Never again !!! Drinks machine totally dirty and looks unhygienic Staff in the kitchen cut tomatoes everything without gloves Ordered and paid for Cola Zero but unfortunately didn't get any because the machine was empty the food return was totally overcrowded so my conclusion Food was good but never again.

Classic Burger King. Just like others. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. There are 4 self-service ordering terminals.

Everything that could be done wrong was done wrong in one order. (Staff cannot read?)

It's just a normal BK, with very friendly staff. Everything that was ordered was in the bags. Drinks in self service, therefore good mixing options. Only the BK app for the cell phone is the last thing. Food was tasty and hot. Staff also eat on site, which suggests good quality.

All of our burgers were cold to lukewarm. The rules about how long a burger can be served are definitely not followed here. Will never visit this Burger King again.

I ordered and paid via drive in. After ordering, I would be asked to continue driving and wait on the right side so that the butt people wouldn't wait. After I drove, 4 customers drove past me with their orders. I can't believe how you can let such no-gooders work for you who are so inept at serving a customer. I stood there for 40 minutes until the employee arrived with my order and forgot about me. If you're that unproductive, stay your butts home. First and last time in this juice shop.

This shop is so incompetent and apparently only survives because of the good location... I've been there 3 times and the order has never been right... and today was the last time it's hard to bag 3 burgers and some fries...

I thought that we finally had a real Burger King in town (unfortunately you can forget the one in Petersberg). But here, too, the staff is already overwhelmed with just two orders, the food leaves a lot to be desired (fries not really warm, burgers more than poorly topped) and the shop is dirty (garbage is flying everywhere).

You have to make the staff aware that the tray trolley is overfull and needs to be emptied/replaced. There was only a reduced selection at the Coke machine.

The food was good. Everything prepared fresh and hot. Minus point for a lot of salt in the fries. Staff very nice. Big minus point for no toilet paper in the toilet

Really bad... toilet dirty and smelly, really bad. The staff seems completely overwhelmed, the mood in the store is obviously at a low point, the burger was cold and somehow tasted a little rotten, all the dressing for the salad was out of stock, all kinds of cola were out, the drinks machine was completely filthy, people were constantly staring at you, It's like someone is about to grab your throat... Really people, crazy. Worst BK I've experienced so far.

People go to restaurants and pubs to support them and not something like that. First of all, the meat on the burger tastes like nothing, the taste only comes from the sauces which have endless sugar in them, then the packaging waste!!! Would have given 1 star but there is an extra one because you can refill drinks And it's really expensive for the price of your menu you almost get 2 kebabs!! Regular Burger King - Iced Tea is not available at the DriveIn. However, depending on the server, you may be lucky and still get an iced tea.

Out of 4 family members, 3 have vomiting and fever after the visit! The fourth family member wasn't there that day when we ate there. So it could only have been the food! There seems to be something to the reports! Never again !!!

It's okay, with coupons you can also get a menu for €6, whereas at McDonald's you always have to pay at least €10 if you want a drink and fries

Is a Burger King drive-in. It tastes okay and fills you up and with coupons it's not even that expensive.

We wanted to enter the restaurant on the side next to the slide, but the door was locked. Then around the outside again, there was no right way. Had to walk so strangely across the parking lot. The other door was then open. Why are there two entrances, one of which is then locked? Food tasted ok, wasn't that great. But there was no stomach ache, which is worth a lot. What was also annoying was that the 2 electronic ordering terminals were out of order. You had to order at the front of the counter. Apparently payment was only possible in cash. Had to wait about 3-5 minutes for our 3 small burgers. The staff (who handed me the food) could have been a little friendlier. We don't go to Burger King that often, maybe once or twice a year. That was only the case here because it was on the way as we were still shopping at the Kaiserwiesen. In terms of taste, I prefer the even better-known competition from the USA with the yellow letters.

Pure disaster. Nothing going on and it looks like shit. Food cold. Staff unfriendly. Only one entrance open. The other one was locked despite the emergency exit.

It's Sunday, March 3, 2024 and it's sunny, 15 degrees. When we asked if we could go out onto the terrace, we were told that it wasn't possible. Other guests were just as surprised as we were. Tables and chairs are even available.

During our visit we noticed that the order monitors (touch screens) were covered in fingerprints and smudged, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Although our order, consisting of a double chili cheese burger and a double cheeseburger, was ready quickly, the burgers were barely warm upon arrival and seemed soggy and almost cold. This does not meet the quality standards we expect from a company like Burger King. Furthermore, the condition of the toilets was appalling. The soap dispenser was heavily smeared, the sink was dirty and the faucet was loose. There was also a blood-stained handkerchief on the floor. Unfortunately, things didn't look much better in the ladies' room either. Due to this disappointing experience, we will be returning to the Burger King in Fulda Keltenstr. 20 neither recommend nor visit again.

