Very loud and, compared to McDonald's and Burger King, the food was poor. Our self-service order was forgotten twice.

Tables and shop very dirty, staff quite slow and prices not exactly cheap.

Waited 40 minutes for the food! The entire store was packed (on September 14, 2025 at 7 p.m.) and only one employee was on site. She handled all the orders single-handedly as quickly as she could, answered customer questions calmly, and kept her cool. KFC should be ashamed of your staffing so poorly that she had to stand there alone. The employee who was working at that time deserves a promotion. I've rarely seen so much hard work and calm from someone who had to manage a full store on her own. 5 stars go to her alone.

The employees seem to shake hands with their friends in the shop and then go off to prepare the burgers without disinfection or anything else. The atmosphere seems very cold and lifeless, and the employees seem overwhelmed.

I ordered the Super Deal Budget twice today at the drive-thru counter. When I got home, I noticed that two bags of fries were missing. Unfortunately, this exact thing has happened to me before. It was stupid of me not to check the contents of the bag right away. It won't happen again.

I went to KFC for the first time in a long time. I didn't realize you had to wait almost half an hour for fries. 😡😡😡😡😡. I ate everything and waited for the fries. The chicken pieces were solid—exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The burger wasn't a standout, but let's be honest: There are better places for burgers. What was absolutely terrible, however, was the toilet. The urinal was overflowing, and the entire area seemed neglected. An unpleasant smell and visible dirt made the visit a bit of an adventure—unfortunately, not in a good way. Hygiene needs to be taken more seriously here. Conclusion: Okay for chicken, but next time, I'd better use the restroom somewhere else first.

Second time I've been there, and the second time I waited so long (as the only car) at the drive-thru that I had to leave... I thought KFC was fast food? Waiting 20 minutes without a line before my order is even taken isn't it :| I really, really want to go to this KFC, but somehow they don't seem to want me there.

Very unfriendly and incompetent employee, cannot deal with complaints, becomes grumpy, tables not clean, crumbs and grease stains everywhere, employee is not interested, table is not wiped, today the music is much too loud. Sign outside that card payments do not work. Then to the machine. Back again. Card payments work. Money wasted on withdrawing money from a different bank. The employee does not care either. We sat there for more than 15 minutes and did not even get our drinks. The only thing the employee could think of to say grumpily is: What do you want from me, money back. I said I expected customer-oriented behavior, that my daughter would be happy to come back. Nothing came, only the food eventually. Then there was a mix-up: the chili cheese and the Chrispy cheese had been swapped in the packaging.

I recently ate at a KFC restaurant in Lübeck and was absolutely thrilled! The food not only tasted excellent, but was also beautifully presented and freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire restaurant – everything was very well-maintained, from the dining area to the restrooms. The service was also friendly and attentive. An all-around great experience – I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Lübeck!

Absolute disaster. All the tables were incredibly dirty, everything was sticky, and there were fries all over the floor. Even when asked, the tables weren't cleaned. If the customer service area looks like this, I don't want to see the kitchen. The health department will be informed.

A really dirty place. The floors are wet everywhere, I have no idea why. We got here early at 11:30 a.m. and the toilets were unbelievably dirty, the fittings disgusting, as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The food was cold, the burgers were a joke, a strip of meat, the rest just bread with lots of sauce to make the bread go down 🤣 unbelievable.

I'm from New Zealand and have not tried KFC overseas before and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was huge with alot of room. Super clean unlike New Zealand and the staff were really polite. We had the Korean chicken burgers which were tasty but the Korean wings were so tasty and crispy we had to go back for more. The kids had the nuggets meal and to our suprise the chicken was unprocessed and easy to eat for Mr 4 and Ms 2. Overall best fast food we have had in our year here in Germany

So, I ate at KFC in Lübeck for the first time. And I was taken aback by how dirty and shabby the atmosphere was. There are eaten bones on the floor. It's so dirty, dusty, and smelly! Sorry, once, but definitely never again! The public order office has been informed!

Modern and clean KFC with friendly staff. It's a shame that the food isn't freshly prepared, but comes from a warming station - you can taste it. The fries in particular were almost inedible after 1-2 minutes. Otherwise very tasty and lots of potential. I would rather wait 2-3 minutes longer and get freshly prepared hot food. There is potential that should now be leveraged and not wasted.

