Chaotic conditions, despite pre-ordering on the app, the food didn't come to our table. After 15 minutes of waiting, it turned out that the order had simply been placed on the counter and no one knew what to do with it. Big Tasty Bacon was without bacon and any toppings. There were buns on buns on top. Half of the burger was missing. The other time before, I ordered a Big Mac and the sauce was missing. The burger was topped with too much iceberg lettuce. I could have also ordered a burger flavored salad. So for me, this branch of McDonald's is a failure and I won't be ordering food there anymore.

Einfach nur schlecht! Wollten am Terminal bestellen, die Coupons aus der App funktionierten aber nicht. Sind an den Schalter gewechselt aber auch dort funktionierten die Coupons nicht. Auf Nachfrage ob die Papiergutscheine noch gültig sind teilte man uns mit, dass diese bereits abgelaufen sind, wobei MC Donald's damit wirbt gültig bis 09.02.24. Der Verkäufer wirkte genervt und teilte uns mit, dass er uns dann nicht helfen könne. Daraufhin verabschiedeten wir uns ohne Bestellung und fuhren zu Burger King. ES HAT SO GUT GESCHMECKT!

Wir haben schon über die App bestellt. Essen kam zügig obwohl es sehr voll war. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen. Personal war viel vor Ort. Leider auch wieder der Klassiker: zum MCRib kein Reinigungstuch.

Bei einer Bestellung vom 20.01.24 für 4 Personen außer Haus mit der Nr 129 einfach ein ganzes Menü nicht eingepackt ( vergessen. Echt ergelich bei den Preisen. Personal überforderte.
