Super unfriendly staff I really spoke very kindly and considerately and yet the answer was very bitchy

The slowest "fast food" place ever...

It takes quite a long time and it wasn't clean either.

The waiting time was already longer than usual. But the employees made up for it; we have rarely experienced friendlier employees at BK.

It is no different from other BKs. The food was served quickly.

My family and I were hungry after a long vacation trip, we thought we would JUST go to BK for a short time and then not go home. We stood at this ordering column for what felt like an eternity to place the order because the touchscreen didn't work and, above all, everything was very confusing. We finally managed it and looked for a table to wait for our food. There we skipped at least 4 tables because they were very dirty. Then we thought that the 5 was true, only this one was stuck like that. I went back I ran to the car to get my disinfectant so that my children could eat at this table. Then we had to wait a long time. After about 35 minutes we finally received our food. Luckily it was fine so far. However, I will definitely be there Don't go there anymore. The hygiene there is a disaster. And the service too.

The slowest burger king this side of the Ruhr. While they're making a burger, I'm raising a beef. And the burgers were cold, like they were fresh from the fridge. Pathetic.

Had to wait 40 minutes for 3 burgers even though the restaurant was empty, the food was completely cold, unfriendly staff, I told the lady the food was completely cold, she stirred my bag around with her hands and touched everything to see if it was really cold , touched my burgers and well, just disgusting

We were there today. Unfortunately the burgers had no taste at all! :( We were looking forward to the chicken burgers, visually the burgers looked good but had no taste at all. All you could taste was the arugula. Otherwise it was very clean. WC: the music was too loud there. Very unfortunate...

I basically received the food at this Burger King branch that I'm used to from other branches - no surprises here in terms of quality. Unfortunately, the service was disastrous. Even though it was hardly busy, I had to wait an extremely long time, both to place my order and to receive my food. There clearly seems to be too few staff, or the existing ones simply work far too slowly. There is definitely room for improvement here.

I have known many Burger Kings around the world, I dare say it is the worst I have ever been to. I have been several times but the poor quality persists, I will not return specifically to this one.

The food is cold because the staff talk a lot and do nothing. They always make you wait no matter if theres is 10 pr 2 people inside. I know burger king promises fresh food but with that should come fast food part too. There is two employes there that work really slow , one is a young dark skinned guy maybe Indian or south east asia. Also the women who wears lipstick red and blonde. They slow and rude, few times it happened people who came after me took the order beofre me and my burger wchich I know used to work at fast food. So my whooper was there done and they gave some other people food happened many times last time was few days ago. The young men gave the food to soneone before me and my Whooper was ready. Since i have office near by im a regular consumer for 5 years there it was better before getting worse. If this continues i will never visit it again.

Ordering takes forever, 30 minute drive in is NOT FAST food! Then only cash possible. Simply too few staff

I brought my order back twice in a row, the third time I got a different meat in the Bürger... a large amount of fries, just meager and when it comes to the ambience, everyone should go and see for themselves... Otherwise everything was good 😊

Burger King – Patience training in a class of its own! I thought I was at Burger King, but apparently I accidentally time-traveled to a parallel universe - one where snails are the Formula 1 champions and fast food is just a myth. I entered the store with my stomach growling and full of anticipation for my very simple menu. If I had known what to expect, I would have taken a tent with me. After a smooth three-quarters of an hour (yes, you read that right: 45 minutes!) – enough time to read an entire book, take a power nap and plan for world peace – my “quick” meal was finally served. There must have been a misunderstanding at the checkout: I ordered “fast food” and they understood “test your patience”. But don't worry, dear Burger King crew, you're not alone! While you did your best in the kitchen, I watched outside as a snail raced down the sidewalk at considerable speed - it's probably won a medal by now. Conclusion: If you want to take a journey into the fascinating world of slowness, you should definitely come by. Fast service? There's no such thing here - but there is free patience training!

Waited 25 minutes for the food in the express restaurant, order was not given incomplete, tables were dirty, full trays were not cleared away. Absolutely crazy!

Waited in the drive for a whopping 60 minutes...there were 4 cars in front of us. How does it work????? Abnormal. Never, ever again.

