It was very cold in Burger King. The employees at the cash register and in the kitchen were working in jackets and wool hats. The restaurant was not very busy.

I went into the restaurant and immediately left again! What kind of cold is this? The poor employees are all wearing winter jackets and hats – what unacceptable conditions! Shame on you, Burger King, for exploiting your workers like this for two months! Can't you help them?! It's ridiculous; this country is destroying itself more and more.

The staff prepares the food in their own street clothes. Very hygienic. Also, it's freezing cold in the place. Pack a heated blanket if you plan to eat there.

I had a tough fight in the toilet after eating the burger.

Unfortunately, in this branch, many items are reheated and then sold repeatedly. There are also frequent errors at the checkout. It's very cold. It's so incredibly cold that employees have to wear down jackets to work – that's not normal.

The restaurant was freezing cold, and the staff blatantly ignored us. The place was dirty and rather unappealing for a Burger King. I'll be going to a different Burger King in the future.

Disaster...and no heating at all...

Burger King is still a way of life here, with people wearing tracksuits to work. 😁 Great picture, especially since the service is simply awful. Not a single hello, a friendly word, let alone any attention paid to the customer. But taking selfies with their phones is fine. The staff has to be in the picture, right? Absolutely terrible. What a shame. Well, maybe they'll finally get some attention soon?

The biggest load of rubbish! They take 10 years for every delivery. You call 20 times, nobody answers, and in the end the burger arrives so cold you'd think you ordered it from the North Pole.

The heating has been broken in the store for over three weeks!!!!!!!!!! It's freezing cold 🥶 in the store; the staff were visibly shivering. The chairs were so cold it was like sitting outside. This was already the case three weeks ago when they said the heating was broken. This is unacceptable for both customers and staff!!! The fries, however, were hot.

Upon entering this Burger King, it quickly became clear that hygiene standards were completely disregarded. From staff picking their noses to clogged toilets with no running water (and not a trace of soap), to absolutely filthy floors, everything was astounding. We weren't greeted, nor were we given any further attention, and after attempting to wash our hands, we decided we didn't even want to try the food. We've truly never experienced anything like it.

The staff are incredibly slow and outrageously unfriendly. It makes you feel really uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the food was an absolute disaster. The fries weren't tasty, the nuggets were far too hard and not crispy enough. Furthermore, the staff was unable to prepare the food promptly when there weren't many customers, and you end up with something different than what you ordered. For all of this, the price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable. Outrageous!

The service is very bad. I was contacted by a Burger King employee because I had my mobile phone at the counter and I don't have to talk while eating because the employee threw it at me and there was a hair in the burger. I don't recommend this branch.

You expect nothing and are still disappointed. It's not busy, yet there are endless lines, while the employees stand around bored and not moving an inch. Sometimes, three employees at the counter watch the colleague preparing the food instead of taking the next order. Nevertheless, they clearly don't notice that the food is getting ready, but leave it in the display – while all three stare at it, mesmerized.

This absolutely dated bakery shop. The food was the worst in a long time; my stomach is still rumbling. The sink in the restroom, one faucet broken, the other barely working, and, of course, the soap was empty. The icing on the cake was the constant sight of the employee's cleavage. The whole store was like something out of a fever dream. The entrance window alone, with its numerous fingerprints, should have been warning enough for me... well, the employees were otherwise very nice and things moved quickly. Hence 2 stars.

No, I can't recommend it. Burger meat is dry as straw and tasteless. Two burger menus thrown together for almost 28 €.

Simply a complete disaster. We were delivered one burger too few for an order where the burgers actually came together as a bundle. After calling, we were told as a gesture of goodwill that the driver would deliver the burger straight away and that we would get a free one as an apology. We waited and waited, and after an hour and a half I called and was told the driver was having problems with the gas and needed to fill up, which is why it would take longer. It's funny that Uber cars are electric, so not only do you not get proper service, you also feel like you're being taken for a fool. After two and a half hours, the driver finally arrived with the soggy, cold burgers. The rest of the food was, of course, rock hard and inedible, and my hunger had long since disappeared. Never, ever again!

Just grabbing a quick burger doesn't work. It's nothing to do with "fast" food anymore. Since the burgers are always cold anyway, I pop into the Edeka next door and get a fresh meatball bun. It's cheaper, tastes better, and saves time and hassle. I won't be going to Burger King again either.

The delivery took over 90 minutes! Burger King couldn't be reached by phone, otherwise I would have canceled! Some of the fries were soft and some were already hard...the entire meal was about body temperature and in a corresponding condition (mushy and soggy). No longer edible...a shame.

The review refers to the delivery service: I received a paradoxical menu... warm drink, cold food. Fries were rubbery. Burgers were already hard around the edges. Delivery time: 95 minutes (!). The restaurant itself is fine, but for God's sake, eat there or take something to go. Avoid the delivery service at all costs!

Honestly, 5-10 years ago, the store was completely different. The food was ready quickly and warm. Communication was good. Now you're looked at like a car. The cashier doesn't understand a word of German! The food is always cold and incomplete orders arrive at the table... When ordering from the drive-thru, something is always missing.

