McDonald's everything as you know it. The tables in the branch were all clean, nothing was smeared.

Nice McDonald's, it's clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. There's a nice outside area and it's really clean.

Saturday 24.8. Probably the most rude staff ever encountered. Order only at the terminal, Ordered for consumption on site, before midnight, then received everything in a bag with the saying "the restaurant is only open until 12." Then why are you allowing the order? I WAS a regular to this day. You can forget such insolence!!!!!

Dirty food, there were even extra hairs in both meatballs and service was aggressive when asked

The loudness of the employees in their native language was annoying. Since I'm not allowed to write what I mean, this shop is impossible.

Ah the McDoand....... Ten years ago there was still a safety net for the lowest classes due to prices in the penny magnitude, which is why my humble self was rarely seen there at that time. What should people think of you, you ask yourself 🙈. It must of course be noted that this bruised debacle has improved for the better over the years; The same dirty food is still on offer, but in the spirit of the ongoing tension between rich and poor it has at least now been raised to a higher price range in order to keep the... "Gestalten"🙎🏾..... away from the restaurant... ....... A goal that would inspire praise had it not been clearly missed, as despite the exorbitant prices, the rabble still roams around on the rancid tiled floor of this restaurant. It's not that tragic, since this food is so heavy in your stomach that even in the Dead Sea with 50 KFA, which seems to be a realistic standard for local customers 🫃🏻, you would experience the buoyancy of an anchor firsthand.

Opening hours until 1 a.m. stated on the door and online. 12:25 a.m. all doors closed. Great

Hardly any guests there, but especially in the outside area it looks devastating. Totally trashed. Table service or clean tables? None. Never ever!

I ordered from the restaurant with my husband. Apart from the fact that the employees and/or the branch manager spent the whole time chatting with a guest instead of taking care of the customers. This guest was standing at the "pick-up station" leaning over the counter while the food was being packed for the customers. It didn't even occur to you to step aside when people came to pick up their food. Just as you saw the people "working" there, so did our food, only half packed, no salad on my McChicken, fries already cold. And yes, no one wants to be served like that, it looks very unprofessional. I definitely won't order there again - even if I live nearby

Didn't know Sprite was the new sparkling water. Please fill up the syrup container or whatever you use. SpongeBob is disappointed in you, no pickles in the cheeseburger... :(

It took a very long time in the drive. The wrong food was given. But what really surprised me. People in many different clothes who simply change in front of and behind the counter. Some were standing there and the stressed lady, who was very, very nice, did the work on the drive alone. A pity

Last shed, staff absolutely incompetent and unfriendly.

Ordered a medium fries. Paid over €4 for about 10 fries that were no longer fresh, lukewarm and tasteless. We pointed this out to the employee, but were quickly brushed off in annoyance. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

10/10 is the app if you want to get really fat and inexpensively, you should download the MCs app Drive in is always clean, intercom is also good You can get ice cream or a minor shake here as long as the store is open, great👍🏼 PS you can no longer use the playground next to the drive-in when you're 20 😭 LG

Today the fries were cold again. A fries were missing. With the new system all orders are supposed to be freshly prepared but the fries were definitely not fresh.

The food usually tastes good, but unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive.

The quality of the restaurant has increased significantly over the years. The food is just McDonald's... But it's not bad here.

Dirty shop, we ordered on Lieferando, waited 2 hours after calling at 5, someone answered just to tell us that they no longer deliver and that we should pick it up, when we picked it up the driver just left with 2 bags

Please teach your employees to pronounce the numbers correctly. If the employee calls 224 instead of 242, you shouldn't be surprised that no one comes. The fact that people are still complaining that she has said it several times is simply an impudence!!!!

Order cheeseburger without pickles... I bite into my cheeseburger and the first thing I feel in my mouth is a disgustingly warm cucumber! We were also shouted at in the Mcdrive. 📉📉📉

Had to walk in to get my food in the drive in. I went to the pickup counter and the employee said that I should "register" on the intercom, even though I had already ordered online. I then had to stand between the cars, which is very uncomfortable as a pedestrian. And what I said on the intercom was exactly the same as what I had already said to him at the pick-up counter. Very bad service.

Unfortunately the tables weren't clean and there was a lot going on. But otherwise really 👍

Unfortunately it has become very expensive! The staff very nice. The complaint was dealt with immediately and apologized several times. The restaurant's interior and exterior lighting was unfortunately very unclean and outdated.

Ordered via Lieferando and after 2 hours the order still wasn't there despite the stated delivery time of 50-80 minutes. Only after the second call directly to McDonalds was the order finally delivered after 3 hours. We weren't even offered compensation. Absolute cheekiness!!! Not even a call back that the order arrived later...

Incompetent and very unfriendly employees. Extremely long waiting times, whether in the drive or in the store. You can count yourself lucky if you are noticed at all. When you ask when things will continue, you are insulted in an unfriendly way. It's amazing how service in this branch has deteriorated recently. Went there regularly for years but that's all over now.

