Ungeziefer im Laden, der Service ist wirklich schlecht. Ich hatte am Tisch bestellt, und der Kellner kam mit meiner Bestellung und meinte, ich müsse sie am Tisch abholen, da sie sehr beschäftigt seien. Das war aber keine Bitte, er schrie mich an und rannte weg. 😆 Ich kann den Laden nicht empfehlen.

Reingekommen, nett gefragt ob ich schnell zwei Chicken Burger kriegen kann und 30s später wieder draußen gewesen und dadurch pünktlich am Zug. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter!

Ich wurde von diesem essen vergiftet, Im Salat befand sich auch ein Abfallstück vom schneiden

Was ist denn da los gewesen? Toilette voll gekotzt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse total unfreundlich. Und der was das Essen rausgegeben hat, hat das Essen lieblos hingeschmissen. Der MC Rip ohne Sosse. Im Happy Meal fehlte die Überraschung. Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Und der Deutschland Becher hat einen Riss😡

Das ist echt schrecklich! Ich wollte eigentlich in den Pub, aber es ist ja kostenpflichtig. Das Essen ist ungenießbar. Ich habe eine Limonade und einen Energizer bestellt, und die haben den Energydrink in meine Limonade gekippt. Dafür habe ich fast fünf Euro bezahlt?! Einfach der schlechteste McDonald's in ganz Deutschland! Ich hatte auch einen Deutschland-Burger. Der weckt nicht gerade Nationalstolz.

Gestern war ich mit Freunden unterwegs. Wir haben drei Big Macs gekauft. Zwei wurden direkt im Restaurant gegessen, einen habe ich mit nach Hause genommen. Zu Hause wollte ich meinen Big Mac essen und entdeckte darin ein etwa drei Zentimeter langes Haar. 😱 Wer weiß, was man noch alles finden könnte, wenn man ihn weiter auseinandernehmen würde. So oft essen wir dort, ohne zu wissen, was eigentlich in unserem Essen steckt. Bitte kontrollieren Sie Ihr Personal besser. Wie kann von Hygiene die Rede sein, wenn keine Haarnetze oder Schutzmützen getragen werden, über offenem Essen gesprochen wird und offensichtlich auch die Händedesinfektion bzw. Handhygiene nicht ausreichend beachtet wird? So etwas sollte in einem gastronomischen Betrieb nicht passieren. Und noch etwas: Man würde das Essen gerne heiß bekommen. Leider ist es jedes Mal nur lauwarm. Das ist sehr enttäuschend, besonders wenn man für frisches und warmes Essen bezahlt. P.S. Und ich hoffe nur, dass die Person, von der das Haar in unserem Burger stammt, zumindest ihre Haare gewaschen hatte. 🤦 😅

Ich habe mir einen Matcha bestellt, hab nach einem Strohhalm gefragt und keinem bekommen mit der Antwort. Normalerweise geben wir bei Matcha keinen Ich denke sie hat ihn einfach nur nicht gefunden, da sie rum geschaut hat Zudem hat sich mein Matcha unten abgesetzt und ich kann ihn jetzt nicht mal umrühren

So ein schlechter Laden hab ich noch nie gesehen, Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, Essen kalt und geschweige denn das mein Essen vollständig war… Ich hatte ein Doppelpack Menü bestellt mit den neuen Gläsern und bekommen habe ich kein Glas und kein Doppelpack Menü! Es fehlten 2 Burger alle Soßen indes waren nicht mal 6 Nuggets mit drin also in den Schuppen geh ich nie mehr !

Ich trinke meinen Cappuccino eigentlich immer bei McDonald’s – egal ob in Würzburg oder Frankfurt. Dort war er immer top, nie irgendwas auszusetzen. Aber hier in Bamberg ist es echt zum Kotzen, dass man es nicht mal schafft, einen vernünftigen Cappuccino hinzubekommen. Jedes Mal ist der Kaffee fast kalt. Wenn man sich dann beschwert, wird er so extrem heiß gemacht, dass man ihn erstmal ewig nicht trinken kann oder sich direkt die Schnauze verbrennt. Dazu kommt noch die unfreundliche Art vom Personal. War definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich mir hier einen Kaffee geholt habe. Dann geh ich lieber zu Yorma’s – die bekommen es wenigstens hin und sind dabei auch noch freundlich.

