Der schlechteste Ort zum Essen. In der Nähe gibt es einen McDonald's oder Burger King, da geht man besser hin.

Absolut schlecht !!! Man bezahlt eine Menge Geld und es wird einfach nicht alles eingepackt … es wird einfach ein ganzes Menü weg gelassen und in einer Tüte befand sich ein kleines chicken Teil ! Klar man hätte es vor Ort überprüfen können aber man geht doch nicht davon aus das diese Mitarbeiter ein ganzes Menü weg lassen und dann auch noch bescheißen und nur ein kleines chicken Ding in die Tüte tun … aber alles schön in eine große to go Tragetasche packen damit es ja nicht auffällt…

Der laden gehört dauerhaft geschlossen sehr dreckig und mega unfreundlich Personal und es sehr miserabel

KFC immer geil, ist ja auch überall das gleiche. Zwar teurer aber schmeckt. In der Lübecker Filiale muss nur DRINGEND an der Hygiene der Toiletten gearbeitet werden. Entweder sind Dinge kaputt oder nicht begehbar. Ansonsten immer gute Mitarbeiter.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von KFC wir haben für 50 € Sachen bestellt. Pommes ist vergessen Ketchup Mayo ist vergessen Portion ist sehr klein also überhaupt nicht so empfehlen und Essen schmeckt nach Müll.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch bei KFC. Ich habe zwei Menüs zum Mitnehmen bestellt, jeweils bestehend aus Pommes, einem Getränk und einem Burger. Beim Abholen habe ich nicht jedes Detail kontrolliert, da ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass die Bestellung korrekt ist. Zu Hause angekommen musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass nur ein einziges Menü in der Tüte war . Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass so etwas leider nicht zum ersten Mal passiert ist. In der Vergangenheit habe ich zu einem Menü einen Cookie dazu bestellt, der einfach nicht mitgegeben wurde, weil er offenbar nicht auf Lager war. Eine Information darüber oder eine Rückerstattung habe ich damals ebenfalls nicht erhalten. Da es sich jetzt um ein ganzen Menü handelt bin ich schon ein wenig sauer drum . Ich erwarte bei einer Bestellung, dass man entweder vollständige Bestellungen ausgibt oder zumindest transparent kommuniziert, wenn etwas fehlt, und entsprechende Lösungen anbietet. So fühlt man sich als Kunde leider nicht ernst genommen. Sehr schade, denn das Essen an sich wäre echt in Ordnung gewesen – der Service macht es jedoch zunichte.

Essen 18€ bei KFC - Parkticket 30€ bei Park & Control. Bitte sorgt für Abschaffung dieser Abzocke. Ortsunkundig, bei Dunkelheit, helle Werbelichter die alles überstrahlen, und darum die dummen Schilder wg. Parkscheibe nicht gesehen, die irgendwo herumstehen. Woanders geht das mit Kameraerkennung oder Schranke mit Ticket, und Bezahlung am Automaten und Erstattung mit Einkaufsbon. Mir ist klar, dass KFC "nur" Mieter / Pächter auf dem Gelände ist. Dennoch bin ich vom Gebahren der Park & Control betroffen, und nur die Mieter-/Pächter-Gemeinschaft kann erwirken, dass das zukünftig kundenfreundlich geregelt wird.

Wirklich bei weiten der dreckigste KFC. Toiletten sind boden los. 3 von 4 Terminals ohne Funktion, Personal süver überfordert weil auch mit Drive wirklich viele Bestellungen in Zubereitung waren. Alleine das Bezahlen hat 15 min plus extreme Wartezeot auf das Essen. Fast Food ist was anderes

Hygienisch absolut widerlich. Schmutzige Toiletten, klebrige Tische und Fußboden. Beide double crispy hatten nur ein chicken Teil. Dadurch war die Hälfte des Buns nur mit Soße "belegt".

Immer nichts los. Im Drive oder am Schalter drinnen versteht man kaum. Man muss die Bestellung kontrollieren. Viel nicht verfügbar was erst nach der Bezahlung genannt wird. Burger und Nuggets sind klein, matschig und kalt. Dafür ist es sehr teuer im vergleich zu den „Nachbarn“ Am besten schließen und Ressourcen sparen. Vermisst niemand

I don't understand how they can assemble burgers so poorly when the place is completely empty. There was absolutely no rush, yet the burgers looked like they'd been thrown onto the buns from two meters away. The topping (chicken) was also far from satisfactory. For the price and with so few customers, I expect significantly more care!

