McDonald's in Bamberg

Kamen gestern nach dem Onkelz Konzert in Bamberg an. 2:26 Uhr haben sie die Türen abgeschlossen und alle die drinnen saßen eingeschlossen. Zu essen gab es nichts mehr für uns. Haben einfach den Laden zugemacht. Klo war i.o.

Keine Klima. Vieles Ausverkauft. Langsame Terminals.

unter aller Sau, Bekommen nicht was bestellt wurde. Keiner hat Durchblick. Zum Schluss hat man nur die Hälfte von dem bekommen was man bestellt hat. Und dreckig.

Erst muss man 20 min auf ein Eis warten, dann bestellt man ein MC Smart Menü und muss wieder über 20 min warten ?! Alle vollkommen überfordert und keiner weis was er macht…8 Leute und keiner hat nen Plan und nix geht voran..

An wärmeren Tagen ist es im Zimmer sehr warm, es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Ich ging zu McDonald’s und gab eine Bestellung auf; dann kam ein verwahrlost aussehender Typ herein und machte Ärger. Ich rief ihm zu, er solle sich beruhigen, doch er schnappte sich eine Whiskeyflasche und schlug sie mir über den Kopf. Es war unangenehm, aber auch irgendwie lustig – ich werde definitiv kein einziges Mal mehr dorthin gehen.

Ein riesiges Lob an die Crew von der Sonntag-Nachtschicht. Kurz vor Ladenschluss noch schnell etwas gutes zu Essen bekommen. Wir wurden extrem freundlich bedient, was normalerweise für diese Uhrzeit, nicht üblich ist. Nochmal ein großes Lob und vielen Dank.

Essen hat gepasst, wirde auch schnell zubereitet. Sehr schmutzig, Boden klebt, Toiletten sind eine Zumutung

McDonald's ist wie alle anderen Ketten; die hohe Bewertung beruht lediglich darauf, dass McDonald's niemanden mehr überraschen kann. Vielen gefällt das.

Grundsätzlich eine MC Donalds Filiale von vielen. Aber es gibt Unterschiede. Hier waren alle Tische, Boden aber auch die Kanten der Raumteiler sauber. Dies schafft viel Vertrauen, dass bei der Zubereitung der Speisen ebenfalls die Sauberkeit eine große Rolle spielt. Essen war wie gewohnt gut. Was will man mehr, wenn es Mal schnell gehen muss. Können sich einige andere Filialen ein Beispiel daran nehmen. Das ein oder zwei Terminals außer Betrieb waren, hat bei unserem Besuch keine Rolle gespielt.

Oh mein Gott, der McDonalds am Berliner Ring ist sooooo schlecht. Solltet ihr was zum mitnehmen bestellen, dann kontrolliert wirklich alles!!! Die Burger sind nicht richtig belegt! Curly Fries sind einfach normale Pommes mit 2 Curly Fries oben drauf, also bescheißen sie mit Absicht!!! Und die Toiletten sind auch eklig! Geht einfach nicht hin!!!!!!

Das Essen war noch heiß war einfach perfekt für McDonald’s da kann Mann öfter hin

Gilt stellvertretend für alle MCDonalds Filialen: Viel zu laut. Ständiges gepiepse und Alarmglocken rauben einem den letzten Nerv. Denkst da bist in der Kirmes. Zudem zu wenig geboten für das viele Geld. Qualität ist zudem unterirdisch. Da lege ich noch ein paar Euro drauf und esse in einem richtigen Restaurant, welches den Namen auch verdient hat.

Top Service, sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, sauber und leckeres Essen

Ein Mcdonalds wie man ihn kennt. Es ist hier grundsätzlich sauber und es gibt genügende Parkplätze. Leider hat ein Großteil der Bestellterminals nicht richtig funktioniert, was ärgerlich war.

