I love KFC and could eat there every day!

Were very positively surprised. The best fast food meal I've had in a long time. Everything was very clean and fresh.

Unfortunately a Talahon bunker.

Dirty and expensive for half an ear of corn 4€ and with butter almost 5€ I went to the toilet and it was so disgustingly rancid someone didn't wash up there and it was just disgusting the toilet paper was plain and just an unreasonable price never more prices service and everything there is a pure disgrace

So honestly, what's the point of eating when you come home and you have a stomach ache? I can 100% say that the meat was rotten #gammelkfc

Unfortunately, the taste of the products has changed a lot: the breading on the chicken pieces was quite tasteless, there are only soft drinks Zero, the fries were cold and the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller. The variety of products has reduced significantly. The only thing that always moves up is the price of the products. Just a lot of money for little on the table. The terminals are a disaster, so I really praise the competition. You spend a lot of time in front of it and in the end it is more than complicated to use. Unfortunately too expensive in the long run, just like the competition.

Employees can't count and, strangely enough, always pack too little into the buckets etc. You count for 6 crispys but only get 4-5 every time. Sometimes the breading isn't even cooked through properly and is anything but crispy. Sometimes entire products are forgotten.

I've been to KFC for ages, the prices have gone up significantly, very expensive for my taste. For just under four euros I ate a small, dry chicken burger that tasted mediocre and was almost cold. The service was friendly, but you only have the option of ordering via screen. Not for me.

It's just a fast food restaurant...

Food is good. It tastes fresh and high quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant is easily accessible and has a large parking lot. It is centrally located. The outdoor area is sufficiently large, but is located on a busy street.

We love the hot wings. Today we ordered 24 pieces and took them home. Unfortunately, 19 of the 24 pieces were small "end pieces of the wings" that don't really have much meat on them. We're pretty disappointed. It was clearly not enough “goods” for the money.

Employees use a cloth to wipe down: chairs, tables, ordering tablets, the garbage can and pretty much every surface without changing or cleaning the cloth in between. Disgusting when you think about it.

Only 1 star, I don't recommend. The food was tight for the money

Food was good as always KFC offers. Staffs and environment was nice and quiet. You can have chat and eat there. I would recommend this store to taste out .

Over the last four years or so, KFC has declined. The quality of the poultry, whether chicken pieces or hot wings, both have a very high fat content, which was not always the case. The frying fat/oil also seems to be different, which has a negative effect on the taste. The staff is friendly, but rarely able to fully pack a take-away order; usually something is missing (which can happen sometimes, but shouldn't happen regularly). The friendly staff at KFC are also able to collect the full amount for an order. If you pay + - 100.00 €uro for four people at KFC, then you should get what you pay for. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER of KFC on Bottroper Str. for 15 years, where something is usually missing from the order and an improvement in this regard is apparently not in KFC's interest. You also don't have to admit to the declining quality (my feeling) of the last four years. KFC has lost me as a long-time customer.

The drinks just turned out horrible...

Ordered food from Uber eats with double fries, no fries arrived, called to explain the problem and they simply hung up on me

MELIKA very unfriendly and disrespectful, I stand in front of the cash register so I can pay for my order and she combs and starts texting with her cell phone and after 2 minutes she looks at me and asks “what?” I answer “I liked my food order and pay and she says “no go” Now I'm wondering if this is normal Very DISRESPECTIVE and inexperienced employees!!

KFC is usually too expensive for me - for what you get. However, I saw the SuperDeal box and thought that at €5.99 you couldn't go wrong. The box tasted great, but the portion size was significantly smaller than expected. The place is clean and the team is friendly, even under stress.

The slogan outside on the wall and various posters: LEGENDARY DELICIOUS, what an announcement and that was the case 10 years ago. But that has to be stopped immediately, what an impudence, such an announcement and then the facts roll over you... It's terrible what happened to KFC. Modern technology, no more service or advice. The food was inedible, especially the 3 box chicken, dark as if it had been reheated for the third time and dry like sawdust. Apart from the crowd hanging around, KFC has always been delicious and good. From today on I would feel DISGUST if I had to eat there again. 18 euros per ton per person, mini meals for that, I used to get full for 10, today not for 18, Cola Pepsi only ZERO, no normal drinks at all, that's supposed to be USA style... NO THANK YOU PS: My stomach didn't feel well after eating. And that even though we only ate 1/3... we left the rest there for...

