Tasty, fresh, fast, friendly, not cheap but worth the price. Good KFC!

In terms of taste, KFC is at the top, unfortunately also in terms of price, but in this case it's worth it. Unfortunately, when I was here there was only 1 employee at the checkout for a good 10 people waiting. He collected the money as well as compiled and issued the orders. In my opinion, hopelessly underrated. Only one employee seemed to be working in the kitchen at the back. It was very chaotic and involved an excessively long waiting time. I hope that's not always the case.

Burger and wrap were good. You couldn't eat the chicken pieces. Hardly any breading and not cooked through

KFC is just not my thing, hence the rating. But it shouldn't stop others from forming their own opinions.

After we have been very disappointed many times in the past, we now have to give praise! The last few times the food was as it should be and the service was really very friendly (Ronny). The whole restaurant seems like it has been changed. In any case, we will come back more often!!!

The quality varies constantly. Sometimes it tastes delicious, then again it's inedible. Difficult to recognize when it is what. Cleanliness in the restaurant has improved significantly.

I ordered the food online, waited 80 minutes and got nothing. In the meantime, all the other restaurants also closed. never again.

I haven't eaten there for a long time because it wasn't good back then. This time I wanted to try it again. Fries almost undercooked and almost undercooked. Nuggets very good, wrap also good. We still had to get a lot of extras on our receipt. I will avoid this fast food restaurant again.

The fries tasted like chicken. There were no carbonated drinks available, only fruit juice (!). The stairs to go to the bathroom are very dangerous, greasy with oil and extremely slippery.

Unfortunately it wasn't tasty at all, something was different. You're really in the mood for two things and of all things, both of them don't exist. No shake and no sweet and sour sauce.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. Eig Mekke's cliché ice cream machine was defective, the first time there it felt like there were no ingredients for anything. The employees seem listless. There are no right answers to questions or you have to pull them out of your mouth. There are no children's toys, I pay for them, but you don't get anything. You also have to wait a long time to eat, I'm not used to anything from KFC. At 2 out of 2 try cruel there. Never again.

some if you may ask why i’ve rated this restaurant as bad as i did. matter of fact i would even rate it worse if i could, however i’ll make the effort to explain my opinion for everyone to follow. first of all, the service was horrible, the worker who i was paying at, couldn’t even do his own job, he asked his partner almost 10 times how to operate a cash register and couldn’t do it on his own anyway, second the “manager” was extremely rude and wouldn’t tell his customers nicely that they’re supposed to get their food temselves, and last and most important part of my opinion was the food itself, it was dry and just disgusting. i ordered mashed potatoes and hot wings, and the quality has decreased drastically. i’ve literally never eaten such disgusting and bland food in my life. i’m sorry, but i’m never eating there ever again. hope y’all don’t make the same mistake.

Quick and well prepared by friendly staff

I ordered something, I waited for 40 minutes, unfortunately I asked you a few times. Employees were so disrespectful. Unfortunately, I think it's a real shame..

Unqualified personnel. Instead of small Cola, large ones were taken away. Milkshake also just taken off. After asking twice, they said there would be no milkshake today because the machine was supposedly broken. We then got the money back. In the women's toilet only the children's faucet worked, but the sink was clogged and the faucet was also very difficult to close. You couldn't use the normal tap, the control element was missing. You couldn't understand the young lady ordering the things either, or rather she didn't understand us. Never again KFC in Lohnühle.

Staff super friendly and approachable. Ordering from the machine without any problems. Food ready quickly. Tasted very tasty and fresher than similar restaurants.

Tables, chairs, benches are all smeared with oil, there are crumbs from previous guests on the tables and floor everywhere, dirt smeared everywhere, massive dirt residue in every corner. Food is not freshly prepared, just kept warm. Quality poor. Sanitary areas dirty and dirty.

The KFC was dirty and the chicken was barely crispy, the spices were good and slightly spicy but the chicken was already cold. Our food was delivered quickly.

I went to KFC for the first time today and I'm thrilled!! It became a menu with the Double Bacon Cheese original burger and I am absolutely happy! Here you don't have the feeling of being at a fast food shop, the staff was also very friendly.

