Ort ist Prima, Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Essen is einfach klasse, also wenn es zu nem Burger King geht is dieser immer meine erste Wahl.

Die Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich. Ich komme gerne ab und zu nach der Arbeit her, wenn ich kein Bock zum kochen habe. Das Essen kommt meistens schnell und auch wenns mal voller im Burgerking ist, geben sie sich Mühe möglichst jeden schnell zu bedienen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir sind immer hier mit meinem Mann und Trinken immer unseren Espresso Shake und unseren Iced Coffee Caramel und sind begeistert von dem Herrn Kaiser in der Filiale Bamberg am Berliner Ring. Absolute Herzensempfehlung von uns. Der Herr Kaiser ist sehr Nett und zuvorkommend sehr selten so einen Netten Mitarbeiter gesehen.

Gestern Abend, zwischen 22.30 und 23 Uhr haben wir den Innenbereich besucht. Von „voll“ konnte wirklich keine Rede sein – auf das Essen warteten vielleicht etwa fünf Personen. Ich habe grundsätzlich kein Problem damit, auf mein Essen zu warten, aber das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter war erschreckend. Ein Mitarbeiter mit langen, dunklen Haaren, vorne im Ausgabebereich war äußerst unfreundlich. Die ganze Zeit diskutierte er mit Kunden über Bestellungen, die falsch ausgegeben wurden und dies war zu diesem Zeitpunkt JEDE Bestellung die einging! Ein Kunde vor uns hatte kein Besteck und bat darum. Der Mitarbeiter mit den langen Haaren behauptete jedoch, er habe ihm bereits Besteck gegeben, schickte ihn dreimal weg, damit er „noch einmal richtig nachschaut“, und schimpfte dabei ständig vor sich hin. Ein anderer Kunde kam nach vorne, weil er etwas anderes bestellt hatte als das, was er erhalten hatte. Er stand am Tresen, die Mitarbeiterin wusste offensichtlich Bescheid, ignorierte ihn aber die ganze Zeit und wartete scheinbar lieber auf ihren eigenen Burger. Nun zu unserer eigenen Erfahrung mit dem Mitarbeiter mit den langen Haaren und seiner arroganten Art: Wir hatten vier Artikel bestellt, unsere Freunde ebenfalls vier. Wir baten um Ketchup zu den Pommes, der uns dann auf das Tablett geworfen wurde – begleitet von unpassenden Bemerkungen. Auf unserem Tablett befand sich außerdem ein zusätzlicher Artikel, den wir zurückgeben wollten. Uns wurde jedoch gesagt, dass alles korrekt sei und wir genau das bekommen hätten, was wir bestellt hätten. Offensichtlich lag das Problem nicht nur beim Personal im Ausgabebereich, sondern auch in der Küche, denn in unserem Burger befand sich ein anderes Fleisch als das, welches wir bestellt hatten. Ein Burger hatte weder Soße noch Salat drauf… wir hatten aber nichts derartiges abbestellt! Jede Bestellung hat eine eigene Bestellnummer, dennoch bekam nahezu jeder Kunde etwas anderes als bestellt. Und wenn man dies reklamierte, wurde man einfach nicht für ernst genommen und weggeschickt. Man lässt dort 50 € für ein paar Dinge liegen und wird derart behandelt??? So einen schlechten Service haben wir noch nie erlebt! Die schlechteste Bedienung, die wir jemals erlebt haben! Wenn dieser Mitarbeiter für diesen Beruf nicht geeignet ist, sollte er ernsthaft über einen Berufswechsel nachdenken. So etwas ist absolut inakzeptabel!

Besonders der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Abend und kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

Schnelle Bedienung Saubere Tische Angenehme Lautstärke

Vor allem der Angestellte, welcher Vater ist und hin und wieder von seinem Sohn besucht wird, ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte unabhängig davon aber auch noch keine unfreundliche Begegnung mit anderem Personal gemacht. Wie bei jedem Fast Food Restaurant werden Fehler gemacht, deshalb immer noch am Fenster die Ware auf Vollständigkeit prüfen. Ich kann den Standort nur jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen👍🏼

Immer super Service und Essen immer top im Vergleich zu den anderen Filialen

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kulant, wenn man seine Bestellung am Terminal falsch eingegeben hat. Gibt immer eine extra Mayonnaise dazu, wenn man fragt.

