Volle Hütte kein Personal lange Wartezeiten mehr als 20 min auf 2 Burger und ne Cola. Ist ne Frechheit meiner Meinung.

Sehr gemütliches und sauberes Lokal. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Eins der Besten Fast Food Restaurants in dem ich war. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und man muss nicht lange auf sein Essen warten. Es gibt drinnen und draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten und es sind immer Tische frei. Das Essen ist gut 👍🏼

Die Miterarbeiterin Genita war sehr freundlich zu uns und hat das Essen gut zu uns gebracht und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Schmeckt überhaupt nicht, man hat das Gefühl als würde man nur Abfall essen, der whopper sieht auf dem Bild schön saftig mit Tomaten und Salat aus und was bekommt man, einen Burger bei dem nur das Brot und Fleisch zu sehen ist. Das Brot schmeckt wie Schaumstoff. War jetzt wirklich das letzte Mal in einem Burger King gewesen. Der Service mag ja gut sein aber das Essen ist von sehr minderwertiger Qualität.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Essen, wie überall, Service mega. Besonders Mostafa war sehr zuvorkommend. Ich hatte weder altes Fritteusenfett an den Pommes , noch waren die Rückgabestationen überfüllt. Alles in allem - netter Besuch. Nächstes Jahr wieder, wenn ich in Fulda bin.

omg die waren alle so mausig. Wir haben nach diesen BK Kronen gefragt und einfach 17 Stück gekriegt, dann noch einen Burger extra und gefühlt tausend Gummibärchen Ganzes Wochenende wurde uns gerettet (geht alle zu dem Burger King beim Kaiserwiesen) 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very good, but something was missing.

The large parking lot and the relatively new dining area are positive aspects. On the downside, my burgers are often not hot enough. There are also two ordering kiosks in the dining area, which are unfortunately much too close together.

We were there on a Sunday at lunchtime. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The staff were standing behind the counter chatting. That wouldn't be so bad if they didn't have anything to do. The return stations hadn't been emptied, and there were no towels or soap in the restroom, even though they claimed to have just been cleaned according to the schedule. The fries and burgers were all lukewarm to cold. The straws at the station were empty... At least the restaurant was clean, but that's not too difficult when there had only been two or three customers before us.

The service staff prefers to chat with their employees in the sales area during working hours. The prices at Burger King are outrageously high, almost €8.50 for a single burger, and the cleanliness... so good! Even though it's never busy and the employees really have time!

I'd rather not give it a star. The fries are a mixture of disappointment and cardboard. The staff is incompetent and everything takes too long.

I'd rather not give it a star... The fries were dirty with deep fryer grease! At first, we thought the fries seasoning was new. When we realized it was dirt, we went to the store clerk and asked what it was. His answer: A lot of fries had been sold today and it would take too long to replace the grease. Just disgusting.

The food tastes good and it looks okay but things like nuggets and sauces are constantly forgotten, so only 3 stars

I'm incredibly disappointed 🤐 The hot brownie and blondie are incredibly greasy and taste doughy 🤮 They cost €3.79 each, and the cappuccino and latte macchiato were also way too small for the price 😡 No wonder everyone goes to McDonald's... so now we do too!

Cold, stale burgers despite waiting on July 21, 2025 Unfortunately, always disappointing. Despite the long wait, you get burgers that have obviously been sitting around for a while – cold and dry. You wonder what you were even waiting for. A shame.

We called to order and we wanted to say something but no one listened to us and we were called little children. We were not informed that orders were not possible. We were given false hope. They even took down our name and address and then simply hung up. After calling again we were only told that ordering was not possible. What a disgrace! In this job you are actually expected to be informed and that respectful behavior is encouraged. It is really important that you treat your customers well because the customer is king. It is simply disrespectful that our calls were simply hung up. Do you come home? It simply shows the disrespectful behavior of the employee.