“Small” fries in the bag, even though we ordered large ones. I ordered 18 pieces of chicken, absolutely inedible, greasy breading (see pictures) what you can see in the photos is the inedible rest. My wife and I shook while eating. Over €40 order value for inedible items. It was the first time and the last time at KFC.

After renovations and staff changes, the worst KFC I have ever visited, unfortunately no longer recommended at all. Addendum 2 years later, things are even worse KFC Dortmund Hbf made it, I didn't think so, it's also dirty and everything is really greasy like anything else, unbelievable.

I'm not a fan of Fastfoot. But of all the fast food chains, KFC is my favorite. But that's my opinion, others may think differently. I am enthusiastic about the chicken dishes, as well as the side dishes and drinks. Although they have a price, they are justified for me. It's quite comfortable to sit there, it's clean and the staff are friendly.

While the food was decent during my recent visit, my previous two experiences at this branch were disappointing. The chicken wasn't cooked well and had an awkward taste both times. Additionally, I noticed that the prices have increased since my previous visits, which adds to the disappointment. Given the inconsistency in food quality and the higher prices compared to previous visits, I am hesitant to dine at this branch again in the future.

Order is put together in slow motion. Food was cold and some things were forgotten. Since this isn't the first time that KFC hasn't made it, I'd rather get a stomach ache at McDonald's again

Impossible order processing. Nowadays, after you enter your order at the terminal and pay, you have a number that appears on the monitor and then disappears again and you wait, wait, wait... but it never appears on the monitor for pickup... until someone does something at some point called across the room, which of course my English-speaking companion couldn't understand because he was watching the monitor and waiting...either there was a problem with the technology or the untrained staff...food came at some point, but almost cold

I drove to order food this evening, and I ordered Familiy Bukets. The price should be 30.49 euros, and then the operator told me through the intercom that it was 39.49 euros. I didn’t think much about it, thinking it was a price increase? When I got the items and the bill, the price on the bill was also 39.49 euros. I thought it was strange. I checked and found that the items on the bill were inconsistent with what I actually got. I went back to the operator. When he saw that I came back to him, he immediately asked me if the price was inconsistent, and then refunded me immediately. 9 euros. I feel really angry. I think they did this on purpose. If they didn't find out, they would have gotten the 9 euros themselves. This has no integrity at all. I will definitely put this kind of KFC on the blacklist in the future. It's simply too bad. !

Not even usable for anything in a hurry

The food is quite ok, the fried things are often a bit too crispy, which means you hardly have any meat left. Something is forgotten with every order. Apparently the employees can't manage to put everything together correctly. It's always annoying to ask the employees about it. Parking spaces are rare and there isn't much space there either. You can also order in the drive, that works too. Depending on the volume, you may have to wait a little longer.

Staff very accommodating and very, very pleasant. Always smiling but unfortunately sometimes something in the take-away bag isn't as ordered but I don't care anymore because I like the food very much and the next time I visit I'll have forgotten everything anyway.

As far as food goes, it's good! Only I can't have it if someone does mine with their bare hands and not with rubber gloves! Unhygienic for me!

Great place and very tasty but a dyed blonde is unfriendly and is rude to her employees and aggressive to the customer. I ordered online and drive in with my code. She claims I have to come in, that doesn't work. She has just served everyone who was in front of me She closes the cash register and says she won't serve anyone anymore. Drive in has to come in. Really stupid and unfriendly

The employees had no time, they were joking the whole time and I only got my order after 30 minutes. Never going here again

Far too expensive for what you get

Old, rotten fillet bites that have been lying around for who knows how long, corn cobs so small that only 5 pieces of corn fit on them and prices that are completely stupid. The hardship was: 50ct for a small barbecue sauce with only 2 drops of sauce in it?? Hope you close soon!

Delicious food and excellent service

The attendance is horrible, personnel is not kind, they forget the things, the crew pretend to dispatch the "icecreams" 45 min after you get the meals. The woman who cleans the place makes noise and hit furniture's when you are taking the dinner or the lunch. I'd came ther two times and probably never again. Same experience in both times and the same: horrible and collapsed.

Wasn't on site for a while and was remodeled, you can simply order via the terminal and make payment. Food was prepared quickly. All good again.

I often visit different cities, but dogs are not allowed in this facility. The lady claims that she knows about other places where it is allowed, but not here. Weak movement. Nice place.

I have to admit in the evenings, when there's almost nothing going on here, it's a really cozy atmosphere. And chicken tastes delicious too.

