Burger King in Lübeck

I didn't get any food. Terrible!!! Drive-in completely overwhelmed. Restaurant always closed

We came here after a concert. Both the vegan chicken or nugget burgers and the regular chicken or beef burgers were amazing. The fries were hot, all the burgers were hot—just brilliant.

Pleasant atmosphere just a little noisy

Are you serious? 50 minutes at the drive-thru counter, and there were a maximum of 6 cars in front of me... Do you slaughter the cattle fresh for every order, or how is the wait time calculated? Sorry, I'd love to go to Burger King, but not like that... I was worried that my debit card had expired by the time I paid. Then the surprise: you order a Whopper without cucumbers or tomatoes, and hey, this guy doesn't like vegetables, so let's just leave out the salad altogether... If one of the people in charge at Burger King reads this, I'm ready. I'll tell you how it can be done better. There's a McDonald's 400 meters up the street, and I didn't even wait 50 minutes there when there were about 100 cars in front of me... Really, something has to change, or I'll open a Burger King branch and show them how it's done properly. I don't understand it....

Why do you need 30 minutes for 9 bastard chicken nuggets? I'm insane (I'll still eat at your place).

Dear Burger King Team, I ordered here on June 7, 2025, and I'm unfortunately very dissatisfied. 1. I ordered a large fries. For that price, I expected something different. It wasn't that big. 2. The long chicken burger was very sticky and poorly made. Not good for that price either. 3. I had to wait a very long time. I didn't like that. I also ordered churros. That's why I'm only giving it 2 stars, because the other two don't get any. Overall, I'm unfortunately not impressed. Sincerely, Samia Kruse

Clean, delicious burgers, central location

For the umpteenth time, I waited at the drive-thru for over 35 minutes; it's impossible to get anything done when there are 5(!) cars parked there. The store wasn't busy. The employees seem hopelessly overwhelmed. It strikes me as extremely unprofessional and lacking in structure. If I can get my food faster at any restaurant than at a drive-thru, then something is wrong, unfortunately. That's probably it for now with BK in Lübeck. Next time, it'll be the Seagull again.

BK, that's all. But today, Sunday, around 6 p.m., there was really little activity. The drive-through didn't move for 10 minutes. Then I parked normally, everything was full inside, and it took almost 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got it. It was annoying, but not tragic. But the order was also wrong twice.

It's truly sad that this is the only Burger King in Lübeck. I'm a loyal Burger King fan, but unfortunately, I can't be a customer in Lübeck. The food is usually served after immense wait times, orders are often incorrectly placed, and the food is often undercooked or has exceeded its waiting time. The branch's lack of delivery service, which is standard in other cities of Lübeck's size, is an additional drawback. A change of operator is urgently recommended.

Unfortunately, I forgot half of it when ordering. Very weak.

I waited 45 minutes for food without an apology. I got a raw milkshake (it wasn't cold). I didn't get a replacement. I threw it away immediately. The staff were overwhelmed (I'd question the management).

I really enjoy eating at Burger King. Unfortunately, I've noticed several times that I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my food to be ready. This only happens at this branch. It's problematic if I want to eat during work hours. Then a 30-minute wait isn't possible because I have to leave immediately. I've also noticed long waits at the drive-thru. Strangely enough, compared to other Burger King branches and competitors, very long waits are common in Lübeck. I find these long waits very unfortunate.

A really good Burger King, it's also nice that there is a space for drinks, the food was better than at some others, the service was very nice

I waited a sporty 15 minutes for a chicken burger and chili nuggets, as did the people in front of me. Hats off to Burger King for this performance!

Waited 20 minutes for my order. The store is full of foreigners, like Bucharest and Istanbul combined. Hell.

Service and ambiance have been top-notch so far. The place doesn't seem dirty, and the staff has never been rude. The meat is decent, and the fries are crispy. They put more effort into the toppings than at some other places. I like to eat here when I need something quick.

I visit this Burger King restaurant about twice a month. I have often been served by Mr. Westphal, both inside and at the drive-thru, and I have always been extremely satisfied. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was always fresh and warm. He was also the first Burger King employee I saw changing the oil in the fryer, something I had never seen before. The only thing that bothers me a little is the number of drunks in the restaurant, especially on weekend evenings. However, this is due to the club across the street. The security staff always keep things in order, which is a plus. Always a pleasure!

I usually like going to Burger King, but today was truly a habit. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order (and it wasn't particularly busy). The drive-thru service was prompt, and even some people who came after me had already finished their food before mine was called. I had two bacon cheeseburger meals, which certainly wasn't that difficult to prepare... despite the long wait, the bacon wasn't crispy at all, it was just smothered on top, the whole burger was completely dry, and the fries were lukewarm to cold. So today was truly a habit... what a shame

I ordered a large King XXL, which had nothing at all in common with the burgers I had tried before. It was a small burger with meatballs, it was dry and the cheese didn't melt at all, it didn't taste fresh at all and wasn't worth the money I paid.

Some of the team are very friendly and nice, they also keep the restaurant very clean and try to ensure that the guests are served quickly and happily. Unfortunately, since the ordering columns were introduced, customer contact has decreased a lot. I doubt whether that is correct, I would be happy if the staff asked me if there was anything else that could be done or if they were satisfied

The longest waiting time is not possible. Unmotivated employees and no apologies… Once and never again.

