I was at the restaurant today around 14:30. The restaurant was not clean, floor was full of rubishes and uncleaned food, tabel were oily and not cleaned. Staff was not welcoming and zero higene. Our order took too long to be prepared. Not recommended !!

Sorry, but that wasn't a good decision. There were two of us there, and only because the competition had to close earlier due to illness. The Service We placed our order at the table. The food was brought to the table in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, half of it was missing. We complained and then got the rest ourselves. The Food Apart from the salt, the fries were tasteless and only lukewarm. The sauces we ordered were rather inedible: BBQ (red sugar cream) and this new one (gray pepper paste). You had to put the burgers back together yourself. None of the four burgers were convincing in terms of taste, but at least you could eat them, unlike the "sauces." As the saying goes: hunger drives you in. The so-called spicy nuggets were edible. But when they were "spicy," we both lost our sense of taste at the same time. The "standard nuggets" from the royal competition are better and more substantial! Cleanliness There were fries lying around everywhere. On the tables, the chairs, and the floor. It can happen, but the amount and spread is abysmal. Even the staff with the dustpan only managed to sweep half a tuber away from the "potato graveyard." The tables were sticky, and there were still bits of packaging and those sauce containers lying everywhere. Other The parking lot is now under video surveillance by a Munich company. According to information boards, which you only see IN the parking lot and not directly at the entrance, you'll be charged at least €30 after two hours. OK, of course you don't want to spend two hours in that place. But €30??? Sorry, there are BETTER alternatives, even if it's just the sandwiches from the day before at the gas station.

I visit this McDonald's branch several times a day because of its proximity to my workplace - and for good reason. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff clearly stand out from other branches. Even the taste of the food seems to be better here. I always enjoy coming here and can only warmly recommend a visit.

Very nice service and fast delivery. After something was missing from the first order, what was missing was delivered straight away with a few extra fries, just great!
