Mein erstes Mal in diesem Kochlöffel. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Hatte auch Fragen zu Inhaltsstoffen wegen Allergie und sie waren auch dort sehr zuvorkommend und haben nachgeschaut, haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Currywurst Pommes auf keinen Fall den Preis wert. Pommes latschig, Currywurst totgebraten. Brauch ich kein 2tes Mal.

Jedes Mal frisch und super lecker 🥰 Das Personal macht das Essen mit Leidenschaft und sitzt nicht einfach *die Zeit * ab . Ich bestelle gerne online und esse auch gerne vor Ort . Die Burger sind nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Restaurants , da sie einfach viel besser schmecken . Pommes Mega gut gewürzt und Hähnchen genau so . Liebe Grüße der Mann mit dem Hut 🫶

Das Kochlöffel in Lübeck überzeugt mit einer gelungenen Kombination aus schmackhaftem Essen, freundlichem Service und erschwinglichen Preisen. Die Speisen sind qualitativ hochwertig und lecker, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Besonders angenehm ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die Preise sind weder teuer noch besonders günstig, sondern absolut fair. Die Mitarbeiter im Kochlöffel sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Besuch noch angenehmer macht. Außerdem bietet das Restaurant reichlich Platz, sodass man auch zu Stoßzeiten in der Regel problemlos einen Sitzplatz findet. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Ort für eine gute Mahlzeit in entspannter Atmosphäre.

Update 03.2026 Wenn Lübeck dann auch Kochlöffel. Super nettes Team, geile Burger und mein Hund darf mit rein. Danke Kochlöffel wie ich ihn liebe. Supernettes Team. Mein Lieblingskochlöffel. Leider haben wir keinen in Berlin, aber ich bin ja oft genug in Ostholstein.

Schlimm. Essen unterste Schublade. So schlecht habe ich lange nicht mehr gegessen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter schienen überfordert, obwohl nichts!! los war. Das einzig Positive: das Waschbecken im Essbereich. Kurz mal das Fett von den Fingernägel gewaschen, anstatt es nur in die Servietten zu schmieren.

Hübscher kleiner Fastfoodladen mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Bestellung ging schnell und hat gut geklappt, das Essen war lecker. Es gibt keine riesige Auswahl, besonders für vegetarisches Essen. Aber die Klassiker schmecken gut. Durch den sehr kalten Winter waren leider die Wasserrohre eingefroren, so dass die Toilette außer Betrieb war, worauf die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich hingewiesen haben.

Essen guter deutscher Imbissklassiker. Ware und Tresen sind sauber. Das ist das Wichtigste. Halbe Hähnchen, Currywurst, paar Burger dafür ist Kochlöffel bekannt als deutsche Alternative zu den Amiburgerketten. Punktabzug nur für das oft langweilige Kantinendesign. Keine Aufsteller oder Aktionswerbung auf den Tischen, dafür günstige Preise und ein Waschbecken im Gastraum zum Hände waschen. Die Mitarbeiter rocken den Kochlöffel. Gute vier Sterne sind verdient, Luft nach oben ist immer...aber Kochlöffel steht für rustikale, deutsche Imbissküche und bietet noch reichlich Sitzplätze.

Am 17.01.2026 haben wir unser Essen wie auf dem Foto bestellt und waren sehr enttäuscht. Bei der Bestellung vor Ort haben wir ausdrücklich gefragt, ob die Soßen (Mayonnaise und Ketchup) extra bzw. separat serviert werden. Ein Kassierer hat dies mit „Ja“ bestätigt und zugesichert, dass die Soßen in einer separaten Box und nicht direkt auf den Pommes serviert werden. Tatsächlich haben wir jedoch etwas völlig Gegenteiliges erhalten, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Zudem waren die Chicken Wings verbrannt und ungenießbar. Eine große Enttäuschung. Es gibt gar keine nächste Bestellung.

