1 star is already too much...we don't have half of it on the menu...I just wanted a small portion...not possible...now I'm going to MC Donald...at least I can get something there...

I ordered via Uber eats and waited 1.5 hours for my order. Half of the order was missing and the other half was cold and inedible. When I asked where the other half of the order was, I was told I had no idea and didn't even offer to have someone deliver it. No credit was offered either. Uber eats just said that you have to clarify this with the supplier. Delivery, food and staff a straight 6, even 1 star is too much.

It's good but the chicken 🐔 is very little and cold, the burgers 🍔 are quite good and the staff is friendly... as a 2 - there is also a McDonalds and a Burger King next door So a lot to choose from...

Nice KFC, nice staff and very clean. Lots of parking spaces are available. The food is delivered to the table by a robot which is nice.

Let's start with the positive, because unfortunately there isn't much to report about it. What was definitely positive was that the ordering terminal worked perfectly. It was also nice that it was decorated for Christmas. The men's toilet seemed quite clean at first glance, although I suspect that this was only a very superficial look, because... The floor was extremely greasy everywhere, but especially in the toilet, which made it very slippery and therefore dangerous. After going to the toilet or washing my hands, I used the hand dryer, which smelled extremely bad. Even my hands still smelled of the smelly air afterwards. I was lucky enough to see an employee cleaning one or half a table. Although I'm not sure if that's really luck. Because not only did the second half of the table probably not deserve to be cleaned, the same cloth was also used for the table and benches. Of course, this cloth wasn't rinsed out in between, let alone changed. Now you might of course think “great, then I’ll get food residue on my clothes”. But in this case there was no danger because the employee first wiped the bench and then half the table... Let's get to food. I had menu 1 which included a burger, fries with mayo and a drink. It was good that the Pepsi was cool but not too cold and there were no annoying pieces of ice. The salad dressing from Heinz was also ok. However, the fries were clearly too soft (but we'll tick this off as a matter of taste in favor of the store) and, above all, not fully fried. Some of the sticks were still raw! They were ok when salted. The burger.... Yes, what can I say about the burger? Since I don't really know much about KFC, I thought I'd get the burger according to the original recipe, because it's kind of like the flagship dish. I felt the meat was reasonably fresh and I liked one of the sauces, so I had a positive impression after the first bite. Unfortunately only at the first... Because on the second bite the next sauce came, which drowned out the first so much and simply didn't taste good, so unfortunately the rest of the burger only tasted like it. Unfortunately, “rest of the burger” is a very exaggerated statement, as the meat was simply too small compared to the bun. Conclusion: Once and never again. I had this thought 20 years ago in another branch. Unfortunately, the impression has not improved to this day

Disorganized and very very slow. It's not possible to grab a small burger in your hand. I had to wait a full 20 minutes for a single burger.

KFC, the name sounded so nice, but what came was really not mine. The fries were cold and uncooked, a feast? No, I didn't hope for that. We really enjoy eating here, it's delicious, everyone is friendly, but we find the prices for "fast food" really exorbitantly expensive these days, €64 for four people for 10 nuggets, 3 normal burger menus and a small milkshake... We'll just do this do it on special occasions

Jooo once and never again! I ordered through Wolt for over €30 and got a small shitty burger, two pieces of chicken and some small fries.

Very disappointed with my visit to KFC yesterday. The food was far from what I expected: the chicken, although hot, was dry and oily, and the burger felt like it was yesterday's news. The overall quality just wasn't good. For the price I expected much more. Also, I ordered a coke and received a warm coke because the machine was apparently broken. When I asked why there was no ice cream or cold cola or why there was no sign of it, I was offered a cold milkshake. I really hope KFC improves the quality because unfortunately this was not a good experience, EVER AGAIN!

The burgers and bits we ordered weren't really warm. You can pour your own drinks, but they weren't cold and the carbonation seemed to be empty. But it was clean and tidy

Tried KFC for the first time today. Once and never again. Order via app. Despite this, it took a good 10 minutes at the drive-in counter until the order was put together. You had the feeling that the gentlemen didn't really know what they were doing... the Pepsi was no longer carbonated... "Crispy" is a joke... everything was mushy, regardless of whether it was Cryspy Bürger, Crispys or Hotwings. .. and the fries were cold, unseasoned and sticky. Once and never again...

Went here just before 10pm on a Saturday evening. The place was almost empty, there were only 7-8 customers. Nevertheless, we had a problem finding a table for two people because ALL the free tables were dirty with leftover food, greasy and sticky. There were also trays with the leftovers on many tables, or the leftover packaging was lying loose on the tables, under them and around them. Finally we had to clean and wipe a table ourselves in order to be able to sit at all. It wasn't until around 11 p.m. that an employee came, just cleaned two neighboring tables and disappeared again.

You can do it, but I wouldn't eat inside the KFC again. The three of us stand at the checkout (it wasn't busy at the moment) and twiddle our thumbs. At least someone would have the tables can deviate. Very dirty. But food was okay.

Typical KFC, little good to say.

KFC gets a chance once a year. Unfortunately, it's always bad. It's difficult to understand employees, counting doesn't work either (instead of 6 pieces only 4 in the bag) unfriendly, unmotivated. Coke without carbonation, fries almost raw. Too expensive for that. There won't be another time!

