After 15 minutes I left the drive-in, despite the open sign for almost an hour, there was absolutely no one there, but it's understandable when there's a lot of traffic There was absolutely no one there except me as a customer... why the drive in counter couldn't even be operated after 15 minutes is inexplicable.

It tastes very tasty and the employees are also very nice

It's always very cold in this McDonald's. That's why I don't like going in.

The employees were busy chatting and not preparing! When our order was ready for pickup she told us to go out! Where did we end up here? ? What are we supposed to do outside without our order? 2 breakfast burgers with a waiting time of 30 minutes and the “warm” cocoa was there the whole time! Service doesn't deserve a single star!

Please teach your employees to pronounce the numbers correctly. If the employee calls 224 instead of 242, you shouldn't be surprised that no one comes. Never seen such a bad service, blonde hair, short t-shirt and Russian descent, who brings a hamburger instead of a Mc Plant burger and then doesn't even want to exchange it but just throws it away and leaves the conversation... Luckily there was a nicer employee who helped.

The last shop! Order placed via Lieferando. The stated waiting time was 5060 minutes. After 75 minutes I called and asked where the problem was? Answer employee: Nothing has been prepared yet because of the high volume. Waiting time has been extended by 1.5 hours. So 2.5 hours waiting time for the food! The little child is so happy when, for once, there is something from McDonalds and they can't manage to update the waiting time, give information in the app or call the phone number provided! Conclusion: I will never order anything from this location or this fast food chain again. That was the very last thing

So actually there are often problems at the drive in lately. The employees are often very unfriendly and even rude. The order is often wrong and things like apple turnovers are not available. We miss the employee who used to stand there. He had the drive in under control.

Nice McDonald's, it's clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. There's a nice outside area and it's really clean.

Ah the McDoand....... Ten years ago there was still a safety net for the lowest classes due to prices in the penny magnitude, which is why my humble self was rarely seen there at that time. I ordered from the restaurant with my husband. Apart from the fact that the employees and/or the branch manager spent the whole time chatting with a guest instead of taking care of the customers. This guest was standing at the "pick-up station" leaning over the counter while the food was being packed for the customers. It didn't even occur to you to step aside when people came to pick up their food. Just as you saw the people "working" there, so did our food, only half packed, no salad on my McChicken, fries already cold. And yes, no one wants to be served like that, it looks very unprofessional. I definitely won't order there again - even if I live nearby

Had to walk in to get my food in the drive in. I went to the pickup counter and the employee said that I should "register" on the intercom, even though I had already ordered online. Unfortunately it has become very expensive! The staff very nice. The complaint was dealt with immediately and apologized several times. The restaurant's interior and exterior lighting was unfortunately very unclean and outdated.

Ordered via Lieferando and after 2 hours the order still wasn't there despite the stated delivery time of 50-80 minutes. Only after the second call directly to McDonalds was the order finally delivered after 3 hours. We weren't even offered compensation. Absolute cheekiness!!! Catastrophic conditions, employees are all scurrying around, no one has a fixed place or knows what to do, or they stand there talking and you are ignored. Royal cheese dry like breadcrumbs. Topping one! Cucumber slice d=2cm and a tiny piece of onion approx. 0.5*3cm when asked that it looks completely different in the picture: No, there are cucumbers and onions on it. 😵‍💫 Oh yes, the amount of ketchup would have easily fit into a hollow tooth.

Fast processing in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, McDonald's is becoming too expensive for me. Bigmac menu and 6 pieces of chicken for €16.88. That is not how it works.

We love ice cream very much. We buy Mcflury for the whole family. A Mcflery costs 4 euros. We buy a lot of ice cream. And every time we only get half a cup of ice cream. For 4 euros this is simply outrageous! We are disappointed. We decided not to come anymore. Let's go to Burger King.

Das Essen ist Fast Food und genormt , da gibt es nicht viel zu beschönigen. Der Service ist akzeptabel. Natürlich kann man nicht ständig total glückliches Personal erwarten bei den Arbeitsbedingungen in dieser Branche, daher sollte man die Ansprüche als Kunde auch nicht hoch hängen. Was das Ambiente angeht sieht so mancher Sitzplatz schon etwas mitgenommen aus. Da die Anforderungen von McDo an die Franchisenehmer aber auch hoch sind und die Kosten dafür ebenfalls. Sollte man auch hier nicht so streng sein, wenn ein Kindersitz oder ein Sitzpolster etwas müde aussieht.

Bestellung wurde nicht vollständig an den Tisch gebracht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde die Bestellung komplettiert.

Die Raumtemperatur war zu niedrig eingestellt. Ohne Winterjacke war es Allen zu kalt. Das machte das Essen ungemütlich. So wurde unser Tisch schnell wieder frei.

Nach dem Essen 5 Tage Magen-Darm gehabt. Schüttelfrost, Durchfall und Erbrochen. Nie wieder!!!

Tablettständer überfüllt Mitarbeiter liefen dran vorbei ohne Kenntnisse es,weg zuwerfen 😞

Ja naja... Preislich passen sich ja alle an. Optisch war das Essen noch nie so der Knaller. Schmeckt aber soweit ganz gut. Die Konsistenz ist halt weich. Ungern gehe ich da noch hin.

An sich ja ein ganz normales McDonalds... Speisen und Restaurant selbst ensprechem dem Durchschnitt, allerdings werden bei größeren Bestellungen to-go gerne mal Teile vergessen. Im Restaurant kann man logischerweise nicht die gesammte Tüte zum Prüfen auserinanderpflücken, wenn man in der Tüte Essen für 6 Personen hat. Habs dann entsprechend leider erst wieder zuhause bemerkt. Künftig würde ich eher die Filiale am Petersberg anfahren

Die Räumlichkeiten wirken nicht sehr hygienisch und alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist alles wie man es bei einem McDonalds erwarten würde.

Ich und meine Freunde haben uns schon lange auf diese Mahlzeit gefreut, wurden aber Entäuscht! Erstmal zum Personal: ich habe an der Kasse bestellt (es funktioniert nur 1kasse) der Angestellte von diesem lokal hat sehr undeutlich gesprochen und sich nicht klar ausgetrügt. Num zum Essen: mein Freund hat bei seinem menü ein getränk dabei gehabt nur dieses wurde vom Personal nicht mit aufs Tablett gestellt. Ebenso hatte ein anderer Freund nicht Fertig Frietirte Gitter Pommes und die Burger sahen nicht so aus wie auf der Vorschau Tafel. Nun zur Technik: die Bestellterminals besitzen veraltete Technik und brauchen lange zum reagieren, ebenso funktionierte die Anzeige wo man auf seine Bestellung wartet nicht. Zusammenfassung: das Lokal war OK nur das Personal und das Essen haben mich gedemütigt. Als nächsten halt ich bei Burgerking an und schaue ob es da besser funktioniert.

Seitdem sich (wahrscheinlich) das Personal gewechselt hat, schmeckt das Essen viel besser. Das Restaurant ist sauber, hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, ist gut ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Das Essen ist äußerst frisch (wie nirgendwo anders!), der Salat ist knusprig, das Fleisch saftig und der Käse fast flüssig. Das Personal ist auch immer nett und gut gelaunt. Mein Lieblings-McDonald's!