Nach einer Show in der Brose Arena wollten wir so um 23 Uhr noch was essen. Wir bestellten über die Terminals und da kam am Ende schon kein Kassenzettel raus. Es war relativ viel los. Hatten das Gefühl, dass sie ein wenig überfordert waren mit der Menge an Leuten die Essen bestellten. Auf unser Essen haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet. Anscheinend hatten sie es total vergessen unser bestelltes Essen zu machen, da der Chef meinte das sie den Fisch jetzt machen sollen. Hatten einen Wrap der zur Hälfte gefüllt war. Es hätte aber auch einfach mehr drin sein können. Das Klo war jetzt auch nicht das sauberste. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Es ist ein McDonalds ...die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber ich hab leider einen enormen Kritikpunkt....es riecht im kompletten Restaurant nach Toilette...leider ist es wohl wichtiger ein Drehkreuz zum bezahlen statt eine Tür zu den Toiletten anzubringen ...das ist schon etwas frech

War zum ersten Mal hier und habe Essen mitgenommen. Die Nuggets waren kalt und haben lasch geschmeckt... der Geschmack war von Geflügel sehr weit entfernt. Was da paniert war, hätte alles sein können. Die Pommes waren kalt und nicht gesalzen und sogar die Cheeseburger waren relativ kalt, nicht einmal der Käse geschmolzen. McDonald's wirbt damit, die gesenkte Mehrwertsteuer an den Kunden weiterzugeben und hat die Preise gesenkt, aber dafür sind die Produkte ziemlich kalt geworden...fast food halt... Es gibt bessere McDonald's Filialen.

Also sehr freundlich der Mitarbeiter. Wie ich gesagt das meine pommes 🍟 kalt sind . Hat sich entschuldigt und mir neue geben . Wirklich super . Weiter so :)

In den Öffnungszeiten steht dass die Filiale bis 4:00 Uhr morgen geöffnet hat. Wir waren oft um 1 oder um 2 dort und sie hatten bereits geschlossen. Das ist eine Frechheit und geht garnicht

Ein sauberer und moderner McDonald's

Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, ist Mcdonalds für mich immer die erste Anlaufstelle. Gleichbleibende Qualität, auch wenn die Preise in den letzten Jahren echt angezogen haben. Jedoch kann man mit Gutscheinen oft gute Angebote nutzen. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!

Typ an der Ausgabe mies unsympathisch. Sein Kollege diskriminiert gegen bestimmte Kunden.

Also hab ganz einfach Cheeseburger bestellt konnte die erst nach 5 Std essen weil Arbeitsmäsig direkt nicht ging. Wo ich das oberste Brötchen abgenommen habe, hab ich gemerkt dass Fleisch was drinne war . War schon mehr älter als 12 Std. Ekelhaft sowas

Ich habe 28 Minuten gewartet, dann hatte ich genug und verlangte mein Geld zurück. Bei einem Konkurrenten bekam ich mein Essen in weniger als 3 Minuten. Ich gehe da nie wieder hin!

Im Prinzip ist es beim Schachtelwirt ja überall - fast - gleich. Hier waren es die kurzen Wartezeiten, die man hervorheben kann. Und die Bestellung wurde auch korrekt geliefert. Anderswo hat auch schon mal bei einer größeren Bestellung etwas gefehlt. Hier jedenfalls war alles ok. Prinzipiell finde ich, dass die Preise schon ganz schön angezogen haben während der letzten Jahre. Aber es ist sauber, ruhig und kinderfreundlich- und ein WLAN gibt's auch noch dazu.

Frage ich ob es der Hüttengaudi als Chicken oder Vegetarisch gibt, sagt der am Fenster, ja. Bestellt nach Hause gefahren, normaler Burger mit Speck!. Sowas kann nicht sein, vegetarisch bestellt und dann Rind und Schweinefleisch erhalten!!!!

Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht vom McDonald’s in Bamberg! Das Restaurant war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, und das Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen kam schnell, war frisch zubereitet und genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders die Pommes waren schön heiß und knusprig. 😊

Everything was as expected. Would gladly come again.

Although everything is always quick at this branch, something is always missing from the order. Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes two burgers, sometimes the sauce. It's so annoying. It's not my job to check the order every time! It might happen once or twice that something is missing, but we've had this happen several times now, and it's not just us! Even with small orders, something is always missing! Please finally get this under control.

Very friendly service, very nice ambience, good food and delicious coffee!

Today I wanted to order ice cream again. Surprisingly, there's no ice cream available. Furthermore, this McDonald's is very dirty.

I rarely go to a McDonald's, so I'm very critical of such restaurants and food. But this branch won me over. The staff was very friendly, which I've never experienced before. The food was fresh and truly delicious, even though I ordered it to go. I highly recommend it.

