I really like it. I've ordered both to eat in and to pick up, and it's been delicious every time! The burgers are super tasty, and I'm happy to pay a few euros more to know where the patty comes from. (Near Rotenburg, so it's truly local.)

This used to be a really good burger place where I'd occasionally eat or pick up something, mainly because they had vegan burgers. Now it's a lackluster place, both in terms of service and food. A soggy bun, not cooked properly, €10.50 for a burger that was just smashed together, with nothing on it but mayo, ketchup, and a plain old lettuce leaf. The vegan patty wasn't cooked all the way through. A shame for the price. I'd rather go to Peter Pane or build my own burger at home.

I waited over 30 minutes for 4 burgers and 2 fries to go! Customers after me were served faster, others even a second time – I was still waiting. When I finally got my food and pointed out that it was fast food and I knew how long a burger takes, the employee rudely replied, "Then make it yourself!" Absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Never again!

Well... The overall impression of the place leaves a lot to be desired. Tables weren't cleared, even though the place was completely empty. The blonde employee doesn't seem to enjoy her job. When I didn't get a response when I said goodbye, I've given up on the service there. Burgers definitely used to be better. They lack flavor, and the burgers are prepared a bit carelessly (patties are completely out of place). The atmosphere there is a bit like a youth hostel, and the cleanliness in the guest area leaves something to be desired, even at 6 p.m.

The burgers and fries are delicious. Pre-ordering by phone works great. The service was unfriendly: no greeting, barely a glance when ordering, no complete sentences, just "Ketchup or mayo?", "Drink with that?", etc. There's only one small bag of mayo or ketchup per portion of fries, and each additional bag costs extra. The unfriendly person working there makes the whole atmosphere feel somewhat subdued. No guest is treated kindly; they're simply rushed through with complete indifference and as little fuss as possible.

Unfortunately disappointing – good food, but lousy service The food was really good, but the service completely ruined the visit. The staff was unfriendly, unmotivated, and generally seemed in a bad mood. When I simply asked if I wanted a cheeseburger, I only received a rude response like, "There's cheese all over it." That's not how you treat guests. What's absolutely unacceptable: Some employees were standing behind the counter with headphones on – completely unprofessional and giving the impression that they have no interest in the guests at all. If you don't enjoy your job, maybe you should just quit. It's a shame about the good food, but that kind of treatment will put you out of your appetite. I definitely won't be back.

There were four of us there and we really enjoyed it. The food, including vegan versions, was really delicious and the fries were perfect for me. I always think it's a bit of a shame when the service has to help in the kitchen, so a small deduction, but of course I understand the cost-benefit factor. We also liked the facilities, we thought the picture of the renovation of the restaurant was great. Personally, I would rather offer dessert alternatives in the front display that don't have to be refrigerated.

Food there is top! It's better to go here than to BK or mecces. Whenever I was in the area I had always been there.

We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.

It was a crazy visit, a rabbit was killed at the next table. The waiter disappeared behind the counter with guests and ignored us in front of it. Another waiter came after half an hour and took our order (2 burger menus) which also took 40 minutes and other tables were ready much earlier. Just excellence in a burger. There was no phone signal for O2 and no guest WiFi, so I couldn't post pictures. However, I'm already planning a way to go back ... seldem is it that I say that about any food place. Highly recommended 👌 (I had the Big Burger with Jalapeño as an extra, and a Pale Ale)

I got something to take away. While waiting I just hoped that the kitchen wasn't as dirty as the restaurant. The dirty dishes from the day before were still on one table; the tables, counter and floor were dirty. And 1/3 of the lamps are broken. Food was OK but nothing more.

The burgers are quite tasty but a bit more expensive. MMn. Using coal for mayo (60 cents) and ketchup is also a bit over the top. For me it's a must on the table. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But it's clean, there's good beer and drinks and the quality of the burgers and fries is great. And it went pretty quickly.

Food is generally delicious, unfortunately the employee who worked at 5:30 p.m. today is absolutely not suitable for dealing with customers. So if you like burgers you must try these. I rarely get to eat them because my girlfriend is a vegetarian, which makes me kind of a vegetarian, but I love the taste of a good burger. And you can get it here. I recommend the "Original 1950". Unfortunately there is no Sprite there, but you can wash down the burgers with the delicious drinks from “Fritz”. I would also like to mention that the metric system applies here.

As a burger joint it's pretty unimaginative and nothing special.

The patties and buns are tasty. For me, a little more greens can be used. The atmosphere is fresh, but while we were there, some kitchen appliances were rumbling in the back. Otherwise friendly and personal. There was no dairy for the coffee, only almond milk, and the waiter didn't mention this (his fellow did, though). Not a big deal for me, but if they never serve dairy, this choice could be mentioned on the menu.

I was eating there with a small group, the burgers I ordered from the menu came quickly and tasted very good. The prices are very good value for money. There is also a good selection for vegetarians/vegans. The furnishings are simple and simple. The burgers are BY FAR BETTER than anything at M...., B.... et al. They are absolutely delicious and filling. Picking up is easy and pick-up times are well adhered to. Seen this way, a candidate for 5 stars. But the prices are "decent". Given the quality, they certainly have to be, but a “menu” for around €15 will feel it in your wallet.

The fries tasted really good. Crunchy, hot and fresh. The 1950's was the best of the burgers. Great sauce! The BIG could have had more sauce on it or a tomato. Because of all the meat it was a bit dry, but still tasty.

Ordered by telephone. They say they can pick you up in 50 minutes, which I think is totally OK. What isn't is that my meal wasn't even started at that time and I had to wait another 25 minutes for it in the restaurant. The food was very tasty.

Also der Burger + Pommes war in dieser Preisliga echt Top Qualität und die Portion reichlich, das man nicht mehr von Teller und ohne Besteck isst scheint ja Trend zu sein. Atmosphäre könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, werden aber bestimmt wieder kommen.

Mir ist zu Ohren gekommen, dass der Inhaber den Mitarbeitern unterstellt, schlechte Bewertungen im Netz zu schreiben, über den eigenen Laden... geht gat nicht sowas!

Super Preis-Leistung! Burger im Menü mit Beilage und Getränk für unter 15 Euro. Der Burger war sehr saftig und lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Man kann drinnen und draußen gut sitzen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schlichtes Ambiente nichts extravagantes. Personal ist nett und höflich. Das Essen ist gut, aber nichts was man nicht auch woanders bekommt. Für einen schnellen Snack aufjedenfall geeignet.