It's a shame that the bread isn't toasted here. It gives hamburgers a better taste.

Was here for the first time. I love the cola varieties vanilla raspberries etc. Really good, I'll definitely be back.

Overall, I think it's pretty nice here. + The fast food as a whole, here I like the fries and the long chilli cheese + The staff, smiling and friendly + Location, lots of parking spaces - Cleanliness, crumbs on the tables as you would expect from such establishments. Overall, the floor looks pretty good. I've visited a few times, mostly inside and outside of peak hours.

Standing in front of closed doors at 11.45 a.m. on a Sunday.. Without a sign that the opening times had been changed... There were people inside....?No idea what was going on, had to drive on to BK Petersberg..

Essen war lauwarm. Wenn essen fertig ist wird es nur hingestellt ohne was zu sagen oder eine Info, nur die Nummer steht am Display. Wenn mehrere da stehen muss du erst Mal schauen welches es ist. Nix für mich.

Worse Burger King experience I've had thus far. Undercooked bacon, old flimsy fries and chicken nuggets, and they gave me medium sized drinks amd sides instead of the large I ordered and then had an attitude when I confronted them about it. I will not return to this Burger King.

Personal freundlich. Die Burger werden ordentlich zubereitet. Getränkeauswahl super. Aber auf Eis sollte man nicht so spekulieren. Maschine war leider schon öfter außer Betrieb.

also der service und das ambiente sind schon ganz ordentlich....... aber so gott mir beistehe, für einen laden der sich als den könig der börger betitelt fällt das essen doch sehr unterdurchschnittlich und fad aus.... vielleicht eine anspielung auf die ähnlich unterdurchschnittliche behandlung der sozialen unterschicht durch die königsfamilien zu zeiten der ständegesellschaft, so jämmerlich wie dieser fraß sich tilgt 😜..... der preis lässt mich allerdings doch erbarmen, mit irgendwelchem fraß muss man ja auch die laute unterschicht stillen können bevor es zu einer neuzeitlichen revolution kommt.... wohl Maßnahmen des echten burger kings...... 👑👑👑

Schöner Schnellimbiss, freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Essen ganz frisch zubereitet. Sehr sauber im Innenbereich, saubere Toiletten und auch der Boden ist gewischt. Bequeme Stühle, Tische sind abgewischt und es stehen auch keine Tabletts auf den Tischen. Auch die Aussenterasse sauber, stabile Tische und Stühle vorhanden. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden, kurze Wege bis zum Eingang. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

Also war Enttäuscht heute Abend 23 15uhr rein vier Mann vor uns standen dann 20min.ging und ging nicht voran scheinbar hat die Küche schon gepennt Hallo 20min dann sind wir sauer wieder weg .

Zu den Stoßzeiten wird öfter mal ein Teil der Bestellung vergessen, aber wenn man darauf aufmerksam macht, ist das Personal immer sehr nett und liefert nach.

Die bestellterminals sind so was von lahm ..... da ist jedes nokia3210 schneller.... konnte Artikel bestellen dies gar nimmer gab. Wurde aber ordentlich geklärt und Ersatz dafür ausgegeben. getränkeautomaten funktionieren auch nicht ordentlich.... einer ging gar nicht ( reagiert nicht auf "tastendruck) ..... beim 2ten musste ich 3 Anläufe nehmen um getränkebecher voll zu bekommen. Ist noch verbesserungsfähig

Der Laden ist nicht sehr sauber Boden klebt sehr stark und ebenfalls die Tische. Essen war OK aber Boden und Tische sollten öfter mal gewischt werden.

An sich ein guter Burger King. Nur waren von ingesamt 6 Besuchen zweimal die beiden Trinkautomaten leer und mussten gewechselt bzw. neu aufgefüllt werden. Bedienung war aber freundlich.

Habe meinen Doppel Whopper ohne Tomaten bekommen , war außer Fleisch nur Salat drauf und eine Gurke 🤦 dafür knapp 12 Euro. Pommes waren wie immer gut .

Ist ok. Essen hätte wesentlich frischer (wärmer) sein können, aber man sollte grundsätzlich von Fastfood keine hohen Erwartungen haben.

Personal freundlich, aber selten habe ich mich in einem Burger King so geekelt. Ging beim klebenden Boden los, die Becher, die für die Refill Station gereicht wurden, waren auch schon fettig. Wir haben schnell gegessen und sind wieder weg.

Das Restaurant geht für ein Burger King fit. Schade fand ich nur den Umgang des Chefs mit den Mitarbeitern. Der Mitarbeiter war motiviert und gut gelaunt, trotzdem kommen vom Chef unfreundliche Ansagen. Es war mir etwas unangenehm und der MA tat mir etwas leid. Er war super nett und motiviert zu mir und den anderen Kunden.

