3.99 for half a cup of McFlurry. I'm usually very happy with this branch, but that's not possible.

Despite the fact that they had a sign saying that they were open until 10 p.m., I was turned away at 9:36 p.m. I hope that they get an owig of €10,000. In my opinion, they should fly out of the main station

Something is always missing and the food doesn't taste the way it should!!!

I placed my order myself on the screen where I could select my own menu, paid, but the machine didn't give me an order number. The employee then told me that no payment had been made. Because I trusted her, I placed the order again at the checkout and paid, but now I have paid for the menu twice and only received one. The food always tastes good, but when you order at 2:54 and don't get the goods until 3:32 because bullying people get priority, then that's really sad..... And thus missing the NE and having to wait another hour... But apparently you have enough satisfied customers

Update: I had breakfast here around 8 a.m., unfortunately access to the seating was still closed at that time. As a customer, I would like to be able to sit as soon as it opens. Wanted to share my experience with you, I like the shop when it's breakfast time, then there's little going on and everything feels like it's going according to plan, but when normal business starts it's too crowded and you sometimes wait ages for your food. If you want to eat at peak times and want to save yourself the hassle, you should go somewhere else. The new system means that orders are being taken diligently, but unfortunately the kitchen (Bob Station and Grill Station) in technical terms cannot keep up. What I personally don't like about the new system, which is the meat for e.g. B. Cheeseburger is pre-fried and placed on the burger if necessary. In the past, the fresh, hot, still juicy and fatty piece of meat was placed directly on the burger, while you could still taste the grill aromas and the cheese was nicely melted, with the new system you prepare the meat separately and put it there to be tempered, when a customer orders the so-called tempered piece of patty, the now dry piece is placed on the burger and exactly the opposite happens, the grill flavors are missing, it is dry and the cheese hardly melts . Many people may not mind, I personally can taste the difference clearly and since then I haven't eaten a cheeseburger anymore, except in shops that still prepare the burgers according to the old system.

The food is ok but the service staff is incredibly rude. You need thick skin here. Customer service is different. The facilities are ok, but homeless people also chill here.

Bad and rude service. We ordered Mcflurry and the ice cream machine suddenly didn't work. Final manager came and said in a rude tone that we won't cancel our order. We would either have to wait indefinitely or throw money away. No excuses at all and actually totally enjoyed incinerating people. This is incredible. Never again!!!!

Avoid this store at all costs. I paid for my food and then waited until it was ready. After my number wasn't called for 20 minutes, I went to ask and was told that my food had simply been given out to a stranger. They then said that I was unlucky and that my food had already been handed out, and I was underscored that I had already picked up the food, even though the cameras could prove that I had paid and then waited in the store the whole time. After 5 minutes of discussion with the unfriendly staff (no one can speak German properly) they reluctantly gave me my order. Once and never again, I can't help anyone. The last dirty shop.

I bought a menu at night as a Deutsche Bahn employee and unfortunately there was nothing left. Simply disgusting. Fries were cold and later I had stomach cramps from the cheeseburger and even vomited. Just disgusting. Unfortunately I reacted too late, it could well be that I have food poisoning had.

Guys, if you order something at the table at McDonald's using the app and give the table number, you can wait until tomorrow for the food. They no longer offer the service, apparently no staff. Then I ask myself why they don't include it in the app.

We ordered netted potatoes and several regular fries came with them. The cheese from the McCrispy was solid and the meat was fried very hard and didn't fill the burger bun. The McChicken Classic had a similar problem. On the one hand, there wasn't much meat, and on the other hand, the bread was also moldy. When we returned it, they said the greenish color on the burger bread was from the toaster. But that doesn't make it any better. Nevertheless, we got a new, fresh McChicken Classic. The only thing that was drinkable was the Lipton Ice Tea, which even came with a straw.

Great McDonald's branch. Quite service-oriented in the case of a different wish. It strikes me that the employees here try hard! I would love to come back!

The staff was definitely overwhelmed due to the large crowds after Taylor Swift's concert. Some orders were wrong and the fries had a rubbery consistency. But a chain like McDonalds can (& must) prepare for such a rush and prepare better. The waiting times were really long and the entire branch was chaotic.

I ordered via Lieferando. I waited and then the food came and didn't come even though the time was up. I then called them and they said nothing was being delivered and all orders were out, etc. I should contact Lieferando... I tried. Then I called the branch a second time and then they said they couldn't help me and that that was just the way it was. Less than 2 minutes later I suddenly received a cancellation from the restaurant. Very strange! I won't come back and won't order anymore. Anyone can make mistakes, but telling me stories is another matter...

