Today, McDonald’s has outdone itself. In my opinion it has never been so bad! The order display board didn't work properly, there was no mayonnaise or sweet and sour sauce and there were no Oreo cookies for the ice cream. What was going on??? At least I got my milkshake with chocolate sauce today. The chocolate sauce has often been forgotten until now! There's one star for that and the second star goes to the friendly dark-haired Asian woman at the front of the counter who handed out the order. She does a great job, unlike the rest there.

As the only person in front of the counter, I waited about 5 minutes before being noticed, then waited almost exactly 21 minutes until the food was ready. Fast food works differently

Clean branch, including the sanitary area and actually really warm burgers and fries. This is not always a given in other branches. There was a lot of activity and a lot to do. The restaurant manager organized the staff (there was nothing to do at McCafe at the moment) in a friendly and determined manner, so there were no waiting times.

Open 24 hours but you get kicked out at 2am. What's that supposed to mean

Unfortunately, the night shift was very rude and extremely overwhelmed. We got there after a concert, it took forever to get our order even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant in front of us. There were only around 6 tables in the Mc Café that you were supposed to use, the rest of the area was cordoned off with tape. This forced us to eat standing up or even outside in the cold. One of the employees very annoyedly and unkindly told every guest who dared to go behind the barrier that they shouldn't stay there. With such a rush they could have freed up several tables. The fries were at least a little warm, the burgers were okay. There was no lid for the drink let alone napkins. We were very disappointed and will not eat there again in the future.

Drive-in employees unfriendly and not polite when ordering a total of three (!) drinks.

Relatively small McDonald's, Preparation was very quick, the employees were very friendly, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there were dirty tables and chairs on the floor, there were leftovers everywhere, that was much better here.

We ordered takeaway today. Unfortunately, a lot was missing from the order. The kids' ice cream, which my husband asked for, and when we went to eat at home, we discovered that his entire menu was missing Big Mac Bacon with fries and nuggets. Very annoying. Unfortunately not the first time either.

Earlier, on site, long waiting time (15 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and 1 coffee). Relatively small. Unsuitable for families: the drive-in street runs directly in front of the main entrance and there are narrow parking spaces...who plans something like that... There was no competition in Verden for a long time, but for a few years now there has been competition a few hundred meters towards the A27. Since 2020, McDonald's Verden has been offering a delivery service that is fast and friendly, but the competition does not offer this. I haven't been to this branch in forever.

If I could I would give zero stars. The staff there also deserves zero stars. You have to be afraid that you'll be spit on. I'd rather starve first.

Things were missing, you had to remind the employees about missing products. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't even get a toy with her Happy Meal. The food wasn't particularly fresh and the parking lot left a lot to be desired. Exit is blocked by the Mcdrive queue.

The ketchup I ordered was missing and there were only two napkins available, but the Big mac's looked perfect.

Very good McDonald's. Clean, the food is carefully prepared and is fresh. The service is also very nice and helpful, mostly clean toilets

Fast, nice staff, rooms are almost always clean (if there was a lot of rush, something would be left behind). The only drawback: there is no table service in the evenings and as a guest it gets annoying when the order numbers are shouted across the store. Sometimes several times because the customers are sitting on the terrace. Of course, this means a star deduction for service and ambience. By the way, great birdsong with jungle sounds in the toilets, it's not just for the Greens. Great idea. Were there again today and there is now no table service in the evening, which is very annoying because the employees shout the order numbers across the store. Really annoying !! Please reintroduce table service.

Today. Ordered takeaway for many. Like about 1-2 times a month. Today the shake was inedible. Too much syrup. I called...was forwarded as only representation. Updated 7/14/24 Got the shake refunded today or got it when you ordered it. Staff, service and food were completely flawless today. Thank you again

The nuggets were really bad and out of date and once I only got half a mcFlurry - it's really not clear 😡

First of all, it starts with the fact that often when you order a Mcflurry, the cup is only half filled and you basically have a small ice cream and pay almost twice as much for it. Some staff at the drive-in counter cannot be understood due to their strong accents. In addition, the Spicy Nuggets are on sale and have been for several weeks. Today I didn't have what I ordered in my bag. I complained after 5 minutes. Three women at the counter said they had packed everything. I showed the bags. I am accused of lying. So first of all there should be stars for the following action... We all know and understand that sometimes you have a bad day and don't feel like doing your job or want to get off work on time... I waited over 1 hour for my food and then I was informed that I would no longer receive the order and that I would not receive any money back. What a disgrace, I can only advise everyone to avoid this McDonald's.

