Our McDuck is incomparable, much cleaner than others and not always so full, I recommend it 😀

The salesperson's attitude at the checkout was not nice at all.

In the Mc Drive they forgot to pack my mayo even though I paid for it. It often happens that something is missing or given incorrectly.

McDonald's offers a solid experience that impresses above all with its speed and reliability. As usual, the dishes are standardized, so you can expect the same taste everywhere. The selection of menus and snacks in particular is diverse and there is something for every taste. The branch I visited was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly, even if it got a bit hectic at peak times. The wait was acceptable and the food was served fresh and warm. One minor negative was that the seating areas were sometimes crowded and it was difficult to find a seat. Overall, a good choice for a quick snack or an uncomplicated meal.

When I order online and have it delivered to me, the food is usually cold.. Which is really annoying.. Or things are missing.. I order NORMAL nuggets but then get vegan ones or it's mixed.. I want to get that too , what I ordered and also please everything complete and HOT I used to be super happy, but now I'm really just disappointed...

No table service although offered when ordering.

This McDonald's probably has the worst employees in Germany! Orders are constantly being given out incorrectly when driving through MC Drive and when you bring this up you are simply treated with disrespect and the employees don't even correct their own mistakes. Maybe you should hire smart staff :)

I paid with a card and it was debited twice. I received a note that I should report. I did that and to this day I still haven't gotten my money back

Often the orders were not completely delivered. Don't answer the phone either. Will no longer be ordering online here. How much have you already earned for undelivered goods?!

Unfortunately, I had to pay a parking penalty even though the parking time was used to charge my electric car and I was also a customer during this period, unbelievable. Never here again.

Normally 0/5 stars!!! It's a shame that something is missing from every order. Even if the boss gets it. For example, out of 10 orders, each one was missing something. I won't leave the parking lot there without checking. Sometimes the goods are also wrong. Wrong drinks or wrong burger. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I got home. And what I also notice: the working atmosphere behind the counter is not nice. You don't have to yell at anyone in a busy store. This can also be solved somewhat discreetly and respectfully. Even 1 year later nothing has changed. Goods are generally always faulty. Always. Never drive away without checking. We're not talking about the lack of friendliness. No hello. No please. Nothing.

Food as expected, time slot good, taste as always, selection everything OK :0) but the table was sticky and not ok underneath. It was Saturday evening, a lot to do, hmmm, but it still wasn't nice for me. Let's come back, of course

I eat here regularly, this is the best McDonald's in the north. Always quick and good!! Often well attended, if you wait a long time it's 10 minutes. Never longer, and then there's usually something on it, an apple turnover or an ice cream. Go 500 m further and there is BK. This is an example of how not to do it at BK. They are always slow no matter how busy!! To apologize for this, there are rarely more than three employees!! There are always more staff at MC!!!

On Sunday, November 10th, 2024 around 2:30 p.m., a small southern employee (probably a supervisor) made a fool of a young employee in front of the guests and treated him very badly. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I question his leadership position very much. I have often noticed the southern employee being unfriendly towards customers and employees. The young employee is also probably the hardest-working employee in the entire store and very committed.

Good food, friendly staff, and top hygienic conditions. The ice cream machine is never broken either. Really good for a McDonald's.

Coupons are accepted at the counter, but then billed incorrectly. When asked, they only said that there was nothing they could do because that's what it said on the display.

Stopped here in the morning on the way to the North Sea. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good too :) Great place to take a break!

Lots going on, long wait! Staff still taking more orders but no output! I was at position 12 in the queue! If I hadn't paid handsomely, I would have left.

Graduation after US vacation. Just an MC. Mighty full day. Service OK.

On a Saturday evening you get two cold Filet-o-Fish and fishnet potatoes, the latter being a mixture of normal fries and fishnet potatoes, although only fishnet potatoes were ordered. At least the cola tasted like cola. I will never visit this branch again.

I had to ask for my order after 15 minutes because my receipt was probably accidentally deleted, but as compensation I was given an apple turnover. So not only I, but also my car at the charging station was full again 😉

Finally one of the better McDonald's stores... the fries were very tasty, the burger double cheese was juicy and well topped... looked almost like the picture... The food came quickly and the staff was friendly... keep it up so

I visit McDonald's regularly and am impressed every time! The quality of the food is consistently high and the menu selection offers something to suit every taste. I especially love the crispy fries and the delicious burgers. The service is always quick and friendly. Even at peak times, service is quick and the staff is always helpful and courteous. The branch is clean and well maintained, which makes the stay very pleasant. The new digital ordering options are also super practical and make the ordering process much easier. I appreciate the continuous improvements and innovations that McDonald's introduces. Overall, for me, McDonald's is the perfect place for a quick, tasty meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately, again and again the employees can't count. Almost every large order is missing at least one burger. Every time you go back and complete your order. It's just annoying.

McDonald's. What do you expect?! But what I find absurd is the automatic parking surveillance. As a thank you, after a 3-hour visit to Mc, where you sat as a paying customer and left €20, you get a fine of €35 because you parked there for 48 minutes too long... If I park there to go to school - understandable. But not as a hungry customer of the restaurant!

Today, McDonald’s has outdone itself. In my opinion it has never been so bad! The order display board didn't work properly, there was no mayonnaise or sweet and sour sauce and there were no Oreo cookies for the ice cream. What was going on??? At least I got my milkshake with chocolate sauce today. The chocolate sauce has often been forgotten until now! There's one star for that and the second star goes to the friendly dark-haired Asian woman at the front of the counter who handed out the order. She does a great job, unlike the rest there.