War heute Abend da und was to Go mitgenommen mit Freundin. Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und zuvor kommend, Wartezeit top alles top sauber und essen wie man es gewohnt ist von einem Burger King. Also durchaus positiv nichts zu bemängeln aber am meisten glänzten die freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

War richtig gut. Vor allem die Mitarbeiter waren mega nett und total freundlich. Man wurde super behandelt und hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das macht einfach einen Unterschied. Komme gerne wieder 🙂

Wir sind schnell bedient worden und das Essen wurde uns zum Platz gebracht, trotz das viel los war! War richtig gut!

Das Personal war Spitzenklasse, super nett und super schnell, hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Veggiburger schmecken Mega gut.

Wir kommen regelmäßig zum Essen hier her. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen schnell fertig, heiß und knusprig. Insbesondere die Burger mit den Brioche Brötchen schmecken uns hier sehr. Ab und zu passieren Fehler bei der Bestellung aber das ist ohne großen Aufwand immer schnell behoben. Uns gefällt die moderne Atmosphäre und sauber ist es auch 👍

Ich komme wirklich öfter hierher und bin immer top zufrieden. Das Team ist super klasse, man merkt, die haben Spaß zusammen, sind immer freundlich und nett und auch für einen kurzen Plausch zu haben. Über die Qualität vom Essen konnte ich mich noch nie beschweren. Hier arbeiten Leute, die wirklich versuchen, die Qualität und den Geschmack konstant auf einem guten Niveau zu halten. Auch der Filialleiter ist immer nett und freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen läuft meiner Meinung nach hier alles richtig, sei es Qualität, Frische und Geschmack und natürlich ein top freundliches Team. Im Vergleich zu anderen BK‘s für mich der Beste!!! Sauberkeit könnte zwar besser sein (Tische!!!), aber dafür sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und charmant!!! Immer wieder Mittwochabend 😊

Gut zu erreichen, ausreichend Parkplätze, man konnte auch direkt bestellen und musste nicht an den Automaten. Danke dafür. Es war nicht viel los. Doch es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Leider werden die Preise z. B. für einen einzelnen Whopper langsam utopisch hoch.

Mit Schnellrestaurant nicht mehr viel zu tun.

Very, very nice! I really appreciated that they asked which socks I wanted (SpongeBob meal) instead of just throwing something in like you often do at McDonald's. The food was hot and good. The drive-thru was quick and they politely repeated my order. What they forgot, though (and I was the one who forgot), was the app and the points associated with it. Personally, I don't think that's a big deal; maybe it's a small suggestion for those forgetful customers ;) Everything was great, thank you!

This Burger King has fantastic employees. Friendly, courteous, and reliable!

I'm shocked at how small the hot brownie has become. The tub used to hold about 300ml, now it's about a quarter of that, yet the price has increased. That was my last visit.

I hadn't eaten there for eight years, and today I found it's become even more inedible. Sorry, but everything tasted kind of strange.

The team is friendly and polite. They can also accommodate special requests when fulfilling an order.

I've always been satisfied with the food at this Burger King location, and that's still the case! The atmosphere is always pleasant, nice and quiet, and relaxed. In my opinion, the service is also outstanding. The employee even asked if I was happy with my meal at the end. You hardly ever get that kind of attention at a fast-food restaurant. All in all, very satisfied!

I don't go to Burger King very often, but when I do, it's usually there. The food has always been fine so far; it's a fast-food place, after all. But what has always surprised me is one employee, Mr. Kaiser. He's always so cheerful and friendly, which is rare to see. A very likeable person who always has a smile on his face. Kudos to him! :)

This is simply the last time I will visit this Burger King final. I have been there twice now. It is very unfriendly. The customer is no longer of any value. You can no longer order at the counter. You are immediately referred to the ordering machines. What was once a showcase final has become an inhumane place. There is no other way to describe it. I am glad that not all Burger King finals are like this, but I have finally finished. I will not go there anymore or will switch to McDonald's because you are treated friendly and you are still a customer.

