McDonald's in Herzogenrath

Vanille milkshake bestellt, dort waren braune klumpen drin und hat nach verdorbener milch gerochen. Hab es darauf hin zurück gehen lassen, da hat der mitarbeiter dann mich noch für dumm verkaufen wollen das es ja normal schmecken würde. Das tat es nicht! Habe nach dem er mir den zweiten neuen milkshake gezapft hat, wollte ich kein neuen mehr, habe mein geld ebenfalls nicht zurück bekommen dafür noch einen ekel shake den ich direkt draußen vor der türe im müll entsorgt habe. Unmöglich sowas !

Waren dort haben am terminal bestellt und einen Bürger OHNE GURKEN OHNE SENF bestellt wir sind hingegangen haben es dennen gesagt, die meinten wird dann zum Tisch gebracht (den neuen bürger) Wir bekommen den neuen Bürger und die haben einfach nur die Gurken runter getan, ich wieder hin hab die zu sau gemacht was denen den einfallen würde weil man hätte ja eine allergie haben können und ersticken können usw! Man bekommt nucht mal eine entschuldigung der Manager oder wie der Typ sich nennt total unfreundlich macht einen noch blöd von der seite an. Mir fehlen die Worte also ihr solltet dringend was ändern!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Habe zum Wiederholten Male chicken nuggets, statt wie bestellt Mcplant Nuggets erhalten. Werde nicht wiederkommen

Die hänger haben jz zum 3 mal meine Bestellung verpennt und nicht richtig eingepackt, wiedermal fehlen Soßen, wiedermal fehlen pommes. Muss jz sogar drauf achten dat die da mal meine Soßen reinpacken, dickes L an diesen Laden.

Leider ist ein Stern noch zu viel. Man will an der Kasse bezahlen aber der Schichtleiter oder so hat nichts anderes zu tun als sich vor der Kundschaft mit einem Mitarbeiter an der Pommesfriteuse zu streiten. Wenn ich der Schichtleiter gewesen wäre, dann hätte der Mitarbeiter bestimmt nicht so mit mir geredet und auch noch gegrinnst dabei. Dann, nach extrem langer Wartezeit, obwohl es nicht stark besucht war, kam endlich der Aufruf dass meine Bestellung fertig ist. Leider nur genommen ohne rein zu schauen. Ergebnis: statt 4 Double ChillyCheese waren 4 DoubleCheese Burger in der Tüte, die erstens billiger sind, obendrein auch noch kalt und anscheinend absolut ohne Verstand eingepackt wurden. Absolut unzufrieden und absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen dieser Laden. Aber dass beste ist, es wird immer schlimmer. Die Sauberkeit ließ obendrein auch zu wünschen übrig. Im Küchenbereich und Themenbereich lagen etliche Dinge auf dem Boden, an denen alle Angestellten vorbei gingen. Mit Nichten eine gute Visitenkarte für das Unternehmen. Nachtrag!!!! Es wird noch schlechter. Nachdem beim vorletzten Besuch die falsche Ware in der Tüte war, ist bei meinem erneuten Besuch nur die Hälfte der bezahlten und bestellten Ware in der Tüte. Und die Wartezeit wurde hingegen des vorletzten Besuchs, erneuten um 10 Minuten gesteigert!!!

Alles in Ordnung, Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet und war gut.

Bei jeder Bestellung verwenden sie so wenige Zutaten wie möglich, alles, um 10 Cent zu sparen. Das Personal ist zudem sehr unfreundlich. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Burger waren schon fast kalt, Mayo wurde mit Ketchup vertauscht, die süß sauer Soße mit Sour cream verwechselt....aber naja Die Mitarbeiter waren eher langsam und der deutschen Sprache wenig mächtig

Der Service war schlecht und ich bekam keinen Strohhalm für mein Getränk, als ich danach fragte.

