I'd rather not give it a star. The fries are a mixture of disappointment and cardboard. The staff is incompetent and everything takes too long.

I'd rather not give it a star... The fries were dirty with deep fryer grease! At first, we thought the fries seasoning was new. When we realized it was dirt, we went to the store clerk and asked what it was. His answer: A lot of fries had been sold today and it would take too long to replace the grease. Just disgusting.

The food tastes good and it looks okay but things like nuggets and sauces are constantly forgotten, so only 3 stars

I'm incredibly disappointed 🤐 The hot brownie and blondie are incredibly greasy and taste doughy 🤮 They cost €3.79 each, and the cappuccino and latte macchiato were also way too small for the price 😡 No wonder everyone goes to McDonald's... so now we do too!

Burger King...modernization???? A step back to the Middle Ages without vending machines. Now I can go to McDonald's. Hopefully you're already paying the price. I was alone in the branch for over an hour.

Cold, stale burgers despite waiting on July 21, 2025 Unfortunately, always disappointing. Despite the long wait, you get burgers that have obviously been sitting around for a while – cold and dry. You wonder what you were even waiting for. A shame.

We called to order and we wanted to say something but no one listened to us and we were called little children. We were not informed that orders were not possible. We were given false hope. They even took down our name and address and then simply hung up. After calling again we were only told that ordering was not possible. What a disgrace! In this job you are actually expected to be informed and that respectful behavior is encouraged. It is really important that you treat your customers well because the customer is king. It is simply disrespectful that our calls were simply hung up. Do you come home? It simply shows the disrespectful behavior of the employee.

3/4 had stomach pain after eating, thank you.

We went to this branch recently to buy a burger. After picking up our food and took a minute to put it inside our bag and suddenly this male staff came to us i don't know who he was but he seems young and start yelling at us and told us to get out. i will never go there again. i literally cried after coming out because of him.

The service is very bad, I received less sauce than I ordered, the food is not tasty

Honestly, nobody needs this plant-based crap, but to have it forced on them is a disgrace. I ordered from the drive-thru and never mentioned anything about this stuff. When my daughter spat out the nuggets in disgust, I knew something was wrong. I quickly looked at the bill and everything was plant-based... simply disgusting. Just because this meal was probably close to its expiration date, you don't have to force it on anyone. It's a huge disgrace.

Unfortunately the restaurant has only gotten worse. Once again, the Recup cup could not be returned because no employee knew how it worked. The soap in the toilets was empty and that too was ignored by the staff. As some previous speakers have already mentioned, the general cleanliness is inadequate.

Unfortunately I have to agree with my previous reviewers. The order was complete but hygiene was poor. Tables are stuck, toilets are dirty, Tray trolley overflowing, Employee talks on the phone outside and then goes in without washing his hands. We felt sick after eating the burger! Cold burgers, unfriendly staff, dirty toilets, untidy dining room despite very little activity

I've always been happy here so far. But today the order really took forever and what's even worse: to make matters worse, the Coca Cola Freestyle machines (one of my main reasons for coming here) have been abolished. 👎 Now the store is nothing special anymore. Goodbye unique selling point.

No more drinks vending machines

All will be well after the scandal at the end of 2022. Food tastes like Burger King, not healthy but tasty. An all you can drink machine and you can also order from the machines at the counter. I've now gone from 4 stars to one, the machines for refilling the drinks yourself have been removed. If they aren't there from the start, it's ok, but that's just to get rid of customers. Then just go to Petersberg, where the temperatures around the tables don't feel like they're below zero.

I'm pretty easy to please and don't have high expectations though. At first the card payment doesn't work, but that's not a bad thing. Then I just wanted to try the mystery burger, which was completely missing (as is often the case when burgers are missing) and on my double chilli cheese there was one, a single slice of jalapenos. That was definitely the last time with you. Sure, I could have looked in and seen that a burger was missing, but it has happened so often now. I'm not angry, just very disappointed. Service was okay and the burgers a bit better. And I don't know whether the fork should be like that, at least the chip box was quite full. But it's still disappointing how such simple things can be screwed up so badly. 12.02 4pm

Sorry, but if you don't have any staff and are working with a small number of people, make sure that work is done quickly and hygienically. This does not include clocks in the hygiene area

The food was okay, but the dining room was relatively unclean, tables weren't wiped down, chairs were scattered around, but the staff weren't interested in it in any way. Very unfortunate 😔. This could definitely be better...

The food was cold, the burgers had probably been lying around for a while. There are no hygiene rules, first sneezed into my hands and then made the food 😢, no hands washed, no gloves, that's really disgusting.

Orders with QR codes from the app will not be accepted at the drive-thru. But the kicker is "You can drive back and order the whole thing manually on the intercom!" Never again!

I ordered the food today at 5:54 p.m. and waited almost 2 hours for the order. I paid a total of around €57 and then realized that the order wasn't complete and that the food was cold and disgusting. At the telephone number. constantly busy and unavailable and the driver simply left with the text to call Burger King. Total mess!!!

Every time you go to the drive in, at least one thing is missing. It's always the same drama.

Employees, chilling at the table as if it were a kebab shop or a regular coffee shop. The burgers and fries were cold even though they opened shortly beforehand. The toilet was dirty and full of urine. Just like in the front, tables, floor everything dirty. Even one star is too many!

Poor opening times on weekends, food is harder on the stomach than the competition, but has a better selection (the fact that the coffee inside still only comes in cardboard is also bad).

The employees work extremely slowly. I also bought a cappuccino. This was paid for with points. At the checkout I was told that there was no cappuccino, even though that wasn't shown on the terminal. My points were not refunded to me. So I paid for a service that I did not receive. This is a scam and nothing else!!!

