Essen bestellt 1 Stunde gewartet und dann noch die halbe Bestellung fehlt und dann kriegt man nicht man sein restliches Essen

Trotz Überfüllung, freundliche Mitarbeiter die auch nachts nicht lächeln können

Selten so frisches und heißes Essen bei nem Megges bekommen

Essen war ganz…ok. Aber was ist das bitte für ein Services?! Ich habe 30 Minuten gewartet um nur meine Bestellung abzugeben und da drauf noch 30 Minuten bis ich sie bekommen habe. Reminder war nur lowkey nicht mal so viel was ich bestellt habe 🫩💔

Checken Nuggets statt veggie rausgegeben ..

Öffnet erst später und Feiertage Öffnungszeiten sind unklar. Frühstück um 8:00 Uhr nicht möglich. wenn man etwas dazu sagt eird verärgert reagiert

Man bekommt selten was man bestellt. Wollte im Happy Meal den Hamburger nur mit Fleisch, ohne Soße etc. Dreimal an der Kasse gesagt. Natürlich wieder Soße und Gurke drauf. Man sollte Leute an die Kasse stellen, die der deutschen Sprache auch mächtig sind. Ergänzung 07.06.2026. Leider immer noch unfähiges Personal. Coupon 212 Happy Meal mit Mc Chicken. Der Mc Chicken hat natürlich gefehlt. Einfach nur unfähig.

Waren sehr spät in der Nacht abgefahren von der Autobahn um etwas Pause zu machen und es hat sich gelohnt da es sauber und gemütlich war

4/5 Sterne – Schnell, verlässlich, sündhaft gut. Wer hier Vitamine sucht, hat die Kontrolle über sein Leben verloren – das Essen ist und bleibt eine kulinarische Sünde, aber genau dafür sind wir ja hier! 😉 Die Kalorienbombe landet dafür absolut zuverlässig und im Rekordtempo auf dem Tablett. Die Anfahrt ist super entspannt und Parkplätze gibt es eigentlich auch immer genug, sodass man nach dem schnellen Boxenstopp direkt wieder auf der Piste ist. Für die schnelle, ungesunde Glückseligkeit zwischendurch: Solide 4 Sterne!

Fast Food wie es halt überall von McDonalds angeboten wird. Allerdings sind die Preise relativ hoch. Mit dem Rabattsystem das auf der App angeboten will bedarf es schon einer intensiven Auseinandersetzung.

Ganz viel Liebe an den Mitarbeiter der eben Spätschicht hatte. Die Mitarbeiter sind sonst schnell genervt am Drive, dieser hingegen war super zuvorkommend und hat sich Zeit genommen. Ich habe selten so einen Symptomatischen Jungen Mann, am Drive gehabt wie diesen. Eine Dickes Lob, gerne mehr Mitarbeiter wie diesen einstellen!!!❤️

Was will man von fast food erwarten? Kann mich nicht beschweren. Hat sich gut entwickelt.

Ich war vorgestern ein Mcflurry magnum utopia essen. Es waren 5 schokostücken drinne und das ist abzocke für 4 euro. Es war mein Geburtstag ich habe mich so sehr gefreut und wurde dann so enttäuscht. Ich habe nachgefragt ob sie paar mehr reinmachen kann und sie sagt einfach nein und ist unhöflich. 4 euro für nur softeis ist asozial. Nie wieder

Die Lage ist gut und praktisch. Der Service ist schlecht, lange Schlangen. Das Essen ist kalt. Milchshakes in Kaffeegläsern. Das ist mal was Neues.

Öffnungszeiten passen hinten und vorne nicht an der Tür steht ab 9.00 jetzt um 9.35 alles verschlossen. Nie wieder.

Meine bürger eis kalt habe mich auf meine apfeltasche gefreut und sie war auch kalt hätte ich für den preis auch einen guten döner essen können!

Mäckes halt. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Von Jahr zu Jahr Service schlechter geworden. Zuletzt bei in drive bestellt manches hat gefällt. Oft sind die Burger einfach kalt.

Zum mitnehmen bestellt und falschen Burger bekommen. 10 Euro zu viel gezahlt. Hab nicht kontrolliert, erst als ich zuhause war.

Die Bestellung am MC Drive verlief schnell und alle wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Das Personal war nett ! Das Essen kalt!!

Ein sehr schmutziger und lauter O

Ich bin in die Einrichtung gekommen – sie war sehr schmutzig, wirklich extrem schmutzig. Es wurde nicht gereinigt, eine verschüttete Cola blieb etwa 30 Minuten lang liegen, und die Tische waren dreckig. Das Essen wurde erst 15 Minuten nach der Bestellung gebracht. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und empfehle eher ein anderes Lokal.

