I actually didn't want to give ANY STARS. THE EMPLOYEE ON SITE TOWED ME A CUP OF BACH EVEN I JUST ASKED NAXH MAYO. ?!!! WHO GAVE THIS THE RIGHT?!! I'm really very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Waiting time is far too long, employees are constantly on the phone. Toilets flooded and everything was very unhygienic...

Staff hopelessly overwhelmed even though there was something going on. Burger cold and no cheese despite correct billing. Hard to beat.

A huge shout out to a special employee at Burger King! He really made our evening special with his cheerfulness. His friendliness was contagious, and despite being busy, he was super fast and always in a good mood. It's rare to experience such great service - thank you for making our visit unforgettable!

Really bad. A fast food restaurant should work more effectively, perhaps turning on the intercom once to be able to take orders. Then you don't have to force paying customers to drive 2 meters ahead and start the engine again. This demand was then announced unfriendly. Very, very high need for improvement.

Sunday evening. 8:30 p.m. - Waiting time in the drive in is now over 25 minutes. Not uncommon here unfortunately. Keep falling for it. Friday evening. 6:50 p.m. - Drive In has only been available here every now and then for a long time. Closed today, of course - it's just the start of the weekend. Otherwise super full shop, only one cashier. Awful.

You come in and the lights flicker like in an old pub. Employees are completely overwhelmed. The shift manager wrote to the employees. Very unprofessional. Employees come back from delivery and don't even wash their fingers. But they work in the kitchen. Parts of the order were not manufactured and after 20 minutes of waiting. Then wait another 10 minutes. There wasn't even a word of apology. And then we realize at home that what we ordered wasn't even in the bag. There's not really anything good to say. Thanks for nothing. Except that I'm now 47 euros poorer for poor quality and poor service.

Food was okay as always. But what doesn't work at all is the waiting time in the drive-in. I stood there for probably 45 minutes. Although it wasn't that crowded.

Kult Grill has maintained its good standards since its inception. The staff and the boss are absolutely customer friendly and hard working. Always my pleasure!

Nothing great. but hunger drives it in. second review. I had actually eaten something really delicious today but then there was my beloved Fanta with a cardboard straw. Who can think of something so disgusting? Something has always been around for years. There was only this disgusting tasting mayonnaise with the straws. There's definitely another solution. 🌶 maybe this company will take a look at their own reviews. you can at least try to do something better

No terminals for ordering. Service is friendly and ok. However, only one person behind the counter. Fast-food restaurants that don't have terminals for ordering are no longer an alternative for me. As in every fast food restaurant, the menu above the counter is far too confusing and I don't feel like choosing the cheapest one from the possible menus.

I've ordered from BK several times and usually nothing special, but now the evening before last I ordered from BK again and was surprised by the friendliest supplier I've seen in a long time. Since I'm not so good on my feet anymore, I unfortunately couldn't come down the stairs to take his food because the elevator was broken and I live on the 7th floor. After a long time, we went to eat at this Burger King branch again. But they won't see me again anytime soon. I ate 5 nuggets and 2 chili cheese burgers... I didn't notice anything because of the spiciness, but I already thought that they weren't the best I've eaten at bk. After the spiciness subsided a bit, I kept getting a foul taste, like bad beef. It made me sick and I drank extra and ate something else to get rid of the taste. The next day I was in bed with diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea. I had the experience there for the first time. Let’s face it… it’s not 5 star food you get at bk, but the fun ends when you get food poisoning! It really annoys me that I don't have any evidence for this. All employees are lazy and they cheat on you. For example, if you order a burger with cheese, two slices of cheese are charged, but only one is added. Makes a profit of €0.50. Or simply calculate mayo or ketchup on the menu. Yes, you can increase your sales that way.

If you want something delivered, you should be prepared for the food not to arrive at all. Drive-in is almost always closed after 10 p.m.!! Waiting time in the drive-in on July 17, 2024 was over 20 minutes! After 20 minutes I was informed that customers would not be served via drive-thru today. Absolute disgrace! Unfortunately, over the years I have had to correct the rating downwards several times. Unfortunately, it's now a complete disaster. Fries are regularly wobbly and without salt, the burgers are old/dry and more than carelessly thrown together. Some drinks are non-carbonated. The staff doesn't care about this because unfortunately some of them hardly understand or want to understand German. It's a shame because the BK branch is right around the corner for me and often made me want to visit. Update 2 years later: Went there again after a long time, ordered 2x ChilliCheese Burgers & 1x Chickennugget Burger. When we got home there were 3 super dry hamburgers in the bag 😑👍🏻