As the only person in front of the counter, I waited about 5 minutes before being noticed, then waited almost exactly 21 minutes until the food was ready. Fast food works differently

Clean branch, including the sanitary area and actually really warm burgers and fries. This is not always a given in other branches. There was a lot of activity and a lot to do. The restaurant manager organized the staff (there was nothing to do at McCafe at the moment) in a friendly and determined manner, so there were no waiting times.

Open 24 hours but you get kicked out at 2am. What's that supposed to mean

Drive-in employees unfriendly and not polite when ordering a total of three (!) drinks.

Unfortunately, the night shift was very rude and extremely overwhelmed. We got there after a concert, it took forever to get our order even though there wasn't much going on in the restaurant in front of us. There were only around 6 tables in the Mc Café that you were supposed to use, the rest of the area was cordoned off with tape. This forced us to eat standing up or even outside in the cold. One of the employees very annoyedly and unkindly told every guest who dared to go behind the barrier that they shouldn't stay there. With such a rush they could have freed up several tables. The fries were at least a little warm, the burgers were okay. There was no lid for the drink let alone napkins. We were very disappointed and will not eat there again in the future.

Relatively small McDonald's, Preparation was very quick, the employees were very friendly, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there were dirty tables and chairs on the floor, there were leftovers everywhere, that was much better here.

Earlier, on site, long waiting time (15 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and 1 coffee). Relatively small. Unsuitable for families: the drive-in street runs directly in front of the main entrance and there are narrow parking spaces...who plans something like that... There was no competition in Verden for a long time, but for a few years now there has been competition a few hundred meters towards the A27. Since 2020, McDonald's Verden has been offering a delivery service that is fast and friendly, but the competition does not offer this. I haven't been to this branch in forever.

Things were missing, you had to remind the employees about missing products. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't even get a toy with her Happy Meal. The food wasn't particularly fresh and the parking lot left a lot to be desired. Exit is blocked by the Mcdrive queue.

The only drawback: there is no table service in the evenings and as a guest it gets annoying when the order numbers are shouted across the store. Today. Ordered takeaway for many. Like about 1-2 times a month. Today the shake was inedible. Too much syrup. I called...was forwarded as only representation. Updated 7/14/24 Got the shake refunded today or got it when you ordered it. Staff, service and food were completely flawless today. Thank you again

The boss himself vents loudly in his dealings with his employees, and he dismisses a complaint as if the customer was in the wrong anyway. This depresses the mood and spoils the meal break.

While you are waiting for your order, the delivery service (driving) staff deliberately hits you with their car.

It's always exciting what can be called fast food restaurants... we ordered take-away at the terminal as normal... after 30 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received anything... but so did the others (approx. 30 people) stood there and got nothing... everything was just packed for the drive in and worked diligently... after 40 minutes I wanted my money back... Suddenly the shift manager came and everything was quickly packed up... at home I then noticed that something had been forgotten... the fries were only half cooked... the entire team was completely clueless and they were just packing something together... which also led to a number of complaints from the drive in. So there was no question of training here. It would have been nice to go to a real restaurant at that time... Quality, service and friendliness would have been 100% better. CONCLUSION: too much money for such poor quality and people try to play a polka when they're out of patience.

Before my eyes, on March 20, 2024 at 7:30 p.m., a male employee who was responsible for preparing the nuggets accidentally dropped 4 pieces. (They slipped out of this grid while being carried.) He picked it up and placed it on a shelf a little further back. At first I thought, OK, well, he'll throw these away. But no.. He went somewhere else for a moment, then came back, took these nuggets and, ice cold, put them back with the others. For me that doesn't work at all. Now some customer or child has received food with dirt from the soggy floor stuck to it. Since the man didn't look like he was considering or unsure what to do, one has to assume it wasn't the first time he'd done this. None of the other employees who were standing just 2-3 meters away reacted to this or found this unusual in any way. A clear reason for me never to come back.

The queue indicator is useless because everything is set to done immediately. You never know when it's your turn. Very restless atmosphere due to delivery service, waiting drive customers and other guests standing around. Staff very hectic, but apparently still have a lot of time for small talk. Fast food... There shouldn't be such bad service. Talking to guests like that is not okay.

Unfortunately today there were fried nuggets or nuggets fried to death twice in the children's Happy Meal.

I always order Mc Rib without onions! Then someone collected the onions from the old burger and forgot to put the bottom parts of the bun back in. So there was cardboard soaked in McRib sauce, with a patty stuck firmly together. Then I wasn't hungry anymore!!

Leider in letzter Zeit sehr oft im Drive kein vollständiges Essen erhalten und lange Wartezeiten gehabt.

Also ehrlich, sry das ihr zu wenig Mitarbeiter habt. Man geht um 1:15 zum Fenster weil man nicht durch den Drive fahren möchte, wird nicht am Fenster beachtet und weg geschickt, weil das Auto, was nach einem kam, bestellt hat. Dann fragt man wo man jetzt bestellen soll, man wird ignoriert und einem das Fenster vor der Nase geschlossen. Jetzt gehts nach Achim, eh besser der Laden, ngl. (13.01.24)

McDonald's halt, man weiss was man bekommt, Personal freundlich, sauber. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten bei McDonald's.

Leider wirkt das Personal komplett inkompetent. Bestellt und bezahlt haben wir u.a. einen Lattemacchiato mit Hafermilch. Die war dann aber aus, anscheinend völlig überraschend. Dann müssen wir das halt stornieren. Geht aber nicht, sagt das Personal am Tresen. Es benötigte volle 10min, um das Geld zurück zu erhalten, und auch der letztlich involvierte Ladeninhaber war sichtlich damit überfordert. Anders sind sein unfreundliches Verhalten und seine pampigen Sprüche (bspw. "Was mischen Sie sich da ein?", "Gehen Sie doch woanders essen!") kaum zu erklären. Schade. Dann halt nächstes Mal den BurgerKing 200m weiter.