I have to change my good review. Now something was missing from our takeaway food again. It's always the same... Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until later because someone else was checking the order, not me. Annoying!

Our order was brought to our table without prior notice. Our small dog was allowed in.

I wanted to order something to eat 45 minutes before the delivery deadline only to wait 20 minutes for my order to be cancelled for no apparent reason

The manager didn't wash his hands after using the restroom and then prepared my food, and then gave me a dirty look.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, but on Sunday I thought I'd try it again...what can I say, the guys were quick, but the food tasted so horrible and then I got the wrong one...that's it...never again

PLASTIC IN DRINKS!!! I've been eating there for several years now, and almost every time I experience something disgusting: Employees ask for my number, missing food, getting the wrong order, plastic in my food, employees coughing without turning away while they prepare the food. There's also a new employee who served me at the cash register today, and I can only say one thing – this man has no education – he spent about two minutes counting my change. An employee made my drink, but it apparently took too long for the new employee, so he did it herself. The employee got angry and sent him somewhere else. When he wanted to pack my sauces, it took a very long time, but suddenly the employee came over and said to him: "You have to concentrate; you can't do so much at once!" She just yelled at him in front of the whole crowd. I'm fed up with this McDonald's and will never go there again. Not recommended.

I ordered the promotional items from the new menu and received less than I paid for when I picked up my order. I only got a portion of regular fries instead of the McShaker fries, and both my burger and my friend's were missing lettuce. I was also missing a whole burger patty on my burger. We were also missing a drink.

It is getting worse and our visits are less

McDonald's, what's up with this? Breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m. – I order at 10:28 a.m. and was able to pay via PayPal using the app... then I was told at the counter that they had already switched the cash register to the daily specials, and it was still before 10:30 a.m.!! If the clocks are fast where you are, just say so.

The restaurant was very clean... there were even fresh flowers on the tables. Since I was there for a while, using the Wi-Fi on my laptop, I noticed how much fun the really friendly staff were having with each other. It created a truly pleasant atmosphere. You need more of that these days! A sincere thank you for this atmosphere of humanity, joy, and fun.

One particular employee is (often) inappropriately rude. The rest of the staff are top-notch, very nice, friendly, and patient! Still annoying, because it takes away your appetite.

I ordered and paid for a Big Tasty Bacon Meal at the drive-thru. I opened it at home and found a lousy Big Mac inside. Now I'm really pissed off, and they won't be seeing me again anytime soon. And no, nothing was going on.

Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common for Happy Meal toys to be unavailable at all. Often, the entire series isn't. Unfortunately, this has happened to us a few times. Instead, you get an old book that was in your Happy Meal several months ago. It's really disappointing for kids, especially when they're looking forward to a particular toy.

Unprofessional, just chaos, no structure, and if you ask why others who ordered later got their food before you, they become unfriendly and rude. It's stressful, and in the end you unpack at home and there's the wrong thing in it! 🤬

Shameful, they forget to process my order (1 Happy meal) they give it to me after 25 minutes (they were the only customer and 4 passed in front of them) and not even an apology. Disgusting.

This is the McDonald's we know. The taste is the same as in Korea. The burgers, fries, and cola are a little bigger than in Korea, and the price is a little more expensive, but it's perfect for a meal with kids. It's great that there's a spacious parking lot. They also have drive-thru.

You can do that but I told them every time that they should pack me a chicken box. They said yes twice and then I got two 20-piece chicken uggets. Disappointing.

The food used to be better. We took food home today, and the wraps were only half full... and they charged €6 each... what a shame.

The staff doesn't care about their job - a kiosk doesn't work at the entrance, another one doesn't issue a receipt, but the staff doesn't care, and if something is missing from the order, too bad, the most important question is whether I paid, and who cares about the rest... I used to eat at this McDonald's often, but now? It's better to go to the competition, every visit is worse...

Order directly at your table via the app. Food is brought promptly, and payment is also made immediately. Better than a "regular" restaurant.

Contrary to the sign on the outside of the building, there is no McCafe...

You can have a McDonald's every now and then, but it's way too expensive.

Great restaurant - the children's area inside is very nice but the outdoor area for children needs to be renovated.

Yes, I would recommend it. Although they have the wrong burgers on one menu. But they prepared the right one for free when I pointed out that I had ordered another one.