Waren gestern gegen 17 Uhr das erste Mal in diesem Kochlöffel und ich muss echt sagen wow..... Wow was war das denn? Wir kamen in den Laden und mussten gleich feststellen das die beiden Mitarbeiter mit Kunden über andere Kunden abgelästert haben der sich angeblich beschwert hat, fing ja gut an haben wir uns gedacht. So sollte es auch weiter gehen die Mitarbeiterin kam und nahm unsere Bestellung auf hat zwischendurch mit ihrem Kollegen der die Burger machte weiter geredet, sehr unhöflich!! Best Chicken für 6,60€ war schon ein heftiger Preis aber egal wir mögen Kochlöffel Burger. Haben uns dann einen Platz ausgesucht wo wir dann feststellen mussten das der Tisch wackelt, ist ja weiter noch nicht so schlimm , aber bei weiterem hinschauen wurde uns dann ganz anders. Die Wände kaputt die Bilder schmierig von Fett-Finger und das nicht seid heute, der Boden, die Tische nur voller Dreck. Der Reste Wagen völlig überfüllt und ich muss dazu sagen das da nicht viel los war. Dann waren unsere Burger endlich fertig nach 15 Minuten und dann setzte es noch den I Punkt drauf, Best Chicken lieblos zusammen geklatscht, die Käsescheibe hing aussen am Brötchen das Fleisch trifte vor Fett, ganz ganz schlimm. Und ich muss sagen dafür das die Burger frisch zubereitet wurden waren sie wirklich fast kalt, lag wohl an den immer wiederkehrenden lauten gerede unter den beiden Mitarbeitern was ja auch der halbe Laden mitbekommen hat. Ging dann noch auf die Toilette und siehe da es war sauberer als im Laden. Vielleicht sollten die Mitarbeiter Mal ihr ganzes gerede auf die Pause verlagern und nebenbei Mal putzen. Sowas von enttäuscht waren wir lange nicht mehr und am Ende sagen wir trotzdem höflich tschüss wie es sich gehört und von der Mitarbeiterin kam ein plumpes leises Tschüss, das erwog mich dann auch diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Das ist mit Abstand der schlechteste und unsauberste Kochlöffel in dem ich je saß!!! Den Laden kann ich absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich würd am liebsten null Sterne geben. Die blonde ältere Mitarbeiterin ist enorm unfreundlich und der Laden ist wirklich dreckig…

Mein persönliches Eindruck ist ernüchternd.Die Einrichtung hat sich seither Eröffnung nicht grundlegend geändert und der Kochlöffel war einer der ersten mit in Deutschland daher reden wir von einigen jahrzehnten....😱😱😱😱 Von atmosphäre kann man hier nicht sprechen, wenn man sein essen dort verzehrt. Das Essen war ok aber in allen anderen ist viel luft nach oben

Das Brathähnchen war hervorragend. Genauso wie die Pommes. Das Lokal selbst wirkt billig und hat keinerlei Charme. Die Atmosphäre ist eher durchschnittlich, aber im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Lokalen akzeptabel. Die Preise mancher Gerichte könnten etwas niedriger sein. Die Toilette ist über eine ziemlich lange Treppe zu erreichen. Ich vermute, dass das Besteck aus Holz von der EU stammt.

Ich habe noch nie etwas Schlimmeres gegessen.

Leider hatte ich Haare in meinem Essen. Außerdem war es sehr unangenehm, dass zwei betrunkene Personen im Restaurant rumgepöbelt haben und das Personal dazu nichts gesagt hat.

Essen war gut allerdings war der Boden extrem rutschig.

Schmeckt gut und nette Bedienung.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht, das ist ein cooler und preiswerter Schnellimbiss. Ich hatte Pommes und Chicken Bites für nur 3 Euro im Angebot. Die Pommes waren super, erinnerten mich an die guten alten McDonald's-Pommes von früher. Würde ich definitiv wieder bestellen, auch ohne Angebot. Und der Service war schnell und freundlich.

