I used to really enjoy coming here – the quality and service were excellent. Unfortunately, that has changed significantly recently. The wait times are now very long, both at the drive-thru and in the restaurant. While the employees seem attentive and friendly, the team is clearly severely understaffed, which is having a significant impact on the process and quality. My last visit was particularly disappointing: My burger simply contained a thick, hard "lump" of lettuce – absolutely unappetizing and demonstrating a lack of control over the preparation. The entire system seems to be overloaded or poorly organized. Something urgently needs to be done here – for both the customers and the employees. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at the moment. It's a shame, because it used to be much better.

There was a long line at the checkout because only one employee was processing orders, which made people wait. Drinks were served first, which caused them to get warm, and milkshakes and ice cream melted. The toilets weren't particularly clean. Disinfectant wasn't refilled, and the hand dryer didn't work either. You can see for yourself what this place has to offer, but I wouldn't go there again.

At first, you don't notice anything, but when you get home to the bathroom, things really get going. The only things that taste good are the chicken patties, the fries, and the drinks. The beef gives an extra kick in the bathroom and doesn't even taste good. The staff are completely uninterested and are downright rude; I'm asking them to hire new employees. Also, my orders are almost always given incorrectly; even when I say I want to eat in, they give me a bag as if I'd said takeout. Best regards

It always takes a long time there, but I still took the time because I really like eating at Burger King and there's no other Burger King near me. A+ Burger King! BUT what I found in my Long Nugget Burger last night was the last straw for me, and I decided NEVER TO VISIT THAT BURGER KING ON AKTIENSTRASSE AGAIN! The Indian manager vishu is very nice, humble, and professional from what I have observed. I had an unexpectedly great experience at this Burger King - largely thanks to the Indian manager who was on duty that day. I had difficulty with a larger order because I needed to put something together for a group of friends with different food preferences. To be honest, it was a bit chaotic and I was expecting the usual quick “handling”. But the manager personally cared, listened carefully, made helpful suggestions, and even recommended combinations that helped me save money. I was particularly impressed by how calm and professional he remained - even though there was a line behind me. Ordered to take away today. The staff preferred to take care of the people who were at the drive-in, then when they got home they realized that the entire order, except for the fries, was wrong. When I called the branch, they said I had to come by again. When I argued that I lived 45 minutes away, they were rude on the phone and said I had to check it straight away. My conclusion. This was the third time I've been there and the third time it was bad, so I won't be going to this branch again

I went to the fast food joint Burger King for a quick meal. After I stood in a queue inside in which not a single person was served in 15 minutes, even though there were staff there, but they only pushed pieces of paper back and forth and sometimes discarded the wrong pieces of paper and thus lost the order, I'm back went out. While I was standing inside, I saw someone being served outside at the drive through and tried it there. Here, too, I stood there for a full 20 minutes before I was even able to drive up to the window and say my order, even though there was only one car in front of me. The restaurant was almost completely empty and there were only 2 cars outside, but in over 40 minutes of my stay only 1 order was handed over that I could see. The service is also rated far too well with 1 star. There should be minus stars for this. You were only allowed to pay with cash, you couldn't use a card, which was also a great thing on a Sunday evening.

Really bad. A fast food restaurant should work more effectively, perhaps turning on the intercom once to be able to take orders. Then you don't have to force paying customers to drive 2 meters ahead and start the engine again. This demand was then announced unfriendly. Very, very high need for improvement.

Sunday evening. 8:30 p.m. - Waiting time in the drive in is now over 25 minutes. Not uncommon here unfortunately. Keep falling for it. Friday evening. 6:50 p.m. - Drive In has only been available here every now and then for a long time. Closed today, of course - it's just the start of the weekend. Otherwise super full shop, only one cashier. Awful.

You come in and the lights flicker like in an old pub. Employees are completely overwhelmed. The shift manager wrote to the employees. Very unprofessional. Employees come back from delivery and don't even wash their fingers. But they work in the kitchen. Parts of the order were not manufactured and after 20 minutes of waiting. Then wait another 10 minutes. There wasn't even a word of apology. And then we realize at home that what we ordered wasn't even in the bag. There's not really anything good to say. Thanks for nothing. Except that I'm now 47 euros poorer for poor quality and poor service.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food or the ambiance, but I can rate the service. I used the drive-thru and had to wait about eight minutes, and then after ordering, nearly 20 minutes before anyone even came to order, let alone take the payment. Then there was also something wrong with the order, and when I placed the order, I didn't even get a hello, and when I left, I didn't even get a goodbye. Absolutely disgusting and not recommended unless you don't mind waiting a long time and being treated rudely.

On the positive side, I have to say that the food has improved. When you order something, it's freshly prepared. That wasn't always the case. The staff is always friendly and courteous. What bothers me is that when you go to the restroom, there are often junkies using something. I'm just being honest.