Das Essen war gut. In manchen McDonald's-Filialen bekommt man die Hamburger nur lauwarm, aber hier waren sie richtig frisch vom Grill, so heiß! Die Chicken Nuggets waren auch lecker. Es ist ein sauberer, ordentlicher McDonald's. Und Tulpen aus Rotterdam 😜

Ich muss meine 5* Bewerbung nach 7 Jahren leider korrigieren, für den Service würde ich jetzt nicht mal einen Stern geben. Seit der McDonald's Übernahme dieses Jahr ist der Service grottenschlecht. Es wird an jeder Ecke gespart. Nun bekommen man nur eine dünne Serviette aufs Tablett gelegt, man steht dann auf, läuft zur SB Station hin und holt sich aus Frust die doppelte Menge, wie man's braucht. Pommes wird nicht mehr mit Serviette abgedeckt (Sparmaßnahme!), Eis ist jetzt nur die Hälfte (!) siehe Foto. Auf meine Beschwede habe ich vom Schichtältesten gesagt bekommen, dass es die Vorgabe von oben ist (vom neuen Eigentümer), diese müssen sie auch umsetzen. Kleines Getränk war letztens auch nur die Hälfte. Ihr habt jetzt auf jeden Fall einen Stammkunden verloren! Man kann doch nicht am Service sparen, die Kunden kommen doch nicht mehr!!!

Schlechtester Mc Donalds ever und das Personal ist der Oberhammer. Bestellungen werden nicht richtig ausgeführt, Burger einfach nur zusammen geklatscht so dass jede zutat runter rutscht und der Burger wird noch nicht mal richtig verpackt. Selbst bei den teuren Burgern liegen die zutaten alle runtergerutscht und Lose in der Verpackung.

Sogar die Toiletten waren super!

Die Displays am DriveThru lassen einen Nachts regelrecht erblinden. Sowas muss man doch Nachts runterdimmen...

Wir hatten vor längerer Zeit mal von den Chicken Nuggets heftig Magen-Darm. Hatten das als einmalige Sache abgetan aber auch im Restaurant angerufen und Bescheid gegeben. Jetzt wieder. Alle, die Chicken Nuggets hatten, liegen flach und ballern sich die Seele aus dem Leib. Katastrophe!!!

Der Boden ist immer schmutzig und klebrig, was keinen angenehmen Eindruck hinterlässt. Zudem roch es stark nach Zigaretten, da der Aschenbecher direkt am Eingang stand. Das war wirklich unangenehm. Der Burger war außerdem kalt und wirkte lieblos zubereitet. Insgesamt kein gutes Erlebnis – hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Update 07.03.2026 Schon um 9:00 Uhr morgens lagen Essensreste auf Sitzbänken und dem Boden – Sauberkeit scheint hier keine Priorität zu haben. Trotz ausgewähltem Tischservice (Online-Bestellung in der App) wurde mein Essen nie zu meinem Tisch gebracht und stattdessen von jemand anderem versehentlich an der Theke abgeholt. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich keine Lösung, sondern eine Belehrung vom Mitarbeiter, ich solle bei der Bestellung besser darauf achten, ob die Nummerschilder an den Terminals bereits herausgestellt sind. Service, der eher den Kunden erzieht als hilft – sehr enttäuschend.

Tischservice und Sauberkeit sind hier Fremdwörter

Sehr unfreundliches Personal (Drive in Schalter), sehr lange Wartezeit, nachkommende Personen, erhalten teilweise früher ihr Essen. Qualität des Essens gut.

Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, Eis wurde direkt zu Beginn zubereitet und stand dann fast zehn Minuten, bis die Burger fertig waren. War dann eher Suppe. Kein Mitarbeiter trägt Haarnetz bzw Kopfbedeckung, was Pflicht ist nach haccp in Deutschland. Essen war dort früher besser.

Essen OK, Service sehr freundlich. Absolutes Unding ist es, zweimal innerhalb 10 Minuten von Bettlerinen (vermutlich süd-ost Europa) belästigt zu werden. Warum wird diesen Leuten kein Hausverbot erteilt?