I would prefer not to give any more stars. Were always very satisfied there. But what's been going on there lately is underground. Catastrophic conditions, employees are all scurrying around, no one has a fixed place or knows what to do, or they stand there talking and you are ignored. The last few times I've been standing in the drive for almost 30 minutes and nothing has happened, as I said, you're ignored in the store!!! But loud Balkan music is always playing... Employees hardly speak German and don't understand you and when they do they are cheeky and disrespectful. What happened to this store???

Royal cheese dry like breadcrumbs. Topping one! Cucumber slice d=2cm and a tiny piece of onion approx. 0.5*3cm when asked that it looks completely different in the picture: No, there are cucumbers and onions on it. 😵‍💫 Oh yes, the amount of ketchup would have easily fit into a hollow tooth.

Fast processing in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, McDonald's is becoming too expensive for me. Bigmac menu and 6 pieces of chicken for €16.88. That is not how it works.

We love ice cream very much. We buy Mcflury for the whole family. A Mcflery costs 4 euros. We buy a lot of ice cream. And every time we only get half a cup of ice cream. For 4 euros this is simply outrageous! We are disappointed. We decided not to come anymore. Let's go to Burger King.

Das Essen ist Fast Food und genormt , da gibt es nicht viel zu beschönigen. Der Service ist akzeptabel. Natürlich kann man nicht ständig total glückliches Personal erwarten bei den Arbeitsbedingungen in dieser Branche, daher sollte man die Ansprüche als Kunde auch nicht hoch hängen. Was das Ambiente angeht sieht so mancher Sitzplatz schon etwas mitgenommen aus. Da die Anforderungen von McDo an die Franchisenehmer aber auch hoch sind und die Kosten dafür ebenfalls. Sollte man auch hier nicht so streng sein, wenn ein Kindersitz oder ein Sitzpolster etwas müde aussieht.

Bestellung wurde nicht vollständig an den Tisch gebracht. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde die Bestellung komplettiert.

Die Raumtemperatur war zu niedrig eingestellt. Ohne Winterjacke war es Allen zu kalt. Das machte das Essen ungemütlich. So wurde unser Tisch schnell wieder frei.

Nach dem Essen 5 Tage Magen-Darm gehabt. Schüttelfrost, Durchfall und Erbrochen. Nie wieder!!!

Tablettständer überfüllt Mitarbeiter liefen dran vorbei ohne Kenntnisse es,weg zuwerfen 😞

Ja naja... Preislich passen sich ja alle an. Optisch war das Essen noch nie so der Knaller. Schmeckt aber soweit ganz gut. Die Konsistenz ist halt weich. Ungern gehe ich da noch hin.

An sich ja ein ganz normales McDonalds... Speisen und Restaurant selbst ensprechem dem Durchschnitt, allerdings werden bei größeren Bestellungen to-go gerne mal Teile vergessen. Im Restaurant kann man logischerweise nicht die gesammte Tüte zum Prüfen auserinanderpflücken, wenn man in der Tüte Essen für 6 Personen hat. Habs dann entsprechend leider erst wieder zuhause bemerkt. Künftig würde ich eher die Filiale am Petersberg anfahren

Die Räumlichkeiten wirken nicht sehr hygienisch und alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ist alles wie man es bei einem McDonalds erwarten würde.

Ich und meine Freunde haben uns schon lange auf diese Mahlzeit gefreut, wurden aber Entäuscht! Erstmal zum Personal: ich habe an der Kasse bestellt (es funktioniert nur 1kasse) der Angestellte von diesem lokal hat sehr undeutlich gesprochen und sich nicht klar ausgetrügt. Num zum Essen: mein Freund hat bei seinem menü ein getränk dabei gehabt nur dieses wurde vom Personal nicht mit aufs Tablett gestellt. Ebenso hatte ein anderer Freund nicht Fertig Frietirte Gitter Pommes und die Burger sahen nicht so aus wie auf der Vorschau Tafel. Nun zur Technik: die Bestellterminals besitzen veraltete Technik und brauchen lange zum reagieren, ebenso funktionierte die Anzeige wo man auf seine Bestellung wartet nicht. Zusammenfassung: das Lokal war OK nur das Personal und das Essen haben mich gedemütigt. Als nächsten halt ich bei Burgerking an und schaue ob es da besser funktioniert.

Obwohl ich über die App Online vorbestellt habe dauert es fast 10 Minuten für einen Caramel Macchiat und eine Apfeltasche. Es war nur ein Auto vor mir, aber man muß ewig warten bis man auch seinen Code durchgeben kann. Warum wird immer nur ein Auto bearbeitet?

Seitdem sich (wahrscheinlich) das Personal gewechselt hat, schmeckt das Essen viel besser. Das Restaurant ist sauber, hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre, ist gut ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Das Essen ist äußerst frisch (wie nirgendwo anders!), der Salat ist knusprig, das Fleisch saftig und der Käse fast flüssig. Das Personal ist auch immer nett und gut gelaunt. Mein Lieblings-McDonald's!

Das Essen schmeckt bei McD ja überall gleich gut. Die App verspricht Bringservice am Platz. Darauf hatten sie jedoch keine Lust.

Nicht mehr das was es einmal war .Ich zahle lieber mehr für meinen Burger und habe aber etwas mehr Geschmack .