After a trip to Lübeck, we stopped here for a quick bite. Our first impression was very positive: everything was clean and tidy, making us feel right at home. The two serving robots were particularly noticeable and would have been a nice touch – unfortunately, they were both out of order, which was a bit of a shame. One downside was the relatively long wait for our food, even though the place was practically empty. That could definitely be improved. However, once the food arrived, we were satisfied: it was tasty and freshly prepared. The staff was also friendly and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable overall. All in all, a solid stop for a meal, with some minor room for improvement in the service.

Delivery time was repeatedly adjusted, and in the end? It wasn't delivered at all!

I was here today for the Dragon Ball special. If I'm going to advertise, I need to make sure I have enough promotional material. Especially since the promotion has only just started, it's a real shame... You can choose iced tea, but there isn't any. The table wasn't clean, as usual. When we asked, they cleaned it, but of course, only our table; the other tables were ignored.

I went to the drive-thru. After I mentioned the bucket, there was a minute of silence. Then they said they had to find it first. Why, when it's the exact bucket they're advertising so heavily?! It's a strange feeling that they don't know the current products. I waited a very long time at the window; the woman was nice but unfortunately overwhelmed. She didn't understand the person behind me either. I was stupid enough not to check the order and not to get a receipt. The two super expensive individual burgers were completely missing, and the balls that go with them were missing from the bucket. Very annoying. I tried to call, but the number is disconnected. I paid almost €45 in expensive lessons. That's already way too much for some thickly breaded chicken, and then half of it was missing. Edit: 30 minutes after eating, two out of three people are still stuck in the bathroom; the third one didn't get anything to eat. Crazy...

The food is completely overpriced, but finding only half of your order in your takeaway bag, and being too naive to check it upon pickup because you trusted the staff, is absolutely outrageous. Two zinger burgers and the cheese balls that come with the Dragon Balls Bucket were missing. Thanks.

I'd give zero stars if I could... after we ordered the food and paid an employee, he informed us that several items were unavailable... after some discussion, we were told to choose other things. When we got home, we realized half of our order was missing! That was the last time!!!!

Simply awful. The service, and especially the argumentative staff, are unacceptable. I've rarely seen such rude employees. When will the head office finally check up on this?

The place was great otherwise, but today it was a disaster. The cheese sauce cost €2.49, but it only covered the bottom of the plate. Something was missing from the food after some arguing. We finally got it, but it was a complete catastrophe! You're better off going somewhere else!

I've been standing in the restaurant for over half an hour and nothing is moving forward. Customers are complaining about the wrong food and that it's cold. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally received my food in a bag, even though I ordered it to eat in. The staff doesn't seem to be properly trained, as they appeared overwhelmed with just a few customers.

I got ripped off. I ordered a milkshake and they didn't have it. What do I get instead? A cookie and a cup.

There were three of us today. We ordered two burger meals and one kids' meal, each with a drink – one of which included an extra charge for a milkshake, but after paying, we discovered they were out of them. The four chicken pieces in the kids' meal were two regular-sized and two mini-sized. They were all in the same cardboard tray as the two crispy toppings from the burger meal – which weren't even close to crispy, but rather soggy and tasted like old grease. One of the burgers consisted of a dried-out top patty and half a piece of chicken. Okay, the burgers aren't particularly large. But then not even half the meat? The fries were soggy, shiny with moisture, and some weren't even cooked through. I complained about the fries, and they immediately "fixed" them – but it was the same result. A complete disappointment. So far, one person has had their food sent back twice. It's unbelievable this place is still open.

First of all, we had a really hard time understanding the employee at the drive-thru. On top of that, the employee then tried to confiscate our empty bottles!!! They were in the car, and he craned his neck to look inside and asked, "Is that can empty?" We replied, "Yes, why?" Then he said, "Give it here, give it here." Confused, we handed him the can, thinking maybe it would be deducted from the final price. But no. We still don't know why he confiscated them, haha. Then, all of a sudden, a creepy guy was at our window in the parking lot, knocking and demanding money 😭

Great place, great facilities, terrible food – probably the worst KFC I know. Nothing has changed in the last three years. Thanks for wasting my money. I'll send you the bill for the toilet bowl.

