The churros weren't what we were hoping for. The churros with baklava were more like soft pancakes, and the few cookies sprinkled on top had nothing to do with baklava.

Hello everyone, For this one star I unfortunately have to say that it is too much, Firstly, the food was really dry and full, not much for the price, I asked and the employees said that it was correct, I didn't want to cause a problem, So I just sat and ate my dry food. Service was also bad so was the atmosphere. This restaurant used to be better with the old employees. Now it's a -0/10

Delivery was not complete and unfortunately very dry.

The wait time in the restaurant was extreme. There are four ordering terminals, and even there I had to wait. There are no self-service vending machines, seating is OK, but the dining room is a bit small, parking is adequate, and, like all over the city, homeless people are begging you for money outside the entrance ;-)

It's such a pointless waste of time to stand in the drive-thru for over half an hour. Unbelievable!

I ordered from Lieferando and waited for 2 hours, but the problem was from Burger King. They wasted a lot of time preparing the order.

Open until 3 a.m. Friday night, but due to technical issues, they were supposed to close at 2:30 a.m., according to a self-written note on the entrance door! According to the receipt, our order was at 2:08 a.m. for pickup at 2:15 a.m. They wanted us to stop by and say we could eat at home! We still had 15 minutes to spare! He even called his boss because we insisted on our 15 minutes to eat! We weren't exactly greeted politely either! And at least 10 people arrived after us! It's always the tone that counts!!!! Maybe just ask nicely!!!!!!!! The boss was even walking up and down in a jacket... and was just as unfriendly! Too bad

Update 3: At the beginning of 2025 it will still be the only fast food restaurant where you can take a week's vacation to wait for your order. Hopefully more employees will soon be replaced by order terminals and every customer in the drive-thru can choose to be shown Interstellar or read the big Brockhaus. There is definitely enough time for that :) As a special bonus, we had an employee today who would have handed out random sauces without asking if they hadn't intervened. Update 2: Avoid this store! The waiting times and cleanliness in the store are the worst ever. The fact that I keep going here must be a sign that I should get checked for mental confusion. Update: According to the BK app and Google Maps, they are open until 3 a.m. Saturday to Sunday. Went there at 1:15am. The store was closed, with no notice or other information at the drive-thru. Now it would of course be 0 stars if it were possible. Complete crash, the place. Original review: No matter when I've been there, the staff always seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. Apparently there is either no team play, the employees are not trained or there are simply too few of them. Fortunately, there are now ordering terminals inside, but at least for us, no MyBK codes were ever accepted. Bad, but better than ordering from overwhelmed employees. It almost always takes an extremely long time in the drive-thru. The food is OK. It's often relatively dirty inside, but I was there mostly in the evening and it could be that those are the partygoers who the cleaning staff (presumably the same understaffed staff) can't keep up with. Please only order here if you have taken the rest of the day off and have a lot of time.

The drive-thru takes over 30 minutes to deliver the food

We waited exactly 35 minutes for our order. After we asked to cancel the order and get our money back, we were given another two minutes and then received half-warm food.

We waited almost 40 minutes even though it wasn't busy. Then, when I asked to cancel my order, they refused to refund me... after another five minutes, we finally got our food. Burger and fries were cold, and the drink was wrong. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

This store is a joke. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 burgers, asked several times and still waited forever. Also very dry burgers!!! Definitely not recommended.

Never seen such a dirty Burger King. Employees understaffed and overwhelmed! When I asked for a cloth to wipe the table, I was just told to sit at another table. Unfortunately all the tables were completely dirty! The tray delivery carts were piled up so that you couldn't put your tray away at all!

The driver comes up with an open bag even though they are usually too stapled. Comes up the stairs chewing and with a full mouth and a menu is missing except for the fries, which were left for me 😳 apparently the driver was hungrier than me, but it would have been nice to ask and wouldn't have said no 🤷

Ordered online via the app. Delivery time stated there as 60 minutes. No updates on the status of the ship. After 120 minutes the food was delivered. Ice cold and also wrong articles. Never again!

