Food itself McDonald's standard unfortunately not recommended for events in Essen, you could plan better for concerts in Essen (more staff) Waiting in lines all the way to the main street is the rule! Waiting times of half an hour for food are the norm, so it's better to go to Essen Steele...

He is not “open 24 hours a day”! We got there and were told that we could only pay in cash, not use coupons or only take available goods. I don't understand the 24 hour aspect... It's better to find out beforehand whether it's REALLY still open.

I've often ordered something to take away through McDrive and nothing has ever been forgotten. Now it has happened once, but the complaint was uncomplicated and the branch management was very accommodating. Our go-to branch in Essen.

Everything was kept very simple, but there are better Mcs in the area.

Absolute juice shop! I can only strongly recommend that everyone check their order carefully. On June 16, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. we received the incorrect online order at the drive-thru. But I only notice that when I get home. So another 10 minutes by car in each direction. Not a word of apology there. The crowning glory: of course, contrary to statements to the contrary, they didn't make our order fresh, but simply gave me the bag that had already been sitting around for 25 minutes. Of course, I only notice this when I bite into the cold burger. I don't need that anymore.

Decent fast food restaurant. Unfortunately today I experienced extremely customer-unfriendly. The burger I ordered in the drive did not contain any meat. I had to go back and complain about it. There was a cold citizen (this time with meat) as a replacement. No apology, no nothing.

There was an onion in my coffee otherwise the food was good It was crowded and uncomfortable

I was there today with a friend and we ordered food and a Karmel coffee and there were pieces of onions in the coffee and the bursts were uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the tables were once again very dirty. Trays were cleared away but no one wiped clean. There were no straws on the service counter. Way too much ice in the drinks. The Mc Rip was carelessly slapped together. That's enough for me for the next few months

Once again, the nuggets from a menu were missing when ordering. Apparently you have to check your food before you go home. This is very annoying and of course you feel stupid when the place is full and the children want to go home. But you can also enrich yourself that way.

There were a few things missing from what was ordered, especially if you ordered for a sum of over €60... why do you cheat on someone or forget something like that!? If you notice it, they say "you should have noticed it sooner"... if you do it right from the start, you won't lose any customers who trust that what you order is there and not cheated out of 10-20€.... and This is the second time something is missing! ☝️

Well located McDonald's with friendly staff. Both the restaurant and the parking lot are clean and well maintained. As usual, the food is prepared quickly and freshly. Small feedback: The cheese on the cheeseburger could have been melted a little more.

There's really not much to say, so far it was clean, my burger looked really good. My ordering terminal was a bit fiddly, but ordering was still possible...

Came with no expectations… all were met

Modernly equipped with a children's play area, but unfortunately the order there often leaves a lot to be desired. Very often, unfortunately, tray trolleys that are far too overloaded. Otherwise a typical branch in which special requests are taken into account 100% Orders are processed quite quickly. However, the toilet was without soap (second time in a row).

Got a damn dry donut that couldn't even be pressed in because it was so hard. Coffee vouchers didn't work either.

Rarely have I been so positively surprised at Mäckes. At lunchtime, super crowded, but still quickly at one of the numerous terminals. I barely sat when my food arrived in less than 5 minutes. The service was friendly and the burger actually looked like the pictures! The fries were salted and everything was hot. Even though the store was full, return carts were emptied and tables cleaned regularly.

We got food there, went home and they just didn't pack half of the order.

Best mcdonalds i have been to When you sit down the chairs are comfortable and the interior is greatly designed and you will be shoving a mc rib in your mouth before you know it the monitors for ordering were a little confusing but overall great experience would recommend

An extra patty was forgotten in my burger for the second time and only noticed at home!!! This time I didn't let it sit on me and drove back again, I complained and a new burger was prepared for me, my anger was evident and as compensation I was offered a large drink for free, I thought it was good!!! Just don't order delivery via Lieferando unless you live around the corner! Despite the long distance, a bicycle courier is simply sent out in cold weather. Of course, the food arrived absolutely cold.

Update: I was stupid enough to order there again today. At home…surprise a Big Mac and sauces were missing NEVER AGAIN! Be careful of the drive in! Every time you get home you notice that something is missing. This time nuggets, fries and ketchup. Yes, the signs saying that checks should be carried out on site are there... What a cheeky shop this is. According to Lieferando the delivery time is until 12:00 a.m. I ordered around 10:15 p.m. and everything is ok. At 11 p.m. I get a cancellation (already twice) You try to call but no one answers...