I was hungry, so I stopped there. The order process on the screen was confusing and confusing. There were only two employees, and they were very stressed. My food was ready. My bacon and cheese fries were lukewarm, and there was no sign of any cheese. My burger was missing bacon and cheese. Very disappointing. Then there were the tables, which were still dirty and hadn't been cleaned—not a good sign for KFC.

Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment! The fries were soft and the burger was bland and dry. The chicken itself was also only averagely tasty. Sorry, there are better KFCs.

The new fries at KFC are catastrophic

It started at the drive-thru when, despite repeatedly listing the things we wanted, everything was misunderstood. (Cheese Bacon Burger in the menu, Double Cheese Burger in the menu, and one Cheese Bite). When we got to the payment window, we were surprised by the price (€20). It turned out that we only got one menu. My boyfriend complained, of course, and asked what about the other menu. The lady looked at him in shock and knew nothing about a second menu. So we paid again. We asked her for the receipt several times, but our request was always ignored. After we were given the second menu, we only had half a Fanta, and an employee handed us the bag without a word. When we got home, we realized that we had actually ordered Cheese Bites or Filet Bites. The entire meal was lukewarm, and some of it was completely poorly topped. We understand that mistakes can happen; we're not all machines, but we could certainly show more empathy and friendliness. For me, this was the last visit, because I haven't experienced anything so unprofessional in a long time.

I never knew KFC could make such bad food. First, it took about a quarter of an hour to cook. The employee in charge disappeared to talk to his colleagues. This was evident in the temperature and quality of the food. The fries were almost cold and extremely soggy; despite the cheese sauce and bacon, there was no flavor. The burger was prepared rather carelessly, and the employee in charge dropped everything onto the tray without enthusiasm. The coleslaw was so cold it gave you brain freeze. KFC, this visit was truly awful!

We ordered food for just under €60, and even though we got what we ordered, it was a joke... We waited 1.5 hours for the food, the fries were cold and soggy, the burger wasn't even half-topped and then only with ketchup, and the 6 fillet nuggets... well, look at the picture. Even that little bit of stuffing could be considered a whole nugget... The only thing that was really okay were the hot wings. They were just as you'd imagine. But for the price, we definitely expected more, and it was the last time we ordered or ate there. You could spend that money somewhere much tastier...

Ordered food from Lieferando, nothing arrived, but it shows that it was delivered. Unreachable by phone, never again KFC, thanks for nothing.

Simply an unfriendly store! I've ordered twice already, and neither of them received what I actually ordered. The promised delivery time was missed, and the phone number listed online doesn't work. Never again!!! You pay extra and only get half the price, and you can't even reach customer service by phone. It's a shame, I'm extremely disappointed.

I don't know if it was just a trend or if the hype around KFC is over, but I have to say: It's not worth it! At the KFC in Lübeck where I was, it was practically dead, nothing really going on, only 2 or 3 employees in the kitchen and behind the counter, and they seemed a bit down. A lot of confusion with orders, and some things were brought out "afterward" or upon request. The door to the outside (even though it was a nice day today) was locked, so you could only eat inside. The food itself, unfortunately, was just "meh"! The chicken itself was good. Juicy. And tasty, too, the fries. Well, they were well-seasoned and you could call them fries, not like at McDonald's. The burger I had was also okay; it was only room temperature, but the flavor was okay. All in all, it felt like it had been prepared an hour ago and kept warm, even though it was freshly made. Still, I'll be honest, for just under €16 for a "Bucket for One XL," it seemed very, very cheap. My conclusion for everyone: You can do it when you're out and about with your wife, kids, and family. But if you really want to eat something good, there are better restaurants nearby, or even better... shop for €16 and cook it yourself. You can also do it with kids and family.

Long wait, unfriendly and moody staff, order was simply deleted after 20 minutes! After asking and irritated staff, the order was served. Burgers were cold! Overall, not a pleasant experience! I've had much better experiences at other KFCs!

