Always happy to be here. It's nice and quiet and has a nice atmosphere.

Went there on December 10th around 11:30 p.m. and had extremely bad experiences with the service and the food. The employees can't even form two sensible sentences and are listless and dull. The three burgers that we got with three people barely had any lettuce or sauce on them. Everything is totally tasteless. The store really only seems to be for those who are happy with less than the minimum

As expected, everything is fine.

Yesterday I was a guest at Burger King Herford again after a long time and I have to honestly say I was shocked. The ambience is very nice, everything has been modernized, but very open, you feel like you're looking into the other guests' mouths while you're eating and you feel like you're being watched. That’s it for the “positive” aspects. Everything else was terrible. The service staff at the service counter only speak very broken German and either don't answer at all or answer in a foreign language. The food was cold, the burger buns were old and dry, but so dry that they crumbled and fell apart in your hand AND people hold on tight, the crowning glory of the whole thing was the “new Danish King Chicken”. I'll attach a picture for you and I don't think I have to say anything more about it. So to charge €3 for this is a complete impudence. For me it was a borderline dining experience and a reason never to go there again. Just disappointing from start to finish.

Hello folks. A lot has to happen before I give a negative review. We haven't been to Burger King in a long time and wanted to try it again. The first and last time. The food was cold so we went back. Two Big Kings became Wopper Jr. A large french fry became a small one. The employee had specially taken De Bon with him. After complaining again, the boss took the order and angrily threw it in the trash. The new order I received wasn't much better. So never again

Stopped in again after a long time, burger almost cold, service bored and listless, shame, it was just a new attempt.

I was hungry there, I wanted to eat, but the chief came and insulted me, reminded me of days when I was in the special forces, helped the world, gave food to people, them and ate with civilians so that they would not stand for me ashamed.

We picked up food here, whooper was absolutely not a whopper and the burgers weren't edible either. Apart from that, the price-performance ratio has not been right for a long time. But if you don't even get a real whopper, it's sad.

Waiting for almost an hour at a fast food restaurant is pretty absurd. For the money I spent on food, I could have bought something better and cooked it more deliciously at home. They also forgot to pack the burgers. At home I had to drive off again and didn't want to apologize on site and still wanted to discuss things. The employee could mend his pants and tie his shoes while walking. Unfortunately, the managing director wasn't in sight and the employees probably didn't want to get him. Well, just lost a customer. Unfortunately, McDonald's was closed. Poor quality food and unfortunately no good service, especially when something is forgotten. Sad. Then received the burger, but not as previously ordered

Apart from the fact that you could only use a few tables because the food from the last 20 people was still lying and sticking on the rest of the tables. We ordered a wopper that had exactly one lettuce leaf and an onion ring on it, not to mention two cucumbers adorned the paddy and the sauce was searched in vain. That was honestly the saddest wopper of my life. The new Wopper, even better? If anything, even worse. That was the last visit to Burgerking, the Finale lives up to the name...

Unfortunately, a significant drop in quality last time. Three burgers including fries were all only lukewarm. A BBQ burger that you have to look for the sauce on is unfortunately not a good burger There are much better BurgerKings.

The store doesn't work at all. Employees are rude and don't understand German. Definitely last visit.

Today after 30 minutes of waiting in the drive, ordering food at the terminal, finally arriving at the counter where you get the food and have to pay, the card reader doesn't work. Spent another 15 minutes there. Food was already ready and getting cold, but the card reader still didn't work after restarting. Then I was asked to leave the drive-in in an unfriendly manner because I didn't have any cash with me. That was definitely my last visit. That's not how you treat customers. 1 🌟 is still too much

The last time I visit this store. I went to the drive, the staff was really unfriendly, I ordered my food and waited about 20-25 minutes for my food, I drove to the next window and wanted to pay with a card, then suddenly she said that I couldn't pay with a card and why I don't have any cash and I don't have 10€ and I've never experienced anything like that before. Conclusion: I waited a total of 30 minutes with discussions and didn't get any food because the card machine didn't work. The seating area is freezing! And that's what they call a restaurant. Think about how you would find a restaurant that cold, you would run away screaming (or freezing) too.

Relatively long waiting time even though it didn't seem very crowded. Burger was super tasty and fresh, just like the onion rings.

The food was generally good, but I was in the DriveThru for 34 minutes. There's no way to get out of there either, so you're literally trapped in the queue.

Biggest rubbish loading, my girlfriend is banned from the house because my friend found a chilli cheese in a children's menu and got upset and she is assumed that this is not true, therefore biggest rubbish, you'd rather go to McDonald's and they'll take care of it Take care of it immediately and don't say the burger has already been eaten or anything else!!!!

2 citizens packed too little. I only noticed it at home. It's happened to us before, it's really stupid that you have to check the employees too.

