Today I was in this place for the first time and I thought it was better than in McDonald's, I ordered for 56 euros and the food was very disgusting and I advise everyone not to go here (it's total crap 😠😠😠

Very good Burger King, clean, and the food comes quickly. I like eating there.

The burgers were delicious, and the vegetarian/vegan options were excellent. It was a little loud, but that was due to the people in the shop, not the employees or the shop itself. You can also get quite full.

The only positive thing was that it was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was very bad. The burgers were burnt black, the nuggets were dry (they were kept warm), the fries were reheated and oversalted, and the cups of Fanta weren't filled enough. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all. Although we usually like going to Burger King, we won't be coming back to this restaurant.

We were there last Sunday around 2 p.m. Yes, it was packed. But the fact that we then, after waiting for over 20 minutes, only got three of our four burgers lukewarm is ridiculous. They were just standard burgers, like the cheeseburger and chili cheeseburger. If you're going to make customers wait, the food has to be really hot, especially since the burgers are supposedly prepared fresh for each individual order.

Annoyed by the waiting, waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers and then got cold, next time I'd rather go to McDonald's

Disaster Waited at the drive-thru for 45 minutes yesterday afternoon!

Disaster! We were at the drive-thru here yesterday and waited 45 minutes from ordering to receiving our food, even though there were only three cars ahead of us. On top of that, some of the food even arrived cold. That's terrible. No apology or anything from the staff about the situation.

After a long time (about two years), we went to Burger King again, or rather used the drive-thru, to get two Big King meals with fries, mayo, and a strawberry and chocolate shake each. We were looking forward to it. We then went to the parking lot of Bauhaus (about 400 meters away) to eat there and then run some errands. First, the fries: they were delicious and hot. Tasted like they were freshly made. Mayo... well, okay. It said "fries sauce" on the bag. It tasted sour and quite runny. Not my taste. The strawberry shake and the chocolate shake were also very tasty. Now for the Big King... disaster! The burger was definitely not freshly prepared (they advertise at the checkout that every burger is freshly prepared, so it can take a while). It was simply cold. The burger bun smelled and tasted old and musty and was crumbling apart. The burger sauce tasted sour (or was it the meat?) and the lettuce leaves had some brown spots. Neither of us finished the burger and threw it away. I would have liked to return it, but unfortunately we didn't have time. Conclusion: Next time, we'll go to McDonald's. The burgers aren't always hot, but they're not stale.

Not a particularly inviting Burger King branch. At least when I was there, especially on the terrace, there was trash flying around. Trays weren't cleared away, and tables were often greasy. The interior is much better, although they could have paid more attention and attention here and there. Those were just my impressions, though. Prices at Burger King are definitely too high these days in comparison.

The food, as always, tastes fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, all the empty tables are completely dirty. The service is okay. It's friendly, but sometimes it's difficult to understand.

I've never experienced such a slow store. It's Tuesday evening, almost 7:30 in the evening, and I've been standing at the drive-thru for 25 minutes, and it's moved three cars ahead. This is unacceptable. In total, I stood in line for 57 minutes before my order was handed to me. During the handover, I didn't even get an apology for the long wait. Only when I asked about it did I get the excuse that they were busy. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there were eight cars ahead of me, and I didn't notice any particular rush in the restaurant itself.

Moin! Actually, it's okay, just a Burger King. I'm from central Germany and expected to be greeted with a warm "MOIN!" Unfortunately, nothing like that happened, hence the 3 stars.

Always delicious, the fact that ordering is only possible via vending machine is disgusting. Unfriendly to customers, especially in front of a football stadium. Standing at the vending machine for 5 minutes just for a quick burger. No thanks. 187 staff very unfriendly. They simply turn away when asked questions. As a result, I got food from Fresch across the street. Conclusion: Avoid Burger King. They don't want any more contact with customers!!!

I ordered a Crispy Chicken and a Double Cheeseburger at the Lübeck branch 45 minutes ago. I drove home (a 35-minute drive) and discovered that I only got a plain cheeseburger and that my Crispy Chicken had a blonde hair on it. I ate the "Double" Cheeseburger, threw away the remaining 1/3 of the Crispy Chicken, and put the hair in a bag. Too bad, I've always been satisfied with BK Lübeck.

There were two of us there. My burger was cold, but they made it again without any complaints. What I also didn't like was the cold cheese on the warm burger. A major drawback: few vegan ingredients. No milk alternative, no vegan mayo to choose from on the screen with the fries, no vegan cheese for the burgers. Definitely room for improvement. Now I remember why I haven't been here in so long.

A very nice place to stop on your way north. The food is familiar. I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice, clean, and well-maintained changing table in the accessible restroom, which is locked; you have to get the key from the counter. Plenty of parking is also available.

First, two large fries were forgotten. Then I realized that a large fries at BK is a ridiculously small bag. At first, I thought this was a mistake, but it was corrected that this was a large portion.

I waited over 30 minutes for three burgers. They don't push anything in between, even if you only want one thing, like a drink. Everything is served in the order you order. A lot of people just stand around looking stupid or do things that aren't as important as the customers...!!!