I had a quarter of an hour to change and thought about whether I should order there. Since the employees are extremely slow, I decided against it. Most disgusting McDonald's I've been to in my life. This place shouldn't be called McDonald's. For example, we ordered 20 pieces of Chicken Mc Nuggets and got McPlants. Standard McDonald’s food , extremely slow with service maybe this is due to the location and the volume of people . Needs to adapt with additional staff a busy times .

I ordered online through Lieferando and waited 45 minutes for my order, which never arrived. I called and found out that Lieferando was closing at 10 p.m. Obviously this is not written to us in the Lieferando application. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately I have to change my review. Was there today and evidently ate there. Since my train was canceled, I wanted to do some work on my laptop. I put my tray away and moved to a table with a power outlet. Before I could even sit down, a waitress told me that I should please leave the restaurant if I didn't order anything. This was done by the service person in a very inappropriate tone. I explained to the employee that I had already eaten and that I could show him the receipt. Without another word, the employee disappeared again. As the process progressed, the same service person pointed this out to other guests in the same way. Incomprehensible. At the same time, a person walked through the guest room with pieces of paper asking for a donation. This person was NOT prevented from disturbing the guests while they were eating. So I think I'll NEVER go here again.

Eating on site is no longer possible. Although selected, ordered and paid for in the app. The only reason here can only be that they want to save themselves the cleaning! Last shop! Big Tasty Bacon in a DIY kit, the taste was at least several hours old! 🤮

McDonalds at the station, has two floors, usually a lot of people. Convenient location, food like in all McDonalds. No toilet!

Super frustrating. Extremely crowded. No ice cream machine working do no McFlurries or Milkshakes. Expensive for what you get. 5€ for a veggie buger. I feel bad for the staff running round stressed with a flooded floor. But they didn't even manage to put the cheese on 50% of the burger and it was cold.

This McDonalds is the worst thing you can experience!! I've been there several times and every time I have to doubt my orders!! Today it was that time again and it was clearly the last time!! THE worst branch in the area, if not in the country! Disorganized, slow and mostly cheeky, but likes to target the wrong customers! Terrible service. I ordered nuggets for the table, waited 20 minutes and received nothing (there was no influx of customers, they were just a few). Breakfast is different than in the UK, but as expected. Is an absolute blessing to have the electronic order points, so you don’t have to speak to anyone specially in a different language. I ordered scrambled egg, bacon and a cup of coffee come to £5 the scrambled egg with it nicely seasoned and it wasn’t runny with a load of like water or milk, coffees mediocre, but I do like the fact that they’ve got the cardboard lids, not plastic, but I think this go for a lot of places in Germany.

Zero stars for the boss there, he was called 'Ballan' by the employees. Very bad person. I ordered something and nothing came after 35 minutes, not even a solution was agreed upon. I was served quite cheekily by him. It is a catastrophe that such people are allowed to 'run' something like that. The best thing to do is to fire such people and never let them work with you again.

Jedzenie jak w każdym mc Donaldzie niestety są inne rzeczy na minus, w lokalu są ogromne kolejki co sprawia że trzeba czekać dosyć długo aby dostać swoją dole, dodatkowo w lokalu panuje ciągły brud przez to jak skonstruowane są miejsca do zwracania tac.

War ich vorige Woche noch. Nach einer längeren Zeit. Mein Big Mac war auch frisch zubereitet worden und fast noch heiß als ich ihn bekam. So ist es doch am Besten. Dann schmeckt es auch

Nie wieder McDonalds!! Teuer, wenig und einfach nicht gut. Pommes waren lauwarm und für 9,79 echt unglaublich wenige und klein geschnitten. Der McChicken war ebenfalls lauwarm. Das McFlurry Oreo war ok aber für insgesamt 13,78 Euro Unverschämtheit teuer. Zudem bat ich die McDonalds Mitarbeiterin Sie solle mir bitte frische pommes geben, da diese kalt sind. Die Mitarbeiterin fasste die pommes an und meinte'Warum die sind doch heiß" Vielen Dank, ich gehe nie wieder zu McDonalds. Euren überteuerten billigen Frass könnt ihr behalten!!!!!!!!

