McDonald's in Lübeck

Worse than at an intensive station. It beeps for minutes, throughout the entire stay. Luckily it was just a burger that was eaten quickly. The employees don't hear that anymore with all the stress, but it's unbearable for the customer... From now on it's only take-away... How can you be so ignorant?

I bought 2 cheeseburgers there, the burgers were soaked in ketchup and you couldn't eat them!!! Will never eat there again!!!!

Food and service have always been good, Telekom WLAN for free; I won't say anything about the cleanliness of the floor and the toilets, I don't want to spoil your appetite / I'm eating right now...

Garbage was piled up, lying on the floor, tables dirty, food trampled on the floor. Few staff, but they tried very hard

02/01/25 I was a guest at lunchtime and the gentleman who brought the food to the table was really pleasant. I've never experienced anything like that in a McDonald's anywhere in the world! A casual saying on his lips and even came back to ask if everything was okay, I could also see that at other tables, really a great guy! The only drawback was that it was quite fresh but you can get over that :)

A branch that you like to enter. A little better than before since the renovation! Ordering is easy, received quickly and there are also clean toilets. What more could you want?

We had an appetite for a Big Mac again, unfortunately so did others, but we were lucky at the direct counter. The food came very quickly and was ok except for the Big Mac. Unfortunately the bun wasn't baked enough so it was just soggy.

Criticism of the drive switch Unfortunately, in this establishment, it's a given that you don't get any toys when you order a HappyMeal at the drive counter. Even so, the service leaves a lot to be desired with easily 85% of the orders missing something or being wrong. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch at all and will not plan to visit again.

The burgers we ate were almost cold, not even close to how they are shown in the advertising and tasted completely substandard. So I only go to Mac Donalds because my wife really likes the TS. 36€ for 4 burgers: for me the price doesn't match the performance.

I went to this McDonald's with my girlfriend and we had the Mcsmart or something else there were chicken burgers and cheeseburgers. I had the chicken burger and my girlfriend had cheeseburgers but they brought 4 chicken burgers. The food was tasty but 3 stars

Very good, also for the children. At the moment you have to take a detour because of the construction work, but it's worth it.

Unfortunately, you couldn't use a steal to order, which is a shame when you enter everything (from about 5 children) and then you can't complete the ordering process because you couldn't select a sauce to move forward. The parking lot was so poorly signposted that we ended up in a lot next door and had to turn around. It's a shame, but there are also good branches of this provider.

An older employee was very nice and accommodating. He took my order directly at the counter, which unfortunately is no longer normal these days. That probably means customer friendliness.

The food wasn't that great again, the fries especially, the new tomato McPlant was quite okay, the sauce on it was spicier than expected, but what should be mentioned very positively was mainly the employee who walked through the shop Everything was sorted out, from bringing the food to cleaning, everything went really well for him and he was very talkative and interested in the well-being of his guests. By preparing it, the other employees also showed that it works for them!

We ate here after a day trip near Lübeck. The food ordered to the table in the restaurant via the app was delivered quickly and completely. It was also warm and tasty within the scope of the taste experience, which is to be expected with this type of fast food. However, all of the burgers we ordered seemed pretty carelessly thrown together and therefore visually did not meet the usual standard at all. What was very positive, however, was the option to quickly charge the electric car we were traveling with, especially since McDonald's works with a provider that currently offers one of the cheapest prices on the market.

The staff at McDrive is anything but customer oriented. When I asked for a clarification question, I was dismissed snidely. In addition, the large portion of fries was only half full. Overall disappointing and not recommended.

We waited 36 minutes for the food even though the shop was relatively empty. Were brushed off when asked. The order was only found after several inquiries, only to be served a torn burger and no drinks.

Bad experience, crowded and dirty.

Solid and typical McDonalds location. Staff friendly and attentive, unfortunately sometimes it takes over 15 minutes for a simple dish. Locally kept clean.

Ordering in person is no longer possible, as a technology nerd my wife couldn't cope with the online portal and there was no staff who could or wanted to help. Conclusion: left the place hungry...

it's a cozy and clean place and staff are very nice and respectful. parking is shared, there's a sign that says 1.5h free, more than that you get 30€ fine (which I didn't see).I was there for more than 2 hours when waiter came asked if I have a car. he wrote down my plate number and said no worries, it's okay!

