Very friendly staff, excellent service, a very clean and well-maintained shop, and a friendly atmosphere. The food was also great.

Just a Burger King. Friendly and helpful staff. However, even small orders take quite a while. Plenty of parking is available.

We ordered takeout. Everything was cold, the fries were hard and old, and the Coke was iceless and carbonated.

The service was very friendly and courteous. But the burger buns were soggy, as were the fries. Quite unloving. We're not used to that from Burger King.

I've never experienced such disrespectful and unfriendly staff as at this Burger King. Loudly mocking people with disabilities at the drive-thru counter in front of all the customers is absolutely not acceptable. Card payments are usually not accepted, and there's never a receipt included. So you can imagine what's going on here. I've now reported the store to the tax office and Burger King. I can't say anything good about the food either, as the burger patties weren't cooked properly and the entire burger was cold. So, unfortunately, I had to throw it away.

You can eat well there. You can also sit outside. There's a tube slide for kids... so they can play a little.

It's gotten significantly worse in recent years. It started with the fact that the vending machines have been out of service since the coronavirus pandemic. There was also no soap in the restroom. One vending machine declined payment, another didn't give a receipt. A drink ordered with ice cubes came without. Not to mention that in Germany/EU, you only get a paper cup without anything. Apparently, they only offer vegan mayonnaise. It's egg-free, of course, but with significantly more ingredients, including sugar. And finally, another highlight: that sweeteners have been added to the regular Coke and possibly to the other drinks as well. I certainly haven't been to Burger King in two or three years. And I can say I was disappointed. And maybe I won't go back at all.

Yesterday at lunchtime, I spontaneously went to Burger King with my teenage son – parents know: If a teenager comes along voluntarily, you don't ask why, you just go! Ordering went like clockwork – using the app code directly at the terminal, without any drama or technical glitches. Many Sparkasse apps could take a leaf out of their book. And then – finally – the baklava-style ice cream was available! A rare moment of culinary bliss. Crispy, sweet, cinnamony – my teen was silent for about two minutes. You have to be able to do that. Despite it being lunchtime, it was pleasantly quiet. The order arrived in record time, the burgers were warm, the fries were seasoned to perfection, and the Sprite had just the right amount of carbonation to make your nose tickle. And yes: The food was as usual – that's exactly why I love going to Burger King. No matter where you are, you get what you expect. No wobbling, no guesswork. Just solid, honest fast-food joy with cheese on top. We'll leave full, satisfied, and with a little sugar rush. And the next spontaneous teenage moment? It's sure to come. Hopefully with baklava ice cream again.

I was at the drive-thru today at 3:25 p.m. and met an incredibly friendly and helpful employee. He recommended a different selection so I'd get more for my money, asked what toys my child wanted, and even threw in a generous amount of extra candy. All of this was done with a genuine friendliness you rarely experience. He saved my day, thank you! The food was fresh and hot.

Just been there. The staff acted as expected. I ordered two cheeseburgers and accidentally gave them €6. Suddenly he had to rush to the kitchen. I tried to stop him, but he told me to wait a minute. On the way back, I saw with my own eyes how he took out his wallet and put money in it. When he stood in front of me, he gave me 5 cents out of his own pocket. When I confronted him about this, he contradicted me, went to his boss and told him that I was trying to cheat. This funny guy forgot that there were cameras, and immediately the boss was super nice and was able to talk to me politely and nicely despite the fact that I'm German... disgusting.

I went to Burger King today – a total disaster. There were ants crawling all over the chairs and table! I've rarely experienced anything so disgusting. Definitely my last visit there.

The food itself is good. Unfortunately, the staff is far too unfriendly. And every day after a certain time there is no more ice cream because the employees are too lazy to turn on the ice cream machine again because it is already clean, even at 9 p.m

My recommendation for anyone who wants Burger King: go to Detmold! I was very happy when Burger King came to Lemgo. Unfortunately, I have been regularly disappointed since it opened. In my opinion, the quality of the food has never reached the level that I know from Burger King. The taste is very different and the overall impression doesn't convince me either. Despite multiple attempts and the hope, that something has improved, nothing has changed for me personally. I have read this feedback several times in the past. Today was definitely the last visit to this branch for me.

