Solid and typical McDonalds location. Staff friendly and attentive, unfortunately sometimes it takes over 15 minutes for a simple dish. Locally kept clean.

Ordering in person is no longer possible, as a technology nerd my wife couldn't cope with the online portal and there was no staff who could or wanted to help. Conclusion: left the place hungry...

Well, so-so the way the food is prepared. A lot of things have been under the heat lamp for a long time and need to be freshened up

Clean, fast and very friendly employees.

I only go to McD when there are voucher promotions. Use the McDrive switch. The code transmission and card payment are problematic. Goods are OK.

it's a cozy and clean place and staff are very nice and respectful. parking is shared, there's a sign that says 1.5h free, more than that you get 30€ fine (which I didn't see).I was there for more than 2 hours when waiter came asked if I have a car. he wrote down my plate number and said no worries, it's okay!

How can it be that a lady is placed there at the MC drive who cannot handle the device? 4 coupons invalid? How is that possible? Had to go in specifically to order our order there via the screen, all the coupons there worked great. Crazy really

I got a Big Morning Farmer and it was terrible, the cheese wasn't even melted, lukewarm and somehow had a very sour taste. The only thing out of the whole thing was the cappuccino, which is okay so far In addition, the service doesn't exactly think the store is really bad

I have 45!! Waited minutes for my order because the employees were completely overwhelmed. If I hadn't said anything, I probably could have waited there for a few more hours. When I finally got the takeaway order, the food was almost cold.

I've been standing on the drive for 25 minutes now and there's no end in sight. Absolutely disorganized, I've never waited as long on the drive at a McDonald's as I did at this one. Drive also runs through the middle of the parking lot so that parked cars can't get in or out. Bad! Every summer the shake is out because the machine is broken. So if this happens over and over again you should do something about it. Sad.

After the Ukrainian McDonald's, the German ones are similar to the Chinese version. The name is the same but completely different.

We had an appetite for a Big Mac again, unfortunately so did others, but we were lucky at the direct counter. The food came very quickly and was ok.

McDonald's...what's that supposed to mean? service was definitely better. After 10 minutes of waiting at the drive-in counter, for which no reason was apparent, there was no one in front of me!!!! The seller got in touch, nice... but had only taken 50% of my order. I originally wanted 1 hot peach pocket and 1 fries. If you don't want to make money, then say so straight away!!!!

McDrive, sometimes long waiting times (from 6 p.m., 20-30 minutes) Sometimes a stressed answer on the “earpiece”, but sometimes super friendly, showing tolerance and understanding.

Best Mecces. Super fast and friendly service. The ice cream machine works. The order panels were open, so you didn't get your receipt, but there's always a bit of wastage.

Unfortunately the ice cream was already cold🥶😔

A lot of good food that we recommend

Service only one star because of the nice man at the counter. His colleagues afterwards forgot the nuggest, sauces (to go with the curly fries) and the chickeburger that was redeemed over the points, which we only noticed at home

Guys, that's not possible! A loveless chili cheese burger was slapped on as if it were mass-produced and carelessly manufactured for quick destruction. I know the bad reputation of some fast food chains but you actually bring out the worst. This McDonalds really sucks. Yes, the employees are friendly, but what was demonstrated to my wife and me here is not possible. This branch MUST be improved. In any case, we won't come here anymore!

We ordered and didn't receive half of our order. When we called they said they couldn't deliver the rest of the order because there were no drivers. There was no concession. So food was paid for but not delivered. Impudence and far from good customer service.

If there are no more glasses available then please don't advertise... Customer catcher...

Once again the toy in the Happy Meal wasn't there. But of course I didn't check it myself, it was my own fault

Food was ok, just as you know it. The restaurant is overall quite attractive. But what absolutely didn't work was the volume. It was beeping constantly in the kitchen, almost unbearable.

The ordered food was delivered incorrectly. The employees don't understand how to issue the correct order. Simply unbelievable. That was the last time MC Donald

There is hardly any staff on site who understand customer requests and implement them. I took a photo of three portions of fries where they were only half full!

Served very quickly, less than 5 minutes. After paying, the food was ready. Really great and the food was very freshly prepared because it was quite hot.

Dirty shop. Got a “parking penalty” of €40 because we were there for more than 1.5 hours (and also bought a lot) because we took a break there and charged the car. Never again.