Unfortunately, it's a bad McDonald's these days. Messed up the order for the third time. This time my fries were missing. My hamburger royal ts was just slapped in there. The cheese only covered a quarter of the burger and the rest was in the packaging. There's probably no money left for napkins either. Just embarrassing at the prices.

Rarely have I experienced such a bad McD! Super unfriendly at McDrive. Then we got the wrong burger, fries were cold and all the (!!!) Monopoly stickers had already been removed. Really cheeky!

Jede 10te Bestellung ist so, wie man sie bestellt hat. Selbst wenn draußen -5 grad sind, wird in jedes Getränk Eiswürfel gepackt, ob man will oder nicht. Du willst zu deinen curly Fries Mayo, Fehlanzeige, es gibt immer nur Souer Creme. Du willst einen big Mac mit bacon, Fehlanzeige, es gibt nur normale und du darfst wieder zu den kaum deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeitern gehen, die die dir nicht weiterhelfen, geschwiege denn dein Problem verstehen. Wenn es nicht der Laden bei mir um die Ecke wäre und ich nach dem saufen Bock auf einen Snack hätte, könnte der Laden von mir aus bankrot gehen und die Mitarbeiter dürften gerne arbeitslos auf der Straße hocken.

Mcces geht immer und überall. Leider auch hier jedes jahr teurer und teurer und teurer...

Ein üblicher McDonald, mit McCafe und Drive-In-Schalter. Vorbestellung über die App möglich. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz. Parkscheibe notwendig.

Bestellung falsch verstanden, ok kein Problem, aber dann fehlte noch die Hälfte von dem was ich bezahlt hab und kein Hallo, kein tschüss, mega unfreundliche alte Frau am Drive In. Bin richtig enttäuscht. Am Telefon nichteinmal eine Entschuldigung. Bin traurig.

Schöne Mc Donald. Essen erhielten wir sehr schnell. Auch die WCs waren sehr sauber.

3*Essen - Für die Burger, weil in ganz Deutschland sich damit keine Mühe mehr damit gegeben wird. Anderes in den USA. 5*Service - Weil das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ist und sie halten Ordnung im Restaurant. 4*Ambiente - eigentlich sind es 3* weil sich kein McDonald's mehr Mühe gibt außer dieser, weil Kunstmalerei am Gebäude ist für z. B. Socialmedia die Engelsflügel. Geht immer und ist ein Hingucker und Spot 🙌 Danke euch Mc'Team

Nach der Bestellung in dem schnellrestaurante hatte wir nicht mal nach über 40 min unsere essen. Desweitern hat es zu der kalten Jahreszeit total gezogen. Da immer beide Türen offen waren.

Wartezeit mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Und wenn man nachfragt wird nur gesagt das die Bestellung nicht eingegangen wäre trotz Bezahlung am Terminal.

Ich könnte Kotzen,nur Frühstück,diese Gummipappe können sie alleine lutschen Nie wieder...

Schnell im Drive-In drei Burger gekauft. Qualität wie immer, ist halt McDonald's

Schicker Ort, leider waren sowohl die Pommes als auch die chickenmacnugget leider sehr matschig und alt im Geschmack… war spät abends also 23 Uhr. Sonst Ok

Leider war die Filiale zum Zeitpunkt underes Besuchs stark frequentiert. 25 Minuten auf die Bestellung gewartet. Die Burger waren kalt, da diese schon lange in der Auslage lagen. Dies war der Tatsache geschuldet, dass nur 1 Mitarbeiter die Bestellung für die Kunden Laden einpackt. Dieser wurde immer wieder angesprochen da einer der Bestellterminals keine Belege ausdruckte. Da muss einfach mehr Personal eingesetzt werden. Für eine Person nicht zu schaffen.

McDonalds hält, essen war ok und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig

A német mekis hambi más összetételben, ízben, mint pl a magyar, vagy a holland, de jó. Jó lenne minden ország mekis hambiját kipróbálni....majd 1x.