Well...where's the best place to start? I was at a KFC in Hanover 11 years ago.. had a trauma afterwards and swore I would never eat in a KFC again.. thought to myself now 11 years later I can try it somewhere else.. every store will probably be different. Well, the store itself was very clean. The toilets, however, were a disaster. Broken sinks and an unpleasant smell. The waiting time was quick, but the food was cold.. the fries were okay, as was the corn on the cob.. the rest was inedible and I felt sick after just 1-2 bites.. the pickle tasted like someone had wiped the kitchen with it 😖 the Pepsi It wasn't cold and tasted like it came from a bottle from which the carbon dioxide had been shaken out and then left in the sun for 3 days. I feel really sick and I got diarrhea less than half an hour later 😅 Staff was well looked after but very unmotivated.

The store was empty, but orders still took forever. So it took a really long time and there were no large orders. The "motivated" employees chased us away from our seats because "they were already cleaning there" and we should sit somewhere else. There were no milkshakes because the machine was broken. Ok... No problem at first, it happens. However, we were given two cookies as a replacement, shortly before the end of the best before date. You probably wanted to get rid of them quickly anyway. The whole thing was below the value of the goods. The cookies were also given to random people so I didn't get anything at first. With my payment receipt and asking where my shake was, I was told that he had given my cookies to someone and that I should get them from them. I have never experienced anything so cheeky as a customer! The employee is not at all able to have customer contact and generally seems very dubious. Unfortunately, I only saw later that the cookies were worth 0.5 milkshakes. With all the frustration, I first ran over to the King... Conclusion: I will definitely not go there again. I've never experienced anything so cheeky with some of the cheaper competitors!

For a fast food restaurant it's ok

I don't know where to start...let's start in the order of evaluation: Food: We had the voucher 300dr Ordered €23.99 -2x Zinger Burgers -4 Cispies -4 Hot Wings -2x large fries -2x drinks (Pepsi) 0.5L The burgers tasted just like a long chicken from Burger King, neither good nor bad. The hot wings looked like they already had a digestive system and you can't call these unsalted, flavorless frozen potatoes fries. So when it comes to drinks, we would have been better served with a Freeway Cola from Lidl next door. No carbonation, lukewarm and no taste. I ended up throwing away the Pepsi. I liked the Indian accent a bit during the service, hence 2 stars. Unfortunately I can't say much about the ambience since we only use the drive-in. We noticed that there were no customers there and now we know why :)

Yesterday we made a quick stop at this KFC with the family because we wanted to go quickly. In the end it was a 50 minute wait!!!! after ordering on the display, no indication that it would take longer or even an apology and a few completely overwhelmed employees. The result: good chicken, but extremely limp fries. This store is anything but running smoothly and the owner doesn't give a shit about the customers. Not to mention the overpriced price level. This borders on fraud because it is so far from the customer promise.

Fries were cold and soft Burger was too spicy

“It’s okay” really hits the mark here. All other fast food chains have free WiFi, KFC doesn't. Toilets were really nice and clean. I thought the coleslaw was chilled almost a little too well, it seemed like it had just been taken from the frozen food and there was no dip for the chicken pieces, which irritated me. I imagine it was different, but I could be wrong. All in all it's "okay" but there's a reason why it's packed at BK and MCD and not here.

I haven't eaten there for a long time because it wasn't good back then. This time I wanted to try it again. Fries almost undercooked and almost undercooked. Nuggets very good, wrap also good. We still had to get a lot of extras on our receipt. I will avoid this fast food restaurant again.

Unfortunately it wasn't tasty at all, something was different. You're really in the mood for two things and of all things, both of them don't exist. No shake and no sweet and sour sauce.

The worst KFC I've ever been to. Eig Mekke's cliché ice cream machine was defective, the first time there it felt like there were no ingredients for anything. The employees seem listless. There are no right answers to questions or you have to pull them out of your mouth. There are no children's toys, I pay for them, but you don't get anything. You also have to wait a long time to eat, I'm not used to anything from KFC. At 2 out of 2 try cruel there. Never again.

some if you may ask why i’ve rated this restaurant as bad as i did. matter of fact i would even rate it worse if i could, however i’ll make the effort to explain my opinion for everyone to follow. first of all, the service was horrible, the worker who i was paying at, couldn’t even do his own job, he asked his partner almost 10 times how to operate a cash register and couldn’t do it on his own anyway, second the “manager” was extremely rude and wouldn’t tell his customers nicely that they’re supposed to get their food temselves, and last and most important part of my opinion was the food itself, it was dry and just disgusting. i ordered mashed potatoes and hot wings, and the quality has decreased drastically. i’ve literally never eaten such disgusting and bland food in my life. i’m sorry, but i’m never eating there ever again. hope y’all don’t make the same mistake.

Unqualified personnel. Instead of small Cola, large ones were taken away. Milkshake also just taken off. After asking twice, they said there would be no milkshake today because the machine was supposedly broken. We then got the money back. Tables, chairs, benches are all smeared with oil, there are crumbs from previous guests on the tables and floor everywhere, dirt smeared everywhere, massive dirt residue in every corner. Food is not freshly prepared, just kept warm. Quality poor. Sanitary areas dirty and dirty.

I felt very sick after eating the food in the restaurant. The food is kept warm. The fries were already curling after 2 minutes. The whole restaurant is covered in grease. Best shop in Lübeck Really nice employees

The food is of the usual good KFC quality. What makes this branch special is the courteous service (I remember Emile, among others, who was friendly to every customer during my visit and was able to give good recommendations about the products, despite the high volume of people). The atmosphere in the branch also gets 5 stars from me because it stands out positively due to the modern and always clean furnishings.

This Kfc is in the middle range when it comes to food and surroundings, but the best thing is the service staff who look after the guests with a lot of humor and excellent service. Emile in front service combines the good qualities of an employee and can serve as a role model for everyone in the catering industry.
