McDonald's in Verden (Aller)

Part of the order was forgotten and only prepared after we asked for it.

The staff were unfriendly and shouted loudly across the restaurant. Even though we had opted for table service, we had to collect our trays from the counter. The burgers were almost cold, and the fries were completely cold and soggy. We were a group and spent over €200. In the restroom, they simply signed the order form without even checking if everything was okay. Never again, not recommended!

We were dissatisfied because our order was delivered incomplete. We had to go to the checkout to request the missing items. A family friend who was there with us didn't receive their already paid order at all – luckily, they had the receipt. Even after we got through to them, something was still missing. Mistakes happen, and that would have been manageable, but the extremely unfriendly staff stressed us out and completely ruined our celebratory mood.

Even though the store was empty, I had to wait an extremely long time for someone at the drive-thru to even take my order. The woman wasn't particularly friendly either.

The level of unfriendliness is hard to beat. The store is open until midnight, and we arrived at 11:20 p.m., and we were greeted quite unfriendly and felt like a real intrusion. Not nice.

After more than 20 minutes, we went to the staff to inquire about our order. The staff asked for our order number, which we gave, explaining that we were sitting outside. After another 12 minutes, there was still no food. We asked for our money back and left. We've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's before. So, next time, we'll go to Burger King.

An order was aborted/cancelled. According to the extremely friendly store manager, a refund should be issued (via PayPal). After 1.5 weeks, no refund has been issued. The representative is unaware of the incident. This demonstrates that friendliness alone is not a solution. The problem is obviously being ignored. I am asked to contact PayPal or the MC D headquarters in Wenden. I am not obligated to provide any assistance, etc. They are probably hoping that the approximately €50 will be forgotten in the process of gritting their teeth. For us older people, it's a disaster to have to order via computer or app. I haven't been there in a year because of this.

I don't go there often, but recently I was at MC Drive again. I was particularly impressed by the nice lady at the window, where I was paying. I also had to order there because her microphone wasn't working (where you usually order). She was very friendly and even joked around; unfortunately, I don't know her name. It was evening, and I'd had a very stressful day, but when I left, I was immediately in a good mood again. It's a memorable experience. The food tasted even better, of course. Thank you.

Food is McDonald's quality, and when I lost my phone, an employee said it hadn't been found. When I asked another employee directly about it, he handed it over to me. A bit cheeky, in my opinion.

The menus are kind of tiny, the service isn't exactly the fastest, and there isn't enough seating. The prices are astronomical and if you put together your own menu the price is not justified at all.

I ordered 2x Wrap Sweet Chili Chicken and got 2x Wrap chicken. When I asked them about it, they said they wouldn't exchange it now. I told them that they got a bad rating. But then all I heard was that it doesn't matter. The boss doesn't care anyway. PS: then we should go to Burger King instead.

No matter whether you are a child, teenager or adult (50s)...Mc Donalds is always possible....:). In the Verden and Posthausen branches you always feel well served and in good hands.

The selection of menus and snacks in particular is diverse and there is something for every taste. The branch I visited was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly, even if it got a bit hectic at peak times. The wait was acceptable and the food was served fresh and warm. One minor negative was that the seating areas were sometimes crowded and it was difficult to find a seat. Overall, a good choice for a quick snack or an uncomplicated meal.

When I order online and have it delivered to me, the food is usually cold.. Which is really annoying.. Or things are missing.. I order NORMAL nuggets but then get vegan ones or it's mixed.. I want to get that too , what I ordered and also please everything complete and HOT I used to be super happy, but now I'm really just disappointed...

This McDonald's probably has the worst employees in Germany! Orders are constantly being given out incorrectly when driving through MC Drive and when you bring this up you are simply treated with disrespect and the employees don't even correct their own mistakes. I eat here regularly, this is the best McDonald's in the north. Always quick and good!! Often well attended, if you wait a long time it's 10 minutes. Never longer, and then there's usually something on it, an apple turnover or an ice cream. Go 500 m further and there is BK. This is an example of how not to do it at BK. They are always slow no matter how busy!! To apologize for this, there are rarely more than three employees!! There are always more staff at MC!!!

Far too often something is forgotten when ordering

On Sunday, November 10th, 2024 around 2:30 p.m., a small southern employee (probably a supervisor) made a fool of a young employee in front of the guests and treated him very badly. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I question his leadership position very much. I have often noticed the southern employee being unfriendly towards customers and employees. The young employee is also probably the hardest-working employee in the entire store and very committed.

Coupons are accepted at the counter, but then billed incorrectly. When asked, they only said that there was nothing they could do because that's what it said on the display.

Good food, friendly staff, and top hygienic conditions. The ice cream machine is never broken either. Really good for a McDonald's.

On a Saturday evening you get two cold Filet-o-Fish and fishnet potatoes, the latter being a mixture of normal fries and fishnet potatoes, although only fishnet potatoes were ordered. At least the cola tasted like cola. I will never visit this branch again.

I had to ask for my order after 15 minutes because my receipt was probably accidentally deleted, but as compensation I was given an apple turnover. So not only I, but also my car at the charging station was full again 😉

I visit McDonald's regularly and am impressed every time! The quality of the food is consistently high and the menu selection offers something to suit every taste. I especially love the crispy fries and the delicious burgers. The service is always quick and friendly. Even at peak times, service is quick and the staff is always helpful and courteous. The branch is clean and well maintained, which makes the stay very pleasant. The new digital ordering options are also super practical and make the ordering process much easier. I appreciate the continuous improvements and innovations that McDonald's introduces. Overall, for me, McDonald's is the perfect place for a quick, tasty meal. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The order display board didn't work properly, there was no mayonnaise or sweet and sour sauce and there were no Oreo cookies for the ice cream. What was going on??? At least I got my milkshake with chocolate sauce today. The chocolate sauce has often been forgotten until now! There's one star for that and the second star goes to the friendly dark-haired Asian woman at the front of the counter who handed out the order. She does a great job, unlike the rest there.

Clean branch, including the sanitary area and actually really warm burgers and fries. This is not always a given in other branches. There was a lot of activity and a lot to do. The restaurant manager organized the staff (there was nothing to do at McCafe at the moment) in a friendly and determined manner, so there were no waiting times.
