You're looking forward to going to Burger King before work, and the employees are clearly overwhelmed! Half of the order wasn't included, apart from that the burgers don't look like a yellow egg... it's a shame what Burger King has become

Perfect after the Helsinki-Travemünde ferry! The only stupid thing was that the music park was right next door. So there was a lot going on. However, the team handled everything very well and produced as quickly as possible. All in all, recommended! We'll definitely come back at some point

As is now the case in every fast food restaurant, you order here right from the start using the ordering machines. It worked perfectly and the technology didn't fail. The food took a little longer to prepare. The motivation of the employees in the kitchen is clearly visible on their faces. Who is surprised, because the shift manager is a genius on the technical level, but a failure on the interpersonal level. If it didn't go fast enough, he would serve it piping hot to the employees in front of the customers. This then led to almost every order being incorrect. Not just ours, but those of surrounding customers too. It had to be improved quite often. Well, hunger drives it in, the fat drives it down and decency drives it in. Except for the grumpy guy in charge, it was fine.

Waiting time is the horror. Otherwise the store is completely fine

Service as usual facility was surprisingly really good. Modern, well-maintained, clean despite the large crowds, up-to-date ordering terminals and a manageable number of different payment options.

We had to wait 22 minutes for two standard burgers, which is simply too long because the employees don't have an all-round view!

You are the hottest. It was packed, never less than 16 open orders and a long queue at the drive. You were organized, correct, friendly and even the toilets were meticulously clean. Top!

Feedback on my orders at the Lübeck branch, BK-15440: Good day, Unfortunately, my last two visits to the Burger King branch in Lübeck BK-15440 had a negative experience. During my visit on July 21, 2024, I ordered, among other things, a strawberry milkshake 0.4 L. The cup was at most half full. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I was eating it at home. During my visit on August 11th, 2024 I had to spend a whole hour! waiting for my food. Is it now called SlowFood instead of FastFood? :) Kind regards.

This is probably the slowest branch in Germany. Waiting times of 20 or 30 minutes are quite normal here. Just don't come here if you expect "fast food".

The order took a while but otherwise everything was fresh and correct

On Friday afternoon the shop was half empty and I waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Other customers who were there before me also got things like their nuggets or burgers plus small fries with a drink very late... They were all small orders and the burger counter was always full from the moment I arrived Of course the food was cold too 👌🏻

This has happened several times now when we were at Burger King in Lübeck and I used the women's toilet. At least one of the three toilets was heavily contaminated with the previous woman's residue. And two out of three toilets ran out of toilet paper.

Unfortunately very long waiting times. So after 40 minutes of asking, the order was processed. Apparently it was no longer in the system. The waiting crowd suggests that the concept/system is not working quite correctly

Cold burgers. Once again. At least the fries were warm. Better: take it home next time and put it in the microwave. . Update November 3rd, 2023: Exactly like last time - in both burgers the slices weren't even close to melting into the patties. So: next time it's better to drive 200 m further towards Schwartauer Allee. Very unfortunate. Update August 10, 2024: Unchanged: Extremely scary waiting time, the temperature of the burgers can only be saved by microwave, but delicious. New start will take place in 2025. 😏

Largest juice shop in Lübeck Waited 2 hours for a small menu, got cold food, shop smells and is unclean, far too many abnormal actions from the employees such as picking their noses and working without gloves. Never again and not recommended!

Slow food, stupid comments to each other, rude and overwhelmed. “Food” lukewarm. Like from a microwave. If you look at the prices, you'd think you were in a restaurant with service. Better to use the one in the city center.

Waiting over 45 minutes for a billo menu - that's not normal!

For anyone that wants to have a quick meal, i very much suggest staying away from this Burger King in the evening hours. Me and my girlfriend have waited 50 minutes for a 1 small burger menu with a soda, the place is understaffed and has way too much demand, i suggest going to the nearby KFC or McDonalds, they are very quick with the orders and taste better.

Just go to McDonald's It's so sick that you have to wait 30 minutes for 1 fries and 1 drink for 2 citizens. The food isn't even good and you can honestly save yourself the time. All the garbage cans are full and you can't dispose of anything, which is why it just looks dirty and everyone is really annoyed by the waiting time. Employees are also unfriendly. In any case, something has to be changed in the system, that's not possible.

Somehow not recommended. The order terminals do not work properly. Scrolling to select a different sauce is possible, for example. Not often. If you point this out, you will be portrayed as stupid. And then the employees look stupid when they see it actually doesn't work. Napkins are only available upon request. I'm really disappointed with the store now.