Best shop in Lübeck Really nice employees

This Kfc is in the middle range when it comes to food and surroundings, but the best thing is the service staff who look after the guests with a lot of humor and excellent service. Emile in front service combines the good qualities of an employee and can serve as a role model for everyone in the catering industry.

The food is of the usual good KFC quality. What makes this branch special is the courteous service (I remember Emile, among others, who was friendly to every customer during my visit and was able to give good recommendations about the products, despite the high volume of people). The atmosphere in the branch also gets 5 stars from me because it stands out positively due to the modern and always clean furnishings.

How can it be that dogs are not allowed to enter a restaurant? According to KFC guidelines, dogs are not allowed in the dining room. We wanted to have dinner at KFC here in Lübeck, but were loudly bleated at the door that the dog had to go out. Many thanks to the employee of the month who made sure that we preferred to spend our money in restaurants where our dog is welcome!

Wow, I just slapped a family bucket of pure chicken into it. What an experience.

If you look at it soberly, the quality is ok. At least the service doesn't blow me away. The employees at the drive-in are often very taciturn and difficult to understand, but have no motivation to change anything. Instead it just repeats itself over and over again. The food is consistently good and it's quick and easy. Beyond that, pretty average.

This is what you call a Crispy Chilli Chesse Burger... 2 small pieces of meat with cheese sauce between a squishy bun. Absolute impudence to deliver something like that. I don't expect it to look exactly like the advertising photo, but it definitely can't be the case that almost half of it consists of just bread with cheese sauce.

After a long time I was in the restaurant again. In the past it seemed that no attention was paid to comfort. I was very positively surprised. The food was great, the service was friendly and the decor was inviting and clean.

Unfortunately, the chicken pieces were totally sticky. The fries are crispy and well salted. The toilets smelled extremely. I know KFC differently and unfortunately the fries alone don't make us want to come back :(

I ordered something there for the first time today and holy, was it a disappointment. First of all, the food only came after 90 minutes. I no longer expected to get anything at all. Nobody could be reached by phone and when the food did arrive, it was almost cold and the fries were really ridiculous. You get two sauces with the large fries (see photo). If it wasn't so sad I would have laughed. Not recommendable!

It's unbelievable what you can now offer customers here without being sued! The Colonel would turn in his grave if he had to eat here! Even McDonald's is a culinary enrichment compared to this store!

Ordered on the old device, eaten indoors, card payment didn't work, paid at the checkout. Are you taking the food with you? Nope! It took forever to get everything together - a menu! The fries were cold, and when we picked up the tray - oh, you wanted to take the food with you? Before the burger gets even colder, some of the cold fries are eaten. In my opinion, ambience is a matter of taste, just like taste. This KFC branch tastes great! Juicy cooked to perfection and really tasty if you like chicken - something for everyone.

Mega disappointing. We tried seriously. Everyone deserves a second chance, even a fast food restaurant. We went to KFC at Lohmühle for the first time at the opening and were so disappointed that we hadn't been there for 11 years and should have left it at that. The one star is only given for the ordering terminal and the Pepsi. We had crispy chicken. The taste is okay, BUT: They have never been crispy in their existence. Not even shortly after preparation, whenever that may have been before consumption. They were just soggy and only lukewarm. We didn't even have crispy fries, which were only lukewarm and hardly salted. The Majo couldn't tear anything out anymore. For €25 you can at least expect hot food. That is the minimum. Why you prepare 7 portions of fries and keep them warm when there are no guests is certainly one of the open secrets, which is why KfC only serves lukewarm food. We observed this when we left and only 2 guests remained in the restaurant. At peak time, on a Friday around 4:30 p.m., there were 8 guests and 3 employees. So completely relaxed. Why the tables aren't wiped down is a mystery to me. I'm going to go out on a limb and suspect simple listlessness due to a lack of motivation on the part of the employer. Like I said, just a guess. It's amazing that the restaurant has been able to survive for so long.

We were really looking forward to KFC. Unfortunately, apart from the salad, nothing tasted as good as usual, everything was kind of sticky and not very seasoned/tasty.

