Technical problems and the wrong food twice. Even redeeming coupons became an obstacle and it was a challenge despite having a cash register.

I haven't been to Burger King in a while, not least because of the negative headlines. I myself am critical of the price, performance, cleanliness and waiting time, but I have to honestly say that today I was positively surprised. Double cheeseburger, fries, Cola-Zero...everything tasted really good, nothing soggy or limp and I had my food in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the toilet. I always thought BurgerKing was good and it would be a shame if the store went under. Make an effort and become what you once were!!! Today you convinced me.

I really don't go to Burger King very often but I think that's pretty bold. First they tell me that you don't have any Coke and then I see other customers getting Coke from the bottle (impossible). Even since the renovation it has become uncomfortable. You don't want to stay here longer than necessary.

I have no idea what you have. Despite it being lunchtime it was busy, but service was very quick. Service was friendly. The process was great. Everything was clean inside. I ordered via the terminal. Expensive in price, but that's set a few notches higher. This branch can't help it. All in all, I've had worse stays here a few years ago.

Freshly prepared burgers that taste like you would expect from Burger King. After renovation, something more modern, now also with ordering machines, which I personally think is very good. These are sometimes easier to use than the competition because the app appears on the screen and you can access points or coupons straight away without having to spend ages scrolling and scanning on your phone. One employee is particularly friendly - I would give him 5/5 points.

Waited about 30 minutes for the food. After my number was ready for pickup, at least 20 other guests received their food. When I asked what was going on, I was told several times: That's coming soon. My order number was 645 and 730 had already received their food... You could tell how the staff in the “kitchen” and the checkout staff were completely overwhelmed. Oh yes, and there were four of us there. In each case the burger patty was deep brown to black (combined).

If I want fast food, then please fast and not after three quarters of an hour 🙃. If I could give zero points, I would. After waiting half an hour to order a hot vrownie, I had to wait another quarter of an hour for this one. Of course it was cold. Simply bottomless. Before the renovation it was better and faster.

The orders are often incomplete. I just didn't check because I was in a hurry and forgot, two sauces and six nuggets are missing. I'm thinking about doing an internship there to check whether it's really that difficult to look into a bag to check the contents. Oh well..

What are the opening hours for? Opening time: midnight At 11:53 p.m. we were already ignored in the drive. The car directly in front of us was still being operated normally.

It used to be really good, but now it's a disaster. Food was served ice cold yesterday, with the excuse that you were alone, etc. Sorry, but I won't pay any more money for that. Going to the other BK in Hallstadt is better..

We've received the wrong burgers in the drive three times recently. Ordered steakhouse today and there was no lettuce, tomato, the rest was only half there. Another time the meatball was missing, then again it was a big king in a crispy packaging. Better to MC. Nothing like that happens there!

There's always a problem with the order, the chilli cheese burger has no cheese or no chilli, and the cutlet is burnt. The photo speaks for itself.

Burger and fries only lukewarm...there was a hair in one burger, got a new one and it was lukewarm again and no excuse.

The last time I was at this Bk was now. Either the change doesn't match, or you get something different in the bag than what you ordered. Cola without ice is ignored and if you order a double it is a normal one in the box. In the drive, this can quickly be foisted on customers. My thanks. So THIS BK is now out for me. Fools others

My burgers weren't quite warm, rather lukewarm, if I hadn't been so hungry they would have gone back. Today they were perfect. Today 8.3. There was quite a lot going on and only one person at the checkout took a while but everything was ok.

Is Hall Burgerking the tables could have been cleaner but otherwise everything was okay

We haven't been here for a long time and today we had the impression that we had tasted better before. Both the chicken burger and the chicken pieces were a bit bland and the portions were very limited. The fries are good, the gentleman in service is very nice, the shop could do with more cleanliness and the price is no longer appropriate for the portion size.

I would like to understand the person I'm talking to when I order something

I ordered the vegan version of the Big King and checked several times to see whether the burger was actually vegan. When I got home I saw that there was regular cheese on the burger. That is not how it works! Not a nice finding, especially if you have lactose intolerance.

Das ganze Personal sind Auslander , die der Deutsche Sprecher nicht gut machtig sind.Das Essen steht in aller Kritik und entspricht nicht den Preisen.Ich werde diesel Burger nie wilderness essen.

Nach dem wir 10 Minuter am Drive in auf unser Essen gewartet haben, haben wir und entschlossen im Restaurant zu Essen, da das Essen immer noch nicht fertig war. Als wir im Restaurant die Tüte bekamen ( zwei Smat Menü und ein Planet Base Menü fehlte ein komplettes Smart Menü. Gut das wir nicht einfach weiter gefahren sind sondern im Restaurant gegessen haben. Dieses bekamen wir zwar, aber nicht mal ein Entschuldigung. Die ersten Burger und Pommes waren schon kalt. Der Toilette Besuch war auch echt eklig, nicht erst seit gestern soooo dreckig ganz sicher, ich musste erstmal mir mit dem Toilettenpapier und Desinfektionsmittel behelfen um die Toilette zu benutzen, um im Anschluss festzustellen das der Seifenspender auch leer ist. Und überall total Klebriger Versifter Boden voller Toilettenpapier. Danke wirklich nicht nochmal!