The place is very nice, I would say modern and quiet at the same time, very well located. The Burgers are always in accordance with the advertising photos, they look tasty and are tasty. Were there at night, 12:30 a.m., after a football game. It was very busy, so we had to wait a very long time for our order. But the burgers were very good. Tables were wiped down regularly.

We wanted to give this Burger King branch another chance in the new year. Despite the moderate occupancy, we were extremely disappointed because it was simply not possible to order anything! All of our ordering attempts on all the ordering machines were aborted at the very end with a meaningless error message. No chance of identifying what we would have had to change for our order to go through. Two attempts to order at the checkout were brushed off by the only service person, pointing out that the waiting time was long. After 20 minutes we left without ordering anything to eat. The employees cannot be blamed for the situation on site. The management of the branch simply doesn't employ enough staff and apparently believes that one service person can carry out three tasks at the same time. The loveless software of the ordering machines is probably the fault of Burger King itself. In this way, Burger King will eliminate itself in the medium term.

You go to a fast food restaurant and have to wait just under 30 minutes after paying. Even though it may have been a bit busier yesterday on Boxing Day, you hardly saw any food being served and the staff didn't seem to be in a hurry. This was already the 3rd visit to this branch near the city center at the B&B Hotel at different times and always much longer waiting times than usual at BK elsewhere. In addition, payback is not accepted, even though it is clearly stated on the PB page that BK is still participating. In other branches you can get both, in addition to the new in-house program. They just decided not to do it.

Had takeaway food. A part that was ordered, a part that was not ordered and a part was completely missing. I'll get another chance at some point, but then I'll check on site.

The upper floor is closed, everything is piled up on the ground floor. The order at the terminal was quick, the preparation was a disaster. Waited over 20 minutes for our food with no special requests. Unfortunately there was far too little sauce on the Big King and the burgers were also thrown together without any enthusiasm. Very hectic atmosphere without any real progress. Hand dryer in the toilet is also broken. Sad... when I (actually) love Burger King so much!!! But I'll steer clear of this branch in the future.

Absolute total failure, this branch! I wanted to eat on site and was refused a tray because of Corona. Apparently you are not allowed to spend these. That is forbidden by law. Absolutely ridiculous! I then put my bag on the dirty, crumbly and not disinfected table and asked for a cloth so I could clean it myself. I then reluctantly received a tray. What followed next, however, was scary. I opened my bacon fries box and there was a blowfly crawling around on the fries, which likes to transmit pathogens. That really doesn't work at all. I returned everything and left the store with my money. I'll give this shop a wide berth in the future.

After some changes to the burger, everything is done after the order is placed, so far great 🤌🏻

Waited 30 minutes in the drive in for 3 burgers which should be enough time to get decent burgers. But no, 3 thick slices of onions on the BigMac. As if you were giving it to a donkey to eat. I then asked if I could get fries as a gesture of goodwill for the waiting time, unfortunately no. The tip for everyone in the future, Find something else to eat nearby. I think the worst Burger King in Germany has been found here. We went there for lunch on Friday, November 29th, 2024. On the one hand, we were treated very unkindly. The branch was very dirty in the dining room, delivery driver from Burger King came in at the end of our meal, moved into the kitchen and felt around in the fries without washing his hands first. If I had known that, we wouldn't have eaten there. The next day, I and my companion were no longer feeling so well physically, diarrhea, stomach problems and so on. I will also send the whole thing to the health department by email, just as the saleswoman wanted to give me a Diet Coke despite having ordered two Coke Zero. When I pointed out to her that I would like a Coke Zero, she told me that was all same. This shows how interested Burger King is in training its employees. For some people there may be no difference between Coke Zero and Diet Coke, but there are serious differences

I just waited almost 2 hours for my burger. I don't know how the employees there work or deliver?? But you know what? My order didn't even come. I called the branch 5 times and no one answered. The worst Burger King in the area. Employees move like crazy, completely overwhelmed and far too slow. If you want to eat here, you have to allow at least 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Hygiene in the store also leaves a lot to be desired. Really an absolute emergency solution.