Leider erst zu Hause bemerkt, das 2 Produkte nicht mitgegeben wurden, obwohl bei Übergabe nochmal versichert wurde, dass wirklich alles vollständig ist. Zudem nicht die gewünschten Spielzeuge mitgegeben, obwohl vorhanden. Es war nichts los und genügend Zeit die Bestellung vorzubereiten. Stattdessen lautes Gelächter hinter der Theke. Wir sind hungrig geblieben. Bitte als Anlass zur Verbesserung sehen. Danke

Das Essen war gut, aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter diesen Umständen kann man nicht essen, wenn die Tische schmutzig sind.

Heftige Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen, nachdem ich Mittags gegen 12 Uhr für den Rückweg am DriveIn war. Nie wieder!

Personal unaufmerksam , albern und rochen lieber an ihren Duschbad statt sich zu konzentrieren, es wurden 5 Saucen vergessen. Wäre ja nicht schlimm wen es mal vorkommt, aber bei mir wurden auf 3 aufeinander folgenden Bestellungen innerhalb einen Monat immer was vergessen.

Ich hab die falsche Bestellung gekriegt sie haben mir nicht geglaubt, haben ich komisch angeguckt. Ich muss mein Essen selber zum Tisch bringen und sie tragen keine Handschuhe.

Ihr seid respektlos Der Teamleiter/Teamleiterin sollte dort mit seinen Mitarbeitern darüber sprechen.

Waren heute zum Rosenmontag hier , total überfordertes Personal .bestellungen nach uns waren vor uns fertig . Warten immer noch vergebens auf unsere Bestellung ….. auf Nachfrage wurden wir frech abgewiesen …..:: warten nun schon 20 min …. Nach 25 min endlich geschafft

To simply and knowingly omit paid-for food (which was supposedly sold out, according to a phone call - unfortunately, this was only noticed at home) without informing the customer and still pocketing the money is fraud, my friends.

A dump, full of strange people. Snotty, screaming children – you can do without it. You can get better burgers elsewhere.

People practice, practice, practice. Having to wait if you want a personalized burger is no problem, but the fact that there's hardly any sauce and everything is just slapped on carelessly is unacceptable.

It's just McDonald's. What else would you expect? Well, it's clean, you don't get stared at, and the food is ready quickly, so that's already a positive.

I just picked up my food from the drive-thru, but one of my burgers was missing (royal cheese, you probably noticed because there was some left over 😉) and my drink was also forgotten. The employee was very nice though and brought it to me in the end. Normally I'd give less than two stars for something like this, but I don't want to ruin your reviews, so please pay more attention next time. Thanks.

You can't even get enough straws.

Late on October 31st, around 2 a.m., we thought we'd grab a quick bite. When I got close to the counter, I noticed how unhygienic the service was. My burger was briefly opened again by the cooks at the back to make sure it was done correctly; this was done without gloves. I also saw other employees without gloves, and the floor looked disgusting.

Something's not right here... better choose a different place to eat if you're passing through! It was very quick for us, but they wiped all the tables and chairs with a rag and didn't even rinse them. The restrooms weren't exactly great either; clean is something else entirely. Today, the day after, my children and I—like several others here—have stomachaches. They always tried their best... but unfortunately, it's still awful... We drive this route often, but we definitely won't stop here again!

The worst place ever. The Big Tasty Bacon was served without a burger patty. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until we got home (it was a drive-thru order). Now you not only have to check that all the burgers are in the bag, but also check the individual boxes to make sure they have all the toppings.

I really enjoy eating at McDonald's and have been to many locations. So, I can compare quite well. I don't have particularly high standards. But this location is borderline bad. I've eaten here a total of three times, and each time it was "below average." The burgers were always lukewarm, and the fries were completely bland and soggy. All (!) of the burger wrappers were covered in grease stains and greasy fingerprints. Once, both burgers were served to me with the wrappers half-open. The employees (with whom I came into contact) were unenthusiastic, but I honestly understand that and don't hold it against anyone. These may all be minor details, but the overall impression is simply poor, and when I look at the food served, I can't shake the feeling that the kitchen is unhygienic. I dismissed the short hair on the cheese on my Filet-O-Fish today as "just happens."

If you meet employees (we assume the shift manager) in the restroom and they don't wash their hands after using the urinal... then you'd better go somewhere else...

The 6-piece chicken nuggets for €6 should at least have a bit of gold leaf on them. The Golden Seagull has dropped considerably in price and quality; for that money, you can now eat at a proper restaurant.

I ordered from the Frankfurter Straße Fulda branch on September 2, 2025, and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Far too long for a fast-food restaurant—especially annoying since I was under time pressure. Very disappointing.

