You expect nothing and are still disappointed. It's not busy, yet there are endless lines, while the employees stand around bored and not moving an inch. Sometimes, three employees at the counter watch the colleague preparing the food instead of taking the next order. Nevertheless, they clearly don't notice that the food is getting ready, but leave it in the display – while all three stare at it, mesmerized.

This absolutely dated bakery shop. The food was the worst in a long time; my stomach is still rumbling. The sink in the restroom, one faucet broken, the other barely working, and, of course, the soap was empty. The icing on the cake was the constant sight of the employee's cleavage. The whole store was like something out of a fever dream. The entrance window alone, with its numerous fingerprints, should have been warning enough for me... well, the employees were otherwise very nice and things moved quickly. Hence 2 stars.

Simply a complete disaster. We were delivered one burger too few for an order where the burgers actually came together as a bundle. After calling, we were told as a gesture of goodwill that the driver would deliver the burger straight away and that we would get a free one as an apology. We waited and waited, and after an hour and a half I called and was told the driver was having problems with the gas and needed to fill up, which is why it would take longer. It's funny that Uber cars are electric, so not only do you not get proper service, you also feel like you're being taken for a fool. After two and a half hours, the driver finally arrived with the soggy, cold burgers. The rest of the food was, of course, rock hard and inedible, and my hunger had long since disappeared. Never, ever again!

Just grabbing a quick burger doesn't work. It's nothing to do with "fast" food anymore. Since the burgers are always cold anyway, I pop into the Edeka next door and get a fresh meatball bun. It's cheaper, tastes better, and saves time and hassle. I won't be going to Burger King again either.

The delivery took over 90 minutes! Burger King couldn't be reached by phone, otherwise I would have canceled! Some of the fries were soft and some were already hard...the entire meal was about body temperature and in a corresponding condition (mushy and soggy). No longer edible...a shame.

The review refers to the delivery service: I received a paradoxical menu... warm drink, cold food. Fries were rubbery. Burgers were already hard around the edges. Delivery time: 95 minutes (!). The restaurant itself is fine, but for God's sake, eat there or take something to go. Avoid the delivery service at all costs!

I can't say much about the food. I left after 20 minutes. After being ignored and after... I repeat, after 20 minutes, I still wasn't allowed to place my order! There were three cars in the drive-thru and one customer in the store with me. Once and never again! No "good day" or "please wait a minute." If you don't feel like it, just close the place completely.

I was there on the weekend and wanted to try some of the special offers. It was a mistake. Only one employee was responsible for the orders, and she seemed to speak no German. None of the special offers were in stock, and after paying, they told me they were out of T-shirts for the meal, as well as toys for the children's menu. I had to constantly "help" the employee and ask countless times whether she had done and packed everything correctly. Without my help, half of the items would have been missing and would have been ordered incorrectly. It was simply abysmal and not worth the money. The kitchen area also looked incredibly dirty and unhygienic, so I was disgusted with the food. Never again...

They're not exactly rude, but they show you that they don't care about customers, the store, and apparently their lives. 😅 My highlight, though, was the chicken bone I had in a long chicken. I don't know what possessed me to go there again. But that was definitely the last time. 🤢

The parking lot is large and the facility is generally clean. The food is okay, but the wait times per order are truly disastrous. There are also no ordering terminals. The longest stop from entering to leaving was about 45 minutes. Drive-thru is always a priority, even at chains, and during peak hours, I would only use the drive-thru. I would generally only visit the establishment during off-peak hours and when not under time pressure. Slow food is more accurate. The employees are nice but don't seem particularly committed. At least three employees are missing during peak hours. The owner is probably trying to maximize revenue by keeping the staffing level to a minimum. This doesn't work very well, since fast food is all about speed.

Absolutely terrible Burger King. Delivery is a no-go; your food will always be cold, wrong, or even missing. Nobody answers your phone calls. And the service there is also terrible; people just stand around, you wait forever, and you get leftover burgers that have been sitting there for ages, or half of them are missing. Simply pathetic.

I'm usually a fan of Burger King, especially because of the larger vegetarian selection compared to McDonald's. But after my last visit, I'll think twice about eating there again in the future. The food was delicious as usual – nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service seriously dampened the overall impression. They obviously didn't listen properly when ordering, so they served me regular meat options instead of the veggie burgers I requested. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled them was completely inappropriate. Instead of apologizing, they argued with me and even blamed me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable to me. If I see this employee behind the counter again, I'll turn around and go straight to McDonald's.

I used to really enjoy coming here – the quality and service were great. Unfortunately, that's changed significantly recently. The wait times are now very long, both at the drive-thru and in the restaurant. While the employees seem attentive and friendly, the team is clearly severely understaffed, which is having a significant impact on the process and quality. My last visit was particularly disappointing: My burger simply contained a thick, hard "lump" of lettuce – absolutely unappetizing and demonstrating a lack of control over the preparation. The entire system seems to be overloaded or poorly organized. Something urgently needs to be done here – for both the customers and the employees. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place at the moment. It's a shame, because it used to be much better.

There was a long line at the checkout because only one employee was processing orders, which made people wait. Drinks were served first, which caused them to get warm, and milkshakes and ice cream melted. The toilets weren't particularly clean. Disinfectant wasn't refilled, and the hand dryer didn't work either. You can see for yourself what this place has to offer, but I wouldn't go there again.

At first, you don't notice anything, but when you get home to the bathroom, things really get going. The only things that taste good are the chicken patties, the fries, and the drinks. The beef gives an extra kick in the bathroom and doesn't even taste good. The staff are completely uninterested and are downright rude; I'm asking them to hire new employees. Also, my orders are almost always given incorrectly; even when I say I want to eat in, they give me a bag as if I'd said takeout. Best regards

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this Burger King - largely thanks to the Indian manager who was on duty that day. I had difficulty with a larger order because I needed to put something together for a group of friends with different food preferences. To be honest, it was a bit chaotic and I was expecting the usual quick “handling”. But the manager personally cared, listened carefully, made helpful suggestions, and even recommended combinations that helped me save money. I went to the fast food joint Burger King for a quick meal. After I stood in a queue inside in which not a single person was served in 15 minutes, even though there were staff there, but they only pushed pieces of paper back and forth and sometimes discarded the wrong pieces of paper and thus lost the order, I'm back went out. While I was standing inside, I saw someone being served outside at the drive through and tried it there. The restaurant was almost completely empty and there were only 2 cars outside, but in over 40 minutes of my stay only 1 order was handed over that I could see. The service is also rated far too well with 1 star. There should be minus stars for this. You were only allowed to pay with cash, you couldn't use a card, which was also a great thing on a Sunday evening.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. As soon as there are two vehicles in front of you in the drive in, you can go to Edeka and cook something at home, it's quicker there. I wonder how you can work so slowly. EC card payments have not been possible for over a week. I went to Asya Döner and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🍴 The food tastes fresh and truly delicious – the portions are generous, and everything is prepared with love. The service is super friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The ambiance is also impressive: clean, cozy, and pleasant to sit in. You can just tell that quality and hospitality are top priorities here. Highly recommended – I'd love to come back!

This is the most disgusting store I've ever seen. I bet if a manager from the US saw this, the lights would be out within minutes. The floor in this store is sticky, as if it had never been mopped. The service is lame and not particularly friendly. This store is a disgrace to the chain!