Ich bin nicht der große Imbissfreak - aber Kochlöffel ist der einzige, mir bekannte, Imbiss in dem es holländische Kroketten mit einer fleischhaltigen Ragout-Füllung gibt. Diese obskuren holländischen Fleischbrätteile bei denen der Fettstand in der Friteuse sofort um 7 cm sinkt - weil diese "Dinger" scheinbar Fett und Materie um sich herum ansaugen. Kurz - ich liebe sie und komme mir sofort vor wie einer der "New Kids" der im „t Pleintje“ einkehrt. So lange Kochlöffel holländische Kroketten auf der Karte hat werde ich dort definitiv regelmäßig reinschauen. Allerdings dürfte Kochlöffel dazu auch gern frische, gehackte Zwiebeln und Joppiesaus anbieten - um das NL-Feeling zu perfektionieren. Erschreckend finde ich es allerdings eine große Portion Pommes mit 4,99 Euro (Stand 06/2023) zu bepreisen - diese Preisbildung ist für mich als Gast nicht nachvollziehbar.

One of the truly upscale restaurants in Lübeck. I highly recommend it; the food is always fresh and delicious, unlike some other establishments. Truly impeccable quality.

This place is good. I was on a school trip with four other boys from my class. I was just going to the bathroom.

Kochlöffel is pretty old, I was there as a child, so I'm not that young anymore and I try to adapt to the modern times, but time has stood still in this shop, it sounds like you're in a train station concourse, it's not really cozy, and I can't complain about the food or the staff, it was ok 👌 The drinks, however, aren't that good, there were soft drinks, coke, white fizz or yellow Mezzo Mix Zerro, it's stupid if little kids don't like white fizz and aren't allowed to have coke

I loved wooden spoons. They were always my must-have when I was in town. Unfortunately, the restaurant has deteriorated considerably! The meat was inedible. Some of the seats are broken and dilapidated. The restrooms don't close properly. The ventilation doesn't work either. The place desperately needs an upgrade or it needs to close. It's not what it used to be. The staff is trying, but unfortunately, it's not enough.

A nice snack bar in the center of Lübeck (Holstenstraße) with a pretty good selection of food and drinks. We had the currywurst menu with fries and a drink for €9.80, and it tasted good. The wait time was relatively short, and the staff was friendly.

A must when visiting Lübeck, I've known it for decades and the quality is always excellent and the service is top notch, and if you need something quickly, it's my first choice. It's great that it's still there, I'd be happy to go back 😀

At first, I thought that Kochlöffel (cooking spoon) was no longer available. :) I was there today with my son. The service was really friendly. It didn't take long for the order to arrive. The taste is like any other fast food restaurant. The ambiance could really use some improvement. I was last here 20 years ago, and it still looks the same. Nevertheless, I would come back in 20 years. Good luck.

Eat some cheeseburgers and fries every now and then, better than at McDonald's.

The service is terrible! The workers are very grumpy! The lady at the cash register was very hateful! I placed my order, and she tried to sell me whatever she wanted and whatever she felt like!! I brought two friends with me who were tourists. I've always spoken well of all Germans, and on that first visit, I was surprised by the poor service at Kochlöffel in Lübeck... I'm really not going there anymore!

I always enjoy going to Kochlöffel. If you get hungry in the city center and want something quick and uncomplicated to eat, you can get something served here.

Tastes good, cheap, delicious fast food

The Kochlöffel branch looks very outdated and urgently needs a general overhaul. The furniture was very worn, the walls near the family table were broken, the table had not been cleaned. The floor not clean. Chicken and fries a bit too dry. Currywurst quite ok. We didn't feel comfortable there and wouldn't go there again. There was also a pull because the door at the front and back of the restaurant was open.

Absolutely luxurious chicken and great service. My German was worse. Thank you for a great dinner. A fan from the Czech Republic

Delicious cheeseburgers, friendly staff! The store itself could use some renovation.

Whenever I go downtown to shop, my first choice for eating a burger is the wooden spoon. The employees are very nice and polite. The double cheeseburger e.g. B., tastes very good and is inexpensive. The other offers are varied and also make a good impression. One floor below are the cleanest and most well-maintained toilets in the city. The audience is more familiar and pleasant than table neighbors. A recommendation for people who want to take a little break in the city and want something delicious to eat. Greetings again to the service staff.

Burgers and nuggets don't taste good. Fries and nacho cheese bites were delicious. Not appropriately priced for the quality. The employee at the checkout didn't seem very motivated and wasn't particularly friendly. The atmosphere was totally desolate. The shop urgently needs a “glow up”.

People I always enjoyed eating the Dutch croquettes. Unfortunately, since more and more branches are closing, I got some today after a long time in Lübeck. At the price of 4 pieces for €4.19, that's really not normal! It was the last time for me.

