Typischer Burger King halt. Sehr sauber. Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen. Großer Parkplatz direkt vorm Gebäude.

Ab und zu muss es mal BK sein. Mich wundert nur immer wieder, dass das Essen hier nicht so heiß ist wie bei dem großen Mitbewerber.

Essen sehr gut, sehr freundlicher Kontakt und sehr hilfsbereit! Der Fahrer war auch sehr nett

Leider enttäuschend. Ich wollte 7 Chickenburger bestellen, mir wurde aber gesagt, dass ich nur 6 kaufen könne. Für mich ist das überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar. Wenn ein Produkt verfügbar ist, sollte man es auch in der gewünschten Menge kaufen können. Das hat meinen Besuch unnötig kompliziert gemacht und einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Schade – ich hätte mir mehr Flexibilität und besseren Service gewünscht.

Sehr schlechter Service! Ein Mitarbeiter war extrem unhöflich. Als ein Konflikt entstand, ist er einfach in die Küche weggelaufen und hat sein Namensschild abgenommen, damit wir seinen Namen nicht erfahren konnten. Nach einem Beschwerdebuch wurde uns auch nicht geholfen. Das ist absolut unprofessionell. Der Vorfall passierte am 01.07.2026 um . Ich hoffe, das Management prüft die Überwachungskameras und zieht Konsequenzen.»

Seit Jahren mal wieder da gewesen. Bedienung immer noch unfreundlich. 5 Burger bestellt. 4 erhalten. Leider nicht am Schalter kontrolliert.

Saubere Filiale und das Essen ist immer heiß und frisch

Wir haben 4 Burger insgesamt bestellt. 2 davon hatten das falsche Patty, 1 davon hatte den falschen Belag und 1 war ein ganz anderer Burger als bestellt + eine Sauce vergessen.

Nach vielen Jahren mal wieder da gewesen ......und super enttäuscht. Es gab den matschigsten Whopper meines Lebens, nicht im Karton und völlig unmotiviert zusammen geklatscht. Der extra Bakon war eher gekocht als gegrillt ..,.siehe Bild. Die Pommes waren gut wie immer!

Baba Laden, absolute Ehrenmänner/frauen

Wenn man essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, muss man immer kontrollieren das alles wirklich drin ist. Bisher waren die Bestellung zum Mitnehmen falsch. Leider ist bei den Kinder Menüs häufig das meiste Spielzeug weg.

Ich kann nicht klagen, vielleicht sollte der eine oder andere mal etwas demütiger sein. Update: Wo Menschen arbeiten passieren Fehler. .. ABER es wurde wiedermal sehr Kulant und schnell reagiert .... zwar nicht von der verantwortlichen Bedienung, sondern von einer anderen Angestellten... Ich bleibe weiterhin Kunde und bin zufrieden. Tipp: Übrigens alle Speisen aus garantiert warm/ heiß wenn man "Extrawünsche" bei jedem Bürger hat.... dann wartet man zwar. Aber bekommt 1A Produkte....

Da das Kartenlesegerät defekt war wurde ich genötigt nochmal zu bezahlen obwohl der Umsatz auf der Kreditkarte nachweislich vorgemerkt war. Die Chili Cheese Nuggets waren zudem alt. Keine gute Erfahrung!

Burger und Pommes labbrig obwohl nichts los ist. Zerknüllte Servierten haben mir den Appetit schon verdorben was zu dem abgestandenden Essen passte.

War um 20 vor 2 da und habe 15 min auf mein Essen gewartet und wurde dann um 2 Minuten nach zwei unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen das die Mitarbeiter ja Feierabend hätten 12.04.2026

Burgerking will jetzt aufrüsten mit Tisch Service wie bei McDonald's. Ich habe am Automaten bestellt und habe dann an der Kasse bezahlt, habe mir eine Tisch Nummer mit genommen um mein Essen zum Tisch zu bekommen, leider sagte man mir dann das die noch nicht funktionieren und sie selber darauf warten das es endlich an den Start geht. Er sagte auch das sie oft angesprochen werden das auch andere gerne ein Tischservice haben möchten. Auf meien Aussage dann nehmt die Nummer doch weg solange sie noch nicht funktionieren sagte mir der Mitarbeiter nur ne das dürfen wir nicht.

Ein Besucher kam nicht aus dem WC raus, weil die Tür geklemmt hat!!!

Kennste einen kennste alle OK Pommes waren mal heiß jalapenos scharf ansonsten wie bei Mecces. Lauwarm und pappig zu einem stolzen Preis

Bis jetzt wurde bei jeder Bestellung etwas vergessen oder falsch ausgegeben. Kommunikation gestaltet sich auch des öfteren durch mangelhafte Deutschkenntnisse des Personals schwierig.

Sehr freundlicher und sauberer Burger King. Fahren extra nen Umweg nur hier hin. Auto laden kann man hier auch super!