Sehr unfähiges Personal. Wollte etwas mit Coupons kaufen und die Dame an der Kasse war so schlecht drauf, man merkte ihr an das sie nicht wollte das man mit Coupon kauft. Sie hat den Scanner so schnell rübergezogen das es nicht funktioniert hat. Mit der Bitte die Zahlen des Coupons einzugeben verweigerte sie und fing mit mir eine Dämliche Diskussion an, unter dem Motto die Coupons würden sich in Sekunden ändern. Darauf hin habe ich ihr gesagt wenn sie nichts verkaufen möchte und keine Lust zu arbeiten dann geh ich woanders hin, natürlich nicht nach MC diese Faulheit und Dämlichkeit unterstütze ich nicht.

Die Luft geht leider immer mehr raus und MC ist nicht mehr was es war.

Die Hälfte wurde vergessen und der Cheeseburger sah aus, als hätte schon jemand reingebissen… Nie wieder!

Zwei Happy Meals und kein Spielzeug, aber es war wichtig, dass sich die Angestellten unterhielten, während ich als Einzige auf meine Bestellung wartete – ein Desaster! Man kann unmöglich zwei Happy Meals fehlerfrei zusammenstellen.

Für einen McDonalds eine normale Filiale. Nichts besonderes und man bekommt das, was bei McDonalds halt so geboten wird.

So ein schlechter Laden und so unfähiges Personal jedes Mal wenn man was bestellt fehlt etwas wieder mal nen mc chicken classic fürs personal. Man muss nur den Zettel durch lesen. Wartezeiten des Grauens das hat nix mit Fast Food zu tun. Selbst der eine Stern ist zu viel.

Die Chicken Nuggets sind von skandalöser Qualität, und 14 Euro für 20 Euro sind absurd.

Nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit stellte sich heraus, dass der Manager die Bestellungen einfach blind eingegeben hatte. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Erklärung, keine Lösung. Als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, wurde ich auch noch verbal angegriffen, als ich etwas dazu sagte. Absolut unprofessionell. Schlechte Organisation, mangelhafte Kommunikation und ein Manager, der ganz offensichtlich nicht weiß, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Das war das letzte Mal für mich. Nie wieder.

Schlechter Service. Essen wird meist nicht an den Tisch gebracht, obwohl man über Tischservice bestellt hat. Stattdessen kann man den kalten Fraß selbst abholen, weil das Personal keinen Bock hat. Es war wirklich nicht voll im Restaurant. Trotzdem waren die Tische dreckig. Manche Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Wort Deutsch. Bei den Preisen kann ich auch zu einem richtigen Burgerrestaurant gehen.

Das Essen ist meistens gut und frisch, die Toiletten sind allerdings nicht immer sauber.

Heute 16.11. 30 Minuten im Drive gestanden, von der Bestellung bis zur Übergabe. Fastfood?? 🤔

I wouldn't even give them one star. I've ordered from them several times, and every single time something is either missing or the wrong item is delivered. How incompetent can you be? Then you call them and they tell you to complain to Lieferando, but what can Lieferando possibly do if you can't even pack the order correctly?

We had a nice meal but the chili burger was very cold but the rest was quite warm.

Horrible place. They didn't give me a bag for a large takeout order. They announced the order was ready long before it was actually ready. They refused to change the toy in the order. Stay away from this place. Never again!

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order through the app, and it was recognized. Then I drove home and noticed that a large fries were missing again, for what must have been the third time (of course, I checked everything against the receipt, and the fries were charged). Absolutely outrageous. It's not worth driving back, as the food will be cold anyway. I'd gladly give it zero stars.

I come here relatively often, as it's the only McDonald's nearby, and if you fancy a McFlurry, it's the shortest route. However, it's been a disaster over the past few months. Every order should be checked, as not even a single McFlurry order has been correct the first time. If you order multiple McFlurry orders, it takes so long to correct the wrong one that the others have already completely melted. I've wondered why this works at other McDonald's. My observation is the following: At this McDonald's, it's common practice to immediately "pull away" orders in order to meet time limits. They then jump from "in process" to "ready" and then immediately back out again. Two employees then walk around with a receipt for the order, trying to process the order based on it. They can't read everything correctly in such a small format and make mistakes. At other McDonald's, the order stays in the system, and the employees can see in large format what they need to prepare on the screens.