Well, I don't know. Burgers don't taste like burgers, they taste like King Wings... Whopper tastes like water with a bit of tomato... I'd rather drive the 5km and go to the other Burger King in Bamberg... Really sad, 23.68 for garbage...

The staff is friendly and the food has the classic BK taste, but recommended to order on a terminal by the employes when I am asking them is a no go. Of course they always did if you insist on a personal order but that fact is so wrong cause it makes me as customer feeling not welcome… Sad development - not only there - and a move from BK to become more distanced than familar „Sorry… can I order… sorry… for Interrupting you by doing… nothing“

One star isn't enough. The African-born employee (with very short hair) is probably the rudest person on earth. She cheated me out of my food twice, always in the drive-thru. The second time, I drove back to get my sweet and sour sauce. I was then accused of being a liar and asked to show my bag (just think about that) after I'd already driven miles back and forth. I didn't get any sweet and sour sauce 🤣🤣 That's no joke! Add to that the arrogance, rudeness, and condescending attitude that almost made you need a calm mind in this situation. She had given me the wrong food before, which she only noticed when she got home. Even then, I say, okay, it can happen, but then to deny it and call the customers liars. No apology, nothing! Simply a disgrace for the Burger King brand!

EXTRA LONG CHILI CHEESE can sometimes be misunderstood so badly that you end up with a crispy chicken instead, which, strangely enough, was covered in the sauce from the one you ordered. The €3 difference can probably be defined as a tip, but the food isn't completely overpriced anyway. I'll gladly never order it again 😘

Nice burger joint. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly. The terminals worked without any problems.

Much too slow, I only waited half an hour for nuggets

Everything is excellent here, from the speed to the food. Typical BK, but the prices could definitely be adjusted down. The only thing that's extremely annoying here is the loud music. Hence the negative points for the ambiance... you really think the live DJ is sitting somewhere at 100 decibels...

I called and was hung up on even though I only had a normal question for my school. I think it's a disgrace how I'm being treated.

★★★☆☆ 3/5 I recently went to Burger King in Bamberg and was actually looking forward to a relaxed fast-food experience – and I wasn't disappointed in terms of taste. The burgers were fresh, well-topped, and exactly as you'd expect. The nuggets were also nice and crispy and hot. So, from a culinary perspective, it was absolutely fine. What bothered me a little, however, was the ordering process: I had ordered a meal, but the fries were simply missing. Only after I explicitly asked again were they given to me – friendly, but without an apology or explanation. Unfortunately, this seems disorganized and somewhat spoils the experience. I mean, forgetting fries with a meal is like an NBA game without a ball – the essentials are simply missing! One more minor disappointment: The junior meal didn't come with a crown, just a toy. Maybe not a big deal for adults, but anyone there with children knows how disappointing it can be. For many kids, the famous Burger King crown is simply a must—it's almost like Steph Curry without his three-pointer, just not the same. All in all: The taste is great, but the service could be improved. I hope things run a little smoother next time—then I'll gladly give it more stars.

I came in and wanted to order something that was still available online. I first went to the middle worker and at first one of them didn't even want to serve me because I wanted to ask why the burger wasn't on the display and then after a while she came to me and just said that I should look at the offers that weren't there either but she didn't listen to me. Then I went to another one and he was very unfriendly and packed everything up without any care and didn't take my order.

Ate lunch at the location; the burgers were very freshly prepared, the staff very friendly, the ambiance very modern and new, the restrooms very clean, and there are plenty of parking spaces...

Ordered a burger without tomatoes, but there were still tomatoes on it? Fries were completely missing and the other burger fell apart in the bag...

Whopper was ok, but rather overpriced.

Food like at every BK, unfortunately there is no vending machine for refills. In addition, the waiting times between the order at the service terminal and the delivery at lunchtime are simply too long, even though the only employee at the pass tried very hard.

The Big King XXL Burger was for me a bad choice, it was disgusting, full of white sauces, I couldn’t eat it.. The “Große King Pommes” fries are actually a joke. If this little paper bags are “Große”, than what could be “normal”, or “little”? Actually how many grams should have a “big” portion of fries? We don’t eat that much, but when it comes to “big”, I would expect at least to a normal portion of something. Too much money for too little.. a little bit disappointing for me. :) For the kids was although fine. :) The place looks nice for a fast food restaurant, the bathroom is ok, so the parking place.