There's not much to say about KFC itself. Unfortunately, as in many other stores in the chain, you have to wait a long time because there are usually not enough checkouts open and you often have to wait 10 minutes or more just to order.

We were at the Drive so it was impossible to feel the atmosphere...but it was good, too often I come across KFC that burns the chicken (parts and wings) but there it's perfect👌🏾

I have to say, there are really, really nice people working here. I've been here about 6 times so far, always in the drive-in and all the employees were always very courteous and in a good mood. The food is also ready very quickly.

You were ignored if you paid in cash. When you asked where you could complain, you suddenly couldn't speak German anymore and you wanted to take the order very quickly.

I'm amazed at how expensive KFC is.

We've been there several times. As a rule, we were absolutely satisfied. Food is delicious. However, on our last visit the staff seemed to be completely overwhelmed. I waited around 15 minutes downstairs for it to be ready after I had already waited almost 10 minutes in the upper part of the restaurant. The whole time I saw that there were already warm dishes on our tray. When the rest was finished, I complained that the food that had been on the tray for so long was no longer really warm. This was dismissed by claiming that the items had just been freshly placed on the tray. I insisted that I wouldn't take it off. Then we discovered that a part was missing or served incorrectly. Since the employee reacted very clumsily, I canceled the order and I got my money back without any problems. We will definitely go there again, after all the staff changes often. But we would like a monitor to be hung in the upper part of the restaurant so that you can see when the order is ready. It's not pleasant when one of two people has to wait downstairs while the other is waiting upstairs for their food. Especially when you have to wait so long.

Unfortunately, the demand is incomplete and the number of chickens in the bucket is less.

Actually a top shop, nothing to complain about... BUT the cleaning staff is so annoying that at 10:30 p.m. they put all the chairs up around you and then start saying things to you that weren't German. Outrageous!!! Cancel immediately!!!

As a KFC customer, I would like to leave a review. I'm generally happy with the food, but there is one problem that I don't think should arise. It is very unpleasant that the team leader speaks German poorly. In a work environment, good communication is important and it is frustrating when you cannot communicate properly with the team leader. I ask management to address this issue and ensure that all employees have sufficient German language skills to interact effectively with customers. Some of them are unfriendly

Fantastic hot wings and an exciting crowd burned this visit into my memory. The fries are poor and the side dishes are getting smaller and smaller. That's why put the money into Zinger and Hotwings.

Was habe ich euch getan? - Salat vom Vormonat - Nicht mal die Pommes habt ihr hinbekommen Bodenlos.. Das Amt sollte mal vorbeischauen!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal da. Lange Wartezeit, es fehlten Teile der Bestellung (leider haben wir es erst zu Hause geprüft.. Vertrauen zahlt sich hier nicht aus). Die burger waren trocken, lauwarm und nur mit einem Mini-Stückchen Huhn belegt. Die Dips und Chicken Wings waren auch Maximal mittelmäßig...und dazu auch echt nicht günstig.... In Zukunft fahren wir wieder zur Konkurrenz ;)

War erste mal da und ich hab nur ein medium chicken geholt mit pommes. Die essen war ok, nichts besonders. Die chicken war ein bisschen hart. Die pommes war ganz normal. Ich war nur da für das erste mal, viellecht werde ich da nochmal gehen und mir ein große holen. Für jetzt geben ich nur 3 sterne.

Komplett überfordertes Personal, was die Augen verdreht wenn man auf fehlende Produkte hinweist. Eine Wartezeit von knapp 45 Minuten für eine simple Bestellung. Das halbe Essen wurde kalt bis die fehlenden Produkte zubereitet wurden. 90% des Personales sind Aushilfskräfte mit wenig bis kaum Kenntnissen über interne Vorgänge.. Ebenfallls sind die meisten Mitarbeiter der deutschen Sprache kaum bis wenig mächtig. Pro Tipp nehmen Sie sich einen arabischen oder afrikanischen Dolmetscher mit, dann wird die Kommunikation Ihnen um einiges leichter fallen. Ich wünschte ich könnte 0 Sterne geben.

häufig kommen online Bestellungen garnicht oder werden nach 1-2 Stunden durch KFC storniert Erstattung der Kosten langwierig! Viele Emails & Anrufe nötig. Tipp meinerseits: bei dieser Filiale nie online bezahlen! Immer nur Barzahlung, wenn die Lieferung tatsächlich auch ankommt. Filiale hat laut eigener Aussage Personalmangel bezüglich Fahrer. Dann bietet bitte keine Lieferung an!

