I never would have thought there could be such big differences between McDonald's. Here, an employee disappeared into the restroom, then came back wearing the same gloves to bring trays to the table. We watched this for a while. Unbelievable! Our burgers weren't really hot either, and if you order without onions, then there shouldn't be any onions on them. Two trays with our food were brought to us without a word, but some items were missing. When we asked, we were told that the items were still being prepared and would be brought when they were ready—they could have said that beforehand. Then the rest arrived, and the tray with the number was taken away. However, we had to remind them about the missing drink. The hygiene issue was addressed, and I hope for improvements! Conclusion: There's definitely room for improvement here! And a lack of management!

A bit off the beaten track on the outskirts of town but quiet

Like any McDonald's. The guy at the headset for the takeout/drive-thru window was absolutely brilliant!! Polite, super friendly, fast, and thoughtful!!! I'd go back just for that funny guy. I don't go to McDonald's for food anymore. With those prices, I'd rather get a meal at a Greek restaurant, etc.

Conveniently located, but always far too crowded and hectic for my taste. If you have an appointment nearby and need to kill time, it's a real alternative.

The food itself is missing roughly half, as seems to be common in Lübeck. This way, of course, you can also make a profit, hoping the customer won't notice and just walk away. The burgers were then packed upright in the bag – which would have been cool in itself, if they had been secured in the outer packaging with tension straps or something similar. Plot twist: they weren't, so we gathered everything back in the box. We were still reasonably full. It probably went faster, too, because of the hassle. Too bad, Mecces, too bad...

This franchisee decided to raise the price of Filet-O-Fish from €3 to €5.59 overnight. I thought I was losing my faith. It's worth the detour to a McDonald's outside of Lübeck. It takes away your appetite.

My sister and I were there yesterday, a Saturday, around 7 p.m. First of all, I have to say: Yes, it was busy. There were many customers in the store. We saw two different delivery drivers waiting to take the order. However, my sister and I each ordered from a machine at the same time, so our order numbers were one number different. The order list on the monitor was relatively long, so we waited. Four employees packed the orders, and two brought the food to the tables. While we waited, we noticed that the employees were working in a very disorganized and chaotic manner, so the list displayed on the monitor wasn't processed in order, but rather in a random order. I got my food, and my sister was next according to the list. However, customers who had entered the store long after us also got their food, so we continued waiting. We could finally see how busy it was and how stressful it was for the employees. At one point, a number was displayed as ready for pickup, and before a woman (a customer well behind us) could pick it up, the number disappeared from the monitor. The food hadn't been packed; the woman showed her receipt; stress seemed to be building up. After more than 20 minutes, my sister's number disappeared from the monitor without her having received her food. I was still standing there with my food; it was getting cold. So we asked about it; her food had essentially been forgotten. When we pointed out that we'd been waiting for almost 30 minutes and had ordered at the same time, there was no response. Her food was then packed by an employee who was spinning around in circles, confused. At least. When we got home, my food was cold, but at least hers was warm. As I said, we waited a long time before we asked because we saw how stressed the employees were; we understand that. But shouldn't orders be processed in the order they come in, rather than in a confused jumble so that no employee knows what the other is doing, and individual orders are essentially overlooked? A word of apology would have been nice, too; after all, we didn't want anything for free or anything. So much for fast food. The food itself was ultimately what you'd expect from McDonald's, so everything was good there.

Typical McDonald's, usually clean, and all the specials take place there. Unfortunately, after a visit, I've regularly had stomach problems for years, but that's generally the fault of McDonald's and not the individual restaurant! The parking lot is, of course, much too small during peak times. Service staff sometimes speak little or no German.

The food was typically good for McDonald's. The outdoor tables and restrooms were beyond words. I won't be stopping here again.

We weiter 25 minutes even tho when we came in and finished the order not much was going on, all I noticed is that no one wanted to make that burger my friend ordered and that’s also why my ice was halfway melted when we got our order…

The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. It stinks, is way too narrow, and completely filthy. The restrooms are for children, much too low for an adult. There are no accessible restrooms. I had to leave my walker outside. I have limited mobility. I couldn't handle the tight space at all. Impossible. I'd rather have just one restroom instead of two, so there's enough space for adults... Reminds me of kindergarten restrooms. The dining room was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Ordering via the vending machine was quick. The food was fresh and hot. Even when eating in, the drinking cups should have lids, as they're difficult to hold and too soft. The 90-minute parking time is perfectly adequate.

It was a truly amazing experience after a good night's sleep. The staff were very courteous and quickly satisfied our cravings. The burgers were unexpectedly delicious, and we had a great time. The balloon even popped the cow off the ice. That's rare these days. So, all the points for this place.

The man in front of us already had problems with the completeness of his order. Despite asking twice, no sauces were included; instead, they claimed everything was in the bags. We were at Mc-Drive yesterday and ordered a casual burger and fries. The waitress even pointed out to us that if we order menus instead of individual orders, we get more for less money. Today we had the best Mc Drive employee we have ever had. You have to imagine the following situation: hungry children and we stand in line for 30 minutes because it was super crowded, even inside. A nice voice speaks when taking the order, which, despite the stress, changes the children's wishes without any problems. When you pay, all toys are available to choose from. When I warned my children to choose quickly, the employee said no stress. It's all ok. And the processing was completely organized and friendly. Thank you.

Long loose hair and thick beards can be seen by every guest when topping the burgers. Employees almost walk around guests to get to tables. To this day I am still missing items that were not compensated for. The quality of the goods, the quality of the staff and above all the quality of the managers are a pure disappointment. 02/01/25 I was a guest at lunchtime and the gentleman who brought the food to the table was really pleasant. I've never experienced anything like that in a McDonald's anywhere in the world! A casual saying on his lips and even came back to ask if everything was okay, I could also see that at other tables, really a great guy! The only drawback was that it was quite fresh but you can get over that :)

We had an appetite for a Big Mac again, unfortunately so did others, but we were lucky at the direct counter. The food came very quickly and was ok except for the Big Mac. Unfortunately the bun wasn't baked enough so it was just soggy.

I went to this McDonald's with my girlfriend and we had the Mcsmart or something else there were chicken burgers and cheeseburgers. I had the chicken burger and my girlfriend had cheeseburgers but they brought 4 chicken burgers. The food was tasty but 3 stars
