Ordered online and still not there after 3 hours Unavailable by telephone First and last time

I live nearby and sometimes it's worth driving to Mecces. It takes forever. Not just once but 85% of the time. This “fast food” is the biggest catastrophe in all of Germany. There are many other things but I don't feel like writing everything here. Take care of it!!!!

I've never had to wait so long at a BurgerKing. 4 employees and 3 of them are just standing around! Great if you want to lose customers!

This is a complete disaster. You order food at 11 p.m., but it simply isn't delivered. When you arrive on the night express at 1:30 a.m. on a Friday evening, the branch is already closed. This will have repercussions.

I was there on Saturday around 6:30 p.m. I was shocked. The trash was stacked at least a meter high. There were hardly any employees there. We stood in line, and nothing was moving. Since the tray-clearing carts were already completely full, the trash was piled on top and then left on the tables because there was no more room. Unbelievable.

Totally fine for fast food. But—especially when there aren't many people—I expect the tables to be cleaned, so you don't have to wait until the third person to get a seat.

A total disaster!!! Today I waited 30 minutes (!) for a burger (in the menu with fries and a drink) and one 6 piece of chilli cheese nuggets. It was completely empty. And only to find out at home that the nuggets weren't wrapped at all. Never this store again.

On Sundays, the store is staffed by three employees who seem completely overwhelmed by the day-to-day business. Orders are recorded incorrectly, resulting in the coupons in the app being lost, forcing customers to reconsider. Long wait times! Unfortunately, the focus is not on the customer, but on profit. Drive somewhere else. It took 20 minutes for us to place our order; there were two people ahead of us. Then we waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Disastrous. It has nothing to do with fast food and we'll never go back.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. The food was cold when we got home. To make matters worse, 2 burgers including the sauces were missing. We're definitely not coming back.

Ordered from Lieferando. Food arrived after 2 hours delivery time. Driving distance just under 10 minutes. Food was ice cold and no longer edible. You can't beat it when it comes to disgust. I've never seen such a dirty shop. Every table was dirty, mountains of rubbish piled up when it was returned. The floor was not sticky or dirty anywhere. Not an isolated case. You lose your appetite.

I went to the fast food joint Burger King for a quick meal. After I stood in a queue inside in which not a single person was served in 15 minutes, even though there were staff there, but they only pushed pieces of paper back and forth and sometimes discarded the wrong pieces of paper and thus lost the order, I'm back went out. While I was standing inside, I saw someone being served outside at the drive through and tried it there. You were only allowed to pay with cash, you couldn't use a card, which was also a great thing on a Sunday evening.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. As soon as there are two vehicles in front of you in the drive in, you can go to Edeka and cook something at home, it's quicker there. I waited forever for my order (I only ordered two burgers). It also took forever before I could place the order, and there were only two people ahead of me. You come in and the lights flicker like in an old pub. Employees are completely overwhelmed. The shift manager wrote to the employees. Very unprofessional. No terminals for ordering. Service is friendly and ok. However, only one person behind the counter. Fast-food restaurants that don't have terminals for ordering are no longer an alternative for me.