I had a super nice and friendly employee who placed the order with me because I don't order at Burger Drive very often.

You can eat...so to speak... Service is nice.. Shortcoming...food is usually lukewarm to cold...if you're lucky, then that's it... The selection of side dishes like fries, which is just very meager... the rest is not enjoyable. What doesn't work at all is cleanliness... it's cleaned too rarely... Tables are usually dirty and so is the floor. Seats aren't exactly clean either. If it should be better, there is a better rating...

It can't be the case that Burger King always closes at 8 p.m. or earlier because of supposed technical errors. I understand if it happens 1 or 2 times, but almost every day for 1 month? There needs to be some organization.

There are clear differences in quality between the individual BK restaurants. But everything here is always fresh, clean and the waitresses are friendly. Always happy again.

Worst experience ever!** We went to Burger King yesterday around 8:00 p.m. My children, my husband and I ate there, and that night the chaos began: vomiting, diarrhea, fever - for all of us! Our health was completely ruined. This is a disaster, especially right before Christmas when we actually wanted to enjoy time with the family. Instead we lie flat, completely exhausted and sick. We will never visit this place again and advise anyone who wants to stay healthy to give this restaurant a wide berth.

I ordered a Sprite with my menu. I got this yellowish liquid. That would be something for the health department. The disinfectant dispenser is only attached as a decoration.

Clean 🧼 fast. BUT, strangely enough, the Whopper and the Bigking didn't taste good at all. Unfortunately the Freestyle machine doesn't work. This is my third time at Burger King in Lemgo and I can say that it is by far the best branch I have ever experienced in Germany. What is immediately noticeable is that it is tidy and clean - every time. No overflowing tray carts, the tables are clean and the chairs are in place. The employees have always been friendly and seemed as if they had everything under control. No stressful running around, as you VERY often experience at BK with the same crowd, where you are then checked off after a long waiting time, which is correspondingly annoyed. Here you can get your food quickly and, above all, warm, in a friendly manner and in a clean atmosphere. Overall, top marks from me!

Our snapshot on June 29th, 2024 around 1 p.m.: The young man was very friendly and quick, prices were sometimes too high, the shop looked a bit unkempt (floor and tables not clean), Whopper junior was very good, the large Whopper was well topped but the rolls were very dry (too old?). Fries were cold, hard, inedible, the worst we've had so far.

Waited 25 minutes for the food. The trolleys for the used trays were completely overfilled. There was so little lettuce on the burgers that you couldn't see any lettuce from the outside.

Unfortunately, the burgers I've had tend to taste terrible and are well below the standard I know and expect from Burger King. I've already eaten there a few times and unfortunately I have to say that I now feel like my investment in a menu there - we're talking about more than €13.50 here - was a waste of money considering the quality. The quality of the fries also varies greatly. Sometimes they are crispy and good to eat, sometimes flabby and unfortunately a waste of time. The drinks provision also seems to be inadequate, as standard drinks were not available on several occasions. An absolute no-go for me. Apparently the store is not well managed, the quality management and procurement/stocking are poor in my opinion. I've given this place several chances, but it's now clear to me: I definitely won't eat there again.

We come to this Burger King often. The food is tasty, the staff are friendly and it is well located. So everything was great.

The food at Burger King is really delicious. The atmosphere in the branch was pleasant and inviting. The food was freshly prepared and was nice and warm when served. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff, who made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the branch, including the toilets, was excellent. Everything was well maintained and hygienic. What is particularly positive is that the toilets were very clean, which is not always a given in many fast food restaurants. I can only warmly recommend the Burger King in Lemgo. The combination of delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service makes this location an excellent choice for a meal.