Kochlöffel has been in Lübeck since 1969. I was there for the first time with my grandmother in 1982. Yesterday I was there with my son. It's nice that there's still old school 👍🤘

Today was my first time at Kochlöffel and definitely my last time. The quality of the food is poor. All the dishes had a strange aftertaste. The staff tried hard but that was it. The interior is also anything but inviting. In addition, the rear seating area smells like a toilet. Very unpleasant. Furthermore, the prices are simply outrageous for this quality. Not recommended.

I've always enjoyed eating there, but the coupons alone are a disgrace. I was actually going to eat at your place right away, but now go to Kentucky. You are definitely too expensive...

We have fond memories of the friendly gentleman behind the counter. He gave us very good advice and served delicious chicken.

Was there again today after a year and wanted to order two cheeseburgers. Which wasn't so easy, because the staff was busy with private conversations. That's why I had a lot of time to look at the business. Very dirty. The smell from the toilets had already reached the exit door. I should have known better but ordered anyway. Oh well. Of course the cheeseburgers were rubbish. Not as advertised in the menu. A warm roll with juicy meat, cucumbers, onions, cheese, mustard and ketchup. There were dry, almost cold rolls, one side had nothing on them, then lukewarm dry meat, a slice of ready-made cheese from the discount store, a small, almost impossible-to-find blob of ketchup and three thick lumps of onions. That's it. So paying €2.29 for that is a lot. I don't know whether it was because the staff was busy with private things or whether they wanted to scare away the customers. At least it worked for me. I won't go there again and won't recommend it.

It's ok for something quick on hand. But it's an absolute no-go if the employees leave the back door open, stand there and smoke and then all the smoke goes into the dining room.

Food tastes good but that's all positive I can say, me and my friends who also ate there all have extreme stomach pains and we are almost ready to vomit so if you don't want to puke don't go there

The Veggi box was very good and the friendly gentleman who served us today was extremely accommodating. Gladly again.

Underground. Selling a mini bratwurst as a currywurst, half the chicken was dry and the few fries that were far too thin just broke through with the poker.

I ordered Too Good To Go for €5.50 and was supposed to get food worth €16.50. I received 4 cheeseburgers and 3 hamburgers. Who should eat this amount as an individual? Completely pointless compilation that does not correspond to the stated value. Never again!

I think you should really spend a few euros more before stopping here. The food wasn't great and the place is really dirty. Even the picture on the wall had something stuck to it. Maybe the health department should take a closer look at this. In addition, the staff was very loud in their private conversations and I found this very annoying.

I had ordered a currywurst (good) with an OVEN FRESH BREAD but it felt like it was 3 days old. Paying another 89 cents on top of the €3.99 is very cheeky. Not recommended to order the roll.

The staff seemed very confused. I ordered a vegetarian burger to take away. When I took a bite, I noticed that the burger was very close to the meat burger. A look at the receipt confirmed the suspicion. Maybe it makes sense to differentiate vegetarian burgers more clearly from their meat counterparts. The fries were good.

Used to be my favorite restaurant in Lübeck. If you want to get something to eat then come here. I ordered a cheeseburger and a chickenburger today and had a stomach ache an hour later. I find that very unfortunate. I usually always get togoodtogo from the gas station and eat it the next day. I've never had a stomach ache or anything like that there. Service - because it took a really long time today, otherwise always really fast.

Nice and clean snack bar, something different than just Colonel, King & Clown. The staff is sometimes a bit rustic, but always friendly. I feel comfortable here.

Pretty unkempt shop. Not as clean as other branches. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer what it used to be. Due to these factors, it is no longer competitive with McDonald's and Burger King. Very unfortunate.

There was hair in the hamburger I ordered.

I bought a grilled chicken. It's really bad, the seller gave me the chicken yesterday. It's too dry and hard...

Here you can eat cheaply and well. The fries are very good (not too thin). The veggie burger is recommended. It's exactly what a vegetarian would want. The patty is clearly made from vegetables and is extremely tasty. Only the sauce drips extremely, so take something with you to clean your hands. (The negative example for comparison can be found at McDoof. The veggie burger is aimed at meat eaters, the patty looks like meat and is supposed to taste like meat. For vegetarians that is disgusting.)

