It's half past 1, the opening hours are until 1 a.m. according to the door sign in Google. But the shop is closed. Was there at 00:00 to get something to eat. The burger with the extra wasn't made properly so I go back and stand in front of locked doors and of course no one answers the phone

Nice staff but completely understaffed! Long waiting time, staff are very hard working but they can't do more than work.

If it were possible, I wouldn't give a star, it really hurts my heart that I have to give a star to such an inferior, absolutely horrible store... It was a horrible experience to walk into this place and order something to eat. It is absolutely dirty, unhygienic and run down. I ask for a food inspection.

We were at this store at around 1am today. It says online that this Burger King is open until 3 a.m., but we were initially ignored when we knocked on the closed door at 1 a.m. Then after about 5 minutes other guests who were still allowed to order came out of the store so we could finally ask what was going on. We were then asked by an unfriendly employee to leave the branch because it was apparently already closed. We pointed out that it said online that it should actually be open until 3 a.m., but we were rudely asked to leave the store again. After walking for an hour in the dark through a forest path to the store and being so disappointed, we are now sitting in the McDonalds Herzogstrasse and have even won €20 in the competition. Honor

This is the biggest juice shop there is! I ordered then, after about an hour of waiting, the order was canceled. I checked to see if my money had been sent back to PayPal. No chance, so I called and asked what was going on and of course no one answered. I only had a certain amount on PayPal, I wanted to order something to eat and I haven't seen my money back yet. I don't have any cash at home either. Then I get a call back, which is also very rude. I ask what's going on now and am told that there is no driver, that the order is canceled and the money will be returned within two days. Then I told him that the money for cancellation had not yet been deposited here. Then he just hangs up. And now, of course, no one answers it anymore!! And my money is still not back, or at least the notice that it was canceled!! Now I'm sitting here without any cash. I wanted to order something with my last money on PayPal. And I didn't get anything and I'll only get my money back in a few days. Which I don't even assume, it hasn't even been canceled yet. And apparently can't eat anything today! Great store, great employees. They just hang up. Nothing has been canceled! I'm going to call them so often until I get my money canceled and I don't pay for anything that I didn't get

4 employees on a Friday evening at 9 p.m. I waited a total of 30 minutes and something was always missing.

I can't understand all the negative reviews about delivery. I ordered through the Burger King website. The delivery came 20 minutes earlier than announced, the delivery person was very friendly and the food was warm and tasty :)

The location itself is already scary (right on the B224), but it is made even better by the poor service (inattentive, don't know your own dishes, not particularly friendly). No order displays... I walk 3 minutes to this burger, but I prefer to drive 10 minutes to Karnap.

I ordered at 1:30 p.m.. the food was supposed to be there by 2:30 p.m. at the latest.. the food now came at 3:30 p.m. after two calls and pushing! Conclusion: food cold and mashed. Ordered somewhere else 👍🏼

A classic Burger King. There are no order terminals here. Ordering went smoothly and the food was ready quickly. Toilets were clean. The restaurant was generally clean. The negative thing is that you can't turn directly into the Burger King parking lot from the center.

First of all, my food was over 20 minutes late, then 20 nuggets arrived that were way too greasy and soft that you thought they had been fried twice. Then came “curly fries” which were just fries that were cold and soggy and never paid 50 euros in this juice shop again. I've called 40 times and there's no answer.

This animal has no business there. You don't have to give these animals a chance through measures!! And pay more attention to hygiene. I actually enjoyed eating with you. But I hope this doesn't happen again!!

Unfortunately we waited over 2 and a half hours and the food was cold. When I asked the restaurant by phone, I was told by a very unfriendly employee that I should be patient. The driver has just left. Half an hour later there was still nothing. Ordered there for the first and last time!

What I think is really great about Burger King is that every burger and nuggets are also available in vegan versions. Simply very tasty! Otherwise I can say it's just a fast food place and generally looks the same.

Drive-thru and cash registers are often operated by just ONE employee. Cars go first, you have to wait forever at the checkout... After waiting for over 15 minutes, I left the store without ordering anything. The employee takes his time. There are several customers behind me. They'll never see my money again.

If you even make the effort to go there to relieve them, they will lie to your face and say that it is already on its way. 2 hours later I got a call saying it was being prepared and would be coming soon. Super nice employees. The food at Burger King is inherently better than McShitnalds. Here, the store manager serves people in a friendly manner even when it's full and also gives the children twice the number of Junior Menu toys.

Pretty dirty there, especially the toilets, we had to wipe a table ourselves because there was no clean table to be found even though it was almost empty

Ich würde vorschlagen diesen BK einmal einen Tag zu schließen und wirklich gründlich vom Fachbetrieb reinigen zu lassen. In dieser Zeit könnte man die MA schulen. Lauwarmer Burger gab es zwei mal zurück. Personal daraufhin sehr genervt. Tut mir ja leid aber sowas geht nicht . Ich hoffe es wird mal besser. So ist es zum abgewöhnen. Zudem dauert es sehr lange bis man die Ware bekommt.