Food was good and freshly prepared. Even though it wasn't very busy, it took quite a long time for a fast food restaurant. The service was friendly to me, so I don't deduct a point, it was definitely not the same for others, for no apparent reason. Overall, I would definitely come again.

Today I tried Burger King for the first time in a long time. Since there wasn't much time, I queued at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with fast food and fast food restaurants. Employee can't tell the difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger. He tried to explain to me, after I pointed out that I ordered a hamburger and not a cheeseburger, that the hamburger has cheese on it.

“Slow Food at Burger King Lübeck Lohmühle!” If you have a lot of time and want to put your life to the test, then the Burger King in Lübeck Lohmühle is just the thing for you! At the time were we there, really busy. That's why we had to wait rather long. They didn't have time to take away trashes, so a trolley was really full and a garbage everywhere. I ordered a chicken burger and that wasn't so good.

Unfortunately only one star is possible... As usual, the food is BK, but what doesn't work (and has often been criticized here) is the waiting time. We had to wait well over 30 minutes for two menus. Customers were piling up both in the drive-in and at the counter - even though there wasn't any more going on here than anywhere else. Luckily our order was correct because a customer at the next table practically collapsed when he pointed out his incorrect order. Unfortunately we won't be going back here.

I'm standing in the drive-in for 40 minutes, exactly 2 cars in front of me... then it's my turn and of course the food is cold!!! This is how you lose customers, what a disgrace!!

So with all the love, if I worked like the employees there, I would be out of my job tomorrow. Today I waited another 20 minutes for my “fast food”. The store was not very busy and the employees were pushing trays from point A to point B, but little happened. Can't you employ sensible staff there? What if the store is full plus drive in, do you have to wait an hour? I mean in almost every restaurant it's quicker. Made my day.

We waited legit 1 hour, uncool brother, the woman at the counter thought she was funny, her humor was 0/10, she humored Mario Barth, by God they didn't even ask us what sauces we wanted. Was nasty. Oh, today I unintentionally ate meat again for the first time in 3 years because there were meat nuggets in the plant-based nugget bag!

If you want something quick to eat, you're in the wrong place here, this is not a fast food restaurant. The employees are hopelessly overwhelmed and I'm glad not to see what's going on in the kitchen. It takes 40 minutes from the start of the drive-in to receiving an order. Absolutely unacceptable

Terrible ordering system, kitchen understaffed and overwhelmed, extremely long waiting times (waiting 30 minutes for a burger is now normal) the whole thing really has nothing to do with “fast” food, the competitor with the golden M does it many times faster. It's a shame, because otherwise the food actually tastes okay.

No waiting time at the order terminal. 23(!) minutes waiting time for my order. Order consisted of 1 x chocolate shake and 1 burger, so nothing that requires a long preparation time. Chocolate shake tasted practically nothing like chocolate, burger was dry.

A bit unhygienic on site and a longer than average waiting time that day, but the food and price were okay.

Flamed grilled simply tastes better! There is still room for improvement in terms of service (especially speed) and ambience (cleanliness). But the offer and taste speak for BK.

We went to the DriveIn on a Sunday around 9 p.m. There were about 7 cars in front of us. From standing in line to having the food in our hands, we had to wait 50! Wait minutes.

Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you to express my disappointment at the poor service I experienced at Burger King. The fries I received were not as pictured on the screen but were served in a small paper bag which was previously used for the small fries. The employees were unmotivated and the price for such a small portion of fries was far too high. (3.79 without ketchup) I believe that the owner should train and motivate his employees better instead of putting pressure on them and instilling a mindset of “I'm the boss, you're nothing.” Employees who work without a smile are a sign of a boss who has no idea about leadership. I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take action to improve the quality of service at Burger King. I'll avoid Burger King for now.

It has become significantly better than it was a few years ago. Unfortunately you always wait forever for your food but the restaurant can't help it. There are too few employees.

The burgers weren't really warm, the bacon was completely cold and greasy. Waiting time from ordering is simply too long! In the end, you could observe the staff well and you got the impression that things were very uncoordinated and that you could sole the staff's shoes as they moved 😅 (by the way, there weren't many customers there at the time) Ambience is OK, but the tables could be wiped down between meals. As with my competitors, I don't think the prices are justified! In my opinion it is price extortion, e.g. charging €7 for a LongChicken.

All of the toilets were not clean. Then I had difficulties with the new ordering system, but I was helped when I asked. The food gave my husband and I diarrhea.

The vegetarian selection is very good but if ham/cheeseburger only minimal sauce in the middle and are therefore much too dry, I prefer to make them myself at home.

