Never again i odered a menu and some extra chicken nuggets and the order came missing the chicken nuggets the food was cold and soggy i called to let them know my order was missing something they said they were going to deliver and it never came i tried calling again and noone answers.

I ordered through the app, and no fries came with it. I've called them several times to clarify, but they don't answer.

What can I say? Just a BK, like all BKs. The burgers are OK, but the service was extremely slow this time; only one lady was working all the counters and one person in the kitchen. It took a really long time. For me, the ambiance of all BKs is outdated and needs a refresh.

It was very dirty. The tables weren't wiped down, and the floor was dirty. Even though it was late, the restaurant should have been kept at a certain level of cleanliness.

The restaurant is a dream of ripped seat cushions and greasy tables; the upper floor is closed in ages, and the wait time is usually longer than average. You could eat off the floor, not because it's that clean, but at least there's enough food lying around.

The burger was almost as usual, except the pickles were more acidic than usual. The service? Preparation took too long, even though only one order had been "in preparation" before.

I order something and get something completely different. Furthermore, the employees' German skills are very poor. It's almost impossible to communicate with them. Unfortunately, I have to give one star because 0 stars doesn't work.

Worst Burger King location I know. Food is inedible, employees aren't properly trained. The place is dirty, and various products are constantly out of stock. The restrooms are in disrepair. The parking lot operator rips people off with parking tickets. Stay away; you'll save yourself health problems, a bad mood, and a parking ticket.

Worst Burger King Visit – Never Again I just had by far my worst experience at Burger King, and that only applies to this branch. I've never encountered such a miserable experience. We were at the drive-thru window, where it took 10-15 minutes for our order to even be taken. Immediately afterward, payment was requested, but we didn't receive a receipt. Then the real madness began: My girlfriend and I waited at the window for almost 30 minutes without any response or explanation. In the meantime, new guests who had just arrived at the restaurant were served immediately, while we were simply ignored. The line behind us grew longer and longer. And what was it? Just two small plant-based burgers. One of them was paid for using the Burger King loyalty points promotion, so a total of only €2.90, which was still too much for nothing. After this endless wait, with no communication, apology, or any form of customer service, we left angry and disappointed without receiving our food. Our time was simply too precious. Conclusion: This branch failed completely; never again. Our trust in this Burger King location has been completely destroyed.

Slowest BK I've ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for our order. Special requests for burgers (ordered without onions or extra sauce at the terminal) were ignored. Out of 5 burgers, 4 were wrong. One burger (without tomatoes) had tomatoes on it, but after the complaint it was simply repackaged again with more rocket so that it wasn't noticeable. Vegetarian cheeseburgers should have extra ketchup and mustard on them. There was none of the sauce on it at all. An extra mozzarella patty was ordered for another burger. That was missing and was added as a “shoe sole”. Of course the burgers were already cold in the meantime. This Burger King will not be approached again.

Despite payment, the order no longer appeared on the screen. According to staff it would no longer be in the program. Then you still put together the meal using the receipt, but the onion rings were missing from a burger. I first had to show the guy what was missing using a poster because he didn't understand a word. Then we actually had to wait forever for the burger... to find out that they had the wrong burger, which was already cold and had already been through several hands... slapped two onion rings on it and wrapped it back in the paper. The employee Salma (as you could tell from her name tag) was very unfriendly and seemed generally unengaged. First, my order was mistakenly filled as "takeout" even though I had clearly stated that I wanted to eat in. When I pointed out to her that I had ordered to eat here, she got snarky and claimed I never said that - which is definitely not the truth. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the food was of poor quality: the fries were cold, the chili cheese sauce was not only cold but already hard, the burger was missing bacon and it was no longer hot either. In addition, the ice cream that was ordered was not initially given. I had to point this out to the employee twice, and even then she acted annoyed instead of politely apologizing. What I also noticed was unpleasant: the employee was only friendly towards male customers, which I found to be very inappropriate. The wait time in the restaurant was extreme. There are four ordering terminals, and even there I had to wait.
