Es ist vielleicht nur meine Sicht aber wenn du einmal in Cebu (Ayala Mall) auf den Philippinen bei BurgerKing warst.....! Da kann Deutschland nicht mithalten, ob vom Service oder dem Essen, dort passt die Faust auf's Auge.

Herr Sien ist der beste Mitarbeiter, immer wieder schön bei ihm bestellen zu dürfen.

Das Essen war gut, der Service freundlich.

So gut, wie ein Burger King eben sein kann. Nichts auszusetzen, das Essen kam schnell, war heiß und lecker.

Trotz einer etwas längeren Wartezeit am Drive In war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich wurde von Frau Schönborn freundlich und höflich bedient. Obwohl ich nur eine Kleinigkeit bestellen wollte, wurde mein Burger frisch zubereitet und hat wirklich lecker geschmeckt. Für die Frische nehme ich die Wartezeit gerne in Kauf. Vielen Dank an Frau Schönborn für den netten Service – ich komme gerne wieder!

alles nette Leute hier, aber es ist wirklich der langsamste Burger King in ganz Deutschland, wenn nicht europaweit… Wie geht bloß nicht, den Fehler in der Drive in Schlange zu stehen, dann habt ihr anderthalb Stunden eures Lebens verloren…

Wir strandeten am 30.06. mit einer hungrigen Schulklasse unverhofft dort und waren tief beeindruckt, wie professionell und zuvorkommend unsere Riesenbestellung aufgenommen wurde! Einen riesigen Dank an die nette Dame (ich glaube, sie war da Schichtleiterin?), die alles gekonnt koordiniert hat. Binnen weniger Minuten kamen Tabletts mit Getränken, dann alle Nuggets, dann alle Burger und dann alle Pommes. Währenddessen war der Laden auch unabhängig von unserer Riesen-Truppe gut gefüllt. Beeindruckend, wie sehr das Personal hier auf Zack ist! Ihr habt unseren Abend gerettet.

Absolute Katastrophe. Wir mussten über 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Gerade in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant erwartet man, dass das Essen zügig zubereitet wird. Das Schlimmste daran: Die Getränke wurden direkt am Anfang fertig gemacht und standen die ganze Zeit herum, während wir auf das Essen warten mussten. Als wir sie endlich bekommen haben, waren die Pappbecher bereits komplett aufgeweicht und die Getränke nicht mehr richtig gekühlt. So etwas ist einfach schlechter Service. Wenn sich das Essen verzögert, sollten die Getränke erst kurz vor der Ausgabe zubereitet werden. Die Wartezeit war völlig unangemessen und es gab keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Sehr enttäuschend….Hier werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal essen

Wir hatten drei Burger, bei einem davon hat der Käse schon übels an der Verpackung gehaftet und bei den anderen war die Mayo schon durchsichtig am Brötchen. Keine Ahnung wie lange die da schon rum lagen, zudem war einer davon ziemlich kalt!?

Das Essen war warm, die Pommes waren heiß. Ja, man wartet manchmal etwas länger als paar Meter weiter, ABER: - Mitarbeiter deutlich freundlicher - essen frischer - die Auslieferung am Drive ist zuverlässig. Bisher hat nie was gefehlt. Daumen hoch 👍🏼

Danke Burger King Haben gestern auf Schnelle Welle bei Burger King im Drive in Bestellt. In der nach hatte ich ein echt komisches Magen Gefühl. Ich hatte danach deutliche Magenbeschwerden in der Nacht/ am Morgen. Meinem Freund ging es ebenfalls deswegen richtig schlecht, sodass er sich fast übergeben musste und auch über deutliche Magenbeschwerden klagt. Für uns wirkt es so, als wäre mit einem Teil des Essens etwas nicht in Ordnung gewesen. Möglicherweise war eine Zutat verdorben oder nicht mehr frisch. So etwas sollte bei einem Restaurant auf keinen Fall passieren. Wir hoffen, dass die Qualität und Frische der Lebensmittel in Zukunft besser kontrolliert werden, damit andere Gäste keine ähnliche Erfahrung machen müssen. Passt auf wo ihr bestellt Leute.