Das bessere Burger King in Fulda. Hier ist das Essen wenigstens heiß und die Bestellung immer vollständig. Auch die Sauberkeit ist besser als am Petersberg. Die Mitarbeiter sind leider genauso unmotiviert wie in allen anderen Fastfoodläden, wäre ich bei dem Job aber auch. Ein Pluspunkt hier ist die Selbstbedienungsgetränke Ausgabe. Heißt man bezahlt einmal für ein Getränk und kann es beliebig oft auffüllen. Zudem haben die Automaten eine große Auswahl an Sorten (z.b. Cola Vanille, Sprite Himbeere)

Kann mich nicht beklagen: Der Burger schmeckte wie sonst auch bei anderen BK-Filialen. Die Cheesy Onion Fries kamen auch frisch aus der Fritteuse und schmecken gut. Die Frau am Schalter war freundlich und konnte entgegen einiger Bewertungen sehr gut Deutsch. Bestellung war vollständig und geschmacklich wie üblich. Gegessen habe ich nicht im Restaurant, deshalb kann ich zu der Sauberkeit nichts sagen.

toller Salat aus vielen Komponenten bestehend zu einem Superpreis. Besser geht kaum. Auch die Nudelspeisen in vielen Variationen sind zu empfehlen. Unschlagbare Preise für diese Qualitäten.

Essen war pünktlich fertig. Gute Qualität. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder.

Hmmmmm...einfach gut. Frisch, nahrhaft und schnell. Hat uns gut gefallen und eir kommen sicher wieder.

Immer sehr gutes, frisches Essen. Selbstgemachte Nudeln, frisches Gemüse. Sehr leckere Salate mit verschiedenen Dressings. Mittags viel los. Halb zwölf bis zwölf gehts richtig schnell. Ab halb zwei dann auch wieder. Möglichkeit schön draussen zu sitzen. Nette Bedienung.

Für die Mittagspause ist das die Location in Fulda. Preiswert, schnell, lecker, frisch. Schade, dass abends nicht geöffnet ist.

Für mich ist schon die Zubereitung der Speisen ein Grund, sie zu meiden. Geschmacklich mittelmäßig, sehr teuer und schlicht und einfach unnötig.

Günstig und vor allem: Total lecker! Das Personal ist freundlich und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit, die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, das Essen super lecker.

So geht Fast Food! Frisches, knackiges Gemüse, gute Nudeln, tolle Soßen. Alles schnell zubereitet, günstig und noch dazu schön angerichtet. Immer wieder gerne!

Tolle frische Küche, alles wird direkt vor den Augen zubereitet- besser geht es nicht, wenn man schnell etwas gesundes und leckeres zu sich nehmen möchte. Das Lokal ist bodenständig, einfach eingerichtet mit massiven Holzmöbeln. Klare Empfehlung!

Nicht nur die Nudeln schmecken unglaublich gut, sondern auch der Salat ist Weltklasse. Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Salat gegessen. Feldsalat mit Obst (mal Feigen mit Granatapfelkernen und mal Mangostückchen mit Himbeeren) dazu ein Dressing nach Wahl ( das Honig Senf Dressing ist umwerfend) und je nach Belieben mit Hähnchen oder Rindfleisch oder Garnelen ( warm natürlich)👌🏻

Das im Tegut liegende Fusion Kitchen ist sehr nett und mit Liebe gemacht Menü ist nicht so riesig, nur 5-6 Variationen. , überwiegend aus Nudeln , aber wie gesagt Idee ist einfach und funktioniert trotzdem.wir essen dort gerne. , wenn wir mal kein Bock aufs Kochen haben☺ nebenbei kann man dort leckere Brotaufstriche fürs Zuhause kaufen...also empfehlenswert

Aufgrund einer Empfehlung waren wir heute zum ersten mal dort essen. Ganz großes Kino zu wirklich angemessenen Preisen. Zwar eine kleinere Karte, ABER frisch zubereitete Speisen mit frischem Gemüse, Kräutern und hausgemachten Nudeln. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr ansprechend. Des Weiteren kann man Weine, Nudeln und Sugo kaufen. Hier verzichte ich gern auf eine große Karte und möchte 10 Punkte geben. Mein neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Fulda.

Sehr, sehr lecker. Und für ca 7€ wird dir das Essen direkt frisch zubereitet. Ich habe mich für nudeln mit basilikumpesto mit rucola und parmesan entschieden und das war wirklich sehr gut! Zusätzlich noch ganz viel frisches Gemüse mit reingeschnibbelt und frische nudeln. :) Sehr zu empfehlen!!