Habe nur die Antwort bekommen bei der Bestellung auh Weh sie Taten mir anfangs plant Nuggets in die tüte obwohl ich chicken Nuggets bestellt habe Hatte schon letztes mal Ärger es war 1 Haar in meiner eissauce ich meide jetzt diesen Laden sowas Burger king ist einfach nur ekelhaft sie sagte tu ihn die chicken mcnuggets vom.vortag in die tüte ich sagte nichts und werde nicht mehr zu Burger king gehen war auch heute zum Glück nur Testpersonen werde das meiner Firma auch so schreiben Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin Es ging gerade so

Wenn man Bock auf was schnelles hat ist BK grundsätzlich super, besonders für Vegetarier. Kaum bieten Fast-Food Läden eine solch große Vegetarische Vielfalt an, die trotzdem ganz gut schmeckt. Dieser Standort selbst ist durchschnittlich, die Servicekräfte sind nett, es geht meistens recht schnell, selten wird mal etwas vergessen.

Essen ist für einen Burger Kingt recht gut und die Service Kraft war einwandfrei. Die Sauberkeit des Ladens hat leider bei mir nur leider ein sehr ekelhaftes Gefühl ausgelöst. Der Boden war dreckig. Die Tische waren voller Krümmel und die Toiletten waren Katastrophe. Wenn man daran arbeitet hat der Laden 5 Sterne verdient. Müsst ihr selber wissen.

Sehr viele vegetarische Gerichte. Und für Fastfood gar nicht so schlecht.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte ein Menue mit Pfeffer-Chicken-Burger der sehr lecker war. Werde ich beim nächsten mal anstatt dem Menue zwei von den Burgern essen.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen wurde zügig und ohne Mängel serviert. Örtlichkeit war sauber und gepflegt.

Ihr habt einfach das was McDonald's nicht hat Chilli cheese Burger und Chilli cheese Pommes, zumindest schmeckt es bei euch besser

Standard BK, fällt weder besonders negativ noch positiv auf. Die Wartezeiten halten i.d.R im Rahmen. Interieur etwas älter, keine Zapfanlage zum selbst abfüllen der Softdrinks (refill)

Ich esse grds. Gerne die plant based Sachen. Aber wenn ich mir die Hygiene dort anschaue, Sauberkeit, kaputte Ausstattung und leeren bzw. nicht funktionalen Seifen- und Desinfektionsmittelspender, dann bin ich nur mit einem unguten Gefühl da. Dafür sind die Preise auch inzwischen vieeeel zu hoch.

Ich hatte zwei Burger, eine Portion Pommes Frites und ein Getränk. Bei einem Burger war die Temperatur in Ordnung, der andere und die Pommes waren kalt. Ketchup wurde vergessen. Gerade da das Image von Burger King doch sehr gelitten hat, sollte man sich mehr Mühe geben. Zwei Sterne, weil der Verkäufer freundlich war.

Hier gibt es für meine Tochter eine große Auswahl von Plant Base Produkten. Auch die "normalen" Burger sind spitze!!!

Vergleichsweise sehr guter BK. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und gepflegt (inkl. Toiletten). Die Wartezeit ist in der Regel kurz, die Mitarbeiter:innen sind alle sehr freundlich (wenn auch merklich etwas gestresst). Die Speißen waren bisher immer frisch, warm und meistens lecker. Soweit war ich immer zufrieden und werde bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen. 🍔👑

Alles soweit gut, wir gehen gerne zum Burger King. Die Kinder lieben Burger King 👑👑👑

Food is good. Not so crowdy. Staffs are friendly.

Einfach ausgestatteter BK, noch keine SB-Terminals, dafür sehr nettes Personal. Reichlich Parkplätze und das Essen war BK-typisch gut.

Lust auf einen wopper? Bitte nicht nach Breitengüßbach. Das war unterirdisch. Cola schmeckt nach Pappe ohne Geschmack. Hamburger und Cheesburger lagen wohl schon ewig in der Warmhaltetheke. Pommes latschig und fade. Bedienung besteht wohl nur aus fremdsprachigen Angestellten die 100 mal nachfragen müssen damit man das bekommt was man will. Tische im Aussenbereich dreckig und verschmutzt. Servieablage überfüllt. Alles in allem vergesst diese Filiale. Grottenschlecht.

Точка была выбрана как некая альтернатива стандарт норму фастфуду. Воппер очень неплохой. Котлета прожарена и от личного качества. Двойным можно уесться.
