I would give it minus stars if I could, yesterday we picked up something at the McDonald's drive-in for ages. It started when the order was placed, the guy didn't speak German and the order had to be repeated several times. When we got home, the order was incomplete, the mcRip couldn't be found in the mcRip menu, the Filet o Fish had fish fingers with half a slice of cheese. Fries and fish were cold. The highlight, however, were the chicken nuggets, I have never been so disappointed, I can also fry my own rubber. Oh yeah, and the Diet Coke was... Who can guess? Of course only syrup with still water. McDonalds....never again!!!

I can only recommend the store! Especially because of the service. The employee who served me was called Ali and he was really great!!! If you're lucky you can get to know him too...

Been here three times. Three negative experiences. 1. No soap in the toilet - stupid if you want to wash your hands before eating. 2. Ordering system failed - not possible manually, that's what we said on site. Longer waiting times as a consequence. 3. Waited forever. Cola poured from the bottle into the cup - lukewarm of course. Also packed to go, even though eating on site was chosen. Waited an unbelievable 10 minutes for warm cola, fries and a cheeseburger. As a sales representative, I spend a lot of time at McDonalds and there are a lot of things going wrong there.

Drive in is different, there's a half-hour wait for a few cars and then the burgers aren't even hot, just warm. I think too few staff.

The ambience is simple and functional. The service is good and fast, it only takes a few minutes between ordering and serving. You often ask yourself how something like this can work. When you see what the burger looks like, it's no wonder. The quality and taste of the food is average but for the price (menu approx. 10.00 euros) it is simply too expensive compared to other fast food dishes (doner kebab, fries/currywurst). Overall, the franchise system is expensive and therefore the price/performance ratio is not good. Tried the new Burger M today: Overall quite large and tasty with a new sauce. But afterwards the poppy seed sprinkles from the roll stuck to my finger.

We were there spontaneously today... Drove through Mc Drive and ordered, it wasn't busy around 7:45 p.m. We had to go to the bay to wait and it took forever for the food to come! Check everything there, go home! At home I discovered that instead of double sauce there was no sauce on the Big Tasty. Of course it doesn't taste dry at all!! So of course I was completely disappointed!

The MC rib was still hot and not soggy. The fries were not over salted and were crispy. Cola without ice cubes as ordered. The food also came to the table quite quickly. As long as you don't come at peak times everything is great

It's been a long time since I've eaten there again and eaten a disgusting mc chicken, flat not crispy and disgusting for the price. But the fries were hot and eaten, maybe a little more salt.

Clean restaurant. Unfortunately, Mcdrive always takes a little longer than expected. Otherwise nice staff.

I was here yesterday. I was having a bad day and they messed up my order so I went back and the staff were so nice and apologetic about it. They even called their boss without being asked. It was Mr. Djeroski who looked after me in the nicest way and even gave me a free meal. One of the best McDonald's branches I've ever been to.

Incredibly dirty! There was leftover food on the floor throughout the restaurant. Not a single seat was clean, the toilet smelled strongly of urine and there was water and paper everywhere. I don't know what the other guests are doing there, but I didn't get the impression that the place wasn't cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, a growing impression in many branches...

Those were the worst insults I've ever received at MC. Cold and dangerously bad. Staff talked grandly and loudly about MC.

A very clean McDonalds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Outdoor area also neat. Sufficient parking spaces available, easy to reach.

Went to MC Drive 3 minutes late at 10:33 a.m. and unfortunately didn't get any breakfast. Instead, I was brushed off stupidly by the unfriendly employee at MC Drive. Everything has already been cleared away. Dear Ms. Maubach, perhaps you should work on the friendliness and flexibility of your employees so as not to scare away even more customers.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's just doesn't get it done. They can't get the order right. Always forget something, wrong burger and it's just slapped together in a totally careless way, cold! This store doesn't know cleanliness either! The floor is totally dirty, tables are full and sticky, the kitchen looks like a mess if you take a look inside. Pooh! We're out of there! The staff is having the time of their lives or shouting. But can't handle the simplest order. This "restaurant" will no longer see us. 👎

Always a good choice if no one wants to cook on Sundays.

The food is rotten again... for the 3rd time now... really moldy fungi on it. I'm giving up and never ordering again.

Most of the employees are nice and really try hard. However, the cleanliness (especially of the tables) often leaves something to be desired. The first floor is also often kept closed, even though it is already very full downstairs. In my subjective opinion, the price-performance ratio at McDonald's is currently getting steadily worse.

The burgers were nothing, the buns had probably already been baked twice. That's it with McDonald, you don't need anything like that.

