It might be okay if you're there, but I can only advise against ordering. Deliveries are incomplete, the fries are only half cooked, it takes forever and recently it didn't come at all. It's actually crazy that I tried it so often.

We were there after the Taylor Swift concert. Because the crowd was so big, all the doors were simply locked. Only after several questions were we let out. We were about to call the police because this was deprivation of liberty. Also a clear violation of every fire safety regulation.

Food was good, I liked Burger King, but when I read the other reviews I'm shocked.

We ordered a plant based bacon burger, the pattie was vegetarian, but the bacon looked too real, we went and asked “is it vegetarian?” and he said “yes”, when asked “is the bacon also vegetarian?” ", then the guy says seriously to everyone, "No, how is that supposed to work?" We were horrified!!!! You can't sell a burger as PLANT-BASED and then put real bacon on it. That's NOT possible at all!!!!!!

Update: According to the BK app and Google Maps, they are open until 3 a.m. Saturday to Sunday. Went there at 1:15am. The store was closed, with no notice or other information at the drive-thru. Apparently there is either no team play, the employees are not trained or there are simply too few of them. Luckily, there are now ordering terminals inside; before that, only one of several cash registers was usually occupied, especially in the evenings when it is more crowded. Warning, absolute rip-off! I regularly ate at Burger King with a friend, but our last visit was a disaster! One evening we dared to stay a full 10 minutes longer in the parking lot that Burger King had sold or rented to a private company. The consequence? We now have to pay €50 each just because we ate there and were slightly over the permitted parking time - even though we were paying customers! This shameless rip-off is simply scandalous! I ordered a vegetarian cheeseburger. This also came in the outer packaging for vegetarian goods. When I unwrapped it and bit into it, I immediately noticed a beef-like taste. I checked the patty and saw that it didn't have the typical flower-like shape that Burger King now uses to make vegetarian patties easier to identify. I spit out the rest and went to complain. Since it was a Friday evening, I strongly suspect that this was done on purpose. The employees probably thought a drunk customer wouldn't care. I am truly extremely disappointed, disgusted and just plain stunned.

Visiting this restaurant was an absolute disaster. The waiting time is simply endless, up to 40 minutes waiting for a burger and a drink. I've been to this branch several times. The visit always involves long waiting times. Anything between 15 and 30 minutes is possible. There are tons of people waiting in line in the store, but only 1 checkout is open. So much for quick restaurants aka fast food. If you're smart, you can use the drive-in by car. The waiting time is OK, but the entrance has been closed several times recently and is blocked by a chair. Really great! I have no idea why BK, regardless of the branch, is simply underground in terms of service. Queues, dirty and untidy tables, etc. This makes the competition much better

Two weeks later I received a letter from Smart Parking saying that you had to pay 48 euros because the maximum parking time had been exceeded. But this rip-off has Smart Parking System, that's just their business model. The employees are arguing, shouting at the entire place, no one served us, after 10 minutes of waiting at the drive thru, we pulled up to the window. The man opened the window, asked what we wanted and went to unpack the cups.

The food, as always at Burger King, was tasty and hot. But some of the staff are apparently still new and it takes a long time. The tables and floor are not cleaned often. There is rubbish lying around (napkins etc.) and e.g. Spilled drinks are not wiped up either. At least not while we were there. The quality has clearly improved. The fact that the tables are full of rubbish or dirty, as has often been complained about here, is probably the fault of us customers. Been in drive. Just wanted 2 cheeseburgers. I had to wait 7 minutes from paying until the bag was handed to me. It has to be said that there really wasn't much going on. This BK is by far the best I have ever visited. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed and very friendly the staff was. I don't know much about other locations. If I lived in Essen I would probably stop by more often.

I like going to BK but this BK just has bad service. I'm in the Drive Inn right now, there are 8 cars in front of it, there are about 50 people inside and only one person from BK accepts everything. This person also has to operate the drive in, it always takes a long time to get to it and then get your food. In addition, the ambience still looks old and has not been modernized. Overall flawless. Sometimes the drive is overloaded and sometimes there is still rubbish on some tables inside. But this is only every now and then, it can happen, especially when there is a shortage of staff. The food was always fresh and delicious. With the “King of the Month” top price-performance ratio!
