I'm very disappointed with the drive in. The employee was unfriendly, I didn't get a receipt and he took my remaining money even if it was only 1 cent, but it was still a shame and when I said goodbye I said goodbye, have a nice evening and he just turned around and looked grim.:( Never again

Have been here several times, but today wasn't great, long wait, burger cold, blondi was like raw cake dough and also cold. I enjoyed eating there often with friends and my family. After work I was there with a colleague and they both ordered the same menu when I bit into the first citizen then looked at the citizen (see picture) I honestly thought it was sour cucumber or something from the xalapenios. But unfortunately it was a fingernail That was the disappointment forever that I would never eat in a Bürgerking again. I didn't know what to do and was really shocked. I went to the counter and asked an employee if he could please come and look at the citizen. He was super nice, he came and looked at it, turned red, apologized 3 times and offered me Gerard's new menu, of course I declined it and then left. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. Mistakes happen, but that's not possible

Like every branch. Unfortunately the floor was very sticky. Toilets weren't really cleaned either, even though they were open. Tables were clean. Ordering took a very long time, 2 minutes after the store opened. 15 mins + Opening hours are simply too late at 12 p.m. Otherwise OK for a short forced stop.

Food is often not that tasty. Lots of parking spaces are available. The staff is sometimes unfriendly and annoyed. You wait a long time for your food and it's always crowded.

It was clear that there would be a lot going on in the evening, but we had to wait a total of 45 minutes, which was a bit long. Basically we just wanted to get three burgers in hand and then move on, but unfortunately the people there weren't able to work through the queue that was forming in front of the counters. The reason for this is a lack of staff, but it was possible to sole the shoes of the people working when they walked. The long wait gave us time to look around and what we saw wasn't pretty: monitors seemed broken, the display was messy and the dining area was dirty. Used trays were piled up and spilled drinks were on the floor and tables. Too bad.

You are by far the worst BurgerKing I know. I ordered four burgers. All with extra cheese. I don't have extra cheese on a single burger. Not only do you regularly have burgers missing from a take-away order and you then hear that you can check whether everything is complete when you receive the goods. Now you have to open every damn burger and see if they can put a simple slice of cheese on the burger. You're getting on my nerves now. That was the last time I visited you.

one peace at the counter the t-shirt are burger tied. The sauces for the burger with beef were not available so you couldn't get the T-shirt except via drive, no flexibility. yes it was very busy but we had to wait over an hour for our takeaway food. Many who came after us had their food beforehand and then the burgers were cold even though we only ate in the car. The only thing that was really good was the milkshake.

I just had to wait 25 minutes for my menu... fast food... then muttered at the counter that the receipts were gone. Instead of an apology there was a burger that was already a bit over the top... I find it difficult. Too bad...

No service as orders can only be made at the terminals. Waiting time for a chicken burger was 10 minutes, even though there were only 2 orders to process. The store was sparsely visited. Chicken burger almost cold...so it couldn't have been freshly prepared. It cost €6.29. Too expensive for me for a cardboard roll with a cold fried piece of chicken schnitzel, a lettuce leaf and mayonnaise. I was there last time.

Burger King in general has slowed down a lot and this one here in Lübeck has confirmed it. Burgers look like they are 2-3 days old and the nuggets taste like cardboard anyway. The meat patties look very dark at the edges and the burgers are not even lukewarm. I think it's a shame because I actually like Burger King.

I just ordered 2 crispy chicken burgers, there was hardly any lettuce on them, so bland and dry. Then my chili cheese fries, with so little sauce that I had to eat half of them without sauce. Unfortunately I'm very very disappointed. In addition, the waiting time in the drive, where there were two cars in front of me and the store was empty, was enormous. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes because the fries weren't ready and then he remembered at the window that the chili cheese nuggets weren't ready either. He did offer me a large fries instead of the nuggets. But I've already had fries twice. That was enough.

Apart from the fact that the food here isn't always right, you can actually eat quite well here. The mango is that there is no Wi-Fi here and especially if you take a large menu, the Coke runs out very quickly, as if it had a refill function. You could also do a lot with it here. And unfortunately it always opens later ...