We've tried 3 or 4 times now to order a little something to take away during our lunch break. We can't even say if the food is good because the employees are so slow that we decided to leave EVERY TIME because we don't want to overstay our break. The walk to the company takes 2 minutes. If you add up the journey there and back you're at 4 minutes. 26 minutes should be enough for takeout from a quick service restaurant. But if after 20 minutes only 1 order is taken from the 2 people in front of you and none is handed out because the checkout is apparently too complicated, then you leave again 🤷‍♀️ So bring your time if you want to eat here.

Please do not order delivery service. They take too long to deliver the food. I've been waiting for an hour and a half and I still don't have my food.

Nobody answers when you call there

Waited 30 minutes for food. Instead of a double Whopper there was only a plain one and one fries was missing. Unfortunately only noticed too late. Tablet shelves full up to the roof.

Today at 3:30 p.m. I went to Burger King because it's a fast-food restaurant. Order was placed and there was a 30-minute waiting time. After I asked when it would finally start, the unfriendly employee came to me and said what can she do for it. Simply rude and extremely slow. Unmotivated staff .They told us we could complain to the manager. Gladly! But no manager came. Ate it and ordered another soft ice cream with chocolate sauce. Sorry, it didn't work because there was a tiny blob of sauce on it. I don't feel like going to this store anymore. Unpleasant and unfriendly and absolutely unmotivated You won't see us again. In Velbert, on the other hand, it was absolutely great at Burger King.

Waited over 20 minutes for two burgers, an absolute disaster for a fast food restaurant. Three orders in front of me were all incomplete.

Went to visit BK earlier, around 3:45 p.m.... two people ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 cokes. A full 30 minutes later our order was called for pickup. A disgrace for a fast food restaurant. When we asked about it after about 20 minutes, the employee simply answered cheekily that she couldn't do anything about it. A joke, even the manager didn't come forward even though the employee wanted to get him. The joke was that there wasn't much going on in the store and customers who ordered later got their food quicker. Burger lukewarm, fries ok. Afterwards we decided on 2 ice creams with chocolate sauce...these were prepared directly to order. However, the chocolate sauce was a joke compared to the amount of ice cream. We were able to observe the queue in the drive-in while we were waiting. Even the vehicles sometimes had to wait more than 10 minutes. This store will never see us again. Unmotivated employees who can tie their shoelaces while running... There are other BK's with more motivated employees where things go much faster and the burgers are hot.

With all due respect, the restaurant is really one of the “worst” branches that Burger King has. There are still no machines to order at the end of 2024, there are apparently no new products like the wrap currently available here, many employees hardly speak any German and at drive true the employees are often (not always) unfriendly and it generally takes an extremely long time. The store should really invest more in staff and modernization... the McDonald's a few hundred meters away can do it too...

It almost always takes an extremely long time in the drive-thru. The food is OK. It's often relatively dirty inside, but I was there mostly in the evening and it could be that those are the partygoers who the cleaning staff (presumably the same understaffed staff) can't keep up with. Please only order here if you have taken the rest of the day off and have a lot of time.

That was the last time I ordered from Burger King. Point 1 First of all, 30 minutes over the stated delivery time! No go! Point 2 I ordered a Big King menu and my Big King arrived completely cold! Warning, absolute rip-off! I regularly ate at Burger King with a friend, but our last visit was a disaster! One evening we dared to stay a full 10 minutes longer in the parking lot that Burger King had sold or rented to a private company. The consequence? We now have to pay €50 each just because we ate there and were slightly over the permitted parking time - even though we were paying customers! This shameless rip-off is simply scandalous! I ordered a vegetarian cheeseburger. This also came in the outer packaging for vegetarian goods. When I unwrapped it and bit into it, I immediately noticed a beef-like taste. I checked the patty and saw that it didn't have the typical flower-like shape that Burger King now uses to make vegetarian patties easier to identify. I spit out the rest and went to complain. Since it was a Friday evening, I strongly suspect that this was done on purpose. The employees probably thought a drunk customer wouldn't care. I am truly extremely disappointed, disgusted and just plain stunned.

Visiting this restaurant was an absolute disaster. The waiting time is simply endless, up to 40 minutes waiting for a burger and a drink. That really can't be true, then even the orders were processed incorrectly. Incredibly honest and the food was even cold. You just want to get something to eat and you're so disappointed.