Super tasty burgers at a reasonable price

Waited 40 minutes for the food! The entire store was packed (on September 14, 2025 at 7 p.m.) and only one employee was on site. She handled all the orders single-handedly as quickly as she could, answered customer questions calmly, and kept her cool. KFC should be ashamed of your staffing so poorly that she had to stand there alone. The employee who was working at that time deserves a promotion. I've rarely seen so much hard work and calm from someone who had to manage a full store on her own. 5 stars go to her alone.

The food is known to be delicious, but unfortunately, it seems as if the hygiene measures aren't being followed. The employees seem to shake hands with their friends in the shop and then go off to prepare the burgers without disinfection or anything else. The atmosphere seems very cold and lifeless, and the employees seem overwhelmed.

I ordered the Super Deal Budget twice today at the drive-thru counter. When I got home, I noticed that two bags of fries were missing. Unfortunately, this exact thing has happened to me before. It was stupid of me not to check the contents of the bag right away. It won't happen again.

That was the last time! The food was okay, but you were ignored for 15 minutes at the counter. Then, no hello, just a cheeky "here you go." The tables, seats, drinks station, toilets, and outside area were completely dirty and filthy...completely understaffed and overwhelmed.

I went to KFC for the first time in a long time. I didn't realize you had to wait almost half an hour for fries. 😡😡😡😡😡. I ate everything and waited for the fries. When I asked, the answer was: "We're working on it." Respect 👍 🤣The burgers are very dry. The taste was not good at all. A shame... I'll never go to KFC again.

The chicken pieces were solid—exactly what you'd expect from KFC. The burger wasn't a standout, but let's be honest: There are better places for burgers. What was absolutely terrible, however, was the toilet. The urinal was overflowing, and the entire area seemed neglected. An unpleasant smell and visible dirt made the visit a bit of an adventure—unfortunately, not in a good way. Hygiene needs to be taken more seriously here. Conclusion: Okay for chicken, but next time, I'd better use the restroom somewhere else first.

Second time I've been there, and the second time I waited so long (as the only car) at the drive-thru that I had to leave... I thought KFC was fast food? Waiting 20 minutes without a line before my order is even taken isn't it :| I really, really want to go to this KFC, but somehow they don't seem to want me there.

As always, and in all the branches I know: great. And everywhere: very small tables.

Very unfriendly and incompetent employee, cannot deal with complaints, becomes grumpy, tables not clean, crumbs and grease stains everywhere, employee is not interested, table is not wiped, today the music is much too loud. Sign outside that card payments do not work. Then to the machine. Back again. Card payments work. Money wasted on withdrawing money from a different bank. The employee does not care either. We sat there for more than 15 minutes and did not even get our drinks. The only thing the employee could think of to say grumpily is: What do you want from me, money back. I said I expected customer-oriented behavior, that my daughter would be happy to come back. Nothing came, only the food eventually. Then there was a mix-up: the chili cheese and the Chrispy cheese had been swapped in the packaging.

I recently ate at a KFC restaurant in Lübeck and was absolutely thrilled! The food not only tasted excellent, but was also beautifully presented and freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire restaurant – everything was very well-maintained, from the dining area to the restrooms. The service was also friendly and attentive. An all-around great experience – I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Lübeck!

Absolute disaster. All the tables were incredibly dirty, everything was sticky, and there were fries all over the floor. Even when asked, the tables weren't cleaned. If the customer service area looks like this, I don't want to see the kitchen. The health department will be informed.

A really dirty place. The floors are wet everywhere, I have no idea why. We got here early at 11:30 a.m. and the toilets were unbelievably dirty, the fittings disgusting, as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. The food was cold, the burgers were a joke, a strip of meat, the rest just bread with lots of sauce to make the bread go down 🤣 unbelievable.

I'm from New Zealand and have not tried KFC overseas before and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was huge with alot of room. Super clean unlike New Zealand and the staff were really polite. We had the Korean chicken burgers which were tasty but the Korean wings were so tasty and crispy we had to go back for more. The kids had the nuggets meal and to our suprise the chicken was unprocessed and easy to eat for Mr 4 and Ms 2. Overall best fast food we have had in our year here in Germany

So, I ate at KFC in Lübeck for the first time. And I was taken aback by how dirty and shabby the atmosphere was. There are eaten bones on the floor. It's so dirty, dusty, and smelly! Sorry, once, but definitely never again! The public order office has been informed!
