Our snapshot on June 29th, 2024 around 1 p.m.: The young man was very friendly and quick, prices were sometimes too high, the shop looked a bit unkempt (floor and tables not clean), Whopper junior was very good, the large Whopper was well topped but the rolls were very dry (too old?). Fries were cold, hard, inedible, the worst we've had so far.

Waited 25 minutes for the food. The trolleys for the used trays were completely overfilled. There was so little lettuce on the burgers that you couldn't see any lettuce from the outside.

Unfortunately, the burgers I've had tend to taste terrible and are well below the standard I know and expect from Burger King. I've already eaten there a few times and unfortunately I have to say that I now feel like my investment in a menu there - we're talking about more than €13.50 here - was a waste of money considering the quality. The quality of the fries also varies greatly. Sometimes they are crispy and good to eat, sometimes flabby and unfortunately a waste of time. The drinks provision also seems to be inadequate, as standard drinks were not available on several occasions. An absolute no-go for me. Apparently the store is not well managed, the quality management and procurement/stocking are poor in my opinion. I've given this place several chances, but it's now clear to me: I definitely won't eat there again.

We come to this Burger King often. The food is tasty, the staff are friendly and it is well located. So everything was great.

The food at Burger King is really delicious. The atmosphere in the branch was pleasant and inviting. The food was freshly prepared and was nice and warm when served. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff, who made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the branch, including the toilets, was excellent. Everything was well maintained and hygienic. What is particularly positive is that the toilets were very clean, which is not always a given in many fast food restaurants. I can only warmly recommend the Burger King in Lemgo. The combination of delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service makes this location an excellent choice for a meal. I'm a McDonald's fan, but the food today was actually really good (at least at this BK). The people who work here are in a great mood and very friendly. The first time I can recommend BJ.

The ice cream machine is chronically broken and waiting times are long, even if no one is there. The Freestyle machines are just decoration. Screens/terminals chronically out of order.

The machine hasn't worked for six months, why?

Once again I forgot the cheese that I paid extra for and be careful with the Fuzetea! Whatever they're selling you, it's not iced tea. Does it taste more like a kind of orange juice? Or non-carbonated Fanta. Really funny I wouldn't recommend. Ok update: I just saw that they also forgot a sauce, I paid extra for that too. Incredibly annoying.

The ambience is simple, functional but modern. The service is short and to the point, not overly friendly and a bit careless. The selection of dishes and menus is quite extensive. The quality and taste of the food is average to moderate. I find the burger buns too dry. The sauces weren't particularly tasty. Compared to other fast food products (doner kebab, currywurst/fries), a menu is simply too expensive. Price/performance doesn't match. You can tell in every corner that you want to make as much profit as possible.

Clean 🧼 fast. BUT, strangely enough, the Whopper and the Bigking didn't taste good at all. Unfortunately the Freestyle machine doesn't work. Update April 18, 2024 Unfortunately not better: Burger 🍔 cold, Freestyle machine still broken!

Heute haben wir da gegessen da waren sie zwar okay, aber auch nicht SEHR GUT.

Burger waren lauwarm, auf den Hinweis,daß eine Vegie Mayo fehlt,bekam ich eine normale.

Für Sonntagabend war die Bestellung sehr zügig fertig. Mitarbeiter auch äußerst freundlich.

Ich war zum ersten mal in diesem Restaurant. Sternchen gibt es nur für die Pommes 🍟 und den Geschmack des Veggi Pattis. Sternabzüge gibt es für: 1. Mein Veggi Hamburger 🍔und der Wopper, meiner Begleitung, waren lauwarm. 2. Als meine Begleiterin darauf hinwies, daß noch eine Veggi- Soße fehle, wurde ein Tütchen, mit Majo, auf das Tablett geknallt.....

sämtliche Läden direkt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, E-Tanke hinten am Parklpatz, heiße Burger und große Parkbuchten.

Whopper mit Käse hatte eine recht kleine Käsescheibe drauf. Sind die kleiner geworden? Waren da früher nicht mehr drauf? Dafür nen Euro ist schon unverschämt. Brötchen waren schon älter. Warm war er nur wegen der Warmhalteplatte. Trotz Jalapenos. Vermutlich nachträglich draufgefrickelt. Entweder sind die Burger in der Filiale sehr gut oder ziemlich schlecht.

Ein gewöhnlicher Burgerking, wie jeder andere denke ich. Das Essen war ziemlich lecker und manche Mitarbeiter waren auch reckt kommunikativ.

Sehr lecker aber die Wartezeiten sind einfach zu lang dafür das nichts los ist. Unter Fast Food verstehe ich etwas anderes. Toiletten absolut dreckig auch hier verstehe ich nicht wieso 3 Mitarbeiter rumstehen statt Tische zu putzen und die Toiletten sauber zu halten.

Drive mit einem Ranger unmöglich !!!

Spitzenmäßig. Habe gerade hier gegessen und bin super zufrieden. Chilli Cheese Nuggets super Cross Pommes einfach genial hier kann man essen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Der Besuch bei Burger King war durchwachsen, was zu einer Bewertung von 3 von 5 Sternen führt. Einerseits waren die Burger frisch und das Restaurant sauber. Andererseits gab es jedoch des öfteren längere Wartezeiten, die den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigten. Als Kunde im Drive-In wird man immer gebeten, auf dem Parkplatz zu warten, damit Zeiten augenscheinlich eingehalten werden. Bis das Essen kam vergingen des öfteren mehr als 10 Minuten. Die Verzögerungen schienen darin zu liegen, dass das Personal sehr chaotisch wirkt und die Vorgaben eingehalten werden sollen. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial, um die Kundenerfahrung angenehmer zu gestalten. Ein Bonus des Restaurants liegt jedoch definitiv an der 75kW Ladestation direkt auf dem Parkplatz.

Bei Bestellung am Schalter gibt es anscheinend keine Servietten mehr