I can't say much about the food. I left after 20 minutes. After being ignored and after... I repeat, after 20 minutes, I still wasn't allowed to place my order! There were three cars in the drive-thru and one customer in the store with me. Once and never again! No "good day" or "please wait a minute." If you don't feel like it, just close the place completely.

I was there on the weekend and wanted to try some of the special offers. It was a mistake. Only one employee was responsible for the orders, and she seemed to speak no German. None of the special offers were in stock, and after paying, they told me they were out of T-shirts for the meal, as well as toys for the children's menu. I had to constantly "help" the employee and ask countless times whether she had done and packed everything correctly. Without my help, half of the items would have been missing and would have been ordered incorrectly. It was simply abysmal and not worth the money. The kitchen area also looked incredibly dirty and unhygienic, so I was disgusted with the food. Never again...

I was there for the first time last night with my girlfriend: we were thrilled. A manager named Amir not only welcomes guests with an almost warm welcome, but also manages his staff very friendly. The food was delicious, and it was clean, too. 👍

So, aside from the fact that it always takes forever, and has been for years (chronically understaffed?), the employees are incredibly unmotivated. They're not exactly rude, but they show you that they don't care about customers, the store, and apparently their lives. 😅 My highlight, though, was the chicken bone I had in a long chicken. I don't know what possessed me to go there again. But that was definitely the last time. 🤢

The parking lot is large and the facility is generally clean. The food is okay, but the wait times per order are truly disastrous. There are also no ordering terminals. The longest stop from entering to leaving was about 45 minutes. Drive-thru is always a priority, even at chains, and during peak hours, I would only use the drive-thru. I would generally only visit the establishment during off-peak hours and when not under time pressure. Slow food is more accurate. The employees are nice but don't seem particularly committed. At least three employees are missing during peak hours. The owner is probably trying to maximize revenue by keeping the staffing level to a minimum. This doesn't work very well, since fast food is all about speed.

I'm usually a fan of Burger King, especially because of the larger vegetarian selection compared to McDonald's. But after my last visit, I'll think twice about eating there again in the future. The food was delicious as usual – nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service seriously dampened the overall impression. They obviously didn't listen properly when ordering, so they served me regular meat options instead of the veggie burgers I requested. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled them was completely inappropriate. Instead of apologizing, they argued with me and even blamed me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable to me. If I see this employee behind the counter again, I'll turn around and go straight to McDonald's.

You can't get in anyway. Three customers in front of you – and a wait time of 20 minutes… and I hadn't even ordered yet.

There was a long line at the checkout because only one employee was processing orders, which made people wait. Drinks were served first, which caused them to get warm, and milkshakes and ice cream melted. The toilets weren't particularly clean. Disinfectant wasn't refilled, and the hand dryer didn't work either. You can see for yourself what this place has to offer, but I wouldn't go there again.

At first, you don't notice anything, but when you get home to the bathroom, things really get going. The only things that taste good are the chicken patties, the fries, and the drinks. The beef gives an extra kick in the bathroom and doesn't even taste good. The staff are completely uninterested and are downright rude; I'm asking them to hire new employees. Also, my orders are almost always given incorrectly; even when I say I want to eat in, they give me a bag as if I'd said takeout. Best regards

It's a bakery, so you can't expect ambiance and candlelight. The service is excellent, fast, and simply very friendly. I highly recommend it for fast food.

The Double Whopper was awesome, the fries crispy and hot. You can't really speak of ambiance in a parking lot, and the person at the cash register was clearly having a bad day, but all in all, the visit was what you'd expect from Burger King.

There's only one cash register and no other way to order. The lines are accordingly long. The restaurant smells bad. The kitchen workers are bored and look stupid at the waiting guests.

The order took forever, and the employees are all incompetent! On top of that, the store isn't particularly clean.

The Burger King on Aktienstraße was always different from the others. Sometimes it tasted really good, sometimes it was terrible. Been there twice, wasted an infinite amount of time twice. This store is packed, but only one employee is handling orders. Naturally, it drags on forever. Some people even left the store because it took so long to even place an order. And to experience this twice in one go is truly outrageous.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. The food was cold when we got home. To make matters worse, 2 burgers including the sauces were missing. We're definitely not coming back.

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this Burger King - largely thanks to the Indian manager who was on duty that day. I had difficulty with a larger order because I needed to put something together for a group of friends with different food preferences. To be honest, it was a bit chaotic and I was expecting the usual quick “handling”. But the manager personally cared, listened carefully, made helpful suggestions, and even recommended combinations that helped me save money. I was particularly impressed by how calm and professional he remained - even though there was a line behind me. Ordered to take away today. The staff preferred to take care of the people who were at the drive-in, then when they got home they realized that the entire order, except for the fries, was wrong. When I called the branch, they said I had to come by again. When I argued that I lived 45 minutes away, they were rude on the phone and said I had to check it straight away. My conclusion. This was the third time I've been there and the third time it was bad, so I won't be going to this branch again

Ordered online and still not there after 3 hours Unavailable by telephone First and last time

I live nearby and sometimes it's worth driving to Mecces. It takes forever. Not just once but 85% of the time. This “fast food” is the biggest catastrophe in all of Germany. There are many other things but I don't feel like writing everything here. Take care of it!!!!

I've never had to wait so long at a BurgerKing. 4 employees and 3 of them are just standing around! Great if you want to lose customers!