I got a Big Morning Farmer and it was terrible, the cheese wasn't even melted, lukewarm and somehow had a very sour taste. The only thing out of the whole thing was the cappuccino, which is okay so far In addition, the service doesn't exactly think the store is really bad

I have 45!! Waited minutes for my order because the employees were completely overwhelmed. If I hadn't said anything, I probably could have waited there for a few more hours. When I finally got the takeaway order, the food was almost cold.

I've been standing on the drive for 25 minutes now and there's no end in sight. Absolutely disorganized, I've never waited as long on the drive at a McDonald's as I did at this one. Drive also runs through the middle of the parking lot so that parked cars can't get in or out. Bad! Every summer the shake is out because the machine is broken. So if this happens over and over again you should do something about it. Sad.

After the Ukrainian McDonald's, the German ones are similar to the Chinese version. The name is the same but completely different.

McDonald's...what's that supposed to mean? service was definitely better. After 10 minutes of waiting at the drive-in counter, for which no reason was apparent, there was no one in front of me!!!! The seller got in touch, nice... but had only taken 50% of my order. I originally wanted 1 hot peach pocket and 1 fries. If you don't want to make money, then say so straight away!!!!

Best Mecces. Super fast and friendly service. The ice cream machine works. The order panels were open, so you didn't get your receipt, but there's always a bit of wastage.

Service only one star because of the nice man at the counter. His colleagues afterwards forgot the nuggest, sauces (to go with the curly fries) and the chickeburger that was redeemed over the points, which we only noticed at home

We ordered and didn't receive half of our order. When we called they said they couldn't deliver the rest of the order because there were no drivers. There was no concession. So food was paid for but not delivered. Impudence and far from good customer service.

There is hardly any staff on site who understand customer requests and implement them. I took a photo of three portions of fries where they were only half full!

Served very quickly, less than 5 minutes. After paying, the food was ready. Really great and the food was very freshly prepared because it was quite hot.

Dirty shop. Got a “parking penalty” of €40 because we were there for more than 1.5 hours (and also bought a lot) because we took a break there and charged the car. Never again.

Never again. If you have to pay a parking fine of €45 despite changing your parking space just because you wanted to eat for another 2 hours, then McDonalds is no longer my place. Another time the drive-in reacted unfriendly when I announced my poop voucher. Just because I eat like Jabba the Hutt doesn't mean I speak like him. Hello, well, McDonald's is a great thing if the restaurant is well run. There are also a lot of children in this branch, and there is a small playground. I like it.

We actually wanted to eat inside, but it was quite crowded and not exactly "tidy" tables not wiped down, fries on the floor. So got back in the car and used drive. That was the best decision this time. The young man who took the order was...... 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Very friendly, polite and with the perfect pinch of humor. We saw him in full action at the payment counter. Even though he has a visible physical disability, he really puts his heart and soul into his work. I saw that some movements were really difficult for him, but that couldn't stop him. He literally whirled through his small counter hall. And he was passionate about it. Hats off to me, employee of the year!!!

By far the worst McDonald's when it comes to drive-in and parking. Whoever planned this needs to be buried. You literally stand for hours because there is no way to get out of the parking lot once you stand on it.

Food was ready “quickly”. But under the wrong number. Then instead of vegetarian nuggets we got other ones. One of the correct ones was missing. The cashier was a little annoyed. (It was also very full) but I wished for a different and friendlier reaction. We can't do anything about their mistakes. But the food itself was delicious :). Next time we'll just drive a corner further.

We had a larger order from MCdrive. At home we discovered that we had two MC chicken too many that we hadn't ordered and that had been billed. We didn't like that at all.

Great McDonald's! Already big and lots of parking spaces. Unfortunately, the ordering machines are very slow and often unresponsive, and it is often relatively full and therefore an order sometimes takes a little longer and it is often loud.

Die Filiale hat stark nachgelassen. Die Heizung ist seit Wochen ausgefallen, eine Jacke kann ich für einen Besuch empfehlen. Bei diesen Temperaturen kann ich von einem Besuch nur abraten.

Ich habe nach einer Fanta ohne Eis gefragt aber eine mit Eis bekommen ansonsten alles gut

Es dauerte knapp eine halbe Stunde bis die Bestellung fertig war, Essen war kalt und Bestellung fehlte etwas und war falsch wie bei vielen die dort bestellt haben