Always delicious, ordering only through the machine is sickening. Customer unfriendly. Especially in front of a football stadium. Just stand at the machine for 5 minutes for a quick burger. No thanks

IT took 25 minutes before my order was ready and fries and my wifes burger was cold!!!! The first table we sat at was not clean so moved to another and it was very sticky and dirty too but nu crums. When we finished we wanted to have some icecream - waiting time 14 minutes!!! The worst part was that we counted six employees but only three cars in drive-in, and five customers i side the restaurant!! That is simply not okay for a fastfood restaurant outside rushhour!!!!!

The hall is dirty, the food looks far from what you order. There are few people. The institution does not want to hire more workers and improve conditions. These are problems of the institution, not the staff.

I'm very happy that there is so much vegan food available. However, the tables are almost always dirty. If you order more than one burger, you'll wait well over 25 minutes.

Were here 3 days ago and are still shocked. Apart from the fact that we waited 5 minutes in the car so we could order, the lady was very rude and loud. We should go in and order. Of course we stayed in the car and waited a total of 11 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers, 1 milkshake and an MC Chicke. There was no please or thank you from the lady. All the cheeseburgers were dry and the bottom lids all fell apart, they definitely weren't fresh. We've never eaten so badly, we had to give it back. We cannot understand that such cheeky and moody people work there and are let loose on customers.

Waited 30 minutes for the order only to discover that the wrong sauce was on the plant based long chicken. So be careful for possible allergy sufferers, it's better not to indulge in a "quick" snack here...

The burger was cold, the onion rings were soggy and the shake was the wrong kind. Wow, everything is screwed up. You have to do that first. Yes, I tried the onion rings right in the parking lot and took a bite of the burger. It was cold and the rings were wobbly. It wasn't because of the transport.

Ordered 2 Whoppers at the terminal and sat near the counter and watched the serving. 12 minutes after ordering I get burgers that have been in the heat bridge at least since I was in the store. Really bad. Was at BK last time

Waited a total of half an hour for three simple burgers ordered. When I asked, I got the wrong one and it had been lying there for half an hour. The employees had no peace despite the store being full. No recommendation!

The food was typical Burger King, so ok. Three menus ordered for consumption on site. Unfortunately we only got two drinks and not a single mayo. When asked, the missing items were then grumblingly put down. Then grab a quick hot brownie in the drive. That was a serious mistake. Two cars were in front of us. It took 25 minutes until it was our turn! Crazy. Never go to this branch again!

I'm very disappointed with the drive in. The employee was unfriendly, I didn't get a receipt and he took my remaining money even if it was only 1 cent, but it was still a shame and when I said goodbye I said goodbye, have a nice evening and he just turned around and looked grim.:( Never again

Have been here several times, but today wasn't great, long wait, burger cold, blondi was like raw cake dough and also cold. Mysteri Burger = Then it was a chicken burger with cornflak breading, actually good, because I wanted to be surprised, as I don't think the idea was that bad > only the chicken seemed to have been warmed up several times, like the sole of a shoe, instead of cola, there was iced tea, staff overwhelmed. GUYS THIS CAN BE BETTER.

I enjoyed eating there often with friends and my family. After work I was there with a colleague and they both ordered the same menu when I bit into the first citizen then looked at the citizen (see picture) I honestly thought it was sour cucumber or something from the xalapenios. But unfortunately it was a fingernail That was the disappointment forever that I would never eat in a Bürgerking again. I didn't know what to do and was really shocked. I went to the counter and asked an employee if he could please come and look at the citizen. He was super nice, he came and looked at it, turned red, apologized 3 times and offered me Gerard's new menu, of course I declined it and then left. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. Mistakes happen, but that's not possible

I had a BBQ burger. I'm disappointed. €6.50 for packed bread and salad stick that took up half the burger. You probably want to lose customers! I don't buy anything here anymore.

Like every branch. Unfortunately the floor was very sticky. Toilets weren't really cleaned either, even though they were open. Tables were clean. Ordering took a very long time, 2 minutes after the store opened. 15 mins + Opening hours are simply too late at 12 p.m. Otherwise OK for a short forced stop.

Food is often not that tasty. Lots of parking spaces are available. The staff is sometimes unfriendly and annoyed. You wait a long time for your food and it's always crowded.

It was clear that there would be a lot going on in the evening, but we had to wait a total of 45 minutes, which was a bit long. Basically we just wanted to get three burgers in hand and then move on, but unfortunately the people there weren't able to work through the queue that was forming in front of the counters. The reason for this is a lack of staff, but it was possible to sole the shoes of the people working when they walked. The long wait gave us time to look around and what we saw wasn't pretty: monitors seemed broken, the display was messy and the dining area was dirty. Used trays were piled up and spilled drinks were on the floor and tables. Too bad.

You are by far the worst BurgerKing I know. I ordered four burgers. All with extra cheese. I don't have extra cheese on a single burger. Not only do you regularly have burgers missing from a take-away order and you then hear that you can check whether everything is complete when you receive the goods. Now you have to open every damn burger and see if they can put a simple slice of cheese on the burger. You're getting on my nerves now. That was the last time I visited you.

one peace at the counter the t-shirt are burger tied. The sauces for the burger with beef were not available so you couldn't get the T-shirt except via drive, no flexibility. yes it was very busy but we had to wait over an hour for our takeaway food. Many who came after us had their food beforehand and then the burgers were cold even though we only ate in the car. The only thing that was really good was the milkshake.