Never again. If you have to pay a parking fine of €45 despite changing your parking space just because you wanted to eat for another 2 hours, then McDonalds is no longer my place. Another time the drive-in reacted unfriendly when I announced my poop voucher. Just because I eat like Jabba the Hutt doesn't mean I speak like him. In the future I will look for another store to get the cholesterol level I need.

Very cozy place and friendly staff! The food is delicious and the wait for your order is not very long.

Hello, well, McDonald's is a great thing if the restaurant is well run. There are also a lot of children in this branch, and there is a small playground. I like it.

Slightly confusing structure and the food wasn't particularly fresh and therefore rather sticky

We actually wanted to eat inside, but it was quite crowded and not exactly "tidy" tables not wiped down, fries on the floor. So got back in the car and used drive. That was the best decision this time. The young man who took the order was...... 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Very friendly, polite and with the perfect pinch of humor. We saw him in full action at the payment counter. Even though he has a visible physical disability, he really puts his heart and soul into his work. I saw that some movements were really difficult for him, but that couldn't stop him. He literally whirled through his small counter hall. And he was passionate about it. Hats off to me, employee of the year!!!

By far the worst McDonald's when it comes to drive-in and parking. Whoever planned this needs to be buried. You literally stand for hours because there is no way to get out of the parking lot once you stand on it.

Food was ready “quickly”. But under the wrong number. Then instead of vegetarian nuggets we got other ones. One of the correct ones was missing. The cashier was a little annoyed. (It was also very full) but I wished for a different and friendlier reaction. We can't do anything about their mistakes. But the food itself was delicious :). Next time we'll just drive a corner further.

Although there were no longer any reusable cups, we were able to solve the problem easily. Special thanks to the competent McDrive colleague today.

Always friendly service. So far I have always received everything relatively quickly and completely. I would only avoid Sundays here because it feels like 500 people are there at the same time.

We had a larger order from MCdrive. At home we discovered that we had two MC chicken too many that we hadn't ordered and that had been billed. We didn't like that at all.

The food never looks like it does in the pictures. Others do it better.

It's just a fast food restaurant, I didn't expect anything more.

Great McDonald's! Already big and lots of parking spaces. Unfortunately, the ordering machines are very slow and often unresponsive, and it is often relatively full and therefore an order sometimes takes a little longer and it is often loud.

Die Filiale hat stark nachgelassen. Die Heizung ist seit Wochen ausgefallen, eine Jacke kann ich für einen Besuch empfehlen. Bei diesen Temperaturen kann ich von einem Besuch nur abraten.

Ich habe nach einer Fanta ohne Eis gefragt aber eine mit Eis bekommen ansonsten alles gut

Dreckige Stühle und Tische, kalt, dreckige Toiletten.

Es dauerte knapp eine halbe Stunde bis die Bestellung fertig war, Essen war kalt und Bestellung fehlte etwas und war falsch wie bei vielen die dort bestellt haben

McDonalds ist und bleibt McDonalds.

Wie immer habe ich was zu mitnehmen bestellt zu Hause ausgepackt und wie immer fehlte was Burger TS der auch nicht besonders günstig ist. Es ist wie immer sehr ärgerlich.

Man sitzt Ende November in diesem selbsternannten "Restaurant" und friert sich den Ar*** ab. Unfassbare Kälte im Gastraum und die Pommes sind ruck-zuck kalt.

Ich würde vermuten, dass es sich gestern um eine Ausnahme handelte. Ich war Mittags da und hatte ca. 15 Minuten Wartezeit. Für Werktätige ein no go . Die Wartezone war Rappelvoll und somit ungemütlich. Wie gesagt ich vermute eine Ausnahme.

Hier esse ich sehr gerne, wenn ich Lust auf Burger und Pommes habe. Ich finde das ist die beste, sauberste und frisch zubereitetes Filiale in Schleswig Holstein! Groß Städte wie Hamburg, Berlin, Milano konnte ich nicht mal es zu ende essen mir ist von allem wie Sauberkeit und die Sauberkeit der Mitarbeiter, leider der Appetit vergangen. Diese konnten nicht mal 10% mit dieser Filiale mithalten!

Cheeseburger sind leider meistens lauwarm Es ist dermaßen kalt in dem Laden, dass man es hier im Herbst/Winter kaum aushält. Dementsprechend kühlt das Essen sofort aus!