Wow, great service!!! Initially ordered through Wolt, after almost 2.5 hours there was still no order, we had a discussion with support that cancellation was supposedly no longer possible, etc., which is total nonsense. We were constantly being held up, the order hadn't been prepared yet, we didn't know why, etc. After we canceled it, we went there ourselves and ordered on the spot and immediately asked whether the order had been placed here via Wolt and heard the right reasons - yes, the order was placed and was already finished and ready for delivery a long time ago, but the delivery person apparently didn't want to do his work, bullied him and even got violent, which is why the police were there was. We also reported to them that we were the orderers and that we canceled the order and delivery is no longer necessary. End of story - my €30 menu wasn't charged and I got double the portion! And that even though they weren't even to blame for the delay. Great customer service!!! Gladly again! ❤️

No proper speech at the counter, conversations were only conducted in 3 word sentences. The music was deafeningly loud and a kind of anti-social gangster rap. You can hardly understand the numbers being called, let alone want to eat because of the noise. Once and never again.

Absolute service desert. Food ordered for 6 p.m. is not delivered. At 6:45 p.m. I have to make my way to the restaurant because the phone only goes to voicemail. When I got there I was treated very unfriendly (among other things, I was addressed as brother) and there was not a bit of understanding from the staff. So I go home empty-handed, but at least I have the assurance that my food will be delivered straight away. FUN FACT: It's now approaching 7:30 p.m. and my food is still not here. KFC saw me for the last time today and I've already written an email to the head office! Addendum: The food came shortly after half past six and to be fair - the food was warm and tasted good. BUT: A dip had burst and the entire contents of the bag were smeared... the fact that half (!) of the burgers were delivered incorrectly didn't really matter at that point.

Ordered something from the Drive Inn today. 1. There shouldn't be a dip with the menu that includes different chicken parts....!!???? Why? 2. the fries were completely over salted! And the chicken parts were totally over-seasoned and almost charred! There was also a part where you didn't know whether it should be a whole half chicken. For over 20 euros, it's a disgrace! We won't be ordering anything there anymore!!

I ordered via Uber eats and waited 1.5 hours for my order. Half of the order was missing and the other half was cold and inedible. When I asked where the other half of the order was, I was told I had no idea and didn't even offer to have someone deliver it. No credit was offered either. Uber eats just said that you have to clarify this with the supplier. Delivery, food and staff a straight 6, even 1 star is too much.

Let's start with the positive, because unfortunately there isn't much to report about it. What was definitely positive was that the ordering terminal worked perfectly. It was also nice that it was decorated for Christmas. The men's toilet seemed quite clean at first glance, although I suspect that this was only a very superficial look, because... The floor was extremely greasy everywhere, but especially in the toilet, which made it very slippery and therefore dangerous. After going to the toilet or washing my hands, I used the hand dryer, which smelled extremely bad. Even my hands still smelled of the smelly air afterwards. I was lucky enough to see an employee cleaning one or half a table. Although I'm not sure if that's really luck. Because not only did the second half of the table probably not deserve to be cleaned, the same cloth was also used for the table and benches. Of course, this cloth wasn't rinsed out in between, let alone changed. Now you might of course think “great, then I’ll get food residue on my clothes”. But in this case there was no danger because the employee first wiped the bench and then half the table... Let's get to food. I had menu 1 which included a burger, fries with mayo and a drink. It was good that the Pepsi was cool but not too cold and there were no annoying pieces of ice. The salad dressing from Heinz was also ok. However, the fries were clearly too soft (but we'll tick this off as a matter of taste in favor of the store) and, above all, not fully fried. Some of the sticks were still raw! They were ok when salted. The burger.... Yes, what can I say about the burger? Since I don't really know much about KFC, I thought I'd get the burger according to the original recipe, because it's kind of like the flagship dish. We really enjoy eating here, it's delicious, everyone is friendly, but we find the prices for "fast food" really exorbitantly expensive these days, €64 for four people for 10 nuggets, 3 normal burger menus and a small milkshake... We'll just do this do it on special occasions