Man muss sagen es war okay aber man konnte keinen grimace Papsteller Klauen geht gar nicht auf Tik tok war der überall bloß hier nicht. Frechheit sowas!😡 Und der Mitarbeiter wollte mit keine Servietten geben und hat späßchen gemacht und der Pups von gegenübersitzenden war nicht so angenehm

30 Minuten Wartezeit für eine kleine Bestellung ist einfach zu viel. Vor uns waren nur ein paar Bestellungen, trotzdem wurden viele Kunden nach uns zuerst bedient. Es wirkte leider so, als wäre unsere Bestellung einfach vergessen oder ignoriert worden. Sehr enttäuschend.

Essen wird schnell zubereitet aber Mitarbeiter vergessen ständig etwas. Und wenn einen das auffällt wird nur gelacht. Sehr inkompetent aber soviel kann man von dem Personal auch nicht erwarten.

Unmögliches Benehmen gegenüber Familie – Ein absolutes No-Go! ​Ich war neulich abends in dieser Filiale und musste Zeuge einer Szene werden, die mich echt sprachlos gemacht hat. Ein Mitarbeiter ist dort einen Gast, der mit seiner Frau und kleinen Kindern da war, völlig grundlos angegangen. Nur weil der Gast laut auf seine Nummer geantwortet hat, wurde der Mitarbeiter sofort aggressiv. Er hat ihn vor den Kindern mit „Halt die Klappe“ beleidigt und sogar gedroht, das Essen einfach wegzuschmeißen. Was ist das denn für ein Umgang? ​Die Situation ist so eskaliert, dass sogar die Polizei kommen musste. Der Mitarbeiter hat dann auch noch behauptet, er sei beleidigt worden, was absolut nicht stimmte – mehrere Leute im Laden haben gesehen, dass die Aggression nur vom Personal ausging. Erst als der Polizist es ihm gesagt hat, wurde das Geld für den Kaffee zurückgegeben. ​Ich gehe hier sicher nicht mehr essen. So ein Verhalten gegenüber einer Familie mit Kindern ist das Letzte. Da fehlt jegliche Erziehung und Management in diesem Laden.

Wenn ich eine negative Bewertung abgeben könnte, wäre das treffender. Der heutige Schichtleiter ist äußerst unprofessionell und unethisch. Ich habe am 27. März 2026 um 23:30 Uhr dort angerufen. Ich weiß nicht, wer ihn eingestellt hat; er hat keinerlei Ahnung, wie man mit Kunden umgeht.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in diesem Restaurant am 18.03.2026. Während ich auf meinen Zug wartete, forderte mich der Manager auf, meinen Platz zu verlassen. Obwohl ich ausdrücklich anbot, sofort etwas zu bestellen, um als zahlender Gast bleiben zu können, wurde mein Angebot abgelehnt und ich aufgefordert zu gehen. Er verweigerte mir mein Geld, nannte mir seinen Namen nicht und drohte mir stattdessen sofort mit der Polizei. Da ich meinen Zug nicht verpassen und die Unannehmlichkeiten nicht in Kauf nehmen wollte, ging ich. Mir fiel jedoch auf, dass hier mit zweierlei Maß gemessen wird. Als schwarze Reisende fühlte ich mich gezielt herausgegriffen und anders behandelt als andere Gäste. Ich möchte andere People of Color (BIPoC) vor dem aggressiven Verhalten dieses Managers warnen. Absolut unprofessionell.

schaffen 3 Cheeseburger in 30 Sekunden

Gefühlt eine der schnellsten McDonalds Filialen und immer relativ ruhig. Verstehe die Teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Für einen Bahnhofs-Mecces übertrifft diese Filiale bei jedem Besuch meine Erwartungen. Immer entspannte Musik und nette Mitarbeiter. Als Kunde ist die Toilette mit Drehkreuz natürlich kostenlos! Einfach die Mitarbeiter ansprechen.

Da war ein Mitarbeiter, der Kunden anschrie, unglaublich unhöflich war und seinen Ärger an ihnen ausließ. Sowas geht gar nicht, sein Benehmen war unmöglich. Ich würde ihn sofort entlassen.