Has been in the same place for at least 30 years. It's good that places like this still exist.

Dear Kochlöffel team, I ate in your restaurant today, Sunday, May 5th, 2024, and would like to share my feedback with you. We ordered two half chickens with fries and a coke, which cost a total of 26.14 euros. Unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was almost black, very dry and extremely salty. The fries weren't anything special either and I find the fact that ketchup and mayo cost an additional 0.99 euros per portion to be outrageous and a rip-off. I also found the restaurant to be totally dirty and the furniture seemed worn out. I used to enjoy visiting Kochlöffel, but after this experience I can unfortunately no longer recommend your restaurant. If possible I would even give 0 stars.

We paid €9 for two medium fries, which I thought was very expensive. For ketchup and mayonnaise, we paid €2 and got very little for the price. The staff were friendly, but I think they should change the prices.

What ever happened to “Schönlöffel”? Been there again for many years. Admittedly, the good old days are usually over here, and not just here. Ultimately paid just under €30 for 2 menus (1x small, 1x large), no serving, questionable presentation, very hard-working but ultimately limited staff. The “restaurant” was empty, you should have been warned here. Jalapeños were mild at best. All very loveless. Play area with Duplo... without Duplo. Weird sink in the middle of the restaurant (because no people serving?). I'm disappointed. We won't be coming back. No music, no atmosphere, very very sad.

Were in Lübeck over Easter and gave this wooden spoon two chances. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the preparation of the burgers and our chicken wasn't really great either. The staff was quite friendly and served us well so far. The ambience... well, when I first went to Kochlöffel about 25/30 years ago it was fine, but today? No, it's neither inviting nor would you really want to stay there. The children's game... Wall…. Catastrophic! No child will ever really enjoy it or want to play with it. This restaurant needs a new interior that is a little more modern and well-kept, then it would be a really nice place, also for families. I don't want to write about anything else here. The burgers are fresher, the fries are firmer and you can't get the croquettes at the other two fast food chains. The atmosphere is not very cozy but functional. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer wooden spoons.

This store is not recommended. Although the store wasn't particularly full, the service staff were overwhelmed and rude. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. Bad food, mini portions, but way too expensive. We will never come here again!!!! The store makes a miserable impression when it comes to cleanliness. The entire way down the stairs to the toilet is baking and dirty. Still hungry after spending over €33 with 2 people. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars.

The branch has the charm of a fast food shop from the 1990s or a hospital canteen. I don't feel comfortable here and won't be coming back. The “food” was okay, as expected.

I am so disappointed with my too good Togo yield. A hamburger and a cheeseburger and two small boxes of fries and ketchup/mayo. It is said to have a value of 17.00 euros. Even one star is too much for that.

Over €16 for 2 cheeseburger fries and 3 nuggets and 0.5 cola. You can get this from your competitor for around €5.99. Burgers had been sitting for a while.

I picked up my order and the cheeseburger was the most disgusting I've eaten in a long time, every outdoor swimming pool makes a better cheeseburger so I really don't recommend it and the price for a mini cheeseburger and cold fries is 12.50, that's pretty cheeky.

So it's really a shame, 2.29 for a cheeseburger that tastes like ketchup and a crispy chicken for 2.99 so to take so much money for the frozen food you get is an outrage, of course inflation or not but that's an outrage

Never again - ordered burger menu with fries for €13. The cheeseburgers could also have been from mecces, only here they were 2 pieces. for 13€!! The 4 Mac'n' Cheese bites (menu) are no bigger than at mecces - but here again ONLY 4 pieces for also 13€!!! Absolutely overpriced! No recommendation! Quality is good 👍🏻 but far too little for the price.

Von Hygiene haben die in dem laden wohl noch nix gehört überall klebt es und auch so sieht es wirklich nicht ansehnlich aus. Der Kochbereich ist extrem verschmutzt.Definitiv nicht wieder

Mega enttäuscht. Der Bürger schmeckt wie von Aldi und die Currywurst war gummiartig. Ich konnte es nicht aufessen… und dafür viel zu teuer!