Leider nicht so gut. Über drive bestellt. Burger waren nur lauwarm, die Cola ohne Eiswürfel und warm!!! Pommes poppig. Insgesamt eine schlechte Performance.

30 min für 2 burger im drive gewartet. Es waren 2 Autos vor mir da. Unfreundliches Personal, kalte pommes burger waren oke. Leider entspricht das nicht meiner vorstellung, bei so einer großen Kette

Nach Team Wallraf und Stern TV sollte man bei BK so nicht mehr essen aber falls doch dann kriegt man nach einer online Bestellng nach 2std immer noch nicht sein essen. Hab’s nach über 2Std storniert.

Der Drive In kommt scheinbar nicht hinterher. Und oben drauf anstatt zwei Chili Cheeseburger zwei Hamburger bekommen. Natürlich ist es erst später aufgefallen. Lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Der Drive ist eine Katastrophe! Unfassbar lange Wartezeiten. Mehrmals fehlten Teile der Bestellung. Ich fahre mittlerweile lieber ein paar km mehr um meine Nerven bei diesen Amateuren nicht zu strapazieren.

Die Qualität der Bürger war mal wieder zum Abgewöhnen. Die Burger Paddys lagen wohl auf schon länger, jedenfalls waren diese nicht mals lauwarm. Der Rest lieblos zusammen gepackt vielleicht kam der Salat, Tomate, Gurke und der Käse gerade aus der Kühlung das deshalb das Fleisch nur noch lauwarm war.Alles im allem sollten die Paddys frisch zubereitet und nicht in einem Wärmefach auf ihre verabeitung warten. Die Pommes und die Cola waren das einzig Positive von dem Essen.Das nächste Mal wenn ich mal wieder Lust habe auf einen Burger gehe ich jedenfalls nicht mehr nach Burger King. LG U.Derks

Habe am 20.08 um ca 16.20Uhr 22 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet da der Verkäufer sich mit dem Fahrer vor mir einfach so unterhalten hat. Als Entschuldigung kam nichts! Deshalb nie wieder

Leider hat die Qualität dieser Filiale nachgelassen. Obwohl weder im Restaurant noch im DriveIn viel Betrieb war mussten wir lange aufs Essen warten, zudem waren 2 Burger nahezu "kalt". Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen und die Überfüllung der Tabletständer sprechen dabei nicht gerade für guten Service. Bitte nachbessern.

Mein Mann ist gerade mit dem Essen von dort nach Hause gekommen und wir mussten leider feststellen, dass der slong Chicken komplett gefehlt hat. Schnell mal dahin geht nicht, weil es zu Fuß 30 min dauert. Also rief ich an und wollte freundlich darauf hinweisen dass der Burger gefehlt hat und wir gerne den zukommen lassen wollten (schließlich haben die ja ein Lieferservice) Pustekuchen. Da geht einfach niemand ran ans Telefon🤷‍♀️ Wir hötten das Problem ganz nett klären können aber dazu kam es nicht....also bleibt uns nur eins: Nie wieder dahin. So leid es mir auch tut :/

Schrecklicher Store...eigentlich minus 7 Sterne. Immer wenn man eine große Bestellung abgibt zum mitnehmen fehlen tausend Sachen. Langsam kommts mir vor wie ein System. Checkt genau was sie euch eintüten, oder noch besser fahrt weiter zur nächsten Filiale. Unfassbar wie inkompetent man sein kann.

Altes Fleisch, verschwitzte Mitarbeiter. Keine Organisation. Für eine 20€ Bestellung mussten zwei Anläufe durchgeführt werden und 30min gewartet werden. Dann noch 2-3 Artikel vergessen. 1 Premium Burger war ungenießbar und hart. Nach Rückgabe des Burgers wurde man bemitleidend angeschaut und es wird nicht unternommen. Einfach schade. Kein erneuter Besuch meinerseits.

Hallo ich wurde von so ein Mann bedient gegen Mittag 12uhr er sah aus wie ein Mexikaner und war klein trug ein Hemd und ein Schnurrbart sehr unfreundlich und er schrie das Personal in der Küche an. nie wieder 👎👎👎

Lieferservice: Sehr Unfreundlich, viiiiel zu lange Lieferzeit, bis zu 2 Std. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges und dementsprechend ist das Essen kalt und schmeckt nicht.

Die fette mit dem.kopftuch am drive ist total unfreundlich und kann sich kaum bewegen, die ist lustlos arrogant und fett ! Wir haben 15 min auf unsere Bestellung gewartet obwohl niemand vor uns war geschweige jemand im Restaurant war !