Der Service sehr freundliche das Essen wird immer kleiner und der milchshake Vanille kostet 5 € der große 😖

Pommes waren weich und nur gering warm, Chickenteile sehr klein. Pepsi hatte kaum Kohlensäure. Sehr kahle Ausstattung

Typischer KFC...ich konnte den Hype um die Produkte noch nie nachvollziehen...ist alles maximal ok, aber auch nichts, was mich wirklich veranlassen würde, daß ich nochmal ein KFC besuche, daher ist diese Bewertung auch komplett subjektiv. Sie treffen anscheinend kaum meinen Geschmack. Die Kinder waren jetzt auch nicht mega beeindruckt und so werden wir KFC wahrscheinlich erst in ein paar Jahren wieder mal besuchen, wenn es mal wieder "in der Nähe " ist... Und ich muss auch abschließend sagen, daß das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schon immer etwas zu teuer gewesen ist.

Sehr frisch und lecker, leider musste ich nach meiner eher kleinen Bestellung über 15 Minuten auf dem Parkplatz warten und hinterher ernüchternd feststellen, dass bei meiner Bestellung etwas falsch gemacht wurde. Trotz allem sehr gutes leckeres Essen! Service könnte besser sein, vor allem wenn man aufmerksam zuhört was bestellt wurde und was gepackt wird wenn die Kunden schon von weiter weg kommen.

Das Essen war wie gewohnt locker, allerdings sind die Hähnchenteile ganz schön klein geworden.

Heute war ziemlich viel los, Sonntagabend eben. Trotzdem bekamen wir schnell einen sauberen Tisch und die Bestellung wurde zeitnah bearbeitet, das Essen hatte die gewohnte, gute Qualität und war heiß genug. Die Pommes waren ausnahmsweise mal nicht salzig genug aber das kann ja mal passieren, dafür gibt's dann Salz extra im Tütchen.

Sehr cooler Service. Geben von sich sus Tipps, wie es billiger geht. Tüte bis zum Auto. Bin zufrieden.

Bei einer Bestellung am Drive in wurde ein Burger vergessen einzupacken,dies ist auch Direkt aufm Parkplatz aufgefallen bin dann in den Laden reingegangen und nach den Burger zu fragen die dortige Kassieren versucht mich direkt abzuwimmeln und mach die Zwei Box wo auch noch jeweils Burger drin war und sagt das passt doch das ich aber noch Drei zusätzliche Burger bestellt kriegte die Frau nicht in Ihren Schädel bis ich dann irgendwann Sauer wurde und diese eine Schichtleiterin mitbekommen hat hab ihr meine Bestellung gezeigt direkt eingesehen und mir denn Burger geben die Frau an der Kasse ging direkt auf Block keine Bestellung angeguckt ,pampig und Inkompete.Dort merkt man den Heutigen Fachkräftemangel.Der Mann am Drive Freundlich und lieb hat das nachher noch mitbekommen und sich entschuldigt,doch durch die dortigen Zeit Verzögerung war mein Essen kalt .

Die Burger da sind echt Mega lecker, aber das Fleisch in den Buckets ist teilweise trocken. Die Getränke könnte mehr Kohlensäure haben. Leider waren wir an einem Samstag Abend da und dort war die Hölle los. Leider lange Wartezeiten gehabt, die Tische waren leider nicht sauber, weil die Mitarbeiter keine Zeit hatten denke ich mal.

Freundliches Personal, schneller Service, sauberer Raum, von den Minuspunkten stelle ich fest, dass die Flügel viel Panade und nicht genug Fleisch haben.

Also das Essen lecker aber Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Und nicht nur an den Selbstbedingungen Automaten zu gewiesen werden

Bestellterminals an denen die Kartenzahlfunktion nicht klappt oder sie mitten in der Bestellung hängen bleiben. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch in Essen habe ich zum zweitenmal vor der Heimfahrt ein KFC aufgesucht. Durch Zufall zweimal der selbe. Beidemale habe ich mich bei dem bestellvorgang geärgert. Danach war es dann halt Standart Fastfood. Man weiß was man bekommt und so ist es dann. In diesem Fall musste ich aber noch die Pommes tauschen da sie kalt waren. Das wurde auch ohne Nachfragen oder ähnliches sofort gemacht.