Personal ordering is not possible as people would rather clean than accept an order. When asked - unfriendly answer. The terminals were all occupied and around 11 p.m. more customers arrived who probably wanted to order in person.

Last snot, I waited for an hour for a junior bag of a burger and fries, my number was gone and no food could be found. My husband was so angry that he wanted his money back. And nobody sees me in Lemgo McDonald's anymore, I have the feeling that they are overwhelmed there. How many had the wrong food, or only some of their things.

For the third time in a row, the takeout order is incorrect. Ordered Mc Crispy with bacon but didn't get it. I can hardly stand there and open every burger. In addition, the employees do not speak German to each other. I wouldn't have a problem if that happened at the back, but if people speak loudly and the customers can hear it, that's not appropriate.

Food was OK. But it was just so dirty. Employees would rather chat than do a little cleaning. you have to clean the tables yourself because all the tables were dirty. just a shame. It was different years ago, what a shame!

I think it's good. You just have to have time at certain times, you should also think about it: do you want your food quickly or fresh?! The staff does their best, even if they don't speak German perfectly, they make an effort and don't use harz4, although that would be more worthwhile. Regarding the cleanliness of the store, I think it's difficult to keep a store clean that is overcrowded and I don't understand how the guests eat that the table looks the way it does? You get a tray! It's the same with the toilets, if guests left as they were found, you wouldn't have to complain! A big compliment to all the employees, thank you for providing us with food and drink, keep it up, even if something is forgotten, you are only human, at least for me everything was always replaced or remade without much discussion. Everything is good so far. It was just really cold inside to eat. It wasn't possible without a jacket.

As a native of Lemgo, you come here regularly. When it comes to pickup, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday 3 sauces were forgotten and instead of 20 mcnuggets there were 2 x 9 mcnuggets. Before that there were 2 cheese burgers instead of the chicken burgers I ordered. Hope things get better again

Essen: in der Regel kalt Service: Sofern Deutschsprachige Menschen vor Ort sind, sind sie unfreundlich. - Auf Ansprache das mein Essen kalt ist, wurde mir kein neuer Burger angeboten, und nachdem ich gefragt habe ob ich wenigstens mein Geld zurück bekomme wenn ich nicht bedient werde, wurde ich ausgelacht. Ambiente? Naja, Mekkes halt, allerdings hat mittlerweile auch die Sauberkeit in dem Laden nachgelassen.

Ich war heute da und die Mitarbeiter haben sich nur angeschrien. Es war ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl, dort zu essen während sich alle lautstark anzicken. Trotzdem ist das Essen dennoch lecker, aber die Arbeitsatmosphäre muss sich ändern. Danke

Wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt fehlt meistens etwas. Man kann noch immer nicht mit Karte am Terminal bezahlen. Burger oft schlimmer als der schiefe Turm von Pisa...

Es macht Spaß hier zu essen deswegen jetzt drei Sterne. Ich wollte eigentlich eingeben, weil das hier sehr siffig ist aber das Essen ist lecker deswegen jetzt drei.

War soweit ok. Hatte online bestellt und auch relativ schnell dann mein Essen bekommen. Leider wie auch in anderen Filialen werden die Burger lieblos zusammen geklatscht. Essen war warm. Personal sehr freundlich trotz Neueröffnung vor paar Wochen.

Essen ist an sich Super, klar ist das Geschmackssache aber ich mag es dort zu essen. Der Service ist eigentlich gut mit der Ausnahme das ist Zeitpunkte gibt an denen die Mitarbeiter anscheinend unaufmerksam sind oder sonstiges denn dann wird Essen vergessen ob es dann aber nur 1-2 Sachen sind oder doch die halbe Bestellung ist Glücksspiel deshalb leider nur 4 von 5 Sternen. ⭐

Personal Katastrophal. Die arrogante Dame namens Joana an der Kasse war unfreundlich und gar nicht professionell. Die Angestellten haben 2,5 Stunden vor Schließung Tische Boden sowie Eismaschine „geputzt“ dann war die Dame nach dem mehrere Eis bestellt wurden am rum schreien wie dumm wir sind weil sie die Maschine bereits geputzt hat, danach haben wir uns an einen Tisch gesetzt der bereits „geputzt“ war, wurde durch den Laden geschrien wie asozial wir seien wir hätten doch gesehen das der geputzt war, aber wenn man 95% der Tische 2,5 Stunden vor Schließung putzt bei viel Andrang wo sollen wir essen? Im stehen? Also absolute Frechheit, hoffe die junge blonde Dame mit Septum in der Nase wird zurecht gewiesen, so eine Unprofessionalität. Komme selber aus der Gastronomie absolut inkompetent die gute Frau!!!!