Sehr dreckig, Tische sind nicht geräumt, Tabletten abstellen ganz voll, wir kamen es waren um 7 Tische frei und eine davon war etwas sauberer als die anderen, Leute müssen eigene Tische wischen um sich gemütlich hinzusetzen. Absolute NoGo.

It really wasn't tasty... the burgers were cold even though we were the only ones there, there was hardly any sauce, and they were dry, unfortunately. Burger King has really gone downhill. They didn't even offer a free gift for kids. And the prices just keep getting higher. We won't be going there again. We really didn't like it at all.

Everything was great! Ordered at the drive-thru without any waiting time, then waited 5 minutes for the food, which was probably freshly prepared!

We ordered food in an almost empty restaurant and waited 35 minutes!!! The fries were rock hard and ice cold, just like the burgers and the rest of the food. We weren't given a toy either, as they were apparently all out. On top of that, they forgot the sauces and dips. Not recommended!!

Perhaps it was because we were there between Christmas and New Year's, but: - we had to wait almost 30 minutes for three regular meals, even though it really wasn't busy (not even at the drive-thru) - then the sauces were missing - the fries were dry and probably double-fried, but definitely left sitting out for far too long - one of the burgers was cold - there was no toy left in the Happy Meal, even though you could still select it during the ordering process (and no one mentioned it) All in all, a truly very disappointing Burger King visit. Probably the worst I've ever had.

I placed my order at the terminal, using my table sign. The order was simply left untouched and cold. When I complained, I was told it hadn't been activated yet, and the employee said it wasn't my problem.

Our order at Burger King was unfortunately very disappointing. Despite having a receipt and clearly explaining what the system said was included in the order, the employee didn't check the system properly. As a result, the order was incomplete. A drink and a 9-piece chicken nugget meal with fries were missing. Although we addressed this immediately and explained it clearly, the problem wasn't fully resolved. In the end, we only received a drink (a Coke) and the 9-piece chicken nuggets; the fries were still missing. In addition, the employee was unfriendly and disrespectful, giving the impression that he didn't take us seriously or thought we were ignorant, even though we knew exactly what was missing. The Cokes also tasted strongly of water and were barely drinkable. This kind of customer service is very disappointing and does not meet the expectations of Burger King.

The Whopper has been my go-to burger for over 20 years! Today, while passing through, I ate the best Whopper I've had in a long time!

I came on holiday from Spain and went to this burger place, and the service from one of the managers was terrible. He treated some customers terribly, and when we ordered ice cream, they gave us the bare minimum. I definitely don't recommend it.

Dear Burger King Team, My brother and I were at one of your restaurants and placed an order. My brother accidentally said "McFlurry" instead of "King Fusion." This mistake was clearly ridiculed by the staff. As a result, the employees became increasingly disrespectful and unfriendly. Such behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated condescendingly simply because they make a mistake. It is even less acceptable that the order wasn't even taken seriously at first because of this. Furthermore, after placing the order, we experienced an unusually long wait. When we finally received the order, it turned out to be incomplete once again. This overall behavior demonstrates a lack of understanding of customer service and a lack of respect for customers. Such treatment should not be tolerated.

We ordered a KitKat Shake for €5, and the cup was only half full. For that price, it's simply outrageous. When we asked what was going on, we were told it was normal. Absolutely outrageous! I've never experienced anything like it. On top of that, the tall man with the beard was extremely disrespectful. No friendly tone, no respect for customers. You don't feel like you're being taken seriously at all. Never again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This Restaurant is very very clean, the food was very tasty, and the staff are very friendly with a warm welcome I will come here always when I am in the area and would definitely recommend this restaurant to all. Keep up the fantastic work 👍👍👍😞

For a Burger King, this one is really top-notch. Sure, a fast food restaurant is a fast food restaurant, but I think you can tell the difference here compared to many others. We've always received our food quickly and without any problems; everything was freshly prepared and hadn't been sitting out for hours. The premises are generally clean, even the restrooms aren't disgusting. When something went wrong with my order once (it was a system error, the staff couldn't do anything about it), I received quick and friendly assistance without any hassle. The staff are generally always very friendly and courteous and remain calm, even when it's busy and stressful.

We ordered churros with sugar and cinnamon. We received churros with chili, didn't notice, and accidentally added it and ate it. It wasn't very tasty... I wanted to exchange it because it was served incorrectly, but they wanted me to pay. That's unacceptable.

Very nice personal, professional

There were three of us there on the evening of November 18th, 2025. Giggling young guys were behind the counter. First, they forgot one of our drinks, then the chicken nuggets were rock hard. Clearly overfried. All in all, nothing tasted good. There are definitely better branches, for example in Bielefeld. A real shame, we were looking forward to our burgers.

It infuriates me so much that you can't even manage to pack seven burgers. Every time, one burger is missing, and you're filling your bags like this. Hire decent employees and pay them decent wages, then maybe things will improve.

I've been to Burger King many times, but this branch was particularly good. The burgers were generously topped, sturdy, and therefore very tasty. The fries were crispy and golden brown. Despite the deliciousness, there wasn't a long wait. Highly recommended.
