I was there 15 minutes before 12 and waited until I could order. When it was my turn, the unfriendly employee said that the shop was closed and that no more food was being sold. Why do you wait there for more than 10 minutes? The store and its employees are simply incompetent. You should close the place immediately.

Stay away from the café, tastes like ash eaten with water.

It took 25 minutes in the evening for my order to be taken. In addition, two people from the staff were quite unfriendly. Personally, I will avoid this BK in the future.

Recessions of others are understandable. Burger cold, among other things, wrong burger even though we gave coupons, fries cold. Staff overwhelmed as soon as four customers are in the store, one of them doesn't know what the other is doing. Quick money for a meal that you'll want to slam back onto the counter. The burgers and the dishes somehow tasted like old cardboard, and the tomato, cucumber and everything else had a very poor taste. So BURGER KING is not what it used to be. I give it a full 10 (minus) stars. It's better to give it a wide berth and get a pizza or go out for a chic meal.

Stood in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, but not because there were so many cars in line... Service was absolutely terrible, although of course the employees couldn't do anything about the understaffing. The burgers were at most lukewarm and the Whopper jr. consisted of more than 50% onions. Absolutely not again.

Extremely friendly staff. Parking is possible for free. The restaurant is clean, the parking lot less so. No service terminals, just classic ordering at the counter. Clean toilets. Play tower in front of the restaurant. Drive through available. Due to the traffic on the main road, it is sometimes difficult to drive to the restaurant or from the parking lot.

The employee got cheeky when we asked that we didn't want cola for the children. He must have said quotes to himself in his head. If you're looking for bad service, you'll find it here. Never again! The store can be closed in 2 years.

If you go to the drive-in here, you have to keep two things in mind: take a lot of time and open the bag at the counter after receiving your order and check whether you have received everything. The dingy atmosphere and extreme waiting times are the order of the day here. Hello, I went to Buger King (Gladbecker Str. Essen) again today and I have to say that it was bad. There were two customers there and our order took a whopping 20 minutes. Until then, I didn't know how it took so long to get everything in such a yawningly empty shop and then get everything served cold. There were 3 menus and a children's menu. Fries were cold, the burgers were pee warm to cold. After our complaint it took another 15 minutes for the new burgers to arrive and the Chilichees fries arrived after another request. The restaurant looked like it was about to be permanently closed and dirty everywhere (see photos). The men's toilet was dirty and broken (see photo). So that's what made us stop going there. That was the last time we ate at this chain. Oh, it was Monday and at 5:30 p.m.

Which branch manager actually runs the store? In every Burger King I've eaten at, it's never been a problem getting in there with my e-scooter. I walked into the branch and the first thing that greets me is a gentleman at the checkout who tells me to go out and leave the Efes scooter outside. If you look through the window, they make one order after the other, but you could do 3 at once.... a woman who can only make fries was definitely our first and last visit to you!!!

This is the biggest juice shop there is! I ordered then, after about an hour of waiting, the order was canceled. I checked to see if my money had been sent back to PayPal. No chance, so I called and asked what was going on and of course no one answered. I only had a certain amount on PayPal, I wanted to order something to eat and I haven't seen my money back yet. A classic Burger King. There are no order terminals here. Ordering went smoothly and the food was ready quickly. Toilets were clean. The restaurant was generally clean. The negative thing is that you can't turn directly into the Burger King parking lot from the center.