In some cases the workers are overwhelmed. You ask something, they offer you everything, but if that's what you want, it doesn't work. They then quickly become annoyed and stop talking to you. You order ice cream and other things, but the ice cream is given first so that it melts nicely before you get the rest. 👍🏼

Hello, I was at the Lohmühle in the evening as I often do! And ordered at the great terminals that are now available everywhere, there wasn't much going on but there were probably 50 guests in the restaurant and it should actually be possible to deliver the golden standard. Something can always go wrong, but the trick is to deal with it and at least communication with the guests must be possible! Apologize briefly and suggest how to solve the problem. Instead, they turn around without a word and reach into the chute to conjure up another bag of nuggets. These weren't really good either because they weren't hot and crispy either, yes hotter than the previous ones but just not as good as they can be if the holding times are adhered to. On the other hand, a little note about the location where the staff can't do much, but if the toilets are being rioted, the two security guards should leave their cell phones and do their job! Just wasn't a satisfying restaurant EXPERIENCE! It would be nice if something changed after these lines.

Perfect after the Helsinki-Travemünde ferry! The only stupid thing was that the music park was right next door. So there was a lot going on. However, the team handled everything very well and produced as quickly as possible. All in all, recommended! We'll definitely come back at some point

As is now the case in every fast food restaurant, you order here right from the start using the ordering machines. It worked perfectly and the technology didn't fail. The food took a little longer to prepare. The motivation of the employees in the kitchen is clearly visible on their faces. Who is surprised, because the shift manager is a genius on the technical level, but a failure on the interpersonal level. If it didn't go fast enough, he would serve it piping hot to the employees in front of the customers. This then led to almost every order being incorrect. Not just ours, but those of surrounding customers too. It had to be improved quite often. Well, hunger drives it in, the fat drives it down and decency drives it in. Except for the grumpy guy in charge, it was fine.

You are the hottest. It was packed, never less than 16 open orders and a long queue at the drive. You were organized, correct, friendly and even the toilets were meticulously clean. Top!

Feedback on my orders at the Lübeck branch, BK-15440: Good day, Unfortunately, my last two visits to the Burger King branch in Lübeck BK-15440 had a negative experience. During my visit on July 21, 2024, I ordered, among other things, a strawberry milkshake 0.4 L. The cup was at most half full. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I was eating it at home. During my visit on August 11th, 2024 I had to spend a whole hour! waiting for my food. Is it now called SlowFood instead of FastFood? :) Kind regards.

This is probably the slowest branch in Germany. Waiting times of 20 or 30 minutes are quite normal here. Just don't come here if you expect "fast food".

This has happened several times now when we were at Burger King in Lübeck and I used the women's toilet. At least one of the three toilets was heavily contaminated with the previous woman's residue. And two out of three toilets ran out of toilet paper.

On Friday afternoon the shop was half empty and I waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Other customers who were there before me also got things like their nuggets or burgers plus small fries with a drink very late... They were all small orders and the burger counter was always full from the moment I arrived Of course the food was cold too 👌🏻

Cold burgers. Once again. At least the fries were warm. Better: take it home next time and put it in the microwave. . Update November 3rd, 2023: Exactly like last time - in both burgers the slices weren't even close to melting into the patties. So: next time it's better to drive 200 m further towards Schwartauer Allee. Very unfortunate. Largest juice shop in Lübeck Waited 2 hours for a small menu, got cold food, shop smells and is unclean, far too many abnormal actions from the employees such as picking their noses and working without gloves. Never again and not recommended!

Slow food, stupid comments to each other, rude and overwhelmed. “Food” lukewarm. Like from a microwave. If you look at the prices, you'd think you were in a restaurant with service. Better to use the one in the city center.

For anyone that wants to have a quick meal, i very much suggest staying away from this Burger King in the evening hours. Me and my girlfriend have waited 50 minutes for a 1 small burger menu with a soda, the place is understaffed and has way too much demand, i suggest going to the nearby KFC or McDonalds, they are very quick with the orders and taste better.

Just go to McDonald's It's so sick that you have to wait 30 minutes for 1 fries and 1 drink for 2 citizens. The food isn't even good and you can honestly save yourself the time. All the garbage cans are full and you can't dispose of anything, which is why it just looks dirty and everyone is really annoyed by the waiting time. Employees are also unfriendly.