The boss himself vents loudly in his dealings with his employees, and he dismisses a complaint as if the customer was in the wrong anyway. This depresses the mood and spoils the meal break.

While you are waiting for your order, the delivery service (driving) staff deliberately hits you with their car.

It's always exciting what can be called fast food restaurants... we ordered take-away at the terminal as normal... after 30 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received anything... but so did the others (approx. 30 people) stood there and got nothing... everything was just packed for the drive in and worked diligently... after 40 minutes I wanted my money back... Suddenly the shift manager came and everything was quickly packed up... at home I then noticed that something had been forgotten... the fries were only half cooked... the entire team was completely clueless and they were just packing something together... which also led to a number of complaints from the drive in. So there was no question of training here. It would have been nice to go to a real restaurant at that time... Quality, service and friendliness would have been 100% better. CONCLUSION: too much money for such poor quality and people try to play a polka when they're out of patience.

Before my eyes, on March 20, 2024 at 7:30 p.m., a male employee who was responsible for preparing the nuggets accidentally dropped 4 pieces. (They slipped out of this grid while being carried.) He picked it up and placed it on a shelf a little further back. At first I thought, OK, well, he'll throw these away. But no.. He went somewhere else for a moment, then came back, took these nuggets and, ice cold, put them back with the others. For me that doesn't work at all. Now some customer or child has received food with dirt from the soggy floor stuck to it. Since the man didn't look like he was considering or unsure what to do, one has to assume it wasn't the first time he'd done this. None of the other employees who were standing just 2-3 meters away reacted to this or found this unusual in any way. A clear reason for me never to come back.

You're enjoying your meal/coffee...when I take my cell phone out of my pocket I see that the bench is full of white dog hair... *disgusting* my handbag and my clothes too. The queue indicator is useless because everything is set to done immediately. You never know when it's your turn. Very restless atmosphere due to delivery service, waiting drive customers and other guests standing around. Staff very hectic, but apparently still have a lot of time for small talk. Fast food... Not really.

The food was delivered to the place quickly and hot, even though the restaurant was very busy. However, the staff is neither friendly nor on the ball. Apparently the tables often secretly swap places with each other. The dessert was delivered to us very late because the same waitress who had previously brought us the menus couldn't find our table! 😆😆😆

When we wanted to leave I went to the shift manager to complain. The lady was standing next to him. He said he was sorry and so was she. As I was about to leave I heard her say to him that she wasn't sorry. A discussion then arose between her and me. The shift manager tried to calm the lady down, but it didn't work. There shouldn't be such bad service. Talking to guests like that is not okay.

Unfortunately today there were fried nuggets or nuggets fried to death twice in the children's Happy Meal.

I always order Mc Rib without onions! Then someone collected the onions from the old burger and forgot to put the bottom parts of the bun back in. So there was cardboard soaked in McRib sauce, with a patty stuck firmly together. Then I wasn't hungry anymore!!

In my Royal TS the entire bun base was simply “forgotten”. However, I only noticed this on the way. You don't think about something like that and check the completeness of the burger...

Half of the order was missing. Tip: Order on the order display Maybe leave it displayed for a little longer so that the customer can check whether the order has been completely processed. The cheeseburger I ordered today also tasted like it was 3 days old

Also ehrlich, sry das ihr zu wenig Mitarbeiter habt. Man geht um 1:15 zum Fenster weil man nicht durch den Drive fahren möchte, wird nicht am Fenster beachtet und weg geschickt, weil das Auto, was nach einem kam, bestellt hat. Dann fragt man wo man jetzt bestellen soll, man wird ignoriert und einem das Fenster vor der Nase geschlossen. Jetzt gehts nach Achim, eh besser der Laden, ngl. (13.01.24)

Leider in letzter Zeit sehr oft im Drive kein vollständiges Essen erhalten und lange Wartezeiten gehabt.