Meine Bestellung wurde storniert, ich habe meine Karte ans Gerät gehalten es, doch trotzdem wurde mein Essen nicht geliefert. Nach Nachfragen was mit dem Essen ist, ist der Mitarbeiter ausgerastet und hat mir unterstellt ich wolle ihn betrügen, außerdem wurde mir mit Polizei rufen gedroht.

Keine Seife, kein Papier, der Fön defekt, das WC extrem schmutzig. Und wenn man das Personal darauf anspricht, bekommt man gesagt, dass grade eben noch alles ok war.

Hab mir ein Menü bestellt und die Sprite hat nur nach Wasser geschmeckt und zusätzlich Eiswürfel rein gemacht obwohl draußen -7 grad hat die Pommes nur halb voll gemacht in die tüte also hätte ich 5€ bezahlt wäre genauso gewesen

Der Service war furchtbar. Die Bestellungen wurden unvollständig geliefert, und wenn man nach den fehlenden Artikeln fragte, hieß es, es gäbe noch weitere Bestellungen. Es gab keine Servietten, und der Laden war total verdreckt. Ich bin seit Dezember in Europa unterwegs und habe schon einige McDonald's besucht, aber keiner war so schlimm wie dieser. Ach ja, und keiner der Angestellten sprach Englisch. Es war einfach nur schrecklich.

War jetzt schon öfter dort und das Essen ist ganz gut. ALLERDINGS wird IMMER etwas vergessen. Vor 10 min dort gewesen und schon wieder einen Burger vergessen. Wie kann das sein??? Das ist wirklich extrem schlimm und nervig!!! Bitte macht was dagegen!

The toilet was absolutely filthy and disgusting. You pay €1 for it, which could be credited afterwards, but only at the counter. Unfortunately, the employee ignored us and walked away. Impossible here – ordered at 9:15 PM via Lieferando – delivery time 25-45 minutes, nothing happened on the tracking – after about 30 minutes, our order was simply canceled without explanation. So we went there, we were hungry. Arrived at 11:20 PM. Ordered at the vending machine for takeaway and table service. After about 15 minutes, our number was called – order packed, but no table service – explanation: all the trays had already been cleaned. Hello, the shop is open until 2:00 AM!!!

I've been there about twice. It's not very clean, but the food was delicious and the staff friendly. If you want to eat after the train, I recommend it. It's not always clean, but I give it 4 stars, and rightly so!

Awful. I ordered through Lieferando, and after 1.5 hours, nothing happened, even though I got a message saying they'd accepted it. When I called them, they told me they hadn't received any orders. After 10 seconds, the order was canceled, the call was muted, and then the phone hung up. You guys are real heroes.

The coupon does not scan in the automated kiosks and the information that the coupon only works at the register is not provided in the sign about the bathroom policy. The staff is unable to help with the coupon after a purchase has been completed. The bathroom was also wet and had a strong unclean aroma. The food was typical McDonald's quality.

The food came neatly packaged, the fries were where they belonged, and the burgers didn't look like they had been on a train ride. Then the first challenge: the Cola Zero. Served in a paper cup with a cardboard lid, which is more reminiscent of a coffee-to-go. Straws? None. The drinking technique through the tiny hole became a real test of patience - thanks to the ice in the cup, you almost had to go to physical limits to get your drink. Very nice and warm staff at the food preparation and pickup station. Food was ready for pick up quickly and fresh. I was there around 11:00 a.m. at noon. When I asked something again after picking it up, I was also answered in a very friendly manner. The McDonalds is one of the smaller branches in terms of size, but I liked the ambience and the window fronts. The cleanliness was also good. The employees were also very happy to receive my Christmas greetings. All in all, it was a pleasant transfer time at the McDonalds Bamberg Hauptbahnhof. I felt very comfortable in McDonalds from the moment I entered the restaurant to the moment I left it. Recommendation from me :)

Order was processed quickly and brought to the table. For me, the McRib is now the best burger. I had also ordered the new Big M. This was very nicely decorated. Gurgen on one side and gravy on the other side. The size is okay, the taste is almost like a BigMac. He's not my taste. There are probably no straws anymore either. I don't know what could be better about these daddy lids than a paper straw. Both crap. Maybe I'm just getting too old for McDonald's.
