It was okay; I got a reasonably full meal for almost €15. However, the price-performance ratio isn't really there. The fries take some getting used to.

Ordering is very difficult and the equipment is unclear and doesn't work. A truly modern foodie spot is hard to come by.

Unfortunately, the chicken parts in particular are far too overpriced.

The food was delicious, however, I found the prices unreasonable, far too expensive. We tried several different chicken dishes. The service was terrible (it involved an older, dark-haired employee who refused to help with our order, even though there were no other customers around (I'm a bit older and don't get along with these screen ordering systems), and she also didn't provide hand sanitizer (which was apparently left on the counter by mistake). She suggested we "could just go to the restroom and wash our hands there." She snatched the container of disinfectant wipes out of my hands and rudely asked how I had gotten hold of it, even though the container was right there on the counter... Hand sanitizer is usually readily available for guests everywhere. I found that really disappointing. Therefore, only 3 stars.

We visited for the first time today and were really pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean, the lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back – thank you so much! 😊

Hello, I was at your KFC branch and bought two KFC meals for €16.99, two salad boxes, and six packets of ketchup. When I got home, I discovered that only one meal was there and one was missing. Unfortunately, I threw away the receipt. I hope your staff will carefully check customer receipts and ensure that the amount paid is refunded. I am not requesting compensation, but I wanted to warn other customers.

I wanted to place an order at the counter today. I have problems with my eyesight. I was turned away by the employee, who told me, "Orders are only possible online." She pointed to the machines as she said this. However, the website states that orders can also be placed at the counter. Incidentally, I wasn't greeted warmly at all. She preferred to speak with a colleague. You've lost more customers.

I was the biggest KFC fan, apart from the ridiculously high prices! But what they've done to the fries is inedible. They've simply replaced the regular fries with potatoes in their skins. Absolutely unacceptable, what a shame. Long-time customer, I'm done with them.

I was at KFC today, October 15, 2025, at around 9:30 p.m., and I am truly shocked and disappointed by the behavior of a male employee (with a beard) who works at the drive-thru and also occasionally helps out in the restaurant. His demeanor was extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and downright aggressive. He spoke in a tone that showed no respect for customers, and his looks were so hostile that guests felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior has absolutely no place in a restaurant like KFC, which stands worldwide for hospitality and customer service. I am truly outraged that someone like that even works in direct customer contact. The entire experience spoiled my appetite and completely ruined my visit. I will forward a detailed description of this incident to KFC headquarters in Germany so that this case can be investigated promptly and seriously. As long as this employee is employed here, I will definitely not enter this location again. The three service employees, however, were friendly and professional – my thanks go to them. I sincerely hope KFC takes this incident seriously – customers deserve respect, not arrogance.

The last three times I've been there have been very, very bad experiences. There's no customer service or attention to detail when ordering. In my opinion, there are always problems and shortcomings. Last time, I ordered a family meal for about €40, but only received a small portion of fries. I've called them numerous times, but no one has answered. Overall, I can't recommend this place at all.

We ordered at the drive-thru on September 5, 2025, at 2:45 PM. The man with glasses (most likely German), I'm guessing he was in his late 20s, was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. He wouldn't let me finish, didn't say "please" or "goodbye," and spoke in a really rude manner. I'll never go there again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else ordering from him.

I always liked it there until last time. The man at the drive-thru charged me €90 too much and told me it would be credited to my account within 3-4 days, but after 7 days, nothing has happened. That's really annoying; I'll never order anything from there again.

Not for the elderly. While there's a chance someone will be interested in the service, these terminal centers are honestly for the next generation. Well-seasoned poultry pieces. Breading too thick. Definitely too expensive. The type of farming isn't declared.

The burgers shown in the picture unfortunately bore no resemblance to the images used in the advertisement. There was more air on the burger than chicken... Unfortunately, the name here still seems too much like a program – plant-based or even vegan alternatives are almost impossible to find. What's offered is usually not truly vegan, but merely "plant-based" – including cheese, sauces, or preparation in the same fat as the meat. Transparency is lacking, as is any serious vegan offering. It's a shame, this could have been improved long ago.

The service is very poor. Most of the employees seem inexperienced and are still learning. Because the pay is probably low, there are always new employees who don't really know the process. I've loved KFC for as long as I can remember. This branch delivers what you'd expect from KFC. Everything was clean, and the burgers were delicious as always.

It always had a bad reputation in my head, but I was convinced otherwise. It can easily compete with other chains, and since we had a super deal meal (1 burger, small fries, 1 drink, and 2 pieces of breaded chicken), I also found it quite affordable (5.99).

The biggest crap shop there is. Mayo, which is free at the burger competitor with the capital B, for example, you even have to pay extra here. Besides, the Coke tasted like water, the freshly made fries made you feel like you were sucking on an old cardboard box, and the burger that was pictured with a pickle didn't even have one. All in all, way too overpriced for the taste-ruining mini-portion you get. You'd be much better off at any other shop.

Well, it's a bit confusing when your number is shown on the display under being prepared... the number is then called out... and while you're halfway through eating it then switches to pickup... and it stays there for what feels like an eternity... then turn off the monitor... if no one can use it properly anymore....

The answers were sloppy or we weren't even answered. Instead, we were informed that there is a time limit that customers should adhere to at the drive-thru. I like kfc a lot. The food tasted amazing and the variety of products with chicken is good, in my opinion. I disliked the long waiting time, and the restaurant wasn't filled with customers. I went there more than one time, and it was always the same. Still, I don't get why.

Knowledge was ok. However, I can't find much sauce in the 18 gram packets for 4 large crispies? Ridiculous. Coleslaw as always. But the puree seems to have a different recipe. Toilets clean. Staff friendly but sometimes not so attentive. It was great that you could refill the drinks for free. Then the food slides better with too little sauce. Crispy chili burger was also very dry, more cheese sauce please.

KFC is always a little fatter than the other fast food joints. It was okay, just something to eat quickly. We got it fresh, but it was pretty greasy. The tables were clean, but the staff were a bit overwhelmed and quite stressed.

Never again to this KFC. Nugget were cold and had already been warmed up. If you complained on site you were treated soggy and the fries were soggy, no salt and lukewarm.
