Great McDonald's! The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of staff, which makes everything quick and the service always friendly. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The restrooms were also clean, and the decor is modern and inviting. All in all, a really pleasant visit – I'll definitely be back!

The food is exactly what you'd expect. After the renovation, the atmosphere is like a waiting room at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. The removal of the play area is particularly unpopular with our kids. They could have saved themselves the renovation. A clear case of making things worse.

Very unfriendly staff, uninterested in their work. In the end, I drove through the drive-thru without being served and didn't buy anything because of the lack of service. When I pointed out that the terminal might be broken, since I heard voices and laughter instead of being served, I was just rude to the person at the front desk. Nice new renovation, but apparently the same unfriendly staff.

The new atmosphere is rather bare and takes some getting used to. The fries were very bad and undercooked this time! And one nugget was missing from my order of six! I thought you had those new, state-of-the-art scales that don't make mistakes? 🤔 Oh well.

It is one of the better McDonald's branches, the staff are friendly and the parking lot is big enough that you can always find a parking space. However, sometimes the tables are not really clean, but that is probably due to the volume of customers at peak times.

We used the McDrive today, and when we got home, we unfortunately discovered that the burger didn't have a patty. We tried calling, but they cut us off every time! This McDonald's is getting worse every month, both in terms of service and quality.

Today (Sunday) we had a very bad experience at McDonald's. My wife ordered our food from the vending machine and paid by card. However, we didn't receive a receipt. The monitor was blank, and we had to look up the order number (254) on the phone. We waited for over 30 minutes. When I asked the employee, she didn't know what was going on. Only after I showed the proof of payment on my phone did she check the computer and find the order. After that, we finally received our food—but with no apology, no compensation, or any additional attention. This kind of customer behavior is very disappointing.

We recently ordered something and then realized at home that the 6-pack of Charcoal Pepper Nuggets were missing. That was pretty annoying. So I called them, and they kindly assured me I could pick them up another time. The next day, I got the nuggets plus an ice cream. That was really accommodating!

Typical McDonald's in terms of ambiance. The service is terrible... if you say something, you get the flimsy excuse "It's busy"... you wait 35 minutes for two Happy Meals... yeah, right. E-scooters are parked at the table, blocking the already narrow aisles... I didn't even know you could bring vehicles with license plates inside.

It's the same thing every time: you order something and it's missing, but when you pay, there's never anything missing, which is awful. They just forgot a cheeseburger out of three. The order didn't have any more than that. It can't be that hard to count to three! It's happening more and more often, especially with larger orders. Be careful.

The food at this branch was truly the best compared to surrounding branches. The burgers had plenty of sauce, and the food was generally hot and fresh. My son's request to swap his toy was met with a very friendly response, and he was shown everything available. Unfortunately, some of the furnishings aren't great. Seating has been "repaired" with duct tape, and the ordering machines don't always work. Often, you can't scan the code at all, and ordering requires patience because the machines are slow and don't always respond. The service there is truly excellent, though; I've only ever experienced friendly employees there.

The food is solid, and so is the service. Unfortunately, this McDonald's isn't clean inside or out. The kiosk glass is dirty, there's paper and trash everywhere, and the tables aren't clean. There's definitely room for improvement here.

The first impression today was very bad. Tables weren't cleared and dirty. The really cold fries were supposed to be replaced, but then they forgot. When I asked, I was told to wait and take them myself. If you're going to hand out cold fries and forget to replace them, you should at least try to make up for the mistake with table service.

Last night was very unpleasant. I wanted to order a burger with a few variations, so I went straight to the cash register to order, and I don't like the ordering stations anyway. The Coca-Cola Zero often had a recurring, sometimes disgusting chemical aftertaste, like a cleaning agent. After the complaint filed here in March 2025, things suddenly changed (you can drink again), but before that the written complaint to McDonald's in 2024 was also futile. Apparently male young adult customers (under 30, no McD clothing) have been using the tablets as soon as they get up since the beginning of 2024. As a result, you can no longer go to the toilet as a single person or order something in peace. The seat is immediately occupied by them, even though there are many other seats available. The tray is then immediately gone and cleared away. This review has also changed this in the long term since around March 2025. No negative experiences at the moment. I wondered if I was the only one who noticed that.

I was here today with my family after a very long journey from Tenerife. There was a tall boy with a beard who waited tables as well as worked the cash register and cleaned the whole place. His customer service was perfect! Very attentive and always with a smile. His shift was from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m., which was exactly the time we were there. He was there at 1am and when we left at 2am he was still there. We don't speak German, and he made an effort to speak a little Spanish to us, asking if we enjoyed the food.