McDonald's halt, man weiss was man bekommt, Personal freundlich, sauber. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten bei McDonald's.

Leider wirkt das Personal komplett inkompetent. Bestellt und bezahlt haben wir u.a. einen Lattemacchiato mit Hafermilch. Die war dann aber aus, anscheinend völlig überraschend. Dann müssen wir das halt stornieren. Geht aber nicht, sagt das Personal am Tresen. Es benötigte volle 10min, um das Geld zurück zu erhalten, und auch der letztlich involvierte Ladeninhaber war sichtlich damit überfordert. Anders sind sein unfreundliches Verhalten und seine pampigen Sprüche (bspw. "Was mischen Sie sich da ein?", "Gehen Sie doch woanders essen!") kaum zu erklären. Schade. Dann halt nächstes Mal den BurgerKing 200m weiter.

Die Mitarbeiter an den Kassen und am Drive In können ruhig Mal freundlicher sein zu ihren Kunden.

Wie immer bei dieser Filiale fehlte wiedermal etwas bei der Bestellung. So langsam grenzt das an Betrug, da bei jeder größeren Drive Bestellung die wir abgeholt haben etwas fehlt. Fällt mir nichts zu ein.

Freundliches Personal und sauber im Restaurant

Also eigentlich schmeckt das essen ja gut.. aber manche wissen leider nicht wie man ein chai latte kocht...

War bereits mehrere Male auf Durchreise hier zwischengelandet. Bisher immer freundliches Personal beim funktionierenden Tischservice gehabt, Essen auch so, wie man's hier erwarten kann und darf. Bei Wartezeit und Sauberkeit im Gästebereich geht noch 'was.

Fastfood kann man mal essen! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und motiviert!

Noch spät da gewesen um nach der Nachtschicht im Drive was rauszuholen. Essen war wie nach Wunsch und hat nich lange gedauert. Gerne wieder.

Die Toiletten waren nicht sehr sauber. Und ganz ehrlich, diese Pappstrohalme zum Milchshake sind das Allerletzte.

Toiletten sind in einem Zustand, dass das Essen nicht mehr schmeckt

Was soll man zu Mc Donalds gross schreiben, jeder kennt es, jeder hat es schon mal gegessen. Ich selber kann diesmal gar nichts zum essen sagen, da ich nur Geldgeber war ;) und selber nur etwas getrunken habe. Für mich neu war gewesen das es zu den Getränken im Restaurant keine Strohalme mehr gibt. Besonders freundlich würde mir dies leider nicht mitgeteilt nachdem ich zum Schalter ging und nach einem Strohalm fragte. Da wir aber einen Milchshake hatten wurde mir dann im Enteffekt doch einer gegeben. Meine Tochter war von der neuen Bismäc Rezeptur nicht so begeistert. Da sie diesen immer ohne Gurke bestellt- sie darf die sauren Gurken nicht essen- und nun aber diese Gurken in klein geschnittener Variante direkt der Soße beigefügt sind. Sehr schade, somit wieder ein Mc Donalds- Gänger weniger. Zur Freundlichkeit hatte ich ja bereits kurz was geschrieben, leider war diese bei anderen MA, z.b welcher uns das Essen zu Tisch brachte, auch nicht wirklich besser. Da es zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir vor Ort waren gut besucht war, sah es dementsprechend auch aus. Tische dreckig, "Geschirr"wagen voll, Müll auf dem Boden.

Ich war noch nicht oft da, aber die male bei denen ich da war, war das Essen ganz gut. Nur beim Drive-in war jedes Mal der Lautsprecher des Personals ziemlich leise.

Halt McDonald's, für den Hunger zwischen durch 😉

Habe sinnlos Geld ausgegeben hätte erwartet das ich auf das smart Menü hingewiesen werde, leider nicht also 2 Euro aus dem Fenster geworfen Burger waren leider auch kalt