11/14/24. Ate on site at 1 p.m. Hardly anything going on. 2 younger female employees chatted intensively privately as soon as there was no customer at the counter. The dish trolley was so full that several tablets had already been placed on top. Someone probably doesn't want to work. I don't think I'll go there anymore. The sad thing is, if you read the other reviews, there have been problems like this for a long time. And Burger King always replies that they will take care of it and fix the problems. But the management is probably a bit listless when it comes to working and taking care of it.

All good, as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Whopper was fresh and OK, but the tortilla is way too expensive at €8.50.

Classic Burger King. Just like others. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. There are 4 self-service ordering terminals.

It's just a normal BK, with very friendly staff. Everything that was ordered was in the bags. Drinks in self service, therefore good mixing options. Only the BK app for the cell phone is the last thing. Food was tasty and hot. Staff also eat on site, which suggests good quality.

All of our burgers were cold to lukewarm. The rules about how long a burger can be served are definitely not followed here. Will never visit this Burger King again.

I ordered and paid via drive in. After ordering, I would be asked to continue driving and wait on the right side so that the butt people wouldn't wait. After I drove, 4 customers drove past me with their orders. I can't believe how you can let such no-gooders work for you who are so inept at serving a customer. I stood there for 40 minutes until the employee arrived with my order and forgot about me. If you're that unproductive, stay your butts home. First and last time in this juice shop.

This shop is so incompetent and apparently only survives because of the good location... I've been there 3 times and the order has never been right... and today was the last time it's hard to bag 3 burgers and some fries...

I thought that we finally had a real Burger King in town (unfortunately you can forget the one in Petersberg). But here, too, the staff is already overwhelmed with just two orders, the food leaves a lot to be desired (fries not really warm, burgers more than poorly topped) and the shop is dirty (garbage is flying everywhere).

You have to make the staff aware that the tray trolley is overfull and needs to be emptied/replaced. There was only a reduced selection at the Coke machine.

The food was good. Everything prepared fresh and hot. Minus point for a lot of salt in the fries. Staff very nice. Big minus point for no toilet paper in the toilet

Really bad... toilet dirty and smelly, really bad. The staff seems completely overwhelmed, the mood in the store is obviously at a low point, the burger was cold and somehow tasted a little rotten, all the dressing for the salad was out of stock, all kinds of cola were out, the drinks machine was completely filthy, people were constantly staring at you, It's like someone is about to grab your throat... Really people, crazy. Worst BK I've experienced so far.

People go to restaurants and pubs to support them and not something like that. First of all, the meat on the burger tastes like nothing, the taste only comes from the sauces which have endless sugar in them, then the packaging waste!!! Would have given 1 star but there is an extra one because you can refill drinks And it's really expensive for the price of your menu you almost get 2 kebabs!! Regular Burger King - Iced Tea is not available at the DriveIn. However, depending on the server, you may be lucky and still get an iced tea.

Out of 4 family members, 3 have vomiting and fever after the visit! The fourth family member wasn't there that day when we ate there. So it could only have been the food! There seems to be something to the reports! Never again !!!

It's okay, with coupons you can also get a menu for €6, whereas at McDonald's you always have to pay at least €10 if you want a drink and fries

We wanted to enter the restaurant on the side next to the slide, but the door was locked. Then around the outside again, there was no right way. Had to walk so strangely across the parking lot. The other door was then open. Why are there two entrances, one of which is then locked? Food tasted ok, wasn't that great. But there was no stomach ache, which is worth a lot. What was also annoying was that the 2 electronic ordering terminals were out of order. You had to order at the front of the counter. Apparently payment was only possible in cash. Had to wait about 3-5 minutes for our 3 small burgers. The staff (who handed me the food) could have been a little friendlier. We don't go to Burger King that often, maybe once or twice a year. That was only the case here because it was on the way as we were still shopping at the Kaiserwiesen. In terms of taste, I prefer the even better-known competition from the USA with the yellow letters.

It's Sunday, March 3, 2024 and it's sunny, 15 degrees. When we asked if we could go out onto the terrace, we were told that it wasn't possible. Other guests were just as surprised as we were. Tables and chairs are even available.

During our visit we noticed that the order monitors (touch screens) were covered in fingerprints and smudged, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Although our order, consisting of a double chili cheese burger and a double cheeseburger, was ready quickly, the burgers were barely warm upon arrival and seemed soggy and almost cold. This does not meet the quality standards we expect from a company like Burger King. Furthermore, the condition of the toilets was appalling. The soap dispenser was heavily smeared, the sink was dirty and the faucet was loose. There was also a blood-stained handkerchief on the floor. Unfortunately, things didn't look much better in the ladies' room either. Due to this disappointing experience, we will be returning to the Burger King in Fulda Keltenstr. 20 neither recommend nor visit again.

Was here for the first time. I love the cola varieties vanilla raspberries etc. Really good, I'll definitely be back.

Overall, I think it's pretty nice here. + The fast food as a whole, here I like the fries and the long chilli cheese + The staff, smiling and friendly + Location, lots of parking spaces - Cleanliness, crumbs on the tables as you would expect from such establishments. Overall, the floor looks pretty good. I've visited a few times, mostly inside and outside of peak hours.

Essen war lauwarm. Wenn essen fertig ist wird es nur hingestellt ohne was zu sagen oder eine Info, nur die Nummer steht am Display. Wenn mehrere da stehen muss du erst Mal schauen welches es ist. Nix für mich.

Worse Burger King experience I've had thus far. Undercooked bacon, old flimsy fries and chicken nuggets, and they gave me medium sized drinks amd sides instead of the large I ordered and then had an attitude when I confronted them about it. I will not return to this Burger King.