We went to this branch recently to buy a burger. After picking up our food and took a minute to put it inside our bag and suddenly this male staff came to us i don't know who he was but he seems young and start yelling at us and told us to get out. i will never go there again. i literally cried after coming out because of him.

The service is very bad, I received less sauce than I ordered, the food is not tasty

Honestly, nobody needs this plant-based crap, but to have it forced on them is a disgrace. I ordered from the drive-thru and never mentioned anything about this stuff. When my daughter spat out the nuggets in disgust, I knew something was wrong. I quickly looked at the bill and everything was plant-based... simply disgusting. Just because this meal was probably close to its expiration date, you don't have to force it on anyone. It's a huge disgrace.

Tables are stuck, toilets are dirty, Tray trolley overflowing, Employee talks on the phone outside and then goes in without washing his hands. We felt sick after eating the burger! Cold burgers, unfriendly staff, dirty toilets, untidy dining room despite very little activity

I've always been happy here so far. But today the order really took forever and what's even worse: to make matters worse, the Coca Cola Freestyle machines (one of my main reasons for coming here) have been abolished. 👎 Now the store is nothing special anymore. Goodbye unique selling point.

No more drinks vending machines

All will be well after the scandal at the end of 2022. Food tastes like Burger King, not healthy but tasty. An all you can drink machine and you can also order from the machines at the counter. I've now gone from 4 stars to one, the machines for refilling the drinks yourself have been removed. If they aren't there from the start, it's ok, but that's just to get rid of customers. Then just go to Petersberg, where the temperatures around the tables don't feel like they're below zero.

I'm pretty easy to please and don't have high expectations though. At first the card payment doesn't work, but that's not a bad thing. Then I just wanted to try the mystery burger, which was completely missing (as is often the case when burgers are missing) and on my double chilli cheese there was one, a single slice of jalapenos. That was definitely the last time with you. Sure, I could have looked in and seen that a burger was missing, but it has happened so often now. I'm not angry, just very disappointed. Service was okay and the burgers a bit better. And I don't know whether the fork should be like that, at least the chip box was quite full. But it's still disappointing how such simple things can be screwed up so badly. 12.02 4pm

The food was okay, but the dining room was relatively unclean, tables weren't wiped down, chairs were scattered around, but the staff weren't interested in it in any way. Very unfortunate 😔. This could definitely be better...

Orders with QR codes from the app will not be accepted at the drive-thru. But the kicker is "You can drive back and order the whole thing manually on the intercom!" Never again!

I ordered the food today at 5:54 p.m. and waited almost 2 hours for the order. I paid a total of around €57 and then realized that the order wasn't complete and that the food was cold and disgusting. At the telephone number. constantly busy and unavailable and the driver simply left with the text to call Burger King. Total mess!!!

Every time you go to the drive in, at least one thing is missing. It's always the same drama.

Employees, chilling at the table as if it were a kebab shop or a regular coffee shop. The burgers and fries were cold even though they opened shortly beforehand. The toilet was dirty and full of urine. Just like in the front, tables, floor everything dirty. Even one star is too many!

Poor opening times on weekends, food is harder on the stomach than the competition, but has a better selection (the fact that the coffee inside still only comes in cardboard is also bad).

The employees work extremely slowly. I also bought a cappuccino. This was paid for with points. At the checkout I was told that there was no cappuccino, even though that wasn't shown on the terminal. My points were not refunded to me. So I paid for a service that I did not receive. This is a scam and nothing else!!!

11/14/24. Ate on site at 1 p.m. Hardly anything going on. 2 younger female employees chatted intensively privately as soon as there was no customer at the counter. The dish trolley was so full that several tablets had already been placed on top. Someone probably doesn't want to work. I don't think I'll go there anymore. The sad thing is, if you read the other reviews, there have been problems like this for a long time. And Burger King always replies that they will take care of it and fix the problems. But the management is probably a bit listless when it comes to working and taking care of it.

All good, as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Whopper was fresh and OK, but the tortilla is way too expensive at €8.50.