Worst nighttime experience! (I've been disappointed 4 times!) 4-6 of my friends' friends come weekly. But the food is always stale. So I gave them advance notice to heat up the food... 5 minutes later, in 23*Celsius weather, I'm sitting at home again with a cold burger. It's outrageous; no amount of laziness will change that.

I highly recommend this McDonald's restaurant. Very friendly staff. The food was good quality and hot, and we barely had to wait. Considering how busy it was, the restaurant was very clean.

I've been waiting for my order for over two hours. Unfortunately, I've already paid... I can't reach anyone there... This was the first and last time!!!

Forgot something in my order again. This is at least the fifth time. Sometimes it was a French fry, sometimes a sauce, sometimes a Big Mac – that was expensive :( Today it was the Happy Meal toy (I noticed it, I got it when I came back in from the parking lot) – and once it was sweet and sour sauce (I didn't notice it until I got home). Check your orders here! Always!

I've been to this McDonald's many times, but thanks to Sven, I always enjoy coming back! Super friendly, fast, always in a good mood, and very attentive – you'd want an employee like that everywhere. I was at McDonald's again today and, as always, was impressed by the fast service and good quality – but one employee stands out in particular: Sven. Sven is by far the most competent and personable employee I've ever encountered at McDonald's. Friendly, attentive, always with a smile on his face, and at the same time completely professional. He kept an overview even during busy times, accommodated individual requests, and noticeably improved the entire process. You rarely find employees like him – and that's exactly why Sven should definitely get a raise! Many thanks to the team – and a very special thank you to Sven! Keep it up! 👏🍔🍟

It's the best McDonald's I know. The people here are always very friendly. The food is always good, nice and hot, freshly prepared. The drinks are excellent, and the service is very good. And that typical McDonald's atmosphere. We always enjoy going here.

Staff were completely overwhelmed and totally unfriendly. We had to wait 10 minutes at the checkout because no one seemed to care. We waited almost 30 minutes for takeaway food. I've seen better times at this branch.

When I ordered via the app, I was packed with a Classic Salad instead of a Big Caesar Chicken Salad. Then noticed it at home, but then had to drive 15 minutes to listen to stupid comments. It wasn't worth it, even for the €2.30 more I paid. So: Always check your order very carefully when you pick it up

Top quality 100x better than Dutch junk and you can taste it. Experienced people I have known for 15 years work here. That's why here, like a well-oiled machine, there's no hassle, even during busy times, your food is neatly brought to your table for 10 minutes. You don't have to try the Netherlands. Also the choice of 15+ Hamburgers and the better discount vouchers, we always go here, never again Dutch junk.

Ordered and received two McRibs and two Happy Meals to take away. Then went home for dinner. Opened the McRib at home and what can I say..... got a new variation 🥴 that wasn't as tasty🥺. After 5 attempts to reach the guys at McDonald's by phone, of course without success, I left my small children at home and drove there. I was hungry. There I received two new McRibs, two toys for my children, a large fry and a mayo. Wow what a gesture. My first fries at home were of course already cold and the cola... well, sweet, non-carbonated syrup. I went back home and gave the toy packaging to the children. One contained a terminal block and some packaging waste. One of the children was of course disappointed and then laughed his head off and said he wasn't sure if he wanted to eat there again. 'Who knows how the food will be prepared when so many mishaps happen at once.' After all the hiccups, I have to say...thank you McDonald's...I wasn't hungry anymore and I did something for my figure.😅 Attached are the two pictures of the new variation and the "toy". My oldest now wants to become an electrician. In addition, I have put the original marketing image from McDonald's here. A relatively “small” difference.🤔🫣 Overall, a rather unsuccessful conclusion. But the Kono afternoon with my boys was worlds better!

The ordering terminals. Are confusing at McDonald's. Because with a classic MC Chicken menu you are asked if you would like an extra drink. But then it turns out to be your fries instead. Due to the confusion, the staff gave me free fries with mayo.