Alles ordentlich. Nur die Einfahrt liegt komisch am anderen Ende.

Leider alle Tische , der Fußboden und die Toiletten dreckig. Das Personal leider sehr kurz angebunden was die Situation betrifft. Auch der Eingang des „Restaurant“ wurde verlegt damit der Lieferservice diesen Eingang benutzen kann.

Das Essen wie gewohnt der Service freundlich und zügig das Ambiente ist halt der MC-Stile.

Soweit alles gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich mit einem lächen im Gesicht.Aber die Burger hätten wärmer sein können bzw heisser.

Sehr voll und das Bestell System funktioniert nicht so wie es soll . Eher nix für ältere Menschen wie mich ,die Jugend scheint so etwas ja zu mögen.

Vollkommen enttäuschend. Der Fußboden vor dem Tresen ist total fettig und rutschig gewesen. Die Tische waren nicht abgewischt. Das ganze Lokal unangenehm unaufgeregt. Die Herrentoilette hat gestunken wie ein Bahnhofsklo und Klopapier lag herum. Überall waren Urinreste und Klopapier lag herum. Sorry, aber der Besuch war fürchterlich. Die Burger selbst ? Naja, ein Fastfood Restaurant eben. Unten kalt oben warm. Die Leute hinter der Theke waren freundlich und für ein Lächeln war auch noch Zeit. 😄

Super schnelle Bedienung wenn man Online über die App bestellt. Die Lieferung an den Tisch funktioniert reibungslos. Einzigstes Manko war das die Tische alle nicht abgewischt waren. Vieleicht ist auch hier zur Mittagszeit , das Thema Personalmangel sehr gross. Ansonsten ist diese Filiale immer sauber.

Keine ahnung warum aber ne halbe stunde vor Ladenschluss darf man anscheinend nichts mehr bestellen. War sonst immer begeistert aber wegen Reinigung keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen eine halbe Stunde vor Schließung verstehe ich null und hab ich auch kein verständniss für vor allem wenn sonst keiner mehr ansteht

Das Essen ist wie gewöhnlich im McDonald's. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz ungewöhnlich eng.

Leider muss man sehr sehr lange warten. Unsere Bestellung war wirklich klein und umfasste wenig. Wir warteten 45 Minuten…wenn man schnell was essen möchte, besser nicht hier.

Der Wasserhahn und der Hände Trockner müsste mal repariert werden.

Man muss schon bei der Bestellung klar und deutlich sprechen, ansonsten wird man missverstanden. Ist bei manchen auch ein Problem mit der deutschen Sprache. Und was auch wichtig ist, die Bestellung "sofort" zu überprüfen, weil es schon mal vorgekommen ist, das die Ware nicht vollständig war!!!

Ein guter üblicher McDonalds so wie man ihn kennt, nur leider ohne klassisches McCafe. Einige Außensitzplätze!

Das neue Angebot mit den Neuen Burgern ist toll , weg von den Image nur schnell ohne Geschmack. Der MC ist sauber und hat freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter . Wir gehen gerne ab und zu dort hin . Weiter so !

De McDonald/McDrive ligt aan de doorgaande weg net buiten de stad. Het concept is bekend en moet in feite in alle vestigingen van hetzelfde niveau zijn. Dit blijkt echter in de praktijk niet altijd het geval te zijn. Burgers liggen volgens mij al redelijk lang te wachten op klanten. Niet alle frites waren even gaar. Personeel was correct maar niet echt vriendelijk. Er zijn beslist betere.

Freundliche Bedienungen (meistens ;-) und schneller Service. Modern ausgestattet und schöner Außenbereich. Sehr sauber.

Der Umbau sollte das Mc Donalds in Detmold schneller machen und moderner....stattdessen fühlt man sich zurückversetzt ins Mittelalter. Alles total unorganisiert und das Personal wirkt ungeschult und auch nicht sehr pfiffig. Vielleicht braucht es auch einfach noch ein wenig Zeit, aber so wie jetzt ist es ein Alptraum. Leider war das Essen jetzt auch eher Schulnote 4. Pommes waren nicht durch. Der neue "Premium Burger" lieblos hingeklatscht und so trocken wie ein Chinesischer Pappkarton.

Wir finden nach der Renovierung hat der MC sich echt gemacht. Das Essen schmeckt wie erwartet und der Service ist gut. Dazu Sauber und aufgeräumt . Gern wieder
