McDonald's in Lübeck

I was debited by direct debit for an incorrect order that was 3 times as expensive as the one I ordered and released with my debit card. There has been no response to my repeated contacts. Criminal in my opinion, I will never eat here again.

A McDonalds like most of them is just being remodeled, let's see what it looks like after the remodeling.

Drive in fast processing and quick food distribution... Ordering in the store chaos with vouchers... too few ordering terminals, long waiting times.

It's a shame...this used to be a showcase for McDonald's. Unfortunately, the errors are increasing. We were at MC Drive today and, among other things, ordered a Happy Meal. Unfortunately we didn't look at the packaging until we got home. We were able to cope with the lack of water, but the lack of toys left the little one very disappointed. Unfortunately, the hamburger was more cold than warm. Very unfortunate. ☹️

95% of the staff are very friendly, the food always comes quickly even when there is a lot going on. The taste is no different than any other McDonald's. The store has pleasantly surprised me so far

It's just a McDonald's restaurant. Ambience and facilities like everywhere else. Toilets could be cleaner. Ordering possible via terminal, smartphone or directly at the checkout. Food is hot and served at the table.

Arrived in Lübeck at lunchtime and parked at McDonald's, ordered something to eat and did a few things on the laptop. We set off again after 2 hours. Days later there was a letter from the valet parking service saying that the parking time had exceeded. I sent over my receipt that I ate at McDonald's and hoped for goodwill, but in vain. I understand that you want to keep the parking spaces free for customers. But if you as a customer suddenly have to pay 35 euros, that's an outrage. Either you rethink the parking concept with the external parties so that there is goodwill if the customer was actually there to eat and was only there a little longer than tolerated, or you just lose customers in the long term. I'm definitely not coming back like this.

It's just a McDonald's. This is relatively clean and tidy.

I'm waiting for my food, I watch as 3 ladies chat the whole time, while one starts to pack my order. Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing if people talk while doing it. But she was more focused on talking instead of packing my order (neatly!). As I already suspected, given the behavior, I was also missing something. Even if there's nothing going on, you shouldn't make someone wait 10 minutes for their order. I had 1 happy meal with 6 pieces of chicken nuggets.

Two people in front of us went in despite the red Corona light and were not sent out. Fast serving after app ordering.

Big Tasty Bacon was without bacon and any toppings. There were buns on buns on top. Half of the burger was missing. The other time before, I ordered a Big Mac and the sauce was missing. The burger was topped with too much iceberg lettuce. I could have also ordered a burger flavored salad. So for me, this branch of McDonald's is a failure and I won't be ordering food there anymore.
