Der Burger King an den Kaiserwiesen in Fulda hat eine absolute Top-Lage und punktet vor allem mit dem riesigen XXL-Parkplatz und den langen Öffnungszeiten. Egal ob man abends spontan etwas essen möchte oder einfach nur Lust auf ein Eis hat, hier klappt das immer reibungslos. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Top-Mitarbeiter, die selbst bei viel Betrieb stets freundlich und schnell sind, klare 5 Sterne!

ich bin echt hin und her gerissen das Personal super freundlich sofort hilfsbereit wenn man was brauchte und das essen war echt super lecker. Aber ein dicker Hacken ich war mit meiner Familie da ich musste meine Tochter wickeln der Raum dafür in einem wirklich unangenehmen Zustand die Wickelauflage war sehr dreckig, und dann auch später beim Essen unter den Tischen sehr klebrig dreckig Ich bin kein kein Mensch der wegen Kleinigkeiten meckert oder wenn Mal essen auf dem Fußboden liegt es ist ein Fastfood Restaurant ständig Kunden man kann nicht immer sofort alles sehen und Weg räumen aber eine gewisse Grundordnung möchte ich schon gerade wenn ich mein Kind dabei habe Zum Abschluss trotzdem, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen war super

Super freundliches Team! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr lieb und aufmerksam, besonders im Umgang mit Kindern. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. So einen herzlichen Service erlebt man leider nicht überall. Klare Empfehlung!

Personal sehr nett, Kids haben sogar nach dem Essen noch ein Spielzeug bekommen.

Wir haben gut gegessen, der Service war hervorragend und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Kinder werden besonders aufmerksam betreut. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Musik könnte etwas leiser sein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn der Service weiterhin so gut bleibt. Vielen Dank an Momo und das gesamte Team!

Eins der Besten Fast Food Restaurants in dem ich war. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und man muss nicht lange auf sein Essen warten. Es gibt drinnen und draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten und es sind immer Tische frei. Das Essen ist gut 👍🏼

Die Miterarbeiterin Genita war sehr freundlich zu uns und hat das Essen gut zu uns gebracht und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Schmeckt überhaupt nicht, man hat das Gefühl als würde man nur Abfall essen, der whopper sieht auf dem Bild schön saftig mit Tomaten und Salat aus und was bekommt man, einen Burger bei dem nur das Brot und Fleisch zu sehen ist. Das Brot schmeckt wie Schaumstoff. War jetzt wirklich das letzte Mal in einem Burger King gewesen. Der Service mag ja gut sein aber das Essen ist von sehr minderwertiger Qualität.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Essen, wie überall, Service mega. Besonders Mostafa war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich hatte weder altes Fritteusenfett an den Pommes , noch waren die Rückgabestationen überfüllt. Alles in allem - netter Besuch. Nächstes Jahr wieder, wenn ich in Fulda bin.

Der Laden sieht optisch perfekt aus alles ist schön sauber und das Essen war sehr lecker die Location sieht wie von innen so auch außen sehr gepflegt aus und das Personal ist super nett!

Man wartet über eine halbe Stunde auf einen Burger

omg die waren alle so mausig. Wir haben nach diesen BK Kronen gefragt und einfach 17 Stück gekriegt, dann noch einen Burger extra und gefühlt tausend Gummibärchen Ganzes Wochenende wurde uns gerettet (geht alle zu dem Burger King beim Kaiserwiesen) 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️

The order was mixed up twice, and they were unable to correct the mistake and put together the correct order.

Food arrived cold, and when you ask for the same hamburgers again, that's what you call freshly prepared!

Very good, but something was missing.

The large parking lot and the relatively new dining area are positive aspects. On the downside, my burgers are often not hot enough. There are also two ordering kiosks in the dining area, which are unfortunately much too close together.

We were there on a Sunday at lunchtime. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The staff were standing behind the counter chatting. That wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have anything to do. The return stations hadn't been emptied, and there were no towels or soap in the restroom, even though they claimed to have just been cleaned according to the schedule. The fries and burgers were all lukewarm to cold. The straws at the station were empty... At least the restaurant was clean, but that's not too difficult when there had only been two or three customers before us.

The service staff prefers to chat with their employees in the sales area during working hours. The prices at Burger King are outrageously high, almost €8.50 for a single burger, and the cleanliness... so good! Even though it's never busy and the employees really have time!

I'd rather not give it a star. The fries are a mixture of disappointment and cardboard. The staff is incompetent and everything takes too long.

I'd rather not give it a star... The fries were dirty with deep fryer grease! At first, we thought the fries seasoning was new. When we realized it was dirt, we went to the store clerk and asked what it was. His answer: A lot of fries had been sold today and it would take too long to replace the grease. Just disgusting.

The food tastes good and it looks okay but things like nuggets and sauces are constantly forgotten, so only 3 stars

I'm incredibly disappointed 🤐 The hot brownie and blondie are incredibly greasy and taste doughy 🤮 They cost €3.79 each, and the cappuccino and latte macchiato were also way too small for the price 😡 No wonder everyone goes to McDonald's... so now we do too!

Burger King...modernization???? A step back to the Middle Ages without vending machines. Now I can go to McDonald's. Hopefully you're already paying the price. I was alone in the branch for over an hour.

Cold, stale burgers despite waiting on July 21, 2025 Unfortunately, always disappointing. Despite the long wait, you get burgers that have obviously been sitting around for a while – cold and dry. You wonder what you were even waiting for. A shame.

We called to order and we wanted to say something but no one listened to us and we were called little children. We were not informed that orders were not possible. We were given false hope. They even took down our name and address and then simply hung up. After calling again we were only told that ordering was not possible. What a disgrace! In this job you are actually expected to be informed and that respectful behavior is encouraged. It is really important that you treat your customers well because the customer is king. It is simply disrespectful that our calls were simply hung up. Do you come home? It simply shows the disrespectful behavior of the employee.

We went to this branch recently to buy a burger. After picking up our food and took a minute to put it inside our bag and suddenly this male staff came to us i don't know who he was but he seems young and start yelling at us and told us to get out. i will never go there again. i literally cried after coming out because of him.

The service is very bad, I received less sauce than I ordered, the food is not tasty

Honestly, nobody needs this plant-based crap, but to have it forced on them is a disgrace. I ordered from the drive-thru and never mentioned anything about this stuff. When my daughter spat out the nuggets in disgust, I knew something was wrong. I quickly looked at the bill and everything was plant-based... simply disgusting. Just because this meal was probably close to its expiration date, you don't have to force it on anyone. It's a huge disgrace.

Unfortunately the restaurant has only gotten worse. Once again, the Recup cup could not be returned because no employee knew how it worked. The soap in the toilets was empty and that too was ignored by the staff. As some previous speakers have already mentioned, the general cleanliness is inadequate.

Unfortunately I have to agree with my previous reviewers. The order was complete but hygiene was poor. Tables are stuck, toilets are dirty, Tray trolley overflowing, Employee talks on the phone outside and then goes in without washing his hands. We felt sick after eating the burger! The food authorities should take action here! Employees were friendly. That was the only positive thing

I've always been happy here so far. But today the order really took forever and what's even worse: to make matters worse, the Coca Cola Freestyle machines (one of my main reasons for coming here) have been abolished. 👎 Now the store is nothing special anymore. Goodbye unique selling point.