Sauber, besonders die Toiletten und davon 4 STK, für Frauen

War heute am Drive Schalter. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen war ganz frisch, super leckere und vorallem heiße Pommes, ebenso der Burger. Begeisterung!, wie unkompliziert, charmant und vorallem durch die großartige Produktqualität lohnenswerter Einkauf, es gewesen ist.

Tische und Stühle sind sehr oft schmutzig Und blöd ist das man im Restaurant im Menü nicht auf Shake tauschen kann , sonst ist es ok . Fotos möchte ich nicht beifügen , sollte man sich selber anschauen

Manchmal echt lange Wartezeiten aber die Chili cheese Soße ist beste. Ich liebe sie.

Nun geht man 1x im. Jahr dort hin und freut sich auf das was in der Tüte ist... Oder auch nicht Curly Fries haben keine Curlys 6er Nuggets waren zwei auf dem Brötchen und damit viel zu überteuert... Ab was solls., irgendwas ist immer falsch oder man muss warten. Dann nehme ich lieber warten in Kauf oder gehe woanders hin.. Schade, dass es in Lübeck nicht klappt.

Der Bürger war gut und reichlich belegt. Es wurde ein Getränk vergessen, das falsche Spielzeug mitgegeben. In dem BK waren es ca 30 Grad. Viele andere Kunden haben sich ebenfalls über Fehler in den Bestellungen beschwert. Das schlimmste an sich ist die Sauberkeit. Tische dreckig, Essen auf dem Boden, auf dem Spielgerüst liegen Einweghanschuhe und andere Sachen. Einfach sehr ungepflegt. Keinen Besuch wert

My husband persuaded me to go to Burger King instead of McDonald's... What can I say... Amazing! 🤩🤩🤩 Never again McDonald's! Burger King is miles better... The app also has lots of useful coupons! Excellent value for money 👍 The service was also very good... We had the Whopper, Big King, Long Chicken, Garlic Chicken, churros, fries, nuggets, Bacon King, and the cotton candy drink. Everything was great. And you feel like you're holding more than at other burger chains.

With the patience of a monk, I waited 25 minutes for my order at Burger King in Lübeck. No problem, I thought. What takes a long time will eventually be good. Spoiler alert: It isn't always. I felt like I spent half the evening among a huge crowd of waiting people; several cars were parked outside, and inside there was a flurry of activity. The employees were visibly hardworking, busy, and doing their best – to be fair. In the end, the 25 minutes stretched to almost 40. At least I was properly hungry again. When the food finally arrived, disappointment followed: two burgers that impressively demonstrated what happens when cold ingredients meet a cold bun and are barely held together by a lukewarm, cheap sesame seed bun, in the middle of which lay an equally lukewarm patty. The result: everything was cold, sad, and astonishingly tasteless. This is not what royal dining looks like. This review is less of a complaint and more of a warning to my future self: next time, you'll know better.

The service was very, very good, especially Mr. Sien, who was very polite and helpful. However, the cleanliness could be improved.

I used to enjoy going to Burger King, but that changed today! I was at the drive-thru around 2:30 pm with my two children (ages 6 and 2) and wanted to order. My little one was getting a bit restless, so the employee asked me if the children could please be a little quieter, as she couldn't hear me very well otherwise. Up to that point, it was fine, but when the little one started screaming, the employee rudely said, "No, I just don't have the patience for that!" So much for "the customer is king." Making such a rude comment without even knowing why the child was screaming is completely unacceptable. Of course, I canceled my order and left. That was the last time I'll be going there.

Mr. Sien really brightened my day; there should be more employees like Mr. Sien here.

A very friendly Mr. Sien served us at the drive-thru. His positive attitude made us devour our burgers with a smile on our faces!

I'm giving two stars for the fabulous vegetarian selection, which would taste much better warm. The fries were at the right temperature, but the burgers were cold. My partner's meat burger was also cold, not even lukewarm, but all the burgers were really cold. The friendly staff deserves one star. A small soft-serve ice cream cost over €2 (I unfortunately don't remember the exact price), and the cup wasn't even half full. When we asked, they said that was normal. Aha, at McDonald's you get twice the amount for less money. Overall, we weren't impressed, sorry 😕

They put onions in a burger without onions. Even though the burger itself had a piece of paper saying "no onions." And the sauce in the burger was tasteless, sour. And it took us half an hour to get here.

