Unfortunately disappointing – good food, but lousy service
The food was really good, but the service completely ruined the visit. The staff was unfriendly, unmotivated, and generally seemed in a bad mood. When I simply asked if I wanted a cheeseburger, I only received a rude response like, "There's cheese all over it." That's not how you treat guests.
What's absolutely unacceptable: Some employees were standing behind the counter with headphones on – completely unprofessional and giving the impression that they have no interest in the guests at all. If you don't enjoy your job, maybe you should just quit.
It's a shame about the good food, but that kind of treatment will put you out of your appetite. I definitely won't be back.
It was very tasty, unfortunately the dough wasn't completely cooked through when I cooked it. The taste is solid Italian. Without a lot of frills. The restaurant is well equipped, I would describe it as very retro. Just a typical sports club gastronomy from the 80s. The hosts are very friendly and attentive, a family-run restaurant. Conclusion: to eat good, solid Italian cuisine where the price/performance ratio is just right. Maybe not the right address for a romantic or fancy meal. ATTENTION my opinion only applies to the pizzas. But other dishes are tried.
By far the best kofta sandwich in the area! Freshly prepared every day and no ready-made stuff. Price performance simply world class. Very nice boss who always greets you with a smile. I look forward to every visit. A real insider tip!
The food is incredibly delicious, but unfortunately, even if you pre-order by phone, you sometimes have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to pick up your food. This is always very annoying. I'm sometimes willing to accept this, as the pizzas are delicious.