Kaffee ist lecker. Personal nett

War wegen Gruppenzwang dort. War alles wie man es von McDonald's kennt. Außer das 15-20min lang die Kasse oder in der Küche etwas gepiept hat. War das nervig!

Chaos auf'm Parkplatz, überlaufene Filiale. Die Drive-in Fahrzeuge blockieren den kompletten Parkplatz, wer denkt sich sowas aus? Die Lieferanten blockieren zusätzlich noch wenn sie neues Essen holen müssen. Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, ist aber zu Stoßzeiten auch schwierig. Essen war in Ordnung, McDonald's halt.

McDonald's eben, was soll man viel dazu sagen, jeder kenn den wohl bekanntesten FastFood Laden 🤷 Einzig was man sagen sollte, wenn man etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt, schaut nach ob alle in der Tüte ist, Pommes werden hier mal ganz gerne vergessen 🤦

Burger waren ok. Service war schnell und freundlich. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Eine McDonalds-Filiale, die sauber ist und gut funktioniert. Gerne wieder!

Abholer stehen alle im Weg, keiner weiß wohin, Bestell Tafeln überfüllt

Bereits zum zweiten mal wurden Nuggets aus echtem Fleisch als Veggie Variante verkauft.

Leider schmecken Getränke aller Art nur noch nach Pappe zum Schutz der Umwelt. Und entweder haben die Mitarbeiter Angst das die Löffel geklaut werden oder aber sie haben lange Weile, da unser Papplöffel mit einer Zahl beschrieben war. Hoffe die Farbe gefährdet nicht meine Gesundheit. Auf Nachfrage bei der Mitarbeiter überfordert, später mit Kollegen am Lästern

Eben über 30 min warten müssen am drive in !! Es gab keine milchshakes! Und unfreundlich bedient worden.

Für mehr hat es leider nicht gereicht. Keine Milchshake, die Klimaanlage pustete sehr kalt auf die Tische, dass man sich eine dicke Jacke wünschte. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal: es gibt heute leider keins mehr was arbeiten will. Schade Aber jeder bekommt von mir eine zweite Chance, ich bin mal auf den nächsten Besuch gespannt.

Der nette Mann der das Essen an den Tisch bringt und alles dort reinigt war besonders lieb. Meine kleine Tochter musste noch im Laden Spucken und er hat es ganz schnell weg gemacht. Danke nochmal an die Serviceskraft

Ich warte zu lange auf eine Bestellung. Tolles Essen und netter Service.

Leider funktioniert seit Monaten die Softeismaschine nicht. Terminal hat auch ständig Fehlfunktionen. Bestellung ging relativ schnell, allerdings wurden Sonderwünsche nicht berücksichtigt (Burger sollte ohne Gurke sein und war stattdessen ohne Salat) und auch nach der Reklamation war zwar Salat drauf, aber auch wieder Gurke). Inzwischen war der Rest des Menüs kalt. Service-MA hat sich bemüht.

Der Bestellvorgangam Terminal war leider etwas langwierig da immer wieder die Codes der Coupons nicht gelesen werden konnten. Ansonsten: eben McDonalds;))

Essen wie gewohnt ganz lecker. Der Service ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Auf Fragen wurde garnicht reagiert. Milchshakes angeblich "ausverkauft" wie kann das bitte gehen? Das WC war sehr sauber das kenne ich aus anderen McDonalds ganz anders und war positiv überrascht. Alles in allem ganz okay für den schnellen Burger für zwischendurch kann man hingehen.

Ein modernes Restaurant, leckeres bekanntes Essen. Die Serviceterminals lassen einen schnell und zuverlässig eine Bestellung aufgeben, welches dann auf Wunsch zum Platz gebracht wird. Ich empfehle jedem, die App zu nutzen, dann kann man schon etwas sparen. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Service war dort mal viel besser! Der einzige der sich dort um seine Gäste kümmert und immer gut drauf ist, ist der etwas ältere Mann der schon seit Jahren dort arbeitet. Von Ihn können sich die anderen Mitarbeiter eine Scheibe abschneiden. Leider sehen die Burger oft so aus, als hätte Klitschko sie höchstpersönlich geboxt und leider ist auch schon seit Wochen die Milchshakemaschine defekt. Sehr schade.
