Always check your order, I have never ordered anything from drive in and it came whole. Something is always missing

Sensibly composed products that give the impression of being “freshly prepared”. But what stands out positively compared to other MCDs is the very nice staff at the drive in.

I was hit on stupidly there at 3:48 a.m. because it was just before closing time and that's why my coupon didn't work... And waited another 25 minutes I would consider going there.

A really nice relaxed breakfast and the advantage is that everyone can donate money to the children's aid. Just a nice action

It's noisy, the tables and floor are dirty and the food is cruel and very unhealthy.

Great restaurant. Food was delivered quickly and was hot. Some rubbish here and there, but for a McDonalds it looked neat. Not very many parking spaces so you have to be a bit lucky when it is busy.

Of course it's McDonald's - but what's annoying now is the wait (almost 20 minutes) at the Mcdrive and the constant parking on the other side. That doesn't make any sense at all...

At 10:15 we were not allowed to order a MC rib and cheeseburger because breakfast was being served at that time. Okay, fine then we'll order a MC muffin. Please once with ketchup. Sorry, but that only works from 10:30. Very bad that I can't order ketchup at 10:15 and apparently fifteen minutes later I can... Not really customer-oriented if you ask me...

Friendly service and the food is brought to the table

Recently I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. The service was unfriendly and slow even though it wasn't busy. My order was incorrect and was reluctantly corrected. Overall the visit was frustrating and I will choose to go elsewhere in the future.

Hello community, We were there with family and ordered cheap menus using the app. Everything was fresh and delicious. The ambience is nice. The shop clean. Not too crowded and no waiting time. We ordered at the machine and as soon as we sat down our orders came. I already had one point... The prices are getting higher and higher, unfortunately also with the promotions and the menus. I still know that a special menu was not offered for more than €9.99. Thank you, have a nice stay and enjoy your meal

Best MC Donalds in Euregio area

No matter how often I order there because I want something quick, it's always different. Order incomplete or if you want extra sauce there is a sticker on the castle but no more sauce. Small fries from the happy meal exactly the same amount as a large fries from McMenu although twice as expensive. Well what can you say 0 stars is too much for that. It's just getting more and more expensive, but the quality is decreasing. Today the proof is true again, one-sided, a little sauce on chicken burgers just like mcrib and only a little bit so that I put ketchup on it at home, just a cheek for the money, far too expensive.

Very friendly service. When I ordered the fries were flabby and not hot. Shortly afterwards it was requested and without much fuss it was remade. Even if it's not 5* food, the staff make a big difference.

Finally there is breakfast again and, as always, very tasty. Service and cleanliness as always in Kohlscheid is good for a Mc's.

1☆ is already too much for this incompetence of people who are supposed to serve you and become cheeky when they don't speak the German language. It can't be that a global company approves such incompetence, as a result of this, loyal mc customers are lost for years...So Eschweiler Avoid McDonald's in the morning shift!!!

A McDonalds where quality is their top priority. The staff is constantly busy keeping the place running and serving the freshest of foods.

That's where the stupidity of the McDonald's workforce works. Every time something is missing from the drive, they are simply too incompetent to put food in a bag. Just spent 2 minutes at the counter talking about the glasses that are currently available in the Mc-Menu and these intelligent beasts simply can't put a glass in the bag xD

I'm really very sorry, but in recent years, the best mäcces ever. They were only drive in, but the food was hot, the fries were fried and salted just right, they were even brought to the car and the waiting time was absolutely okay. Very friendly staff and since my wife is such a fish fetishist, I was allowed to take a bite, the best thing ever. I had no idea how much my children could enjoy the nuggets if they were made correctly. So the extra km are worth it if you feel like eating mäcces again...

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe und einfach nur ekelhaft. Das Fleisch ist verdorben und meist noch roh. Wenn man sich gerne den Magen verderben will, sollte man dort hinfahren. Ich lag 3 Tage flach und das nur wegen den Chicken Nuggets aus dem Happy Meal, danke dafür. Ich werde diese Kette nicht nochmal besuchen.

Het is een Duitse MacDonald's, dus de kaart is anders en veel uitgebreider., maar de Big Mac is precies hetzelfde als overal. Een aanrader als eens iets anders wilt maccen.

Leider habe ich mich heute sehr geärgert. Mein Mann hat etwas zu Essen bestellt: Einen Wrap, einen Burger mit Pommes und Getränk, einen McSundae und einen McFlurry. Was wurde ihm zuerst hingestellt, während er noch knapp 10 Minuten auf den Burger warten musste? Richtig, das Eis. Dementsprechend war das Eis bereits geschmolzen, als er den Laden verließ. Trotz einer Bemerkung seitens meines Mannes wurde das Eis nicht zurück genommen. Ich hatte dann daheim (wohnen nur eine Minute entfernt) ein flüssiges McSundae. Nun, wer die Launen einer schwangeren Frau kennt, weiß wie kreuzunglücklich ich nun bin. Danke für nichts.

Fast kaltes essen , egal wann man kommt . Pommes schmecken abends teilweise nach alten Fett. Kaum bis keine deutschen Angestellten!!!

Heute nochmal nach langer Zeit dort gewesen und was soll ich sagen ...jedes Mal, wirklich jedes Mal fehlte etwas....Lesen vom Display ist anscheinend wirklich nicht die Stärke....OK, ich hätte selber nochmal nachschauen sollen, aber ist das wirklich nötig??? Anscheinend ja ....nie wieder Leute ...

Waren wieder Aus Essen mit Freunden von uns. Es war auch diesmal wieder echt lecker und die Portionen wäre auch reichlich. (die Pommes sind jedesmal sehr salzig) deshalb ist nach-salzen nicht nötig 😂

Leider wurde hier schon zum 2. Mal hintereinander vergessen mir beim MC Drive die bestellte und bezahlte Apfeltasche einzupacken.

Das Essen wird im Vergleich zu Früher immer kleiner portioniert und dadurch wesentlich teurer.