Food was great as usual at Burger King, service was quick and reliable, everything was as ordered, only the ambiance wasn't perfect due to the busy street.

Ms. Giasing was absolutely fantastic – super friendly, helpful, and totally professional. She was a huge help. Highly recommended!

The prices have become an absolute outrage for the quality. I used to enjoy getting an extra long chili cheeseburger, but the price-performance ratio is simply unacceptable now. I haven't been to Burger King for a year now; there are much better alternatives.

It was really good a few years ago, but the staff has gotten much worse. Long waiting times and the quality has noticeably declined. It's a shame.

Disgusting! The cheese was missing from both of my burgers. When I pointed this out, the employee took the burger apart with his bare fingers right in front of me at the counter, in front of several other customers, and then took it to the back. The cheese was added to that exact burger and returned to me a few seconds later. Unfortunately, the thought of someone poking around in my food completely ruined my appetite. I threw the burgers away and will avoid this branch in the future. Enjoy your meal.

It was a bit busy...and the staff couldn't keep up...but despite the stress, they were nice and friendly...so everything was OK.

We go every Monday and it's wonderful.

Show some respect to your employees and do not throw toilet paper into the toilet or on the floor in the locker room.

Okay, but nothing special. Typical Burger King – clean, fast service, the food was as expected. Not bad, but nothing outstanding either. Fine for a quick stop, but that's about it.

Last night, I went to Bürgerking for the first time in a long time. I asked at the cashier if I could get help with the computers. An employee, Ms. Gläsing, was there immediately and said she would be happy to show me how it worked. The lady was very friendly and explained everything calmly and in detail. I was very satisfied. I'd be happy to come back.

The staff, especially Ms. Gläsing, was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean. We'll definitely be back—highly recommended.

We hadn't been there in a while and thought we'd give it another try to see if it had finally improved. Surprise, surprise, not at all. The prices are even getting higher than McDonald's, and what's pictured is supposed to be a medium fries? What's a small one then? Two fries? We ordered two meals, and both were like we were just unlucky and didn't get enough. Burgers were a matter of taste, although the Big King XXL, for example, tasted quite mealy. So, the restaurant itself was fine, but the quantity for the price and the taste were just okay. We'll just have to wait another two years in the hope that something will have changed by then.

Today I had the great pleasure of being served at Burger King by a true service genius: Mr. Sien. From the moment you entered the restaurant, you could sense that someone here was passionate, heartfelt, and genuinely happy with their work. With a radiant smile, he greeted every guest as if they were a regular – attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested. Mr. Sien embodies perfect customer service: fast, efficient, yet incredibly human. Not a single action was taken, not a moment of rush – everything was spot on. Even in stressful situations, he remained calm and professional, as if he had personally written the service manual. When I received my order, everything was perfectly prepared – hot, fresh, and accurately packaged. But what truly impressed me was the way Mr. Sien interacted with the guests. He created an atmosphere rarely found in chain restaurants: warm, respectful, and motivating. Employees like Mr. Sien are the heart of every company. Mr. Sien is no ordinary employee – he is a shining example of what service should look like. Burger King is lucky to have someone like him on the team. A true king in the burger kingdom! 👑

Security was nice but ripped me off. The drive-thru was already closed. Now I have to go to Meccan even though I wanted a whopper. I don't like it. Best regards

Today, October 11, 2025, I encountered a truly audacious staff. Four of them huddled together, talking and laughing nonstop, neither working nor serving the waiting customers, as the entire conversation group had their backs to the customers (permanently). Even when waiting customers were pointed out, regarding the wait time or missing items, they continued to turn away and continue talking to their colleagues. I had to wait 40 minutes for a hot brownie and veggie nuggets. You can recognize the ladies, who unfortunately prefer talking to serving the long-waiting and ignored customers, by their Spanish accents and "appearance," as far as one can tell. Simply audacious employees.