Dirty tables everywhere, instead of regular cola they poured bitter slag without sugar, the potatoes were not salty at all, well, the burgers were more or less good, which is good.

A culinary dream – only different! If you've ever wanted to know what fries taste like after they've spent half their lives under a heat lamp, you'll be in for a treat here. My meal not only arrived cold, but also with a fascinating interpretation of my order – as if the kitchen had thought, 'Ah, surprises make life more exciting!' The taste? An experience you won't soon forget... even if you'd like to. The crowning glory was the staff: as motivated and friendly as an alarm clock at 5 a.m. You felt truly welcome – albeit more in the 'Please go away quickly' spirit. All in all: a visit I wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.

For a cheeseburger that already costs €2.79, it would be nice if it were also warm or hot...

Scruffy McDonald's with justifiably unfriendly and listless staff. Luckily, I was just passing through 😅

Opening hours were 9:00 a.m. At 9:04 a.m., the employee arrived, her mood rocking, even though she wasn't serving any customers yet. The wait from ordering to delivery to the table was a full 15 minutes. I'm not used to that from McDonald's. The order was simply shoved onto the table in a totally unfriendly manner. When someone tried to let us know before we left that the women's restroom was out of toilet paper, they dismissed us with the unfriendly words, "I don't have time right now." The service deserved negative stars.

A catastrophe. You're looking forward to eating a burger again after a 5-week diet, but you get it all cold and when you ask if it's fresh and warm, you're told it's fresh and warm.

My fries are always cold and unsalted. The bacon on my Big Taste bacon was missing, so I'm sad now and can only give it 2 points. The nuggets were great, though. I'd like to have my missing bacon. Thanks.

I bought a Big Mac meal and Chicken McNuggets at the drive-thru and discovered when I got home that they didn't come with fries and had the wrong sauce. When I called to ask for the fries to be delivered, I was simply told I could get them myself.

Very slow operations. Product prices are rising while quality is declining dramatically. The employees themselves don't even know how to use their own McDonald's app.

The food arrives very quickly, and the staff are always very friendly. When I'm there with my two small children and my hands are completely full, they help me even though I haven't even asked or said anything – very accommodating. (The food is brought to the table, empty trays are cleared away, and high chairs are brought directly to the table.) The place is kept very clean.

On the hottest weekend of the year...who would have thought...no ice cream (machine apparently broken). You won't see me again✌️

Typical McDonald's food, ordering was seamless. Two items were missing from the delivery, but they were added without issue. The atmosphere, especially outside, is uninviting. Another annoying thing is that you can't push the tables together because they're anchored to the ground. It's a shame.

I stood at the checkout for 10 minutes, and no cashier came. Then one came, but he said it would take a while. I went to the order machine, and as soon as I left, the cashier came and served the person behind me. What a disgrace.

It's a typical McDonald's. Nothing special. Just what you're used to.

Hmm. We would have loved to eat here. However, it wasn't open at 8:30, even though the internet said otherwise. Someone was already there, but the lady said they wouldn't open until 9:00. When we pointed out that both Google and the McDonald's website said 7:00, the only response was, "Yeah, we already know." The announcement ended.

The order was not issued correctly. The numbers on the screen (in process/ready for pickup) are not correct at the back and front. Way too loud in there, the control terminals don't all work. And then there are kids jumping around in the parking lot, pushing shopping carts and throwing things around. No thanks

Unfortunately very much diminished. I always ate the Caesar Salad Grilled Chicken with Parmesan!!! This would now be thrown out of the range...what's the point? Instead there is a new salad...without cheese and no more Caesar dressing...! Sucks, really. The floor is dirty, every table is sticky and full of crumbs. Not a word of German is spoken anymore....bad!

We went to McDrive and ordered two McFlurry with Oreo and chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, we discovered that there was no chocolate sauce to be seen or tasted on either McFlurry. We addressed this in a friendly manner directly at the issuing point and simply wanted to point out that an error had apparently occurred. Instead of showing understanding or simply fixing the problem, the employee at the window started arguing with us. She claimed several times that chocolate sauce was already included - even though there clearly wasn't any. This behavior was unnecessarily confrontational and, frankly, quite unprofessional. It was only when we asked for the manager that we were suddenly handed the chocolate sauce without any further discussion - but without the manager even speaking to us. This clearly shows that our concern was justified, but that the employee was unfortunately not prepared to treat it accordingly. We are disappointed with this experience. As paying customers, we expect respectful treatment and a customer-oriented solution - especially for such a small matter. Such behavior is off-putting and leaves a very negative impression.

Solid Mcs but constantly overcrowded and from midnight only Mc Drive

Unfriendly staff. My McFlurry was only half full. There was almost no caramel sauce in it either. Simply not a good place. Never again.