Hier wird man vergessen. Und auf Nachfragen hinsichtlich seiner Bestellnummer soll man den erkalteten Burger, der bereits 15 Minuten herum gelegen hat, mitnehmen. (Diese Beobachtung verfolgte ich sehr aufmerksam bei dem Tütenpacker. Ich nahm zunächst an dass dieser Burger für einen vorherigen Kunden sein könnte.) Keine Bereitschaft die bestellte Ware erneut frisch zuzubereiten. Geldrückgabe einhergehend mit App-Couponverlust. Franchise-Nehmer wurde gemeldet. Edit: Ich habe wenig später zur Wiedergutmachung durch McDonald's Deutschland ein Menü-Gutschein für diese Filiale erhalten. Das klappte prima. Allerdings war der Burger und die Pommer schon ziemlich erkaltet. In dem oberen Bereich wäre reichlich Platz zum Sitzen, wenn die besonderen Plätze nicht von Leuten eingenommen würden, die gar keine Kunden sind. Denn hier wird für lau sein Smartphone oder Laptop aufgeladen. Der Kunde muss dann sehen wo er bleibt.

Diese McDonald's Filiale befindet sich im Hauptbahnhof, von einer der größten Städte NRW's. Also bitte nicht wundern, aber hier kann es ab und an, zu relativ längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Ansonsten keinerlei Einwände bezüglich Produkte, Ambiente und Services. Das Restaurant bietet nicht nur den take away an, sondern auch eine Obere Etage zum chilligen vor Ort Verzehr.

Durch das neue System am touchfeld alles nur noch Katastrophe.....Geschmack ist auch nicht mehr wie früher.....und Preise total überteuert....besser nach burger king

Double Royal Käse bestellt, nur einen normalen Royal TS geliefert bekommen. Pommes nicht groß sondern klein. Leider die zweite Bestellung aus der Finale die nicht korrekt geliefert worden ist. Das letzte mal fehlten sogar zwei Burger, Lieferando erstattete diese doch war ich unzufrieden. Diese Filiale meide ich nun.

Meist kaltes essen , die Eiscreme Maschine und Getränke Maschinen sind außerdem auch häufig kaputtp. Meist sehr voll.

Dreckiger Laden, bei der Bestellung alles bekommen außer das was bestellt wurde. Auf Nachfrage ob ich das bekommen könnte was ich bestellt habe, bekam ich dir trockene Antwort „nein nix ist okay so“! statt 2 kleine Coke Zero, 2 Flaschen Wasser, alle Soßen falsch. Eine totale Frechheit, Fehler können passieren gar keine Frage, aber wenn man mehrfach mit Belegen auf den Fehler hinweist und sich konkret weigert diesen zu korrigieren, dann sorry dann hat man nicht mal diesen einfachen Job verdient.

Burger und Pommer waren leider kalt und somit nicht lecker. Momentan läuft die Monopoly-Aktion. Wir haben haben den Pfandbecher genommen und keine Monopoly-Sticker dabei gehabt. Konnte ich reklamieren und wir haben Sticker bekommen. Anschließend wurden wir freundlich aber bestimmt darauf hingewiesen, dass um 22uhr der Sitzbereich geschlossen wird. ------------- Für das kalte Essen: 1 Stern Für die freundliche Bedienung: 4 Sterne Das Ambiente ist Mc Donalds Standard: 2 Sterne, nicht besonderes, keine Toiletten aber alles sauber. ------------- Fazit: am Hauptbahnhof Essen lieber woanders essen.

Sauber... Schnelle freundliche Bedienung.

Ständig überfüllt, Mitarbeiter kommen teils gar nicht mehr klar. WLAN bei 0,5MB/s. Sehr laut. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen zum dort essen. Auch Essen 2 Go zu bekommen ist teils eine Qual. Es wird definitiv Zeit für diesen McDonald's Store für eine Überarbeitung des internen Konzepts. Weil gefühlt 1000 Leute im Restaurant zu haben ist wohl gut fürs Geschäft aber schlecht fürs Image.

Die guten Dinge, die ich bei McDonald's essen kann, genieße ich jedes Mal wieder aufs neue!

Kalte Pommes Kalter Burgeer 1 Stern

Wäre toll, wenn ihr es ein einziges mal einen Burger vernünftig belegen könntet und er mir nicht in der Verpackung komplett zerstreut ins Auge fällt.

Dafür daß es im Bahnhof (Essen Hbf) liegt und es Samstag Abend war, war im Sitzbereich nicht viel los. 👍 Essen wie in jedem Mäckes immer lecker. 😎 Leider sind, wie überall, die Preise gut gestiegen. 😔