Plant-based variant ordered, expressly, but then received meat. It's no longer particularly obvious since it looks almost the same and the invoice says Bf, which after consideration and visual inspection indicates beef. Absolute underperformance, really really bad.

I had a great burger experience here. My food didn't take long to arrive, it was freshly prepared and tasted very good. The service staff were friendly and the store and toilets were clean. I had a Plantbased Whopper and Plantbased Nuggets.

Hello, unfortunately my worst visit to Burgerking here in Lübeck is probably that the bacon comes straight from the fridge to the citizen. Very, very tasty. It's been a long time since I've eaten something as bad as in this Burger King. Fries weren't cooked through, burger patties weren't even lukewarm, cucumber was hanging from the outside of the burger, buns were totally dry, fries under the table, napkins, clearing stations were all overflowing, well and we'd rather not talk about the service.....she slid over more the floor....normal walking was probably not possible...

I went to the drive-thru with my husband today. Super long waiting time (over 45 minutes) and then the order content was incorrect. When asked, the only response was annoyed and unfriendly. We ended up swapping the products, but when we got home we noticed that the wrong burger was wrapped in the right paper and the food was cold... If you want to lose customers, this work ethic will serve you well.

We waited far too long for a milkshake and nuggets!! For a menu, maybe 10 minutes is OK, but given that it's not even full, it takes far too long!! But the food you're waiting for is quite good.

Actually, I went there sooner than McDonald's... The burgers and fries weren't hot, there was ice cream in the cola, even though I ordered it without. I didn't click on the mayo, my mistake, but got it without any charge. I eat way too quickly because I don't want the food to get any colder. There wasn't much going on and it took you a relatively long time, I don't want to know what it's like at other times. I will only eat dirt very rarely anymore.

When I was at Burger King I waited 45 minutes for my order in the drive, then an employee came out and looked for something on the floor between the cars for 5 to 10 minutes and no one knew what until it went to the counter and it was there not even an effort to put another employee at the counter. That was also the first and last time I went to Burger King this year

The beef burgers & fries are delicious like always. I highly recommend the original Whopper, Big King, Cheese burger, Chicken Nuggets mit Mayonnaise, etc... Every time I order during lunchtime my order is always fresh & warm. Friendly customer service. My feedback for Lübeck Burger King: It would be convenient to pre-order on the mobile App online & then pick up the order upon arrival in person 🙂

I've been standing in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and would rather drive away, but it's full behind me. Shabby shop. Go to McDonald's and they'll process the line of cars in a few minutes.

Friday evening and quite busy. Approximately 24 orders on screen. We waited about 21 minutes. Whenever an order is ready for pickup there is a really annoying and unnecessarily loud sound that really needs to be changed. Food was good, everything was there, nothing wrong, service was also great. Would go again but probably not at peak times.

I live nearby and could cry that we only have this one piece of junk here. I've tried others and know how good the burgers can be. But here I'm disappointed every time. Sometimes they taste really sour. I have no idea how it works or what they're doing. I would go there so often if they would make the food hot and fresh. You wait forever and then you get cold burgers. Maybe the patty was warm if at all. How does it work? Completely scheduled staff partially. Hopefully there will be a change of operator at some point that will raise the store to a good level

The food was delicious, but my wife ordered a cheeseburger menu and received a hamburger menu, a shame.

It is a fast food restaurant with a very good selection of burgers including vegetarian and vegan. The employees are consistently friendly and very hard working. We didn't even have an order that was wrong or something was missing, everything was great. Food is actually only prepared when ordered, so it can take a while, but the food is hot and fresh. The restaurant is very clean, tables are cleaned regularly. Conclusion, if we feel like burgers and fries, we go to Burgerking at Lohmühle :-).

These old machines for ordering are sooo slow, talking to an employee and saying what you want was quicker. And then the salad just ran out... Stupid! Why do they put the fries on the tray first? By the time the rest arrives, they're almost cold. I hate cold fries!! And then charge a lot of money for it! Not again so soon!!

Competent employees would be nice. And above all, eat warm food. When an order was placed, the ice cream was prepared first, about 8 minutes later the order was ready and the ice cream was melted. SHAME! Especially for the kids, because the ice cream ended up in the trash after they ate their burger because it was just liquid slush. We will no longer be visiting Burger King at Lohmühle in the near future. IN MY OPINION YOU MAKE THE ICE CREAM LAST AND NOT FIRST!!!

Waited 23 minutes for food, it was very busy and there was a sign saying "short staff". The missing ketchup was promptly delivered. Staff very friendly, that's why 3 stars for the service, fries were cold and the table was stuck, the tablet was smeared with ketchup from the previous person!?