Clearly the best Burger King I've visited and experienced so far... Would you like a little more with the extra side dishes on your burger? This is the place for you. The service is always friendly, even on weekend evenings, a security guard opens the door for you. The flat screen TV above the cash register is full of screens informing you about current offers... Cleanliness is good, the restrooms are okay too... Also important, the Burger King crowns are almost always available, simply awesome. The only negative I can give it is that this Burger King still doesn't have a soft drink dispenser for self-service, meaning all-you-can-eat soft drinks... Unfortunately, one always has the feeling that the staff are already overwhelmed by the mere task assigned to them.

Finally a clean Burger King restaurant...even the restrooms are clean...I haven't experienced anything like this at this chain for a long time...I'm thrilled :-) the food was normal...standard Burger King

The restaurant was about two-thirds full, but unfortunately, the wait time for our order was about 20 to 25 minutes, which I think is far too long for fast food. The order was complete and warm, and the restaurant was clean.

I've just waited 40 minutes and still haven't received anything. I'm curious to see when I'll get my food. When I inquire, I'm just given a fob.

Definitely not again! So, I went to Burger King recently, and let me tell you, I was absolutely stunned. The food was ice cold, the service was a disaster, and those ordering kiosks just didn't work at all. The place was dirty, cold, and completely neglected, and I had to wait forever for my food to finally arrive. And then, as if that weren't enough, they artificially inflated the prices at the end by adding a €4.50 surcharge to the menu for the burger, which already costs almost €10. In comparison, you get significantly better value for money from other restaurants. It was simply an absolutely terrible experience, and I can only advise everyone against it.

Apart from the fact that we had to wait quite a long time for our food, the restaurant is very clean and chilled.

I'd be a bit cautious about paying by card at the drive-thru. I ordered a meal once and it was debited from my account twice because they claimed it didn't work the first time. Really great 😝 September 30, 2025 Ordered a double Whopper with an extra onion at the terminal and paid €0.50 more for it (to go). The end of the story: They removed all the onions. I had a double Whopper without onions. That's really pathetic! It's so hard to imagine just reading.

Mega service and the chicken nugget burger is awesome

The worst Burger King I have ever experienced, completely wrong order charged, when I asked they said yes I did that which was in the program, I then said no, not at all, I was also charged for a Coke which I had not ordered at all, and a cheese sauce was charged extra which was also not extra in the order but in the menu, there were two long hairs in the fries which is also really tasty, thank you but never again, I would advise everyone to avoid this shop and look for an alternative

I'm very dissatisfied! I bought two meals and a children's menu – but only the children's menu included the sauce. On my last visit, I also ordered two meals and discovered outside that two hamburgers were missing. Mistakes like this are really annoying! Do these problems only happen to me, or is this just a general lack of precision here?

Vomit right in front of the entrance and nobody cleans it up

Huge praise to Mr. Steinke! You can immediately tell that he works with genuine ambition and passion. He makes every guest feel welcome and demonstrates that good service isn't something to be taken for granted. An attitude like that lifts the entire team up – absolutely amazing! Keep it up, Burger King needs more people like him.

As soon as you enter the store, you immediately notice Steinke's positive charisma. He gets things done, is ambitious down to the last detail, and brings an energy that enhances the entire visit. Today I was in this place for the first time and I thought it was better than in McDonald's, I ordered for 56 euros and the food was very disgusting and I advise everyone not to go here (it's total crap 😠😠😠

Very good Burger King, clean, and the food comes quickly. I like eating there.

The burgers were delicious, and the vegetarian/vegan options were excellent. It was a little loud, but that was due to the people in the shop, not the employees or the shop itself. You can also get quite full.

The only positive thing was that it was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was very bad. The burgers were burnt black, the nuggets were dry (they were kept warm), the fries were reheated and oversalted, and the cups of Fanta weren't filled enough. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all. Although we usually like going to Burger King, we won't be coming back to this restaurant.

We were there last Sunday around 2 p.m. Yes, it was packed. But the fact that we then, after waiting for over 20 minutes, only got three of our four burgers lukewarm is ridiculous. They were just standard burgers, like the cheeseburger and chili cheeseburger. If you're going to make customers wait, the food has to be really hot, especially since the burgers are supposedly prepared fresh for each individual order.

The Burger King restaurant at the entrance to the Lübeck Mitte motorway is easily accessible and offers a quick way to eat on the go with its drive-through. Service is prompt, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. It's convenient for a stopover while traveling.