I went with my family for food for breakfast, we paid €23.00 and got very very very little for it. We drank a coffee and the children had cocoa, half of it was with foam and the other half was with coffee and the children had cocoa. I wouldn't recommend it

A nice place where you can eat quickly. Friendly staff and a huge territory of the institution. There will definitely be enough space for everyone.

Tonight (October 28th, 2024) I went back to this branch for the second time and I liked two cheeseburgers from my order (to take away). Unfortunately I checked it at home. As I said, it wasn't the first time. Absolute disappointment!

I'm an occasional offender when the opportunity arises. Only the last few times I didn't really enjoy it anymore 😕, but about taste..... The staff is also becoming more and more slack. I checked my order again shortly before setting off and noticed that fries and chicken nuggets were missing, which was almost half of the order. I got a replacement right away, but does that always have to be the case? ... you can't get too much either 🤣

It's just a joke. It's perfect if you want to eat something drunk in the evening or if you simply have a craving for 20 chicky nuggies. It's just a shame that the current opening times are open, I know a lot of people who would like to treat themselves to something at 2 o'clock at night. At least on Thursday, Friday and Saturday it would be worth considering changing the opening times.

A few stars but MC is just not a restaurant to enjoy

The restaurant itself is getting a little old. We've been here many times and usually the food is okay. Unfortunately we were unlucky today, the cola lacks carbon dioxide and the salad has probably not been in the fridge for too long. Therefore on average only three stars out of five.

Fast food, and then takes 25min for MC Smart Menu Cheeseburger. And then just pack me 2x old cheeseburgers instead of 1x fresh double cheeseburger as ordered 😏

As almost always, something was mixed up in our order today! When ordering at the machine, and therefore also proof on the bill, we ordered "McShaker Fries" - once again we only got "normal" fries! This MC is absolutely not recommended!!!!

I don't care if the employee hasn't served the food often, as a customer it's not my job to explain to him what a Happy Meal looks like... and the fact that he's fingering around in the food isn't ok either....

The food we ordered was brought to our table with a friendly smile and we stopped to clear it away as I was in a wheelchair. Thumbs up for this service staff, please keep it that way.

We ordered a Big Mac double pack menu here on August 21st, 2024 at 10:40 p.m. via the app. It was brought to the table at 10:59 p.m. - it has absolutely nothing to do with fast food. There wasn't much going on in the restaurant at the time. Unfortunately there were no napkins included. The Big Macs were OK. - as we know them, but only “lukewarm”. Fries were good - we had McShaker Fries. However, the spice was missing here - you had to complain at the counter. What's also annoying is that there are no cardboard lids for the cups. But one of the employees was so attentive and gave us a lid of her own free will - normally you have to go to the counter for that. The 3 stars are for the long duration of the service. During the day, this is much quicker in this MCD when there is more activity. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend this store.

I wanted to eat there with my grandson, we were there at 10 in the morning. When, after waiting for a long time, I asked the lady behind the counter whether I would be served here or whether I had to order at the terminals, she hissed at me that I just had to wait, she was alone! Oh, of course I said, and waited obediently. You can understand the staff shortage! When it was my turn, I ordered for myself, asked what kind of drinks were available for breakfast, and again the answer was very unfriendly: well, what's there? Then I asked for the junior bag, she barked at me again, it's only available from 11 a.m.!!! turned away from me and served the drive in customers! So now I was standing there, without food, without knowing anything. Now I didn't remain so friendly either, said you can be highly recommended, and left! I know it differently too! A friendly word from the employee, "just a moment please" or "I'll be there for you immediately" and all is right with the world!

Ordered McFrappé and vanilla milkshake with chocolate sauce, but received a vanilla shake without sauce and a normal café (without ice cubes or anything else).

The Big Mac recipe has obviously been changed. I rarely go to McDonald's and the burgers 🍔 tasted different, had different sauces and were unusually heavy in my stomach... my partner felt the same way. Conclusion: it used to be better!

Very nice staff, this branch was the last to have all glass colors available for the glass campaign, and all special requests are fulfilled even after serving

Bad Service and unfriendly. Forgot to mention I needed my coffee in a to-go cup, when I asked nicely to just put it in a cup, the employee just gave me the cup to do it my self with a rude look without a word. They also forgot to put a toy for my kid's, when I asked for it, she left me and asked her colleague if he forgot the toy or if Im "just saying that"!!!!