The 2€ burger is sweet with a small piece of breaded chicken on it, which takes up almost a quarter of the whole thing. So really very cheeky for 2€ we had 3 pieces so not by mistake but standard. It's a shame the store has let up so much that even I, who loved the hotwings, now only prepare them myself.

Better after renovation but where is the heating? It was freezing cold in there. Service could be friendlier.

I can't recommend eating there. The oil is only changed once a week and it tastes that way. The kitchen is actually just cleaned before the health department comes. You regularly get food poisoning from eating. Unfortunately, not just my personal experience but also that of many friends. The store is even less recommended as an employer. The restaurant manager doesn't stick to agreements. Even with a part-time contract you have to work 6 days a week. Even if it was agreed otherwise when signing the contract. If you bring it up it works for a week or two and then it starts all over again. If you ask the restaurant manager too often you'll just be bluffed (the chat is still there). One is threatened with dismissal if he becomes ill.

I've unfortunately had KFC in four countries now, and I can confidently say this KFC is the worst one I've ever visited. You always take risks with fast food. Fast food is terrible for you and almost always terriblly unenjoyable, and should really only be bought as a last resort. However, when you're out of options, KFC can sometimes actually provide surprisingly adequate chicken pieces with real flavor. At least, these have been my previous experiences with the chain. This Lübeck KFC franchise must have the most uncaring and laziest owner of any franchise restaurant I've ever encountered. The firs time I went was so demoralizingly horrible that I swore I would never spend money there again. The chicken pieces were shabby and the restaurant was beyond dirty. I left with a terrible feeling in my stomach, not from the emaciated chicken pieces, but from the fact that I willingly spent 10 euros for the experience. Fast forward 2 years and, after having a wonderful KFC experience in Prag 2 weeks before, I thought I might tickle my curiosity and see if the local Lübeck KFC really was so bad or if had merely exaggerated the situation after repeating my experiences to friends. I foolishly decided to try out the drive-thru, not daring to sit down in the dreck that is the indoor eating area. I was frist surprised to find the menu was at least 3x smaller than the menu in Prag. Not a big issue, it is just different arrangements of chicken after all, but still I was disapointed. I ordered a box and a chicken burger. I received the bag in the drive thru window and drove home. Upon arrival not 3 minutes later, I opened the box to find the soggiest and wimpiest of chicken pieces facing me. The wings had no meat and the 'crispys' were a sickish yellow, not at all like the fat wing, ample with amber orange hue wings found in the Prag franchise. The burger I ordered was simply not included in the order. I wanted to go back and get the burger only to find no receipt had been included in the bag, effectively preventing me from being able to prove i had ordered the burger in the first place. Sad and defeated, I ate my flavorless and soggy chicken bits and pieces. Nice 20€ for the experience. This is the worst restaurant, let alone dining experience in all of Lübeck. Do not come here. The owner is obviously terrible and I hope he/she reads this message and know that Mike Lawrence thinks he/she is awful. Sure they don't care either way and more power to them. Anyway I couldn't recommend this skidmark of a food joint any less. Take your money elsewhere

The food was ok, it took a long time because the colleagues in the kitchen greeted each other first. As an extra I paid €1.99 for cheese sauce but the amount was a joke.

Waren das erste Mal dort. Es war ziemlich kalt, wir mussten die Jacken anlassen. Ich finde die Einrichtung unpersönlich. Die Bedienung war nett. Vom Essen bin ich enttäuscht. Ich hatten ein Wrap mit Hühnchen. Das war so mickrig und hat fade geschmeckt. Die Burger haben nur in der Mitte so einigermaßen geschmeckt. Der Rand war kaum belegt. Die Hähnchenteilchen haben mehr Panade als Huhn.

Terrible service. I wish I had checked the whole order at once and when I got home I was disappointed, they didn't put what I ordered, didn't add potatoes at all (even though I ordered 2). The restaurant staff is rude and unfriendly, the food is not tasty, dogs are not allowed. The most terrible fast food restaurant. It was the first and last time my friends and I ordered something from KFC.

Just been there Chicken Box for €19.99. Completely wobbly, nothing crispy, just lukewarm, fries ice cold and the quantity in the box isn't right either. Was there last time. Guaranteed