So that was a really poor performance!!! On Sunday October 18th, 2020 at almost exactly 2:00 p.m. I wanted to quickly order something in the drive... There were four cars in front of me. When I was standing at the order line, nothing came... ...for ten minutes. The cars in front of me were gradually collected and sent forward. The last car in front of me was collected and the food was given out, unfortunately it couldn't drive out because the three cars in front of it were blocking the exit. Then finally: “Your order please” (hardly understandable, no greeting). I ordered Big King and a medium Diet Coke. The voice from the column: "OK, keep driving!"... Me: "OK"... Then another ten minutes passed. The employees ran back and forth bringing out the bags. The customers from the first car came back with the bags and complained about something, the shift manager was called, then they looked for the receipt... The people in the car in front of me got out of the car and complained that their food had now been eaten got cold... And we were all waiting behind... I wanted to back out but couldn't because there were two cars behind me... Finally after another ten minutes everything was sorted out and we moved forward. The slope was held out to me at the window, still without greeting, I then had to ask for the amount myself. After that everything went quickly. When I drove out, I checked the order. The BigKing wasn't really attractive, the salad was brown and limp, as if it had been cooked, the cola had no ice cubes... I didn't want to complain because I had already wasted over half an hour of my life anyway... I was really hungry and I was ate the burger... So I quickly ordered food...

This branch gets the full rating because I received exactly what I ordered and in an acceptable time. The employees made a well-kept impression and were friendly AND very fond of children. I would love to come back here.

Baba eat and cheaper and better than mcs

Catastrophe from the occupation on a Sunday evening. 6 people and pure slowness. This is no longer fast food but rather slow food. Mr. Rako, who instead of processing the orders, walks through the kitchen and service with his cell phone. 15 orders on display and half of them red. No compensation for waiting too long. Never here again!

Really relaxed if you want to eat something warm and good

Went to BK 15127 on September 14, 2024 around 11:30 p.m. and the first impression was that it was cold here. We were not alone with this opinion. Order was ready quickly and at the table we noticed that the nuggets were missing (sauce on the tray). Get it straight away when you get the hint at the counter. The Whopper was very lightly topped and no sauce dripped out, which is usually the case in other branches! For us the decision was that we would no longer visit this Burger 🍔 King!

The unpadded wooden chairs are absolutely uncomfortable and no comparison to the restaurant furnishings of the past. Unfortunately, the staff is constantly understaffed, so long waiting times are normal both in the restaurant and in the drive-in. It's a shame - Burger King used to be much better

Phew, waited 25 minutes in the drive in... With 2 cars in front of us. Catastrophe for the evening at 10:45 p.m It seemed as if the lady who took our order was working alone with a gentleman. I don't think it's rude, but rather an impudence the way they treated us. To turn away guests like this 25 minutes before closing time and no longer offer a seat?! How long should it take us to eat a burger? We didn't want to drink a bottle of wine. Only fast food!!!! But we'll avoid that in the future.

Something really has to happen before I give a negative review. But we were on the way back from the airport and came to the restaurant at 12:35 a.m. and were told in a rude manner that the most we could do was order take-away. We pointed out that it was open until 1:00 a.m. and that we could certainly still eat until then, which was denied. At 00:43 our food was stuffed into the paper bags and when we asked again whether we could just eat there, we received an unfriendly no. As I was leaving, I realized that such an action would definitely result in a 1-star rating. Only then did the waitress call after us: "yes, if you eat this in 10 minutes, then just stay here". We then ate outside in the parking lot and were finished by closing time. It's nice that things seem to be going so well that you can treat customers like this.

I've been back to Bürger King Herford for a long time and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is good and delicious, including the Coca Cola! The Coca Cola was not edible about a year ago the Coca Cola was warm and had such a moldy aftertaste. The guest room and toilets are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly. The drawback is there are no fries pieks ☹️

I was there today. I ordered something at the order point and wanted to pay at the checkout. The employee walked past me 5 times and didn't want to serve me. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I went out. 3 employees took care of the drive-in and were overwhelmed. The shift manager was overwhelmed Nothing a clue trains your staff better and one more thing customer is king.

Staff very incompetent, I would have served the guests better even after my 10 beers. Ordered a chicken burger and got a bag of chicken nuggets, very cheeky. Friends also received something different from what they ordered. Staff also unfriendly to guests, not recommended

Burgerking is better than McDonalds and several offers

We have often experienced that the staff at the drive-in are overwhelmed and unfriendly, unfortunately the orders are only given out half correctly. Unfortunately, you only notice this when you are away from the counter. So always check before you leave

Fast food, you are now obliged to check the order to make sure everything is there and correct... sometimes you have something in it that you didn't actually order. Same game again today... I'll avoid this store from now on. The phone doesn't seem to be in working order either. Sad...not recommended.