Are you serious? 50 minutes at the drive-thru counter, and there were a maximum of 6 cars in front of me... Do you slaughter the cattle fresh for every order, or how is the wait time calculated? Sorry, I'd love to go to Burger King, but not like that... I was worried that my debit card had expired by the time I paid. Then the surprise: you order a Whopper without cucumbers or tomatoes, and hey, this guy doesn't like vegetables, so let's just leave out the salad altogether... If one of the people in charge at Burger King reads this, I'm ready. I'll tell you how it can be done better. There's a McDonald's 400 meters up the street, and I didn't even wait 50 minutes there when there were about 100 cars in front of me... Dear Burger King Team, I ordered here on June 7, 2025, and I'm unfortunately very dissatisfied. 1. I ordered a large fries. For that price, I expected something different. It wasn't that big. 2. The long chicken burger was very sticky and poorly made. Not good for that price either. 3. I had to wait a very long time. I didn't like that. I also ordered churros. For the umpteenth time, I waited at the drive-thru for over 35 minutes; it's impossible to get anything done when there are 5(!) cars parked there. The store wasn't busy. The employees seem hopelessly overwhelmed. It strikes me as extremely unprofessional and lacking in structure. If I can get my food faster at any restaurant than at a drive-thru, then something is wrong, unfortunately. That's probably it for now with BK in Lübeck. Next time, it'll be the Seagull again.

BK, that's all. But today, Sunday, around 6 p.m., there was really little activity. The drive-through didn't move for 10 minutes. Then I parked normally, everything was full inside, and it took almost 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got it. It was annoying, but not tragic. But the order was also wrong twice.

It's truly sad that this is the only Burger King in Lübeck. I'm a loyal Burger King fan, but unfortunately, I can't be a customer in Lübeck. The food is usually served after immense wait times, orders are often incorrectly placed, and the food is often undercooked or has exceeded its waiting time. The branch's lack of delivery service, which is standard in other cities of Lübeck's size, is an additional drawback. A change of operator is urgently recommended.

I really enjoy eating at Burger King. Unfortunately, I've noticed several times that I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my food to be ready. This only happens at this branch. It's problematic if I want to eat during work hours. Then a 30-minute wait isn't possible because I have to leave immediately. I've also noticed long waits at the drive-thru. Strangely enough, compared to other Burger King branches and competitors, very long waits are common in Lübeck. I find these long waits very unfortunate.

Service and ambiance have been top-notch so far. The place doesn't seem dirty, and the staff has never been rude. The meat is decent, and the fries are crispy. They put more effort into the toppings than at some other places. I like to eat here when I need something quick.

I visit this Burger King restaurant about twice a month. I have often been served by Mr. Westphal, both inside and at the drive-thru, and I have always been extremely satisfied. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was always fresh and warm. He was also the first Burger King employee I saw changing the oil in the fryer, something I had never seen before. The only thing that bothers me a little is the number of drunks in the restaurant, especially on weekend evenings. However, this is due to the club across the street. The security staff always keep things in order, which is a plus. Always a pleasure!

I usually like going to Burger King, but today was truly a habit. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order (and it wasn't particularly busy). The drive-thru service was prompt, and even some people who came after me had already finished their food before mine was called. I had two bacon cheeseburger meals, which certainly wasn't that difficult to prepare... despite the long wait, the bacon wasn't crispy at all, it was just smothered on top, the whole burger was completely dry, and the fries were lukewarm to cold. So today was truly a habit... what a shame

I ordered a large King XXL, which had nothing at all in common with the burgers I had tried before. It was a small burger with meatballs, it was dry and the cheese didn't melt at all, it didn't taste fresh at all and wasn't worth the money I paid.

Some of the team are very friendly and nice, they also keep the restaurant very clean and try to ensure that the guests are served quickly and happily. Unfortunately, since the ordering columns were introduced, customer contact has decreased a lot. I doubt whether that is correct, I would be happy if the staff asked me if there was anything else that could be done or if they were satisfied

IT took 25 minutes before my order was ready and fries and my wifes burger was cold!!!! The first table we sat at was not clean so moved to another and it was very sticky and dirty too but nu crums. When we finished we wanted to have some icecream - waiting time 14 minutes!!! The worst part was that we counted six employees but only three cars in drive-in, and five customers i side the restaurant!! That is simply not okay for a fastfood restaurant outside rushhour!!!!!

We often come here around lunchtime and pick up something from the drive-thru, and so far we've always been satisfied with the products.

Were here 3 days ago and are still shocked. Apart from the fact that we waited 5 minutes in the car so we could order, the lady was very rude and loud. We should go in and order. Of course we stayed in the car and waited a total of 11 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers, 1 milkshake and an MC Chicke. There was no please or thank you from the lady. All the cheeseburgers were dry and the bottom lids all fell apart, they definitely weren't fresh. We've never eaten so badly, we had to give it back. We cannot understand that such cheeky and moody people work there and are let loose on customers.
