchbar wenn es um bestellen geht. Und deren Klos sind so verdreckt der ganzen Boden Klebt nach alten Urin. Man will da gar nicht rein. Und ein Kabine geht die Spülung nicht. Auf beiden Schüsseln Blut evtl neues Leben darauf weil man sieht halt jeden Urin Tropfen dran. Auch wenn es an denn Kunde Schuld dran ist. Aber ansonsten alles anders kann man sich nicht Beklagen.

Food is good, service is good, but with the fact that I always start fights with my husband over there we cannot enter this place anymore.
