Slowest BK I've ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for our order. Special requests for burgers (ordered without onions or extra sauce at the terminal) were ignored. Out of 5 burgers, 4 were wrong. One burger (without tomatoes) had tomatoes on it, but after the complaint it was simply repackaged again with more rocket so that it wasn't noticeable. Vegetarian cheeseburgers should have extra ketchup and mustard on them. There was none of the sauce on it at all. An extra mozzarella patty was ordered for another burger. That was missing and was added as a “shoe sole”. Of course the burgers were already cold in the meantime. This Burger King will not be approached again.

Long waits and low/small tables all look like children's tables.

When you watch the men and women (or boys and girls) working at the counter, I literally fall asleep. Are all student internships done here on Saturday evenings or what's wrong? Nobody is committed and everyone is walking around incredibly sluggishly. We had to wait 20 minutes for 2 ice creams. It's an absolute tragedy how bad the work ethic is here. Well, the main thing is cheap employees.

Unfortunately, orders always take an extremely long time. Apparently it is not pre-produced. It seems that either there are always too few staff planned or shift managers are not qualified to plan sensibly depending on the situation or to hold the staff accountable for working properly.

Waiting time was halfway. But since when do onions belong on a Bacon King?!? It wasn't an accident either, as I ordered 2 pieces and both are full of them. It doesn't work at all. By the way, I hate onions...

Despite payment, the order no longer appeared on the screen. According to staff it would no longer be in the program. Then you still put together the meal using the receipt, but the onion rings were missing from a burger. I first had to show the guy what was missing using a poster because he didn't understand a word. Then we actually had to wait forever for the burger... to find out that they had the wrong burger, which was already cold and had already been through several hands... slapped two onion rings on it and wrapped it back in the paper. Unbelievable. To the restaurant itself...ants under the table...and not really clean. Not recommended!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a combination of extremely slow service and poorly functioning self-ordering screens. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple order, despite the store not being particularly busy. The staff appeared disorganized and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. Secondly, the self-service ordering screens were a major letdown. The interface was unresponsive, confusing to navigate, and overall frustrating to use. What should have made the ordering process faster actually made it significantly worse. As a regular customer who generally enjoys your food, this experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality I’ve come to expect from Burger King. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the service and technology in your stores.

Dear team, I would like to complain about my last visit to your branch. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory. The employee Salma (as you could tell from her name tag) was very unfriendly and seemed generally unengaged. First, my order was mistakenly filled as "takeout" even though I had clearly stated that I wanted to eat in. When I pointed out to her that I had ordered to eat here, she got snarky and claimed I never said that - which is definitely not the truth. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the food was of poor quality: the fries were cold, the chili cheese sauce was not only cold but already hard, the burger was missing bacon and it was no longer hot either. In addition, the ice cream that was ordered was not initially given. I had to point this out to the employee twice, and even then she acted annoyed instead of politely apologizing. What I also noticed was unpleasant: the employee was only friendly towards male customers, which I found to be very inappropriate. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to avoid such situations in the future. Best regards

The churros weren't what we were hoping for. The churros with baklava were more like soft pancakes, and the few cookies sprinkled on top had nothing to do with baklava.

Hello everyone, For this one star I unfortunately have to say that it is too much, Firstly, the food was really dry and full, not much for the price, I asked and the employees said that it was correct, I didn't want to cause a problem, So I just sat and ate my dry food. Service was also bad so was the atmosphere. This restaurant used to be better with the old employees. Now it's a -0/10

The wait time in the restaurant was extreme. There are four ordering terminals, and even there I had to wait. There are no self-service vending machines, seating is OK, but the dining room is a bit small, parking is adequate, and like all over the city, homeless people are begging you for money outside the entrance ;-)

Update 3: At the beginning of 2025 it will still be the only fast food restaurant where you can take a week's vacation to wait for your order. Fortunately, there are now ordering terminals inside, but at least for us, no MyBK codes were ever accepted. Bad, but better than ordering from overwhelmed employees. It almost always takes an extremely long time in the drive-thru. The food is OK. It's often relatively dirty inside, but I was there mostly in the evening and it could be that those are the partygoers who the cleaning staff (presumably the same understaffed staff) can't keep up with. Please only order here if you have taken the rest of the day off and have a lot of time.

We waited almost 40 minutes even though it wasn't busy. Then, when I asked to cancel my order, they refused to refund me... after another five minutes, we finally got our food. Burger and fries were cold, and the drink was wrong. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

We waited exactly 35 minutes for our order. After we asked to cancel the order and get our money back, we were given another two minutes and then received half-warm food.

The driver comes up with an open bag even though they are usually too stapled. Never seen such a dirty Burger King. Employees understaffed and overwhelmed! When I asked for a cloth to wipe the table, I was just told to sit at another table. The place is very nice, I would say modern and quiet at the same time, very well located. The Burgers are always in accordance with the advertising photos, they look tasty and are tasty. Worst BK you can visit. Concentrated incompetence is concentrated in this place. If you want fast food, it's better to go somewhere else because you often have to wait at least 20 minutes because everyone in the shed is overwhelmed. The prices for cold burgers? No thanks

We wanted to give this Burger King branch another chance in the new year. Despite the moderate occupancy, we were extremely disappointed because it was simply not possible to order anything! All of our ordering attempts on all the ordering machines were aborted at the very end with a meaningless error message. No chance of identifying what we would have had to change for our order to go through. Two attempts to order at the checkout were brushed off by the only service person, pointing out that the waiting time was long. After 20 minutes we left without ordering anything to eat. The employees cannot be blamed for the situation on site. The management of the branch simply doesn't employ enough staff and apparently believes that one service person can carry out three tasks at the same time. The loveless software of the ordering machines is probably the fault of Burger King itself. In this way, Burger King will eliminate itself in the medium term.

Even though it may have been a bit busier yesterday on Boxing Day, you hardly saw any food being served and the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry. This was already the 3rd visit to this branch near the city center at the B&B Hotel at different times and always much longer waiting times than usual at BK elsewhere. In addition, payback is not accepted, even though it is clearly stated on the PB page that BK is still participating. In other branches you can get both, in addition to the new in-house program. They just decided not to do it.

The upper floor is closed, everything is piled up on the ground floor. The order at the terminal was quick, the preparation was a disaster. Waited over 20 minutes for our food with no special requests. Unfortunately there was far too little sauce on the Big King and the burgers were also thrown together without any enthusiasm. Very hectic atmosphere without any real progress. Hand dryer in the toilet is also broken. Sad... when I (actually) love Burger King so much!!! But I'll steer clear of this branch in the future.

Absolute total failure, this branch! I wanted to eat on site and was refused a tray because of Corona. Apparently you are not allowed to spend these. That is forbidden by law. Absolutely ridiculous! I then put my bag on the dirty, crumbly and not disinfected table and asked for a cloth so I could clean it myself. I then reluctantly received a tray. What followed next, however, was scary. I opened my bacon fries box and there was a blowfly crawling around on the fries, which likes to transmit pathogens. That really doesn't work at all. I returned everything and left the store with my money. I'll give this shop a wide berth in the future.

I think the worst Burger King in Germany has been found here. We went there for lunch on Friday, November 29th, 2024. On the one hand, we were treated very unkindly. The branch was very dirty in the dining room, delivery driver from Burger King came in at the end of our meal, moved into the kitchen and felt around in the fries without washing his hands first. Extremely slow service. The middle aged woman behind the counter was slower than excrement going down a funnel. Waited 40 minutes for cold food. The bag was already waiting for check out for at least 10 minutes before the guy stopped talking to the woman, made the drinks and gave us our food.