Food and service top. Unfortunately after the renovation there is no longer anything for children inside. Therefore nothing more for us. Our son was really sad. Then prefer the Burger King in Hallstadt. The best Burger King is at the cinema in Dettelbach. Great play area for the children. I just don't understand why you have to imitate the competition with the interior design??? Focus more on families with children!

Title: “A real Whopper debacle!” I don't know what was worse: the food or the service! I was at Burger King yesterday and was greeted by a team that seemed to have won a championship in unfriendly service. The staff looked like they swapped their Happiness menu for a Frown menu. Of course I thought the burgers would be my consolation - I mean, can't they screw up? Well, I got my burger and wondered if it was seasoned with a pinch of unkindness. Luckily, while I was chewing, I was treated to another surprise: had I just been kicked out of the restaurant during my meal? It was as if I had swallowed the last piece of cheese on the burger as I heard the words “The place is now closed.” I felt like a living whopper – filled with confusion and a hint of distress. In summary, if you're looking for rude service and an unforgettable "Will you please stop coming here?" experience, then Burger King is the place for you! Cheers to my next burger expedition – somewhere where the staff are friendly and the burgers are edible!

I got it on March 16th. Placed my takeout order at 9:16pm and took it home. When I got home and was looking forward to my burgers, I discovered that a Big King priced at 5.99 euros was not included in my bag. Repeated telephone attempts to report this and contact the branch were unsuccessful. Very very annoying and a shame that this wasn't included and so I paid the amount without getting the burger. Is there any way I can get back the service I didn't receive?

I'd rather drive a few meters further to the MC. I had to look for my meat on the burger. When I asked, I was told with a grin that..."Unfortunately, he has become a bit small!!!" Without apology or anything. My daughter's chicken tasted terrible. Sorry, for this price, not a second time.

Service is absolutely terrible, you are given a bag to pack your own food to take away. In addition, unfriendly employees who are overwhelmed with their own system. Otherwise a nice Bürgerking which looks newly renovated.

Newly renovated, new vending machines and plenty of parking available. Also well connected as you are not far from the motorway.

Haben am 30.12.2024 am Autoschalter bestellt: 1 Cheesburger, Oniensringe und 9 Chickenwings. Im Lokal war nicht viel los dennoch mußten wir ca. 15 Minuten warten. Bezahlt habe ich 15.97 € . Einen Beleg bekamen wir nicht da der Drucker defekt sei. Ein toller Preis für unappetilieche halb verbrannte Chickenwings matschige Onienrings und ein nicht besonderen Cheesburger. Das Personal könnte an ihrer Freundlichkeit auch noch arbeiten.

After a long journey on the highway, I felt a bit hungry. The kitchen in most restaurants is only cold at 2:10 p.m. Here at the BK the number of visitors was currently clear. Order placed at the service point. The new snack bucket contains everything that appeals to me. Even things like onion rings. In other branches this is always a challenge because there are no onion rings in stock. Things are different here in Bamberg. I was just preparing for the fact that I might wait a little longer for my food... Zack, everything was ready. Very hot and obviously fresh. My conclusion: A very new restaurant with a staff that knows their stuff. Full performance gives full points.

Opening time 00:00 it was 23:52 and the store was locked… then the store opening hours should be adjusted….

A sure tip on how to double if not triple your sales: Pay employees decently, then you get more staff and, above all, you get satisfied employees. What's not possible is simply ignoring customers when you want to pay in cash or order at the checkout. I wasn't asked what I wanted at all. After a long wait, we got out and got in line at the drive-in counter. The order was taken relatively quickly and then we had to wait for over 30 MINUTES!!! set. THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I would like to expressly emphasize that this is not directed against the staff, you cannot keep such a large store running with so few employees, but that brings us back to paying employees. With a minimum wage, no one puts themselves under such stress. (Staff statement) As they say: “The fish starts to stink at the head”. It's a shame, because the burgers don't taste bad.
