Never again! I stood in Mc Drive for 15 minutes and ordered 2 double pack menus via the app and paid via PayPal. Then I was told at the counter that the code was 20 chicken nuggets. Even after showing me the app order several times, they couldn't help me and pointed out system problems. Then I got too stupid and left without eating.

I'm sorry but worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Long waiting times, haphazard, unfocused employees. On the first visit something was missing for the children On the second visit the order was forgotten, so we waited about 20 minutes in a restaurant that wasn't overly full. Burgers weren't what you expected either. Very weak, because something like that certainly doesn't happen in company restaurants. I remember things were better there in recent years.

I eat here at least once a week. They've certainly improved their service. The food is prepared quickly. The restaurant is usually clean. This is definitely one of the better McDonalds in Germany.

I have ordered from this one filial couple times and most of them toy from HappyMeal was missing. And in such orders toy is more important to kids than food itself.

My burger "M" was freshly prepared and tasted really tasty, the coffee was hot and good. Ordering and paying on the electronic board that you could type in yourself went smoothly and the meal was brought to the table quickly. Ambiance is the usual McD's standard. The men's room was clean and well maintained.

Food was quickly brought to the table The table was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. But shortly afterwards an employee went around and wiped down all the free tables. Food was good, no stomach problems afterwards 😄

Sadly, I ordered ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait long. 15 minutes longer and the food was old and warm.

On Sunday, November 10th, 2024 around 2:30 p.m., a small southern employee (probably a supervisor) made a fool of a young employee in front of the guests and treated him very badly. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I question his leadership position very much. I have often noticed the southern employee being unfriendly towards customers and employees. The young employee is also probably the hardest-working employee in the entire store and very committed.

Unfortunately, you couldn't use a steal to order, which is a shame when you enter everything (from about 5 children) and then you can't complete the ordering process because you couldn't select a sauce to move forward. The tables were not clean and unfortunately greasy. Good thing you could put the trays on it. Unfortunately there weren't many opportunities to play, so it was only a short stay. The parking lot was so poorly signposted that we ended up in a lot next door and had to turn around. It's a shame, but there are also good branches of this provider.
