It's called fast food because you eat it faster than you wait for it. It's best to go if you're only mildly hungry; by the time the food is ready, you'll be ravenous. All employees are lazy and they cheat on you. For example, if you order a burger with cheese, two slices of cheese are charged, but only one is added. Makes a profit of €0.50. Or simply calculate mayo or ketchup on the menu. Yes, you can increase your sales that way.

If you want something delivered, you should be prepared for the food not to arrive at all. This branch should be closed or needs new staff including branch management! Drive in closed again, waited almost 15 minutes with 4 customers, then the branch manager yells at another customer and then you are told that the carbonation at the drinks machine is not working. The food was a disaster.

Absolutely not recommended. Exactly 2 employees in the store, 1 in the kitchen, 1 incredibly unfriendly lady at the counter. You wait ages to order, then ages for your food. And there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning, it's warmer inside than outside... Incredible! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered via Lieferando at 9:00 p.m. At 9:14 p.m. I received a call from Burger King telling me that it would take over 3 hours for my order to be delivered and therefore Burger King was canceling my order. Drive-in is almost always closed after 10 p.m.!! Waiting time in the drive-in on July 17, 2024 was over 20 minutes! After 20 minutes I was informed that customers would not be served via drive-thru today. Absolute disgrace! In addition, I unfortunately have to mention that most of the employees are very unfriendly and very irritable! Pure incompetence, what bad staff.

The staff was completely unfriendly and I misunderstood the order. After speaking to it, the staff member said that we ordered it that way and didn't even correct me. I really enjoy going to Burgerking, but after yesterday I was really disappointed that I just left. It looked like I wasn't welcome 😔😔

Unfortunately, over the years I have had to correct the rating downwards several times. Unfortunately, it's now a complete disaster. Fries are regularly wobbly and without salt, the burgers are old/dry and more than carelessly thrown together. Some drinks are non-carbonated. The staff doesn't care about this because unfortunately some of them hardly understand or want to understand German. It's a shame because the BK branch is right around the corner for me and often made me want to visit. Update 2 years later: Went there again after a long time, ordered 2x ChilliCheese Burgers & 1x Chickennugget Burger. When we got home there were 3 super dry hamburgers in the bag 😑👍🏻

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this "fast" restaurant under any circumstances... the food is cold, the service is far too slow and the atmosphere, well, all the tables were full of crumbs and dirty... isn't really very inviting.

Due to a disagreement in the direction of the drive-in (inside the car), the employee probably thought he had to get involved and gave me a hand signal - that I should keep my mouth shut. He then held his finger in front of my face several times and spoke to me in a "tone-defining manner." I haven't seen this kind of disrespectful behavior once in over 10 years. If I could give zero stars I would do it. At the drive-in counter you wait 45 minutes until you get your food. If you order inside, you will only be looked at and ignored for a quarter of an hour until you can order. We don't want to describe the food any further...

Unfortunately very disappointed... I'm actually trying not to report negatively. But Citizen Whopper with cheese was cold. The lettuce was barely there and a slice of tomato. It's really a shame for the money...it's better to make bread at home with fresh ingredients and live healthier. 05/20/24 Unfortunately not much has changed at the moment there doesn't seem to be a capable manager there who can properly train and lead the staff. Confused process, drive in closed due to overwhelmed employees, seems very chaotic there. Employees appear stressed. Whatever the reason, there were only 5 restaurant visitors there.

I've eaten in many Burger King branches and have never felt compelled to rate one poorly, but you really can't leave what's going on here uncommented. First of all, the branch itself: pretty old-fashioned, there are no ordering terminals and you don't get a number to call, so given the lack of knowledge of German and the inaccuracy of the employees, you first have to guess whether the order really belongs to you or not. The customer service is terrible. This was our second or third time here. Every time the same woman is at the checkout and every time she is just as unfriendly as the last time she was there. This is the second time we have noticed how she is arguing loudly with the kitchen staff while she is standing at the checkout and the customers are waiting to be served. Pretty unprofessional behavior but seems to be standard. But so far, so good - the worst deficit is actually the chronic understaffing. There always seem to be significantly too few employees on site. The drive-in is also handled by the lady at the checkout. The lady got off work at some point, but doesn't seem to be able to leave (but then gets upset about it at a level that we as customers notice everything). Only two employees can be seen in the kitchen, who are clearly taking all the time in the world while a line of people waits for their orders. We also had to wait about 20 minutes. But now comes the real highlight: at just 8 p.m. (the store was open until 1 a.m. that day!) an employee was probably tired of it and locked every single door in the store. This is not right in so many ways. Point number 1: I wonder if the employees can just close the store 5 hours before closing time. Does the boss know about it? On the one hand, from a business perspective, a lot of income is lost. On the other hand, it is very customer-unfriendly. The potential customers find out about the opening times on the Internet, come by and then find themselves in front of a closed door. So the journey was free and it's annoying anyway. Normally every customer should receive compensation. I work in service myself and we wouldn't dream of closing the doors 5 hours before closing time. All the (rightly) angry customers who arrive - hello?! And the management would have something different to say! Point number 2: The doors didn't open from the outside - several people tried to get in and had to turn back. But what's even worse is that the doors didn't open from the inside!!! while guests, including us, were still in the store! As a company security officer, I can say with certainty that this is not possible. Emergency exits must be easy to open at all times and without the need for external aids. What if there was a sudden fire, someone panicked or there was some other danger? In addition, simply locking people up somewhere against their will also counts as deprivation of liberty. When we were finished and wanted to leave the restaurant and couldn't get out of the door, I went to the counter and pointed out that we wanted out. After a few minutes the employee came and unlocked a door for us (which he immediately locked again). Despite the fact that the door was opened for us (minutes later) when we asked, this is still not okay or even legal! When I read through all the 1-star reviews here, this seems to be something that happens quite often. In any case, it is questionable that nothing will be done about all the reviews or that they will not even be answered. But somewhere it's clear - how are you supposed to justify yourself? In view of the reviews, this store should be checked as quickly as possible by Burger King itself, the health department or other authorities.

I live nearby and sometimes it's worth driving to Mecces. It takes forever. Not just once but 85% of the time. This “fast food” is the biggest catastrophe in all of Germany. There are many other things but I don't feel like writing everything here. Take care of it!!!!

The food is ok, but the staff are unfriendly and extremely overwhelmed. At 9 p.m. some employee locked all the doors and said there was only drive through, so we had to ask if he would unlock the door so we could leave. Felt a bit like I was in prison.