Ich esse sehr oft nachts bei diesem lokal. Und wirklich ich hatte noch nie eine Bestellung welche korrekt rausgegeben wurde. Immer fehlte irgend etwas. Burger sind immer kalt und eklig. Es ist immer der selbe Mitarbeiter der die bestellung verhaut. Ein inder mit starkem akzend. Tagsüber die kollegen kriegen es besser hin.

Am liebsten 0 Sterne... Nach 3x nachfragen endlich auch mal die Bestellung bekommen. Dann zuhause gemerkt dass uns von einem Warenwert von 30€ im Prinzip etwa 10€ einfach fehlen weil es vergessen wurde. Wieder zurück gefahren wurde es nur mit einem "tut mir leid" entschuldigt und ohne weiteren Kommentar neu gemacht... Darf nicht passieren dass mal eben so ein Drittel des Sachen FEHLEN

Leider hatte ich Hunger, der sofort gestillt werden musste, sonst hätte ich diesen Ort nicht aufgesucht und was soll ich sagen - es ist mal wieder blöd gewesen. Habe am Terminal zum Mitnehmen bestellt und beim Warten mit Kopfhörer Musik gehört und immer zum Monitor geschaut, wo die Abholnummern aufgerufen werden. Als eine Verkäuferin immer etwas schrie und eine Tüte auf den Tresen geknallte, wurde ich aufmerksam und fragte die anderen Wartenden ob das meine Nr. sei. Als das bejaht wurde, habe ich die Tüte genommen und kurz reingeschaut, aber als ich die ganzen zermatschten Sachen gesehen habe, hatte ich keine Lust, alles anzufassen und zu prüfen- hätte ich es doch mal gemacht- 15 Min. später und zuhause fehlte der untere Teil der Bestellung-wenn es nicht so viel gewesen wäre, wär ich auch nicht so ärgerlich gewesen und wäre nicht zurück gefahren. Das ist mir jetzt schon mal passiert. Ich weiß nicht, warum McD nicht einmal eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle mit Double-check einführt und der Kunde es machen muss. Also prüft unbedingt immer eure Bestellung-ich werde es jetzt auf jeden Fall immer tun, auch wenn mich die Übergabesituation nervt oder anwidert.

Das Personal restlos überfordert. 10minuten bis mal jemand kassiert hat und dann über 20min auf 4Cheeseburger gewartet. Weg konnte man ja nicht da man auf dem Boden festklebt

Schnellrestaurant, dass ich nicht lache 35 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Pommes nicht durch gewesen. Das schlechteste was ich bis jetzt bei McDonald's hatte.

Wir haben etwas zum mitnehmen bestellt, alles vegetarisch. Leider waren vier Nuggets mit Fleisch und bei uns mit in der Packung. Sehr schade, drauf muss einfach gedacht werden!

The Quality is significantly lower than the other branches in Germany. The personnel are mostly unfriendly if you ask them for help. I was there for more than 10 times during the last year, the portion you get is smaller! For example the curly potato is almost half the size in comparison to other branches and most of the time it’s served cold. I asked them for a hot and correct amount of the food and they simply said it is what it is after a 5 minutes discussion. I bought a Big Tasty which I order it all time. There was just a tiny bit of smoky sause on it. I simply asked them to put more sause on it but the lady started a long discussion and said that they have professionals who make sandwiched for more than 2 years and they know what the do! I told them that eat the big tasty for more than 18 years and I can understand if it is not good! She said it is what it is! This is absolutely not the way to treat costumers. Mc Donald's spends millions for the marketing, but there are some unprofessional people in their organization who destroy their image. I just explained it with details because I’m hoping that this review will help their quality control or marketing department :)

Es waren wieder mal 30 Grad in Essen und kein Milchshake verfügbar !!! Es ist langsam zum Kotzen das MC das Problem nicht in den Griff bekommt und das seit Jahren.

Leider kann man den Mädels und Jungs hinter der Theke bei der Arbeit die Schuhe besohlen, bringt also etwas Zeit mit. Ich kontrolliere in dieser Filiale regelmäßig den Inhalt größerer Bestellungen, da man hier leider des öfteren Mal etwas vergisst - besonders bei den Happy Meals...da ist bei den Kurzen das Geschrei natürlich vorprogrammiert!

KEIN Wasser in Männer WC um einfach die Hände zu wachen. Keine Seife, kein Handtücher. Unfassbar

McDonald's steht und fällt halt mit dem Personal, da man ja weiß, was man erwarten kann...
