I used to really enjoy coming here – the quality and service were excellent. Unfortunately, that has changed significantly recently. The wait times are now very long, both at the drive-thru and in the restaurant. While the employees seem attentive and friendly, the team is clearly severely understaffed, which is having a significant impact on the process and quality. My last visit was particularly disappointing: My burger simply contained a thick, hard "lump" of lettuce – absolutely unappetizing and demonstrating a lack of control over the preparation. The entire system seems to be overloaded or poorly organized. Something urgently needs to be done here – for both the customers and the employees. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at the moment. It's a shame, because it used to be much better.

You can't get in anyway. Three customers in front of you – and a wait time of 20 minutes… and I hadn't even ordered yet.

There was a long line at the checkout because only one employee was processing orders, which made people wait. Drinks were served first, which caused them to get warm, and milkshakes and ice cream melted. The toilets weren't particularly clean. Disinfectant wasn't refilled, and the hand dryer didn't work either. You can see for yourself what this place has to offer, but I wouldn't go there again.

At first, you don't notice anything, but when you get home to the bathroom, things really get going. The only things that taste good are the chicken patties, the fries, and the drinks. The beef gives an extra kick in the bathroom and doesn't even taste good. The staff are completely uninterested and are downright rude; I'm asking them to hire new employees. Also, my orders are almost always given incorrectly; even when I say I want to eat in, they give me a bag as if I'd said takeout. Best regards

It's a bakery, so you can't expect ambiance and candlelight. The service is excellent, fast, and simply very friendly. I highly recommend it for fast food.

People just don't go there to eat, not only does the cashier have no clue, they are totally disorganized and the food arrives cold at the table

The Double Whopper was awesome, the fries crispy and hot. You can't really speak of ambiance in a parking lot, and the person at the cash register was clearly having a bad day, but all in all, the visit was what you'd expect from Burger King.

There's only one cash register and no other way to order. The lines are accordingly long. The restaurant smells bad. The kitchen workers are bored and look stupid at the waiting guests.

The order took forever, and the employees are all incompetent! On top of that, the store isn't particularly clean.

The Burger King on Aktienstraße was always different from the others. Sometimes it tasted really good, sometimes it was terrible. It always takes a long time there, but I still took the time because I really like eating at Burger King and there's no other Burger King near me. A+ Burger King! BUT what I found in my Long Nugget Burger last night was the last straw for me, and I decided NEVER TO VISIT THAT BURGER KING ON AKTIENSTRASSE AGAIN! I've often heard how disgusting it is to have a hair in your food, and I was the lucky one who never experienced that, until last night. Thank you for the hair in my burger. Thank you for making me never visit you on Aktienstraße again. I'm actually going to go to Burger King less often because that's simply unacceptable!

Been there twice, wasted an infinite amount of time twice. This store is packed, but only one employee is handling orders. Naturally, it drags on forever. Some people even left the store because it took so long to even place an order. And to experience this twice in one go is truly outrageous.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. The food was cold when we got home. To make matters worse, 2 burgers including the sauces were missing. We're definitely not coming back.

The Indian manager vishu is very nice, humble, and professional from what I have observed. His service was amazing and what really surprised me was when I saw him working with dedication even when he was on crutches. His efficiency and determination towards his work is definitely something to be admired.

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this Burger King - largely thanks to the Indian manager who was on duty that day. I had difficulty with a larger order because I needed to put something together for a group of friends with different food preferences. To be honest, it was a bit chaotic and I was expecting the usual quick “handling”. But the manager personally cared, listened carefully, made helpful suggestions, and even recommended combinations that helped me save money. I was particularly impressed by how calm and professional he remained - even though there was a line behind me. Ordered to take away today. The staff preferred to take care of the people who were at the drive-in, then when they got home they realized that the entire order, except for the fries, was wrong. When I called the branch, they said I had to come by again. When I argued that I lived 45 minutes away, they were rude on the phone and said I had to check it straight away. My conclusion. This was the third time I've been there and the third time it was bad, so I won't be going to this branch again

I live nearby and sometimes it's worth driving to Mecces. It takes forever. Not just once but 85% of the time. This “fast food” is the biggest catastrophe in all of Germany. There are many other things but I don't feel like writing everything here. Take care of it!!!!

This is a complete disaster. You order food at 11 p.m., but it simply isn't delivered. When you arrive on the night express at 1:30 a.m. on a Friday evening, the branch is already closed. This will have repercussions.

Very long waiting times despite fewer customers!

I was there on Saturday around 6:30 p.m. I was shocked. The trash was stacked at least a meter high. There were hardly any employees there. We stood in line, and nothing was moving. Since the tray-clearing carts were already completely full, the trash was piled on top and then left on the tables because there was no more room. Unbelievable.

Totally fine for fast food. But—especially when there aren't many people—I expect the tables to be cleaned, so you don't have to wait until the third person to get a seat.

On Sundays, the store is staffed by three employees who seem completely overwhelmed by the day-to-day business. Orders are recorded incorrectly, resulting in the coupons in the app being lost, forcing customers to reconsider. Long wait times! Unfortunately, the focus is not on the customer, but on profit. A complaint has been filed.

A total disaster!!! Today I waited 30 minutes (!) for a burger (in the menu with fries and a drink) and one 6 piece of chilli cheese nuggets. It was completely empty. And only to find out at home that the nuggets weren't wrapped at all. Never this store again.

Ordered from Lieferando. Food arrived after 2 hours delivery time. Driving distance just under 10 minutes. Food was ice cold and no longer edible. Replacement delivery, offered by the driver until now 12 hours later, has not been fulfilled. But the money is withheld for the service not provided. This is clearly a breach of contract.

I ordered food and they did almost everything bad that could be done badly. They came about 20 minutes later. The food arrived cold even though they had a warmer in the car. And they forgot my 9 nuggets, so I called them for an hour and they really didn't answer for the entire hour.

I went to the fast food joint Burger King for a quick meal. After I stood in a queue inside in which not a single person was served in 15 minutes, even though there were staff there, but they only pushed pieces of paper back and forth and sometimes discarded the wrong pieces of paper and thus lost the order, I'm back went out. While I was standing inside, I saw someone being served outside at the drive through and tried it there. Here, too, I stood there for a full 20 minutes before I was even able to drive up to the window and say my order, even though there was only one car in front of me. The restaurant was almost completely empty and there were only 2 cars outside, but in over 40 minutes of my stay only 1 order was handed over that I could see. The service is also rated far too well with 1 star. There should be minus stars for this. You were only allowed to pay with cash, you couldn't use a card, which was also a great thing on a Sunday evening.

You can't beat it when it comes to disgust. I've never seen such a dirty shop. Every table was dirty, mountains of rubbish piled up when it was returned. The floor was not sticky or dirty anywhere. Not an isolated case. You lose your appetite.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. As soon as there are two vehicles in front of you in the drive in, you can go to Edeka and cook something at home, it's quicker there. I waited forever for my order (I only ordered two burgers). It also took forever before I could place the order, and there were only two people ahead of me. 25 years ago I took the bus and train or, in the storming rain, rode my moped to this Burger King to treat myself to a whooper. Really bad. A fast food restaurant should work more effectively, perhaps turning on the intercom once to be able to take orders. Employees come back from delivery and don't even wash their fingers. But they work in the kitchen. Parts of the order were not manufactured and after 20 minutes of waiting. Then wait another 10 minutes. There wasn't even a word of apology. And then we realize at home that what we ordered wasn't even in the bag. There's not really anything good to say. Thanks for nothing. Except that I'm now 47 euros poorer for poor quality and poor service.
